The party just got into a fight with a bunch of orcs. I (elven cleric) gets knocked down two zero hit points two different within the combat. I am rolling death saves and one of the orcs places his axe over my neck and say if anyone moves, I die.
The barbarian, thinking he was fast enough, attacked anyway.
The orc swung for his two attacks…
And rolled two nat ones.
So my poor DM now has to orchestrate why this super strong orc was unable to hit the unconscious 4’10” body of my cleric.
It was the best revenge

Well @operativedameron took one look at hat man and thought “hm, he looks like a man who appreciates a fine feathered hero,,,tIME TO SHIP” (or yknow maybe just. “hEY this would be an absolutely stupid ship name so now it’s gotta be A Thing) and at three am dragged me and our good buddy Romeo into the mess
After like. Hours lmao of shitposting and tossing increasingly bad ideas back and forth between the three of us (seriously, never leave us unattended, we will create chaos) we had the hawkhawks server up and like three different AUs of the original “canon” crossover
Hawks has a name in this bullshit (it’s Ashitaka something, but all I can remember is Ashitaka cuz I immediately thought it meant Hawkleg lmaooooo), he and Clint have been fake-married-turned-real-married, caught hanahaki disease for each other twice, died in the process once, the second time tho is gonna end happy (RIGHT INKY???), they’re also party members in a dnd campaign (with Iida as the dm), and I can’t remember all the AUs but there’s a pop star one as well, also for your consideration may I present: Ochasha (Ochako and Natasha, aka Black Widow)

Would every plague doctor be the same, or would you differentiate them?
Oh they are all different! I usually draw Soup and Gun because they’re actually my boys. Skitter, Whoosh, Qoo, Crowe and Pluck are my dnd group’s characters. We actually are running a campaign with these dumb birds (haven’t had a session in a while bc of winter break) and i’m holding the pencil for shitpostable dnd material.
until then im just drawing non canon happenings.
I did make a post a while back telling them apart but I can repost them
Soup: The Cleric and the only one who holds a Ph.D. He has two feathers in his hat.
Gun: The Gunslinger. The most plain doctor (usually has a gun)
Skitter: The Paladin, has a punchable personalty. He’s the one who wears nipple armor and has absurd mooscles.
Qoo: The Druid who is precious and needs to be protected. They’re mute on a preference and carry around a pencil and paper. They wear necklaces.
Pluck: The Monk who probably is involved in MLM. He’s bald and has a band around his hat.
Crowe: The Ranger whose just there because he was mistaken for a gorgeous kenku. He’s a peacock.
Whoosh: The Warlock and probably a pyromaniac. He has a skull on his hat.

controversial opinion, but donating your old books to libraries isn't usually the universally charitable deed most people think it is. most public libraries don't have the space, staff, or budget to sort through used books in the off chance that one or two out of a hundred are in good enough condition to add to their collection.
it's always a good idea to call ahead and ask what, if any, materials the library might accept as a donation. you'd be surprised what they will and won't take! my library flat-out refuses encyclopedias and textbooks, which takes a lot of people by surprise. on the other hand, the same library is always accepting donations of jigsaw puzzles and used magazines! it doesn't hurt to ask.
if you have old books you don't want and need to get rid of, i suggest finding a used bookstore, a charity that specializes in distributing used books, or a local school and/or retirement community.
if you just want to support your local library, that's great! just... ask them what they need, instead of assuming. most libraries would be much happier to receive a crisp $20 bill than a boxload of dusty paperbacks.
