The Good Citizen
An AU where Izuku is just an ordinary boy. He never meets All Might and has his application for Yuuei's entrance exam rejected because of his quirkless status. He still wants to be a hero, but then again, he's just a normal kid with a mom who works two jobs, and since he failed to get into his dream school, he still has to get into another one, he doesn't have time. to go to the gym or learn to fight, or whatever. And yet, he wants to be a hero, so he grabs a pair of old skates and a stick. And he sneaks out the window at night, intending to be a vigilante.
But like a normal boy, he's a bit of a coward, so when he encounters his first crime, instead of getting involved, he calls the police. He calls the police and hides and is delighted when a police car arrives a few minutes later and does its job. And then he repeats that, goes out, finds a crime and calls the police. And repeat. And the next time, he identifies himself as "Good Citizen" when the person on the line recognizes his voice. And the name sticks. And Izuku keeps it, thinking of it as a way to keep his identity safe. But one day, 'The Good Citizen' calls the police on a group of men beating up a guy. And next he stops a man from harassing a girl.
The mens who beat the guy are part of a powerfull gang and their high-rankers discovers that the person who reported them was the same person who has been making several reports. The old man who harassed the girl was an important member of the HPSC, whose arrest creates a huge scandal
With this he successfully angers the villains and the HPSC all at once. Next week there's a bounty on 'snitch's head. And an arrest warrant for the vigilante who is 'an enemy in the making for the society of heroes'.
Then a race begins, villains and heroes mobilizing to kill/arrest one (1) well-intentioned green bean.
And, out of nowhere, this all becomes Aizawa Fucking Shota's problem.

Maki Zenin!reader x Class 1-A.
Tumblr media
-When UA received word that they would be getting a new student, at first there was nothing out of the ordinary, just normal questions on if it was a boy, a girl, what their quirk was, and things like that.
-It was when someone found out that the new student was completely quirkless and going into Class 1-A, the Hero Program, that the school became very loud!
-How was this possible? How could someone with no quirk join the Hero Program?!
-When you walked in, being introduced to your new classmates, holding what looked to be a kendo sword case over your shoulder, you smiled, your eyes behind your glasses were scanning the room, “Nice to meet you all, I’m Y/N!”
-Instantly the room was alight with shouts, the students all asking you questions, wanting to know how you got into the program, and wanting to know if it was true that you really didn’t have a quirk.
-You weren’t bothered by not having a quirk, you grew up that way, your family made sure to never let you forget it, and you grinned, your hand coming to your hip, “I don’t have one, but I can handle things.”
-Bakugo sneered at you, looking down his nose, thinking you were beneath him, “Oh~ and what makes you so sure of that?” you showed no fear, looking down your own nose at him, “I know I can beat you, blondie.”
-Everyone was gawking, completely stunned, seeing you not only talking back to Bakugo, but talking down to him as well.
-Aizawa kept Bakugo from attacking you, but you didn’t seem bothered as he was screaming at you, wanting to put you in your place for being so arrogant, despite him also being arrogant.
-You very quickly proved that you were not to be underestimated that afternoon in training class, showing your wide range of weapons, and showing that you could absolutely handle them all, Bakugo included.
-It was almost intimidating, seeing how someone without a quirk could handle a whole class of students, training to be heroes, with ease, as you showcased your combat skills. Even Aizawa was impressed with your skills!
-After you proved that you did belong, Bakugo did back off, and you could say that the two of you were friends, but you were both constantly throwing snark at each other.
-Deku was elated to meet someone who was quirkless, wanting to know how you got so strong, as he felt a kinship with you, being the same as you, only up until a short while ago.
-You told him, almost like he was interviewing you, about your family, who was a very prestigious family and when you were found to have no quirk, they deemed you worthless, and to prove yourself, you trained endlessly, working with any weapon you could get your hands on, and in the end, your hard work had paid off.
-You were well liked in your class, you came off a bit blunt at times, but your heart was always in the right place, and you were willing to train with others.
-However, they also learned you could be very scary, Denki and Mineta learned this lesson personally, when they tried to flip your skirt up, using an underhanded technique.
-Aizawa just stood there as they ran by, screaming for help as you charged by, a red glint in your eye, fully intent on making them pay for disrespecting you.
-Other students, once they knew you were quirkless, wouldn’t hesitate to make rude comments, not caring if you heard, about how unfair it was that someone like you got into the coveted Hero Program. You weren’t really bothered, basically because you knew you could beat them in a fight, and it wasn’t anything new.
-Your classmates, however, weren’t so kind, as several of them, led by Bakugo, wouldn’t hesitate to put the fear of God into these worthless side characters (Bakugo’s words not yours) and threaten them for making such cruel comments.
-When Momo made sure to check on you, all of them coming over after they chased the bullies off, you couldn’t help but smile, “You guys didn’t have to do that. It’s more fun when I prove that I belong by beating them- like how I did you guys.”
-Bakugo was instantly shouted, being held back by Kirishima, “Oi what was that you-” you chose to ignore him, finding his anger amusing as you turned, flashing a warm smile, “But thanks!”
-Your classmates were surprised, but many couldn’t help but laugh, chasing after you as you laughed, enjoying teasing them.

Z góry dzięki! ❤️❤️
Tumblr media
Adopting kitten is secret! That's such a cute idea!
Hope you like it!
Tumblr media Tumblr media
All Might
Tumblr media
- He is surprised.
- Toshinori went to get some shopping to make the dinner that the two of you could enjoy, and he returned to a little fluff ball jumping around the living room, trying to catch a little bell while still rolling it around.
- Are you home? Did he forget to close the window and the kitten sneaked it?
- "Y/N? You home?" He asked a little louder, still not sure what happened.
- "Toshinori!" You came into the living room and greeted him with a tight hug, which he gladly returned.
- "Would you mind telling me what's that? Of course, I know it's a cat, but what are they doing here?" He asked, holding you close.
- You just gave him an innocent smile. "Well, I adopted a kitten. Surprise!”
- To your own surprise, he wasn’t angry. In fact, he was very opposite to angry.
- Pretty soon, the kitten got more attached to him.
- As soon as Toshinori was up, the little kitten was up as well, happily trotting behind its beloved human
- This actually made you a little jealous.
- Little cat always lurked around, ready to attack and play with him.
- When it comes to you, the kitten only wanted to play when Toshinori wasn’t around.
- You were basically a replacement for the best human.
- In the end, even if you adopted the kitten in secret and as a surprise, it was a good move.
- The kitten brought Toshinori a lot of comfort when you weren’t around. He never felt alone in the flat.
- You called the kitten "Small Might" just to mess with your boyfriend a little but with all honesty? With the way the kitten got attached to him? It was a very suiting name.
--------
Izuku
Tumblr media
 - He was gone for two weeks, and he came back to see your shared apartment filled with cat stuff. What even was that?!
- You came out of your room and squealed happily, seeing him back home.
- For a moment, he forgot about the odd stuff until he noticed a little head curiously sticking out from your hood. Big eyes just looking at him.
- He looked at the kitten, and the kitten looked right back at him.
- "Where did you get the kitten? You didn't tell me," Izuku said, sounding almost hurt.
- You pulled away and took the kitten out of the hood to present it to your boyfriend. "Well, say hi to Kyo," you introduced, and kitty meowed proudly. "I took him from the street... I just found him on my way home."
- Izuku smiled and gently patted the kitten's head. Maybe you weren't a hero but you saved a little life. He couldn’t be mad. "Welcome at your new home."
- Both kitten and Izuku got attached to each other pretty quickly, of course not excluding you.
- Kyo was always happy to see you both.
- When Izuku was too busy to play, the kitten was going to play with you. Reverse happened when you were busy.
- The best moments in the kitten's life were the ones where both of you paid attention to him.
- This kitten was spoiled with all the love he deserved.
--------
Aizawa
Tumblr media
- Last thing he expected of you was to see you up when he got home from night patrol. It was the middle of the night, and you were all bouncy and happy waiting for him in the kitchen of your shared apartment. "Why are you up, kitten?"
- "I just wanted to see you, I missed you and I have a surprise for you," You explained, getting even more excited.
- Shota sighed, feeling tired. He just wanted to go to bed and snuggle with you before he needed to get up to deal with unruly young heroes.
- You walked away and soon returned with a little kitten in your arms. Little fluff ball meowed and looked at him.
- He blinked, looking at the kitten and then at you. "You got us a kitten? In secret? Y/N..."
- "I know, I know! But we talked about this, yeah? We talked but never did anything on that decision, so I decided to 'go behind your back' let's say," you explained with a sweet smile.
- Suddenly, there was a quiet meow that definitely didn't come from the kitten in your arms.
- Shota let out another sigh and removed his Capturing Weapon to get better access to the upper part of his costume.
- You blinked, confused and then gasped, seeing him pull out a ginger kitten. Kitten meowed while the other meowed happily to see a playmate.
- "I found him during the patrol. It's raining, so I couldn't leave him all alone," he explained, scratching kitten's head.
- Two kittens were better than one!
- Of course, they both were more into Shota. He was a cat magnet, but you didn’t mind it, seeing how much happiness they brought him.
- Seeing Shota working on students' papers with kittens napping on his lap or right on the table was a different kind of cozy.
- Kittens effectively filled up his days, making them much more bearable.
------
Dabi
Tumblr media
- You tried to sneak past him once you got home, which turned out to be a big fail.
- "Trying to sneak past me, huh? I thought you can do better than that," Dabi muttered, wrapping arms around you. You were pulled closer to his body. "Did you get tired of me, princess?"
- You immediately shook your head. "No! Of course not, Touya. I just... I wanted to get to the bathroom," giggling, you shrugged.
- Touya was about something, but a quiet meow interrupted him.
- You went red and tried to escape his grasp, but he didn't let you. Without even asking, Touya reached under your jacket and pulled out a kitten. ”What the hell?"
- After giving him an apologetic smile, you scratched the back of your neck. "I just adopted the kitten... Surprise, I guess?"
- "Just keep that fur ball away from me," he said, giving the kitten back to you.
- Despite his clear dislike of a little creature, the kitten kept trotting back to him. Especially when it got cold.
- One time you caught Dabi petting and playing with the kitten, which was adorable.
- When Touya was napping on the couch, little cat often jumped on his chest or snuggled in the crock of his neck
- Overall, he was on good terms with 'little rat' as he liked to call the cat.
- He loved this kitten, but would NEVER admit it.
--------
Enji Todoroki
Tumblr media
- He was furious!
- You dared to bring a cat home that wasn't even yours?!
- "Y/N! Come here!"
- Of course you came over as soon as he called you in, and you could see how mad he was. "Care to explain?" He asked, pointing at the kitten.
- "Well, it's a kitten," you gladly explained, playing dumb.
- Enji wasn't in the mood for playing your stupid game. "I will put it as simple as possible. You get it out of the house, or I'll kick it out myself."
- You blinked, looking at him, from his face you could tell he wasn't joking. "B-But Enji. I can't just give it back... I always wanted a kitten and I thought it would be nice to have some furry..." You tried your best to explain it to him.
 - "You think I care? You went behind my back, without even asking me for permission to get a cat!"
- You winced at his raised voice. "B-But it's just a harmless kitten. I'll train it so it won't scratch anything or pee anywhere... Please, let me keep it."
- "I said no. Get rid of it, or I will, and I can't promise it will end up in good hands. You have a week," with those words he walked away. You just picked up a kitten and sighed. "Let's find you a good home, little one."
- For next week, you were looking for someone who could adopt the kitten and gave it a good home.
- Enji didn’t pay any attention to the little animal. Even when the kitten came closer to get warm, he just pushed it away.
- You even tried to maybe talk him into the idea, but it just ended in yet another fight.
- After a week, the kitten was gone, in a new, good home. You still felt bad because of it.
- Todoroki just patted your head. "Don't you ever go behind my back again."
--------
Twice
Tumblr media
- "Jin! Jin, come here. I got something to show you," You waved at your beloved with a smile.
- He was immediately right next to you. "What? What is it? C'mon! C'mon, show me what it is, starlight," Jin was basically bouncing from excitement.
- You kissed his cheek and then opened your jacket to reveal the head of a cute kitten. It meowed loudly, looking at both of you.
- "Kitten?! You got us a kitten? You never said you want one... OH, IT'S SO CUTE!," he said, scratching the kitten on the chin.
- "Forgive me. I did that in secret to surprise you, so ta-da!," you giggled and pulled the kitty out so he could hold it.
- "I forgive you, but I am also mad you didn't tell your boyfriend," Twice nodded, busy patting the kitten. "It's so amazingly fluffy, I love it, but it will leave a flat messy with fur."
- Kitten became "Twice Jr." and was the center of Jin's attention.
- Junior was your REAL 'fur baby'
- He was showing it to everyone! Shigaraki and Dabi were not impressed: it was just a cat. Hawks said it was cute, but Toga loved the kitten as much as you and Jin did. They both dressed kitten up in cute and funny outfits.
- Kitten seemed to have a calming effect on him.
- When the identity crisis came, you together with kitten were there to calm Twice down.
- Junior became Jin's best companion, of course kitten wasn’t replacing you, but it's just as important as you.
- Even if you did this in secret, he was really happy you brought this little, additional ray of sunshine into his sad life.

There For You |Shota Aizawa X Reader| HC
Tumblr media
Pairing: Shota Aizawa X Fem!Reader, past Oboro Shirakumo X Fem!Reader
Summary: Aizawa steps up after Oboro's death, but panics when things get a bit too real.
Warnings: TEEN PREGNANCY! Set one year ahead for story purposes. Mentions of death. Implication of sex, but no actual smut.
- - - - -
You'd known Oboro your entire life. Your mother's were best friends and had planned their pregnancies, so you were only a few months apart.
You two were close as could be - playing, having sleepovers, and studying together always. When his quirk manifested and yours didn't, he made a promise to always protect you.
When high school came around and you were both accepted to UA (him under the hero course and you in general studies), he kissed you for the first time.
That kiss was just the beginning of a wonderful relationship. He was doting and loving, just as he'd always been, but the connection was deeper now.
In his time at UA, he made great friends, ones that accepted you as a part of the package deal. Your group was a match made in heaven. You were happy he had such a wonderful support system.
You remember how excited he was when he was accepted to the Purple Revolution Agency with Aizawa for his work study. You praised him for his hard work and celebrated that night. If you had known what would've come of it, you'd have begged him to take any other offer.
Shouta was the one to tell you. You'd come home from school to a house full of pros and officers, confused as to what happened. He quickly escorted you outside and explained the day's events to you.
The news of his death was absolutely gut-wrenching, especially since you'd only recently found out you were eight weeks pregnant.
At the time, you'd panicked, horrified of the social repercussions sure to come. But now? Now you were thankful to have something left from him.
"Oboro... asked me to take care of you. Both of you."
Shouta was there from then on. Not that he'd been lacking in presence beforehand, but now he was more dutiful.
He shut down any attempts you made to push him away, assuring you that any support and companionship he provided to you was of his own free will, and not because of any promise he'd made to Oboro before his death. He did make a promise, yes, but even if he hadn't, he'd still probably be here.
Hizashi and Nemuri helped as much as they could, but choosing to be front-line heroes complicated things more than Shouta's underground work.
Once the baby came, a beautiful little girl you'd named Kumori, Shouta's life felt a little less empty.
He'd been so preoccupied with finishing school, starting his career, and supporting you, that he hadn't allowed himself the space to cope with the loss of his best friend. He'd been well aware of the void Oboro had left, but never really paid much mind to it.
But now he felt like didn't need to. Like all the grief had resolved itself and he instantly jumped from denial to acceptance.
Kumori became his pride and joy. He spent all of his free time with you and her. Aside from night patrols and the occasional assignment, he didn't have much going on, making things all the easier for your makeshift family to function.
He took her to the park and played with her. They watched movies together and usually fell asleep halfway through. On days he was busy, he'd always make sure to check in with a text, something you always appreciated.
When she started to talk, her first words were of course 'dada' and directed at him. It stirred up something unsettling with him. He apologized profusely, not realizing that he had inadvertently stolen Oboro's spot in her life.
"Don't be silly, Shouta."
Such a simple response to such an insanely complex situation. He wasn't sure how to take that kind of response or the problem at hand in general, so he decided to take a step back from you two.
That night, when he went home after his patrol, he stayed home. You texted asking where he was and if he was okay, and that only made him spiral more.
What was he doing? Taking Oboro's spot in your life. Raising his child, spending the night with his girlfriend, and having dinner with his parents.
How pathetic.
He didn't go over the next night, or the one after that. Before he knew it, an entire week had passed and he hadn't so much as responded to your messages. He couldn't. Not with the dread and guilt he was feeling.
There was a knock at his door. He looked at the time and groaned; nearly six in the morning. He got up and looked through the peephole, relaxing when he saw Hizashi's bright yellow hair.
"What are you doing here?"
He pushed his way into Shouta's apartment.
"Y/N has been going crazy blowing up our phones. Nemuri and I have tried covering for you, but I think it's time you're honest with me."
Shouta wasn't sure why, but he unloaded onto Hizashi at that moment. He spilled everything uncontrollably in a long, incomprehensible rant. This completely caught Hizashi off guard. H wasn't expecting anything other than an argument to ensue if he was being honest.
Shouta told Hizashi everything. How he practically lived with you, how he raised your daughter, how he felt like he'd taken advantage of such a loss.
It took Hizashi a few minutes to let everything sink in. He was confused at first. The way you and Shouta spoke about your relationship made it seem like he had more of an uncle-type role in Kumori's life. He was surprised to find out he was so involved. Of course, Shouta always claimed to be busy, but he and Nemuri had assumed he was lying to get out of things.
Shouta gave him an expecting look after a few minutes with no response. Hizashi apologized, too caught up in his thoughts to realize he'd totally zoned out.
"I think Oboro would be more upset if he found out you'd abandoned his kid."
"I'm being serious, Mic."
"So am I."
They stared at each other for a moment.
"She thinks I'm her dad. What kind of piece of shit steals their friend's life after he dies, huh?"
"You're crazy if you think like that, dude. Would you prefer she be all alone? Or his kid grow up with out a dad? He asked you to take care of them for a reason."
"It just feels wrong."
A smug smile crept its way onto Hizashi's face.
"You love her, don't you? That's why it feels so wrong."
Aizawa looked at his friend like he was sick in the head.
"What are you on about? Don't be ridiculous."
But the more the thought about it the less ridiculous it sounded.
He loves his life. He loves you and your daughter, something he's well aware of, but now he's questioning what sort of love he held for you two.
He'd never tried to label it before, but now that he was trying to, he found any other type of love to be unfulfilling.
"You need to leave."
He pushed Hizashi out, not leaving any room for him to argue.
Shouta took a breath to calm himself down before grabbing his things and heading out as well.
He made it to your house in record time, relieved to see only your car in the driveway. He knocked on the door and waited patiently.
When you opened it and saw him, you quickly reached out and pulled him in for a hug. He returned the gesture, holding you tighter than he had before. After a moment, you pulled away, and promptly punched him square in the chest.
"Where the Hell have you been?!"
Just like he did with Hizashi, he told you everything. All the thoughts and feelings that had been eating at him this past week, the guilt and anxiety that plagued him, and what Hizashi had said.
"When Oboro told me to look after you, I don't think this is what he meant."
"Believe it or not, we actually talked about this before he died."
Shouta looked at you bewildered.
"Not this specifically, Shouta," you laughed, "He told me if he ever died, he would want me to continue living. I think he'd be happy for all of us."
Oboro knew there was significant risk in his line of work. He didn't expect to die so young, of course, but it's all the same. He would hate for you to never love again. To be all alone in the world or lose all ambition.
"Please, never let my death be the end of you."
His words always lingered in your head. It's why you never felt any type of way about Shouta's involvement in your and your daughter's lives. It made you happy, and that's all anyone could ask for.
"So... what does this mean for us?"
You weren't sure how he'd take the question. He didn't seem too content with whatever it was racing through his head.
Shouta leaned forward and kissed you. When you leaned in and responded, he grew more confident. He put his hands on your face and you bunched yours in his shirt. He pulled away and looked at you.
"I think he was right. I think... I do love you."

Scarlet witch Reader x Yandere Mha: I HATE YOU
Tumblr media
My 1st angst HEHEHEHHEHE
Context: You and h/n were getting along so well a little too well aizawa gets jealous and reader snaps
H/n: Hero name
S/n: student name
(Disclaimer this took place in season 1)
"Good Job y/n! You beat another villain down without me or s/n's help" H/N gave you a big smile while ruffling your hair ever since h/n became your mentor you and them got along pretty well they showed you moved and how to properly use you quirk safely heck you were getting praises from your classmates wishing they would show you those moves
You saw h/n as a parent figure as well as another side of Aizawa and Mic but h/n was your go-to whenever you wanted to talk unlike Aizawa and Mic they didn't baby you, coo you, or cuddle you to try and make it better they listened of my rants and agreed with you and whenever you did something wrong you weren't treated like some fragile being h/n told you to get up and do it again you wished to be like h/n one day you made sure of it
While the 3 of you were talking there was a Aizawa glaring at h/n from afar what are they doing with YOU he thought you should've been with him a while ago and grabbed his scarf getting ready
You were so busy talking with your mentor and others you didn't know that a scarf was coming your way and wrapped you around "What the?!?" you struggled trying to break free but it was no use "Sorry but it was past their curfew" Aizawa said in a monotone voice "Uh it's fine but you don't have to-" "You don't get to tell me what I should or shouldn't do" Aizawa cut off h/n glaring at them with red glowing eyes he said nothing and walked off with you protesting to put you down
When you arrived at your house you dropped to your bed in your bedroom but you pissed "What the heck was that for?!?!, h/n was just talking about our victory on the battle" you said glaring at your teacher without any care in the world
Aizawa: "they knew what they did"
Reader: "What the hell do you mean by that they were just ruffling my hair telling me I did a good job!!"
Aizawa: "They were manipulating you h/n you cant trust people easily"
Reader: MALNIPULATING?! ARE YOU HEARING YOURSELF RIGHT NOW
Aizawa: DONT give me that tone child
Reader: NO CAUSE IM TRIED IM SO TRIED OF YOU BEING SO PROTECTIVE OVER ME YOU DO THIS EVERYTIME LET ME HAVE MY FREEDOM FOR ONCE WITHOUT BEING CODDLE OUT 24/7
Aizawa: Y/N THATS ENOUGH you will not speak to me that way again
Reader: Mumbles a fuck you
Aizawa: what was that child I didn't hear it good enough
Reader: Still mumbles
Aizawa: say.it.before.i.ground.you
Reader: FUCK YOU YOU YOU-BITCH
Aizawa:...alright then you will not see h/n anymore then since im such a bitch
Reader: WHAT?!? YOU CANT DO IT
Aizawa: I can and I will starting tomorrow you will not talk, be near or even SEE h/n ever
That was when you finally snapped
Reader: I HATE YOU
You angerly pushed Aizawa out your room aizawa didn't even protest he didn't even argue back he was just stunned, shocked and heart broken he never wouldn't thought that you out of all people to say that he just thought will maybe it's just teenager behavior and everything will get back to normal
Wrong
The next day with your head hanging and dull eyes you sat down in silence the class was mixed with confusion and worry some tried to cheer you up Kiri ranting about how manly you are momo trying to buy you new expensive gifts Iida was beginning to be less strict then you even bakugo was a concern but no matter how much they tried it wouldn't work whenever somebody hosted a sleepover in your class you never denied their sleepovers
Now there's something wrong
Whenever your classmates were tried to get you to tell them what's wrong you started getting real aggressive with them even telling them to fuck off so they gave you some space for now..
Aizawa paid attention to your behavior and he was getting a little worried about you was it too far was I harsh on them is it just a teenage phrase thoughts and questions were circling around his head making his headaches
When he got home Mic threw a pillow at him "WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU SHOUTA" mics loud voice blasted into aizawas ears making his headache worse "Ugh..hizashi can u not I have head-" FUCK YOUR HEADSCHE WHAT DID YOU DO TO Y/N THEY LOCKED THEMSELVES INTO THEIR ROOM WHAT DID YOU DO AIZAWA" mic was now getting in his normal voice demanding answers into why their child is so upset
"All I did was told them h/n wasn't gonna be their mentor they were being disrespectful" But Mic wasn't having that he pitched the bridges oh his nose and sighed "So you thought it was a suitable punishment you know what-" he grabbed Aizawa by his collar dragging him upstairs to your room "you better apologize to y/n and make it right or is sleeping on the couch for you for 4 weeks" he walked back downstairs leaving the 2 of you alone
Aizawa was hesitant but knocked on the door "LEAVE ME ALONE" he heard you raised his voice he heard ur voice crack and was horde it seemed like you were crying for a long time "Y/n-" "DONT I DONT WANNA HEAR YOUR APOLOGY" you cut him off harshly but it didn't matter to him he just wanted to see if you were ok
"Listen y/n please just hear me out I promise it'll be worth so please open the door" they were silent at the end a few second as he heard you slowly open the door
"What do you want..." you soaked your whole pillows with tears snot and more tears "Listen y/n im sorry I really am I was just convincing myself that h/n was doing something suspicious" "U NEVER CHECKED WITH THE OTHERS SO HOW COME IT ALWAYS ME" you shouted while putting your head back in the pillow "Listen im sorry im truly am the reason enacted like that was because I thought they were gonna hurt you and I didn't want them to hurt one of my ki- students yes I can admit I was being a bit overbearing and a bit of a ass but I will do better u can be with h/n back so do you forgive me " you sniffed and lookup at him and thought for a moment
"I may not will accept your apology now but when I see development I will"

chile this is all over the place but my beta told me to post it 😭 it’s kinda just a bunch of blurbs about you and bakubabe becoming roommates
So, the story was he’d been kicked out of campus housing for blowing a hole through the gym wall and attacking Deku.
In actuality, it was him who’d been blown through the wall while sparring with the shitty loser, Deku still unable to fully control his given quirk.
It almost cost him his scholarship but after Deku begged and professors Toshinori and Aizawa pulled some strings—he’d only been reprimanded and removed from the on-campus housing in fear that he’d cause an insane amount of damage again in the future.
He found the ad on Reddit—$500 a month for rent and the only utilities were electricity and cable/internet, which would probably be split between him and the other tenant. Amenities included a full kitchen, washer and dryer and a full bathroom. The only requirement was that he was in attendance at U.A University, which he was, and a payment of first & last rent.
Of course he was going to jump on it, he was desperate and it was affordable. He even emailed the person who posted the ad, asking to meet as soon as tomorrow.
He paid the landlord with no questions asked, even after the unsightly security deposit was tacked on after running a background check.
He scratched his name onto every highlighted section, agreeing to live with a stranger for the next two and a half years.
***
Now, he did not expect said stranger to be so damn cute.
Cute chubby cheeks, full pouty lips and your curly hair was in a big poof on the top of your head like a bunny’s tail. You had to be at least a foot shorter than him, a tiny plump little thing you were. So damn adorable.
Well now he was absolutely sure he’d made the right decision. Who knows what some creep would do to a cutie like you if they had gotten the room before he did.
You greeted him with a hello and a smile. He responded with only a grunt as he lugged two duffel bags and a roller suitcase into the doorway.
He dropped them with a loud thud, turning to look at you.
“You my new roommate?” He asked, looking you up and down. Your attire was distracting—a small white shirt with your nipples peeking through the thin fabric and don’t even get him started on the way he could see your fat pussy print through your pink shorts.
“A hi, hey or hello would be nice.” You sassed, sipping from a pink drink. “I didn’t sleep with you last night.”
Looks like his bunny had a tongue like a scorpion’s tail.
“Hello.” He smirked, pleasantly annoyed at how your lips curled into a smile at the greeting. Almost like you wanted to bitch him.
“That’s better. Your room is the one on the left.”
“Gotcha, anything else?” He tried to focus his eyes on anything but your pretty face.
“Please don’t forget to put the toilet seat down, clean up after yourself and your company and lastly I’m not stingy with food, so what’s mine is yours, just please don’t be an asshole. If there’s not much of something please ask before you take it.” Your rules were simple enough right? Basic roommate etiquette.
“Ya think I don’t have any goddamn home training?!” Bakugo snapped, gritting his teeth.
You laughed at the angry blonde, he reminded you of an angry Pomeranian and it was actually quite cute.
He was relieved when you giggled at him. Some people took his snappy attitude way too serious, it was honestly annoying as hell.
You really didn’t mind the way Bakugo talked. You were probably just as bad, only difference was your mouth was slick as hell and he was just mean and loud.
“Do you cook?”
Your face lit up. “Yes! I love to cook.” Your smile was enchanting to him, almost made him want to give you one in return.
He shoved his hand into his pocket, pulling out an envelope. It was some extra cash, probably like a hundred bucks or so, since he had to draw extra money from the atm because the money order amount was only enough to cover rent and not the security deposit.
“Good. Use it for groceries or whatever. We can go together or…I’ll make a list.” His mouth and heart working against his brain. Words tumbling out before he could even think.
“Oh..uh, we can go together, since I don’t have a car.” You didn’t expect him to be so forward or so generous,
The blonde’s heart clenched at the thought of you being his pretty passenger princess. Maybe this roommate thing wouldn’t be too bad.
***
You and Bakugo as roommates definitely took some getting used to, since you’d occupied the unit alone for such a long time.
For instance, your weekday routine was set in stone, so like usual, by the time you entered the doorway you were already stripping . You left your black crocs at the door, stepping out of your scrub bottoms, pulling the top over your head the same time.
“Shit.” You sighed out, unhooking the bra you had on, breasts finally free as they fell out of the cups with a small bounce, rubbing the spot where the underwire kept digging into your skin.
Finally opening your eyes, you were met crimson and there he was, leaned against the wall, eyes glued to you like a lion hunting a doe.
You let out a shriek, using your clothes to cover your body the best way you could, shielding yourself from further embarrassment.
“Forget about me already, dumbass?”
Glaring at the blonde you scurried past him, seething at the shit eating grin on his face.
“You saw nothing.” You gritted out before running the rest of the way to your room.
But, as soon as you were gone the facade dropped and he ran his hands down his face, seemingly more flustered than you were. He’d never seen a woman naked before, outside of porn of course, and it just had to be you.
He hoped he hadn’t upset you, the look of terror on your face was just too fucking cute not to laugh at.
“Fuckkkk.” He whispered out, having popped a hard on in seconds.
Even Bakugo couldn’t deny how sexy you were. A pretty face and an even prettier body. You had a nice fuckin rack too, he was definitely an ass guy at heart but there was nothing wrong with appreciating a nice pair of tits every now and then. You were probably a double D cup since they had a natural lowness to them, he just knew they’d be nice and heavy in his large hands. To top it off you had big areolas and cute little inverted nipples that he’d love to coax out of hiding.
He didn’t know what he liked more— the sight of your juicy, thick ass bent over in a pink thong as you gathered your clothing off the floor or your pretty ass titties and how they bounced with almost every move you made.
The blonde trudged to his room, dick insanely hard and rubbing against his thigh.
Closing his bedroom door, he sat on his bed palming his dick through his sweat shorts. Taking his cock in his hand, he rubbed his thumb around the fat mushroom tip, shuddering at the sensitivity. He pumped his thick cock nice and slow, envisioning your beautiful body now that he could go off of more than just the illusion your tight clothes gave.
“Damn..” That was all it took for Bakugo to feel himself fall over the edge, thick ropes of cum painting his chest and belly as his body shook and his pants turned into slow ragged breaths.
Grabbing a couple tissues from the nightstand beside his bed, he wiped his stomach, chest and the tip of his dick before tossing them into the wastebasket.
Less than satisfied, he shoved his still somewhat hard dick back into his pants
Beating off to his roommate was not how he’d planned spending his first week in his new home.
***
Bakugo sat at the kitchen trying to take notes but he couldn’t even fucking focus. You were always on his mind, invading his thoughts every chance you got.
He wasn’t sure if he liked you, maybe it was lust, either way it was a fucking nuisance.
As more and more time passed, seven whole months to be exact, the two of you began to get very comfortable with each other.
Well, as comfortable as two hornballs could get without going all the way. Neither of you had ever brought anyone back to the apartment so it was assumed that the both of you were single. That was perfect because you two really enjoyed each other’s company, experimenting with things that were fun and worked well for your friendship.
Like studying together in the kitchen, sometimes Bakugo would take the initiative to create flash cards and test you.
Or the movie nights on the couch that occasionally ended with you in his lap, legs spread with two of his thick fingers deep in your creamy pussy.
And even the late night snack runs where you’d most likely end up with a mouthful of his cock in an almost empty Target parking lot.
He’d come to find out you were incredibly clingy too. If your classes happened to end before his, you’d nap in his bed until he returned, loving the scent of burnt sugar that stuck to his sheets and pillows. You loved his scent, since it was calming and reminded you of holiday sweets. Plus, you couldn’t fit his clothes so this was the next best thing.
He heard you softly enter the apartment, watching you stripping down at the door like you usually did until you were in a white, cropped tank and your underwear.
He also noticed you loved to walk around in nothing but tiny shirts and your panties. You’d been doing it a lot more lately since the weather was transitioning into those hotter months and you honestly reminded him of that silly little bear that loved honey.
“Hey.” He greeted first, something he began doing around the third month of living together.
“Hey.”
“What’s wrong.”
Something had upset you, he could hear it in your voice. He knew you like the back of his hand and you hated it.
“Nothing.” You kept your replies short but that didn’t keep him from pestering you. You weren’t upset with him, just annoyed at your dumb parents. You’d gone to see them, you hadn’t seen them in a while and you kinda hoped that they’d start giving you your full allowance again.
Instead they berated you, bringing up trivial things such as your weight and even the way you dressed. It was draining, they were draining, and you just wanted to be left alone right now.
“Fuck is your problem?”
Of course your roommate couldn’t take a hint, too stubborn and caring to just let you walk away upset.
Of course you wanted to tell him how you were feeling, but you hated the vulnerability that came with expressing your feelings. Plus, knowing Katsuki, he’d probably just yell at you and call you a dumbass for even caring about their opinions.
“I don’t have a problem Katsuki.” You rolled your eyes, more than annoyed at his tone. “It’s just school stuff, damn. Just leave it the fuck alone!” Was he really dumb enough to think talking to you like that would help?
“Excuse me.” You tried to slide past him, since he currently towered over you waiting for an explanation.
“Y’er not excused.” He pulled you back.
You yelped in surprise as you were shoved against the island, staring into his fiery eyes as he wrapped one of his large hands around your neck.
“Gonna talk to me?” He asked, staring down at you with those daunting crimson eyes. “Fuck off.” You rolled your eyes, pushing at his chest. Of course he didn’t budge, the 6’3 mammoth continued to peer down at you, brows furrowed.
His other hand trailed down, running two fingers up and down your cunt, catching some of the slick that had already began to pool there.
“Already soaking wet,” He shook his head. “Dumb lil’ slut.”
He spun you around just as quickly as he’d pulled you back, bending you over the island and pulling your thong aside.
Bakugo slapped his heated palm against your ass, the pleasant sting forcing a moan from your parted lips.
You heard the jingling metal of his belt buckle coming undone and your eyes widened.
“Katsuki, what-.”
“S’okay, I know exactly what you need babe.” He reasoned, pulling his underwear down and pressing his hard cock between your thighs.
The way you tooted your ass up didn’t go unnoticed either, attitude seeming to have melted away at the thought of getting your pussy pounded. The blonde smirked, shaking his head again.
His thick cock bullied its way into your virgin cunt, your already slick walls making it just that easy for him to slide right in like he belonged there. The squelch of your pussy was loud as he drilled in and out of you, showing you no mercy.
He reached his arms around, slipping his hands under your tank top to tweak your nipples and squeeze your heavy tits in his big hands.
“Mmmm..fuck Katsuki.” You moaned from the pleasure, loving the way he pinched and squeezed your sensitive nipples. He moved lower, spreading his warm palms all over your soft skin, stopping only to grab at the fat of your tummy.
You stood on your tippy toes, making you just tall enough to take his cock comfortably. The harsh slaps of his hips slamming into your ass, his grunts and your moans echoed in the small kitchen as he fucked you, gradually picking up pace.
He’d actually had a decent day, the academy usually kicked his ass on Fridays, and he wasn’t about to let your gross attitude fuck that up.
“This what you wanted, right?” He pounded your pretty little cunt, drawing out the most adorable little sounds from you.
He felt so good inside of you, like his dick was made for your pussy. Stuffing you full of his cock while he sent harsh slaps to your ass, brows pushed into a deep frown.
“Right?” He snarled, emphasizing his question with a particularly hard thrust, pressing his chest against your back and grabbing your jaw, twisting your neck so hard you thought he wanted to snap it.
You let out a strained moan as he stared at you with those darkened eyes, hips never faltering as he waited for an answer.
“Uh-Uhhuh.” Was all you could muster, Katsuki smirking at the way your eyes crossed and your jaw went slack in his hand.
“Yeah? Wanted me to fuck that nasty lil’ attitude right outta ya huh?” He placed a kiss on your lips, biting your plump bottom lip before he retreated back.
You nodded, vision clouded with specs of white as his thumb played with your asshole and his cock stroked that sweet spot in your cunt over and over.
“Katsuki.” You sighed out his name. “F-feels s’good baby.”
“I know,” He cooed, voice like caramel as he fucked into you, now at a slower pace. “Can’t have those shitty clinical’s stressing my pretty Princess out. How ‘bout you quit, be my lil cumrag instead?”
“Mhm, I will.”
It was like a switch had flipped and his sweet voice clouded your brain, making you forget all common sense. Right now you’d agree to just about anything right now as long as it kept his cock in you.
Bakugo on the other hand, a virgin less than five minutes ago, wasn’t sure how much longer he could keep this up. Especially with his cock now very acquainted with your tight, wet, warm pussy and wanted nothing more than to plant his seed deep inside you.
He unsheathed himself from your pussy, the cool air making him hiss as he spun you around.
He raked his eyes over you, taking in your fucked-out appearance. Tank top ill fitting and stretched out from all his pulling, slight bruising on your neck from when he held you there, your tear stained face was icing on the cake, and he absolutely loved it. A layer of sheen covered you, baby hairs now messily slick to your forehead , lips swollen and red from your biting.
He had so much fucking energy, must be the effects of your quirk. Yeah, it had to be the effects of your shitty quirk, even pre-workout never got him this energetic and all this stimulation at once felt so damn good. His heart pumped fast like it wanted to explode, blood flowed through his veins a mile a minute making his dick rock hard. Bakugo felt like he could fuck you for hours, but he knew his inexperienced cock wouldn’t allow it this time.
He lifted you as if you weighed nothing, locking his arms behind your knees and placing his hands on your fat, juicy ass. His wide palms dug into your doughy ass and thighs, giving you a nice hard slap every now and then.
Easing you down slowly, he splits you open on his cock again, feeding you dick inch by meaty inch until you’re filled to the brim once again.
The brawny brute handled your weight like the champ he was, lifting you with ease and it made your pussy so fucking wet. He bounced you on his cock loving your hot breath on his ear as you moaned and panted like a bitch in heat.
You couldn’t help it, as you were too deep in the throes of pleasure as his slightly curved cock kissed your g-spot with every single thrust.
“Mmmm Kats…g’nna cum.” Your sweet velvety voice spoke the lovely sentence he’d been waiting on all evening. You clenched and unclenched as he quickened his pace a bit, fucking you and himself to climax, cock slamming into your cervix so deliciously hard it knocked the wind out of you.
“Fuuckkk.” You held onto him for dear life, lips pressed against his as you made a mess on him, coating his cock in your cream. Burying your face in his shoulder, you cried out as he fucked you through your orgasm.
“That’s it…”
His thrusts grew sloppy and fast as he threw his head back. It felt so good, so good he almost contemplated filling you up.
But he pulled out, spurting out those warm ropes on your belly, some flying God knows where.
Before sitting you down on the cool granite countertop he slid a heated palm across the surface, warming up your seat. He grabbed a couple napkins to clean you up, watching as you leaned back on your arms, still sporting that blissful fucked-out expression on your pretty face.
“Now, stop acting like a spoiled fuckin’ brat and tell me what happened.”
closing a/n: I hope y’all enjoyed it 😭 I’m still feeling iffy tbh 🫤 feeling like I wrote him too soft, ya know

Love Like Ghosts (Chapter 14) -- a Shigaraki x f!Reader fic
You knew the empty house in a quiet neighborhood was too good to be true, but you were so desperate to get out of your tiny apartment that you didn't care, and now you find yourself sharing space with something inhuman and immensely powerful. As you struggle to coexist with a ghost whose intentions you're unsure of, you find yourself drawn unwillingly into the upside-down world of spirits and conjurers, and becoming part of a neighborhood whose existence depends on your house staying exactly as it is, forever. But ghosts can change, just like people can. And as your feelings and your ghost's become more complex and intertwined, everything else begins to crumble. (cross-posted to Ao3)

Chapter 14
There’s something wrong with your house, but you knew that when you bought it. Right now, your house, like everybody else’s, is a total mess. Your fence is down, but Keigo’s yard is scorched lifeless, and the front façade of Aizawa’s house looks like a whole construction crew took a wrecking ball to it. You’ve all been fighting with your insurance companies to make them pay to fix the damage, which involves coming up with a reason for the damages that’s not a bunch of ghosts fighting to the death. Weirdly enough, it’s Tomura who comes up with the explanation: A tornado. The insurance companies buy it, given the reports of unexpectedly high winds that swept over your side of town that night. Sort of. Enough that you all get the repair work at least partially paid for.
You can’t skip work, and you don’t want people messing with the house while you’re not there, so Magne comes over to observe the workers from just outside the property line. The other option was Tomura materializing and staying that way for the duration of the repair, and Tomura’s back to conserving power for when you get home. Now that he knows you like hanging out with him, he’s extremely hard to put off.
The repairs aren’t the only new thing in the neighborhood. The neighborhood’s also got three new residents – Natsu, Nemuri, and the Shirakumo-ghost hybrid that’s going variously by Oboro (their human name) and Kurogiri (their name as a ghost). Natsu hangs out in Keigo’s house, while Nemuri and Oboro live with Aizawa and Hizashi. You’ve got no idea how Aizawa and Shinsou cope with being completely outnumbered by ghosts. The original suggestion was for Kurogiri to stay with you and Tomura, but Tomura rejected that at lightning speed, for reasons he wouldn’t share but were apparently clear to every last ghost in the neighborhood. It’s beyond embarrassing, but you’re getting used to it.
What you’re not used to is the feeling you get when you and Tomura hook up, the one that’s pleased with this but wants the rest, too. The two of you haven’t gone all the way, and you’ve been thinking about it more than you’d like to admit. You don’t want to raise the topic with him. In spite of all of Dabi’s taunting the day you first crossed Hizashi, you’re still not sure Tomura knows what sex is, and part of you is still wary about putting ideas in Tomura’s head.
The rest of you is hinting, dropping massive hints that any human would have picked up on weeks ago. Taking off most of your clothes, not just the ones that are in the way of whatever his hands and mouth are trying to do. Wrapping your legs around his waist and grinding against him until his hips are rocking forward to meet yours. Lying back on the couch or the bed or the floor and pulling him on top of you, talking to him just the way he likes, until he comes at the barest hint of your touch.
Today he’s sprawled out between your legs with his head on your shoulder, struggling to catch his breath as his fingers trace idly along your hip. You beat him to the punch this time, making him come first, and now you’re tense and anxious and almost absurdly wet. The light brush of his fingers over your skin isn’t exactly helping. “Come on,” you complain. You lift your hips slightly, in case he’s at all confused. “Don’t tease.”
“I’m not teasing,” Tomura says without lifting his head. “I’m trying not to leave. You don’t like it when I leave too soon.”
He’s right, although you’ve never said as much out loud. “If I can stay longer, we can do more,” Tomura says. His hand shifts from your hip to trace along the back of your thigh, and you startle. “Things we haven’t tried yet.”
Your stomach twists, not entirely with nerves. “Yeah? Like what?”
“You’re the human.” Tomura shifts to one side and his fingers slip between your legs. “You tell me.”
“Um –” You try to think, but now he’s actually teasing you, and it’s hard to think around. It’s also hard to think when you’re running through the list of stuff you’ve already tried and getting wound up in the memories. “There’s fingering, I guess –”
“Isn’t that what I’m doing?”
“Yes,” you say, hating the breathiness in your voice. If Tomura was human, you’d never in a million years suggest what you’re about to. “But I could finger you.”
He lifts his head off your shoulder to give you a strange look. “Where? I don’t have one of these.”
His fingers dip briefly inside you, coming away soaked. You’re dragged temporarily out of the moment when you realize that you’ll have to explain anal to someone who’s never needed to use the bathroom, and you push the thought aside. “I’ll explain when we try it,” you say. Tomura nods and lets his head fall back down to your shoulder. Even though you’ve dodged a bullet, you can’t help what you say next. “I could eat you out, too.”
Tomura’s hips twitch against your leg. He likes that idea, even if he’s got no idea where you’re suggesting putting your mouth. “What else.”
“The shower, I guess. We could do all this in there.” You know Tomura’s fascinated with the shower, which is why he keeps trying to sneak in there with you no matter how many times you kick him out. He shifts against you with more purpose this time, and you realize with a jolt that he’s getting hard again. He might not have a ton of stamina, but his downtime is ridiculously short. “Or we could just have sex.”
“I thought this was sex.”
“It is,” you say. You decided a while back that anything involving an orgasm and another person – or ghost – qualifies as sex. “A lot of things count as sex. But when people say ‘having sex’, they’re usually referring to – ah – one thing in particular.”
Tomura’s still teasing you, mostly, but every so often he presses against your clit with the heel of his hand or slides two fingers inside you, curling them at the perfect angle. Your face is heating up, and it’s getting harder to think. You open your mouth to try to explain further and a little gasp slips out. “A thing we haven’t done yet,” Tomura repeats. You can tell just by his tone of voice that he’s pleased with himself, but he never keeps up with the teasing long once you start losing your composure. “What is it?”
He’s relentless now, somehow never rough, always the right speed and pressure to make your legs shake and your back arch. You taught him well, back when you didn’t know you were teaching him anything at all. You struggle to collect your thoughts, but all you can think of is what Tomura’s doing to you with his fingers. And there’s your explanation. “The same as what you’re doing right now,” you say, “except you use your cock.”
Tomura sits bolt upright and stares at you. You’d regret every word you just said if his fingers weren’t still moving, almost on autopilot, working you up to the edge and over it. Lately he’s gotten into kissing you when he knows you’re close – you think he likes feeling your breath catch – but this time he just stares as spots fill your vision and you gasp for air. “Sex,” he says, and you nod weakly. “Let’s do it now.”
“No.” You sit up and scramble backwards on the bed. “We don’t have time for that right now.”
“It won’t take long,” Tomura says confidently, and you burst out laughing. “What?”
You can’t explain. It’s too funny and you’re too out of breath – and if you don’t get out of bed soon, you’re going to be late. “We’ll talk about it later.”
“You can’t tell me that and then say we can’t do it right now.”
Maybe your timing was a little bad. You only jumped on the first chance you saw because you’ve been trying to figure out how to bring it up for weeks. “Sorry.”
“Don’t be sorry. Stay.”
“I can’t,” you say regretfully. “It’s Himiko’s party. I have to go.”
Himiko’s birthday was back in August, when you were all on high alert about Garaki. She didn’t really get to celebrate it. Now that the house is fixed and things have died down, her mom’s throwing her a belated birthday party, and everyone on the block’s invited – plus almost everyone from Himiko’s class at school. You’re bad at presents and so is Keigo, so the two of you jointly got Himiko a gift card to her favorite clothing store. Her favorite store’s expensive. It took both of your contributions to get her a card she could use to buy more than a pair of socks.
You manage to make it out of bed without much more complaining from Tomura, although he lurks outside the bathroom door, pouting. “Why do humans celebrate birthdays, anyway? It’s just getting older. Getting older –”
He stops talking, which is what always happens when mortality comes up. “Humans don’t see it like that,” you say. Then you think about how your mom used to react to her birthdays. “Okay, some of us don’t see it like that. And nobody sees it like that when they’re a kid. When you get older, you get more freedom. You can do more of the stuff you want to do. People take you a little more seriously.”
You always looked forward to your birthday. Your parents never made many rules for you, or paid much attention unless you screwed up, but they liked a party as much as the next people. “And you get cake and presents. Most people like that.”
“And everyone has a birthday,” Tomura surmises. “When’s yours?”
“It already happened. Don’t worry about it.”
You change into clean clothes, collect Phantom, and head to the front door. Tomura follows you there, like always. Embodied, like always. He’s almost always embodied when you’re home. “When are you coming back?”
“In an hour or less.” You know Himiko invited the whole neighborhood on purpose, but it’s still going to be mostly middle-schoolers, and you’re not the best with kids. “I’ll drop off the present and say hi and be back.”
Tomura still looks unhappy. “You’d stay longer if I could go.”
“You wouldn’t like it,” you say. “Too many people. Too many ghosts.”
“I don’t know if I like it. I haven’t tried it,” Tomura says. He’s quiet for a second. “I wish I could.”
It used to unsettle you when Tomura said things like that. Now it bothers you. Tomura had the chance to embody himself, to break free of the house without destroying it, and he didn’t. You clip on Phantom’s leash and open the door. “I’ll tell Himiko you said happy birthday.”
“I didn’t say happy birthday,” Tomura says, because Tomura’s an asshole. You raise your eyebrows. “Fine. Tell the brat I said happy birthday.”
“Thank you.” You lean in and kiss him quickly, skittering out of range before he can get too into it. The last thing you need is Tomura’s horniness ruining a thirteen-year-old’s birthday party. “We’ll be back soon.”
You and Phantom don’t have to walk far to get to Himiko’s party – it’s just at her house, in the backyard, and in case you weren’t sure, the pink balloons everywhere would be a giveaway. You’re a little late, as evidenced by Keigo hanging out near the gate, clearly a little antsy. “Dabi went in there ahead of me,” he says. “What took you so long?”
He takes a look at your expression and nods. “Right. Been there.”
“Recently.”
Keigo winces. “Yeah. Recently.”
Dabi’s still a scar wraith, and still pretty much an asshole, but the behavior changes you and Hizashi hammered into him have stuck. He’s being a lot nicer to Keigo, which has resulted in their relationship picking back up, which has resulted in Dabi using every chance he gets to pay back Tomura for all the times Tomura’s put the entire neighborhood in the mood. You’ve managed to convince Tomura that ignoring it makes Dabi look dumber than if he tries to compete, but it took a lot longer than you wanted it to.
Still, you and Keigo are in the same boat. It’s nice not to be alone with it. But something occurs to you as you step through the gate. “Wait, there are people here. How is it safe for Dabi to –”
“He’s been practicing embodying the rest of him,” Keigo says. You glance at him, surprised. “Not permanently. He says he’s never doing that. But sometimes he’s all the way there.”
“That must be weird.”
“Yeah. Weirder when he isn’t.” Keigo stops at the edge of the party, and so do you. “How are you doing with that?”
“With Dabi being embodied? Not my circus, not my clown.”
Keigo snorts. “No,” he says. “With Tomura still being a ghost. When he dealt with Garaki, we all thought he might –”
He trails off, giving you a curious look. You look back, daring him to say it. “Might what?”
Before Keigo can answer, you hear a shriek from somewhere at the center of the crowd of kids in the Bubaigawaras’ enormous backyard. Himiko’s spotted you. She breaks from the group and hurries over. “I’m so glad you’re here! Is that for me?”
“You know it.” Keigo passes over the card. “It’s from me and her. Happy late birthday.”
“Happy late birthday,” you echo. Himiko hugs you. “Tomura says happy birthday too.”
“Really?” Himiko beams. “I wish he could come to the party! Jin’s mom made cake! I bet he’d like cake.”
“I don’t know,” Dabi drawls, strolling up from behind Himiko to sling an arm around Keigo’s shoulders. “Cake’s for humans, and he made his call loud and clear.”
Himiko smacks him. “Don’t be mean,” she instructs. “He could still change his mind.”
“How? It’s not like another asshole’s gonna hop the fence.”
“It’s my birthday. You can’t argue with me,” Himiko says. Dabi sticks his tongue out at her, and she sticks hers out in response. Then she seizes your hand with the hand that’s not holding the birthday card. “Come with me! You have to meet my friends!”
Himiko has a lot of friends. That’s not a surprise – she’s the friendliest ghost on the block other than Eri, and she doesn’t like to take no for an answer. She’s invited her whole class, plus a few from the other class in her year, and she introduces you to one kid after another as her “human girl neighbor”. If her friends think it’s weird, they don’t say so. Most of them are too excited about meeting Phantom to pay attention to you. You get yanked through introductions with almost two dozen kids, until Himiko pulls you around and you find yourself face-to-face with someone familiar.
It’s the last person you expected to see here. Your jaw drops. “Izuku?”
Izuku looks really excited to see you. “Hi!”
“You know her?” Himiko’s eyes widen. “How?”
“My dad’s her boss,” Izuku explains. “I helped out with the – you know, the –”
He lowers his voice. “Ghost stuff.”
“Oh.” Himiko nods knowingly. “That was so spooky! You should have seen it! My humans mostly stayed inside, but my big brother Jin went out to fight. So did Magne’s human, and Hizashi’s – and Tomura’s human, too! We thought Tomura was going to lose until Hizashi told him that the conjurer had –”
“Hey, birthday girl!” Hizashi interrupts. You didn’t see him coming, but you’re not spooked. Lately it seems like he’s been making an effort not to scare you. “Let’s stow it with the shop talk, yeah? You’re among friends right here, but your guests might not want to know.”
“Oh, right!” Himiko looks ever so slightly shifty, and suddenly you’re convinced that at least one of these other kids knows about ghosts. Once Hizashi’s gone, she lowers her voice. “I told Ochako.”
“I told Kacchan by accident,” Izuku says. “It’s okay. No one will believe them.”
There’s something a little unsettling about how cheerfully he says it. Someone calls out for Himiko and she hurries off, leaving you and Izuku standing there. Something occurs to you. “How come you’re in Himiko’s year? I thought you were fifteen.”
“I’m thirteen.” Izuku gives you a curious look. “Why’d you think that?”
Because Izuku was conceived while Mr. Yagi was still a ghost, and Mr. Yagi embodied himself permanently fifteen years ago. But maybe you misheard that. Fifteen and thirteen sound sort of the same. Izuku looks like he’s gearing up for something. You watch him, and he watches you, and finally he bursts out with the question, practically vibrating with excitement. “Can I see Tomura?”
“Why do you want to do that?” you ask blankly. “You’ve met live ones before. You met Nemuri when you got here. And Dabi.”
“I’ve never met one who’s still with their house,” Izuku says. “And never one that strong. Dad says Tomura’s almost as strong as he was before he changed. Can I meet him?”
“Um –” You have a feeling you’ll get in trouble with Mr. Yagi for saying yes, but at the same time, you wonder if it wouldn’t be good for Tomura to talk to somebody who’s not you. “At the end of the party. Before your parents pick you up. We can go over and say hi. From outside the fence.”
“Right,” Izuku says seriously. “Live ghosts that still have their houses are supposed to be really territorial. I don’t want to make him mad.”
“After the party,” you agree. Someone collides with you from behind, and you turn to find Eri. “You okay there?”
“Phantom!” Eri hugs your dog, sneezes, and turns her attention to Izuku, her eyes widening as she looks him over. “You’re like us! A –”
“Eri,” Aizawa says, and she claps her hands over her mouth. He looks to Izuku. “My apologies. You are –”
“Half,” Izuku says. Aizawa’s eyes widen, and Izuku turns his attention to Eri again. “Half ghost. The other half of me is human. Like your human.”
“He’s my Dad! He’s not my human,” Eri corrects. “I’ll show you my human! Toshi –”
Eri takes Izuku on the grand tour of the party, introducing him to every ghost – Magne, Dabi, Atsuhiro, Hizashi, Nemuri again, and even the Nomus, who’ve figured out how to use their human side’s life-force to hide the fact that they’re ghosts from anybody who doesn’t know what to look for. For the ghosts’ part, they’re intrigued by Izuku. Hizashi even remarks that he’s never met a half-ghost before. You don’t get the sense that Izuku spends a lot of time with people like him, because he looks like it’s his birthday instead of Himiko’s. You have a feeling that Mr. Yagi is going to have to pry his kid out of your neighborhood with a crowbar.
With that in mind, you definitely shouldn’t take him to meet Tomura, but he sneaks up on you when you and Phantom are trying to sneak out just a little early. “This is the greatest neighborhood in the world,” he says, out of breath. “Can I meet Tomura now?”
“Not alone,” Aizawa says from somewhere nearby. You glance over your shoulder and find him approaching. “It’s unsafe.”
“I’m not alone. I’m with her.”
“The rules are different for her,” Aizawa says. “If you plan to meet Tomura, I’ll accompany you.”
Izuku doesn’t argue, but he does ask questions as the three of you and Phantom make your way down the sidewalk. “Why am I safer if you come along than if you don’t?”
“Tomura is territorial. Paradoxically, he shows some respect for others’ territory,” Aizawa says. “He views me as belonging to another ghost, and is therefore unlikely to harm me.”
“How do you feel about that?” Izuku asks. Aizawa raises an eyebrow. “The possessive stuff. Like how Eri calls Shinsou her human. Does it bother you? Or you?”
He’s looking at you now. Aizawa actually looks surprised by the question – surprised, and like he’s thinking about it hard. You decide to leave the answer to him. He’s the ghost expert, after all. “I don’t believe it’s meant by them the way it sounds to us,” he says after a while. “Not for all of them, at least. Eri says “my human” the same way she says “my brother”. To her, it’s an expression of affection, not ownership. The same goes for Magne and Himiko, I believe. The possessive isn’t problematic in those cases.”
You hear who he’s leaving out, and so does Izuku. “What about Dabi and Hizashi?”
“Ghosts with that degree of power don’t interact with their environment so much as impose their will upon it,” Aizawa says. “They see everything as belonging to them, if they want it and have the ability to take it. Initially they see their humans the same way, until they realize that they can’t get what they really want from us by exerting their power. It’s a significant perspective shift. It takes time to implement.”
“So they don’t learn until they have to,” Izuku says, and Aizawa nods. Then Izuku looks at you. “Tomura’s powerful now, but he didn’t start out like that. How does he look at it?”
You’re in front of your house now, just outside the gate. “Ask him yourself,” you say, and your front door creaks open.
Tomura materializes slowly as he descends the steps and crosses the yard, not settling into full embodiment until he’s at the gate, on his side of a line he can’t cross. He looks warily at Izuku. “What are you?”
“I’m a half-ghost! My mom is human and my dad was a ghost. He’s embodied now, but he was a ghost still when Mom got pregnant with me.” Izuku gets all the words out in one breath. “I’m more like an embodied ghost than anything else.”
“I’ve never seen an embodied ghost like you before.”
“I’ve never met a live ghost like you, either!” Izuku is beaming. “Is this your house? It’s so old. How does it hold together so well? Do you make it hold together with your powers? I guess you could – Dad said you’re strong, and you’re definitely really strong, but –”
“Stop. You’re making my head hurt.” Tomura holds up one hand and Izuku quiets down. “What do you want?”
“I wanted to meet you,” Izuku says. “My dad told me all about you, and me and your human have been trying to track down your conjurer. I know you probably don’t like people coming near you, or other ghosts, but I thought maybe –”
“Maybe what?”
“We could talk or something,” Izuku says. “You’re the only one left of your conjurer’s ghosts, and I’m the only one of me in the whole country. It can get – weird – to be the only one.”
Maybe you’re projecting, but when Izuku says “weird”, the word you hear is “lonely.” And it wouldn’t surprise you if Izuku felt that way. It wouldn’t surprise you if Tomura felt that way, either, today more than other days – when every other neighborhood ghost is out in the world at a party with their humans, and he’s alone in the same house he’s existed in for a hundred and ten years.
But Tomura wanted it this way. If he didn’t, he could have destroyed the house, or he could have seized the chance offered by Garaki’s death to embody himself permanently. He’d rather be a ghost. This is the price.
Tomura studies Izuku for a long moment. Then he turns and goes back in the house. Izuku looks at you, crestfallen. “He hates me.”
If he hated Izuku, he’d have dematerialized in front of him. You shake your head, and a moment later, Tomura comes back with something tucked under his arm. When you realize what it is, you almost lose your shit laughing. “Do you know how to play this?” Tomura asks, waving the Rainbow Fish matching game at Izuku. Izuku nods eagerly, and the gate swings open. “Sit down.”
Next to you, Aizawa makes a sound you’ve never heard in your life – the world’s wheeziest laughter, muffled a second too late. Tomura doesn’t notice. He’s too busy directing Izuku to set up the cards in a specific grid – only after mixing them together – and then realizing that he won’t be able to reach the cards on the sidewalk. “I’ll help,” you say. “Just tell me which ones to choose.”
Phantom is whining and pulling at her leash, but you can’t let her through the gate without wrecking the game. You lift her over the fence and set her down on the lawn, and she runs off to pee behind one of the few live plants in your front yard. When she comes back, she scrambles into Tomura’s lap, and he takes a break from scanning the cards to cuddle with her. Izuku watches, wide-eyed. An embarrassed flush comes up over Tomura’s face when he realizes he’s got an audience. “What?”
“Most embodied ghosts don’t like animals,” Izuku says. “And most live ghosts see them like batteries. Did your human have to explain about Phantom to you?”
“No,” Tomura scoffs. Phantom licks his chin and he shoves her snout gently away. “I never saw them like that. Either of them. Are you done yet?”
Izuku sets the last cards down. “You can go first. It’s your game.” He watches as Tomura points out two cards for you to flip, then poses another question. “Did you know my dad was a ghost when he came in?”
“Hard to miss him. I had bigger problems,” Tomura says. Izuku takes his turn, coming away without a match. “There were people in the house. We didn’t want them there. I needed to figure out how to make them leave. Without making my human leave.”
“That could be tricky,” Izuku says. Tomura points out two more cards to you, one of the same as before and a new one. “Obviously exerting your influence is the fastest way without materializing, but that could scare your human, too. What did you end up going with?”
“Some guy was smoking on the porch and I stuck my hand through it.”
“Nice.” Izuku flips two cards and collects a match.
Tomura was nice about losing to Eri, but you have a feeling he’s not going to be nice about losing to Izuku. Izuku collects a second match, then misses his next one, but not before revealing a card Tomura’s been looking for. He points it out to you and you pass both cards to him. “My dad says nobody’s lived here except your human,” Izuku says to Tomura. Tomura nods without looking up, totally fixated on choosing his next card. “You sort of got to pick who stayed, right? Why’d you pick her?”
Aizawa clears his throat. “That’s personal, Midoriya. If you don’t spend much time around ghosts, you wouldn’t know, but it’s not polite to ask ghosts how they chose their humans.”
It’s less that it’s not polite to the ghosts and more that the ghosts will explain, at length and in cringeworthy detail. It’s not so bad if you’re asking Eri. It’s downright horrendous if you’re asking Hizashi. “Sorry,” Izuku says to Tomura, shamefaced. “I didn’t know.”
“I didn’t know, either.” Tomura points out two cards to you, one he’s flipped before and one he hasn’t, securing a second match. “You don’t have a human. I can tell.”
“Dad says I’m not old enough to have a human.”
“Two ghosts on this block are younger than you. They’ve got humans.” Tomura’s third turn doesn’t pan out. He sits back, still idly scratching Phantom’s ears. “Do you want one?”
“Eri and Himiko might have embodied themselves as children, but they’ve both existed for longer than Midoriya has,” Aizawa points out as Izuku loses his next turn. “Additionally, human customs are different. The relationships ghosts have to their chosen humans can take a variety of forms – parent and child, sibling to sibling, romantic partners. When humans choose another human it’s typically in the romantic sense, and not until they’re older.”
Tomura looks up from the cards. “How old?”
“Older than Midoriya, certainly.” Aizawa considers it. “Legally, humans can’t marry until they’re eighteen or older, but I believe the average age of marriage is rising.”
You majored in sociology. You know this stuff, or you should. “It’s twenty-six,” you say.
“That’s how old you are,” Tomura says.
You don’t like where this is going. “It’s still your turn.”
Tomura gets two more matches, upping his lead, then turns over a card neither of them has flipped yet and loses the turn to Izuku. He fires off a question of his own. “It makes sense that I don’t know this stuff, since I can’t leave. You’re out there all the time. Why don’t you?”
“There aren’t a lot of ghosts left,” Izuku says. He collects three matches in a row. “Not in this country, anyway. My dad and his master did a really good job getting rid of the bad ones. And the other ones mostly keep a low profile, to be safe.”
Tomura snorts. “Nobody around here keeps a low profile.”
“Including you,” Aizawa says severely. Tomura rolls his eyes. “In your case, however, that’s to our advantage. Dabi represents the larger security threat.”
“Not anymore.” Tomura invariably sounds smug when this comes up. “He couldn’t kill his conjurer, so I did it for him. It was easy.”
You don’t like it when he says that. “He almost got you.”
“No, he didn’t.”
“I was watching. I was right there and I know what I saw.” You glance at Aizawa for help. Izuku’s looking back and forth between the three of you like he’s watching a tennis match. “You saw, too.”
“The same thing happened to Tomura as happened to you,” Aizawa says. Your confusion must show on your face, because he sighs and elaborates. “When you hit Garaki with the fencepost, you didn’t hit him as hard as you could have. Your subconscious checked your swing, because your mental barrier to severely injuring another person is relatively high. In Tomura’s case –”
“I didn’t care about killing him. I already killed the Nomu.”
“In Tomura’s case, it likely wasn’t Garaki himself that gave him pause,” Aizawa says, like Tomura didn’t say a word. “Garaki was drawing on a thousand other ghosts to maintain power. Defeating Garaki meant killing them, too.”
It’s quiet for a second. You hadn’t thought about that. Based on Tomura’s expression, he’s been trying not to think about that. “Maybe that’s why there aren’t very many ghosts,” Izuku says with an impressive degree of tone-deafness. “If lots of them die every time conjurers are killed, then I’m surprised there are any.”
“Most conjurers have less than two dozen ghosts,” Aizawa says. You wonder where he’s getting that statistic from. “Conjurers as strong as Garaki are extremely rare.”
“You know a lot about this stuff,” Izuku marvels. He misses his next match, and Tomura promptly capitalizes on it. “You should write a book.”
“He has. Lots of them,” you say. Most of them are still in your house. “You can borrow them if you want.”
Izuku beams at you, but then a car skids to a stop right in front of your house, tires squealing. All four of you jump, and when you see who’s driving the car, your heart sinks. “I am here to pick you up, Izuku,” Mr. Yagi says. He looks furious. “What on earth is this?”
“Just a game,” Izuku says. “We’re being safe, see? All the cards are on my side and Tomura tells his human which ones he wants to choose.”
Mr. Yagi comes closer, studying the setup. “I came along to prevent trouble,” Aizawa says. “There hasn’t been any.”
Mr. Yagi touches Izuku’s shoulder, and Izuku looks up at him. You wonder if they’re talking. Then Mr. Yagi turns his attention to Tomura. The two of them stare for a moment, sizing each other up. “It’s nice to meet you officially,” Mr. Yagi says.
“No, it isn’t.” Tomura’s voice is flat. “I wouldn’t be here if you did your job.”
“No,” Mr. Yagi admits. You wonder just how long Mr. Yagi and his master worked together for. If Mr. Yagi is old enough to have maybe stopped the conjurer before he bound Tomura, then he must be in his hundreds. “Forgive me. Your suffering should have ended long ago.”
“It’s done now.” Tomura looks down at the cards again. You don’t understand what they’re talking about, and a quick glance at Aizawa and Izuku tells you that you’re not alone. “We’re not done with the game yet.”
“Can we finish it?” Izuku asks. “I still have more questions.”
Mr. Yagi looks a little confused, but he nods. Izuku turns back to the cards, bowing his head to focus on his turn. Tomura does the same. When he tilts his head to the side, you spot something odd on his neck. It takes you a moment to place it, but once you do, a jolt goes down your spine. There are three long scratches on the side of his neck, in the exact same place he always scratches – but on the wrong side from where he was scratching today. You’ve only seen him scratch there once, and it was during the fight with Garaki. These scratch marks aren’t fresh. They’re scabbed. Almost – scarred.
When ghosts dematerialize, they wipe the slate clean. When they materialize again, there’s no physical evidence of whatever happened to them before. Tomura scratches his neck all the time, and you hate seeing the marks show up, but he’s dematerialized and reappeared dozens of times since the fight with Garaki. Those scratch marks were deep enough to bleed, but they should be gone. Long gone. Why are they here?
You want to ask somebody – Mr. Yagi, or Aizawa – but you don’t want Izuku to hear. Instead you stay quiet, turning over the cards Tomura points to, pretending you don’t notice the entire rest of the neighborhood gathering around to watch. About half of them are wearing party hats, and the rest are munching on leftover pieces of cake. None of them but Aizawa have met Mr. Yagi before, and as far as you can tell, reviews are mixed. Eri and Shinsou like him right away, but Himiko’s wary of him. Nemuri keeps her distance, along with Dabi and Natsu. You wonder if any of them met Mr. Yagi when he was still a ghost. What they think of him when they see him now.
Izuku’s game with Tomura ends in a tie, at which point Mr. Yagi insists that they go home. As ambivalent as the neighborhood is about Mr. Yagi, they’re much clearer on how they feel about Izuku. “You’ll come back, right?” Himiko asks. “Me and Shinsou don’t have anyone cool to hang out with but each other.”
Jin, Jin’s younger siblings, and Eri all start to protest, and Hizashi piles on by insisting that he’s still cool even though he’s two hundred years old. Izuku’s eyes are shining. He looks up at Mr. Yagi, and Mr. Yagi sighs. “Very well,” he says. “On one condition. That you don’t –”
“Go in Tomura’s house. I know,” Izuku says. He turns back to Himiko and Shinsou. “I can come back any time.”
Himiko cheers and gives him a hug. Shinsou looks a whole lot less certain about the whole thing now that he knows Izuku will be back. You’re pretty sure you’ve seen that look on your own face a time or two since you moved here.
You manage to speak to Mr. Yagi before he gets in his car. “I’m sorry. I thought it would be okay if we stayed outside the fence.”
“It was okay,” Mr. Yagi says. You blink. “I reacted out of fear, not to the facts of the situation. You made a responsible introduction. How did Tomura react to Izuku initially?”
“He wasn’t sure what Izuku was at first,” you say. Mr. Yagi nods. “But he’s the one who brought the game out.”
Mr. Yagi smiles at that. “I believe I understand how he escaped the fate of his conjurer’s other ghosts,” he says. Nobody else has had a theory yet. You raise your eyebrows. “I did some research of my own. This crop of former ghosts and families is not the first to have lived in this neighborhood. It’s been a haven for former ghosts for almost sixty years. None of them would have dared set foot in that house, but they would have sensed Tomura’s presence, and he would have sensed theirs in return. His isolation wasn’t as complete as the isolation of the others. That’s why he remained somewhat sane.”
Mr. Yagi seems confident in his conclusion, and he does know more about ghosts than you do. But you know more about Tomura than he does, and while Mr. Yagi’s probably right about some of it, you’re not sure it’s that simple. It doesn’t feel that simple, anyway. You’re still turning it over in your head as you step through the gate, shut it behind you, and reenter your house. You also have the sense that you’re forgetting something. You’re not sure what.
You remember what it is a split second before Tomura jumps you, but there’s a world of difference between what he does when he wants to hook up and what he does when he wants something else. This is something else. He wraps himself around you, both feet off the ground, holding on ridiculously tight. His voice is muffled by your hair. “You said you’d be gone an hour,” he complains. “That was longer than an hour.”
“They wouldn’t let me leave early. And it would have been rude.” You stagger back a few steps and lean against the wall. It’s the only way you’ll be able to stay on your feet. “Himiko was thrilled you said happy birthday.”
Tomura makes a discontented noise. “It’s not even her real birthday. Her real birthday’s when she got summoned.”
“When’s your real birthday?”
“Spring.” Tomura shrugs. “I don’t know which day. I just feel it when it goes by.”
“Maybe we should have a birthday party for you,” you say. Tomura makes another discontented noise. But now you’re thinking about just how long Tomura’s been alone in here, and it feeds back into the exchange between he and Mr. Yagi that you didn’t understand. “Is my boss really that old? Old enough to have stopped your conjurer from summoning you?”
“No. Old enough to kill him,” Tomura says. “And me.”
You were with it for a second. Now you’re not. “What?”
“When I killed Garaki, all his ghosts died too. If your boss beat my conjurer when they fought, he’d have gotten rid of me.” Tomura goes still in your arms. “He almost did it. I could feel it. I wanted him to.”
Your stomach lurches. “Don’t say that.”
“I wanted him to.” Tomura’s voice is flat, just like it was when he spoke to Mr. Yagi. “I wanted it to be over. We can’t kill ourselves like humans do. That was my chance. And I lost it because of him.”
“Why?” Your voice comes out in a frail whisper. “Tomura –”
“It was never going to change. I couldn’t take it anymore. Isn’t that why humans do it?” He starts to dematerialize, slipping away from you. “You know what you said. Don’t be stupid.”
“No.” You dig your fingers into the back of his shirt and tighten your grip. You’ve never once been able to hang onto him when he’s trying to dematerialized, but this time, for some reason, he lets you. “I don’t know what it was like to be you, here all by yourself. I don’t know why you let me stay, and I don’t care. But I’m glad Mr. Yagi couldn’t kill your conjurer. I’m glad you were still here when I bought this place.”
“Because you like hanging out with me.”
Because I love you. “Sure,” you say. “Let’s go with that.”
“Prove it.”
Now things are going where you thought they were going at first. It’s a relief. Maybe. “How?”
“If you like hanging out with me that much, you’ll be my pillow for a whole movie.”
Tomura’s developed a thing for sprawling out on top of you and staying there, which would be fine if he wasn’t freezing cold to the touch. If he’s up there longer than half an hour, you get a chill. “Seriously?”
“Maybe two whole movies.” Tomura finally materializes fully again, settling back into your arms. “And you have to carry me to the couch.”
“You’re ridiculous,” you complain, but you shift your weight forward anyway. “Hang on.”
In your experience, guys use Netflix as an excuse to get to the “chill” part of the evening, but once Tomura decides what kind of night it’s going to be, he sticks to it. You end up serving as a pillow for he and Phantom at the same time, meaning that most of you is uncomfortably cold and your feet are uncomfortably warm. The two of you are marathoning sci-fi horror, and Tomura keeps asking questions you don’t know enough science to answer. Finally you just wrestle your phone out of your pocket to look up a question about why space travel in real life doesn’t work like in the movies. But once you get your phone out of your pocket, you see an email notification, and you press it on autopilot. Then you begin to read, your heart racing a little faster on every line.
With his head against your chest, Tomura can hear it. “What?” he asks. “Do gravity drives really work? Are you wrong about that like you were about the tornadoes?”
“Are you ever going to forget about that?”
“No,” Tomura says smugly. He pats impatiently at the back of your hand. “What is it? Let me see.”
“Just an email.” A response to an email you wrote months ago, to the curator of the museum housed in the old asylum where Shigaraki Yoichi died.
It’s a pretty brief email. No apologies for the long response delay, just an answer to your question – yes, the files on Shigaraki Yoichi survived. Yes, they’re extensive. No, they’re too fragile to be photographed or scanned. If you want to read them, the curator says, you have to come to the museum yourself.
Fine. You’ll go yourself. You tap out a quick response to the curator and manage to send it before Tomura lifts the phone out of your hands. He can figure out phone calls, and he could probably grasp texting if you gave him the chance, but email’s a little much for him. He drops the phone back on the coffee table, annoyed. “What did it say?”
“There’s something I need to look into about your conjurer.” You think about how far away the museum is, how many documents there must be for the curator to describe it as “extensive”, how you’re going to have to take notes by hand. This can’t be a day trip. You sit up, jarring Tomura out of his preferred position, and he bitches all the way up. But as unhappy as he is about having to move, you’re about to make him unhappier. “How do you feel about having the house to yourself next weekend?”

Not Today Mister - Chapter 5
Tumblr media
hope you enjoy thank you for reading! Masterlist
-
Aizawa was exhausted. His class had been acting up lately due to them moving into dorms and things were still being sorted out with him moving into the dorms too. His floor had a few other staff members, and thankfully the dorm was more of like an apartment.
He kept his apartment outside of UA too, knowing he’d need it to crash in case he needed to and was outside of school grounds.
There was one other new problem he had to take care of too.
And that was you – the cute school janitor. He only saw you a few times during the past week but each time, you freaked out, shouting “Excuse me!” to him. There wasn’t anything wrong with that of course, but it was kind of bugging him to know that the school janitor didn’t like being near him.
He had watched silently in the shadows of you interacting with other people at the school too. He wanted to make sure that you were just doing this to him and not to other people. And he was right about it, that you only acted that way around him. He thought in the past about anything he might have done wrong around you and the other janitorial staff that used to work here.
He could only think that you didn’t like him because of the mess that Class 1-A leaves behind in each room. He grit his teeth together, thinking about them. They were a pain in the ass, but he loved those kids. They would be great heroes if he trained them to be.
He knew he had to work on Class 1-A for you to stop acting that way around him. Therefore, his plans for the day involved something more intense than usual. He hated that he felt inadequate as a teacher because someone is disappointed with his kids. He had to do better.
-
Your day was going great! No Aizawa, no problem. You snickered to yourself, knowing his schedule was the best possible move you did in this game. Aya was a great help even if she didn’t know why you asked for the advice in the first place.
You considered reaching out to Nezu to hire some more day janitors to help you accomplish your goal, but then thought back against it, wondering if he’d decrease your pay considering you are being paid at least seven times the amount you used to be paid…
Yes, Nezu was a great boss.
Now however, you had to deal with other staff and students being around you since your usual schedule was screwed.
“Miss! Miss!” A student came up to you, running in the middle of the hallway. It was class time, so it was unusual.
You glanced over at her, nodding, “Yeah, what’s up?” Your casual tone made her sigh in relief slightly.
“Well… we were messing around in English class with our teacher. He didn’t notice it at first, but then he turned around…and now half the class is stuck in the air and the other is tangled in my friend’s ears.” The girl, Mina Ashido explained.
“Ears?” You clued out, eyebrows rising up to the ceiling.
“Ears.” She confirmed.
When you walked into the classroom, it was an incredible mess of noise full of screaming and laughter and groaning of pain.
“Uh, hello?” You mumbled to yourself mostly, wondering if you were just hallucinating if this was happening.
“Guys, I got someone!” Mina shouted over all the noise and instantly the class quieted down.
There, the mess was insane.
Present Mic, also known as Hizashi Yamada, was wrapped in some sort of… ears. As you narrowed your eyes at the mess, it was the student Kyoka Jiro, hero name, Earphone Jack, who was the source of the ears. Her earlobes or the earphones attached had grown to an admirable length and wrapped around Present Mic’s entire body, then around a few other classmates.
The rest of the classmates were floating in the air, all the way up into a corner, screaming for dear help.
“This is…crazy.” You said to Mina, who stared at the mess with a huff of laughter.
“I’m glad I found you and not Mr. Aizawa. He would have killed us in training.” She groaned, grinning at you.
“So, how are you going to fix this?” She asked, making you sputter out a few random words of nonsense.
“Fix? This? This is fixable?” You coughed, shaking your head.
“I clean things, I don’t fix things.” You continued but you shook your head, “But I can try.” You needed to try before they brought Aizawa along. You didn’t want to sit here looking like an idiot who didn’t know what to do.
Present Mic had been staring at you, pleadingly, unable to use his voice since the earphones wrapped around his mouth and throat tightly. The speakers connected to him were broken entirely, and twitches of electricity spouted from them.
“Ok, let’s get this class to the ground, who’s responsible for that?” You asked, raising your voice slightly.
A young girl raised her hand fearfully, “I’m so sorry, I didn’t mean to make them all go up, but that’s the only thing I could do to help since we’d be attached to the ears if we didn’t do this.” Ochaco Uraraka spoke up.
You grinned at her, trying to ease her fear. “It’s alright. I get it. But we should let everyone down now and we’ll lead them out of the class, so Earphone Jack won’t get them. Also, why is Earphone Jack doing this?” Your questions led you to face her, who had been hiding underneath her desk.
She glimpsed at you with slight annoyance.
“I got angry.” She explained briefly. You nodded, realizing that was all you were going to get out of her.
“Have you guys tried untangling it?” Before you finished your question, a bunch of shouts came, “YES”, “OBVIOUSLY”, “YEAH”.
“…How?” You ask, sheepishly. You placed your cart on the floor, the one filled with supplies for cleaning.
A few different replies came but the one that caught you by surprise the most was from Shoto Todoroki, who explained, “We tried attacking a few different ways. I tried to use my ice and heat to get her to retread but she won’t. We’ve tried a lot.”
You furrowed your eyebrows at them, a feeling of shock and anger flashing through you, “Guys!” You shouted.
You never thought they’d attack each other, but apparently, they would. “You are not allowed to attack other students like that. I thought the hero students would know that especially! How would you like it if all your classmates attacked you for some reason? I’m sorry Earphone Jack.” You apologize deeply to her, which you received a sigh from.
“Now, let’s try a kinder and gentler response. You guys are supposed to be heroes soon. What’s another way heroes can help save the day? By rescue, right? But how do you do that to people that are freaked out?” You try your best to explain, and everyone collectively stares at each other and then back to you with a small, “Ohhh…”
“Are you also a hero?” One timid voice pops up, you recognize it as Tsuyu Asui, when you shake your head, “No.” A few people grumble, “But you act like one.”
Slowly but surely, the gravity girl got the people that were floating out of the room. A few of them were shouting, especially that one kid that you ran into before. You were sure you heard an explosion from outside, but you ignored it for now.
“Earphone Jack… or Jiro if I may.” You spoke up, kneeling down by her.
“How can I help you?” You asked, glancing at her as she covered her ears as if she were in pain.
“I just need help detangling it, please don’t let them attack me again, my ears did that because they attacked.” She explained, huffing out a sigh of relief, that someone was finally helping her. You nodded back to her in understanding and went to start detangling. It felt weird to detangle these ears? Earphones? You weren’t sure what to call them, but you did it as fast and efficiently as you could.
By the time you got to Hizashi, he was sweating like crazy. Finally, you unwrapped it around his neck and his mouth, and he took a deep breath in through his mouth, then coughed to the side of you.
“Oh – thank – you – so very much.” He coughed out, voice flat and whispery, you could hear the pain in it.
“No problem.” You mumbled back, frowning as he clutched his throat.
“Never speaking Spanish to her again!” He muttered harshly, and it was so unexpected that you laughed loudly, bending down to your knees.
“Spanish? This is why this happened?” You got out through your laughter as he stared down at you with a kind smile on his lips.
“Yeah, and they were playing a prank on me apparently, so it all just went bad.” As if that explained everything. You just laughed again and stood up, shaking your head.
“Got it.” You respond.
“Now is someone going to tell me what’s going on in here? Why are you so loud that it woke me up?” Aizawa’s voice rang out in the air, and you tensed up.
Oh no.

How Class 1-A Reacts to a reader with a quirk Iike in H2O Mermaid
Your quirk allows you to waterbend, but at the cost of transforming into a mermaid everytime you touch water. And the full moon has you going all mermaid stir crazy. Part 2
The Girls
————— Shoto Todoroki has been catching up on a normal childhood since joining UA (through Class A movie nights) and has since discovered a profound love for The Little Mermaid and Avatar the Last Airbender. And so yes, post sports festival arch when he started out the whole “making friends” thing he immediately took an interest in becoming your friend. And y’all are besties now <33
Shoto thinks your quirk is the coolest!!! You’re so pretty when you’re practicing moving these giant spheres and ribbons of water! And, he loves seeing you swim laps in the Olympic sized training pool.
The two of your routinely train and spar against each other as part of your quirks are both elemental. You’ve been partnered together to practicing making complex shapes out of water and ice; and have much to Aizawa’s surprise and dismay the two of you have only succeeded in creating dazzling ice sculpture together. But now you make ice sculptures for all kinds of parties and events that UA hosts! The crowds love them! If there’s any costume parties the two of you always go for Katara and Zuko!! It’s the perfect costume duo.
You even have a plan on getting matching water/fire bender symbols tattooed after UA Graduation!! And Shoto is very on board bc he gets to piss off his dad and it’s symbolic of making fire his power: permanently. Plus a matching tattoo with his best friend? He’s signed up.
—————
Izuku Midoriya thinks your quirk is so cool!!! It’s almost more like 2 quirks like Todoroki’s and so he’s spend a lot of time endearingly questioning you about it. Little bean immediately makes it a goal to become best friends with you! Izuku is the one that actually discovered that your toenail polish affected your scales. He noticed it in training after a girls slumber party and partly because you wore sandals the next day. Some of your scales and the iridescent shine in class that day had turned pink! The same color as your new pedi?? Hmmm
so now you have Izuku to thank for your collection of nail polish and the pinkish shimmer to your scales!!
Izuku also spend the entire summer before UA cleaning up that beach and he continues doing beach cleanups on the weekends throughout highschool. And once you found that’s where he goes out to on the weekends you invited yourself. And he loves to go together! He doesn’t know why he didn’t think of inviting you himself!? I mean, mermaid + the beach?? That’s a match made in heaven. Now the two of you go. A little jog around the beach and some cleanup before you gleefully sprint into the waves. He thinks you look so happy out there and sometimes he’ll clumsily splash in and join you. Gets scared out of his skin, but loves to see you pop up your head above the waves near him and hold a hand out of the water brandishing pretty seashells!! —————
Katsuki Bakugou exclusively calls you Fish Face. To which you frequently reply by splashing him with water. And he paid no mind to you until he found you one night drunkenly waltzing around the dorms. I mean first he got kidnapped and now he had to live with these kooky extras?? Luckily for you, you had no memory of this night or what it is that you did. Although, you did ask a lot of questions when you woke up in your dorm room wrapped like a giant human burrito, but now it’s no longer a secret to your classmates. Now he begrudgingly keeps an eye and ear out for any mysterious mer-trouble at night. Not because he’s confused or concerned or anything. He’s just a light sleeper, yeah that’s it. He unknowingly is usually the only one woken up by your moonlight stirrings. As the primary cook in the 1-A dorm kitchen he appreciates your astounding praise and butt wiggles and hums of delight at the dinner table when he cooks up anything seafood. And, he’s got a list of good sushi places that non of the other nerds wanna go to. So he’s taken up dragging you out to lunch every so often. you frequently ask Katsuki to help haul you out of the pool because he’s one of the few strong enough to do it on his own. And he always acts like he hates it because he always says, “geez, fish face, why do you weight so much?” But will still come over to the edge of the pool where you stick your wet arms out and will haul you up. He’s forcibly encouraging you to go to the gym more for upper body. :’(
Overall he’s still snappy at large, but he can tolerate you and your tail. —————
Eijiro Kirishima thinks you’re so manly and so very pretty too. He never thought he’d be classmates with a real life mermaid. Like aren’t you supposed to be in his childhood storybooks and not in his highschool classes?? Thinks you quirk is a little goofy espically the whole touching water and moon thing, like isn’t that a werewolf thing? But admires your dedication to being stronger and trying to make the best of the mer-wolf stuff. Is totally happy to see Bakugou drag you over to the corner of the gym where he usually hang outs. Totally helps encourage and spot you while Bakugou makes you pump some iron, even if he’s not sure why it started. Kiri too, routinely gets asked to help get you off the floor or out of the pool when you fish out. When Jirou or Mina starts flagging him down from across the hallway he’s already turning to grab the wheelchair and rush to your aid. Calls himself the fishomobile with a big fat grin. Eijiro also loves to pick out rom-coms for movie night and will sit next to you and Ochako, except hell actually genuinely cry through it while the two of you only sniffle or laugh. He’s very manly about sharing his tissue box tho. has a soap that he watches on the reg. during his down time and you always seem to be passing through to get a snack from the kitchen when it’s on. You always join him on the sofa as he happily explains the convoluted plot
also this boulder LOVES sharks. Sometimes makes trips to your job and walks around looking at all the crazy cool shark tanks. you think he’s maybe gotten every single shark plushy that’s sold in your gift shop at this point. he has no regrets!! —————
Denki Kaminari thinks you’re gorgeous and super bubbly and he wishes that you guys would be put in more training exercises together! Calls you pretty much any water Pokémon name that comes to mind: Vaperon, Squirtle, Sealeo, Wishiwashi, Pyukumuku, Alomomola, Luvdisc, Goldeen, etc. although he usually just does the cute ones. also tried to retaliate against Bakugou’s calling you Fish Face and that’s how you got the nickname Fish Cakes. Bc hey why don’t you call her something a little nicer? it’s ok, it’s actually kind sweet. He’s always cracking the lamest jokes that get you snickering bc of how bad they are. It’s an admirable skill, honestly. the two of you keep trying to figure out how to safely do a team-up together with your quirks!! you brought the issue up to the big-brained thinkers in your class like iida, momo, deku, shoto, bakugou, and got nothing. Somehow it turned into another analysis of Pokémon team ups with the rich kids squad being left in the dark. resulting in you and kaminari battling Izuku and Bakugou. And for being frienemies they sure make a good team. Not to fear! Team ThunderStorm will try again someday. For now you and Kaminari are not allowed in the pool at the same time.
—————
Tenya Iida thinks your quirk is very suitable to be a hero on the coast. He’s still mentally debating if it’s a good rainy season hero quirk or not. He’ll let you know when he come to a conclusion. appreciates your dedication to studying and training. You somehow make a pretty good work/life/school balance that he’s slightly envious of. Seriously how do you schedule so well?! What’s your secret?? Really sympathetic to your “water allergy” and is very good at managing liquids around you. Very frequently waves people with open water bottles away from you. You two take turns being stopwatch buddies for each other. There’s definitely a competition to see who’s faster in their element. Unfortunately you’ve been at a stalemate for the past few weeks. really can’t get over how you drink water like an astronaut tho. Using your quirk to drink without spilling. always making a loud sigh afterwards, low key drives him crazy. But he refrains, girls gotta do what a girls gotta do right?
—————
Mineta finds you an easy target. I mean, gorgeous body, no clothes, and you immediately drop to the ground with no chance of escape when in contact with water. You know this grape is on the case. keeps acquiring a spray bottle to use to spritz on you whenever you’re in the dormitory, or library, or gym, or cafeteria, or you get the picture. always “apologizing” when he spills something in your direction. Asking to help you back up, to which you normally mercilessly punt him across the room with your tail. Or sometimes you’re too bothered to touch him and will just move the water around his legs so he can’t move while you army crawl away. although normally you and Todoroki aren’t too far apart so Mineta usually gets a decent chilling while Todoroki comes over to help carry/drag you around. you always give the frozen block of pervert a smirk and wave from over Todoroki’s shoulder. The boy tall enough that holding you this way doesn’t have him tripping on your tail. Let me tell ya’ it hurts when someone like Denki is trying to carry you out of there. *sigh* you really hope Aizawa see’s the classes petition and kicks that scum out soon.

Regressor!Todoroki Headcanons
(with CG!Bakugou)
Tumblr media
In Shouto's case, regression isn't exactly new to him. He's been doing it without realizing for quite some time, those small moments away from his father blurring and lending to a softer self that he can't even remember ever getting to be. Though he never can regress for long, the sparse amount of time is enough of a balm to his psyche that he can continue down the path set before him. A smear of babyspace up to about four and a half, his regression becomes a sanctuary of sorts that help him cope with the harsh homelife he was born into and face what he must do in order to achieve his goal. And it becomes more frequent once he's out from under Endeavor's thumb and living at the UA dorms. All of the sudden he finds himself with a lot more privacy and free-time, despite his studies; this naturally results in more time for his mind to toddle down the rabbit hole of somewhere cottony-soft and safe—where he is no longer Endeavor's little breeding project success, no longer bearing the weight of the expectations of his father and by extent the world, but just a little boy who wasn't created for anyone else's selfish purposes. However, Shouto's level of social awareness isn't exactly the greatest, so he doesn't particularly see any need to hide his regression (And why should he? Mr. Aizawa said it was normal and healthy during that one lecture...). The only reason it takes so long for one of his classmates to figure it out is because he's pretty reserved for the most part. No, the only reason it does get noticed is because he's latched onto a certain someone.
Bakugou is, perhaps, the last person any of them (including Shouto himself) would have predicted he latch onto. But the increase in their proximity as they complete their supplementary hero licensing courses could be to blame. The increased amount of time together and the shared experience creates a familiarity that makes Shouto feel comfortable with him nearby. Enough so that, towards the midway point of their remedial classes, Shouto has started hanging around him more. Or more like trails after him like some lost little kid, Katsuki thinks (especially after having to deal with the elementary school kids the other day, he can definitely see some clingy similarities even if Icy Hot isn't nearly as annoying as those brats). But it's a noticeable change; Shouto always seems to want to walk to classes together now, wants to partner up with him during combat exercises, or even just wants to watch him cook in the communal kitchen in the dorms. Katsuki finds it annoying at first, but something tells him there's more to all of this. Maybe it's the way Shouto seems so trusting as he follows Katsuki's every move with wide eyes—or maybe the "something" telling him is Izuku. Because unbeknownst to either of them, Izuku is getting both ends of the story here and has no trouble piecing together what is going on. And so he hints at it the next time Katsuki starts griping about how Shouto needs to stop following him, only to get hit with Don't be a dumbass, Deku because of course he paid attention in their hero psych courses and...oh. So he is like some lost little kid. Some lost little kid that's picked him for whatever reason. The realization suddenly has him feeling a lot more protective over Icy Hot.
He decides to test if Izuku was actually right the next time their class has a movie night. Shouto has (somewhat predictably, at this point) seated himself next to Katsuki, subconsciously shifting closer as some of their louder classmates playfully argue over what movie to watch. Because arguing is still arguing, even if it is over something silly like whether or not they are watching Zootopia or Big Hero 6. Shouto is surprised when Katsuki asks which movie he wants to watch, and is even more surprised when he gets up to pop the disc into the DVD player. Nobody dares to argue with Katsuki, not with that challenging look he gives before totally ignoring them and flopping back down into his spot on the couch next to Shouto. The movie begins shortly after and the commotion has settled down with only the sounds of crunching popcorn interrupting the opening sequence. He leans into Katsuki's side as the other boy wordlessly offers him his popcorn, doesn't even notice as a protective arm slips around his shoulder when he tenses up as Tadashi is lost to the fire. And by the thirty minute mark, Shouto is slipping a lot smaller and a lot faster than he can remember, his fingers staying in his mouth too long to just be sucking at the buttery residue the popcorn left on his fingers. No one seems to pick up on the fact that he's regressing—no one save for Katsuki, who has been keeping a closer eye on Shouto than the film he's supposed to be watching. It's pretty clear that he's somewhere in the toddler range, though he manages to stay awake until the end of the movie when the rest of the class has either drifted off on the sofas or have meandered to bed. But it seems to be time to go night-night as far as Shouto can tell, and so he naturally toddles after Katsuki.
Baby Shouto, while being as quiet as is typical of his usual self, is not exactly sneaky. That is to say, he makes no efforts to hide the fact that he's following Katsuki to his room on the fourth floor instead of going on up to his on the fifth. But Katsuki pretty much expected this to happen and only gives a few huffs at being followed. Really, this isn't anything too new; this is just the natural progression of what's been building up, if anything. And so he starts to lay out the ground rules about how if Shouto is coming to his room, then he's gotta go to sleep, okay? Of course the baby agrees to this, changes into some spare pajamas Katsuki gives him and...proceeds to sit criss-cross applesauce on the bed and look up at him. Though he feels tired, the idea of a sleepover (his first sleepover!) is enough that he wants to stay awake and take it all in. Not really processing what it is Katsuki is telling him, he's instead looking around the room and processing his surroundings. The room is grown-up in that high-schooler sort of way—there's a clear personality to the room, from the posters on the walls to the way the clothes are strewn around the hamper to how Katsuki makes a point to light some incense after turning off the overhead and turning on the lamp. It actually has a sense of being lived in, a sense of warmth that is comforting and not suffocating, despite being a dorm room. And it is exactly what he always imagined it would be like to spend the night with one of his older siblings in their rooms, had he ever been allowed to. Perhaps it is the excitement of the situation or the novelty of it, but regardless he is (unintentionally) making problems by shaking his head "no" whenever Katsuki tries to persuade him to sleep. They spend a good twenty minutes going back and forth (or at least as back and forth as one can go with a toddle who is nonverbal, which for Katsuki is a surprising amount).
Eventually, Katsuki caves and decides to get Izuku's advice via a quick text. How do I get him to sleep? The text chime on his phone is near immediate as Izuku sends a bombardment of texts. He gets as far as Well, Toshi is usually pretty tired when he's small, but have you tried... before ignoring the wall of texts that he's been sent, and instead of replying types up a new message after casting a glance back at Shouto who is still watching him from the bed. A simpler one, that even Deku shouldn't be able to mess up. Do you have a pacifier you can loan me? And, despite the straightforward "yes or no" nature of the question, Izuku starts listing off colors and patterns. Katsuki tells him blue—only because it was the first one he listed—and finds Izuku at his door not even five minutes later with a small care package containing the promised paci along with a sippy, a throw blanket, and a plush kitty. He takes it with a nod, rolling his eyes at Izuku's encouraging thumbs-up before slamming the door in his face. He'll pay him back for the stuff come morning, but for now he needs to focus on the kid on his bed. Shouto takes the paci with an ease that belies the fact that they haven't done this a million times, makes grabby hands for the blankie and stuffie, and finally lays down when Katsuki tells him Alright, Candy Cane. Bedtime. It's a gentler nickname than what he usually calls him, and even as small as he is Shouto picks up on it with a flare of something warm in his chest and butterflies in his tummy.
Neither of them really talk about it the next morning, as neither are really the type to put things like that to words. Although Shouto is willing to answer Izuku's questions about if he liked the things in the care package or if he needs anything else, but that quickly gets shut down by Katsuki because he is handling it, Deku needs to go take care of his own brat now. It's an abrasive and overly defensive response to something seemingly inconsequential, but the sentiment that yes, he wants to be Shouto's cg is there. And really, that's all that matters to Shouto. Having someone that he can trust when he's so small, someone that wants to look after him and do it right? It's nice. Not to mention it's a lot more than he's used to, even if it's mostly just getting to stay a little closer to Katsuki throughout the day and having him be a reassuring presence. And if any of their classmates notice, they certainly don't mention it; why should they? Plenty of the others regress openly and so it isn't abnormal to see somebody with their paci in the common room. Though it might be a little surprising to see Shouto so little, especially when he's clinging to 1A's resident hot-head (who appears to calm at being able to dote on him in his own way).
While there's a lot that changes between them as Shouto feels out his regression more, the biggest change occurs after Katsuki visits his home during their work study with Endeavor. If he wasn't protective of the kid before he sure as hell is now. Throughout dinner he's making new rules for himself so that he can be better for his rugrat. The dinner also makes him realize a lot of things about Shouto that he hadn't before—like why he likes to watch him cook so much, because apparently it reminds him of his sister. Or why he gets so tickled at having his Baba do something for him as simple as make him his bottle or watch a cartoon with him. He never had any of those things to begin with, and their little trip makes it painfully obvious what kind of home life he has had (or lack thereof, as the case may be). So if Katsuki is extra gentle with him later when all the big emotions that he's been ignoring from his family dinner finally come seeping out? Don't make it a big deal, Candy Cane, he just thought he could use somebody to lean on. And maybe Shouto clings just a little bit tighter than usual and tries to hide away just a little bit more. But again, neither of them feel the need to put anything in words—there's comfort to be had in the silent understanding they've developed.

Let it all out.
MY HERO ACADEMIA - Kirishima x GN!Reader
Summary: After being rescued by the heroes during the Hassakai raid, the reader still felt uneasy and felt this tight grip on them. Everyone tried helping them but it didn’t seem to work until a boy changed that.
★☽A/N: I feel like people are struggling a lot so I thought “Why not make a one shot with Kirishima for anyone who’s comfort character is him!!” So I did. Just know that you are never alone and that you should seek help, let it all out to a friend or write it all out, just know that you’re never alone, there will always be that someone! :DD
Contents: A bit of angst - Trauma - Fluff - ED (Eating Disorder) - SH (Self harm)
Disclaimer: Quirk allows the reader to enhance their abilities, like strength, speed, agility, to an unhuman extent.
Tumblr media
★────★────★
!. You were a subject to Overhaul by the time you got your quirk (4yrs), you were experimented on and he would take your blood cells just to create a powerful drug to enhance one’s abilities, like strength, speed, and agility to an unhuman extent. But you were the one getting sacrificed and you hate it, you just want to get out of there.
!. Overhaul started to spread the drug with your blood cells around the country by the time you were 10. But a few months later, a new roommate comes, Eri.
!. You were disgusted by how Overhaul treats her, he may fancy her with toys her age would love, but it doesn’t change the fact that he used her quirk, “Rewind” to create a drug.
!. You loved the girl as a sister, she saw you as a sibling that would always help her at her time of need and of course, that’s true because you try and try to stop him from hurting her more but he would never listen! You saw Eri die over, over, and over again and he would just bring her back to life, that must’ve been traumatizing for a child.
★──★
★. There was a group of heroes planning for a rescue that's going to happen in the Hassaikai Headquarters. They have discovered that the bullet that had hit Tamaki was a quirk removing drug that they have called, "Quirk Killer bullet." With the help of Kirishima, they have managed to have the bullet that still had its contents inside, with the right people, they have discovered that it had human blood cells inside.
That made them feel disgusted.
★. Just when they thought it was just one girl.. Oh.. They were unfortunately wrong.
★. With the help of the police, they have also managed to get the enhancing drug from the thug that has attacked Kirishima. With a bunch of time spent, they have discovered that it also had human blood cells.
How sick can Overhaul be?!
★. Midoriya was more than determined to save not only the girl, but the other child as well.
★──★
★. A long time skip goes by and now you and Eri are safe.
★. Mr. Aizawa has been visiting to check on you and to ask questions about Overhaul. He was shocked that you have been there since you were four. He was glad that you knew how to use your quirk but to some extent.
★. A boy named Kirishima has been visiting every single day, always asking you how you been and always love talking about his day which was somehow nice and comforting to you.
★. Midoriya paid a little visit to you, saying that since you both were closer to age, you both could get along. You hesitated but learned to be comfortable around him as his visits turned into weeks.
★. From what Midoriya gathered, both you and Eri were unable to smile. It was as if Overhaul still had his tight and powerful grip on the both of you. He was even more determined to save the both of you again.
★──★
The boy and his classmates planned a concert and it was spectacular!! They were lights and many, many real effects that awed everyone, and Eri finally smiled!! She was freed from that grip, but not you.
It was after the concert, Eri was giddy with joy as she told all of her wonderful experiences during the concert, it brought Midoriya tears when he saw her smile.
“How about you, Y/N?” Midoriya asked the kid beside Mirio, but they didn’t answer, they just kept on their straight face with their face down. ‘He’s still not saved..’ Midoriya was sad, they were still not smiling at all. “It was.. Very colorful..” They commented in a soft, hesitant tone.
The boy was about to say something but Mineta had called out and called him lazy for just standing around. The boy apologized and excused himself and got back to doing his work along with his classmates
"C'mon! Let's leave them with their work, alright?" Mirio called out and Eri and Y/N walked with him out of the gym and back to the main building. Y/N was deep in thought as they walked through U.A. "Hey,Y/N, are you okay?" Mirio asked with a worried tone, Y/N flinched by their name getting called, "Huh? Oh.. Yeah- I– I'm fine." Y/N stuttered which made Mirio worry more.
The thing is, Y/N wasn't fine. They were inflicted by Overhaul's actions and was thinking about the horrid man everyday. It was as if they still felt attached to him because he was the closest and only thing the 14 year old had for a father, a terrible father. They felt like they had betrayed their father figure.
They don’t even have any memories of their parents, only fragments of them and they weren’t nice fragments. Their parents were always neglectful until they just abandoned the child to a cruel man, it was because of them that they had to suffer experiments over, and over, and over again.
★────────
[READER’S POV]
I hate this.. I want this to stop..
It was the same nightmare over and over again. Getting disassembled and experimented by Overhaul was too much for my brain, I just want it to stop!! It hurts so much.
I try so hard to keep it in so many times but when I’m alone, I just break out in sobs and hiccups. I don’t want anyone to worry about me, I’m just fine and I don’t need anyone to help me, I’m used to being alone with no help and this is no different.
I woke up with sweaty palms, I had trouble breathing normally so I tried my best to slow down my rapid breathing. I eventually calmed down and grabbed a drink from my minifridge and drank all of it up at once, I was still panting after that nightmare, shit.
I just stood up and sat onto my gaming chair in my dorm room and played for hours. It was 3.05 AM but who cares? I can’t go back to that horrible dream so, I may as well just play video games until I sleep in a pool of darkness. The screen shined brightly when I turned it on, I opened [GAME NAME] and started playing. By the time it was broad daylight, it was already 7AM. It was a Sunday and there was no practice and training for my quirk for me today so I just focused on the game as the time went by.
There was a lot of commotion that was heard, they were being so loud. A sudden knock was sounded on my door, I turned to look but didn;t respond. “It’s already lunch time right now, so I wanted to bring you your lunch. You like [F/F], right?” Midoriya spoked with his usual positive voice. I could tell he’s gone as the footsteps faded away. I got off my chair and slowly walked towards my door and opened it, seeing my plate of food, I just closed back my door.
I didn’t eat it, I just let it out and it became cold and disgusting. I was too used to eating from one time a day to nothing, I could easily go an entire day with no food, I would feel sick whenever I eat more than once.
★──★
By the time Deku went back to grab Y/N’s plate, it was still there and was now cold. Deku felt worried as he stared at Y/N’s door. He went down stairs to put back the plate and to put the lunch into a takeout plastic as leftovers. “Hey, Midoriya! You okay, man?” Kirishima asked as he walked up to Midoriya. “Not really, Y/N haven’t eaten anything.” Deku said, Kirishima looked at the lunch that was now cold and felt worried as well for the H/C friend. “Do you think they have an eating disorder? I only saw them eat once.. Or never even!!” Kirishima was now kinda panicking a bit for the person.
The boy started having a crush on the H/C kid since he was always visiting and hanging out with Y/N after the raid. Even if Kirishima didn’t know whether the individual even likes guys/girls, or anyone!
“I’m going to go check on him.” Kirishima said to Midoriya who nodded in response. The boy went up in the elevator and walked to Y/N’s door, he knocked. “Hey, Y/N? You haven’t eaten anything, are you alright?” Kirishima asked with his caring voice, Y/N didn’t respond, “Y/N?” He called out again but to no response. “Hey, look, if you ever need to- express your feelings, you can come to my room, alright? It’s just a floor up. I want to try to help you but if you don’t need that then it’s completely fine! I’m just offering some support.” Kirishima said before walking away. Just as he opened the elevator, a hand grabbed his arm, he turned around to see Y/N in a mess, they had a maroon colored hoodie with black shorts underneath, their hair was a complete mess and you could see their eyes were red from crying.
★──★
“So, what’s up?” Kirishima asked.
The two were in his room and on his bed. Y/N was seated at the end of it, while Kirishima was at the front. Y/N just kept quiet, worried if Kirishima wasn’t gonna take what they had to say. “Look, take your time.” Kirishima assured, which made Y/N more comfortable with the situation.
After a few minutes, they started to talk.
“I feel like throwing up every time I eat more than once or even anything. I stopped eating, I excessively worked out, I took laxatives, and I started to throw up food that I have eaten. Hell.. I even started to throw up after every meal. I stopped eating with you guys since you guys would be worried if I didn’t eat my food. I just lock myself in my room and play video games endlessly. I think the only things I consumed were water, protein shakes, and plain brewed coffee. My ribs have become more visible, I look like a skeleton. I don’t want to eat, I’m too used to never eating. I feel like I would be punished for eating, my stomach won’t agree with me and I feel like my mind has been going insane. I've been having these nightmares back when I was with Overhaul and I feel like I betrayed him, he was like– My father figure, despite his poor treatment towards me.” Y/N finished venting, it felt better after they let it out, like a small weight had been lifted from their shoulders.
Y/N felt total awkwardness when Kirishima wasn’t saying anything. Did they say too much? Just before Y/N was gonna apologize, a huge hug embraced them. Kirishima was hugging them tightly, like they were gonna vanish. “I’m so sorry that you feel like this!!” Kirishima said but Y/N didn’t hear that, they just felt the ringing in his ears.
A panic attack?
“I’m- I’m sorry but- Can you stop hugging me?” Y/N managed to stutter out, “Ah! Omg, I’m so sorry, I didn’t ask.” Kirishima apologized again before letting go, then he realized Y/N’s heavy breathing. He was gonna say something to help them but decided to take a different route. “Hey, hey, look at me, Y/N.” Kirishima said, which Y/N obliged.
“Breathe slowly, or you won't calm down” Kirishima said but Y/N was still panicking a lot. “Is it alright if I can hold your hands?” Kirishima asked softly, extending his hands out for Y/N to grab and they grabbed hard while looking at Kirishima with panicked eyes.
“Repeat after me, N/N.” Kirishima told Y/N as he demonstrated calm breathing. Breathe in, breathe out, they repeated Kirishima’s breathing until they managed to calm their breathing and no longer stressed and panicked.
“How do you feel?” Kirishima asked, trying to let go but Y/N held his hands tighter. “Be-Better.” They responded, slowly caressing Kirishima’s hands as a way to soothe themself.
The silence was actually comforting. They just sat in silence with Y/N holding Kirishima’s hands, stroking them gently which soothed them.
“Erm- I’m sorry.” Y/N’s apology stopped the silence, “Hm?” “I’m sorry for dumping all of this on you.” They apologized, “Oh! No, no, no! You shouldn’t apologize, you just needed someone to tell these things to.” He said.
Y/N choked a sob, tearing up. Y/N let go of his hands and hugged him.
“Thank you, Ejirou.”

School Is In Session: GN Reader fluff
Day One of Teacher's Pet
Notes: You visit your boyfriend during a work day.
Warnings:
Characters involved: Aizawa, Gojo, Ukai
Gender-neutral reader, you/yours
Shota Aizawa
A small sigh escaped his lips as Shota leaned back in his seat, with his eyes almost automatically slipping shut in order to block out the world around him.
After yet another eventful day with 1A, all Aizawa wanted to do was sleep the rest of the day away, but the pile of paperwork before him meant that wouldn't be happening any time soon.
Usually, Shota would have already forced himself to start but today he found himself sinking further into his seat as he attempted to calm his mind.
However, his calmness was robbed the second he felt a set of hands rest on his shoulders, causing the raven-haired hero to jump up from his seat in alarm.
"Whoa babe relax, it's just me."
The familiar sound of your voice helped quell his nerves, but Shota still found himself feeling on-edge as he turned to face you.
"What are you doing here?"
"We haven't seen each other for a while and well- I decided to drop by and visit you."
The way your gaze sunk to the ground as you spoke made it clear that you were embarrassed at the whole ordeal, yet Shota found himself easing back into his chair and letting out a soft smile at the sight.
Suddenly, he felt his tiredness seep away as he tugged you to his side, making you sit down on the seat beside him.
"Hmm want to help me sort this out?"
A small laugh fell from your lips as you leaned back against him, with your hand almost automatically falling to tread through his hair.
"How about you do the paperwork, and I'll be your moral support?"
Shota usually wasn't one for affection, but with you by his side, he couldn't help but feel a sense of safety.
Gojo Satoru
The courtyard seemed eerily silent as the white-haired man made his way through it, noticing the obscure absence of his students who were due to attend a class, his class, in about ten minutes.
The sight made the hairs on the back of his neck stand up as Gojo quickly went into defensive mode, one thought after the other racing through his mind as he spun in a circle, however, he was quick to come to a stop once his gaze settled on a sole figure that he hadn't noticed before.
"What are you doing here?"
Gojo hadn't meant to come off as rude, yet you seemed unaffected by his tone as you finally moved forward to join him in the centre of the courtyard.
"'Toru, don't be mad but-"
The small sigh you let out only served to worsen his anxiety, however, it was quelled the second he felt your hand clasp his.
"-You've just been working so hard lately and been going on so many missions just to come back and do classes, so I decided to help you get a break today."
He hummed for a second, allowing himself to rationally process the information before he lashed out.
Gojo Satoru was the strongest.
He didn't need people to care or look out for him.
Yet the fact that you cared enough to look out for his wellbeing only served to warm his heart.
"Please tell me you have something fun planned for today."
A small chuckle fell from your lips as you tugged your now interlaced hands, leading Saturo towards a corner of the courtyard he barely paid attention to before.
"Of course."
Keishin Ukai
The volleyball thudded to the ground with a large echo, with the sound drawing everyone's attention away from the court to instead oggle at the new intruder.
A person who had barely escaped a face full of Tanaka's serve.
A soft squeak was heard from the corner of the room, and not a second later a familiar blond was by your side with a stupid grin on his face.
"Did you just receive that?"
"You're the one who insisted on teaching me volleyball."
Ukai couldn't help but let out an incredulous laugh as he tugged on your arm, leading you further into the gym as you continued speaking.
"You're also the one who insisted on showing me how good your boys are."
The statement made the crowd of teenage boys before you perk up as they turned to listen to their coach's response.
"That I did. But I didn't know you would come today."
You shrugged at his words, leaning forward to plant a small peck on his cheek as you took the seat beside the team manager your boyfriend had sometimes mentioned.
"I was free."
"Well-"
Ukai clapped his hands together in what could be seen as a way to grab everyone's attention but really was a way to try and ignore the light pink blush now dusting his cheeks.
"Make me proud boys!"
When you had left work and dropped by Karasuno High School that day you hadn't anticipated spending the rest of the day over there, but as you settled down beside Ukai to watch the third match of the day, you realised that you were glad to have been there.
The Karasuno boys volleyball team had become a huge part of Ukai's life lately, and you were glad to be able to understand it.

Bakugou x Scaramouch reader
Tumblr media
(Y/N) never felt human, and she wasn't. She was simply a puppet, created for the sole person of being a tool for somebody else's benefit. Her existence wasn't for her own sake, she was only to follow orders. She was to endure every experiment she was subjected to, no matter how painful. (Y/N) wasn't a human, she was a puppet with a cold, empty chest. So why did she feel so many human emotions, emotions that caused her to be deemed a failure by those who had created her? To be thrown away like a piece of trash. (Y/N) felt lost, in a twisted way, the people who created her, the ones who made her life hell were the same people who gave her a s sense of purpose. The girl became a wander, traveling alone, trying to find a reason to live. (Y/N) tried to make friends, she tried to find a human who wouldn't hurt or betray her. She met a young man, someone who worked to build equipment for heroes. That was her first friend, but even that didn't last. She was betrayed a second time. Afterward, she met a young boy, a boy filled with innocence. He paid no mind to the fact that she was a puppet. But tragedy struck when he died, leaving her behind. To her, this was the third time she had betrayed, and after that, she understood that humans couldn't be trusted.
(Y/N) became cold and closed off, pushing people away. She became cold and angry, after three betrayals (Y/N) began to wander again, still struggling to find a purpose in her life. What purpose did a puppet have without someone controlling it?
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
"This is your new classmate, (Y/N)" Aizawa stated, standing in front of his students. Next to him stood a short girl with pale skin, purple hair, and eyes that held anger in them. She had her arms crossed as she glanced at each of the students, lips drawn into a thin line. It was obvious she wasn't interested in making friends.
"You can sit next to Bakugo" the teacher said, the blond hesitantly raised his hand and the girl looked over at him, eyes narrowing when she made eye contact with him. Without a word (Y/N) made her way to the empty seat and took her place. She crossed her arms over her chest.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
"Do you ever shut up?" (Y/N) asked, staring at the angry blond with a look of disinterest on her face. Her lips were drawn into a thin line as Bakugo glared at her, his crimson eyes full of rage.
"You wanna fight, I'll kick your ass!" He shouted as loudly as he could. The volume of his voice had no effect on (Y/N) who simply stood there, unamused by the whole situation.
"That would be a waste of my time" she stated, looking away from the boy, this only made him angrier but before he could lunge at her the door to the classroom opened and Aizawa walked in. He looked at the two students as if waiting for them to try something. (Y/N) let out an annoyed huff as she made her way back to her seat, Bakugo crossed his arms, doing the same.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
That night, Bakugo found himself unable to sleep, usually, he didn't have this problem but now he was laying in bed wide awake. He rolled over on his side, letting out a frustrated sigh. The blond threw his legs over the side of his bed before making his way out of his dorm. He figured he needed some fresh air to clear his head. The hallway was silent as Bakugo found himself mindlessly walking down to the common room. He raised an eyebrow when he noticed a light on. Bakugo walked closer, the sound of crying filling his ears. That's when he spotted a figure hunched over as they sat on the couch. They were sobbing, their back jolting each time they did. The blond stood there for a moment before slowly approaching the person. He was surprised to see that it was (Y/N) sitting on the couch. She had her head buried in her hands. He took another step forward, the sound of his footsteps alerting the girl to his presence. (Y/N)'s breath hitched as she looked up, making eye contact with the blond. The two stared at each other, neither of them saying anything. Tears slid down her cheek, which she tried to wipe away as quickly as she could.
"Shouldn't you be asleep, what are you doing awake?" She asked, her voice harsh.
"I could ask you the same thing" he replied, a gruff tone in his voice/. (Y/N) muttered something under her breath as she tried to calm herself down.
"It's none of your business" (Y/N) told him, looking away from the blond feeling embarrassed. Bakugo let out a sigh before walking over to the couch. Without saying anything he took a seat next to the girl and the two of them sat in silence.
"Do you wanna talk about it?" He asked, surprising the girl. She looked at him, a bewildered look in her eyes.
"Why do you care?" Her voice rang out.
"If you wanna talk about it, then you can. You don't have to bottle that shit up" the blond stated. There was another pause before (Y/N) finally spoke.
"I don't have a purpose, do I?" The girl asked, confusing the boy. He looked over at her for a moment.
"What makes you think you don't?"
"I'm just a puppet, what's the point in my existence?" (Y/N) continued, tears welling up in her eyes. Bakugo huffed, trying to think of something to say.
"Sometimes, you have to find your own reason for living," he told her. there was yet another pause between the two as (Y/N) stared up at the boy stunned. A smile slowly began to appear on her face as she sniffled.
"Thanks," she said in a quiet voice. Bakugo didn't notice it, but a smile also appeared on his face. He watched as (Y/N) stood up from the couch and made her way back to her room.

BNHA - Villain!Mic AU: How to Date a Cryptid
Put Your Hands Up!
After their first meeting on the rooftop Mic gets a little bit obsessed with the terrifying shadow man with red eyes (particularly since the newbie hero (her name is GlitterBomb) was high key terrified of him). At first he thinks oh, fellow villain.
But that is a no go because the next time he sees the guy (actually sees him and not the sleep deprived shadow man) he’s tossing a group of thieves at the police and lecturing them about doing something more constructive with their lives. And they are not at all thrilled to hear it. But he’s weirdly kind about the whole thing and Mic is even more intrigued because this random nobody hero (?) actually seems to care about where the villains end up.
Tumblr media
And Mic, in his super obvious disguise (which is like a leather trench coat that's been bedazzled to hell and back) is peeking out around the corner is like, 'okay cool the red-eyed-cryptid is a hero, I guess? Also what the hell kind of name is Eraser?'
He notes that the police are very obviously averting their gazes and saying things like:
‘Yes, these villains tied themselves up and turned themselves over to the police. No, there was no hero intervention at all.’ And Eraser just salutes and casually slingshots himself up onto the power lines.
And proceeds to run along them like a demented cat... 'cute!'
This all just tickles Mic's hyper fixation more because ‘what kind of hero doesn’t like publicity?
....This one, this one hates the media:
Tumblr media
Regardless, Mic is low key touched that this random cryptid that haunts the rooftops is telling two bit criminals to do something better with their lives rather than calling them worthless wastes of space and condemning them to a lifetime in Tartarus. The natural showman in Mic is very interested by the man that’s so underground he completely rejects any and all credit for his capture. How does he get paid? Does he get paid? Does his weird cryptid hero need a sugar daddy perchance?
So he decides to investigate more.
Only the next time he runs into Eraser at night he’s watching one of those limelight heroes do his damn best to beat the tar out of him and Mic watches as the object of his fun new obsession is literally thrown into the trash by some asshole hero.
Tumblr media
He’s cute and snarky about it which shouldn’t be as attractive as it is. And the asshole lime lighter gets two steps closer and threatens to arrest him and Mic decides nope~
And makes his displeasure known with a targeted siren head screeching that literally makes the hero piss himself and flee.
Tumblr media
And Aizawa just looks at him with a clear WTF expression.
‘That was a hero you know,’ Eraser says flatly, not even bothering to get up out of the trash heap.
Mic shrugs, his shoulders knocking up against the directional speaker with a low thunk. ‘So, I’m the bad guy, remember.’
He watches as Eraser squints up at him. Mic would say you can almost see the steam coming out of his ears with how hard his brain is working. It’s probably the concussion. He obviously has a concussion. Is this one of those ‘go to the hospital’ things? Should he pick Eraser up and take him home with him? That would be the neighbourly, good citizen thing to do, right?
Suddenly, Eraser clicks his tongue irritably and points somewhere slightly to Mic's left.
‘You’re that loud asshole who scared the glitter kid and ruined the only chance at a solid eight hours I've had in a month.’
Mic does not know how to respond to that other than, ‘and your the beautiful monster that has been haunting my night terrors like a sleep paralysis demon. Do you want to get some coffee?’
And proceeds to tie up the heavily concussed Eraserhead and take him on an impromptu kidnapping/date at a unassuming coffee shop (which he may or may not have broken into).
Poor Aizawa, who has never been on a date in his life can't really see straight, has no clue what' going on. The only thing he's thinking is, 'oh god, I have to be at work in three hours.' But he can't really get a word in edgewise what with the world spinning around him and Mic monologuing his TRAGIC BACKSTORY at him.
And that is how Present Mic got his first date with the cryptid vigilante who freaked him out so much he yeeted himself off a roof.
He's very pleased with the outcome all things considered.
Even when Eraser Sparta Kicks him into a duck pond the next time they meet and he almost drowns.

Tumblr media
The day finally came.
After weeks of sorting papers, signing documents and more stressful actions can now be paid off.
They'll meet their new son soon.
It had been a while since they wanted another kid since both Hitoshi and Eri took over the place. There wasn't any room for anything new.
Though, after some talking. And explaining. The two are happy to welcome a new member to the family.
Especiallly Eri.
Oh how excited she was when she found out, she can finally become a big sister.
The two children stayed at the house so they could give their new sibling a warm welcome, while Shouta and Hizashi picked him up from the orphanage.
The car pulled up right in front of the orphanage, now was the moment. Before they got out of the car they made sure they had everything needed.
Blankets and pillows were present in the passenger seat, and the 'Director' mentioned that the kid they adopted was quite a sleeper.
Nonetheless, from that word. They knew he'd fit right in.
The soon-to-be parents of the child had gotten out of the car, waiting for the Director to escort their son out of the orphanage.
The door of the orphanage had opened and a familiar tall man came out with a child carrying his suitcase with a teddy bear in hand.
They walked towards the two pro heroes, both happy to welcome their, new member of the family.
The Director had talked to Shouta and Hizashi for a bit then fled back to the orphanage, leaving the boy with them.
"Hey, bud... We'll be your parents now, that okay with you?"
The kid just stared at the man with glasses who welcomed him softly, his reaction to that was to hide his face into his teddy bear.
The adults chuckled a bit before they introduced themselves.
After when they got the kid's trust he finally spoke.
"What's your name bud?"
"My name is (Name) and I'm (insert preschool age)....."
The heroes smiled.
"You have a wonderful name, would you like to go inside the car and nap for a bit?"
(Name) only stared at the two for a second before nodding, he wasn't about to take down the offer to nap.
Hizashi or 'Mic' placed the suitcase of the boy in the trunk of the car, while Shouta or 'Aizawa' was making (Name) get comfortable in the car.
After a little bit of settling in, (Name) was sleeping soundlessly. A blanket over his body while hugging his teddy bear.
Hizashi adjusted his rearview mirror to check on the kid at the back.
He couldn't help but smile.
They finally had a new family member.
Another person they can love unconditionally, another person to make sure the other two were out of trouble.
And by the way, he acts.
He'll fit perfectly into their family.
They just know it...
~ To Be Continued ~
