Neptune =Their aura is intresting and different. They can be like mirrors to other people and are idolized easily. People with this placement can be invisible if they want to but suddenly have everyone staring at them. They can be bit cartoonish. I see psych as pure as no one can be, the purest, innocent, characterized by being blessed with THE beauty, even Aphrodite felt envy. she owned beauty from the inside out. victim of envy. reminds me of the feeling when you want to put someone in your pocket so nothing would happen to them. I think psych is a reminder of where we have to be aware of people’s probable negative attitudes towards us. where we can be innocently good at something and we’re not aware of what can drain/hurt us. how our soul is exposed. what’s eternal even if we’re gone -not necessarily ded-.

ascendant: overall aura, first impression, energy our soul took shape when we borned. our beauty, characteristics we have others envy, other’s perception. nature of our soul and eternity. true expression of our soul, where our soul shines without effort, identity. how our soul approaches life.

2H: where/when/how our soul craves stability, security. what you’re most secure about others envy. priorities of you soul. habits your soul copied.

my chart observations

7H capricorn moon: I contradict myself a lot, since I was a child I always dreamed to have someone to rely on, who’ll understand me -imposible- and cared about me like no one, in romantic terms. never have told these openly bc that Capricorn moon appears.

mars conjunct saturn: it could be interpreted in a lot of ways. the determination of my soul is accompanied by compromise. there’s an undeniable lider characteristic.

sun 12H opposition pluto 6H: it does mean you’re a nostalgic soul. PLS 12H reminds me of nostalgia and 6H of overthinking. guess what? you overthink on the daily basis and remember, your childhood -if you even can😭-, the past. you always remember and overthink it and every time you do it, you get more depressed. also, your soul sees the world and feels it VERY deeply. you don’t like the superficial. it also tells me you’re analyzing every move and you could get trapped on one analysis and overthink it too much.

1H mercury 15° (gemini degree): so yes, my soul needs to communicate their needs, express themselves is like breathing. communication is about talking about their way of seeing life, presents a unique way of approaching to people and let them k how they feel/what they wanna do/etc. the need of this people to be seen, with mercury 1H, increments. so the ego could interpose on the way of the soul.

11H taurus venus square neptune 8H: in simple words, taurus on 11H makes the individual feel and believe without hesitation on their values. it could mean they easily discard friends that proved they weren’t as much as “friends” as they said to be. they don’t like to act in a way they won’t like to. there’s a difference between what you “should” and what you “want”, 11H taurus /venus struggles with these dilema. probably they’ll end up the option that would let them be true to themselves. NOW, with the square neptune 8H, ITS FCKING SCREAMING to my face you get drain by toxic relationships you let enter in your life bc of expectatives/idealization on relationships.

9H pisces: EMPATHETIC ASF. could have lived a “rebirth”, were you questioning why do people hate so much? these people really care for others and want to find solutions to solve others problems. people envy that 9H pisces could be really wise, they could see things in the way they’re, even though in the process they blindly believe everyone is as good intentioned as them. it’s another way of thinking.

cancer ascendant trine north node: you have to embrace the characteristics of cancer, your sensitivity, loyalty, nurturing, etc. it’s your true self 😭 even though I tried so hard to covered it -Saturn rising in natal chart- it always appears, it’s how my soul it’s formed and ICANNOTDENYITANYMORE. psyche chart it’s calling me out.

cabin 15//hypnos children headcanons!!

a/n: the hcs will be edited and updated as i come up with more of them

most demigod kids get claimed after an important event—like percy when he won the capture-the-flag game—others get claimed in fancy ways, usually the symbol of their godly parent appearing above their heads—like leo and piper when they first came to camp.

not hypnos kids, no.

they get claimed in their dreams, or at night—when most campers are already asleep so there's no one to witness it.

like some—in rare occurrences—Hephaestus kids are fire resistant, or how some Aphrodite kids have charmspeak, there were times where a children of hypnos with wings came to camp*(will talk in detail later). others were equally amazing, and a bit intimidating. they could put people in comas or wake them from one.

a lot of hypnos kids suffer from insomnia, narcolepsy and some have had/have sleep paralysis demons. tho it's very uncommon for them to get nightmares, since they have dream manipulation.

when a camper has so many nightmares that they can't even sleep properly, their first option is always the hypnos cabin.

in ‘the lost hero’ it says that the cabin smells like fresh laundry and soft violin music always plays in the background so they atmosphere of the cabin is always relaxing and it manages to lull you to sleep if you aren't careful

also the beds are always comfy for everyone sleeping, the sheets are hot/cold depending on the weather and the kid’s preferences, but they're always soft like you're hugging clouds.

there are many flower pots with poppies insides and they always smell fresh no matter how long they've probably been there.

i bet lots of them know how to do those calming massages that relieve tense muscles

the hypnos kids are fun to be around when they aren't sleeping or sleepwalking (i hc that clovis sleepwalks and one time he had a face full of mud after he tripped on a root at the strawberry fields)

ahem, anyway

most prefer to hang out in their dreams. you basically get to do everything you can do in real life without worrying about injuries or money.

i think most of them would have blond/light brown hair with gray or blue (maybe green?) eyes. they're pretty average in height. most aren't that athletic and are more artistic (they're besties with the apollo kids they told me themselves actually)

they have an unspoken solidarity with the hades/nyx/hecate/thanatos kids. being kids of the underworld gods was bound to get you some nasty and fearful stares from others, so they always made sure to have each other's backs.

thanatos kids are literally their cousins (from their godly parents’ side) so they feel particularly close to them. they think of them as honorary members of the cabin and they're always welcome and vice versa.

like i was saying, they prefer to hang out with their friends in their dreams, but they also like to take walks along the lake or be with the apollo kids at the arts and crafts

it's also not uncommon to find at least one hypnos kid at the peagasus stables

they're very sweet and loyal to their friends. they're also very willing to help, when they aren't napping inside a canoe

being a child of a minor god doesn't attract a lot of monsters and being a child of an underworld god, most monsters from the underworld know best than to underestimate kids of hypnos.

they don't need to fight a lot, but they're pretty good at it. a lot of them are fast learns and they also have time to practice in their dreams if they want too.

hypnos kids either have freckles or moles

they like chocolate on everything. not even a specific type of chocolate, white chocolate, milk, dark chocolate, lactose free chocolate, chocolate milk etc.

they're great friends with nyx and thanatos kids. and some apollo kids too. they also get along with nico and hazel

*now i mentioned that some hypnos kids have wings like their father does.

i think they'd be a very soft/faint colour with a gradient. like a baby(or pastel) blue that fades into light gray. others have had darker coloured wings; dark purple that slowly fades into lilac, or dark blue that fades to the colour of the morning sky.

winged kids of hypnos always had a strange fascination with birds (many thought that they were aphrodite kids 'cause they liked doves and other birds)

they also had a strange obsession with gathering bird feathers and they always got scolded to not pick them put with their bare hands cuz it's unsanitary

some of these kids liked feather pens too for the same reason.

their least favourite food was chicken because they pitied the poor bird :(

edit(09/02/2024): every hypnos kid has this calming aura around them that makes others to zone out and sometimes fall asleep. they don't do it on purpose, it's a weird thing they naturally do.

underworld kids are usually closer to their parents, since they don't have as many responsibilities as the 12 olympian gods(tho they still do important jobs)

it isn't uncommon for a hypnos kid to be visited by their dad in their dreams.

sometimes that happens when they haven't arrived at camp yet. it's a way for Hypnos to watch over his kids and see how they are. many hypnos kids have had dreams were an odd figure with wings follows them around.

it's unsettling but since dreams are also their domain they felt calm (for the most part).

since hypnos is nyx's son, children of hypnos get small blessings from nyx. they're very close to her, and she loves all her grandchildren like her own kids.

some of the blessings include seeing in the dark (hence why most hypnos kids having light coloured eyes).

lots of hypnos kids listen to (mostly) calming music (ex classical, instrumental music).

there is a small cabin somewhere in the back that always has warm milk to help them sleep if they need to.

they get very clingy and grumpy when tired.

random Cabin 10 / Aphrodite kids headcanons

They keep a meticulous track of who is dating who, whose crushing on who, who isn't is rejecting who, ect. They also have a betting pool around certain relationships and campers. artistic rendition of Aphrodite campers presenting their romance predictions for the summer:

They host charity events around Valentines. Its important to them that people spend the day with their loved ones, but also to make sure that love is shared around everywhere and with everyone. ˚ʚ♡ɞ˚

They may not be as big readers as the Athena kids, but they do have each their own favourite couple in history and media that they are ride or die for. They can even go toe-toe with Athena's kids in debates over these couples, arguing about their favourite relationship's historical legitimacy/basis or canon. ˚ʚ♡ɞ˚

Aphrodite kids aren't known for enthusiastically participating in training or camp activities, but like water is to Percy, love is a powerful adrenaline rush. When they're fighting for someone or something they truly love, they can become incredible warriors and protectors even if its only for a short time. ˚ʚ♡ɞ˚

Marilyn Monroe was a child of Aphrodite. I will die on this hill. ˚ʚ♡ɞ˚

Despite their reputation of being quite vain, children of Aphrodite can be intensely devoted and self sacrificing when it comes to those they care about and matters of love. Being loved by a child of Aphrodite means discovering what it means to be worshipped like you are the moon to their tide, the air to their lungs. ˚ʚ♡ɞ˚

If you have a nasty break up with a child of Aphrodite, the next few dates you try to go on will go terribly and embarrassingly wrong. The bad luck will fade eventually, just long enough to create a few truly cringe worthy memories. ˚ʚ♡ɞ˚

Cabin 10 campers host make up and wardrobe workshops semi regularly, giving advice to those that want it. They also collaborate on theatre projects the Apollo and Dionysus kids sometimes put on, mostly in make up/costuming/hair, but occasionally as captivating romance leads or as script consultants for love stories (in fact they get quite offended if you don't even ask any of them to at least read over your script). ˚ʚ♡ɞ˚

Weddings or engagements where part of the couple is a child of Aphrodite is massive affair. The whole cabin gets together for it, no matter where they live at this point in their lives. They also perform some really old ancient rites to honour Aphrodite and to ask her to bless their sibling in their relationships future. ˚ʚ♡ɞ˚

When children of Aphrodite go to battle, they wear something of their lover. Sometimes something simple like a picture of them, favourite jewellery of their lover's, their lover's lucky underwear, a hair piece from their love ect, or it can be as something as intimate as a lock of hair or even an ash diamond (if they've passed away). If they don't have a lover, then they wear something symbolic of their mother for her protection. Most popularly this is a dove feather or pearl jewellery, even both at once.

Limitless

The Gods are everywhere, you just have to look. They’re not trapped stagnant in the myths and stories, nor in the stale histories of cultures long past. Omnipresent in their own ways, the Gods can connect with anyone at any time.

Athena can be found walking the aisles of a Harvard library, in the study room with a first generation college student, or in between the cardboard pages of a child’s first board book. Knowledge isn’t limited to the elite or the privileged, and neither is Athena.

Apollo can be found in the galleries of prestigious art museums, in the bedroom of an aspiring anime artist, or in the imagination of a child scribbling with crayons. He is on the stage of a sold out stadium as well as in the back row of the cheapest seats. Art and creativity isn’t limited to those with influence or connections, and neither is Apollo.

Hephaestus can be found in the offices of any corporate building, under the machinery of a blue collar factory, or in the joy of a teenager as they receive their first paycheck. He is found in the Paralympics, boosting the athletes onward, and he is also sitting with the hospital and rehab rooms of those recently disabled. Hard work is not limited to anyone’s status or abilities, and neither is Hephaestus.

Aphrodite can be found on the covers of fashion magazines, in the dreams of an hopeful makeup artist, and in the playfulness of a child playing with their mother’s lipstick. Aphrodite can be in the appeal of sexy fishnets or the allure of a well tailored suit. Beauty and love are not limited to one’s gender or skills, and neither is Aphrodite.

Hermes can be found flying alongside the highest reaching airplanes, the fastest driving cars, and on a seat on public transit in rush hour. He is the luck that saves the lives of a vehicular accident, and the thrill in that first payment on a used car. Luck and speed are not limited to how far or how fancy your transportation can go, and neither is Hermes.

Zeus can be found behind the bench of a supreme court case, in the office of an overworked pubic defender, and in the thunderous laughter of a new father. He is in the welcoming smile of a stranger to those in need, and in the homeless being invited in. Justice and hospitality are not limited to one’s power or status, and neither is Zeus.

Hera can be found in a fabulous wedding with hundreds of guests, in the celebration of a long lasting marriage, or officiating the ceremony in a courthouse. She is in the “I love you”’s before bed, the hands held in the car after a first date, and in the hospital room of an elderly couple saying goodbye for the last time. Love is not limited to the length of one’s relationship, and neither is Hera.

Artemis can be found in the fields and forests of nature, in the calm breath of a hunter, or in the tears of grief for a lost pet. She is the courage in the voices fighting for respect and in the cheer of progress made. Equal treatment peace is not limited to those who hold the power, and neither is Artemis.

Hestia can be found in the jingle of a first-time homeowners’ new keys, in the shared dinner of a multi-generational home, or in the exhausted smile of a single parent. She is the warmth of a household and the love shared within its walls. Family and support is not limited to those you share blood with or in the size of your dwelling, and neither is Hestia.

Ares can be found in the measured steps of a solider over seas, in the joyous tears of a spouse when their loved one comes home, and in the flag wrapped around a coffin. He is in the voices of those calling for change, in the recovery rooms of the wounded, and in the minds of those struggling with trauma. Safety and wellness are not limited to one’s demographics and neither is Ares.

Hades can be found in the grief left behind after a death, in the weight of responsibility of leaders, and in the darkness of winter. He is with those who cry and fear for their lives, and in the scars left behind the pain can be too much. Loss and recovery is not limited to those strong enough to withstand it and neither is Hades.

Persephone can be found in the joy at the first warm day, in the love bridging distance between lovers, and in the will of those daring to strive for their dreams. She is the wonderment of a child at a honeybee, and the beauty found in the darkness. Energy and strength is not limited to the times of light and color, and neither is Persephone.

Demeter can be found in the engines of the machines in a field, in the bounty of a community garden harvest, and in the first sprouts of an amateur gardener. She is the change of the seasons and the rebirth of the new year. Change and plenty are not limited to those with capital or land, and neither is Demeter.

Dionysus can be found on the floats of a pride parade, in the movements pushing for equality, and in the bedroom of a closeted teenager. He is both the euphoria and dysphoria felt by some in their bodies, and in the community embracing those who feel lost. Rights and identity are not limited to those who one loves or how one looks, and neither is Dionysus.

Poseidon can be found on the decks of a ship in a storm, on the docks with a father teaching his son to fish, or in the serenity on a sandy beach. He is the joyful screams of children running from the waves and the persistence in one learning how to swim. Power and possibility is not limited to the oceans and or one’s skills, and neither is Poseidon.

✦ neptune-uranus aspects: not having a sleeping pattern.

✦ while having prominent capricorn/saturn/10th house placements might indicate having issues with your father, if you are sun dominant he might have a big and positive influence in your life. he can be someone you look up to and respect. you could actually have a close relationship with him, especially if your sun is more dominant than your saturn. if your a girl, you may be a daddy’s girl.

those with positive sun-saturn aspects might even be able to relate. synastry matters too. if you have 5th or 11th house synastry with your dad, you guys are probably besties and spend a lot of time together.

the house the sun is located in can show you the themes of your relationship with him and the kind of influence he’ll have on you/your life.

in the 9th house: he could be a very wise and intelligent man. someone you have learned a lot from. he may be a lawyer, a teacher, or a pastor. might be someone you look to for advice or guidance. pushes you towards higher education. going on vacations/traveling with him. introducing you to a variety of things. he might not be a strict dad, lets you be/express yourself, doesn’t try to change you or control your personality. no curfew? or you were allowed to come home later than most. in the same breath, dads who are religious or who have a job that has to do with the law/legal justice system are stereotypically strict so you might not relate to this sense of freedom.

in the 5th house: a natural leader. he is probably talented in someway. you may also inherit these musical/artistic/creative gifts. could have a playful/fun relationship. may play games, music, or sports together, watching tv/movies together, sharing your hobbies with one another. someone you look up to, an inspiration. he brings a lot of joy and happiness to your life but you're also his pride and joy. just an overall indicator of him having a positive influence in your life.

in the 4th house: he might be your favorite family member, could have made your life at home easier. you may be very grateful for him. he might be a family man, someone who works hard and takes care of their family which sets a good example for you. probably hang out with him at home a lot. could be closer to your dad’s side of the family. i feel like sun in the 4th is especially a daddy’s girl placement. he’s proud of you and tends to brag about you. if you have children he’s probably close to them.

✦ speaking of sun in the 4th house, it sounds like a good placement for a positive relationship with your mom but check your moon sign too. for example, having a sun in the 4th house but a scorpio/capricorn moon can indicate relationship issues with your mom because moon is in fall in scorpio & moon is in detriment in capricorn so both signs and the moon are weakened and uncomfortable here. moon in the 12th/8th is another example. but again, check your synastry with her too.

✦ saturn-uranus aspects: can indicate a career in technology, science, engineering, architecture, politics, or math.

✦ moon square/opposite chiron: difficulty expressing/validating your feelings. it can be hard to comfort yourself emotionally because heavy emotions make you feel uncomfortable or you don't know how to deal with them. on the flip side, you are quick to validate the feelings of others and feel bad for them. still you are empathetic, maybe too much. it can be overwhelming taking on people’s emotions and burdens for yourself. more willing/easier to comfort others instead of yourself and to heal their emotional pain, but if you show yourself that same love, maybe a little extra, you can heal yourself too.

pairing: dream of the endless x goddess of love!reader

summary: you went by many names. cupid, aphrodite, venus, freyja, some simply called you what you were, love. but, to morpheus, you needed no name other than his, and in the dim light of a ballroom, he admires your glow.

notes: morpheus + taylor swift = my happiness, even if most of it is sad. you're safe with this one, though 💞 agápi means love in greek, it's only used once but you can pry the thought of fiddlers green using greek words as terms of endearment for those he truly cares about from my cold dead hands.

warnings: no show/comic spoilers!!, angst (mild), fluff, they're so in love it's sickening, fiddlers green is my fav and you can tell.

"are you alright, dear love?" fiddlers green questioned, pulling you from your stupor as you ran your finger across a daisy's petal.

"yes, as always. why do you ask?"

"well, and please forgive me for being frank, you seem somewhat reserved today. you are usually full of stories after blessing day, and you've been silent since you've joined me." you wished to deny it, but he was right.

blessing day, what mortals called valentine's, was your busiest dawn. be it weddings, proposals, births, confessions, or simple matchmaking, almost every mortal across the waking world had some form of request for you. and, just as fiddlers green had said, most years you were bursting at the seams with adoring anecdotes.

you told him of every arrow you'd strung, every vow you'd guided, every first kiss you'd officiated, and he listened gladly. besides, there's not much he could do to stop you from talking.

what was different this year, however, was their thanks for your gifts, or, in this case, lack thereof.

you were all too aware of the fact that mortals did not rely on you, and you were far more dependent on their faith than they were on your blessings, but the mere whisper of a 'thank you, cupid' was enough to tide you over. but this year, there was nothing. they took your heart and cracked it open, passing the spoils of your gifts around.

you were too fond of them to be vengeful, empathy bleeding into the resentment until you forced yourself to forgive and move to the next thankless blessing.

"i suppose i just feel like i didn't help enough people today." you toyed with your fingers with the nervousness of a child in trouble.

for the first time in centuries, fiddlers green scoffed at you. "i am absolutely certain that that is not the case, my dear. i can guarantee that when the waking world rests, i will see countless of romantics pass by, all because of you."

you smiled at his praise, and in the way the trees swayed, you could sense his pride in lifting your spirits. you took a deep breath and lay down, blades of grass tickling your face. "am i naive?"

"i'm not entirely sure what you mean."

your brows knitted together in stress. "have mortals always been selfish and i've been too blinded by their beauty to realise it?"

"ah," he began in realisation, "i take it thanks were few and far between this year?"

"i dont mean to sound spoiled or gluttonous, but i give them so much. all i wish for is some sort of acknowledgment before i'm pulled in all directions by those in need of a blessing."

"i do not think that mortals are inherently selfish, and i do not think that you are either. what i do believe that mortals are, is close-minded and excitable. you give them so much joy that they struggle to process it, hence your artists and poets who channel your inspiration into a vessel to carry your gifts." his voice was gentle, as if he were speaking to an injured fawn, and you relished in the comfort of his consoling. "you work yourself too hard, agápi. the guilt of failing to achieve the unachievable is far too much for anyone to carry, especially someone as reliant on emotions as you are."

"i feel like i'm invisible to them when they don't want something." your throat tightened and tears gathered by your waterline. "i fear that soon, i'll run out of love to give them."

fiddlers green swore that, in that moment, he could feel the tender scales of your heart tip ever-so-slightly towards the coldness that came with being callous. he knew you were a fragile being. not weak, never weak. he had seen the power your gifts granted every realm and the effects that withdrawals of your grace had on now-tarnished lands. but fragile in the sense that an antique vase of the finest china was fragile. it was beautiful and glorious, but if it was handled too harshly, it would fall to the ground and shatter into a million shards.

as the embodiment of love itself, you were blessed with an open mind, but cursed with a bleeding heart. you felt everything for everyone tenfold. if a mortal wept, you cried for them. if a faerie giggled, you laughed alongside them. you carried the burden of enough love to bring light to hell and were forced to spread it across worlds, lest it grow too much to handle and your porcelain face cracked.

before he could respond, he sensed a new presence enter, and heard a voice to match it soon after. "my love?"

you hastily wiped away a few stray tears before standing and spinning to face your lover. "my dream." you sighed happily, a smile of sheer elation growing at the mere sight of him. he stepped towards you and took your hand in his. with a kiss to his cheek, you felt the rock in your chest lighten.

you were beautiful. this, morpheus knew. in fact, everyone knew that. it was plain to see in the statues and sketches and sonnets and songs created in admiration of you and as odes to your honour that morpheus was far from alone in his infatuation with you. but instead of feeling jealous and attempting to steal you away from the twinkling eyes of the masses, he was more than willing to fall to his knees alongside them as your unwavering devotee.

your hand rested intertwined in his as the golden hour light bounced off your face and made morpheus' breath hitch, not even attempting to hide his blatant staring.

"how was your day?" morpheus had a putrid hate for small talk, but blessing day was full of stories, and he'd give anything to revel in your voice.

"awful."

oh.

he stopped in his tracks, hand still wrapped around yours, even tighter now. his jaw was set in concern and his face was taught. "who has upset you?" he stood closer to you, free hand cupping your face.

"the waking world, but i find now that it's hardly their fault." you tugged on his hand and continued walking, practically dragging morpheus in tow. "they are not to blame for their purpose. they are vessels of love and life, my duty is to fulfil and guide them. their lives are improved by me, my life depends on doing what they need."

with your words hanging tensely in the air, morpheus swore that he knew your feeling of a bleeding heart. for when yours ached, his stopped completely, and he would damn the waking world if it meant your smile would reach your eyes again.

"but what is it you wish to do, my love?" his hand held your gently, as if he were afraid you'd shatter with the confrontation of not conforming to someone else's wishes.

centuries of morpheus by your side flashed before your eyes. picnics in lavish renaissance fields, archery ranges by nomadic campsites, feasts in royal courts. but one distinct setting stood out in the forefront of your mind. your heads bowed, a kiss pressed to the back of your palm, a brilliant ball gown, and dancing.

"i wish to dance."

he smiled, a half-turned quirk of his lip that danced with amusement that almost screamed that he knew that's what you would say. "then dance you shall."

you felt the soft gust of sand sweeping around you both, and by the time it settled, a laugh of pure elation escaped you.

weighed down more than before by your gown. a milky-white bodice with delicate intricacies of golden lace, butterfly sleeves barren, bar the gold hem that lay flat against your skin when you moved your arm to marvel at it. a corset of similar design resting at a comfortable tightness and adding extra flair to the full circle skirt. morpheus watched with a silent smile as you admired your dress, finding himself more focused on your beaming grin than the garment itself.

but far grander than your dress was the ballroom you found yourself in. the smallest tap of your shoes resounded through the high arching ceiling and bounced off the art-filled walls. marble pillars supported its weight, and a large crystalline chandelier hung from the centre of the ceiling, each fraction of light reflecting off of its surface and leaving minuscule rainbows on the walls in their wake.

you turned to morpheus with awe and gratitude written on your face, your breath hitching when you found him already staring at you with more adoration than you'd seen in a thousand mortal valentine's days. he stepped closer to you, took your hand in his, bowed slightly, and with a cheeky glint in his eye asked, "may i have this dance?"

with a laugh, you too curtseyed, agreeing with a simple, "why, yes, kind sir, you may."

and all at once, you heard it. soft piano paired with violin as morpheus led you in a dance you'd walked through hundreds, if not thousands, of times before.

but this night, this dance, seemed different. they way morpheus looked at you, the way he held you, made your power grow and your chest swell. you could feel the love he had for you, and it was borderline overwhelming. a mere minute of his presence, of what he felt for you, was enough to tear the pieces of your being from the ungrateful hand's of mortals and piece it back together with the utmost care.

so caught up in thoughts of him, and only him, you hardly realised you were still dancing until morpheus spoke again. "you're glowing."

"pardon?" your brows furrowed and you huffed a laugh.

his smile widened. "you're glowing." he repeated, happier than the last time. you looked down to where your hands met, and your eyes widened when you saw that you were, indeed, glowing.

it had happened only once before, during your wedding, and a roseate hue surrounded you for the full day. you assumed that it came from the fulfilment of being completely, hopelessly, and utterly in love. you looked to morpheus' eyes again and smiled. it made sense that you were glowing now, of all times.

"you truly are a wonder, my queen."

My Relationship with My Gods

Khaire! I wanted to start by thanking everyone for all the love they showed This Post where I described the colors we at The Temple associate with The Theoi.

In a similar vein, I wanted to take a moment to describe the relationships / relationship dynamics that I currently have with the deities I honor, work with, and worship. This is by no means an exhaustive list of every entity I work with in my practice - but these are the main entities I work with on a regular basis.

1. Hestia - Goddess of Hearth and Home

The closest word I can think that describes my relationship with Hestia is Matron.

To me a Matron Deity is a feminine/female entity who guides, assists, nurtures, and protects those within their care. I’d say that Matron is a better description as opposed to “mother” - as I am hesitant to correlate my relationship with divinity with familial dynamics.

Hestia is the first of the Theoi I ever honored (at least consciously - Artemis-Diana is technically the first Hellenic/Roman deity I worked with) and for that reason She is incredibly special to me.

2. Apollo - God of Light, Music, & Art

Apollo is my patron deity. He is my guiding star, my inspiration - he is my Lord, my savior. He is such a core part of me. He lives in me in my music, in my love for my partner, in my artistic expression.

Hestia may be the fire on my altar, but Apollo is the fire in my soul.

The closest term I have to my relationship with Apollo is Guru. He my spiritual teacher, the one who guides me through the cosmos.

3. Hermes - God of Communication, Theivery, and Commerce

I would describe my relationship with Hermes as that of a tutor and a student. I wouldn’t say He is comparable to teachers or professors (those dynamics are too strict and professional) - and he isn’t comparable to elderly tutors, wizened by time and age. No, my relationship with Hermes is more that of a mentor. Someone who is just ahead of you, in the next phase of learning.

He is someone I can joke around with, someone who rides with me on long road trips as we listen to audio books together.

I would say our relationship is comparable to friendship, although not quite.

4. Aphrodite

My relationship to Aphrodite is something I have a hard time describing. She has taught me so much about self-love, self-acceptance, and self-worship (I speak about this relationship briefly in my Theoi Info Sheets page about her).

I honor Aphrodite's masculine form, Aprhoditus, as well in my personal practice.

The best word I can think to describe my relationship to Aphrodite is Acharya.

Archarya: A Sanskrit term for a spiritual teacher or preceptor, often associated with imparting spiritual knowledge and guidance.

5. Hekate

Lady Hekate has been guiding me since I was a very young.

As a child I would often make "potions" in the woods out of creek water and whatever flora was within arms reach. I had a fascination with spells, magic, and witchcraft from as early as I can remember. I grew up with a small obsession with skeleton keys and locks - and it wasn't until the past couple of years when I learned that keys are a symbol of Hekate.

While I'm not sure that any one word, term, or phrase can encapsulate my relationship and connection with Hekate - the Irish Celtic term Anamchara appears to be the best fit.

Anamchara: In Celtic spirituality, anamchara refers to a soul friend or spiritual guide who accompanies and supports an individual throughout their life journey, often operating in the background without explicit recognition.

- Hange, Child of Hephaestus: because, yeah, it's Hange. They are curious, they like building stuff. Plus I can totally see Hange with fire powers.

- Levi, Child of Hades: because Levi is definitely a child of one of the Big Three, he's special, he's powerful. And he reminds me of Nico, all brooding but so soft on the inside and full of trauma. Give these boys a hug. Oh and the fact that Levi's from the underground just really fits.

- Eren, Child of Poseidon: I know, I know, Eren being Eren would probably be a Child of Ares with war and stuff but- I just- listen to me. Poseidon is the god of earthquakes as well. Rumbling, oh yeah. And I know the ocean was more of Armin's dream and all the symbolism, but Eren wanting to go and see the ocean... I don't know, in my mind his Godly parent is Poseidon.

- Armin, Child of Athena: not much to say, Goddess of wisdom and war strategy. Armin's smart, strategic, always got a plan. Alternatively, I've thought of him being a child of Aphrodite, and I don't dislike the idea.

- Mikasa, Child of Athena: I'm kinda lost with her but I like to think she's the other side of the coin. Like, the part of Children of Athena that's pure talent for arms and battles. Because Mikasa is pure talent for battle, but I feel she lacks the aggressiveness of Ares children.

- Erwin, Child of Zeus: yes I know he can be another child of Athena but his confidence, his presence, his leading abilities. Just big Zeus vibes I get from him.

- Mike, Child of.... Well I like him being a child of Apollo like anon suggested, and it fits my headcanon of Mike. But, I feel canon Mike would probably be a Child of Ares.

- Moblit, Child of Apollo: I really like the idea of him being able to heal. Also, he's a talented artist and a ray of sunshine.

- Nanaba, Child of Demeter: I really love what anon suggested. Totally with them on this one.

Addittionally, have Springlestein

- Jean, Child of Hermes: I don't really have an explanation. I just feel he would be a son of Hermes. Maybe it's just that Jean feels so incredibly human to me, and children of Hermes do too.

- Sasha and Connie, children of Dyonisus: they're siblings your Honor. Nothing else to add.

Blackpink's Jennie's Astrological Placement Prediction

Disclaimer: I'm not a professional astrologer. I just love learning astrology. I'm still an astrology beginner.

I have been contemplating Jennie's birth chart and saw a few posts guessing Jennie's ascendant. After reading one Tumblr post about her rising sign, which they think is Cancer and make Lilith Conjunction her Ascendant (I'm sorry to forget their Tumblr name), I'm sold. Here's what I think some of Jennie's placements are.

Cancer Rising

My first instinct would definitely be a Cancer Rising for Jennie. She has soft and round features, including her notorious chubby cheeks.

Lilith Conjunction Ascendant or/and Lilith in 1st house

Jennie definitely embodies this aspect. She doesn't look like the typical sweet and gentle Cancer Rising. She gives off bad bitch energy. She comes off sexy and fearless because of this aspect.

Aphrodite Conjunction North Node

This is the most fascinating aspect I found in her chart. Although she doesn't match the Korean beauty standard, her beauty is sought after in Korea. With Aphrodite Conjunction North Node, she's meant to become the new Korean beauty standard.

Moon and Pluto in 5th house

Jennie gives off a royal, luxurious, IT rich girl or main character vibe, which makes me think she may have had Leo influence somewhere. If she was a Cancer Rising, she may have Moon and Pluto in the 5th house, which is ruled by Sun. These placements would make her extremely creative and expressive. Jennie always loves to dance and sing. Her emotions and happiness would tie to her being able to express herself, have fun, and be creative. Jennie's always a child at heart with Moon in the 5th house. She immensely focuses on enjoying the present moments. With Moon Conjunction Pluto and Pluto in the 5th house, she has a passion for art and performance. She knew and followed her passion in her teenager. Pluto makes someone a leader and obsessed by the house it's in. She may want to be the best and a center of attention with Pluto in the 5th house.

Chart ruler in 5th house

Moon would be Jennie's chart ruler and in the 5th house. She likely becomes an artist with this placement. With Moon influence here, she may want to be a mother, and she told one time she'd make a cake for her children. Jennie's mother would have a big influence on her.

5th house lord in 5th house

Pluto would be her 5th house ruler in the 5th house. She'd be entirely obsessed by the 5th house topics. She'd have immense Leo influence with her chart ruler conjunct the 5th house ruler, and both in the 5th house.

Jupiter in 6th house

She would be very lucky at work. She may have supportive superiors and colleagues to guide her career and she also helps them greatly. She teaches Jisoo English and adores hers. We can see how loving Blackpink's members are to each other. Blackpink has been popular since they debuted. People and brands love working with her because she brings growth to every project she's in. She knows what to do for her work to succeed. She may gain weight easily, but overall, she has good health.

Saturn in 9th house

She may be stubborn in her beliefs and opinions and hard to change. Her higher education may have been postponed, which makes sense since she had to train to become a K-pop idol.

South Node in 10th house

With this placement, figuring out her career and becoming famous may have been easy for her. She is meant to be a super star.

Aries Midheaven

I found Aries Midheaven suit Jennie. She is known as a pioneering and rebellious leader in her career.

Last but not least, I'm not surprised if Jennie has an 8th house stellium.
