A doodle I did based on an upcoming fic (which I loosely talked about here—suffice to say, the missing inspiration has since struck) in which Alastor is having a really, really hard time and Angel Dust decides to try and get him to talk. And, miraculously, he succeeds.

This will be another Queerplatonic RadioRose fic (link to the series), but for once Rosie will be in the background while the boys get some unexpected bonding time.

Anyone here could tell that what had happened to Rosie had shaken Alastor, but all of this suggested that it had hurt him so much more than likely anyone had imagined. Angel had approached him because he knew Alastor was hurting and some part of him couldn’t let that slide even if it was Alastor, but he hadn’t expected to find an open wound this big. More than that, for a private person like Alastor to talk so openly about his feelings, the actual feelings themselves must be many times larger and stronger than what he showed. If his pain was so apparent in his voice and in his words, what kind of agony must lie in his heart, then?
