a/n: no idea who requested it, but boy am I glad they did!!! 💛 it will be big (just like my love for him) cause I got carried away, but I do hope you will enjoy it!! feedback and reblogs are always SO appreciated and mean a lot to me. and once again, Legolas is so AAAAA 😍😍😍

A = Affection (How affectionate are they? How do they show affection?) He is very affectionate and incredibly warm, subtly in front of others, but almost boundlessly when you two are alone. In a dangerous situation, even if you’re not alone, he won’t hesitate, though, to hug you as tightly as he needs to in order to reassure both himself and you that everything is alright. Legolas shows affection in any way possible: hugs, kisses wherever he can reach, holding your hand or just having a hand on your back/shoulders in public, touching your hair, even in the way he looks at you it is obvious how smitten he is.

B = Best friend (What would they be like as a best friend? How would the friendship start?) He would honestly be an amazing friend (canon!), loyal to a fault, protective, and even if paths of life take you away from each other, he’d always have love for you. It would start perhaps during an adventure of his? If not, maybe even in childhood. He really gives me lifelong friends vibes.

C = Cuddles (Do they like to cuddle? How would they cuddle?) To be fair, he didn’t have many cuddle sessions in his life, so he’s not exactly completely used to them, but he will savor every opportunity to shower his beloved with love so… if that is your preferred way of showing affection, he totally has nothing against it! Yes, he might be a super skilled warrior in many aspects, but when it comes to you, his touch is as light as a feather, and so are his lips against your skin, and his voice when he whispers words of adoration. I’d say that emotionally he’s really unproblematic, and attuned to his emotions, and he would be very careful with yours. Unless he’s having a really terrible day, then he might accidentally snap at you for nothing, but he regrets it in a millisecond; he’s still pretty young after all, and sometimes a random impulse will take over.

H = Hugs (Do they like hugs? How often do they do it? What are their hugs like?) He likes hugs and they’re one of the surest ways to comfort him if something is bothering him. Legolas basically melts into your embrace. Maybe you’re the one who initiates it a bit more, but you know how dear they are to him and you know they’re something that makes him feel very loved. When he hugs you, he will try to shield you from the outside world as much as possible, which is really sweet. Also, his arms and shoulders are literally perfect so the hugs feel super nice.

I = I love you (How fast do they say the L-word?) Ahh, what is quick for elves?? I feel like he would fall in love gradually, but it would show in his actions and facial expressions, until he slips up during some sweet moment between the two of you. He almost scolds himself for not making it a more special moment, worthy of his favorite person, but you’re relishing in it either way, and the blush on his usually pale cheeks is a very nice bonus!

J = Jealousy (How jealous do they get? What do they do when they’re jealous?) Legolas comes off as pretty confident, and he is, so jealousy isn’t an emotion that often plagues him. However, he is for sure slightly possessive (maybe it’s an elvish thing?), and what is his… is his. Deep down he is passionate, and he is feisty in his particular way, which sometimes comes out in the form of possessiveness too.

K = Kisses (What are their kisses like? Where do they like to kiss you? Where do they like to be kissed?) Gentle and plenty. He likes to kiss you everywhere he can, whenever he can, it’s one of his guilty pleasures. He wakes you up with a bunch of kisses all over your face, in public he often kisses your hand, but in private he might kiss each one of your fingers separately. Don’t even get me started on the neck kisses - he would never stop if he could. His sweet spots, which you discovered by accident but it was plain by the way that he inhaled, are right under his ear, and on the inside of his wrists. It is incredibly intimate, and something that only you will ever know and do.

L = Little ones (How are they around children?) He is confused, for sure, since he’s not really been around too many children in his long life. Unsure of what to do, he stammers when kids ask him questions because they’re, unsurprisingly, fascinated by him, and he looks to you for guidance. You think it’s kind of charming, he literally seems scared which is an unusual look on him. If you’re good with children, he has a huge admiration for it, and he would definitely be an amazing dad one day.

M = Morning (How are mornings spent with them?) Legolas is quite high on energy, so I think he’d prefer more active mornings - even better if he can finish early whatever he needs to do for the day, so that later he can be all yours without distractions. But on other occasions he thinks you just look too enticing to be left alone at dawn… he can’t help himself but hang around a little bit more when you look so peaceful, smell so amazing, and have the most kissable soft skin in the world…

N = Night (How are nights spent with them?) He loves evenings and nights, especially clear and starry ones, he will never fail to be excited and it’s so cute. Legolas loves to go outside with you at night and stargaze, even though he might spend a solid amount of time gazing at you while you look at the brilliant sky. You have had so many long night walks also, and you have basically lost count. If the weather isn’t ideal, he will sit on the floor in front of you, while you’re on the bed, and have you braid his hair and tell you every single detail of his day (about the parts you weren’t around for), and then you’ll switch and he will braid your hair and listen to you.

O = Open (When would they start revealing things about themselves? Do they say everything all at once or wait a while to reveal things slowly?) I’d say he is pretty easy to read, even if his facial expressions are subtle, so you can often guess his feelings based on that alone. He wants to sometimes play the part of a handsome, mysterious prince, but all it takes is for you to rake your fingers through his flawless hair for him to confess to anything ever.

P = Patience (How easily angered are they?) By you? Almost never. He will just get really upset if you found yourself alone in a very dangerous situation, and it could have been prevented. Generally he is also patient with others (he’s still royalty and needs to keep his behavior in check), until someone tries to mess with you, in whatever way. Then he doesn’t really care about politeness anymore.

Q = Quizzes (How much would they remember about you? Do they remember every little detail you mention in passing, or do they kind of forget everything?) His memory is impeccable, no matter how much or how little you talk. If you say something, he will listen AND remember. Perhaps, though, he is just a tiny bit spoiled and he will expect you to be like that as well, but secretly.

R = Remember (What is their favorite moment in your relationship?) The first time the two of you went on some little journey alone. Whether it was just a one-day errand to check on something that happened in one area of the forest, or an entire visit to another kingdom, he treasures it so much. He likes to do things like that, and there is nothing better in all of Middle-earth than doing it with the person he loves more than anyone. At the same time it would activate his extra protective mode, but he would also be more free and unrestrained than he usually is, and it tugs on your heartstrings for sure.

S = Security (How protective are they? How would they protect you? How would they like to be protected?) Legolas is very protective and very quick to act. In his many years he has seen all kinds of horrors, and he knows how his mother’s death affected both him and his father, and he absolutely refuses to ever let anything bad happen to you, as much as it is in his power. First and foremost he physically protects you, but he is no stranger to speaking up for you if you need verbal defense. He really appreciates it when you sweep in if he’s having a boring conversation with someone and he is looking for a way out - although he’s friendly, he really hates dull conversations which are sometimes a given for a royal. So he’ll be forever grateful if you get him out of it.

T = Try (How much effort would they put into dates, anniversaries, gifts, everyday tasks?) Legolas firmly believes that you deserve the best of the best, every single day, but he can also get impatient while preparing something special for you, like having a piece of jewelry custom made. However, he still loves spoiling you and making you feel special, but he loves to feel spoiled as well. So both of you occasionally go all out and plan a special outing, or a dinner with the other’s favorite food, or just a little gift that is perfectly suited for the other person.

U = Ugly (What would be some bad habits of theirs?) He can sometimes be a bit impulsive and rash in using his words, and is quick to hit someone with a witty answer, which can end up being unnecessarily rude… but he is really growing out of it. He also gets very easily carried away in talking about something that he is passionate about, but you find it way more endearing than annoying.

V = Vanity (How concerned are they with their looks?) Quite - have you seen him? But he is convinced he looks best when you help him pick out clothes, and especially when you braid his hair. He is also happy if the two of you match your clothes even in a very subtle way, but it shows your bond in a nice way.

W = Whole (Would they feel incomplete without you?) Before falling in love with you, his answer would be no - he had a pretty decent life… however, he always felt a constant desire to keep searching for something, not knowing exactly what it is, but like something was missing from his life.. Lo and behold, when you two got together, that feeling disappeared.

X = Xtra (A random headcanon for them.) He is fascinated by snow and thinks it’s really beautiful, and he doesn’t get to see much of it, so his fascination grows.

Y = Yuck (What are some things they wouldn’t like, either in general or in a partner?) Someone who doesn’t have appreciation for smaller joys in life! Like, how can you not be absolutely amazed by those trees or these butterflies or that sunset from the other day! There is so much to love and marvel at in this world, and he will take any opportunity to do so, but he wants to share that feeling with his partner.

Z = Zzz (What is a sleep habits of theirs?) Doesn’t really need sleep, doesn’t sleep much, but he will let himself go a little bit if you happen to be cuddling him.

Summary: You're roommates with your friend Jisung and his boyfriend, Minho. The downsides? You're attracted to both of them, and they're a fairly...active couple. Little do you know; they're also attracted to you. And they want you to be in their relationship with them.

You still remember when Jisung brought up rooming with him. It had been a pretty calm day, the two of you deciding to hang out because of that reason. You did as you both did, causing mischief, being unhinged, the works. After all, you two were really close friends. Sure, you both had your friend groups, but they weren't the same as when you two were hanging out.

Then again, both of your friend groups were more like one big friend group you two had accidentally created. But, everyone got along. And it was always fun when everyone decided to meet up.

Even so, you and Jisung still loved hanging out together, just the two of you from time to time. And that's what you two did that day, before deciding to grab some lunch. You both decided on that one cafe that you both always enjoyed, sitting down and ordering before visiting with each other.

It was your usual conversation. How classes were going, how life was going. You always asked how his relationship with his boyfriend, Minho, was going as well, mainly because you loved seeing how Jisung's face always lit up whenever he talked about him.

His face only seemed to do that for Minho.

While it stung, you always chose to ignore it. Sure, you liked Jisung, but you had accepted that he just didn't see you like that. And it's not like Minho was a bad boyfriend. No, no, no, Minho was an incredible boyfriend. Loving, considerate, loyal. It was everything you wished for in a man. Course, he was really handsome, too. Jisung deserved someone like that in his life.

But as the conversations went on, and after receiving your food, a new topic spurred on how you were looking for somewhere to live. You had previously been living in the dorms of the college you and Jisung were going to. You were a freshman then anyway, so living at the dorms was a requirement for first years. But you weren't about to live there again. No way in hell.

And the moment that you started complaining about how much you loathed the dorms and wanted to live anywhere else, but apartments were too expensive, Jisung hopped at the opportunity that he saw open right up in front of him.

"Why not just live with me and Minho?" Jisung offered. He had a bright smile on his face, eager to talk you into this idea.

"What?" You asked, raising a brow. "No, I can't do that to you two."

"You make it sound like you're going to burden us." Jisung responded, laughing a bit.

"Don't I already since I always bother you with questions on homework?" You asked again, Jisung shaking his head. While it was true you went to him a lot, since he was a year above you going for a similar major you were (He was going for Music Production, you were going for Music Performance), but it never bothered him.

"You already know I don't mind. And besides, wouldn't it make things easier since you'd have me just down the hall?" Jisung asked you, stuffing some more food into his mouth. "Just think about it. It would lower the rent payments for both Minho and I, and it would be low for you, too. You'd have your own room and bathroom, access to me who can help you with stuff right away, and you'd get to eat Minho's cooking. You'd have room to bake and people to eat what you bake, two people who could buy you alcohol, and you'd get to see me every day!"

"Oh god."

"Hey! Don't make me sound like a nuisance!"

"You kind of are though."

"No, I'm not!" That just made you laugh, Jisung just laughing with you. Once you two settled down, he continued. "In all seriousness, we'd be happy to have you. Especially if it'll make your life easier."

"I don't know..." You responded. You just didn't want to burden the two, especially since you didn't know Minho as well as you knew Jisung. "I mean, I don't want to intrude on you or Minho. Does Minho even know you're offering?"

"I can talk to him about it. I'm sure he'd be perfectly fine with it." Jisung told you, smiling proudly. "Besides, I'm pretty convincing when I want to be."

"So you're gonna let him fuck you, right?"

"NO!"

"You totally are."

"Y/N!"

Again, you laughed at his red face, finding how he hid it in his hands adorable. Jisung was always adorable in your eyes, though. But after he let out a sigh, he lifted his head, giving you a pleading look.

"Could you at least think about it?" Jisung asked, which made you sigh. He knew you couldn't say no to him.

"I'll think about it."

And think about it you did. You spent days deciding if it was really a good idea to move in with Jisung and Minho. Jisung had a lot of good points, but the fact of the matter was that you already secretly liked Jisung, you had for a while now. And you knew Minho was attractive too. So it would probably only be a matter of time before you caught feelings for him as well.

You also knew just how...active...the two were. Any time you and Jisung would drink together, Jisung would be a lot more open about him and Minho, which meant you heard quite a bit about their sex life. And it seemed that they did it often. And that meant that more than likely, you'd be hearing your friend whining and moaning some nights.

And you knew that would only make your little crush get worse.

But, after writing down all of the pros and cons on an index card, the pros that Jisung mentioned, as well as the ones you thought of, outweighed the cons. And so, you let Jisung know the following morning that you'd be willing to move in. So long as Minho was okay with it.

He was.

And so, you found yourself meeting with both of them a few days later to go over some paperwork, chores list, all sorts of stuff. You were actually pretty surprised when Minho asked you if there were any rules you'd like to have, as you weren't expecting that.

"Rules?" You asked, Minho nodding as he kept his arm around Jisung, who was currently scrolling through some form of social media.

"Yeah, y'know, like those terms and agreements you had to fill out at the dorms." Minho said, pulling out his and Jisung's agreement they had made. You were shocked they even had one. "Ji and I decided to write one when we first moved in together. We may be dating, but we both still have our boundaries."

With that, you took the agreement, reading over everything that was currently on it.

"I mean, I don't think there's anything I'd want to add." You tell him, smiling up at him. "It seems pretty fair."

"You sure? Nothing about privacy or needing us to tone things down?" Minho asked, pulling Jisung closer to him. He was pretty surprised that you didn't have much to say about that. "We do tend to get kinda wild."

"No, it's fine. I mean, I have noise-cancelling earbuds for a reason." You tell him, giving him a kind smile.

"She had a roommate last year that would always bring people in and would be loud, so she had to resort to that method of studying." Jisung told him, kissing his cheek. Minho then shot you a concerned look.

"Really, if you want us to dial down, we can--"

"Minho, it's fine, really. I'm the one moving in with you guys, you two don't have to change a thing. And if you get loud, I can just plug in. It's not the end of the world." You tell him. That was the end of the conversation.

And before you knew it, you were moved in and all set for the next fall semester.

Jisung could hardly wait for you to move in, so as soon as you were able, him and Minho helped you out. So you ended up moving in a few weeks before school actually started. That way, you could adjust to your new surroundings, as well as get to know Minho a bit better.

All in all, their apartment wasn't bad. Actually, you really liked the place. You had been inside of it a few times before, but usually just in the entryway to pick Jisung up before going and hanging out. But now that you'd be living there, you were really able to take in the beauty of their-well, your home.

They had a really nice sized window in the living room, which brought in a lot of natural lighting. Their kitchen was a nice size as well, having an island and two ovens. Perfect for baking. They also had a decent sized TV with a switch, a nice coffee table and coffee set up, and some greenery and blankets tossed over the couches.

Your room was really nice, too. You spent a lot of time on it, hanging fake vines on the wall of your desk, a nice whiteboard calendar just above your face so you could see the upcoming days. Pens and pencils and markers and all sorts of utensils were put into holders alongside your desk, as well as your laptop stand and a few other things to make it more home-y.

Your bed was made neatly with a few pillows with mushroom decor, an LED mushroom light hung near your own window, and a few other decorations were scattered here and there to really make the room feel like yours.

It was when you were just finishing up with getting everything on your bed figured out when Jisung knocked, getting your attention. You turned and opened the door, only to find Jisung and Minho carrying Jisung's old Clavinova keyboard.

"Hey! Thought you might want this to tie your room together!" Jisung said, carrying it in with Minho, setting it against a wall.

"Wait, are you serious?" You asked, looking at him in awe.

"Jisung bought a newer one over the summer, and he figured that since you always wanted a Clavinova, he could just give it to you for your birthday or something." Minho explained.

"But since you're moving in, I figured that it could be your move-in gift! So, do you like it?" Jisung asked as you gently scooted it up to your wall, admiring it with everything else.

"I do. I don't even know what to say." You said, smiling to Jisung before giving him a hug. "Thank you so much, Ji!"

You missed the blush that covered his face, as well as the big smile that he gave Minho, who smiled just as widely back.

"I told you that she'd love it." Jisung told Minho as they settled back onto the couch. They were waiting for you to finish up with getting settled, as Minho wanted to make sure you were done before cooking.

"I never said she wouldn't, Ji." Minho replied, pulling his boyfriend close. "I just thought that it might take up a bit of space, was all."

"But did you see the look on her face? She was so happy, Min!" Jisung told him, Minho just smiling as he moved Jisung to his lap. Jisung happily went into it, making himself comfortable.

"She was, yes." He said, kissing Jisung's forehead. "I'm still so surprised that she didn't have any rules against us messing around."

"Y/n's like that. She never really wants to make anyone mad at her, so she usually goes with what she thinks other people would like best. She's a people pleaser, I guess you could say." Jisung explained, moving Minho's hair out of his eyes. "It's why she compensated for the noise in her dorm rather than telling them to knock it off. She does voice her complaints, though."

"But I'm assuming it's to people who aren't involved?" Minho asked, Jisung nodding.

"Yeah." Jisung responded. "I heard about how much she hated her last living arrangements a lot, and when I brought up that she should ask them to tone it down, she just responded that she didn't want to make them mad, so she'd just put up with it."

"Hm." Minho turned back to look at your room, seeing that you haven't left it, yet. He turned back to Jisung, bringing his head down to kiss him lightly. "Then let's make a new rule. We can only fool around when Y/n isn't here."

"I was gonna say we should do that." Jisung smiled, kissing Minho again.

But something deep inside both of them knew that the rule wouldn't last.

It was the 2nd week of the fall semester. You were already stuffing your nose into books, listening to music to memorize it, doing Music Theory and pitch practice, everything that required your full attention. Then again, that's how college seemed to work. They bombard you with homework, drowning you so deep that it's hard to come back out on top.

But, in your time of living with Jisung and Minho, you had actually started getting more and more comfortable around them, as well as living with them. You and Jisung seemed to get impossibly closer, spending time at the counter working on homework, as well as in either of your rooms working on things for the one class you both shared that involved singing.

Your feelings also grew for him, as well as his boyfriend.

Minho, as you thought, was much more down to earth, but was kind and caring. He always made sure you had eaten, gotten good rest, and would always be willing to listen to you if you had to vent. He was also sarcastic, a little bit of a trickster, and would threaten to either stuff your mouth with tissues or stick you in an airfryer and cook you at 390° for 15 minutes.

Jisung had a setting, too. 325° for 20 minutes.

Minho was also very blunt. He said what was on his mind whenever he pleased, and he didn't care how it made others feel. Whether that be insulting certain people he went to class with or complimenting you.

It was one thing to be complimented by Jisung, since he did it so much and it was usually just as a joke-like way. Then again, you could tell when he was genuinely complimenting you, as he would always sound awe-struck, no giggles or funny looks coming from him.

Minho was a completely different story.

When Minho complimented you, it was 100% serious. How did you know that? Because it was fucking Minho, he never complimented anyone or anything unless he thought they needed to know.

And that only made your feelings grow for your friend's boyfriend.

It made you feel awful. For one, you liked your friend. And he was dating someone. You knew that, and yet you couldn't stop your feelings. You couldn't accept that he was your friend, for whatever reason. What's worse is you liked his boyfriend, too. You wanted to be with both of them. Really badly.

Sometimes, late at night, you'd think about it. What it would be like to be in a polyamorous relationship with the two of them. Sometimes, it really felt like that. But, you knew it wasn't true. They were together, you were just their roommate and friend. But most of the times, you'd table your feelings. Well, you tried to, anyway.

Such as nights like this, when you'd be working on your homework. Peacefully doing Music Theory, trying to figure out chord progressions and whether you could use a Contrary Motion or a Common Tone to change it. You were focused in, moving steadily along.

His heart began to race as he collected his courage, thinking of what to say next.

How Sunghoon would act around his crush:

First of all loyal! Like you know how some people are like "it's just a crush, I can still look at other people or even go on dates with others" that's like the exact opposite from sunghoon- (nothing against those people though!) Like this boy is committed even to his crush, without his crush even knowing that hoon has a crush on them, it's just in his nature. There is also high potential that Sunghoon didn't had many crushes yet, since he was pretty busy already since his childhood pretty much. But yes he is the kind of boy to have eyes only for his crush and no one else, his mind being with his crush the whole time too. Daily thoughts of his crush is nothing new to him, it might be a bit frustrating even

Jelly! He sees his crush linking arms with someone? (even if it's just a friend) boy would be incredibly jelly and sad and annoyed like a small little roller-coaster of bad emotions would go on. He would try to hide it the best way possible though, he doesn't want his crush to know and especially not to find out through his jealousy. But he would be quite often jealous, even little things like his crush eating dinner with someone else or even calling with a friend on their phone - he might subconsciously even pout and think "it should be me! I can treat them better!" (Shawn Mendes has such a song I think, this fits sunghoon so well lmao-)

Clingy! Yet try not to be, or at least hold it back if he doesn't know this person for long yet. But things like trying to read his crush's messages while they are texting on their phone next to him. Trying to spend more time with his crush of course! If he has his crush's number he would text nearly everyday - and expect an answer the same day of course, checking up on his crush is a must. He would physically be Clingy too but only if his crush is close to him, like if they never hugged before yet he won't just hug them out of nowhere, but if they already know each other well and already had (Innocent) physical contact then he would try to do more or at least for longer. Definitely holding hands, hugging and an arm around them. Maybe secretly smelling his crush's hair also! Sunghoon is definitely into physical affection, just with the right person, probably isn't into pda though

Insecure/Anxious unfortunately he would have self doubts about himself (even though he is literally such a nice person and handsome) like "maybe I'm not handsome enough for them" or get Insecure about simple things like a small pimple or an angle that could possibly make him look bad ect but also things like "wait hold up do I have something between my teeth?" Like he would quickly check up on things like that with a mirror before going to his crush and talking to them

Shy! He can try to hide it but would he success? Not really! If you pay close attention to him you can see him slightly blushing at times, he also giggles/laughs when he gets shy. He will get shy quite easily around his crush like they stroke their hair behind their ear while laughing at Sunghoon's joke? Boy would blush and giggle and be over the moon! Like legit it doesn't take him much to get shy!

Proud! Now Sunghoon is someone who will feel proud and acknowledged if he gets praised for things! By things I don't mean his looks, because that's not really something he did you know? He would get Proud if he gets praised for example for singing nicely, or for dancing good, or if he for example builds up something all by himself, if he cooks/bakes! He would genuinely feel so warm and loved by that, could subconsciously make his crush bigger

Feeling safe! Since sunghoon had quite a lot of responsibilities to carry on his shoulders for a looong time he would love it if he can just feel safe around his crush with no responsibilities tied to it, he could possibly prefer someone older than him by a few years because he seems to have the mentality of "Oh if they are younger than me then I have to take care of them" like you know? Especially since he is a big brother he is used to that feeling, so there is just thar potential of this preference. Aside from wanting to feel safe like that, he would love to make his crush feel safe around him too! Which brings us to the next chapter...

Trustworthy! Sunghoon is genuinely someone very trustworthy like you tell him a secret and he won't tell anyone else! He will keep everything private that should stay private! His friends, family and crush can trust him if he says something he will do it and stick to it. He is also not someone who would play with anyone's feelings at all, you can trust him with your heart and everything, he will also stick to all his promises!

Honest! You know those people who like.. sometimes lie or exaggerate stories that they tell to their crush or even friends to impress them? That's also the opposite of Sunghoon, he is humble and honest he will try to impress his crush for example by telling how many medals he won but its not to brag but literally yelling his story and hoping it's enough to impress. Of course he would be very honest in general with his crush! He would want the same honesty back as that and being loyal is very important to him

Humble! So as already mentioned he would be humble, like he already is but around his crush even more! Especially if his crush isn't in the same industry as him like if they aren't a public person at all, he would never say anything like "I'm an idol and you are just (..)" at all. He would always look at his crush as equal even if they don't have the same job at all. He would never put his crush down on purpose, not for anything in this world

Caring! If he notices that it's getting colder he would give his crush those small heatpacks that you can carry in your pockets, he would tell them to not catch a cold and he would even go out of his way and buy a scarf for his crush, gently wrapping it around their neck. He would be caring in many many more ways, this was just one example! He would genuinely care about his crush, their health, their feelings and more, always watching out for his crush

Secret Admirer! Alright so this one would especially happen if his crush and him aren't that close yet, but also some of those still after they are close. He would definitely watch his crush sometimes without speaking because he might be too shy or anxious at the moment, regardless watching his crush would make him happy. He would be the type to buy small presents and leave them at his crush's thingy wherever they can have access to it, but no no no not just random or simple presents like flowers or chocolate no! You know how you once mentioned months ago that you liked this one perfume and try to save up for it? Guess what he got... yes that perfume! Sunghoon is someone who pays attention to his beloved ones and he has a good memory, so he will remember such things and get them when the time is right (example: his crush's birthday, valentines day or any other important holiday but it can also be on a random day just not too close after they told him so it's not too obvious it's from him) and ge genuinely enjoys spoiling his beloved ones. He would possibly leave small sweet notes with them like "you are amazing "

Playful! Especially with jokes like he would try his best to make his crush laugh, especially with puns! He would feel so proud and good about himself if he succeeds and he would enjoy making his crush laugh! He would try not to overdue it with his jokes but also remember the ones that made his crush laugh so he can say similar ones. Laughing together with his crush would be the perfect bonding!

Nicknames! Sunghoon is someone who is quite into Nicknames so he would love to be called nicknames from his crush. His favorite nicknames are "Hyung, baby, oppa" (jay is older than sunghoon but sunghoon made him call him hyung and genuinely enjoyed that, so he might also like it if his crush calls him hyung/oppa even/especially in case they are older than sunghoon, it depends on his mood though) like he often says "I'm not a baby" but secretly he likes it, especially when his feminine side is out more - in one of his current lives he also said "you can call me whatever you want if you say I'm cute, cool or sexy.. I like it either way" so it all really depends on his mood a bit but in general he really loves nicknames and is fine with multiple ones, different kinds - especially if his crush is close to him!

Respectful! You know how some people just can't accept a no and especially not a rejection? Opposite from sunghoon again. If sunghoon ever decides to confess to his crush, it could take months or longer because he is someone with lots anxiety, and his crush rejects him then of course he will be sad and heartbroken but he would accept it and not try any further. Sunghoon is one of the most respectful idols we ever saw and on top of that we don't think ge would try to chase after anyone, especially if they make it clear that they have no feelings for him at all. He would still think about his crush, but regardless try his best to move on, not trying to make any moves on them at all. He might avoid his crush until enough time has passed because he would need time to heal

Neteyam is an incredibly affectionate partner. He loves to hug and kiss you, making his love for you known to everyone that’s standing nearby. Around his family though he makes sure to not overdo acts of affection it so you don’t feel like he’s putting you in an awkward position in front of them. He loves simply holding your hand on walks or even when you are just sitting together; his hands loving the feeling of yours intertwined with his. Neteyam is also a big hugger, always feeling comfort in your arms. He was not afraid to initiate a hug, loving sneaking up behind you or holding his arms out for you to walk into. But Neteyam also loves when you initiate hugs by giving him a look or slithering your way into his chest. Lastly, to show affection, Neteyam loves to give you compliments, making sure you know how beautiful he thinks you are. He’ll take any opportunity to give you a compliment, his attraction to you very clear.

B = Best friend (What would they be like as a best friend? How would the friendship start?)

Neteyam is a great best friend; he makes himself available to you whenever you need him listen to you complain when you have hard days or when you just need to rant. Regardless of his plans with other people, you as his best friend means that you have priority and if you invite him out, he makes sure to reschedule his other plans to go out with you. Neteyam is loyal and kind, making sure all your secrets stay between you too. Neteyam is also fun and adventurous making all your hang outs with him exciting.

The friendship would start early in your lives; your parents introducing you to each other at the infant na’vi play circles. The fact that you and Neteyam were the same age helped and many activities that young Na’vi are expected to go through, you both went through it together. The commonalities of both your lives brought you close together over time and by age 10 or 11, you both became best friends and inseparable ever since.

C = Cuddles (Do they like to cuddle? How would they cuddle?)

Neteyam loves (!) to cuddle. Neteyam loves to cuddle you, his favorite position being the one where you lay on your sides, and he is placed behind you. Although you often ask to cuddle him, Neteyam loves the size difference between you and they way his body envelopes yours; thus, making you the little spoon most often. Neteyam also loves to lay on his back, your limbs intertwining with his. You loved this position equally, hearing the soft thuds of his heartbeat and the way his fingertips would graze against your back and shoulders. No matter the position, you and Neteyam find comfort in cuddling, often falling asleep for a few hours with your body’s close together.

D = Domestic (Do they want to settle down? How are they at cooking and cleaning?)

Neteyam definitely wants to settle down with you; he often daydreams about it before he goes to sleep or during training sessions (Jake often has to snap his fingers in Neteyam’s face to break him out of his trance). Neteyam loves the idea of settling down with you, taking the opportunity to honor you as his wife and creating a home and family of your own someday.

Neteyam works hard to be an equal partner to you, not letting you full responsibility of the primary household chores. Neteyam is a great cook, learning recipies and culinary skills from his mother Neytiri and his grandmother Mo’at. Neteyam also likes to keep the home space clean to ensure your environment is healthy and organized. You can always find him next to you cleaning your home space or making cleaning dishes a two-person chore; him washing and you drying.

Neteyam didn’t have any dating experience prior to seeing you. At first it was something he worried about, knowing you had plenty of other options of mates who may be more knowledgeable about how to act in relationships, but he was calmed when you expressed you were glad you were each other’s firsts in everything, going through this experience together as a pair.

When Neteyam knew he liked you, he wasn’t afraid to commit to you as his partner. Neteyam leads with his heart and commitment has never scared him. When he met you he was immediately smitten, wanting to make you his and begin a serious relationship with you. Quickly, Neteyam knew you were the one for him and he began toying with the idea of mating under Eywa and becoming life-long mates. While others may be taken aback from the quickness of dating to being mates, you found it endearing and comforting knowing that Neteyam’s feelings for you were real and how he showcased his commitment to you.

G = Gentle (How gentle are they, both physically and emotionally?)

Neteyam is very gentle, never wanting to rough you up or harm you. He sees you as a delicate being, something that needs to be cared for and protected. Similarly, Neteyam is also emotionally gentle, expressing his feelings calmly and clearly. Neteyam never sees the need to be aggressive – especially with you, and always interacts and speaks with you gently and softly.

H = Hugs (Do they like hugs? How often do they do it? What are their hugs like?)

Neteyam loves hugs, feeling the warmth of your body against his is almost euphoric. Neteyam hugs you often, taking an opportunity to pull you into an embrace. His hugs are strong yet soft; his big stature enveloping you into his body and lightly squeezing you against him. You love to hug Neteyam, the way you almost disappear into him being a source of comfort and promise of protection.

Neteyam said ‘I love you’ at just the perfect time, although he knew he loved you pretty early on.

You were sitting against a tree, waiting for him to get off of training practice. Neteyam saw you sitting there, your attention occupied by something else. As he approached you, he admired you from afar, his mind sporadic with thoughts on your beauty and your motivation to sit and wait for him. He felt his heart beats quicken and he frowned at that. Why was he so nervous? Once he approaches you, you notice and look up. You and Neteyam’s eyes meet, a smile instantly lighting up your face. Neteyam smiled instantly too; he couldn’t help it after seeing you smile. You stood up, walking towards him to help close the distance between you. Neteyam outstretches his arms to you, and you fold into his hug. You stand in an embrace for a minute, Neteyam pulling back to get a closer look at your face. You look up at him, closing your eyes when you feel his fingertips brush a lock of hair behind your ear. Neteyam is overwhelmed by your beauty and catches himself by surprise when he says ‘I love you’ in that moment.

J = Jealousy (How jealous do they get? What do they do when they’re jealous?)

Neteyam does not get jealous often, except when another male approaches you. Neteyam is very territorial of you, never liking the idea of other men having thoughts about you or feeling the need to interact with you. When he gets jealous, Neteyam often intervenes, placing an arm around you or simply making his presence intimidating enough for the other male to leave. Neteyam’s jealousy never goes farther than this and never impacts your relationship afterwards. He will then continue back to what he was doing after making sure you were hurt or offended by unwanted advances of others.

K = Kisses (What are their kisses like? Where do they like to kiss you? Where do they like to be kissed?)

Neteyam’s kisses are soft, his supple lips fitting perfectly with yours. Most often Neteyam’s kisses are soft and slow as he loved to enjoy every second your lips are embraced with each other. Occasionally, his kisses can be more aggressive and dominate, mostly when you’ve been making out for a while.

In general, Neteyam loves to be kissed on his cheeks, jaw, and neck; although he welcomes kisses anywhere you plant them.

Neteyam is great with children; being the oldest child out of his siblings helped him grow skills to deal with tantrums or rambunctious personalities. You enjoy watching him with his siblings or young children in your clan, admiring the way he gently handles the kids and engages with them while playing. A smile is always brought to your face imagining Neteyam playing with yours and his children the way he currently plays with children,

M = Morning (How are mornings spent with them?)

Neteyam likes to be productive in the morning, waking up when the sun does. He likes to prepare for the day by eating breakfast to nourish and prepare his body for any activity that may happen throughout the day. You normally wake up with him as well, enjoying spending quiet mornings with him when the rest of the village hasn’t woken up just yet. You sit across the table with each other, whispering sleepy-eyed pleasantries and upcoming plans for the day. On some mornings you even go for a ride with each other, you on your own or riding on his, your arms wrapped around his waist, your front pressed against his back. You enjoy these moments in the early morning very much, motivating you to get out of bed in the future even when you want to stay in.

Nights with Neteyam often begin when the sun has been down for an hour or two. Since you get up so early in the morning, you both are often tired by dusk. You usually make dinner together, enjoying the banter you get into when cooking. You then eat together, gossiping about your days, and move to your sleeping area where you read or talk to each other before going to sleep. Sometimes you even lay on your backs, staring at the ceiling, and talking about your futures together.

When you and Neteyam first started dating, he automatically felt comfortable with you. Your soft demeanor and apparent care for him made it easy for him to reveal things about himself, good or bad. Because of this, he opened up to you quickly, and you soon knew everything about him. Neteyam wasn’t worried about exposing himself to you, he knew you’d keep everything he told you between you and him. You did the same, binding the trust even more between you and Neteyam.

P = Patience (How easily angered are they?)

Neteyam has incredible patience, hardly ever getting angry; for this you admire him for. Neteyam only, sometimes, gets frustrated but never truly angry. Neteyam cares too much about people to let anger get in his way of understanding why they do or say things. Neteyam says he found his great skill of patience while growing up with his siblings, specifically Lo’ak. Since then, he utilizes patience to deal with frustrating or complex situations.

Neteyam most definitely remembers everything you tell him about yourself. In the beginning of your relationship, Neteyam made it essential to remember all the details about you, finding great interest in learning the little things about you and how they made you yourself. When you and Neteyam talk, he is very present in every discussion, finding great interest in what you have to say. This makes it easy for him to remember even the littlest of details. He also notices how remembering these details help him when making gifts for you or making dinners for you; in which showing you he noticed and remembered the simple things you thought he forgot bring smiles to your face and he always is happy when you are happy.

R = Remember (What is their favorite moment in your relationship?)

Your favorite memory with Neteyam is the day he asked you out. For weeks you wondered what it would be like to date Neteyam, having access to him unregulated. You loved spending time with him, loved his personality and the idea of being his girlfriend kept you up at night. While you two had been hanging out more often, you wondered if he felt the same as you did. You hoped he did, his flirtatious side always coming out when he was around you.

Thankfully, you were right. It was a warm day on Pandora, the sun shining brightly on the village. You had made plans with Neteyam to meet up in the middle of the village for a mid-afternoon stroll through the forest. You arrived on time, Neteyam early and already waiting for you. In his hands were a bouquet of flowers he had handpicked; within the bunch, several of your favorite flowers poked out. Upon approaching, Neteyam handed the bouquet to you. On top of the flowers, he gave you a hug, holding you in his embrace for a beat.

“Before we go, I want to ask you something,” Neteyam said pulling away from you, a little smile placed on his lips. “I really love spending time with you, and I was hoping you’d be my girlfriend from now on..?”

Of course, you obliged, over the moon that you were now tied to the person that quickly has become your favorite. The rest of the day was one you could never forget. You continued on with your planned walk through the forest, stopping by one of the small swimming holes that you pass. For several hours, you took a break from all your responsibilities, playing in the water with your new boyfriend.

Neteyam is very protective, always watching over the ones he loves – especially you. Neteyam recognizes that you are attractive always feels as though he has to protect you from other Na’vi men, although you make it very clear that you only have attention for him. In other circumstances, when sky-people have invaded your territory, he has made sure to always have you in his hindsight, protecting you from impending danger. While Neteyam seems himself as your protector, he also likes to feel protected himself. He appreciates it when you defend him against his father’s ridicule, you take the initiative to tell Jake how great Neteyam is doing and how the clan is proud to have him as their Olo’eyktan. While you’re much smaller, Neteyam knows you will always protect him.

T = Try (How much effort would they put into dates, anniversaries, gifts, everyday tasks?)

Neteyam puts immense amount of effort into dates and gifts. Neteyam loves to spoil you, making dinner dates a regular occurrence. On these dinner dates, Neteyam always makes sure to bring your favorite foods and always finds the most beautiful spots where you can watch the stars or enjoy the sunshine. Neteyam often makes you little gifts to show he thinks of you; they’re often handmade and are little figurines whittled out of wood or beautiful beaded jewelry that, no doubt, took days to make. Each gift, you feel your heart swell, these little tokens of his appreciation exciting you each time he gives them to you.

U = Ugly (What would be some bad habits of theirs?)

Neteyam is very hard on himself, the pressures of being a future leader and the father of Toruk Makto weighing heavily on him. Neteyam constantly feels the need to be a perfectionist and doesn’t give himself the ability to make mistakes. You’ve tried to help him break out of this bad habit, reassuring him that even leaders make mistakes, but he holds himself to a high standard, trying to emulate his father and often beating himself up for the littlest of things.

V = Vanity (How concerned are they with their looks?)

Neteyam is not concerned with his looks, although he knows he’s a good looking young Na’vi. However, Neteyam likes to make sure he always looks presentable as he recognizes his families position within the clan and his future as the Olo’eyktan but he is not vain.

W = Whole (Would they feel incomplete without you?)

Neteyam definitely feels like he would be incomplete without you. He recognizes that he has found his soulmate and the person that deeply understands him. Neteyam knows you are loyal to him and care for him and this he finds irreplicable. He admires you so much, trying to make you proud every day. He could not imagine a life without you or life with another mate and he always makes sure to tell you this.

X = Xray (How well are they able to read you?)

Due to the amount of time you spend together and how close you are, Neteyam can read you and your emotions easily. He always knows when you’re upset and is quick to mitigate any further negative feelings that you have. Often, it also feels like he can read your mind as he often finishes your sentences.

Y = Yuck (What are some things they wouldn’t like, either in general or in a partner?)

Because of his soft demeanor, Neteyam doesn’t like aggressive, confrontational people. He likes to surround himself with people with similar perspectives and goals which help him be constantly surrounded by positive people. This allows him to walk through life with a positive mindset which help him be clear minded for battles with the RDA and strategies to deal with complex situations with the ones he loves and holds closest to him.

Z = Zzz (What is a sleep habit of theirs?)

Neteyam makes sure to have his sleeping schedule defined and make sures he sticks to it as best as possible. He recognizes that sleeping is essential to being a functional mighty warrior, so he always goes to sleep on time and according to his schedule. Can I ask for yandere archons with a reader who escapes the nation under the protection of a harbinger. Either the harbinger is their family or close one, so they just dip and hide out protected by them. (Arlecchino for Furina’s pls omg) Ik the top 3 or 4 harbingers can rival gods by strength, so things would get messy- Tysm!

ah this one was really good! tysm for the request, i just want to calrify rq that in Venti's part, it takes place before La Signora dies in Inazume and in Furina's part i mention a very specific headcanon of mine. this whole post sorta has minor spoilers as it mentions the fatui members the correlate to each region so read with cation :D

Yandere!Venti finding out you had your older sister, La Signora, helped you sneak out of Mondstat and flee back to Snezhnaya would make him so upset. Not only had the blonde gotten away with stealing his gnosis, but she had also managed to steal his beloved from him. He can’t outright storm into Snezhnaya after you, but he’ll certainly look for other ways to get back at you for this.

It had been weeks since anyone had seen you or Venti, after a sudden visit from a handful of Fatui members, there had been a lack of sights or either of you. Typically you were only seen out and about with Venti, only occasionally able to wander about on your own, but lately there was no sight of you at all. Knocks at your home were sometimes answered by Venti, but the male always had this crazed, disheveled look to him. Like he hadn’t slept in weeks or had been up late into the night working deeply on a project. Since you vanished, so did Venti’s public sightings. No longer did he visit the Tavern regularly, or visit Marjorie for gifts or even Blanche for weekly groceries. It was like both of you had simply fallen off the face of the world.

Yandere!Zhongli finding out you escaped back to Snezhnaya with the help of your cousin, Tartaglia, he had been disappointed, both in you and Childe. Due to a longstanding contract with the Tsaritsa, he’s unable to go and retrieve you himself, but he’s thankfully got a few faithful followers willing to help out.

Zhongli had entrusted your safe retrieval to his most loyal follower, Xiao. Zhongli himself was forbidden from going to the snowy, frozen over place of Snezhnaya, but his beloved page, Xiao, could go as far into the white plains as desired. Of course, Zhongli’s expectations of Xiao being able to get you aren’t incredibly high, he knows how strong some of the Harbingers are and he doubts they’ll willingly hand you over. Whether they care for you or not, he knows that they enjoy being difficult for no reason. He does have a small bit of hope though, watching, waiting to see if either of you will return.

Yandere!Raiden, having found out you were taken from her by Scaramouche, her former Acolyte, would be fuming. She would tear Snezhnaya apart looking for you, having to be put down by the Tsaritsa herself. Her rampage is one that makes history books in all regions, so vicious and cruel that Snezhnaya never really recovers.

Rescue? That’s what that pathetic excuse for a son dared to claim when he stole you away from her. That he was rescuing you. What bullshit. Raiden had never felt such strong resentment in her life, for both you and the boy. With nothing but her rage and her weapon, Raiden storms through Snezhnaya, ripping apart villages and cities searching for you. Logically she knows that you’d be in the Zapolyarny Palace, but she wants to draw the Harbingers out, where she can more easily pick them off. After all, she’d stop at nothing till she got you back.

Yandere!Furina knowing that you escaped Fontaine via the help of Arlecchino would throw a fit like no other. This kind of fit would be so intense that even the Hydro Dragon is unable to calm her. Her fury pools into the tides, causing them to rise above natural levels and flood the city. She doesn’t care what it takes, she’s going to get you back, and if Neuvillette cares any for the region of Fontaine and its inhabitants then he’s going to help.

The storms had raged on for a week now, no longer was it safe to fish, swim, or simply walk the shore. While the sky remained clear and the days bright, the water seemed to never calm, always splashing about and causing terror amongst the residents of Fontaine. Showings of Icewind Suite had to be canceled due to the constant lapping waves splashing over the borders and soaking the performance area. The Court of Fontaine, the main city of the region seemed to hold up ok, the walls bordering it high enough that they didn’t let water pass. It became very clear very quickly though that while the sky wept with the Hydro Dragon, when the Hydro Archon’s fury became untameable, so too did the sea. And they seemed to stand no chance of calming till you came home, bringing the beloved Archon back from her tantrum.

Maybe he saved you from a demon and you became friends ever since.

Maybe you work at one of the manors and help Tanjiro when he's injured after missions.

These are just some ways you could've met and gotten close to Tanjiro.

Tanjiro is someone mostly attracted to caring/familial traits.

Things like caring for him, caring for Nezuko, or even sympathizing with demons despite your job.

Anything that shows you have good intentions or are a good person will attract Tanjiro to you the fastest.

Tanjiro is definitely an obsession at first sight person.

He's also incredibly loyal and devoted to his love.

I want to say he'd be bashful and shy but if anything in reality he's mostly blunt.

Tanjiro would be very open about his feelings towards you.

He's not afraid to tell you compliments and how you make him feel.

He isn't ashamed of admitting he feels jealous when you speak to others.

Honestly, Tanjiro would do almost anything for you if it means you'll love him.

As I said before he truly believes in love to the point of being a hopeless romantic.

He's a bit more grounded than Zenitsu would be and isn't going to really chase you everywhere.

It's hard to point out the more toxic traits in him but I can come up with a few.

First is his emotional manipulation.

Intentional or not, it occurs when he is jealous or worried for your safety.

He wants to be the one to keep you safe and wishes you'll rely on him.

He wants you out of harm and would take a blow to protect you just to make sure you don't spill a drop of blood.

If anything I can see his yandere behavior showing up later on.

Like, by the time you two are adults and dating/married, that's when the worst of it is.

Maybe Tanjiro becomes obsessive about keeping you home.

He wants you as his little house spouse and you're most likely coerced into it.

Tanjiro tries not to appear "forceful" when he has you stay home.

He provides for you, gives you everything you could ever want.

He allows you outside in like a yard or something but never too far without him.

He's promised since you both were young that he'd protect and care for you.

So why do you need to go out so often anyways?

You can just stay at him and he'll come back to pepper you in kisses and affection!

You won't have to lift a finger.

For some, this is a dream.

For others, a nightmare.

Tanjiro removes your autonomy once you two are officially together.

He doesn't get why you'd want to leave home anyways.

He picked an isolated cabin just for you and him.

Now... it'll just be you and him!

Aemond thinks that he's smart, going through the secret passages in the castle. He thinks that these passages are only known to him and Aegon, who uses them to get to the streets.

Aemond, obviously, uses them for other reasons.

One of these passages leads directly to his mother's favorite handmaidens chambers. The Queen had sent (Name) to bed early due to some reason unknown to Aemond, and ever the loyal lady, (Name) did just that. Aemond peeks through the hidden door, watching as she sleeps peacefully, unknowing of her recent vouyer.

He slips through the door, standing right beside the wooden dresser that holds all of his beloved belongings, staring as she slept. The night was cool, and (Name) slept with several blankets to keep herself warm. Unlike the other servants, Aemond knew that his mother had kept her spoiled. She was always wearing a simple yet gorgeous green gown, courtesy of his mother. The light green nightgown she wore to bed was evidence of Alicent's favoritism.

Now, standing at the foot of (Name)'s bed, Aemond lets out a sigh of relief. Dealing with Aegon and the demeaning stares of those at court made Aemond exhausted and irritated down to his core, but doing this nearly every night made him relax. His dearest (Name) was so sweet to him during the day when she wasn't busy taking care of the queen, brewing him tea to help with his migraines and such. She was even sweeter now, breathing shallow and soft as she slept. A small smile comes to Aemond's lips as he stares at her sleeping form.

His peaceful state was suddenly shifted, violently, as he heard the quiet creaking of the door opening. The hour is late, and the only person who should be entering his lady's room is Aemond himself. With this in mind, he grips the handle of the sharp blade he keeps with him, still attached to his belt as he slithers away from the bed, his single eye watching the door as it opens slowly. He takes a deep breath as the intruder enters, his blade readied in his hand.

Aemond, however, was not expecting his mother to enter the room.

Her mouth gapes as they make eye contact, and Aemond can feel the heat rising on his face. He would have been able to deal with Aegon or Helaena catching him, Gods, even his grandfather, but his mother?

He felt incredibly embarrassed.

They continue to look at each other with surprise on both of their faces, and Aemond decides he'll be the first to leave. He slips through the cracked door that leads to the secret passage he had used to get into the room, closing it quietly so as not to wake (Name) from her slumber.

Breakfast would certainly be an interesting affair.

Ed reveals the reason Izzy is always so grumpy and short tempered is because he got separated from you.

Warnings: Mentions of blood, knives/swords. Word count: 4655

Izzy stomps away from yet another shouting match muttering under his breath as he goes the rest of the crew staring after him in a state of shock. He had never yelled that much for something so little. Lucius had kissed Pete on the cheek and next thing Izzy was yelling and cursing about everything. “Well, that was intense.” Lucius nods agreeing with his partner just as Stede and Ed emerge onto deck “What the blazes was that all about?” Ed glances over at his first mate and Roach speaks up “Izzy snapped.”

Ed nods slightly “We heard that. Why?” Lucius glances at Pete “I kissed Pete on the cheek.” Stede looks shocked “Something so small? Really? We thought someone had broken the ship.” Ed looks confused a moment before looking up speaking quickly “What’s the date?”

“Sorry?”

“The date. Today. What is it?”

Lucius looks at the diary tucked under his arm “June 2nd possibly 3rd.” Ed, Ivan and Fang all exchange a look of understanding “June 3rd. I’ll go check on him.” Ed leaves the rest of the crew gathering around Ivan and Fang who clearly have the rest of the story. Stede pipes up “What happened June 3rd?" Ivan sighs shrugging “It was just over two years ago. We raided a merchant vessel, turned out to have a lot more weapons on board than we intended and was actually full of trained soldiers. We managed to set the ship a light and get back to the Queen Anne when the flames hit a gunpowder storage. Lucky our ship wasn’t damaged, but it caused a big confusion.”

He stops and Fang takes over the story “those that were on the main deck didn’t get injured, but it did confuse us enough that the merchant crew managed to take charge. Two of our crew where captured which did allow the rest to escape but Ed forbid us from going back. We now know one was killed but the second we don’t know. Their name was Y/N, they were Izzy’s. Partner? Lover? Companion? Actually, I’m not sure what they were but they were incredibly close, always had each other’s backs. God, forbid you threatened one of them the other was always close by. They were the only one who could best Izzy at swordplay,” he grins “Part from Stede.”

Ivan sighs “Before we lost Y/N, Izzy was actually pretty tolerable. He’s always had a temper and a tendency to threaten people, but Y/N could always calm them. Couldn’t help but like Y/N, don’t get me wrong they were a ruthless pirate, loyal to Ed and Izzy. Forgot to mention Y/N was Ed’s younger sibling, least we think so. Fiercely protective of each other.”

The whole crew remains silent taking the information in. Ed leans on the railing next to Izzy crossing his arms out over the water “I miss ‘em too Iz.”

“Fuck off Edward.”

“I just thought… Actually, don’t know what I thought.”

Izzy sighs shoulders sagging “Why couldn’t we go back?” Ed frowns staring out over the sea “I had to think of the crew. If we had gone back, you know none of us would of come away.” Ed clasps Izzy’s shoulder “Y/N probably would have some stupid motivational crap to say to ya but fraid all I got is they’re gone mate, not anything we can do about it. Just have to move on.” Ed walks away Stede falling into step beside him “You never mentioned you had a brother/sister?”

Ed shrugs slightly walking back into their cabin “Not something I like to talk about. They’re dead not anything can do about it.”

“Still, you must miss them. Where you close?” Ed sighs falling onto the sofa “Suppose we we’re close yea. Them and Izzy where the only two I ever trusted.” Stede sits on the edge of the sofa by Ed’s feet frowning “I’m sorry.” Ed shrugs “‘is alright. Sometimes feel guilty for it though. You know? I was captain, I ordered the raid and the burning of the ship.”

“It’s not your fault Ed,” Stede tries to sound reassuring patting his leg “I’m sure there was nothing you could have done.” Ed flips himself around, so his head is in Stedes lap letting him play with his hair “It’s not your fault.”

Izzy is still standing over the railing the ring usually safe around his neck scarf clasped between thumb and finger.

“Izzy.” Y/N hisses from the shadows pulling the first mate away from the crowds “What the fuck are you doing?” Y/N rolls their eyes “Playing crochet. What do you fucking think I’m doing. Captain Vance just turned up.”

“Shit.” Y/N snorts in response “My thoughts exactly. Come on.” The two make their way towards the docks using the back alleys both freezing when a deep gravelly voice echoes down the confined space making it seem louder “Well, well, well what do we have here? Israel Hands and Y/N Teach.” The two-freeze swearing colourfully before turning Izzy raising his sword and Y/N gripping a pistol tightly “What do you want Vance?”

Vance a large bulky man with scars decorating most of his skin the remainder coated in ink. “That’s Captain Vance to you dog.” Y/N scowls their grip on the pistol tightening as the flick the hammer ready to fire “What do you want Captain Vance?”

“I want to kill you two worthless lumps. You torched my ship.” Izzy smiles slightly “Only a little.” Vance seethes “A little. A little? You destroyed it.” Vance takes out two pistols readying them to fire “I would like to draw this out, make it painful and slow. Then watch as Black Beard finds your mutilated bodies. But unfortunately, I do not have that luxury. Still, you will at least be dead.” Y/N shoots first three shots echoing around the alley. Vance falls to the ground blood blossoming from his shoulder while his shots hit the wall sending bits of rock flying.

“Time to go.” Y/N grabs Izzy’s arm the two of them running full pelt from the alley as Vance swearing and spluttering lumbers back to his feet to give chase. Flying out into the busy street where a market is being held the two dodge between stalls skidding down another alley as Vance’s crew appear with their captain in the lead a bloodied cloth to his shoulder “FIND THEM.”

“We’ve got to get back to the ship!” Y/N turns to Izzy pausing when they both realise how close they have gotten in the small space. Izzy’s cheek heat while Y/N smirks “Am I making you uncomfortable Iz?” he shakes his head slightly making the latter chuckle pressing a soft kiss to his cheek before shooting him a wink “I’ll cause a distraction. You get Ed.”

Before Izzy can protest Y/N has leapt onto the closest stool selling jewellery grabbed a fistful of brightly coloured gems and started yelling at the top of their lungs “Captain Vance, I believe these colours would draw the attention away from that ass of a face you have. Although anyone would have to be blind before they even considered you attractive. Least you can fight… oh wait no you can’t. You’re just crap at everything aren’t you.”

Jumping from stall to stall and causing utter chaos in the midst Y/N runs deeper into town while Izzy runs back to the ship to get backup. The two of them may be the best swords on the Queen Anne but they’re also smart enough to know Captain Vance and his crew are not to be messed with. As Izzy reaches the ship as a large explosion shakes the docks a cloud of dust rising from deep inside the town. “What the fuck was that.” Ed appears on the gangplank while Izzy sighs shaking his head slightly “Who do you think?” they both say the same thing in unison “Y/N.”

As if they have been summoned Y/N comes skidding over the rooftop’s tiles falling to the floor before they topple to the ground in a heap when they jump on a barrel that is not secure “What the fuck did you do?” Izzy helps them to their feet “Caused a distraction. Captain Vance will no longer be a problem.” Ed snorts supporting Y/N’s other side as they walk onto the ship “Our worst enemy gone for good. Excellent work. Iz help ‘em get cleaned up gotta make sure we’re ready to go.”

Izzy helps Y/N limp to their cabin “Do I even want to know?” Y/N shrugs “Probably not. Got you something.” Out their pocket they take a simple diamond ring smiling proudly “It’s not real, and pretty sure it’s not even gold but for you.” Izzy takes it slipping it on the handkerchief around his neck “Where did you get it?”

Y/N starts removing their outer layers poking at a wound on their side while talking “Stole it. Its only temporary before I get you something better. Can’t have my man wearing second rate jewellery. But thought you needed something to show you were taken. Not that pirates care for such things. You don’t have to wear it; just thought I don’t know.” Izzy rolls his eyes clamping a hand over Y/Ns mouth to stop their rambling “I’ll wear it. Though we’ve already got tattoos can’t get much more permanent than that.” Y/N shrugs starting to clean their cut before Izzy takes over kneeling between their legs on the floor “Do you think we’ll be okay? With our profession and everything.”

The two stare into each other’s eyes a moment before Y/N closes the gap cupping Izzy’s face gently “We’re gonna be just fine.”

Izzy returns the ring to its rightful place. Y/N did in fact gift him much more most of it stolen but some of it actually bought, including the sword hanging at his side. He glances at the pale band of skin on his ring finger still visible despite two years, the ring that use to sit their long gone. Where he had no idea, but it felt like a stab to the chest every time he saw it was gone. Returning his gaze out over the sea he ignores the whispering crew behind him wishing he could go back and change the past and return Y/N Teach to his side.

Your P/O/V:

Shit. I duck into the nearest alley tugging my hood further forward as a group of navy officer’s marches past in perfect form. Breathing a sigh of relief when they pass, I push back my hood leaning against the wall. Finally free of that cramped cell and tattered clothing. Two years, eight months and three weeks spent in an British prison, it’s a relief to be free. Though wanted posters have started appearing around the docks with a reasonable reward.

Keeping to the shadows I head closer to the docks inspecting the ships currently docked. Taverns are the best place for gossip, and I have heard varying tales of my brother, which ones I believe I am not sure. Most people give me wary looks the heavy hood, leather and two swords crossed across my back and pistol holstered on my thigh don’t exactly scream friendly.

Finding a dingy tavern any member of the navy would avoid like the plague I step inside tossing a few coins on the counter “Rum.” The bartender an elderly man with multiple missing teeth and stringy hair pushes a glass across the counter “And information I imagine?” I smile into my drink “What do you know of Blackbeard?”

“Blackbeard? Queen Anne is under new captainage they was here last week. Not sure where Blackbeard ended up. Word is he’s gone soft sailing with some gentlemen pirate, though few believe those rumours.” I nod finishing my drink he refills it without my asking before moving along the bar to serve someone else. I sip this one leaning back against the bar, gentlemen pirate never heard of him before.

Finishing my second drink I stalk out the bar all I need is a ship. A small vessel catches my eye definitely pirate from the crew loading up supplies I watch from the shadows as they stumble about on deck. Not the most experienced of crew but they will have to all I need is the captain. Someone clears their throat behind me, and I turn “Shit.” The officer grins “Y/N Teach you are under arrest.” I sigh putting my hands in the air “Fine you caught me.” turning away for a second, I form a fist before spinning back catching the officer across the jaw sending him sprawling to the ground.

Taking of I run towards the tree line more shouts echoing behind, so much for a low profile. Several shots ring out as I start zig-zagging closer to the trees jumping over a stack of barrels and a wall before finally reaching the trees. “You are ordered to stop.” I grin speeding up as I enter the trees following a worn path deeper in land before taking a sharp turn back to the coast. Swinging myself up into the low branches I jump from tree to tree watching the navy officers below following my footprints “Where did they go?”

“They can’t be far.”

“Do we kill them?”

I jump to the next tree slowly making my way back to town. Jumping back to the ground I turn quickly when two men yelp. Drawing my sword, I turn lowering it when it is not soldiers. “You never saw me.” they both nod and I take off again reaching a small beach already inhabited. A group of pirates lounging around on the sand. “Captain?” I take a step back ready to run again when two men turn to answer the question: one an elaborately dressed blond who looks more gentleman than pirate the other. “Edward!?”

I would recognise that beard anywhere. I push back my hood taking several steps forward, his eyes widen in recognition “You’re not dead.” I snort “Not last I checked.” He runs over poking my chest then my cheek “You’re really not dead.” I roll my eyes punching him in the stomach making him grunt “Point taken.” I grin “That’s for leaving me behind.” He laughs the two of us colliding in a hug “Can’t believe you’re not dead.” I laugh “Sorry to disappoint.”

He shakes his head “What? No. Not what I meant. Shit. Izzy. Where’s Izzy? Stede where’s Izzy?” Stede the fancy blonde looks confused “Back on the ship. Why?” Ed grins grabbing my arm “Come on.” I dig my heels into the sand “Navy kinda after my head. Town is not a good idea.” Ed frowns only pausing a moment before resuming dragging me across the beach “Nope. Come on.” I manage to tug up my hood as we practically sprint to the ship I spotted earlier and up onto the deck.

“Izzy! Get your butt out here. Iz. Iz. Izzy.” Fang, Ivan, and Izzy all come running onto deck swords drawn “Edward what the hell is going… on?” I push back my hood Izzy’s sword falling to the ground “Look who’s not dead.”

“Y/N?” I smile slightly the rest of the crew disappearing my sole focus on Izzy. “I missed you Iz.” He steps forward still looking a little shell shocked “We thought you were dead.” I shrug slightly “Had a couple close calls but still here.” I smile my stomach tying in knots as I step closer “I can leave if…” I don’t get the chance to finish his body colliding with mine “Don’t. Don’t even.” I chuckle wrapping my arms around him “You really think I would leave Iz? Spent the last two years trying to get back to you.”

His grip tightens but I gently ease his face away from my neck cupping his face in one hand smiling softly “Missed you Iz.” He returns my smile the corners of his eyes crinkling slightly “You’re really here.” I nod leaning my forehead against his “I’m here.” I grin tracing the ring around his neck “Can’t believe you still have this. Which reminds me, this belongs to you.” I tug on the cord around my neck two identical silver bands with waves pressed into the metal. I take one of putting it back where it belongs on Izzy’s ring finger “I thought I lost it.” I shake my head “You left it on the side in our cabin when you helped with my stitches. I was going to return it after the raid and well you know the rest.”

My brother clears his throat the two of us pulling apart “Wait hang on. Izzy is capable of smiling?” I bite my lip leaning down to kiss Izzy’s cheek neither of us had ever been big on PDA, but I want to remind myself he’s real. Izzy scowls at the pirate who spoke making him laugh Ed steps forward before anything else can be said “Everybody. This is my little brother/sister Y/N.” Stede smiles brightly “Stede Bonnet its lovely to meet you.” I shake his hand tentatively shocked when Ed throws an arm around his shoulders smiling lovingly at the strange man “Reunion can wait we really need to get out here.”

We all turn our attention back to the docks where a large number of navy officers have gathered combing the docks from top to bottom. Stede nods “Right. Come along everyone, get the rest of those stores below pronto.” The ship is a flurry of activity as the gang plank is raised and the sails unfurled. I remain tense till we are well out into the open sea, Izzy joins me at the prow, and I move so I can wrap my arms around his waist head resting on his shoulder “So how long has Ed been like this?”

Izzy chuckles leaning forward against the railing my arms atop his “Fair while.” I close my eyes breathing in the sea air enjoying the light breeze that ruffles Izzy’s hair “I’m sorry.” I open my eyes confused. “I thought you were behind us. I should have checked, should have been there for you.” I move my arms so they are wrapped around his chest and waist “Iz there is nothing you could have done. I don’t blame you for what happened.”

“You should.” His voice sounds so small it breaks my heart “I don’t, and neither should you. none of us knew what would happen, pirating ain’t a career known for its safety. The only thing I couldn’t stand was the fact I never got to say goodbye or tell you how much I love you or how much you mean to me.” he turns so we are face to face tears staining his cheeks which I brush away gently “Because I do love you Israel hands. Time has not changed that.”

“I love you too.” His lips are hesitant at first as they brush against mine before I draw him closer with a hand cupping his cheek. “Swear we won’t leave each other’s side ever again.” I grin “Till death do us part right?” he nods lips twitching into a small smile “Till death do us part.” I kiss him again deeper this time running my fingers through his hair while his dig into the front of my shirt pulling the two of us closer together. “This better not be a dream.” I chuckle tracing the star then the swallow tattooed on his neck “I promise its real.”

We remain together ignoring the rest of the crew who stare and whisper while we return to our previous position watching the water lapping the front of the boat while catching up on two years of tales more so from him than me catching me up on the strange crew, he has found himself with. Finally, we exhaust most topics and Izzy sighs heavily “They will want to talk to you.” I smile “I won you over, reckon I can deal with this lot.” His smile grows slightly before returning to his neutral expression “Let’s get this over with then.” We turn making our way to the centre deck the crew trying and failing to hide their curiosity. Ed saunters over grinning “You both look insanely happy. Hey, you got your ring back.” Izzy nods slightly tracing the silver band while Ed throws an arm around my shoulders “Everyone this is Y/N. Y/N this is my new crew, well our crew.” He grins at Stede “Lucius, Pete, John, Jim, Frenchie, Olowande, Roach, Swede, and Frenchie. You already know Ivan and Fang.” I nod slightly in greeting.

Olo waves while Swede looks confused “I thought they were dead.” I smile slightly “Nope.” Ivan grins “Good to have ya back.” Ed chuckles while Stede clumsily walks over stuttering over his words “Well then, how about you tell us a bit about yourself. We talk things through as a crew on this vessel. And I know I would like to know a bit more about you.” I frown “What’s there to know? I’m good with a sword, spent the last two years in a British jail cell, anyone hurts Izzy or my brother, and they get a knife in the gut.” Stede nods looking slightly alarmed “Right well I was thinking more along the lines of your favourite colour? Or perhaps hobbies?”

Izzy makes a sort of choked cough noise while I bite back a laugh “Your new to this aren't you?.” Stede beams “Yes, realatively. Now Roach is our resident cook and doctor, Izzy is first mate, Buttons is normally at the helm and Lucius is my scribe. I’m sure you will find your place soon enough; do you have any particular skills you feel may benefit the group?” Ed laughs “You kidding? They’re strong, fast, agile. Excellent with a sword and daggers, spent half their time up in the bloody rigging. Though two years out of action may have effected that.”

I grin reaching for one of my swords “Want to test that theory, Edward?” he draws his own sword spinning it artistically “Alright N/N.” Izzy sighs grumbling “You won’t beat them Ed.” I block every blow I may have been locked up for two years but that didn’t stop me from training in any way I could keeping up arm strength and agility. My muscles strain slightly but I grin putting more weight into my blows before knocking my brother to the ground sword pointed to his chest “Fuck. Really thought I could win that.” Grinning I haul him back to his feet “Don’t feel too bad about its Eddy.”

He groans rolling his eyes “Not that fucking name again.” I laugh clapping him on the back “Only if you piss me off, I promise.” The rest of the crew are grinning broadly while Ed claps me on the shoulder “So two years in prison ay?” I shrug eyes darkening “Don’t want to talk about it.”

“When did you get out?” I sigh running my thumb over my blade before sheathing it “Three days ago. I got to the coast this morning. Then you know the rest.” His face softens slightly “I’m sorry N/N.” I shrug brushing him off “It’s in the past, nothing you could have done. Just drop it.” he nods returning to his usual self “Well you catch up on some rest. Iz?” he nods motioning with his head, I follow into a small cabin immaculately tidy. A bunk along one wall just big enough for two, a writing desk, two storage chests and a small window “I kept all your stuff. Never could bring myself to getting rid of it.”

I turn pulling him into a tight hug the both of us dropping our shields “Thought of you every day.” He chuckles kissing me gently “I didn’t handle you leaving well.” I smile tugging of my jacket and laying it over the chair also removing my swords and boots “Let me guess you returned to your grouchy side.” He rolls his eyes “I’m always grouchy.” Laughing I sit on the bed pulling him down on top “Yea, but you have a grouchy side and then your super grouchy side. I know you Iz and I would have acted the same way.”

He sighs the two of us laying comfortably on the bed. He starts tracing the tattoos on my arms stopping at the largest on my bicep. An anchor with rope wrapped around it and a compass behind. “I remember when you got that.” I grin “Ed was acting all high and mighty that he got a tattoo so I had to get one that was bigger.” Izzy chuckles continuing up to my shoulder before moving to my other arm focusing on the inside of my wrist an anchor with roses wrapped around it “I regretted not getting mine more visible.”

I grin tracing the back of his shoulder blade where his own tattoo is etched. “We could get another one?” he laughs “Hmm maybe.” I shift slightly my shirt riding up “What’s that?” I freeze tugging my shirt back down “It’s nothing.” Sitting up he pushes my shirt back eyes turning cold as he examines the lines wrapping around my sides scars left from all the times the navy tried to get information out of me “Turn over.”

“Iz, I don’t think.” “Turn over.” slowly I turn almost glad I can’t see his expression as his fingers ghost over the skin. “I’m going to fucking kill them.” I turn back grabbing his hands “I’m okay Iz. I was worth more alive than dead, but they gave up trying to get information after eight months. ” I try and smile failing when Izzy looks so broken “Is your entire back…” I shrug “I have no idea. Probably. Could only see a small portion in the mirror.” Sighing I turn and pull of my shirt Izzy he traces up along the back “Fucking hell Y/N.”

“How’s my tattoo?” his hands freeze a chocked laugh coming from him “Sorry, just trying to make light of this.” His arms wrap tightly around my waist “I should have been there to protect you.” I relax into his warmth turning around so we are face to face. “Okay here’s what’s going to happen. We are going to move on from this, you are going to stop beating yourself up. I don’t blame you for anything. Look at me Iz,” he meets my eyes and I smile “Now pull yourself together. Neither of us are good with this sappy crap we can leave that to Ed and whatever him and the weird blonde have going on.”

A grin slowly spreads across his face “I don’t know what I did to deserve you Y/N Teach.” I grin rolling my eyes playfully “I love you Izzy Hands.” His mouth collides with mine the two of us falling back into the bed “We ever bump into the navy I’m slaughtering them all.” I grin kissing him again “If it makes you feel better, I already killed the two who did it.” He snorts kissing my cheek “Helps a little.” He flops onto my chest while I run my fingers through his hair.

3rd person P/O/V:

Ed walks out onto deck frowning “Anyone seen Iz?” the rest of the crew look around confused. Where is the angry man of a first mate? “Pete, Ivan? No one has seen him?”

“Nope.” “No.”

“Frenchie go check his cabin.” Frenchie nods and disappears below deck knocking gently on the door before peeking inside. Y/N and Izzy are sprawled on the bed in a tangle of limbs both sleeping soundly. Hastily Frenchie shuts the door and makes his way back to the deck “Both asleep captain.” Ed laughs “Sleeping? Really?” Stede smiles warmly “Well they have both been through rather a lot. Let’s leave them rest for a bit.”
