Can you do an imagine where jack’s wife (reader) and kids are at the game when he gets hurt and then after when they bring him home?? A little angst ending in lots of fluff
a/n: y'all i am not good at writing an angry jack because all i can think of when i see him is just a small bean
Tumblr media
Your heart was in your throat when Jack went down on the ice, the hit had been a hard one and you knew Jack well enough to know that if he was staying down it was because he was hurt. But you also were trying to not react too much because you had your six year old daughter and your one year old son with you.
Your daughter especially was at the age where she started to question certain things and she picked up on emotions really well. So even if you weren’t reacting she knew something was wrong with her dad but you had to stay calm to keep her calm. “Mommy..is daddy okay?” She asked and you nodded your head. “Daddy is okay, the doctor is just going to check him.” You told her as he skated off the ice.
It didn’t take long until someone who worked for the team found you, and you were sure it was because Jack had sent them which was a pretty good indication this game was done for him. Your stomach was in knots as you held onto your one year old and your six year old. The minute Jack came out of the locker room you could tell he was pissed which meant the news really wasn’t good.
Your daughters hand slipped from yours as she ran up to Jack “Daddy!!” She exclaimed forgetting all her nervousness from earlier and just excited to see him. “Not right now little bug.” He told her as he placed a gentle hand on her head, leading her back to you. “Let’s go home.” He told you, his voice rough which only made that pit in your stomach grow more.
You hated when Jack was upset. When you got to the car the both of you helped strap the little ones to their car seats and then you went towards the drivers seat “I’ll drive.” You told him and immediately a frown grew on his lips. “I’m literally fine, stop treating me like I’m going to break.” He snapped at you out of nowhere. “Jack, I’m not doing this right now. Get in the car.”
It was a clear warning and you were just happy he listened and went to his side. Once you got home you didn’t say another word to Jack, instead you got started on the kids bedtime routine which included baths. This alone took what felt like forever with the two of them and without Jacks help it only felt like it took longer.
But once your one year old was down for bed you moved onto your six year old and in between all of this Luke had shown up to check on his brother. Your daughter before you could convince her otherwise had walked over to Jack. “Daddy can you read me a story tonight?” And with a shake of his head Jack responded “Not tonight.” And with that your six year old returned to you disappointed.
Once you had her in bed you could hear the faint conversation Jack was having with Luke and it didn’t sound great. The last thing you heard was Luke mutter to his brother “You don’t have to be such an ass.” Before you heard your front door shut. “Mommy will be back, pick out a book.” And with those words you went and found Jack.
Your husband sat at the kitchen counter, his head in his hands and your heart sank once again. You walked over to him, your arms wrapping around him and you could feel him soften under your touch. “Your brother isn’t wrong but I get why you’re upset.” You whispered to him. “I’m sorry, baby.” And you could tell it was a genuine apology and that finally everything was catching up to him.
“I just hate letting the team down and you guys.” He whispered to you. “Well right now you have a six year old upstairs who just wants her dad to read her a story.” You reminded him and he just nodded his head. “You’re her hero, Jack. Just remember that next time.” And with those words you saw something shift in Jack and you knew that tonight wouldn’t be repeated again.

Anonymous Asks: "How do you think Joseph and Jack will react/do when they find out their Sunshine fell in love with someone else? (Sunshine and Joseph/Jack are friends but Joseph/Jack wanted a relationship with their Sunshine)"
Tumblr media
Oooh a bit of an angsty one~
Content: Normal levels of Jack being yandere and manipulative, mentions of violence
Tumblr media
Jack:
Okay, we already know at least some of the lengths Jack will go to in order to keep his Sunshine. Manipulation, gaslighting, pressuring you
On the surface, he’s supportive! Of course he is, he’s your best friend! If you’ve found love, then he’s happy for you! He wants nothing but the best for you!
But… well, are you really sure about this person? Are they really good enough for you? He’s not jealous, honest! He’s just concerned for his best friend!
What kind of best friend would he be if he didn’t show a healthy amount of concern for you?
Pointing out the smallest of red flags, just in case it’s proof that they’re a seriously bad person
Doing what he can to dig into their past just in case there’s something untoward (no he will not acknowledge the irony)
And… if he can’t find anything compelling enough… well, he’s not above planting evidence. Really, they were sure to do something bad eventually, so he’s doing the right thing!
Of course, he could always drive them mad, but if you ever found out he’d done it then he’d have ruined his chances with you!
But if he can convince you to be the one to dump them? Well, that’s not his fault! You can’t blame him for your choices
And… well, after a rough breakup with them, he’ll be there to comfort you! Your best friend. The only man you’re allowed to love
Joseph:
He’s more… hinged? I suppose? Compared to Jack
He’s the type to suffer in silence. He cares about you, and no matter how sad it makes him to see you in another’s arms, he’ll suffer gladly for the sake of your happiness
That doesn’t mean he’ll like your partner though. He can stay civil for the most part, sure, but it’s pretty clear to everyone that he’s Not A Fan
Look, he’s trying, okay? He’s trying his best to be supportive. You invite him over for a dinner party? He’ll show up and be polite. Double dates? Fine, sure, he’s not interested in his date but he’ll try his best. He’s really trying, for your sake
But yeah, he’s not the best at pretending to like people.
It’s not his fault your partner says stupid things that are just begging to be argued with! Really, they started it, he was trying to be polite until they opened their mouth
Everyone can tell how upset he is. It’s not like he’s really trying to hide it, he’s just being as nice as he can about it
He stares. A lot. He can’t keep his eyes off you, sad and soulful
He still follows you around like a lost puppy, doing anything and everything he can for you, anything you ask of him
But if push comes to shove? If he thinks your partner isn’t treating you well, or is otherwise going to hurt you? Well, he’s not afraid to throw a punch or two or however many it takes to fuck the guy up. No one hurts you. Not when he’s around.

Departure
(Irk! Here it is. We are now stuck with the new post generator that doesn't like sketchdumps and turns them into text just because... So, I'm sorry about that but, as I don't want to stick with the blog sets imposed by Tumblr (and I don't want to lose time cutting my sketchdump into multiple separate sketches), you won't be able to see clearly my sketches anymore. >_<)
Well, what this is about?
I still haven't seen the episode where it is said that Hotch won't come back because he wants to take care of Jack only now, but I already imagine the way it could have happen (it probably won't fit the canon story, but I don't care. XD).
So, after a year far away from the BAU, taking care alone of Jack, Aaron realised that he felt better, as he stopped feeling guilt toward his son and his ex-sister-in-law, and he felt less stress too. As so, he decided to not come back to the FBI and, most of all, to leave the town to definetely cut the ropes with his past life.
He warned Jessica first as Jack was still her nephew and even if she was sad and upset, he told her that she would still be welcomed at their place, wherever they ended in the country. He also told her that he planned to go back as an attorney, like he was before (because the need for justice was still deeply anchored in him).
Then, he turned back to Quantico to give back the last federal stuff he still had with him. But he took the decision to not go to the sixth floor because it would be too painful for him to see his team for the last time and because he knew that they would try to convince him to stay. To not be tempted, he avoided this floor but, the moment he left the building, he meet Reid (late, as always). The young agent was surprised to see him around and asked what he was doing here. Hotch lied to him and Reid bought it. Already about to cry, he asked for Reid to take care of himself as a last advice. Reid smiled, wished him a good day and went into the building.
Hours later, Garcia rushed into the bulpen, yelling that Hotch's file was moved to archives. Prentiss immediately ran to the Witness Protection and the director confirmed her that, yes, his federal career was over. Furious, Prentiss tried to call him but a random junky answered his phone. She drove to his place, kicked his door but the owner told her that Hotch and his son moved weeks before. Deeply hurt, Prentiss commanded Garcia to find him on the spot, but she refused. She refused because she had guessed why he did what he did, why he ran away without a word. Because if it was painful for them, it was otherwise more painful for him. He created this team, he lead it for years, he loved them like his own kids, but for some (surely good) reasons he had to turn them down. So, no, she won't help her to find him even if she felt hurt too.
Later in the evening, Prentiss went to see Jessica because she needed answers. And Jack's aunt confirmed what Garcia said. He ran like a coward just because he couldn't face them again. He didn't have the strenght to see them sad and to hear their arguments. But this decision (taken for Jack's well-being) was a real heartbreak for him, she has no doubt about that.
And yes, miles away, Hotch was driving to his new place, tears on his face. He cleaned them when he get into the new house and smiled around Jack, but later in the night, he just burst into tears, feeling the deepest pain of his life.

So there’s a lot in chapter 20 (there always is) and I think I’m gonna try and split it by person inside of doing it chronologically this time. I’ll see how far I can get during my break. I’ll start with Phil, then Wilbur, then Jack and then Tommy (maybe? Or more how wilbur views Tommy in that moment? All Tommy related thoughts).
Anyway, Phil. The implications of Phil being in that hallway after the fight are not lost on me, Bee. He was coming to talk to Wilbur. And he would know where Wilbur is because if he asks Jack has to tell him. I’m assuming Techno talked to Phil. Like he had to let him know that he messed up because he thought he knew better and Phil was right and now they have a problem. But that does not explain why he came to Wilbur this time.
The thing is, Phil knows Wilbur, or he likes to think that he does. He’s been wrong plenty of times, but he kinda enjoys the surprise. And Wilbur has a pattern. As you said, his daily routine was a pattern that has now been broken. But he had a pattern with Phil too. Whenever Wilbur got upset or angry, he would come to Phil. It happens after learning Phil talked to Tommy. It happens when he has a hangover. So when he learns about the negotiations and why they are being held back, Phil expects Wilbur to come to him.
Maybe he thinks Wilbur is non-confrontational. That’s not the right word cuz they have had plenty of confrontations. But Phil and Techno know the brother aren’t on speaking terms. They might not know that started because of a fight. Or might assume that they’ll stay like that.
But to Wilbur this is much bigger than that. This is a betrayal from Tommy’s side. He was too upset to go to Phil. He was too busy having a panic attack. Also, the conversation has nothing to do with Phil since it was between Techno and Tommy. And then there’s Jack who shifts the anger onto Tommy by accident, which causes Wilbur to want to talk to him.
So Phil expects Wilbur to come to him, might have been waiting for him even. Instead, he gets radio silence. Which would worry him for a few reasons ranging from genuine care to political gain. Either Wilbur's head is running wild again and he’s taken Phil postponing the negotiations because he thinks it’s to much pressure for Phil seeing him as weak. Which is a problem because Phil is putting quite an effort into convincing him otherwise and Wilbur being upset with him could ruin whatever plans he has for him. Or he genuinely does not want to ruin the relations he’s been building *cough* little bird *cough*.
The other option is that he thinks Wilbur took it as hard as it looked to Techno, which was pretty bad. And both of them are well aware how shitty Wilbur’s mental health is. So someone should go check up on him and do damage control. So he checks where Wilbur is and goes to his room and is in no way prepared for what he’s about to find there.
(1/?)
-🌲
ooooo these are all very good theories!! I won't really say why Phil was in that hallway because I don't think it matters a ton in the grand scheme of things and it's also just more fun for you guy to make your own interpretations of it, but I will say you're definitely on the right track. it was related to techno talking to phil about what he told wilbur, and phil trying to figure out what to do from there

wip wednesday!
today is a filler wip wednesday with a fic that i am most likely never going to write because i have been swamped with irl stuff; anyway, please enjoy me slotting the Newsies characters into a Tangled au for 600+ words.
snippet under the cut
my gut instinct is to make Davey Rapunzel and Jack Flynn/Eugene
anyway, i'd adjust the Tangled premise a lot, because a lot of Davey's initial character is that he's working for his family. like, he's working to support his parents. He's protective of les in all versions. in 92sies, he jumps into a rigged fight to protect his sister
so Gothel (whoever that will be) took both Davey & Les. Like, they took Davey and came back for Les when Les was born
and yes, this is mostly to further my "protective older siblings" agenda bc i have a thing about older siblings trying their damnedest to save their younger siblings from their own fate
Sarah is stuck at home worrying and wondering if her brothers are even alive
Jack is Eugene/Flynn. the newsies are the Snuggly Duckling crew. the Delancy brothers are the Stabbington bros
Vladimir (ceramic unicorns guy) is Spot
and please don't crucify me for this but Katherine is Maximus (the horse)
like she's obv human but she occupies the role of Maximus in the story
y'know this au makes Esther and Mayer Jacobs into the King & Queen of NYC/Corona and i for one am here for it
and i'm using the 92sies jack outfit bc i love the cowboy hat, so the wanted posters always get his hat wrong and he's always upset about it
Random newsie at the Snuggly Duckling, holding up Jack's wanted poster: is this you?
jack: WHY TF IS IT A TRICORN HAT
ok so ig Gothel would probably be Snyder bc i think that makes the most sense. pulitzer is the captain of the guard above Katherine and he isn't happy about Jack running about and captures him. katherine and the various newsies from Snuggly Duckling break him back out so that he can go save Davey and Les from Snyder.
but at the end of the story he gives up and accepts that Jack isn't going to go away or leave his daughter alone
(my bff Katherine & Jack agenda is showing)
and like. Davey doesn't really want to get out of the tower so much as he wants Les to be happy. and Les wants to leave the tower. so Davey figures out how to get them out of the tower for Les's birthday. When he can't convince Snyder to let them go down for a day, he turns to the man he and Les knocked out and hid in their wardrobe. It's a risk, but Davey is willing to do a lot for Les, because Les will never feel as lonely or forgotten about as Davey has for a lot of his life
i already said this but i have a thing about older siblings trying (and often failing) to protect their younger siblings from their fate like, for example, in canon, Jack tries and fails to protect Crutchie from the Refuge
Les wants so much more than this provincial life wants to explore the world and to see the lights and to touch the grass. but Davey, he doesn't care to leave where he's comfortable. he's content to live with Synder's moods and brush his hair and make his paintings and ensure that Les is safe and cared for and happy
and that's the crux of the matter, isn't it? because les isn't happy in the tower. He needs adventure in the great wide somewhere more space than the two bedrooms and a kitchen that the tower offers them
(don't mind my beauty & the beast references but when making a disney princess au i will reference other disney princesses) and davey, as much as he wants to stay where he's safe, will do anything for Les because otherwise Les will leave on his own and davey won't be able to protect him if he's not there with him

Hey! Sorry I don't want this to come off as rude or something, but I wanted to warn you against blindly jumping on "X member gets mistreated" bandwagons. Most of the time they are started by solos to make other members look bad or to "get" the member to leave the company and go solo under the guise of being concerned.
The information regarding the airport stems from exactly one singular video out of context from either a sasaeng or a media person who wasn't allowed to be filming in that sepcific location. Hobi doesn't seem to even be aware that he's being filmed, so my guess is sasaeng. And other than that video, we know nothing of the situation, so it could for example be that the 'non-present' staff is actually talking to airport personel about the suitcase while Hobi is looking for it since he'd know the design/looks best. Of course, we don't know that, but we also don't know if he was actually left alone.
As for JITB, I doubt the company could seriously force anything on the members if they were completely against it. Not only are they adults who think and make decisions for themselves, but also exactly for the reason you stated: BTS is their main source of revenue. That's just facts. And BTS /knows/ that too, otherwise they wouldn't have stayed and negotiated after their first contract ran out. And again, we don't know what goes on behind the creation of an album, but I am convinced that the members are very involved in the making of their own solo projects as they were with group releases and Hobi has been known to be invironmentally conscious, so I wouldn't be surprised if it was his decision to not have a physical album. (Of course that doesn't mean you can’t be upset about it, I know I am cause I love collecting the CDs, but it is what it is.) And from a company and business point of view, it would make absolutely no sense for the company to suppress a BTS members solo release. They are a company and a company wants money. That's always the case. And Hybe knows how popular BTS is and how much money they can make the company. So if they actually would force a member to do something regarding an album, it would be to produce an insane amount of (paid) content (including a physical album with multiple versions) so they get money. BTS already made them so much money in the past and now they have the chance to get that times 7, it wouldn't make sense for a company to suppress an artist's solo debut when the artist in question is as big as Hobi is. (Alternatively, Hybe might've wanted to switch to digital albums in general but saw the negative feedback this part of JITB got on weverse and listened to the fans and switched back real quick. Cause I know I told them that I'd really prefer a physical album on the feedback.)
At the end of the day my main point is this: we don't know jack shit about what is going on behind the scenes if the members don't want us to know about it. So if any member ever publicly tells us that he has been mistreated or something, I will be the first person in line to jump at somebody's throat because I love them with all my heart and they make me uncredibly jappy. Until then I trust them and their decisions, even if it might be hard for me sometimes. When I just recently became an Army back in 2019, I fell into that solo/anti rhetoric because they framed it nicely and I just wanted to help the member in question. Well, turns out that these actions (e.g. hashtags) blew up the issue (that was in fact not an issue at all as it turned out later) so much, that it resulted in a lot of negative press against that member and somewhat harmed him/his image. By trying to help him, I made the situation a lot worse and I honestly still haven't forgiven myself for that. But that was an incredibly important learning moment for me and now I try to make other Armys aware of that as well, so they don't make the same mistakes I did.
Like I said, I don't want you to see this as rude and I don't want you to feel bad about it, I just want to raise your awareness that we as fans don't know anything in the end and the best thing we can do is trust the members and their choices, even if that choice is not to tell us something. I know it can be hard sometimes, but with a group as big as BTS we can be sure that they have options to make something public if they really wanted to (and they also all have their own lawyers). And others know that too, so they'd rather avoid doing things that would cause repercussions.
So that said, I hope you have a good day and take care of yourself! 💜
P.S. sorry for the huge message, I know it's a lot 🙈
No offense taken, and I didn’t take you as being rude at all!
I wasn’t intending to seem like I was jumping on any bandwagons. I’ve looked into the situation and the release of Hobi’s album was just handled poorly in comparison to others, including his own past projects. I’m not sure if that was because it was strictly a digital release or what.
As for the video, I still haven’t seen it and I try not to take anything said in relation to celebrities too seriously until I have done the proper digging myself. After 7 years as a kpop fan, I have seen many campaigns by sasaengs to harm the reputation of various idols or companies, so while I don’t think BigHit/Hybe would do something to hurt the boys at this time, they’re entering new territory and I’m just wondering how prepared they are for it. Jack in the Box’s press was the worst I’ve seen from the company so far, but I’ll give them the benefit of the doubt

We finally get a little, albeit still not great, Izzy/Ed communication. A weekend sleepover is proposed and accepted, with bonus secret room.
---
"Well, I've got a problem with you too," Stede says. "The way you treat Izzy? Is-"
Ed pulls Stede in for a kiss, and Izzy looks away. That's it then. So much for even trying to convince Ed to turn him and have them take Stede on as a shared familiar.
Stede moans, but pushes Ed away after a moment. "Would you let me talk?"
He turns to Izzy. "And you said that you and him had never had anything. I'm not upset about that, I just want to understand-"
"It never meant anything," Ed interrupts. "Trust me. Even now, it's just...stress release."
Izzy scoffs. "Didn't always seem that way to me."
"Then I'm sorry we've misunderstood each other," Ed says, suddenly hesitant, awkward.
"Your food is in the fridge," Stede says. "I've invited Izzy to mine for the weekend, but I'll make sure that if you call, we come over to help with anything you need."
Izzy blinks. "Your place?"
"Remember?" Stede chuckles. "I do have the kids this weekend, but they're used to the bar staff stopping by to hang out with us now and again. They won't mind making a new friend. That's their mother's influence, I was never good at encouraging that."
Ed nods slowly. "That would be alright. Maybe we need a few days apart."
"It happens to everyone," Stede says. "People need space sometimes! And you clearly need it to get your fucking head screwed back on straight. Otherwise you might lose someone good to you."
"Is that a threat?" Ed smirks.
"Wouldn't you like to know," Stede says icily. "Shame you're this much of an asshole. You kiss well."
"Takes one to know one," Ed frowns. "Izzy. Take your phone, keep it charged, and if I call or text-"
"I think he knows how cell phones work and to pick it up if you call," Stede cuts him off. "Besides, we do have some things planned, so he might not always be checking it 24/7. But we'll be as mindful as possible."
"How generous of you," Ed rolls his eyes. "I guess I'll see you then?"
Izzy nods. "Don't hesitate to call if you need me. For anything."
He expects more anger, but Ed only looks wounded now. And he could swear he sees tears in the corners of his eyes.
--
He dips inside just behind Ed, but they don't exchange another word.
In his room he hurriedly packs some clothes and other bits into his battered suitcase. He can't think straight and knows he's probably forgetting something, but Stede won't mind if they need to pick anything up for him at a store.
He just has a gut feeling about that. It's the kind he used to have so often with Ed, trusting that he could make a mistake or fail and Ed might be frustrated or disappointed, but ultimately it would be fine.
He's not so sure things will be fine this time.
Outside, Stede is grinning waiting for him.
"I'm excited," he blushes. "I know I was hesitant at the bar, but that was just because I do have the kids tomorrow and the day after, and my ex usually doesn't care if I have guests but-"
Izzy kisses him softly. "I can tell you're excited. I'm glad, and grateful, for everything. It's been a lot."
Stede bumps his forehead gently to rest against Izzy's. "Well, I wouldn't do it for everyone, or anyone. But something about you..."
He lifts his head and peers to the house, snorting. "Let's give him a show."
Izzy looks. Ed is watching from the upper window, draped in his favourite robe. It used to be one of Izzy's.
Izzy melts into the deep kiss Stede gives him, dropping his suitcase to the ground to free up his arms.
He wraps his arms around Stede's neck, and as fun as it is, he can't help but feel bad. It would, and had, broken his heart to see Ed in positions like this with other people, like Jack.
Does it hurt the same way for Ed now? Does someone so wildly old, who has witnessed and done so much in one life, still feel those highs and lows as vibrantly?
Izzy wishes he knew. But Ed might never reveal the answer to him. Ed might not even let him back into the house after the weekend, for that matter.
He tucks the question into the back of his mind, and lets Stede take his suitcase and his hand.

"This is, uh, it."
Stede leads Izzy into a perfectly respectable, smaller house. "Mary was wonderful about making sure I was put up after we settled everything. Made sure I had enough left to have a roof and pay for it."
He chuckles awkwardly. "I'm kidding; it really was amicable and a two party decision. Don't get married to someone just to please your parents and theirs!"
"Mum's dead; I don't think she cares who I marry," Izzy smiles. "Shame yours and hers put the two of you through that."
"Well, we could have had it annulled right away, but we both felt we ought to at least try," Stede said. "Thank you though. It's been amazing since the divorce, actually. I mean, I've been struggling a bit with realizing that I don't know if I'm actually all that attractive to anyone-"
"Shut the fuck up," Izzy laughs. "You have a mirror."
Stede grins and blushes and Izzy wants to kiss him senseless.
"Here," Stede clears his throat, and gestures onwards. "Shoes o-oh! You already have them off! It's only you and my bar friends that do that right away, anyone else I've had over left them on! Absolutely wild to me, that!"
"We only keep ours on at the house because the floors have seen better days," Izzy says. "And I clean it but...for the sake of one's health, it's safer to keep shoes on. Otherwise we'd have them off."
"I figured," Stede nods. "That whole house has seen better days."
Just like Ed, Izzy thinks to himself, then admonishes himself for the thought.
"Kitchen, living room, linen closet, bathroom here and another downstairs," Stede continues as he leads Izzy through the rest of the house. "The basement has a surprise I think you'll like too."
He takes Izzy down the slightly steep stairs, to reveal what appears to be a mostly unfinished basement.
"Have to hand this to you briefly," Stede says, and gives Izzy back his suitcase.
He kneels down to a rug on the floor, and moves it aside to reveal an ornate dark metal trapdoor.
"What."
"Yeah," Stede grins. "Had it installed after I got settled. Paid extra to have it done faster, but Mary gave me half as my birthday gift this year. I've always wanted a hidden room or passageway, you know?"
Izzy smiles. "Yeah. Did you design it all yourself?"
"Only in decor," Stede replies, and leads down the ladder into the passage. "I'm not good enough at engineering and knowing how it would affect the foundation. I wasn't even sure it was possible, and goodness knows I don't fully understand how it was done. But they did good work."
He reaches up for the suitcase, and Izzy hands it down.
"There must have already been some of this built," Izzy says as he comes down the ladder. "Or it probably wouldn't have been."
"That's what they made it sound like," Stede says. "Here, we can spend the nights down in this room, if you want. I don't think Ed would actually do anything to hurt you, or seek you out like that-"
"His bark is worse than his bite," Izzy interrupts. "Besides, I'm as guilty as he is of occasionally being a bit rough when I shouldn't be. We give each other as good as we get. Probably shouldn't, but..."
"Could be something to work on and work past," Stede says. "But there'll be time to think about that later. For now, he can clear his head, and you yours."
The passage leads to a room, with a mattress that must have barely fit through it.
"One of those new ones that comes all folded up in the box," Stede supplies, as if he can hear Izzy's thoughts. "I don't think I'll be able to get it out of here if I ever move though!"
"Not the end of the world," Izzy shrugs, and tentatively settles down onto the mattress. "It'll be a fun, odd surprise for the next owner."
Stede laughs. "Something like that. Now, there's a cooler down here with drinks and some food, but of course the nearest bathroom is the one on the main level, so that's not ideal. Hopefully not too bothersome for you though."
"You're showing me a secret passageway and hidden room, and you're afraid of disappointing me?" Izzy chuckles. "Come here."
Stede sets down the suitcase, and strips as he goes.
When he's completely naked, he settles onto Izzy's fully clothed lap. His cock is already half hard, and he sighs shakily when Izzy's hands find his bare skin.
"I really can't tell you how much I appreciate everything you've done for me," Izzy says. "Can I try showing you instead?"

Can you do slashers with s/o that draws/takes Polaroid's of themselves naked? If not plez ignore
sure thing! here you go.
slashers with a s/o that takes polaroids of themselves naked.
Asa Emory / The Collector
UPSET. but not really.
he’ll be taking these, thank you very much.
confiscates your pictures but not your polaroid.
all your photos mysteriously disappear over time.
why are you asking him? aren’t you supposed to be careful? tsk, tsk. what if somebody else finds them? what’ll you do then, hmm?
scolds you for taking them but keeps them all for himself.
naughty. uses your presumably lost photos as an excuse to punish you.
Billy Lenz
also steals them but he won’t care if you find out.
has them taped at a particular nook of the attic where he sleeps.
why are you so surprised? ...are you seriously asking him why it’s there?
volunteers to take photos of you next time. he’s pretty bad at it though. his angles are weird and it’s usually out of focus.
can you blame him? he’s too focused in trying not to touch himself right then and there.
displays all his bad photography too.
Bo Sinclair
"aw, for me? you shouldn’t have.”
regardless if you told him or not, he’s going to take them from you.
bo will be a lot more lewd. he’s much more likely to whisper obscenities in your ear; how filthy you are, what he’s planning on doing to you - all down to the smallest detail.
gets creative with the nicknames ranging from sweetheart to cockslut. turns out your photos are very inspiring.
has a collection of your photos up at a designated wall of his “dungeon.”
would definitely take polaroids of you two having sex. (this will also go on the wall.)
Brahms Heelshire
same hat!! also steals them and doesn’t care if you find out.
oh these are definitely going up on his wall! riiiiiight next to his bed.
fuck yeah he jacks off to your photos. constantly. and what about it?
confront him and he’ll pull an uno reverse card on you.
so why is it that you have such lewd photos, hmm? tsk tsk. naughty. he just can’t help himself. maybe he should punish you too?
if you ask him he’ll definitely agree to be your photographer.
the photos turns out amazing. what else do you expect from a voyeur? he knows all your good angles.
Bubba Sawyer
!!!!!!! boner.
thinks it’s hot but has a million questions. who took these? you? what do you mean it’s for him???? OH YOU MEAN-
graciously accepts them and tries his very best to keep it between the two of you.
he’s not a fan of the idea because he hates the thought of anyone else seeing you like this. (especially the rest of the sawyers)
sees it as a romantic gesture and looks at the photos whenever he’s missing you. (which is pretty often.)
oh WHOOPS now he’s horny again. rushes over back to you.
this will be a common occurence. please help this poor man.
Jason Voorhees
!!!! o...oh my god ????!!
jason.exe has stopped working. you’ve done it, you’ve broken jason.
why do you have these and why are you naked? is completely rock hard at the moment and dying of embarrassment.
has a complete mental breakdown in front of you and it will only get worse if you offer the photos to him.
please help him regain his sanity again before anything else.
very against them but it’s pretty easy to convince him otherwise.
too paranoid to leave it elsewhere so he keeps it in his shirt pocket.
no more taking photos, okay? wags finger at you. please? for his health?
Jesse Cromeans / Chromeskull
ooh, naughty. loves what he sees and asks for them like a proper gentleman. (if you say no he’s still gonna take them though.)
big fan. very eager to help you in any way.
need a new camera? here’s the latest model. why not try his camcorder next? wink wink.
more into videos than photos but it’s still right up his alley nonetheless.
similar to bubba, he hates the idea of anyone else seeing you like this, so he’s very careful where he places all your photos.
definitely not on display. has it locked away somewhere and secured with a passcode.
Michael Myers
cool, thanks. oh were you just showing it to him? too bad, it’s his now.
practically snatches it from your hands. if you’re much smaller than he is, you’re going to have a bad time. this bastard will toy with you.
has a stash of a variety of your things (one of which may or may not be a pair of used underwear) buried somewhere. your photos will end up there as well.
now that he’s secured his collectibles, there’s now a new objective: screwing with you. both literally and figuratively.
mikey here would feign innocence at your missing polaroid, only to whip it out while he’s plowing you from behind.
takes more photos of you after he’s filled you up nicely. does it again the next time, and again, and again -- you’re never getting your polaroid back.
Thomas Hewitt
!!!!!!!!! just stares at the photos wide-eyed. instantly at full mast.
congrats, you’ve also broken thomas! he recovers faster than jason though and he’s not as shy to accept them.
tries to play it cool and just stuffs them in his apron. pretends like it’s a normal thing and just carries on with his tasks.
secretly he is freaking the fuck out !!! you just gave him your nudes! this might be the only time you see him mess up some of his chores.
makes sure he’s at a very secluded place before looking at them again. could he have imagined the whole thing? continues freaking out again as soon as he checks.
treasures the photos. kind of sappy? yeah his dick is hard but you know what else? his heart grew three sizes.
Vincent Sinclair
....... sharp inhale.
i... it’s for him? another sharp inhale. are you sure? proceeds to freak out internally.
thanks you. yes, you heard him right. vincent sinclair is the type of man to thank you for giving him your nudes.
super flustered and will only look at them once you leave.
another paranoid that has a super secret place to keep your photos. checks on them often to make sure they’re all there and lowkey repeats the process of freaking out over them again.
has probably already drawn you naked before but this time it’s different! now he has reference!
it won’t be noticeable since he’s too shy to approach you about it but his libido will spike.

Estarossa NSFW alphabet (♦️)
I am doing Estarossa as he appears normally, not when he goes insane and Yandere-ish. I am also doing Estaross and not the guy he killed (wink wink)
A = Aftercare (what they’re like after sex)
An absolute King. Estarossa, given that he has the commandment of love, makes sure his partner feels the love and is completely comfortable after they have sex. Whatever you need he will get for you, even if it seems to have nothing to do with aftercare.
B = Body part (their favorite body part of theirs and also their partner’s)
On himself, he loves his arms. He can hug and squeeze you tightly, making sure you know he cares about you.
On his partner, he loves their heart and soul. (Mostly because he is a demon.) But on a more physical note, Estarossa loves his partner's neck. It's close to their heart and when he kisses and leaves hickies he can feel his partner's pulse, keeping them (and his happiness) alive.
C = Cum (anything to do with cum, basically)
Estarossa loves to creampie.
On female partners, he loves it because he would like to imagine the two of you having children and raising the next generation of demons.
On male and non-binary partners, he loves it because he loves the closeness it brings the two of you, making you almost into one.
D = Dirty secret (pretty self-explanatory, a dirty secret of theirs)
Estarossa would be down to fuck a human. Note the use of the word fuck, not make love to. His commandment would have nothing to do with his feelings and actions in this sense. He also may or may not have indulged in this shortly after being released.
E = Experience (how experienced are they? do they know what they’re doing?)
He is, but only after being released from the coffin or eternal darkness. Being that he was so young before being released and only had eyes for Elizabeth, he tended to not indulge himself in the act.
F = Favorite position (this goes without saying)
Unfortunately, he's pretty vanilla when it comes to this section. Given that he likes intimacy, Estarossa wouldn't really stray far from missionary. Although, with some convincing, his partner could get him to experiment some.
G = Goofy (are they more serious in the moment? are they humorous? etc.)
Serious, 99.7% of the time Estarossa is serious. He can get goofy if the time calls for it, but he views having sex/making love as a very sacred thing.
H = Hair (how well-groomed are they? does the carpet match the drapes? etc.)
I would say he would be pretty bushy, but given the picture of him in the bubble bath exists I would have to say he's actually quite bare, with no happy trail and minimal carpet.
I = Intimacy (how are they during the moment? the romantic aspect)
As stated before, Estarossa views sex as sacred, so he is very intimate and romantic. He IS the commandment of love after all. He loves to leave hickeys all over his partner, but is otherwise quite gentle.
J = Jack off (masturbation headcanon)
Only when he REALLY needs to. Such as when he is single or when Elizabeth and Meliodas make him VERY upset and he feels he needs to get back at his older brother.
K = Kink (one or more of their kinks)
One of his kinks is the impregnation kink. As earlier stated, he would love to have a little demon army, but this is not his only kink. He also has: creampie, (fake) cheating, and when the time calls for it, rough sex.
L = Location (favorite places to do the do)
He prefers the intimacy of the bedroom, but wouldn't be hard to convince to do the do in the bathroom.
M = Motivation (what turns them on, gets them going)
His partner is all the motivation he needs, but if he isn't in a relationship then getting pissed off will motivate him plenty.
N = No (something they wouldn’t do, turn offs)
He would never actually cheat/help someone cheat. Love is sacred, he just gets off thinking of breaking the rules.
O = Oral (preference in giving or receiving, skill, etc.)
Prefers giving but wouldn't mind receiving once in a while. He puts his partner's pleasure above his own, and is relatively skilled at pleasing them.
P = Pace (are they fast and rough? slow and sensual? etc.)
Most of the time he is pretty slow and sensual, but on rare occasions, he will go rough and fast. Depends on if his partner made him angry or not.
Q = Quickie (their opinions on quickies, how often, etc.)
Nope. Unless he has a meeting or his partner begs him to, Estarossa isn't a huge fan.
R = Risk (are they game to experiment? do they take risks? etc.)
No risks, all love and privacy. Estarossa wouldn't want anyone else to see his partner in the moment, so he's really not down to take risks.
S = Stamina (how many rounds can they go for? how long do they last?)
He can last allllll night. If his partner wants to go one round then it's one round, if his partner wants to go for twenty-four hours, he could go twenty-four hours. A day is his limit, though.
T = Toys (do they own toys? do they use them? on a partner or themselves?)
He owns handcuffs, but those were more of a stubbled-across-and-kept kind of thing and not something he necessarily bought. He may use them if needed, though.
U = Unfair (how much they like to tease)
He teases a bit, surprisingly, but nothing too much. If his partner doesn't want him to he'll try not to, but no promises.
V = Volume (how loud they are, what sounds they make, etc.)
Estarossa lets out low groans and moans, as well as praises for his partner.
W = Wild card (a random headcanon for the character)
Estarossa has been with approximately one demon, two humans, and one angel? He has no idea how the angel got in there, but he cannot forget them. (no matter how hard any demon mage tries)
X = X-ray (let’s see what’s going on under those clothes)
It's not as big as expected, but it's sure nothing to scoff at. He's a grower, not a shower, and can please his partner all the same. He's about three inches soft and six hard, with a decent amount of girth and no veins. He also has a slight curve upwards.
Y = Yearning (how high is their sex drive?)
It all depends on his partner, or how angry he is. He'd be perfectly fine with once or twice a month.
Z = Zzz (how quickly they fall asleep afterwards)
He stays awake long enough for his partner to fall asleep, but rests shortly afterward. (I forget if demons sleep but he would mostly just rest his eyes.)

“Is there ink in this room...?” “Is there a party in this room?”
💀 Call of Cthulhu: Haunted Hijinx Masterpost 💀
First though:  Spoilers for the First Scenario from Tales of the Crescent City, which has been reprinted out of the Great Old Ones; We are actively playing, please no spoilers, but also we will have spoilers from it ourselves as we play. Read at your own risk.
aaayyeee gets another one out right away too... now it’ll bet 8 more years for the next one (hopefully not)
Staff in hand, the five run towards the exit only to encounter a weird foggy door, clearly magic, no telling what’s on the other side. Moonlight was ready to sick some goons on them, but a gunshot rings out, which was probably Avedon?? Attempting to kill Fowler or Moonlight?? Who knows, thanks for the distraction dude!! Joey struggles for a moment, fighting Party!Bendy who really wants to go eat, and slips down a stability level (now has starry eyes + tail!! Can’t stop grinning!!! This will be great.), though Joey does manage to go through the door, everyone else following near.
We end up in a kind of castley looking room… that contains no ink, Sammy immediately notices. Meanwhile, Henry notices that the room has a weirdly similar layout to his living room, and there’s literally photographs of his family on the walls. Joey insists that it’s an illusion, a trick to keep us here scared, and insists we go on through the next door. Meanwhile, Sammy tries to snap Jack out of… whatever he’s doing, but Jack just is worried about the fact we’re probably snooping around where we shouldn’t belong, and wants to get back to the party. As everyone heads towards the door, Henry’s family starts fading out of the pictures, only he is in them now… 2 SPOOKY LETS GO.
We end up in a hallway, which seems to be back in Fowler’s Mansion. There’s decorations and the same writing on the walls as was at the studio. But this time, the ink is black… and calling for Sammy. He starts to go for it, and Henry manages to grab him and steer him towards the end of the hall. As they move towards the door, realizing how much of a danger Sammy is in right now, it’s noticed that there’s a mirror on the back… and Sammy sees something in that, and starts running towards it. Joey, having no idea bout this though, simply opens the door and ushers everyone through.
We pile into a new room that’s castley again, but this one doesn’t seem to have an exit. Actually, it seems to be made not to have an exit, as it is a prison cell. The door they came through is bars now instead of being foggy. Joey screams in frustration. Sammy meanwhile, breaks down muttering about how “he was there, he can help,” as Jack tries to console him… Jack knows Sammy doesn’t like parties, but this seems to be more upsetting than usual. Otherwise, he doesn’t notice anything is wrong beyond “we’ve still not gone back to the party.” As this happens, Sammy grabs Jack by the lapels and starts trying to beg for him to get out of this weird party mode he’s stuck in… but it’s not getting through.
Meanwhile, Joey has toon-ed his way through the bars and manages to pick the lock open on the other side. It takes some convincing to get everyone heading down the hall again, but he’s not going to leave anyone in that prison cell. As they reach another foggy door, Joey finally picks up on some of Peter’s mumbling about how Carcosa works, and gets an idea about using the door. Like usual, he ushers everyone through, though this time he holds himself back. Joey closes his eyes and walks through the door, thinking less of a specific place, and more “take me where I need to be to fix all of this.” As he moves forwards into darkness, the hallway gets smaller and smaller, until eventually he hits a locked door. There’s something glowing though…
Meanwhile, the other four pile into what seems to be the room where Sammy knew the vault holding the slick stone was. Some of reality is wonky in here, being half castle, half mansion… but there’s still two guards standing in front of the giant safe hidden by large painting. Henry decides to try “Pulling a Joey” since he’s dressed up as staff, and walks up claiming it’s an emergency and they need the contents of the safe. The two guards seem… wary, and only then does everyone notice, by his lack of  stepping in, Joey is… missing? Sammy steps up behind him and tries to help out, or at least make sure he’s ready to help fight if they try to attack Henry… but they manage to convince the guards to let them open the safe. Henry puts in the code, a birthday he got from Fowler’s diary, and opens the safe to… Joey???
Yeah somehow Joey managed to door his way into the safe, which contains the stone!! Very carefully and with Bendy’s help, he manages to take off his comically large bow tie and wrap the stone up in it, then Bendy tucks it in an inner pocket of his vest. He walks out of the safe like nothing is weird about the situation, though the guards are sort of worried about his face… as it seems to fit some of the description of the Yellow King’s… messenger??? who’s been causing issues… but he doesn’t exactly fit, and when Jack steps in to reassure that it’s all fine, they manage to head towards the exit without much more difficulty.
There IS a plate of sandwiches right next to the door, which Bendy stacks up and eats in all one bite… just like in the cartoons!! Except he was still in Joey’s body as all this happens so uhhhh EVERYONE TAKES SANITY DAMAGE FOR WITNESSING THAT.
With a little more confidence on how to control the door, they try to head towards the room with the pictures and ritual circle again… though end up at a gazebo?? Perhaps outside of Fowler’s house, but the garden is really nice at least. Too nice…
We head out towards the mansion, and then uhh a person falls from the sky?? And based on Peter’s screaming, it’s indeed the same reporter guy that started his entire investigation into these matters. Seems weird to be happening here and now and everyone is uneasy,,, especially Joey who miiiiight have a thing about watching people fall to their death. Just a little bit. But the main fact is that Peter does NOT want to be in open air and tries to run back to the gazebo, at which point we all grab him and run back towards the mansion instead.
When we reach the doors going in, they’re foggy again, so Joey takes this as another opportunity to try and get into the ritual room by doing what he’s been doing. Turns out… the less sane you are attempting this feat, the better the results will be.
They end up in the room with the inky circle and the pictures and everything, though half of the room has melted into a hill that leads back down to the lake, and most things are weirdly strewn about now because of it. Sammy immediately goes for the inky circle though gets caught by Henry, who also tries to stop Joey from tampering with the circle since there’s protection runes around it. For whatever reason, Joey believes they cannot hurt him, and goes for the circle anyways, indeed getting hurt and turning into an inky goo creature. Sammy pulls away from a distracted Henry and immediately goes to the ink, while others in the party behold the inky demonic form of Joey/Bendy. Prophet Sammy, however, walks up and reaches out to touch the ink creature's face, asking “My lord, what do you need of me?”
Joey and Bendy have no way to communicate in this form. Internally though, they’re both making a lot of noise at each other.
MEANWHILE, Jack just really wants to get back to the party and suddenly believes he can get there if he just gets through this wall, starts ripping down photos and stuff as…
Fowler shows up.
He demands to know what they thought they were doing, obviously he would know if they were messing with the circle. While Henry tries to talk to him, Prophet grabs the rocking horse and tries to smash Fowler in the back of the head with it.
Fowler seems… pretty unphased by this, and turns to grab Sammy’s face after saying “This isn’t how the story goes.” And starts trying to attack the masked messenger out of Prophet’s system and turn him to the Yellow King. Jack is still foggy brain, but can realize that his friend is being harmed and manages to shove Fowler away from Sammy. Henry steps between Fowler and everyone else, making it clear that if Fowler tries to do anything to hurt them he will attack back. Fowler raises a hand and says “It’s too late, nothing can be done,” before trying to shift the room, and Henry takes a swing at him but… again, just doesn’t seem to affect him. He does get to see the bullet hole though; Fowler did indeed get shot earlier.
Joey finally manages to recompose, at which point he toons out his arm to just… gRAB??? FOWLER??? And fLING?!?? AT LAKE?!?!? Bye dude,
After Joey flings him, there’s a distant splash, as well as some distant ramblings of Avedon that we could hear go silent. That bought us a little time: Joey and Prophet instantly start to put together the spell to convert the stone. Also Prophet removes his mask, it’s a false mask and he refuses to wear it.
Joey actually lets Prophet take the lead on converting the stone, wanting to make sure they get this done right and as quickly as possible so they can move on with all of this. But as soon as the spell starts up, there’s an upset “NO!!” in the distance, and the room starts to shift more. Henry tries to run down to the lake and confront Fowler, stop him?? Inform him that we have a way to get his family back, without doing all this! But Fowler simply replies for him to prove it, before teleporting all of them away. Joey and Prophet both tackle the stone the moment they notice they won’t be able to complete the ritual, and Joey actually manages to grab it… as they end up back at the party.
Prophet and Henry end up seeing the Yellow Sign again, but Henry is able to push it out of himself, and Prophet is... a bit more filled with other things and has less room for sign. Joey starts trying to plan with Henry to get out to the lake; get the family back, then go to the picture room again. Prophet obviously disagrees, though eventually goes along with it when the other two point out that Fowler will probably just continue to kick them out until the situation has changed. Jack objects because we finally got back to the party, at which point Joey turns to him, grabs him, and starts trying to boss-voice demand him out to fight through the sign. For a moment, it works, and Jack looks horrified… and then he slips away again. Prophet also tries a softer approach…?  Trying to lead his sheep away from the lies of the false king, but it doesn’t get though… Jack is handed off to Peter to watch and they head towards the door that was found earlier to head out to the lake.
Jack does have some issues with doors now, so it takes multiple people to shove him through and head out into a hut near the ritual site they had been at earlier. Also, Norman is here!! Dressed kinda like the Cheshire cat and peeking out the window of the hut, down to one of the monoliths where Avedon is tied up and being questioned by Doc Moonlight, who’s very sure that he’s with JDS??? (While Avedon thinks JDS is with the yellow king?? It’s a very confusing conversation.)
Well, Norman wants to get his buddy back, and this seems like a good time to try and take out moonlight, so Prophet borrows Henry’s whackity stick and tries to knock him out. That fails though, and the moment he’s threatened, Joey bounds out, turning his arm into a giant cartoon hand claw and going for Moonlight on the way. The doc actually manages to dodge and gets a spell off on Prophet that causes him to Bleed From Face, at which point Jack runs out with Peter nearby to help get Sammy out of danger while he is blind and screaming. Henry also runs out and scoops up the stick to whack Moonlight with, giving opportunity to Joey to pin him down, and then Henry knocks him out. Carefully but with big-ol-cartoony claws, Joey unties a very frazzled Avedon and uses the ropes to tie Moonlight to the thing instead.
With a moment of quiet, they try to start planning out the next step… but there’s only a moment of quiet, as Angels scream in the distance.

Just a Bad Day (Corpse and Friends/Reader)
Genre: Light angst, Fluff, sort of Platonic but you could take it otherwise
Words: 1628
Related Songs: PETIT BISCUIT - Sunset Lover https://youtu.be/wuCK-oiE3rM ZYAN, Sia - Dusk till Dawn | slowed https://youtu.be/7LLKAL6ERDA
Summary: (Y/n) has a bad day and her friends are suspicious
Disclaimer/s: Depressive episode, slight anxiety, big sad :(
Notes: I left out what it was that made the Reader upset so you can let it be whatever you want :)
———————————————————————
"(Y/n) you're fine, you don't even have your webcam on today, you'll be okay." Rae teased you softly, getting a couple chuckles from the few people that had joined the Among Us lobby a bit early.
She had overheard your quiet mentions of being nervous and having your webcam off, both due to the fact that you had a bit of a hectic day and didn't have time to make yourself presentable. It didn't bug you that she responded with a joking tone, she wasn't aware of the tear streaks that framed your cheeks and red, puffy eyes you just couldn't hide with the high quality camera you have. She didn't know, no one knew, how were you supposed to be mad about that?
"Ha ha, yeah... guess you're right." You plastered the most fake smile you've ever made to your face to at least make it sound like you were happy. Thankfully, it seemed to work as the conversation moved on without you.
Less fortunately, your fans were a little more perceptive, although you should have expected that considering that some of them watched you on a daily basis. Your chat was filled with near exclusively kind remarks, from a modest 'Are you alright?' to full on paragraphs that passed by a bit too fast for you to get through more than the first few words. You muted yourself in the discord chat so only your audience could hear you, reassuring them that you were fine, no matter how much your broken tone betrayed you. It didn't work as well as you wanted, but that wasn't their fault.
Soon enough the whole gang was together and ready for the game to start, they sounded excited. It was nice to hear that your bad mood hadn't leeched onto your friends, that was the last thing you needed right now.
A deep sigh came from your mouth as you saw the red lettering fade in and off of your screen, "Dammit..." You weren't ready for an imposter game, you were sort of hoping that you could go a whole stream without one actually. Even worse, Corpse was your partner, which meant you'd end up dragging him down with you.
The game began, the layout of the Skeld loading in and the colourful avatars of your friends scattering to do their assigned tasks. You did yourself a favour and didn't move right away, giving yourself a second to take a deep breath and at least attempt to put some effort into doing a good stream. Your fans deserved it, they were all so nice and had been so supportive, they didn't need to be worried about you.
Unfortunately, when you did move, your partner had unknowingly sabotaged the reactor the second before you did anything, making it look a lot like you sabotaged it yourself. It wouldn't have been a problem if Toast hadn't been passing by the second you did. You went to kill him, but since you were both right next to the emergency button, there wasn't anything you could do in time.
The pit of anxiety in your stomach only grew as the animation flashed across your screen, you didn't even know how you were going to defend yourself. As the voting screen came up you only felt worse, no one had even died yet, so you were going to be the first one out on the first game. Great.
"So (Y/n), did you just sabotage reactor?" Toast piped up the second he had the chance.
You were silent as everyone did their played up reactions for the camera, trying to use that time to think of something. It didn't work to say the least.
"I have no idea what you're talking about." Your words didn't sound even slightly convincing, not to mention the tired tone of voice you couldn't seem to get rid of that did nothing for you.
Before Toast could get too far into his rebuttal, which didn't really matter after your lame defence, your partner piped up.
"Hey Toast, was anyone else near you guys?" His low tone said nothing of his intentions, you were jealous.
"No, it was just the two of us in cafeteria." He responded, not sure where Corpse was going with this.
"So, technically speaking, it could have been you and nobody would have seen it except for (Y/n)?"
The gasps that followed in response to the new idea were small, but promising nonetheless, even if they were more as a joke than an actual response. It was because of that fact that you were so surprised when the vote ended up being skipped, only two people actually voting for you, one of them being Toast.
You felt a twinge of relief, maybe you could still win this, maybe you could actually have a good night to make up for the terrible day you had.
...
It hadn't even been a minute when you accidentally killed Toast in front of Poki and Jack.
As the meeting started, you tried to say something but you just couldn't seem to get any words in by the time everyone had voted except for you.
"So (Y/n) first and then Corpse?"
You didn't even know what to say.
"C'mon (Y/n), just vote, it'll all be over soon."
What was there to say?
"(Y/n)?"
Why were you taking this so hard?
You quietly clicked on the checkmark to vote for yourself as fresh tears began to spill over your cheeks. You hadn't said anything during the meeting and, seeing as your avatar was now floating through space, you wouldn't be able to say anything now. Useless...
Your chat was going crazy now, flooded with concerns and kind affirmations directed towards you. Your gaze drifted over them mindlessly, not taking anything in, it just looked like a big white blur.
By the time you shook yourself from your dazed state, Corpse's avatar was just finishing it's trip across the screen, floating hopelessly through space as yours had mere minutes ago.
The defeat screen only hammered in how stupid your mistake was as it came and went, just as everything else had without any input from you.  The conversation picked back up quickly, jokes and teases were exchanged, you couldn't even make out what they were saying until the attention was put on you.
"You okay (Y/n)? Not feeling too into it today?" Toast's remark was clearly a joke, just a little jab to get a chuckle like usual.
Unfortunately, you weren't feeling like usual tonight.
"No..."
It was almost pitiful how broken and sad that one word came out. Your voice had even cracked as you spoke, you figured you must have been just depressing to listen to. If you weren't downright embarrassing you probably seemed like a child for not keeping it together like the others did when they were upset.
Surprisingly enough though, that's not what happened.
"Wait really? Crap I'm sorry."
"Oh no, are you okay?"
"Do you wanna stop playing?"
It was stupid, but for the first time that day you felt okay crying. So you did.
"I'm sorry... thank you..." you mumbled, using your sleeves to wipe your tears, "I just had a really bad day, but I... I still wanna play with you guys I just..."
Damn it, what did you do to deserve friends that cared so much about you?
"I know what to do." Rae spoke up, her grin shining through in her tone, "Group hug!"
Her avatar ran over to yours, nestling herself beside you in a sort of makeshift hug. Everyone else followed suit shortly after, and soon enough you were in the middle of a little circle, fitting perfectly in the middle.
A small sob-like laugh broke free from your lips, "Damnit, you guys are the worst." You joked with a smile, chuckling at the childish but heartfelt display.
The night only got better from there, and even though you weren't at your best, everyone was even nicer than usual and it helped to turn that bad day into a pretty enjoyable night.
After about an hour you decided to stop your stream, deciding to cut it short for the sake of your mental health.
"Yeah I think I'm gonna get going too." Your farewells seemed to spark a response from someone else.
"You too Corpse?" Jack piped up, somewhat confused as he hadn't mentioned anything earlier about doing a shorter stream.
"Yeah, I got some stuff to do, don't worry I'll still be playing with you guys on Friday."
"Alright, well see ya both later!"
"G'night!"
"Have a good sleep!"
"Feel better soon (Y/n)!"
You sighed gently as you disconnected from the discord call and the Among Us server, leaving your audience with the usual 'Stream Starting Soon' screen that you didn't feel like changing.
"Well, that's about it for tonight." You spoke, taking a minute to read the chat silently before continuing, "Thank you guys for all the support, I know I didn't say much tonight but I read a lot of what you were saying, it's really appreciated."
A buzz came from your phone, you picked it up and smiled at what you saw.
Corpse
[ hey, wanna talk? ]
You said your goodbyes to your chat and shut off the stream, grabbing your phone and heading straight to your room. You hadn't even made it to your door by the time you were dialling your friend's number. Flopping down onto your bed, you put your phone on speakerphone and felt a warmth fill your body as a familiar voice filled your room.
"Hey."
"Hey." You responded, turning to your phone even though neither of you could see each other.
You supposed today wasn't so bad after all.

@missellewoods wrote this post, and i wanted to respond to it, but i also didn’t want to add a thesis-length response to their post. the post was about the complexity of the parse iii scene, and i highly encourage looking at it before reading this, because it’s a direct response.
i wasn’t sure i was gonna do it, but i’m fascinated with jack’s pov, so.
(transcripts from parse i-iii, plus visual cues from lva@pvd i)
[jack turns around, obviously unhappy/startled] "kent." "hey, zimms. didja miss me?" [smirks]
so parse shows up at the haus for the second time, after jack’s seen him last in either freshman or sophomore year. jack is not happy to see him. this is probably the part the remains the most ambiguous to us as an audience, because it leads up to parse iii: shitty’s story about parse’s first appearance is supposed to make us think that jack is jealous, and that he’s holding a grudge because parse is living his dream while he’s at samwell. however, this story isn’t included to give us more information about jack’s psych -- it is, after all, what we expect from jack after his year 1 arc -- it’s there so the impact of parse iii is more significant. it’s the first time we’re given reason to doubt jack’s heterosexuality and are given an actual glimpse to jack’s past since ‘the hockey prince’.
so is shitty’s story true? obviously ngozi is playing with the narrative here: smh all claim parse is a modest, super nice bro, but then we hear how he talks to jack in parse iii. meaning, ngozi is telling us: believe no one. you can’t actually know what he’s like, or what jack and he are like.
so our scene begins with jack, 1) either upset because his former friend shows up and triggers his intense jealousy, or 2) is upset because his former flame shows up and triggers unresolved feelings. honestly, in my opinion, jack himself isn’t sure which one it is. which is a great set up for the unfolding of the next scene.
[jack and parse are talking about jack’s nhl plans]
"...you have no clue?" "i mean... it could be montreal, it could be l.a. okay? i don't know." "...what about las vegas?" "i... i don't know, okay?" "..." [parse probably moves closer/tries to kiss him] "pars---" "..." "..." [whispered] "--kenny... i can't do this." "...jack. come on."
their conversation starts out relatively neutrally. we’re given enough clues from this update and the future of omgcp to deduce that parse isn’t over what he and jack had. this is also the very reason they don’t work and why this conversation takes a sharp turn downwards from here: parse equates his feelings and whatever sexual/romantic connection they had to the chemistry they had on the ice. to him, jack leaving him and going to play for some obscure college is just as upsetting as their ‘thing’ ending. parse spends most of this scene trying to convince jack to come play with him in lv -- the only reason we even know it’s in some way romantic is because of his reaction to the Cup Kiss in year 3. otherwise, he makes it sound like he misses jack as a liney and best friend, maybe as a sexual partner.
but the catch is, jack was in a really bad place when they were playing together, and he doesn’t want that back. does parse know how bad things were? does parse know about jack’s anxiety? how well does parse know jack, really? this is all kept intentionally hidden from us. you could say that they were best friends, so it’s reasonable that parse knew all of this (thus painting his character in a much worse light), or you could say shitty is jack’s best friend and he still didn’t know major things about him. ngozi doesn’t want us to be able to tell how aware or not aware parse is.
so in the beginning of this scene, we’re on the edge of an inevitable cliff. parse wants jack back, as a friend/flame and as a teammate, and jack’s obviously torn. he doesn’t push parse away immediately, but he also doesn’t consent. my opinion is that jack is torn between his old dream (all his 18-year-old self wanted was to play in the nhl with parse, and win win win), and knowing this isn’t what he wants. but does not wanting that necessarily means he doesn’t want parse himself? jack’s obviously not sure, because he lets parse corner him/kiss him before he decides it isn’t right.
if anyone here has ever met an old flame, especially someone who was bad for you but you cared for for a long time, you’ll know how easy it is to fall into patterns. for a moment the idea of having that all again is so enticing. but then the illusion shatters, and...
"no, i-- ...uh." [and then much louder] "kenny--" "--zimms, just fucking stop thinking for once and listen to me. i'll tell the gms you're on board and they can free up cap space. then you can be done with this shitty team. you and me --" "get out."
here is the most important part of this scene in my opinion. kent doesn’t know jack anymore. anyone on the face of the planet could tell you that jack is a hardass, that he’s tough on his teammates, that his dream is the nhl. but jack loves his team. he didn’t necessarily always know how to be their friend, but he certainly doesn’t think of them as a ‘shitty team’ he’s stuck with.
and parse makes the mistake of shattering the illusion he’s built (with the clever use of the wording ‘shitty’, which probably reminds jack of the friends he has now). jack wakes up from the dream he had when he was 18 and comes back to reality: he’s samwell men’s hockey team’s captain, he cares for his team, and his new dream is to win the ncaa championship and go to the nhl. he doesn’t want this thing parse is offering him, because the person he’s offering it to isn’t him anymore.
and here is the first twist of this scene that op is referring to: jack starts to get angry.
"--jack." "you can't-- you can't come to my fucking school unannounced --" "--because you shut me out--" "--and corner me in my room--" "--i'm trying to help--" "--and expect me to do whatever you want--" "FUCK -- JACK!!! what do yo want me to say? that i miss you?” [twists his fingers in jack’s shirt, crowding into jack’s space. jack turns away, frowning angrily] “i miss you, okay? ...i miss you."
does parse really miss jack, or is it a ploy? honestly, i think the facial expressions we’re privy to in year 3 hint that he really means that. he misses jack. he doesn’t necessarily miss the current jack (it’s likely that he’s stuck on the fantasy of what they had when they were younger), but he means what he says. he wants jack back.
but jack is angry, because parse is complicating things for him. they were talking about playing together, and then parse insulted his choices, and now parse is talking about being together, and jack -- who took A YEAR PLUS to figure out his feelings for bitty -- probably has a hard time handling all of these things at once. for parse there’s nothing complicated here: the jack he knows wouldn’t want to play for a college team (therefore, =shitty team), and playing with jack=being with jack.
for jack none of these things work like that anymore. they’ve grown too far apart.
"...you always say that." "...huh. well, shit. okay. ...you know what, zimmermann? you think you're too fucked up to care about? that you're not good enough? everyone already knows what you are but it's people like me who still care."
and... okay. so things go south now, and quickly. if you’re a parse stan... honestly, i hope you’re a parse stan who’s aware parse needs a shit ton of therapy.
jack insults parse, whether intentionally or unintentionally, by being casual about parse’s declarations of feelings. to be fair, jack thinks parse was playing dirty. but parse doesn’t see it like that, so he’s offended, and apparently when he’s offended he gets angry and lashes out.
now. the unfortunate thing about knowing someone at their most vulnerable time is that you also know exactly how to kick them down to their lowest. we all hurt our loved ones the most, because we know them the best. but parse doesn’t just hurt jack here: he goes for the jugular. he kicks jack and then makes sure he stays down. and this is actually the most we see parse say in the whole comic, so... we can’t judge parse as a whole person, but. i’m sorry. he’s definitely not a good friend to jack.
(how bad of a friend? depends on how aware he was of jack’s anxiety and thoughts and feelings. if he was aware, this is a highly emotionally abusive thing to do. if he wasn’t aware, he was just being a shitty friend. either way, parse needs therapy, because he’s holding on to a lot of anger and is expressing it in a really awful way. but we can’t analyze him any further as a character because parse is not the focus of this story and we don’t know anything more about him.)
[faintly] "--shut up--" "--you're scared everyone else is going to find out you're worthless, right? oh, don't worry, just give it a few seasons, jack. trust me." [probably begins shaking] "...g-get out of my room." "fine. shut me out again." "and stay-... stay away from my team." "why? afraid i'll tell them something?" [voice growing stronger] "leave, parse." [door opening; jack and parse are surprised to find bitty outside the door. jack is visibly shaking, holding the attack at bay]
op asked how jack’s anger turns into a full blown panic attack. the answer is parse goes for his weak points faster than jack can prepare himself, just when jack was open for an attack. he calls jack ‘worthless’, which is jack’s second worst fear, and then (probably) tries for the sexuality angle. it’s unclear whether he’s threatening to out jack or to tell the team about his substance problems, but more likely the former, because the latter was all over the news.
parse is clearly upset here. is he just angry for being rejected? is he humiliated? is he heartbroken? we don’t know. the only hint we have is ‘shut me out again’, which implies he’s at least still upset about jack cutting him off after the draft. what we do know is that jack, with the last shreds of his will power, tries to defend his team. tries to cling on to the idea that he knows there are people who believe in him (this is very hard under the cloud of anxiety).
either way, jack’s panic isn’t even about parse or what parse used to be -- it’s just that parse knows where to press.
[parse clears throat, putting his indifferent mask back on] "hey. well. call me if you reconsider or whatever. but good luck with the falconers." [lands the final blow] "...i'm sure that'll make your dad proud." [jack's panic attack takes over. he retreats to his room, slams the door, and slides down to curl into himself on the floor for an undetermined amount of time]
and then parse, in front of jack’s teammate, lands the worst punch he has in his arsenal. jack’s worst fear. disappointing his dad.
jack spent all of year 2 talking to nhl teams and being watched by scouts and negotiating contracts, and consulting with his dad and his teammates to make a decision. he’s not sure about the falconers until much later, but he obviously leans towards them. which is a whole essay in and of itself: jack leans towards the falconers, a smaller, younger team with no cups, but with a lot of potential and good people and something to prove. this is a metaphor for jack’s growth as a character. he could go for a more established team to look good in front of the world, or pick a winning-streak team like the aces to feed into his anxiety. parse is taunting him with his own growth, making him doubt himself: you think you can change? you think you can really be someone new after playing in some college team? if you’re not who you were when you were 18 and first-pick at the draft (before you ruined everything for yourself and ended up here), you’re no one. and your dad will never be proud of you.
[end scene.]

eren + rough sex + creampie + degrading
hello minors please do not interact with this post
____________________________________________________________
It starts off like most times Eren’s needy. Hands exploring your body, mouth tenderly kissing and nipping at your neck as you let out sighs of both pleasure and annoyance; when he wanted something he’d surely throw a bitch-fit if he didn’t get it. Usually, you’d shoo him off and that’d make him slightly upset which would be fixed by a hard-core fucking session but lately you decided your body couldn’t keep up like this anymore. Eren needed to grow up and realize that not all of your time in the world belonged to him. “Off…” you warn him like he’s a dog, your command falling on deaf ears as he moves back in and kisses your shoulder, teasing your bra-strap. “Are you wearing panties?” he asks sensually, evoking you to roll your eyes and shoot him a glare. “Eren, I’m being serious,” you tell him, “Not now and if you keep it up like this, not later.” You kept saying no but the way his hands felt rubbing at your erect nipples told you otherwise, stomach fluttering with butterflies and your erotic juices coating your underwear. “You don’t wanna?” he stops, and you shake your head, “No.” He instantly pulls down your pants and pushes your panties to the side, his fingers hooking up inside you and feeling around. “Look at her. Fucking soaking but saying she doesn’t want it.” he remarks huskily, his fingers baiting around inside you eliciting a low moan. “Eren pl-please.” you say, “Let it go.” “I won’t stop until you say what you want Y/N. Admit it and let’s get this over with already.” Your eyes screw shut and you bite your bottom lip as you fuck into his fingers yourself, not enjoying the pace he’d been moving at. “C-Can you just speed up a bit. I- I don’t wanna finish or do anything, I just wanna feel them for a se-second.” “Still tryna’ deny it? You know you’re a slut, stop trying to convince yourself otherwise.” you nod your head as if to say that you’re giving in. It’s your body speaking for you, your brain still telling you otherwise. “How do you want it?” he finally asks you. “Quickly.” “Quickly?” “Fucking quickly!” you snap at him, a zipper slacking down along with a chuckle overshadowing the ‘zipping’ noise. He aligns himself with your hole and slowly teases his cockhead between your folds, you know exactly what he wants. “Say it.” moaned Eren, the slick of your wet pussy coating his already firm dick. You’re not gonna put up a fight anymore; you’ve decided that your body wants it as badly as him. “Please fuck me, Eren.” And with that, he’s slammed himself in, length brushing against your tender walls and sliding up into your sweet-spot as Eren’s hands hooked around your neck, forcing you to look up as he stroked into you mightly. “Oh God!” you cry out at the instant wave of pleasure and satisfaction, a loud grunt heard from Eren as he speeds up. “God, you’re so wet. So fucking wet for me.” he said whinily, a low whimper heard from him after.
His grip around your throat tightens just enough to cut off a-bit of your airflow, the thrill of slowly feeling your orgasm wash over you and no air left to breathe out as it happened exciting your body to the max, choked moans spilling out of your mouth. “You’re close, yeah?” You offer up a prolonged nod that starts off as a ‘Yes, I’m close.’ To a, ‘Yes, keep going.’ “You know what I’m gonna do, bitch?” he asks you, and you shake your head, tears rolling down your cheeks as he jacks up into the exact spot instead of brushing over it. “I’m gonna fill up this pussy to show you who you belong to. Want me to? Hmm?”
You nod again, “Please fill up my pussy.” you mutter. He digs himself to a hilt before shooting his load up inside of you, the feeling of his hot seed coating your walls as your orgasm hit you with a staggering wave being bare enough before you felt unable to stand straight. Eren, holding you up with a slight smile on his face like he’s just completed a mission of finishing inside you, places a kiss on your back. After realizing that he’s hazed you out, he picks you up and places you on the counter, face flushed and drool falling out of your mouth which he quickly wipes away while saying, “That good?” You nod, lidded eyes opening fully once you rub them, a rushed need to blink worrying Eren out of his mind.
“I was too rough, wasn’t I?” he places a kiss to your lips, “I’m so sorry Y/N. That’s a side of me that I’m not even aware o--” you hold your hand out to stop him from speaking, lips conjoining with one another as your hands interlock with his own.
“That was amazing, I promise. And I think I have a thing for being choked.” you say abruptly, Eren laughing and playfully grabbing at your throat again. Once he removes it, he becomes aware of the bruising. “It looks like we just fought or something, holy shit.” he joked, both of your laughters flooding the kitchen.

Yo can i get some hurt/comfort historical lams please
You want more angst? I gotcha! This is going to be based off of when Laurens found out about Hamilton's marriage to Eliza. I used Nora from Duty and Inclination because she's the only person/name I could think of-
***
Lieutenant Colonel John Laurens sits at the dining room table in his father's house in Philadelphia. The house empty only but him in the room, the candle light flickering on the table as Laurens narrows his eyes on it. He leans back in his chair, his fingers drumming on the table as he ponders about something. His expression, anyway, dark and exhausted, seems to be pondering on something.
Laurens frowns with his lips pinched together as he leans forward against the table so his chest is pressed agaisnt the table with his arms folded on top. He stares down at the piece of parchment before him, blank. His quill and and inkpot beside him. He thinks about writing a letter to his Hamilton, updating him on his health and safety during his time on parole as prisoner of war. It's been almost a year since he last laid eyes upon his beautiful Hamilton and to be quite honest, Laurens has almost forgotten what he looked like. Which is what his portfolio is for.
Laurens reaches for his portfolio nearby and flips it open. He sighs through his nose as he pulls out a rough sketch of Hamilton, of when he was his and his only. In the sketch, Hamilton beams back up at him, his eyes closed and the corners of his eyes crinkle, his nose scrunching up. Mouth opened. He appears to be laughing at something, probably a joke Meade had said or a sarcastic comment from Harrison.
Laurens smiles as he stares down at the sketch, laughing himself a little as he traces over Hamilton with his thumb, resting one hand on his cheek while the other grips the paper. He swallows the lump down his throat as his eyes begin to water. In all truth and honesty, Laurens misses his Hamilton. He misses him more than anything. He misses that bright red hair of his, those strange violet eyes. He missed how Hamilton would talk in his sleep, curled up beside him and face buried in Laurens's chest. He missed how he would used to count Hamilton's freckles as he slept peacefully. In all, he missed Hamilton's beauty. He missed those soft, pink lips most of all.
Laurens sighs as he sets the drawing back down, face up. Laurens returns his attention back to the paper and grabs his quill. He begins to write.
A half hour has passed since Laurens began his letter to Hamilton. His father’s...employ in better terms...Nora enters the dining room hesitantly, watching Laurens draft his letter. Nora bites her lip as she glances at Laurens’s back facing her before back at the letter clutched at her hands and then back at Laurens.
“Mr. Laurens, sir?” Nora asks sheepishly.
“Yes?” Laurens says polietly as he turns around to face her.
“There’s a letter from a...from Mr. Alexander Hamilton for you?” she says, quickly handing it to him.
Laurens frowns slightly at the hesitancy of Nora’s voice but takes it nonetheless, carefully ripping it open. He braces himself for whatever news may come as he unfolds the letter and reads it.
His eyes scan the words until he stops on the words in his Hamilton’s handwriting: I give up my liberty.
He freezes, shaking his head as he rereads the words. His Alexander’s own words.
I give up my liberty...
Give up your liberty? Lauerns thinks. What--
I give up my liberty to Miss Schuyler. She is a good-hearted girl who I am sure will never play the termagant. Though, not a genius, she has a good sense enough to be agreeable, and though not a beauty, she has fine black eyes--is rather handsome and has every other requisite of the exterior to make a lover happy.
Laurens stares at the letter in his hands. He repeats those words in his head, his breathing starting to quicken as he shakes his head, his vision getting blurried. The words morphing together so it’s difficult for Laurens to make sense of them.
He’s married? Laurens thinks as he shakes his head, slumping back down in the chair. Nora rushes towards him immediately, crouching down in front of him to try to comfort him.
Laurens stares at his half-written letter to Hamilton in shock.
He’s married. His Alexander is married...? He’s... A thought suddenly clicks.
“Revenge...” Laurens whispers to himself.
“Sir?” Nora whimpers, scooting back as Laurens slowly stands from his chair, his mind churning.
“Revenge...he’s doing this for revenge...for me...because of me...” Laurens says as he begins to pace back and forth.
“Sir?” Nora whimpers from behind.
“He’s doing the same thing I had done...revenge...he did this out of revenge...otherwise...he would have told me sooner...”
 Laurens mumbles. He glances back down at the letter in his hand, feeling himself growl low and his face twisting sourly.
Laurens growls, ripping the letter in shreds. He storms towards the table, grabbing the sketch of Hamilton he just had, staring at it for less than five seconds, before he tears it in half then tears it into smaller pieces. He yanks the other sketches of Hamilton out of the portfoilo, tears prickling in the corners of his eyes as Laurens shakes his head, not wanting to believe it.
He doesn’t look at the drawings as he tears them piece by piece. Laurens lets out a desperate wail, unable to hold it in any longer. He runs up the stairs towards his room and pulls out the other letters Hamilton had wrote to him. Words of comfort, words of hope and assurances. Words of love.
Laurens slumps down to his knees as he stares wide-eyed at the letters, his hands trembling. He hears Nora calling his name, but he ignores her. Growling again, seething, Laurens rips the letters in half. He then rips them into smaller pieces. HIs eyes lands on the first letter Hamilton wrote to him and freezes. Shakily, he grabs it and reads it.
Cold in my professions. Warm in my friendships. I wish my dear Laurens it might be in my power by actions rather than words to convince that I love you. I shall only tell you that till you bade us Adieu. I hardly knew the value you had taught my heart upon you. Indeed my friend, it was not well done. You know the opinion I entertain in mankind, and how much it is my desire to preserve myself free from particular attachments, and to keep my happiness independent on the caprice of others. You should not have taken advantage of my sensibility to steal into my affections without my consent. But as you have done it and as we are generally indulgent to those we love, I shall not scruple to pardon the fraud you have committed, on condition that for my sake, if not for your own, you will always continue to merit the partiality, which you have so artfully instilled into me.
 Laurens scowls at the letter, the letter crumpling in his hands.
And rips it.
~~~
A few weeks have passed since the Laurens had discovered of Hamilton’s marriage to Eliza Schuyler and nothing has approved. Laurens has been rather quiet and distant, even around his father which concerned him somewhat. He hasn’t slept, hasn’t spoken a word since the discovery of the marriage. The marriage that took his Alexander from him.
Now Laurens sits at the table he was before, gazing off when a knock is heard. Nora quickly rushes over to open it, lifting her dress as to not trip over it. She opens the door and freezes.
Alexander Hamilton stands before her with a kind smile on his face, wearing his blue Continental coat and uniform. His bright red hair underneath the tricorn hat. Hamilton bows respectfully.
“This is the Laurens’ residence,” Nora says. “May I help you, sir?” She knows who he is, she’s seen such drawings of Hamilton from Laurens and she knows how he broke his heart.
“Good evening, Miss,” Hamilton says. “I am Alexander Hamilton, current aide-de-camp under General Washington. I am here to see an old friend of mine who was recently captured under the British seige at Charleston and taken prisoner. I heard he was on parole and he would be here.”
Laurens tenses when he hears Hamilton’s voice but remains still like he was before. His back facing Hamilton.
“His name is Lieutenant Colonel John Laurens?” Hamilton says.
Nora glances over her shoulder at Laurens before back at Hamilton. Finally, she steps aside and lets him through. Hamilton breathes out a sigh of relief when he sees Laurens alive and well before him. Safe and unharmed. And God, alive.
Hamilton takes off his tricorn hat and tucks it under his arm as he marches slowly towards Laurnes. He stops when he notices Laurens’s hand clenching around the quill.
Hamilton knows what this is about. He closes his eyes and takes a deep breath before reopening them again.
“John...?” Hamilton says.
Laurens swallows as he turns around to face him. “Alexander...”
Hamilton sighs, relieved. His tense shoulders slump. He smiles.
“It’s good to see you again, Jack,” Hamilton says.
Laurens says nothing.
Hamilton sighs, frustrated. “John--”
“Don’t,” Laurens hisses, his throat working as he clenches his jaw. “Just don’t.”
“John...my dear...you know ...you know I had to get married at some point...right?” Hamitlon asks.
Laurens still doesn’t say anything. Hamilton sighs and walks up towards him, standing face to face. Laurens narrows his eyes at Hamilton but tries to remain calm. Laurens crosses his arms over his chest.
“I can’t...we can’t be like this for the rest of our lives! Men can’t get married! Men can’t have children! We can’t...we can’t raise a family, Jack. We--”
“I know.”
“John, please,” Hamilton begs as Laurens turns around, his back facing him. “I understand your frustration and upset and you have every right to be but--”
“Do you?” Laurens snaps, glancing over at Hamilton. “Do you, Alexander?”
“Yes, actually, I do!” Hamilton argues. “I’m not the one who lied for two years about a wife left back in England and a child!”
Laurens winces.
“John, you have to understand--”
“Understand what, Alexander?” Laurens snaps. “I loved you!”
“Yes, I loved you as well! So much! And still do, every aching day!” Hamilton protests. “But it is required of the law, John! We...people like us...we do not have a place in this world.”
“I loved you!” Laurens shrieks suddenly, grabbing hold of Hamilton’s arms. “Do you hear me? I loved you, Alexander! I loved you first!”
The sight of Laurens breaks Hamilton’s heart, seeing Laurens so distressed and hurt. Tears trickling down his cheeks. Laurens lets out choked sob and rests his head on Hamilton’s chest.
“I loved you,” Laurens whimpers as more tears start to slip. “I loved you, Alexander...”
“But that does not mean you own me, John,” Hamilton whispers, stroking Laurens’s honey blonde hair and pressing a kiss to Laurens’s forehead. “I love you too, my Jack. Always.”
Laurens sniffs as he lifts his head back up to meet Hamilton’s eyes. Hamilton smiles softly as he cradles Laurens’s cheek. Laurens closes his eyes he leans into Hamilton’s touch.
“Marrying Betsey is, yes, indeed the happiest day of my life--” Laurens winces but Hamilton contnues. “But marrying her doesn’t chage my love for you, Jack. My love for you is never in doubt.”
“I wished to be your life, Alexander,”  John mumbles.
Hamilton’s eyes widen and stares up at him in shock. “Jack...”
“I know it is impossible. I know...” Laurens sighs as he struggles to get his words together. “But if we could, if we were able...I would...I would want to spend the rest of my life with you Alexander.”
Hamilton beams as he stands on his toes suddenly and smashes his lips onto Laurens. Laurens grins as he presses his lips harder to Hamilton, causing Hamilton to grunt in response and hiss sharply through his nose, startled.
After a few minutes, Hamilton and Laurens unfortunately have to pull away and Laurens presses his forehead onto Hamilton’s.Hamiton giggles as he traces the crook of his jaw.
“I do.” Hamilton laughs, pressing his lips to Laurens once. “I do. I do.”
Laurens grins as he kisses Hamilton hard, their kiss turning from slow to a quick and rushed one, their breathing labored with each kiss. Laurens pulls back slowly, resting his forehead agaisnt Hamilton’s. He smiles as he whispers:
“I do.”
DREAM SMP UNDERTALE!AU
The previous parts can be found at the end of the post.
ONCE AGAIN:
Ranboo goes back, far back in time, to the Ruins. The ghost boy is finally there, looking extremely worried and upset, towering over him and the allium flowers that had held back Ranboo's fall the first time too. Dream is nowhere to be seen. Before Techno can arrive, Ranboo and the ghost boy talk - as even the ghost asks why he didn't leave and what happened in the final battle. Ranboo explains that someone had answered his call and freed the SIX SOULS of the other players to rescue him, and asks if it was him the one who did it - but the ghost boy denies it. Ranboo continues to be confused, and finally guesses that it had been the other presence who apparently is still following him in the shadows. When Techno arrives, Ranboo does everything he did the first time, and lets himself be escorted home innocently. Here, he spends even more time trying to bond with Techno. He helps him feed the animals, teaches him the Enderman language so he can communicate with his "roommate" Edward, they train together. When Ranboo leaves it hurts more, it almost sounds like betrayal instead of goodbye, but the time they spent together is more meaningful this time around. Ranboo explores the ruins, talks to the inhabitants, does good deeds. Techno still gives him the axe of peace. Ranboo still leaves the ruins behind. Dream is still nowhere to be seen. When Ranboo meets Karl again, he is tempted to ask him if he remembers everything: after all, Karl looks at him as if he does, or at least it seems like he knows him a bit. However the other just introduces himself again, as if nothing has happened. Again he warns him of the danger posed by his fiancées. Again Ranboo meets Sapnap and Quackity, is chased, threatened, almost defeated. Again he saves their lives before continuing on. This time, Karl does not warn him against a "Dream". There is no need. Ranboo visits the Hotlands, meets Puffy, gets escorted by her. Again he and the ghost boy run away from the Royal Guards, meet Sam, confront him. Again Sam spares Ranboo. Again, Sapnap and Quackity follow his example. Fundy tries to deceive him, Jack and Niki try to kill him. Their true plan is revealed, Ghostbur intervenes again, the three apologize and offer to really show him the way to the capital. This time, Ranbo hesitates. He wants to spend more time with the friends he made, he says. He wants to go back and get to know the Underground better before he leaves it forever.
And so, for now, he stays.
THE UNDERGROUND AND THE DREAM SMP:
It starts slowly, and happily. Ranboo explores. He speaks with all Snowchester's citizens, tours every single corner of the Badlands, of the Greater Land. The Royal Guards accompany him, scared that someone could try to kill Ranboo or bring him to the King, and the Ranboo gets to know all of them more. What they like to eat, their favorite places, their hobbies, their hopes and dreams. They introduce him to their pets, they talk about their family. It’s like if they have never, ever been enemies.
As Ranboo reaches the ruins of the “Community House”, he asks them what happened here – and this time, when Sapnap, Puffy and Sam arrive, they are ready to speak about the past that torments them. They tell him about the three Players who had fallen in the Underground a long time ago, before the Hunt, before Sam was even the Warden, when there was another King and the SMP was in peace. About how two of the children were adopted by the now King Philza, at the time Captain of the Guards, but “Clay”, who was instead an adult, decided to find himself a new home instead. That he met Sapnap and the two became best friends immediately. They formed a very close group: him, Sapnap, Sam, Puffy, Bad, and their other friends – George, Callahan, Alyssa and Ponk. They were inseparable, especially Sapnap, Clay and George. Then, one day, Clay got sick, and no matter what they tried no one could help him. He died, and then Philza’s children died too, and the Underground fell into chaos. As the new laws regarding hunting Players were passed, the group started to fight. George was the most vocal about not wanting to go along this “crazy idea”, remembering well how their friend had been from the surface, like those they wanted to kill, and didn’t want to stay to witness the Hunt, to stay where everything reminded him of Clay – some, like Callahan, Alyssa and Ponk, agreed with him. Puffy and Bad did too, but they didn’t want to leave their houses, the people they were close with – Bad had found Skeppy and Ant, and Puffy decided right there that she would stay behind so she could help the players who would fall in the future, instead of just running away. Sapnap and Sam had people here too (for example, Sapnap had just met Quackity), but mostly the two were filled with rage and grief. As those who wanted to stay believed that one day, they would either all agree with each other, or stopped fighting, George suddenly burned down the Community House where they had all lived, then ran away with Alyssa, Ponk and Callahan without telling anyone about it, leaving all of them behind. Sapnap confesses to Ranboo that he had been so angry about their decision for so long, feeling as if them, just like Clay, had left him behind, but now he was just sad, wanting his friend back and this whole situation to stop. He realizes now that George was right, seeing as Ranboo was good and innocent and that it wasn’t his fault that Clay and the others had died. Ranboo asks Sapnap if he wants him to help go search for his friend, but Sapnap refuses, saying that it’s something he has to do by “himself” or, at least, with Sam, Puffy and Bad. Puffy, Bad and Sam talk about the past too. How they all feel guilty for having let their family run away, but at the same time, they can’t stop being happy for what they have right now. Puffy introduces Ranboo to her adopted child, Michelle, confess to him how she and Niki may have something going on, tells stories about what she does when she’s not on guard, how she’s always trying to help people – when actually, the first people that needed help and support was herself, and that she’s glad that she has found that support in the rest of the Royal Guard now that they’re not enemies anymore. Bad confess how hunting players was something that he always knew was bad, but that he felt it was “the only option left” to keep what he still had left safe – he was too scared about what could have happened to his friends, to Skeppy, to the rest of the Underground, as not all those who have fallen down had approached the situation in Ranboo’s pacific way – he had to be the “evil” one to obtain what he wanted, because otherwise, he would have been useless. Except he is not, and never was, and both Ranboo, and Skeppy, and Ant and all the others actually show him that. Sam feels guilty for the incident, too. As apprentice to the Captain of the Guards, he had spent lots of time in the castle – and had met the two children who had fallen down, Tubbo and Tommy, bonding particularly with the latter one. He had been on guard when Wilbur had
taken Clay to the Barrier, and had been on guard when Tommy and Tubbo had managed, no one knows how, to follow him. He had actually witnessed their death with his own eyes. He had never felt that the Players were their enemies, he knew very well that what they were doing wasn’t good. However, he had believed it to be a necessary sacrifice – as in, if the Barrier hadn’t been active that day, Sam could have followed the kids and stopped them. To pull down the Barrier would have meant to confront the Players that had exiled them – and hopefully either start a new era of peace, or forcefully convince them to accept the Dream SMP, meaning that an incident like that would never happen again. But no matter what the intentions were, if they were good or not, murder is still murder – and Sam has realized it with Ranboo. He says to the boy that, had he known what was going to happen and what would he have become, he would have run away with Ponk – who had been disappointed in him, and had tried to convince him to join them in their journey – instead of staying, but that if that has led him to meet Ranboo, then he can accept it and start making amends.
As Ranboo leaves the ruins of the Community House, he meets Karl once again, who invites him to have a drink with him. After making small talks for a little bit, Karl tells a story that, he confesses, he has never told anyone else on the server. He tells him that he had met Sapnap and Quackity when the Hunt had already begun and, at the time, he hadn’t actually cared at all if the players would live or die. Actually, he had wanted to support Sapnap and Quackity in their job. Why wouldn’t he? Until one day, while he was walking around this area, he met a boy – a young man, watching the ruins as if he was mourning for them. When the stranger had noticed Karl, he had panicked, threatening him and asking him to not tell anyone that he saw him – until the man, apparently, had recognized the sweater he was wearing at that moment, something that he had stolen from Sapnap’s closet, and Karl had recognized him from a photo that his fiancé still kept, although hidden. Calmed down, and reassured by Karl’s promise that he wouldn’t tell anyone that he had met him, the stranger had started to open up with the boy, telling him how he would, sometimes, travel back to the SMP to look after his old friends, even from far afar and how, every single time, he had tried to help, from the shadows, the new players who would fell in the SMP. But he was tired. No matter what he’d do, the players would all try to leave, and they would die, and his friends would never go back to what they were before. His other companions were waiting for him, and he didn’t want to come back anymore. Not when this place would hold so many memories. Karl convinced him to come back, once, twice, thrice. He would keep his promise, and they would sit beside the ruins of the Community Center, and they would talk. They became friends. Until one day, the man told him that that was the last time he would go back – and he asked him for a favor. "If another player ever comes to the Underground, can you promise me one thing?" And Karl had promised – promised to be the one to protect players who would fall in the Underground and wandered around the SMP. That was the only reason why Ranboo is even alive – the only reason why Karl hadn’t killed him on the spot when he had met him. Karl reassures him that he's going to talk to Sapnap and Quackity – now that Sapnap has decided to go find his old friends, it’s just the right thing to do. Then, before leaving, he briefly mentions that while this is definitely the first time the two have had this conversation, it's not the first time Ranboo embarks on this journey into the Underground - hinting once again that he knows very well that Ranboo has the power of reset.
While traveling around the Greater SMP, Jack and Niki decide to escort Ranboo once again – this time, with no intention of killing him. They say they are sorry so many times, but it’s only when they are alone – one on one, first with Jack and then with Niki, that Ranboo can understand why they did what they did. For Jack, it wasn’t as personal as for Niki. He had known the fallen players, sure, had been friends with them and even had a bit of a rivalry with Tommy, but he hadn’t actually believed them to have been responsible for the incident, nor that other players like Ranboo could destroy them. Mostly, it had been inferiority. Jack, after many days of hesitating, manages to confess that he had always felt invisible in the Underground – no matter how close was with someone, no matter what he would do, people would just… overlook him. To hunt for other players, to go along Niki and their little schemes, it was like feeling important for the very first time – and, as years passed, he forgot about why he did it in the first place.
Niki was a close friend of Wilbur, since they were children. She had loved him like a best friend, even a brother, for so long, and then one day – the outside world had taken him away from her. Killed him, because he had been so kind and had wanted to bring Clay back to his hometown to bury him. In her heart, she blamed all of them – the Players who had killed him, Clay for having that final wish, and even Tommy and Tubbo, for she believed that maybe, hadn’t they followed Wilbur outside, he would have protected himself and survived instead of being injured to protect them. For years and years, her hate had blinded her – until now. And now, she realizes that the fault of Wilbur’s death rests only on the shoulders of his murderers: not on Clay’s, not on Tommy’s or Tubbo’s, and not on every single other player like Ranboo, who weren’t even involved. For the first time in forever, she feels… not at peace, no. That is a trauma that will never pass. But better, yes… better. As they both, once again, say sorry, they tell Ranboo to talk with Fundy regarding Wilbur – as he’s the one who has suffered more for his loss. He was, after all, his father.
Finding Fundy at home, the boy is actually a bit wary and initially doesn’t want to share his feelings regarding the situation – but as time passes, he actually starts to talk about the past, about his father. Fundy had been young, very young, when the first Players fell to the Underground, when those who would become his adoptive uncles came. At the time, he had been the child of the family, and Wilbur, his father had… well, treated him as a child. Overprotective, overbearing, affectionate – at the time, Fundy had started to hate it, because he had wanted to be seen as an “adult” (even if he wasn’t), a grown-up. He had started rejecting Wilbur’s affection until one day, he had died. And Fundy had never seen him, or his uncles, again. Left alone with a grandfather who immediately started his rampage against the players of the surface, who cared but not enough, and with friends of his father who either were angry, suffering, or left. And he had tried, at first – he met another player, and really tried to help, by hiding them from his grandpa. He had started looking at the player as another parental figure, a player who had promised to stay – until she hadn’t, and had run away to try to escape the Underground and died. Leaving him too. Betraying him, by trying to get his grandfather’s soul to use it on the Barrier. So really, what was the point? Players would only leave you behind, would only take everything you love away – why wouldn’t Fundy tried to help try to gain the attention of his grandfather, instead of helping strangers who deserved their fate? But he had been wrong, he knows now, and he still begs Ranboo to stay – to not go to L’Manberg, to not follow in the path of the others players – but he also knows that he can’t stop him from trying to get home. As Ranboo’s leaving the house, Ghostbur arrives to say hi to Fundy. At Ranboo’s confusion regarding Ghostbur’s existence (as in, everyone has said that they don’t know why Wilbur, and only Wilbur, came back as a ghost – and so different from how he was when he lived), Fundy seems to feel guilt, and after hesitating he decides to “confess” the truth to Ranboo – by asking him to follow him to a weird, now abandoned structure – the Manberg’s Laboratory.
