This is a collection of entries for the I've been Dreaming... event which occurred from February 2024 to March 2024. Each one centers around the theme of “dreams” and the names were mainly derived from the special player titles you receive once you own 10 unique cards of that particular character.

Please note that these may contain main story spoilers. The Ignihyde and Diasomnia prompts, for example, contain many book 7 spoilers.

PROMPTS ✮⋆˙

FADE — watching as the light fades from their eyes, muttering soft “no’s” as they weakly reach up to your face, pushing hair behind your ear for the last time.

「i’m so glad you’re here…」「of course i am, i promised, didn’t i?」

WITHER — they’ve been in a tough battle, now they limp on the bed. you’ve been treating them with such care but it’s hard to watch as they wither away.

「hang in there, okay?」「i’ll try. for you, i’ll try.」

WANE — (romantic) after years in a relationship, you can feel their feelings wane. they don’t look, touch or say the same things they used too. will you let them go gently or fight for what once was?

「i’ll see you later. love you.」「do you? you can’t even say “I” before it. what, are you scared of a letter?」

DISSOLVE — having to leave, not knowing when you’ll next see each other. you share one last hug, pulling away with shuddered breaths. it takes only a moment before their resolve dissolves into a mess of tears.

「please don’t go…」「you know i have to. if i could, i would. you know that, too.」

VANISH — it’s been days since the accident, you’ve been by their side the entire time. the beeping of the heart monitor is enough to give you strength, but a flatline was quick to make that strength vanish.

「no… no, NO! IT’S NOT FAIR!」

DWINDLE — (hanahaki disease au) your best friend sits at your side, shocked at your state. you seemed fine days ago, how could you get so ill so fast? you contemplate telling them how you feel, ruining your friendship all the while or force them to watch as you dwindle away.

「how did this happen?! please, tell me!」「i can’t…」

DIM — you notice how their smiles are weaker, dimmer than usual. it’s clear something happened, but you don’t know how to ask. you only hope you can offer comfort, but even that might be too much.

「i can tell you’re hurting. please, talk to me.」「…」

DECLINE — they’ve been coming home late, not responding to texts. you barely know who they are anymore. your relationship declines, culminating when they send a fatal message:

「stop messaging me, you don’t need to know where i am.」「so i guess that’s it then?」

DEGRADE — (platonic) they started hanging out with new people, leaving you in the memories of what your friendship used to be. you work up the courage to question the degradation of what you were but that might be the last time you speak.

「leave me alone.」「you’ve changed. im glad you’re showing your true colours now.」

EVANESCE — they hurt you. more than you could ever imagine. promises were broken, as was your heart. you can’t stop the tears when they began to yell at you.

「what the hell is your problem?!」「i’m sorry…」「it’s too late for that now.」

☆Event - Advent calendar: Hot chocolate or gingerbread?

Hi there☆ This is my first event so I'm a bit nervous lol. I hope it won't be too messy and you will like it :D But I really wanted to thank you all for the 140+ followers. Since December is slowly approaching, I thought it would be fun to have an advent calendar. I know I'm posting this early, but I want to write the texts beforehand and have the time to write them all without any pressure! ( ^◡^)

Be polite when requesting. It's really rude to receive messages without a 'hello' or 'thank you'.

Please, also precise you're requesting for the event and not for a normal request.

Give me one OP character, one prompt number, and let me know if you're okay with modern AU or not. If you pick more than one character, I’ll choose my personal favorite in the list.

You can include some details you would like to see in the fic and, for n/sfw requests, please precise if you want some specific kinks (click here to see the kinks I won't write)

Don’t forget to specify the gender of the reader, otherwise I'll go for a g/n reader. I won’t accept request that basically describe an oc.

For a smut request, please use off-anon and make your age easily accessible on your blog. Don’t be shy, I won’t judge you♡ If you're uncomfortable, I won't show your name on the post. Just let me know if you want to stay anon.

This event will remain open to requests as long as slots are still available

To keep the fun of an advent calendar, the fics will be updated in a non-predictable order. So maybe I'll post the 7 prompt for day one, who knows.

A soft chuckle escaped from Riki as she floated over the island on her broomstick. It seemed the curse of the sexual pollen was still as strong as ever. She had to admit it was her most potent curse to still last this long. Just feeling all the sexual energy flowing from the deviants below and into her body was a euphoria that always got her going. She might as well pick up a mate and enjoy the season, her hips swaying as she scanned the area. She licked her lips slowly as she flew right before the poor stragglers, leaning softly towards them.

This is the first event I'm hosting on this blog, and I'm super excited! To ensure everyone has a good time and knows what's goin down, here are some guidelines;

• This event will be held Nov. 13 - Dec. 1.

I will continue to post non-event requests at this time •

There will be a list of 18 prompts to choose from. Each is a different nonverbal way to show love/affection. For this event, all prompts will be written for romantic relationships. Prompts may be requested multiple times and can be (x reader) or (x character)

Please specify who is doing what in your requests. For example; "Verosika doing prompt 5 for her s/o?"

I know this blog is Helluva-Boss Centric, but there are other fandom's I write for, so if anyone is interested in Hazbin Hotel or The Arcana, feel free to request characters from those fandoms as well.

Regular rules still apply for this event- that means there are certain characters I won't write for. For reference please see my pinned post, or feel free to send in questions.

I can write up to 3 characters per 1 prompt. Be aware, the more characters you request, the shorter each scenario will be. Poly requests are the exception to this rule

Blog Event: TWST Year IV Anniversary – I've been Dreaming...

🎊 HAPPY YEAR 4 OF TWST!! 🎊

For the first anniversary, we had Magic Mystery Letters!

For the second anniversary, we had Twisted Tarot!

For the third anniversary, we had Topsy Turvy Days!

Well… It’s that time of year again, fellas 😎

Like the previous years, this is a blog event and a self-imposed writing challenge I do around February and/or March to celebrate TWST JP’s launch day (the 18th of March). Starting tomorrow, there will be something posted every day to count down to the 18th (JST)!

The prompts for 2024 will center around the titles granted to players who have 10 or more of a particular character's cards. These will purposefully be written in a somewhat vague and/or fantastical manner to give off the feeling of "being in their dream" as a homage to book 7's ideas and themes. The Overblot boys in particular will lean heavily into the “dream” theme. You’ll see what I mean soon ;)

This will run concurrent with another blog event that was announced earlier (Two Ravens at the Writing Desk).

***PLEASE NOTE: The pieces written for these prompts will follow the canon of the main story, INCLUDING BOOK 7. There WILL be major spoilers, which will be tagged when appropriate.***

Winter festival!

Hey everyone!

I hope you have been keeping well with all of this crazy weather!

Things have been great here, so much so that we can finally announce our "Winter Farewell Festival!"

This festival is pretty special because of the fact that, rather than having a festival on a specific date, this one is based off of when the weather has passed over and officially allowed us into a season ready for spring.

While it still may be cold in some parts, the serious weather should be past us, so things will start warming up after this.

This festival is when we say goodbye and thank you for all of the cold weather, celebrating Ice Types and welcoming in the warmth of spring.

This will also be taking place in Snowpoint City, so you should still bundle up, but there will be plenty of warmth, warm treats, games, and events.

We will also have some lovely traditional events before the actual festival, including:

The preparing of the bonfire, a city wide snow clearing and snowman building, and of course, the clean up of Snowpoint Temple, leading into the first traditional event where we give thanks to the guardian, Regigigas and all other pokemon watching over us.

Naturally there will be a lot of food vendors, and we here at the Ranger Base are going to be having another adoption event, because we got in a bunch of little friends over the winter who now need homes.

I'll post more updates soon, but we hope to see you all there!

500 Follower Event

Thank you, thank you, THANK YOU to all of you!!!!!!! In honor of reaching 500+ followers, I wanted to do a little event. A couple days ago, I posted a 30 Day Writing Challenge prompt set, so I thought it would be fun to do those with some of the characters I write about.

The event will start in a few days. I'll be using a random number generator to give me a noun, an adjective, a scent, and a character from a list I've made. They will vary in content (fluff, smut, angst, etc...) but I'm guessing most of them will be fluff with maybe some slightly suggestive content (just to forewarn).

I also thought this would be a nice way to ease back into writing. I've had a lot going on in my personal life lately, so I've had some pretty bad burnout/writer's block. I thought this would be a fun way to get back into the swing of things.

Thank you to everyone for all of your amazing support and your many kindnesses. It's a joy to be able to write and share my writing with other people. It is lovely to know that others enjoy it. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. I wish you all the best in everything you do! 💜

Open Event Starter (Female or Futa only)

Patty let out a small breath as she walked along the streets, listening to the heavy moans and groans that echoed through the street. The event had begun, she was warned by Maria a few months back that she would be getting a lot of sex-related injuries for the next couple of weeks. She didn't think it would be this sudden, or this hard to avoid. She had a few surgical masks to help keep her from being infected, but just being around the constant heat and steam from the group of fired-up young adults was making her drool down her legs. She just needed to stay strong.

She stopped for a moment as she noticed someone panting on the ground. Fearing the worst she rushed over toward them, trying her best not to get too close as she knelt, "what seems to be the problem?"
