Summary: Virgil loved you and his precious car but what happened when you were the reason the car was about to fall to pieces, maybe.

You sat in the car patiently waiting for the perfect chance to fulfil your prank. You had been to numerous different shop and Virgil had still not noticed the phone strategically placed in a secret way; which you were glad off. You knew this would be a Tik Tok that would send you laughing in hysterics and your followers loving your relationship together. You were finally pulling into a small corner shop for a few bites to eat meaning it was your perfect chance.

"What do you want from the shop babe?" You asked with a smile as the car stopped and Virgil had finally taken his hands off the steering wheel.

"I'll have water and a salad please" He casually asked with a smile as he lazily looked at you and his phone.

"Ok babe I won't be long" You explained quickly checking your recording phone with your eyes and kissing Virgil's soft cheek. You let yourself out of the car before slamming the car door shut without a care in the world. You casually walked away with no acknowledgement of what you had just done before quickly turning back. You noticed Virgil's mouth wide open as he followed your body move around his car. You opened the door again pretending to forget what his order was.

"Babe, what did you say again?" You quickly asked before letting him have any say in the matter and his face in which stood like thunder.

"What the hell did you do?" He snapped back trying to work out what your aggressive force was about.

"When?" You asked dumbly whilst knocking your head to the side and displaying an expression of nothing else but confusion.

"Just then! You nearly took the fucking door off" Virgil explained signalling to the car door you were standing at and holding onto. You shook your head with a laugh. "Anyway I wanted a salad" he added with a cooler and collected voice rather than his protective and aggressive voice due to his precious car. You nodded in agreement before standing back and slamming the door shut again. You could have sworn the earth shook as the door made a connection with the roof. Virgil jumped in his seat at the noise before blasting the horn of the car causing you to turn around in the car park. He rolled his window down in fury.

"Y/n do you want to break my car?" He asked now hanging out of the car window so he could see you. You quickly laughed before walking over yet again waiting to see when he would explode.

"I didn't do anything" you begged with a wine wondering what it was that was getting on his nerves so much, little did he know you were more than aware.

"You have just nearly smashed my car twice in the space of two minutes" he explained as he opened the car door and stood next to it. "You shut a door like this. You know how normal people shut it" he added whilst gently closing the door with a slight push at the end. You looked up at him in complete innocence with a laugh at his protective nature.

"It was for a tik tok" you explained with a giggle as you wrapped your arms around his large torso and rested your chin along his chest. He looked down at you with a smug smirk and a shake of his head. He couldn't be mad, he quite liked your confidence to try and complete the challenge.

"I'll get you back" he explained as he led you both closer to the shop instead of sitting in a car with slamming doors. You couldn't help but laugh at his reaction, it went perfectly.

Emergency Request Fulfilled: Hi i’m not sure what this constitutes as a pick me up, emergency or wtv- i’ve been having a lot of abdominal pains and a lot of bowel issues(I haven’t gotten off the toilet in 10 minutes and I keep going between pooping and throwing up) recently and I was just wondering if I could get a HC List on how the Hashira’s would deal with their s/o being stuck in a similar position. I totally get if this is a bit too gross- and it’s 100% ok if you don’t do it but I hope to see it 🙏🤞

Since this is an emergency request (aka ~shorter than “normal” fanfics), I’m going to focus on Kyojuro (fan fave) ❤️‍🔥, Sanemi (my fave) 🤍, and Giyuu (also my fave) 💙

Genuinely unbothered bc he approaches your situation as

Remember how well he handled Tanjirou’s abdominal injury?

That’s him w/ you and your pain + bowel movements 🥺

Among other things, Kyojuro: makes sure there’s plenty of toilet paper in the house 🧻, cooks a simple broth to replenish lost fluids and nutrients (dw, it’s hard to mess up a recipe that’s primarily water), happily unclogs the toilet if/when need be 🚽, willingly takes on emptying-the-vomit-bucket duty 😅, and constantly switches between rubbing your stomach or playing cards/watching shows w/ you — in other words, keeps you company 💞

Depending on how long your symptoms persist, he’ll eventually gently recommend taking you to the hospital

But if you decline his recommendation, then he’s content to continue monitoring you at home instead ❤️‍🔥

Worried out of his fucking mind 😖

Gives zero fucks about how “disgusting” you currently are

Will immediately shush you and kiss your forehead/nose/cheeks 😤🤍

Altho, Sanemi’s equally likely to tease you, “Whoa, that one sounded especially wet 😏🥴💩,” if you seem to be in the right headspace for banter

Mostly, he’s attempting to lighten the mood so he doesn’t slip back into worrying 😃

Anticipates + takes care of your needs (i.e. liquids, meds, toilet paper, etc) before you do

But in a sort of stoic-nearly-grumpy manner 🙃

*cue Sanemi unceremoniously handing you a glass of lukewarm water*

*cue Sanemi staring at you until you take at least a couple sips*

Again, he isn’t upset

And he trusts you to tell him if you’re approaching the get-me-to-the-hospital lvl of concern

Ngl, Giyuu’s a lil lost 😵‍💫

He doesn’t mind the pooping and vomiting

Albeit part of him winces every time (he wishes he could take on your pain and discomfort 😓)

But he is bothered by how ill prepared he feels 😕

Like, is holding your hair back while you puke really helpful? 😕

Does sitting outside the bathroom as you poop—to keep you company—actually comfort you? 😕 Or is it just weird of him? 😕

Should he prepare something for you to eat, or would that prolong your symptoms? 😕

At what point does he insist on taking you to the hospital? 😕

Ofc, he doesn’t voice his self doubt 🫠

Instead, Giyuu does what he would want you to do for him 💓

Admittedly, it takes him a long moment to think about what he would want in your position… he’s used to taking care of himself, and gets a lil emotional when he realizes he gets to lean on you now — and you on him 😭💘

The campaign will run from 11/6 at 9pm eastern to 11/26 at 9pm eastern. bro, BABY DADDY SATORU where he's pining to get you back, but you've been talking to this single dad (toji) and your kids just get along so well (you probably met bc of the kids, maybe they go to the same preschool or something) so you're spending more time w/him and you feel something there, you feel like this may be your chance to finally move on from satoru. but satoru sees little snippits and glimpses of you and toji together, like coming to pick up your kid from the park, you and toji are there laughing away as the kids play on the playground, and satoru is just fuming seeing you laugh and smile at his old rival. so satoru ramps up his doting baby-daddy ways, trying to show you without actually saying it but he wants you back bad, even more now that toji is in your life. his confidence and ego aren't used to taking a hit like this and it drives him MAD. but toji, i could see him only being moderately interested, or even worse, doing it just to get on satoru's nerves because he could use the entertainment. sure toji likes your company, but he doesn't want anything serious. until he finds himself getting more and more competitive for your attention. satoru trying to get you back (playing the long game, easing you into it) at the same time you and single dad toji are hitting it off. toji spends more time with his son now that he knows a hot mom is around watching him, and he’s got no idea the baggage you have with your baby daddy. not that he minds a little competition.

like you said sid, he gets competitive and he does it to get on sato’s nerves. god it’s all so juicy. satoru uses any opportunity to hammer it in that he was the one that got you pregnant, and toji loves to remind him how much more active he is in sato’s son’s life than satoru ever was. toji’s helping your kid make arts and fucking crafts just to prove a point.

toji’s also more accessible to you. he’s a freelancer in work, his ex is the breadwinner so toji spends a lot of time with megumi who spends time with your son etc it all works out. whereas satoru has responsibilities that free up every other weekend for his son. it boils his blood that he can’t be there more often to keep an eye on you when toji’s so obviously preying on your isolation and loneliness. cant you see he’s just trying to protect you? no other personal stake in it ofc.

How Platonic/Familial Yandere Overwatch characters react to you wanting/having a significant other

Howdy! In the wake of my switch not having enough storage to play Overwatch anymore, I’ve finally had the inspiration to write about it!

I definitely intend to write this scenario with other characters, these are just all the ones that I had immediate ideas for, send in an ask if you have a specific character you want in the next one!

As always, (but hopefully not for too much longer 🤞) I have no real academic or professional teaching in writing, so all criticism is welcomed

(Also just a side note for the familial bits - it can be taken as both biological or adopted)

It's not that he wants to restrict your relationships with people outside of Overwatch, buuut...

If you ever want to bring someone home, he'll greet them warmly with a subtle demonstration of his military experience.

Like straight-up cleaning/putting together his pulse rifle or sharpening his combat knife or, if he can rope another member of the family into it, literally discussing violent battle plans as your potential partner walks in.

If someone is either oblivious enough to not notice or stupid enough to think they can survive your dad's threats, he's prepared to get his hands dirty.

He can and will hunt people down and very directly tell them to fuck off if they want to keep their legs if he doesn't consider them worthy of you.

(Hint: He doesn't think anyone's worthy of you)

The truth is, at the start, he might be a little more receptive to the idea but it won’t last

Even if your partner is the most perfect shining star of a lover ever to exist, he will find or concoct some misdeed and convince himself that they must be eliminated

In short; enjoy it while you can, it’s not gonna last as long as he has something to say about it

The idea of his baby being abused or manipulated hurts him deeply, so like a good father he… checks in on you

You went to a cafe? He’s sitting in the corner, wearing a hoodie to hide his face as he glances at you every few seconds

You’re going out to a club or concert? Aw, damn, one of the acts for the night had to call out sick, good thing THE Lucio was in town and willing to do a set for them

You’re going on a peaceful walk through nature? He just happened to be doing a little wildlife watching himself!

He won’t interfere with your dates, if he can help it you won’t even know about his presence most of the time, but he’s always got an eye and ear out for the safety of his kid

“Ooh, h-hey there kid! You look like you’re having fun, yeah? Yeah…” strong side eye to your date all the while

You’ll likely be able to have a pretty fulfilling relationship, even with your helicopter dad, since unless your partner is outright abusive he can keep his mouth shut

As a brother figure, Lucio’s protectiveness becomes almost possessive

He always wants to monopolise your time and attention, although it’s unintentional

He just cares about you soo soo much!!

To YanBro!Lucio, time spent with you is as valuable as omnium, and even more precious

He gets irritated at the thought of anyone else taking away your time with him, but he won’t show it

He really, really wants you to think he’s cool and chill despite his obsession, so he keeps the worst of his dark feelings under lock and key

But the same doesn’t go for those that would take you away

He’s quite a traditional yandere, in this sense

He’s not afraid to beat up or even kill whatever punk thought they could date HIS sibling

And he’s not shy about it, either!

He won’t tell you about his actions upfront, and if you come to him for comfort when another partner leaves you, he won’t mention his involvement

But if you ever ask him if he had a hand in it, he won’t deny it at all

“Yeah, I took out trash, what’s wrong with that? They didn’t deserve you, sunshine, you oughta know your worth by now!”

And by a little I mean ‘actually throwing tantrums/blocking the door so you can’t leave to go on your date/crocodile tears about how abandoned she feels’

To be fair, this is how she always is when you try to leave the base without her, but she goes the whole nine yards when there’s another person involved

She just wants to be the number one most important person in your life at all times! Is that so much to ask?

And it doesn’t have to be positive attention from you to keep her happy, she’ll tear into your looks, insecurities and deepest secrets that you’ve confided to keep you where you belong; by her side in the family

And don’t think you can just slip past her, she’s definitely buffer than the game makes her out to be and will be willing to use force if push comes to shove

While the others are focused on the significant other, YanSis!D.VA is all about you, you, you.

If this is a group yandere situation (which tbh I always picture it to be) it can almost be a nice balance

The others go off and deal with intruding party, while she stays home and makes sure you’ll regret ever even thinking of dating someone

“Listen, we can do this the easy way, or the hard way. The fact is, your little date’s already dead. So go back to your room and get out of those tacky clothes, and I’ll bring us some energy drinks, mmkay?”

Somehow even less okay with it than her sisterly counterpart, if you can imagine

Buuut… she’s a little nicer to you in the long run of it all

Her mindset is more like, I did all this work to get to the number one spot in their life, and some nobody is trying to overtake me?

It brings out more of her competitive side, and since she can’t control you as much as YanSis!D.VA can, she starts taking every comment and action from your partner as a challenge

“Ohh, you went to the arcade together? Did you see who had all the top scores?”

“Oh you took them to a fast food restaurant? Huh, I would have taken them to their actual favourite, and I definitely wouldn’t have made them pay.”

“You bought them a plushie? Aww! You know, they have an entire bed’s worth of plushies that I’ve gotten them over the years.”

It goes on like this for weeks, her trying to convince they’re not good enough, peppered with raising herself up and reminding everyone included that she’s your bestie

No one else gets to have a higher place in your heart

Eventually, she’ll get tired of fighting with you over some extra and she’ll remove them from your life by force

While she’s not above outright killing them, there’s other routes she can go down first, like accusing them of a crime to get them locked up

She’s a valuable military asset and an immensely popular public figure; who are the people gonna believe?

Unlike YanBro!Lucio, she doesn’t accept you crying over the loss, and she’ll even twist things to make you feel like it was your fault

“You know, I was dropping hints for aaages that you shouldn’t have been with them, maybe if you paid more attention to me you could’ve walked away earlier and none of this would’ve happened!”

YanMama!Ashe

Of course you can go on dates, honey! But only as long as BOB can keep an eye on you!

You know that bit in The Lion King where Simba’s mother makes Zazu go with them all the time? Yeah that’s her but with you and BOB

Except it’s much, much harder to escape BOB

Ashe honestly thinks she’s being pretty open and nice about it, letting you date people at all was something she had to take a LOT of time to come to terms with

Your silent chaperone tries his best to not make you uncomfortable, but he can’t exactly hide his massive stature, so whoever you date is just gonna have to be chill with him forever

And by forever, I mean FOREVER - you could be a whole married adult and YanMama!Ashe would still have him checking on you every time you left the house together

Internally, she’ll always be quite conflicted about letting you go around with random partners

She’ll do a lot of wistfully gazing out the window, dramatically sighing as she awaits her child’s return

I honestly picture her a bit hopeless outside of violence and business dealings, and she just doesn’t know how to express the deep sorrow in her heart without making you hate her

She get almost weirdly happy if your partner does something cruel to you, it gives her an excuse to take out some pent-up anger on a nobody

That’s not to say she won’t comfort you; there’ll be lots snuggles and forehead kisses as she reminds you that she’ll always be here for you

She might be crying more than you over the idea of you being hurt

“Don’t worry about a thing, darling! Me and BOB are gonna have this all sorted out, you just sit pretty for us, alright?”

Din had spent an entire week neglecting his duties as Mand’alor - to the annoyance of his council - keeping you locked away in the royal bedroom, fulfilling his promise to you that he would get you pregnant.

He had, and once you had found out, you couldn’t wait to tell him. He had been away for two weeks when you realised, having been sick most mornings. The royal medical team had confirmed your suspicions with some simple blood work and given you vitamins to take. Now, you just had to wait until he arrived home.

Sleeping soundly on the king size bed, you’re startled awake when Luna bursts into the room, rushing about the place. “My Queen, the Mand’alor has arrived home and is requesting your presence in the throne room.”

Stretching, you yawn as you slowly get out of bed and get dressed. “What does he need me for, do you know? He doesn’t normally need my presence.”

“I’m afraid a dinner is to be held to honour the Kreze family.” Releasing a deep sigh you begin to fix your hair and makeup. “Thank you Luna, I’ll be along shortly…” A sudden wave of nausea takes over and you run towards the toilet, emptying the contents of your stomach.

Luna follows you - holding back your hair and rubbing your back. “This will soon pass your majesty, I can assure you.” You groan as you flush the toilet and stand to clean yourself. “I hope so.”

“The Mand’alor will be so happy when he finds out. He won’t let you out of his sights.” Looking somewhat presentable you smile at Luna and roll your eyes playfully. “Oh don’t I know it. That man is protective at the best of times but once he finds out, he’ll be unbearable. Ok, shall we?”

Din sat on his throne, his councillors either side of him and you were sat beside some ambassador from some back water skughole. Din wanted you by his side - always, and when he was told you had to remain where you were, the anger began to stir within him.
