Beach day Dads

Bakugou, Kirishima, Midoriya

A/n : beach days are a regular thing for me now that it's summer! Even though it's no hotter then 21⁰c...still hot!

Bakugou

This man is going to have a heartattack– do all the kids have suncream on? Do they have all their swimsuits on before you get to the beach? Is the tarp packed? What about snacks and lunches?

He will make sure your kids are lathered in suncream, he doesn't care if the sand sticks to their skin, he doesn't want his babys to have burnt skin

Strict about where they can go, no running behind where he's set up the tarp for the younger kids who can't take in as much sun, if they want to get in the water they must have an adult with them. Doesn't care if they think they'll be okay...

Tries to go to a more private beach, doesn't want the paparazzi to post your kids in swimsuits all over twitter for the weirdos to find,,

Definitely has your kids wear those swimsuits that have the arms, no rashes here!

Makes your kids do a sand castle competition with your friends kids, it's all fun and games till your kid is crying because they came last... rigged

Hates sand, the kids will be fully dusted down before they step foot into his nice car... god forbid he sees a grain of sand the next day

Sunglasses never come off his man, puts them on his toddler as a joke when taking a break,

Matching swimsuits was his idea your idea

Kirishima

Loves the beach, goes all the time with the dogs for runs before people arrive

Makes sure his kids are lathered up in suncream before having fun, he's a fun dad but he has to make sure his kids are safe

Has his kid on his shoulders in the water, the kids love being thrown into the water by their dad lol

Absolutely gets buried in sand by his kids, definitely falls asleep half way through

Amazing tan from this man, seriously he came back from the beach five shades darker,

Man bun all day with this man, gotta' keep the hair out of his face when playing right? ( everyone is loving it )

Brings those inflatable beach toys for everyone to play with, e.g. beach ball, donut ring,

Brings the less healthy snacks to share, much to bakugou's distaste he will let his brats kids have some of Kirishima's snacks

Cutest sight ever us watching this big hulk of a man walk his toddler to the water to splash their feet in. The poor kid is on their tippy' toes just to hold onto Eijirou's pink finger :')

Midoriya

Poor baby has heart attacks constantly on the beach, are all his kids safe from villians, are they eating sand? Do they have their arm bands on? Wait wheres his middle child–

Brings everything he probably doesn't even need e.g. bear spray

His kids are always the ones eating the sand, does he stop it? The best he can, does it always work? Absolutely not

He burns really easily so he has timers for everyone to apply more suncream 💀

Brings a little freezer bag to keep all the juice boxes in for all the kids

Has a sun lounger to try and relax and tan in, end up falling sleep and getting badly sunburnt. Good thing he has aloe vera gel in his bag!

Watches all those tiktoks of beach life hacks,, has a fitted bedsheet so the kids don't get sand everywhere, uses baby powder to get sand of etc

If he can stay long enough, he loves watching the sunset.

Hates seagulls, his worst enemy

Airport Dad

Bakugou x gn!reader, domestic, fluff

Bakugou has always been the airport dad. Has his whole timetable and to-do list sorted weeks before your holiday

He swears he didn't get it from his own old man but...the similarities are there when you go on a big family holiday with Katsuki's family

Katsuki needs everyone's passports,, he has a little folder for them including the boarding passes–

On that note he refuses to have a digital copy of the boarding passes, always paper.

Weights the bags before going to the airport at least three times– just incase you try and sneek in anything he didn't deem "nessisary" for the trip...sounds like a shopping trip excuse for when you get there

Always buys the "priority" boarding and check-in pass, he doesn't want to wait in a long ass queue

Duty free is a must,, sometimes theres good deals...and other times it's just a reason to get a Toblerone bar

Listens carefully to the announcements, will ask your kids to be quiet even if the announcement isn't for your flight–

"Oi quiet for a mintue, this could be us–" "katsuki our flight isn't for another hour..."

Brings food with yous since airport food is over prices af, you won't see him spending €20+ on a burger

Makes sure everyone is listening for the safety instructions on the plane–

"Don't come crying to me when the plane crashes idiots"

Matching airport outfits, he says it's so he can see everyone more clearly, but really he likes matching outfits with his family...

Bringing their kids to build-a-bear

Hates the place, he avoids it even walking past the place to avoid the dreaded "We're just looking"

Does promise his kids to a teddy, they can even get those over priced clothes if they really want... tries to force a Dynamight hero costume on the bear—

Thinks it's cute watching his brats kids doing all the steps in making the bear ; rubbing the heart on their cheek to make it "cheeky",

I can see one of his kids going for the classic bears, either the brown bear or the cream bear,, probably the oldest. His middle kid will probably go for the most gaudy thing that is there, may it be a special edition or just an ugly bear... Bakugou keeps his mouth shut since its for his baby... then his youngest will choose the cutest bear, just like them :') maybe the frog or the axolotl

Now the clothes... he understands kids what the whole get-up when their there..but he doesn't see the point? Why does your bear need pyjamas? He doesn't discourage them from getting what they want at all— he just won't have much of an imput

Helps his youngest with the tasks, holding them up to reach the bear skin, helping them step on the pedal to stuff it since their too light, fluffs the bear up with them — omg he's so cute

Don't even bother asking him to make a bear with you, you "have too many already" ;)

Todoroki

Poor boy never been to this magical overpriced wonderland of the beas

He was probably even more excited then your twins. He asked so kindly if you both could make a bear together– aw shoto

I can see his kids wanted to choose similar bears, maybe the matching basic bears. But untimely choose opposite teddys when they see all their options, probably the longhorn cow and the sloth

Shouto lets them get all the expensive inclusions e.g. beating heart, a smell, a sound. He has the money may aswell spend it on a teddy right?

Buys all the clothes for the bears, all the accessories they offer, a car? Sure buy 2, one for each bear,,

Asks kindly if you want to make the grizzly bear with him...

Insists on filming everything to show his friends later... even if the pictures are blurry or the sound is muffed, he will be so excited to show Midoriya everything–

"Look, here was when s/n chose the bear" "this is when they picked their bears' outfits for brunch"

Has no problem taking them again if it means he can make another bear :),, theres no such thing as "too many bears" or "they'll forget about them in a weeks time" , false because shouto will make sure the bears are loved even after the kids are finished playing with them :')

Teddy bear picnics are planned with all his friends kids bears, it's very fancy for a bunch of toddlers / kids

Bakugou parenting headcanons part 3

Bakugou , fluff, domestic

He's the type of dad to bring snacks / treats home after a long day of work – donuts in the office? He's bringing the rest home for after dinner...no sneaking some until then!

Zero shame in singing along to the movie that has been on repeat for the past week,, will you see him swaying his hips lightly to "Under the sea" yes, will you also see him mimicking the characters voice to make his kids laugh? Absolutely

Dresses his kid in a matching outfit to his,, he loves if you all wear similar outfits / matching outfits...melts his heart!

One too many times you've had to pick stickers off his clothing before leaving the house,, imagine the media snapping a picture of the Great Dynamight wearing sparkly butterfly stickers on his clothing?

Understands children will like a certain food one day but hate it the next day– is it frustrating? Yes, but he sees it as a new challenge on how he can get his kids to eat that one veggie they loved last night but hate now,,

Has a soft spot for quiet kids, he loves to see the sparkle in their eye when they have a chance to speak up and talk about the things they love *faints in cuteness*

Is the type of dad to "ring" santa or the boogie man to scare his kids, look it works!!,, "hello? Santa that you? Yeah *childs name* is up past their bedtime...yeah I'll tell them you're watching" cue tears

Pretends to "steal" their nose even when their in their teens,,

The type of dad to remember everything about his kids friends lives– "hows your ma after her surgery?" "Heard you did great on your final, good job" "shit stain over there told me ya' got yerself a girlfriend? Never thought I'd live to see the day–" *smack*

Fluff

Bakugou

Plays as either Bowser or dry bones,, depends on his mood.

Insists karts are the way to go and motorbikes are useles,, if you disagree well don't conplain to him if you end up being slow in the race

Is always player 1, he has to be able to chose the courses and the teams in battles.

He doesn't have time for bad players, he's playing to win not to sympathise if you find the track hard

If he wins you bet he's bragging, but if you win...he demands a rematch

Favourite course is Bowers castle or Moo moo meadows...listen there good courses– he will let you chose the next course after he wins bowsers castle...maybe

On his personal mario kart he has everything unlocked and all the trophies. If you don't have the hard ones unlocked he will help you, but in favour of letting him play first...

Gets annoyed if you continue a cup with someone else, that was your thing! Why is Kirishima helping you with The Special Cup?

Midoriya

Loves Mario kart, one of his favourite multilayer games after mario party!

Either plays as Luigi or Yoshi,, if he can he will chose the baby Luigi :)

Hates rainbow roads, was never good at it and gets really anxious whilst playing it– which leads to him falling off the edge and loosing, so please don't pick it!

Loves to play online against random people

His favourite courses are either Yoshi falls or wario's gold mine– he's a basic guy!

Likes playing the minigames with friends such as the coin race or the balloon battle game, always wants to be on your team, will get pouty and sulky if you chose to be on the opposite team

Has the easy trophies,, the harder ones are slowly being accomplished but with the help of you and your friends!

Knows the best kart / motorbike since he has analysed the statistics of each section, best wheels? Has them, doesn't care if his kart / bike looks crazy, it's the best for this course!

Todoroki

Rarely played it as a child, only when Fuyumi snuck him her nintendo to play,,

He played it more after moving into the dorms and when it was his turn at game nights, didn't understand the logic

"Why is a mushroom making me go faster? Does that happen in real life?" And "wait why does the star have eyes? Thats not realistic"

Plays as either Toad or his Mii....maybe Daisy at a push...

Very calm but has subtle road rage? E.g. "he didn't turn on the road, why did he go off course?" In a calm stern voice, only for bakugou to laugh back in a mocking tone "because he's tryna' get more coins dumbass!"

Loves to play with friends, make his inner child happy :)

Likes playing with you in battles, find it cute if you get competitive,

Boys x reader who got a concussion

Midoriya, Todoroki, fluff, angsty-ish

Midoriya

It happened during hero training. One minute you were fine sparring against Kaminari and the next minute you were on the floor holding your head

Call it boyfriend senses or Izuku's just good sense of danger, but he was the first one over to you with Aizawa right behind him

Immediately he knew it was a concussion,, he's had a few himself so he knew the signs

He was asked to bring you to recovery girl, he was so gentle with you incase you got sick,, he doesn't want you to get worse due to him not being careful,

As soon as recovery girl got you stable, Midoriya was by your side, actually he hasn't left your side

Midoriya waited for you to tell him to leave or stay– if you want him to stay he will be on hand and foot for you.

He makes sure you have everything you need to have a smooth recovery

Makes sure your water bottle is always filled– can't have you getting dehydrated!

Ramps up his "y/n's in danger" sense, it's almost like a second quirk!

Todoroki

Todoroki also has a 6th sense for when your in danger or you've hurt yourself,,

You've sneezed and he's worried you have an infection– poor thing just wants you to be safe

So when he heard from Tzuyu that you've gone to recovery girl for a head injury he's never ran faster!

Seriously everyone better get out of his way his s/o is hurt!

Once he sees you being treated by recovery girl he's silently watching– making sure she's listening to your concerns

Uses his quirk to make you some ice, to eat or help with pain :)

He's not leaving your side, makes sure you Don't fall asleep in worry your concussion gets worse so he talks to you in a gentle voice about simple things to keep your mind at ease

Dims the room so the lights aren't too bright

When your let out he makes sure you don't do any heavy lifting for a while, can't have you fainting on him!

“Tobio! I can take care of myself, go back to practice.” You protested against his sudden arrival to your house. “Stop worrying so much!”

His hands were preoccupied with bags filled with tissues, small blankets, green and chamomile tea bags, cough drops and more. It was a caring deed for him, but you don’t want him to miss practice because of you.

“Huh? Stop worrying!? Look at you, you’re a hot mess!” He was right; you did look a mess with your runny nose oozing with snot and droopy eyelids a blink away from sleeping right there and there. “Just, shut up and let me take care of you!”

He started to immediately drown you in blankets and heat packs, making you gulp down gallons of water. Tobio was frantically running around like a chicken, searching up best medicines for common flu,

“Okay, okay. What about practice though?” You felt a bit guilty for the fact that you’re the reason Tobio had to skip practice, you know how committed he is to volleyball and wouldn’t ever dare to restrict it from him.

“Dumbass, what about you!?”

“Fine, fine, I surrender.” You got a huff in response.

Tobio went around your house and opened all the windows. He saw on the internet that fresh air when you’re sick is a step closer to recovery. Maybe he’s right, you do feel a bit better with the fresh air.

“Tobio..”

“What now? If it’s about—”

“Thank you.”

The shopping centre was bustling and hustling of people, who were predominantly shopping for Easter celebrations as the day was approaching quickly. Stores had advertised sales, as there was a boost of customers in time for Easter. Most students were going to go back home to celebrate Easter with their families, as the school provided a free-day for the holiday.

In time before the arrival of Easter, you and Todoroki had decided to buy easter-themed gifts for your class. Well, you suggested the idea and he just went along with your idea. Wandering around Kiyashi Ward Shopping Mall, you noticed a small candy shop which had displayed nostalgic easter lollies.

“Todoroki, what was your favourite childhood candy?” It was a question out of curiosity, as you knew his family is rich and probably spoiled their children.

“I wasn’t allowed candy,” Todoroki answered bluntly, as if it was normal. “My Old Man thought they were going to stunt my growth and limit my ability.” You looked taken aback at him, regretting such an insensitive question.

“I-I’m deeply apologetic, I completely forgot about your upbringing.” You entwined your fingers together and darted your eyes anywhere else remote from his view. Despite the clear apology, your skin quavered at the feeling of him glaring intensely towards you.

After a few prolonged seconds, his eyes alleviated. “Do not worry about it, y/n. I don’t mind any inquiries.” He tried his best to reassure you, but there was still tension lingering around you two.

Eventually, the tension passed, you and Todoroki continued to walk around the shopping centre, discussing gift ideas for the teachers, browsing shop displays and buying individual personalised gifts for each of your classmates. It turned out to be a great time with Todoroki , with no other classmates to distract him or any surprise villain attacks. Thank goodness there weren't any fangirls present who recognised him too! Imagine what they would’ve done if they caught their beloved Todoroki out alone with a girl?

While you and Todoroki chatted away lightheartedly, concerning matters about each other’s internships and modifications you guys would like to your hero costumes. Until, your stomach bubbled and growled, interrupting the current conservation. You tried to ignore the sounds and hoped that Todoroki wouldn’t notice.

“I heard that.” He stopped in his path. You feigned confusion, tilting your head and looking around the place. “Heard what?” You replied with a hint of stammer in your voice.

“Your stomach, you’re hungry,” Regardless of his monotone voice, his voice was soothing to you. “After we’re done, we could go to the food court.”

Once each classmate had a designated gift, he was true to his word and you and Todoroki concluded the shopping trip to browse the centre for a place to satisfy you and Todoroki ‘s hunger after roaming around for a long period.

Except, none of the places at the food court seemed suitable for you and Todoroki ’s appetite. You furrowed your eyebrows and rubbed your chin until a light bulb flickered in your head. You could give Todoroki a taste of childhood treats instead!

“I have the best idea ever!” You exclaimed in enthusiasm and seized his wrist before he could protest against you.

While holding on securely onto his wrist, you took off in a paced run, ignoring Todoroki ’s questions of confusion and hesitation. With adrenaline coursing through your veins, you continued running despite the earlier pain in your calves of walking around, looking behind you occasionally to see Todoroki huffing and puffing.

Todoroki stared at you in disbelief as your hair bounced with each step across the ground. How could he tell you that he was short of breath because of your smile which made his heart beat quicker than his actual speed? He was always fond of you, your quirky personality and how easy it was to be with you…

As people stared and small children pointed at you and Todoroki, you two did not stop for anything or anyone. Except when you guys would occasionally bump into families or other teenagers your age and had to sincerely apologise towards them. Other than that, it felt as if nothing could hold you guys back from anything and everything.

“Earth to Todoroki!?” He was snapped out of his little world and was found back to his current reality, at least he’s with you. “Sorry, I was just recovering after that.. run.”

“Todoroki, if you need to recover after that small jog, then you better start practising your run if you want to make it pro!” You wittily remarkarked on his statement before giving a playful nudge to his arm. However, even when you’re making fun of him, he doesn’t ever re-evaluate how he feels towards you.

“I just need to warm up before cardio, that’s all.” He replied with a subtle curve on his lips, internally wishing you could see what you’ve done to him. “However, where are we, y/n?”

With a sly smile displayed on your face, you gestured your finger for him to follow you inside the small shop. It was flamboyant and vibrant, the walls had illustrations of dainty sweets, all of the surfaces were overflowing with advertised pastries on sale. The store had just been decorated for the upcoming Easter holiday, with plastic painted eggs placed erratically throughout, triangular banners had been hung spelling ‘EASTER’.

Shouto looked around in surprise, he thought he would’ve never in his lifetime stepped foot in one of these places. “Enjoying the sight? You can grab anything you’d like, it’s all on me!” You commented on his face of bewilderment, restraining your giggles of the stoic Todoroki being amazed by a candy store.

“Are you sure? I am certain that I can afford these myself–” You shoved your finger on his mouth, interjecting whatever he was going to say. “Nuh, ah, ah! It’s my treat, I'll buy you all of my favourites.”

You pulled Todoroki everywhere, and showcased him all of your childhood favourites and some stories of Easter when you were young. Luckily, there were some samples provided so you guys could properly choose which lollies you guys wanted to purchase.

However, you kept on stuffing Todoroki’s mouth with all kinds of sweet foods, along with him feeding you candies he thinks you’d like. One sample of each lolly, turned into three, into five and eventually eight.

After indulging in the pastries and candies, you guys had decided which to purchase and you paid for both you and Todoroki according to your promise despite Todoroki’s offers to pay instead.

You guys had to drag your feet to the car, often having to pause for one person to pour out a puddle of rainbows, scrambled eggs and rice. Once you guys had finally got there, you both slumped in the backseat in exhaustion and ache.

You took a long glance at Todoroki, admiring the fact that regardless of all the walking, running and consuming a whole month’s worth of candy, he still manages to have porcelain type skin, gratifying lips and silky hair. You rip your eyes off him once you realise what’s going through your head, failing to prevent your cheeks from getting warm to embarrassment.

“Y/N… Would you like to stay over at my residence to eat soba?”

“Of course.”

Daichi says that he sees no difference so far, I mean, not exactly but It sure did sound like it. moving on, you said that you’ve been wanting to try some of Japan’s art tools and brushes right? I brought some locally, they should be attached to this letter.

Thank you, Kei! I saw them and they look absolutely top notch, good choice! Attached to this letter should be a couple of drawings with the brushes and pencils. I always imagine us finally meeting up and I can see you play volleyball. I know just exactly how to pay you back, don’t worry, it’s not stupid.

As promised, there are papers with rough sketches, yet finely detailed features. Some have been altered with colour, while some stay the original monotone. The papers covered in eraser shavings, makes him think that you’ve put a lot of effort into this.

This makes him etch a smile. As his mind visualises the real concept, when It’s you and kei, at their first volleyball game, together.
