Astrology observations 🩷
These are my first observations ever. I've studied astrology for quite a long time now, so I thought maybe I'll give it a try. 🩷
8th house suns / stelliums really experienced a traumatic upbringing/childhood and I feel like both parents are aloof and not very comforting
They also get along very well with scorpio suns/ scorpio placements or in general water placements
Do virgo suns and mars kiss very aggressively with tongue or is that just my experience 😵💫😵💫
Pisces rising men are the "pisces men" you all always talk about. They are the worst
They are stoners, they don't get their sh*t together. They kind of don't know how to deal with their sensitivity?? I only met aggressive, dominant and self absorbed pisces rising men.
This can also sometimes apply to pisces moon men. Especially paired with earth in their chart
I know a girl that was born in the evening of October 23rd. She insists on being a libra, even though in reality she's a scorpio sun. She miscalculated her sun sign and put 8am instead of 8pm (her birth time)
You absolutely cannot change her mind about that. She even downloaded co-star where it says that she's a scorpio sun. But she doesn't believe it. She even said " I don't care, I'm still a libra sun"
That's kind of a typical scorpio sun trait, they are very stubborn (because of their fixed nature)
Gemini risings can appear very fake. They aren't necessarily, but they're hardcore people pleasers, they need attention like the air they breathe. They wanna be involved in every friendship group possible. They love standing in the limelight
This could also be because of their leo ic (some gemini risings have leo ic, some have virgo ic) but the ones with leo ic were the star at home. Their parents always let them shine, they didn't have to dim their light at home. So now they're used to it.
If unevolved those leo ic's can be too pleased with themselves and even self-absorbed
Pisces suns cancer moons don't always have to be the "sweet innocent cry baby🥺" everyone makes of them. They can be loud (especially with a fire rising) they are extremely ambitious (because of their cardinal moon) and they go after whatever they want.
Gemini rising is a model placement. The long limbs, the bright eyes, the strong hair. MODELS
Also, there are no cusps in astrology. You're either one or another sign, but never a mixture of both. That is the exact reason for degrees in astrology!
You're either 29 degrees of any sign, or 0 degrees of the next.
If you feel more drawn to the next one, it could be because of personal placements in the next or prior sign or because of aspects that have the "vibe" of this sign.
But please let's eliminate cusps completely from astrology🩷

BTS Jungkook Birth chart analysis
Based on my opinions and observations. Not an expert. May change later.

Sun, Moon, and Mercury are in Virgo, giving him a Virgo stellium. He is detail oriented, helpful and reliable, and incredibly hard working, not a slacker at all. The downsides are that he's likely very critical on himself and others (but more likely on himself; Virgos are just...a little too self aware lol), perfectionistic, nitpicky, and can be an overthinker. E.g the time he was crying about a small mistake he made on stage that the other members hadn't seen at all. They all sit in the 8th house as well and form conjunctions to each other (sun conjunct moon and mercury, moon conjunct mercury)
Virgo Sun in 8th is very private and maybe even shy. Jungkook's not really an extrovert tbh, he has a small circle and is often seen hanging out with the same few friends. This placement is quite picky with who they choose to let into their life - they have to be extremely sure they can trust you to completely let you in their inner world.
Moon in 8th is an intense placement. Very strong feelings here. Having a Virgo moon though should help calm the intensity a little or at least help him navigate his feelings in a more structured way. Virgo moons tends to analyze and rationalize their thoughts and feelings. This could explain why Jungkook's never been the type to openly show his deeper feelings. This house can be transactional and Virgo is a sign of service, so he may find security in helping/servicing others. And people like to reciprocate the helpful energy for him too.
Mercury in 8th is a deeply curious and investigative placement. Virgo mercury is especially detailed - nothing gets past Jungkook. It's known he lurked around in fandom space on tiktok and twitter, so he most likely knows all the jokes and other things the fans talk about. This placement wants to understand things deeply.
Neptune, Uranus, and Jupiter are in 1st house. Neptune (illusions) and Uranus (unpredictable and constant change) can make a person chameleon-like in terms of appearance and Jungkook is versatile in fashion. It could explain why it was a bit confusing to guess his rising sign.
Jupiter in 1st - puts in a lot of effort into everything he does, may sometimes overdo things. Tries to be optimistic and upbeat, wants to enjoy life to the fullest.
Libra Venus is domicile and in 9th. Curious and knowledge seeking, especially curious about new cultures and places
Mars Scorpio in the 10th is very passionate and ambitious. Very determined to succeed in his career and reach all the goals he sets for himself. His motto "I would rather die than live without passion" is a perfect example of this placement.
Saturn in 3rd - some sort of challenge with communication. This placement can be very shy and maybe even a bit self conscious, socially anxious. Jungkook was incredibly shy when he was younger - iirc he would even cry when asked to sing and used to be so shy around the members predebut in general.
Pluto in 11th - a strange tense relationship with the idea of friendship. He didn't have much close friends when he was young and going to a whole new city made him even lonelier. However meeting BTS gave him friendship, which helped his loneliness a lot. They even helped him get over his shyness and support him with anything he does. He cares very deeply about them, even crying when they were talking about the struggles they were going through. He considers them his family, which makes sense since he was basically raised by them. He himself is quite influential as well (a given as he's a huge celebrity though) and can pretty much make anything he likes and anywhere goes become very popular.
Chiron in 10th - worried about how his image and reputation is perceived by others. Considering how incredibly shy Jungkook was when he was younger, it's not surprising he may have had a lot of self doubt about his journey to being an idol (along with the very self critical Virgo stellium. Chiron in 10th + Virgo stellium is careful and perfectionistic in order to have a good image). There may be issues of self esteem and power (mainly with authority and/or with himself) within his life.
With North Node in 8th though, it pushes Jungkook to be more open to create relations with others. He doesn't have to do everything alone - he should learn to rely on others and be comfortable being more open, both mentally and emotionally.
Capricorn rising is a little surprising ngl...However, I think it explains his physical features well. His eyes (I've noticed many Cap placements have big eyes), his face structure, and especially his hair. Capricorn rising hair is always very noticeable considering Capricorns rule hair. And like most earth risings, he can be down to earth and reserved - he keeps to himself a lot. Definitely very hard working like a Capricorn, ambitious and strives for success.
His Libra MC could be why many people thought he was a Libra rising. It is at 29°, a Leo degree, so that could also explain why people thought he could have been a Leo rising too. Libra mc is artsy and creative, which shows in his art skills in drawing, photography, and editing. Obviously his singing and dancing as well. It's apparent in his fashion too: experimenting with his hair styles, his sleeve tattoo, his piercings, and darker yet neat clothing style.

The 8th House Experience Pt.1:
(Don’t Bite the Hand That Feeds You)
Case Study: Rose DeWitt Bukater

Two old sayings that have colored much of my experience as an 8th house dominant person for a good part of my life. Beyond the sex, occult and transformation themes, one of the most under-recognized signifiers of the 8th house is the connection to other people’s resources. It sounds mundane on the surface, and it is, but growing up and looking at my childhood and adolescence in retrospect I began to understand the depth of how it plays out.
And one of my favorite movies and characters illustrated it before my very eyes.
In Titanic, Rose is showered in gifts, presents and jewels bigger than she can handle. She is gifted things from other people, from a lavish wedding on behalf of her mother to the Heart of the Ocean from her fiancé down to the first-class tickets onto the Titanic on its maiden voyage. While she can play it all up and she does appreciate it, one thing is clear; She never asked for any of it. The 8th House is the house of other people resources, opposite the 2nd house of our own resources.
Rose is never consulted for her opinion, takes or even how she feels about any of the things people shower her with. Her mother disregards the lavender color theme she wants with her wedding, talking about her when discussing it but never actually involving her in the conversation.
The 8th House is opposite the 2nd House, the house of voice and speech.
She’s treated like a child, “meant to be seen and not heard.”
Her fiancé Cal orders her food for her like a child, down to the temperature of the meat.
Her family and friends have celebrated her engagement and impending wedding. Her mother dotes on her fiancé. Her fiancé has their plans set for when they land. She seemingly has it made with the perfect man, wedding and life. But until Jack, no one ever asks her how she feels about the wedding or if she even loves her fiancé to begin with. She says “it feels like i’m standing in the middle of a crowded room, screaming to the top of my lungs and no one even looks up.” And that colors a lot of experiences with the 8th house, being on the receiving end of other people’s resources without being asked if you even want them or having any input in them at all.
And running the risk of being called ungrateful if you don’t want them.
Rose feels trapped. She describes the opulent heart of the ocean diamond necklace that many would have died for as a dog collar. But she still hesitates to leave. When Jack comes into the picture and her mother realizes she may be tempted to throw her plan out of wack, she accuses Rose of being selfish and threatens the idea of a poor, dishonorable, shameful existence with them losing everything they have and working as seamstresses. The 8th House is an extreme house, it doesn’t know nuance, it doesn’t know the middle ground.
The 8th House: you accept all the resources other’s have to give you or they threaten to rip the rug out from under you completely.
In the 8th House, you run the risk of people gifting you things with the intention of controlling you.
Dangling their resources in your face like a cat toy.
In the end however, it leads 8th Housers out of the dark into the 9th House, a house defined by independence, adventure and risk. A life very similar to Jack and the path he was able to give her a glimpse of.
The path that she ultimately took for herself.
In the most extreme examples, such as mine, it may even make one hyper-independent but for the better. At the conclusion, Rose was able to give it all up and go live the life she built for herself, based on choices she made for herself and define herself outside of the things given to her, but with things she gave and made for herself.
As an 8th houser, like Rose, you realize people would gift you with things not for you, but for them.
Also, eventually like Rose, you stopped being scared of refusing things people gave you if you didn’t really want it. You, cautiously, learn to trust others but most of all you learn to trust yourself and your own resources to get you ahead, your own resources physically and mentally.
And they worked.
It worked for me
Give it a chance and it will for you too!

Observations about 8th House Stelliums (From a 12th houser that has A LOT of 8th house friends)
The 8th House is the house of transformation, death, re-birth, destruction, intimacy, shared finances, taxes, loans, assets, property, inheritance, joint ventures, and partner's finances.
Many people fear monger the 8th house, but people with 8th house placements are actually really powerful. The energies here can be heavy at times and they might have more challenging things to confront, but when they recognize their power......ooof. They're unstoppable.
**These are my personal observations. If you feel they don't apply to you, that's okay!**
⚡️8th Housers have to adjust to life constantly changing. They're always undergoing transformation.
⚡️8th House Synastry can be brutal if the two involved haven't healed. The relationship can be catastrophic and force transformation if they don't lean into the change willingly.
⚡️One sentence from them can change someone's entire life. 8th Housers are usually put in place to be catalysts for change. Sometimes they instigate it. Other times they just simply exist in the same place as someone that needs change. I have a friend whose an 8th Houser and she made a comment in passing to someone about what healthy relationships consist of. The person she was talking to ended up divorcing her spouse and made catastrophic level changes just from one comment.
⚡️Some 8th Housers might find financial success through a business partnership or a partner. Maybe even an inheritance.
⚡️8th Housers are often hated for no reason. This is because they highlight others insecurities without even trying. If an 8th Houser is confident, they can trigger a coworker who is not. In fact, their mere existence can garner hatred at times. Please know this isn't your fault. Others are projecting their insecurities onto you. This makes you powerful if you know how to use it. But you're always a catalyst for change.
⚡️They're so psychic. Like extremely spiritually gifted. Particularly in discernment and working with their intuition. They can easily tell if another person is lying. And they're always researching the occult. Even if they don't believe in it, it fascinates them.
⚡️They're calculated. When they realize their power and gifts, they can wait to act at just the right moment. Someone does them wrong, and they will await patiently for an opportunity to extract revenge. Even if it's two years later. They remember. I think this is such a strength if used ethically.
⚡️They're often used by the Universe to be someone's catalyst or accountability. They get used to this fairly quickly. It can be exhausting, but if they learn how to alchemize energy, they can use this to their benefit. And it isn't always in a negative way, either. It can be in a positive way.
⚡️They live rent free in others' minds. They're unforgettable.
⚡️They stand out. Even if they try to blend in. Their energy is magnetic and they have such a mysterious allure to them. No one can figure them out, but everyone is drawn to them. Their powerful energy can attract a lot of unhealed people though, so they should use their discernment when making friends or choosing romantic partners.
⚡️A lot of the 8th Housers I know dealt with death in childhood. Either someone important to them died or the theme was prevalent. A person I know in particular had a chronically ill parent and the fear of death was prominent for them. There could be an intense fear of death that must be resolved later in life.
⚡️Struggles of learning how to balance power and control are common throughout their life.
⚡️People trauma dump on them. They know so many secrets, and have no idea what to do with them.
⚡️Planets in the 8th House can also tell you what type of generational trauma you inherited.
⚡️They HAVE to lean into the transformation and change that occurs in their life. The more they resist, the more difficult life might be. Usually, once they lean into it, it's not as bad as they thought it was going to be. In fact, they might find it poetic and beautiful.
⚡️They're natural problem solvers and they're super resourceful.
⚡️Whatever sign/planet your 8th House is in is where you'll experience the most transformation or they're how you attain self- growth.

1. cancer moons in love are so soft 🥺 🥺 they will look at their lover like they’re a knight in shining armour. they are the purest and are SO devoted to their loved ones and when they love, they do so with their whole being and soul 🥺 🥺
2. 8h natives probably felt unloved growing up or ill at ease in their peer group. due to these early experiences of neglect (real or perceived), they probably feel very resentful towards other ppl who they think have it easy. they often have a “lone wolf” attitude and a tendency to catastrophize things. an unevolved 8h native is prone to thinking they have it harder than anybody else.

4. mercury in 10h gives u gorgeous handwriting (other aspects notwithstanding)
5. mercury in cancer gives you a soft, gentle voice. these natives have a very pleasant speaking voice. ex: lana del rey, ariana grande, natalie portman & liv tyler.
6. if pluto aspects any of your *personal* planets, you exude an ethereal, otherworldly magnetism. the stronger the aspect, the more prominent or evident this will be.
example: lena headey, emma stone, emilia clarke, madonna etc all have sun conjunct pluto// leonardo dicaprio, kate winslet, bettie page, john stamos all have moon conjunct pluto etc
7. if you have aries moon, you probably have post apocalyptic dreams or really dark gruesome ones.

Blackpink's Jennie's Astrological Placement Prediction
Disclaimer: I'm not a professional astrologer. I just love learning astrology. I'm still an astrology beginner.
I have been contemplating Jennie's birth chart and saw a few posts guessing Jennie's ascendant. After reading one Tumblr post about her rising sign, which they think is Cancer and make Lilith Conjunction her Ascendant (I'm sorry to forget their Tumblr name), I'm sold. Here's what I think some of Jennie's placements are.
Cancer Rising
My first instinct would definitely be a Cancer Rising for Jennie. She has soft and round features, including her notorious chubby cheeks.
Lilith Conjunction Ascendant or/and Lilith in 1st house
Jennie definitely embodies this aspect. She doesn't look like the typical sweet and gentle Cancer Rising. She gives off bad bitch energy. She comes off sexy and fearless because of this aspect.
Aphrodite Conjunction North Node
This is the most fascinating aspect I found in her chart. Although she doesn't match the Korean beauty standard, her beauty is sought after in Korea. With Aphrodite Conjunction North Node, she's meant to become the new Korean beauty standard.
Moon and Pluto in 5th house
Jennie gives off a royal, luxurious, IT rich girl or main character vibe, which makes me think she may have had Leo influence somewhere. If she was a Cancer Rising, she may have Moon and Pluto in the 5th house, which is ruled by Sun. These placements would make her extremely creative and expressive. Jennie always loves to dance and sing. Her emotions and happiness would tie to her being able to express herself, have fun, and be creative. Jennie's always a child at heart with Moon in the 5th house. She immensely focuses on enjoying the present moments. With Moon Conjunction Pluto and Pluto in the 5th house, she has a passion for art and performance. She knew and followed her passion in her teenager. Pluto makes someone a leader and obsessed by the house it's in. She may want to be the best and a center of attention with Pluto in the 5th house.
Chart ruler in 5th house
Moon would be Jennie's chart ruler and in the 5th house. She likely becomes an artist with this placement. With Moon influence here, she may want to be a mother, and she told one time she'd make a cake for her children. Jennie's mother would have a big influence on her.
5th house lord in 5th house
Pluto would be her 5th house ruler in the 5th house. She'd be entirely obsessed by the 5th house topics. She'd have immense Leo influence with her chart ruler conjunct the 5th house ruler, and both in the 5th house.
Jupiter in 6th house
She would be very lucky at work. She may have supportive superiors and colleagues to guide her career and she also helps them greatly. She teaches Jisoo English and adores hers. We can see how loving Blackpink's members are to each other. Blackpink has been popular since they debuted. People and brands love working with her because she brings growth to every project she's in. She knows what to do for her work to succeed. She may gain weight easily, but overall, she has good health.
Saturn in 9th house
She may be stubborn in her beliefs and opinions and hard to change. Her higher education may have been postponed, which makes sense since she had to train to become a K-pop idol.
South Node in 10th house
With this placement, figuring out her career and becoming famous may have been easy for her. She is meant to be a super star.
Aries Midheaven
I found Aries Midheaven suit Jennie. She is known as a pioneering and rebellious leader in her career.
Last but not least, I'm not surprised if Jennie has an 8th house stellium.

Venus square Uranus in the composite chart has potential to be a great thrill, but it also felt like such a headache. It feels like the butterflies exist here because of the relationship’s unpredictability. I had asked myself numerous times if that’s the only reason I liked this person, because I wasn’t getting much more out of it. If you’re at a distance from one another or can’t see each other often, this placement can easily be really annoying. It can also feel like you guys are only allowed to come together in bursts. You guys have “chapters” where you’re involved, and probably not for long periods of time, and then come back together (… and then the cycle repeats 🎡).
There’s probably something a little controversial or unconventional about your setup. If not, it can feel like it’s not a relationship that is instantly going to be committed until a more stable time in life. I also wouldn’t be surprised if this started off as a “meaningless hookup,” where you still interact on and off after. This might be best between two people who are friends with benefits and truly want to keep it that way for a while. Even then, you still might wish for there to be something just a little more concrete between you two. If not, it might feel like this lyric from the song “romantic homicide” by d4vd: “why am I still here? I don’t mean to be complacent with the decisions you made, but why?… I’m sick of waiting patiently for someone that won’t even arrive.”
For me, it felt like things were going great, and then all of a sudden you’re caught off guard by something. Then you have to wait for that “something” to be resolved or normalized before you resume the interaction. You might compromise on a lot of circumstances you definitely wouldn’t encourage your friends to compromise on. You might also feel like you have to normalize a lot of new situations you’ve never handled before. This interaction can really call for you to be adaptable and non-judgmental.
You guys might feel like you’re on a seesaw, where one desires more commitment so the other one pulls back, and then you take turns. In some cases, one person definitely spends a lot more time being the one pulled back and afraid of intimacy than the other, bc maybe the other is already more comfortable with closeness even if it doesn’t come with commitment.
This can be so unstable, it’s nauseating. The mixed signals can be infuriating. Am I being led on? Am I being used? Do you just want me when you want me to make you feel attractive and desired? Did your last option fail and now you want to come back so you can enjoy the thrill of a relationship/intimacy?
You two can bring out and understand each other’s reckless or wild side. You’ll be willing to get out of character, or misbehave with one another. It reminds me of “happiness is a butterfly” by Lana del Rey when she says: “I’ll pick you up if you’re in town on the corner, happiness is a butterfly, we should catch it while dancing high, lose my self in the music baby…” “don’t be a jerk, don’t call me a taxi, sitting in your sweatshirt crying in the back seat.. This is such a situationship placement.
I don’t think it helped that when I experienced this, we had our Venus in the 12H of our composite. 😭
On a positive note, you guys can have a lot of fun together!!! You guys give each other a nice rush and it can make the more stable, normal partners you experience after them feel “boring” or “too safe” in comparison. You could’ve linked up in a very memorable way. It’s definitely a fling or relationship you’ll never forget.

Of course, this is more of the positive and ideal manifestation. I’m sure with more negative aspects to planets in the 8H or an 8H mars, the potential for extremism can be far more activated. Mars in the 8H with harsh Pluto aspects can really take over the “nice” qualities of 8H contacts. The sex will still be amazing and keep on getting better and better and better and BETTER with time, but make sure you guys learn how to diffuse anger early on in the relationship and don’t try to hurt the other. That isn’t a relationship you want to sabotage before it properly begins, because those grudges can be held for far too long. Extreme arguments can occur here, and physical violence can become a thing. You will literally be wishing death on one another and your adrenaline levels can drive you to mutually destruct. This is best for a couple where forgiveness is easily achieved and always sought after. If you start off well, and always have each others best interests in mind, then you can defeat old wounds and negative beliefs together and rise like phoenixes from ash.

8th housers are strong people. they can take a certain energetic brutality and still stay standing.
I’m a solar return 8th house sun and venus this year and whew. i’ve learned so much about the 8th house. 8th housers can fight. idk that 12th housers can. we’re delicate in a way that they’re not. we’re way way way more fragile than they are. of course they feel and of course they’re sensitive. but they can take it. they can take a knife to the bone, a punch to the chest energetically in ways that my 12th house stellium could hardly imagine. shout out to 8th housers. you are spiritual warriors for sure. some of the bravest out there, when you’re aligned with your highest self.
also 8th house and 12th house energy is so poetic together. Truly so tender. the most poignant aspects of life coming right to you. 8th house energy gives my 12th house energy a grit that makes its experience more tangible. it’s like i can see my tears. and that’s because 8th housers are in the ring. they’re on the battlefield. they’re in it. while us 12th house people are floating above it all in another realm, too peaceful to want to get involved. neither position is wrong. but they are different.

Yes, I get what you mean, I think the sexual part of it is too emphasized! Because at least in the intital stages can be quite logical and cerebral I found. You spend more time THINKING about this and analysing it than actually doing something about it.

you get so much in your head, you keep analysing it and you are not in the moment as much, but like you are an outsider looking in on yourself
you feel so overwhelmed with making a move, like you keep second guessing it
you likely process SOMETHING whatever this might be (emotions, thoughts, ideas etc.) differently, so this is where the doubt comes from
you feel incredibly understood by the person, when they acknowledge you or validate you, you end up feeling very accepted and like you have never been judged
you might want to prepare for everything, for a conversation with them, a date, going out with them, hanging out, yet they still catch you by surprise
you feel comfortable enough to share not so great, low moments of your life with them or the times you doubted yourself, felt low, had a negative perspective
you feel more focused, alive and kind of ready to deal with whatever life throws at you.

Astrology observation. Moon, mercury, and mars in an air sign or fire sign (especially ially if trine/sextile each other). Scorpio is a notable exception. Any of these especially in 5th house. 5th house stelliums.
It would be really depressing for people with this to not use their sense of humor. These folks spread joy and can light up a room easily. They help a lot of people smile. They may be walking cures to a bad day or those fighting depression.
Scorpio/Gemini especially... watch out for dark humor/disturbing humor. Do it tastefully and in the right crowds (mars in gemini tend gives less fucks about this though). Especially if you have this in your 8th house. You all are intensely funny, but your humor isn't for everyone. Might have a lot of inside jokes though.
