While I do love young Rayleigh when he was in his "prime", I will always choose older Rayleigh. It's no secret that this man definitely slept around at some point in his life. Not only does he have experience, but he knows exactly how to utilize all the skills he's learned over the years.
Rayleigh has stamina for days [ie. when his ship sank & he casually swam to Amazon Lily], he knows how to please, how to edge, etc. He could fuck me for days, to where I couldn't walk, but he wouldn't even have broken a sweat.
He seems like a fun person to be around & honestly I could see myself spending nights sitting in his lap while he drinks & tells stories of all the crazy shit he's done.
Dracule Mihawk
Ah, the dark, broody man who lives alone on an island. Literally my ideal type, bc dealing with people is hard & I'd rather spend my days on a rainy island in a massive castle.
I've probably said this one too many times, but whenever it rains I always have the urge to get railed by Mihawk next to the fireplace in his library. You just know he has a plush rug in front of it & if you bother him enough while he's reading? Best be prepared because he's going to teach you a lesson & you sure as shit can't finish until he finishes the chapter he's reading.
We could just enjoy the quiet together, I'm okay with spending time with someone even if we're doing our own thing.
Shanks
Shanks is like the golden retriever to my black cat. He doesn't take life too seriously [unless the situation calls for it & fuck if he isn't sexy when he's serious]. He knows how to have fun & would probably have the easiest time relaxing me simply by just cuddling with me.
Another man who clearly sleeps around, but knows exactly what he's got & how to please. I'm easily embarrassed & Shanks loves to embarrass, it's just in his nature.
I will always be a blushing, stuttering mess when it comes to this man's charms & I wouldn't have it any other way.
Benn "Big Dick" Beckman
You can't really have Shanks without Benn, or Benn without Shanks for that matter. Where Shanks throws caution to the wind, Benn is there to keep his ass in line.
He's gruff, stoic at times, doesn't seem to talk much, but will go feral when it comes to protecting something or someone he loves. Also, if you couldn't tell by the title I gave him, I just know this man is HUGE.
I'd melt if he called me "princess", "kitten", "pet" or anything along those lines and it's always a bonus when he follows it with a smirk. I'm down for a good railing sesh whenever he gets frustrated with Shanks [which is often].

Clearly I like the quiet / strong type if this list is any indication. Let's get the obvious out of the way first, Katakuri can & will split me in half with that dick & if that's how I go– then so be it.
I love a man with tattoos & have you seen his body?? Absolute perfection. Don't mess with the people he loves unless you have a death wish, he can & will obliterate you on sight if you do.
When he's not going feral in battle, his quiet & calculating personality is precious. He seems like the type to be easily flustered & I'd love to push him a bit so I could see his little blush. Idk he's just precious & adorable & needs to be protected at all costs.

I loved him before I even met him in the anime. Fell for the scrungly, tired, lanky man seated on a box in Saboady. I even went as far as to cosplay a fem!Law for one of my first cons.
Again, another broody, quiet, tired man to add to my list. We're literally one in the same, we hyperfixate on things & neither of us sleep. So I know he'll always be awake at 3am to listen to me ramble about all the stupid facts I know.
Also, tbh, the tattoos do something for me. I mean, watching as his death tattoos disappear inside with each stroke? Fuck. Jsjdjajsbbxjsj. He is another one that flusters easy, but if you push him too far he 100% lets his dom side out.
Sir Crocodile
Sir Crocodile, hng. Money laundering? My man would never [yes he would & we live well bc of it, so no I'm not snitching]. I could sit in his lap like a perfect little kitten, whether he's sitting in on meetings or just enjoying a cigar, just lemme me on the big mans lap.

I got to Experience Los Angeles Comic Con with my best friends in the entire world over my birthday weekend
We hit the road early in the morning on Thursday the 30th to form the Cross Guild (and Luffy) trip of a lifetime.
We picked up our bestie Fate (Mihawk) first and then headed out to Yeti's house to load up Mama Croc's Minivan.
I wore all the hats before loading them into the car, where we finally started the drive to Cali around 7-8am.
At some point we stopped at Eddie World, where my partner and I bought new friends, bat and platypus plushies we respectively named Jeff and Kiki.
On the 30th as a special gift for my birthday weekend, we stopped at Forest Lawn Cemetery to visit Dwight Frye.
This was an extremely emotional experience for me. I got to tell him how much me and my friends all appreciate his work and how much we all still love him and three little grass spiders crawled out onto the grave to say hello.
I also gave him a rose for everyone I know who wanted to pay their respects, which I truly believe made him happy.
I also cried like a bitch, but that's beside the point. It was incredibly special, the man is one of my heroes.
After that absolute emotional break mb, it still wasn't yet time to check into the hotel, so we swung by Little Tokyo for an early dinner (we each paid for dinner one of the four nights we were there, which was so much fun) I could not have asked for better people to spend my con weekend with.
The hotel was TINY. Like, you had to turn sideways to walk around the bed tiny, but we somehow managed to not kill each other despite sharing a room with no privacy or space (which is just a testament to our friendship tbh)
But, we all managed to make it work and we successfully got our room settled and sorted, picked up our badges Friday around noon (LACC did a fantastic job with their ADA stuff, despite a small hiccup with the stickers.)
We got to be Robin and Raven for the short day, did some shopping (I got some great birthday presents from everyone) and then my Rayray did a shoot in the room, which came out AMAZING.
ON THIS, THE DAY OF MY BIRTHDAY
December 2nd finally arrived! It's my birthday, I got to cosplay as my favorite character, my partner was my other favorite character, and my whole crew cosplayed One Piece with me!
My bestie Fate got to attend Thankmas in the morning, and then we all got back together to get a group photo with Jamie Campbell Bower (and I got a special solo one because it was my birthday)
He was so sweet and nice, and he almost killed me when he called me gorgeous. The picture was me freaking out a little, but it's fine. Lol He made my entire life.
The last day of con, I had also gotten the opportunity to get Jamie's signature - to which I decided to get my fanart of Henry and Eddie/Kas signed by him.
Not only did he specifically choose a pen that complimented the art (because he wanted it to look nice - I love him) but he asked if it was him and Joseph Quinn to which I said yes, it's Henry and Eddie, and he told me it was SEXY. He also wished me a happy birthday and told me I don't look a day over 19, which was wonderful since I'm 33. So, ya know...
Jamie Campbell Bower thinks my art is sexy and that I still look young and fresh. That's my accomplishment in life, I guess. Pretty good accomplishment, if you ask me...
And now Jamie also has a copy of this piece, which I hope he loves.
It truly has been the best birthday I've ever had and I couldn't have asked to spend it with better people.
I already miss my Cross Guild and I can't wait for the next event we attend together.
I never hoped to have friends as wonderful as I do in adult life. I love them so much and they love me just as much back. It's been so amazing having them in my life, I can't even begin to express how grateful I am.

Even though Episode 4 of the OPLA is one of the episodes in which an extensive amount has been changed from the original storyline, the core is still very much One Piece and the story of the characters we love.
It is also an episode I really love (granted, I love all the episodes, regardless of any flaws or changes from the manga I know and love)
SO, once again, more screenshots (finally).
What I really enjoyed most about Episode 4 is:
Zoro's backstory. The flow between past and present for Zoro reached emotional heights for me. I was a little surprised that the well was actually a well (when we see it for the first time in the previous episode), but it's a lovely piece of foreshadowing (to the Mihawk encounter) and as we watch Zoro struggle to climb up, we really feel the determination and angst of his past colliding with his present. (I really did enjoy the way the screenwriters brought the backstories and present stories together to introduce our favourite characters.)
I really love the sets for OPLA, they're amazing.
I love the interplay between characters. Even though I've heard some people say some of the dialogue is cringe...and it was something I thought at times at first...no matter how many times I've watched OPLA (5x now!) it just seems to feel more and more comfortable. It's like once I became used to the tone and feel of the OPLA, it became just me focussing on my favourite characters and adoring how they're brought to life (and focussing on characters I never expected to enjoy watching).
Helmeppo. I'll say it again, Aidan Scott does such a wonderful job bringing this guy to life. I mean look at all the faces he makes!
This episode also contained a few of my favourite moments throughout the series. Luffy's interaction with Helmeppo, and later Luffy's interaction with Nami!
Ah, so I also heard the critique about how did Luffy know to go straight for the mansion after vomiting. My personal theory is that Luffy was semi-unconscious, not entirely, and he'd heard the conversation, but with the soup in him giving him something like toxic indigestion, he was obviously not capable or able to move.
At first glance of Kuro's costume, I did raise a brow. Like hmm his hair is too dark and his costume looks a little too cosplay-y however, the man can act. And I was fully convinced on his Kuro that the flaws in his costume that caught my attention at first, no longer mattered. Besides, the more I look at him, the more I think his wig is perfectly fine.

Omg I’m so happy I’m not the only one who feels like this about Mihawk! I even cosplayed him, because I think he is so cool, but if I actually had to choose between any of those characters I don’t think Mihawk would be that high up there? Maybe it’s because I felt let down, since a lot of fans talked about him and I finally read one piece and there’s just so many more fascinating characters, with much deeper relationships between them in one piece world? But I like cross guild, do you think we will finally get some content? Maybe we get to see his duels with shanks? You think it will be meaningful enough?

yeah, mihawk has incredible vibes but… not much in the way of concrete lore available, lol.
and you know, i understand why those fans talked him up to you! he’s the first shichibukai we’re ever introduced to, he makes one hell of an impact! his mere existence acts as a warning to the characters we already know and love about what it means to be on the grand line, and what it will take to survive there. he’s very cool, very powerful, very honorable (thankfully for zoro), and shrouded in mystery. he’s meant to intimidate and entice. and it works, he definitely does that!
but we’ve been on the grand line since chapter 101, almost literally a thousand chapters ago. we’ve met tons of powerful characters since then—many of the strawhats have become powerful on that absurd, grand line level—and plenty of those characters have bonded with our heroes, told their stories, explained their motivations, been given depth. not mihawk.
a few thoughts on this:
these days, mihawk occupies a similar role re: zoro as shanks does re: luffy, and all we’ve learned of shanks’ motivations has been from other characters’ POVs. maybe this is just how oda operates when it comes to mentors? obscure motives for all??
we only know as much as we do about zoro’s motivations because the audience was shown a flashback; to the best of my knowledge, zoro has never told anyone about kuina (except tashigi, and he kinda botched that explanation). if we only knew what zoro wanted us to know about his motivations, i think we’d know about as much about zoro as we do mihawk. so maybe this is just a swordman stoicism thing.
or maybe oda just… can’t be bothered to provide backstory for characters who aren’t in the main cast or act as major arc villains. he’s got so many characters at this point i can’t really blame him, lmao.
but maybe cross guild will give us an opportunity!
i can’t imagine it happening any time soon—i’m not super up to date, i prefer to binge read arcs after they’re complete, but the current arc seems unrelated to the laugh tale/one piece hunt—but as i’ve discussed before, shanks and buggy both going after the one piece makes me confident they’re going to run into each other at some point. for peak drama, it would only happen at the very end of the hunt, but oda likes to undercut drama sometimes (especially where buggy is concerned), so who knows.
whenever it happens, mihawk’s consistent refusal to engage with shanks, to the extent that he once left a battlefield specifically to avoid him, should be a conflict within cross guild. and a flashback to at least one of their fights—maybe their last one? or maybe to the first time they met after shanks lost the arm?—would make a lot of sense in that moment.
now, would the contents of that flashback be meaningful? i hope so. i haven’t put a lot of thought into the potential whats and whys of mihawk, or his relationship with shanks—but i want him to be more complex than he sometimes appears. like, for example: i don’t want to think mihawk refuses to fight shanks just because he’s down an arm. i want the reason to be more interesting than that.

ASK THE MUN!
♂ : Do you have a role-play/writing routine? If so, what is it?
I don’t particularly have a routine, I feel. As of late it might be a bit of a routine just for myself. I get up, take care of my animals (I have horses so I need to go feed them and make sure they’re okay), then come back and get my coffee. And I just write. I think I’ve gotten used to just jumping in because if I idle too much I’ll end up wasting time. I usually do things like NaNoWriMo where I have no time to idle and procrastinate, so I just go for it. Sometimes I set a Pomodoro clock I have on my phone and give myself 20 minutes of focus and 5 minutes of rest, but sometimes I just want to get things done.
I find if I read over all of my drafts and then pick one I get overwhelmed, so I just open one and focus on that one. When I’m taking care of the horses though I have a bit of time to just think while mucking or whatever, so I’ll think about a thread or a post or a story or a comedy sketch and if I get any really good ideas I’ll jot them down in my phone, otherwise I just let everything mull over.
✔ : What drew you to the character you currently play? What types of characters are you generally drawn to?
Shanks was the entire reason I got into One Piece in the first place. I was in high school and wanted to read a book that had pirates, but pirates weren’t the villains/antagonists. I had just read one of these books and I loved it. I’ve always loved pirates - which is weird because I live in the desert far away from any ocean. Anyway. Shanks was exactly the type of character I wanted - genuinely sweet, but also a pirate. And he’s cute af so that doesn’t hurt.
I really like that type of ‘tough exterior, marshmallow interior’ type character. Especially if that ‘tough exterior’ is really in rumor mostly. I also love characters like Smoker and Zoro, who are both shown to be complete sweethearts even though they might be a bit tough. I also wrote for a bit Jessie from Team Rocket, and she can be like that too. One thing I’ve found weird af is that most of my muses end up being red-heads. I have no idea why. I have nothing for or against red-heads, but every time I get a muse for a character I’m like “ah. that’s why.” as though that explains it.
❤ : What are some role-plays that you have done/are doing that you particularly enjoy and wish to share with your followers?
Any of my plotted threads are ones I get really excited about. I love working with people to get to a point where we’re both excited about potential developments.
That being said, the Night to Remember thread with @godlivesonthemoon makes me laugh so hard. It’s inspired by the quest of the same name in Skyrim and we have a bit of things planned for it. But so far this is what happened:
Enel and Shanks got drunk
stole a Marine battleship
traded drums for a goat
crashed into Mihawk’s castle
trashed Mihawk’s castle
cosplayed as each other
And we have some other things in mind for what might happen. It’s really silly, but it’s a lot of fun. Of course I love all my threads and I’m so happy that people are writing with me after all this time!!!

So I’ve almost finished translating the first story, and I’ll post the fourth part tomorrow.
Once that one is finished, I figured I’d ask you if you have a preference over what story should be translated next. So here’s some quick summaries of the stories, if you are interested in one or more of them, do tell me. I’ll take your opinions into account while deciding the next story.
There are 5 stories in every book, including 5-7 ministories, which I’ll be posting randomly.
Book 1:
Chapters 1-3 are translated properly on the internet somewhere, I won’t be telling you about them. Google them if you haven’t read them yet.
Chapter 4: Treasure hunting with Vivi and Law, featuring Gedatsu and Caesar Clown. It also has an obligatory bathhouse scene with the Strawhats, uhm, admiring Laws tattoos.
Chapter 5: Some sort of Power rangers mash up with Bad Guy™ Shanks(cosplaying a crab) and his crew. Usopp cosplays Kizaru and Chopper cosplays Senor Pink. Crocodile regrets being a part of this story.
Book 2:
Chapter 6: Davy Back Fight with Foxy, but this time he has Law and Cavendish on his side. Law briefly has a sailor moon wig on and Monster trio has afros.
Chapter 7: Zoro gets so damn lost and ends up in Rusukaina. For some reason he knows how to do Ivankov’s Death Wink. Caribou is there. We get to find out if Hancock’s Mero Mero Mellow works on Zoro. (it doesn’t)
Chapter 8 & 10 are actually already translated by the wonderful @dragon6125 , go check them out if you’re interested.
Chapter 9: Bartolomeo the fanboy gets to visit Thousand Sunny. Lots of tears, snot and wonderful fanboying.
Book 3:
Chapter 11: Adventure in Drum, feat. Vivi and Law. Includes Law pouting, Wapol being a dork and Vivi and Nami saving the day. Bepo is present.
Chapter 12: Garp dresses ASL trio in marine uniforms and they play some form of (violent) tag in the forest. Dadan is funny.
Chapter 13: Adventure in mermaid island feat. Carrot. Sanji gets arrested.
Chapter 14: Obligatory beach episode. Volleyball, barbeque and fanservice, as per usual. Zoro continues to ignore the existance of directions.
Chapter 15 is currently being translated.
Book 4:
Chapter 16: Usopp infiltrates the marines. Involves lots of Japanese jokes(Tsukkomis and Bokes).
Chapter 17: Obligatory swimming pool episode feat. Miss Goldenweek, Mr.3, Miss Valentine, Mr.5 and Dorry & Brogy. Has scenes of Law riding on Luffys shoulders and Law wearing a gorgeous swimming cap and goggles.
Chapter 18: A Karate Kid parody with Zoro being Karate Kid and Mihawk is Mr. Miyagi. Training stuff on Mihawks island feat. Perona.
Chapter 19: A treasure hunt with Law feat. Smoker and Hina. Sabo and Ace threathen Law, and Law carries Luffy on his shoulders. Ace and Sabo threathen Law some more.
Chapter 20: Luffy, Zoro, Cavendish and Bartolomeo are all handcuffed to each other and they have to fight Vergo and Monet. Rebecca tries to help, but those morons are beyond all help.

Why I like them
I loved how we first met him and he looked like a stoner, just rocks up in jeans and a hoody like 'what is up my dudes' His attitude was fun, smirky and smug, just didn't give two shits. He was interesting because he seemed very different from alot of characters we'd seen thus far. Really freaky fun power. I also feel bad about his past, how he was fleshed out as a character, what he went through and what brought us to this point.
Why I don’t
I STILL love the mofo but he now suffers from the cliche 'grumpy stoic dark handsome' character and I think he lost a little something from when we first met him.
Favorite episode (scene if movie)
When he first battles the marines with Kid and Luffy, will always be one of my favs, how he demonstrates his powers and his 'lol ur fuked' attitude. I also really like the fight with Doffy on the bridge.

Head Canon
OK My biggest headcannon for Law is WHY his personality does a flip in the middle of his life. He's a happy kid, things go wrong and he becomes the Law we know now right? I think he got wrapped up in enjoying the life and freedom Corazon died to give him and he made friends, enjoyed the life of a pirate and just.. chilled out. But something happened, maybe seeing/hearing about Doffy's BS and the sense of duty to Corazon and despite Cora's wishes he was too hung up and getting back at Doffy for everything that went down, we know he's the type to hold on to a grudge and now he'd an adult and he's powerful he thinks he can back it up. So I think he sank back into his old personality type when he let his need for revenge took over. I also think that's why he's still this way, he's not had another chance to really relax, it's always his more aggressive tendencies that take over.
Unpopular opinion
He took just as much influence from Doffy as he did Corazon but it somewhat balanced him out.
AND HIS FULL NAME IS DUMB AS FUCK.

I hope he goes back to a state where he can just -be- and not have so much responsibility.
