I was just drawing silly sketches for Cass' AU and when I got to April it struck me that seeing her again might be well, kind of rough for Donnie.

Wonder if it was the first time he realised even after everything he's done, there's some things you just can't bring back.

Casey's learning the meaning of family

This is a fan comic inspired by Cass' Apocalyptic Series and is just my own little fan art of how Donnie and Casey could have gotten closer!

Damian, handing Bruce a piece of paper with a very neat calendar on it: father, I will be taking a step back from my participation in our nightly patrols. I have carefully considered factors such as, but not limited to, school tests, most likely days for breakouts and when other people will be available. Here is my schedule.

Bruce: any particular reason you are stepping back from Robin?

Damian: I have reached an acceptable age and am by far mature enough, so I will be participating in Ramadan this year, father. Afterwards I will pick my duties up as normal, but with changed sleeping and eating patterns, this is the most logical step for now.

Bruce, who grew up with a jewish mother and christian father who were intent to raise him on some weird mix of the two, then a second father who was atheist, proceeded to lose his entire way in any form of religion due to losing himself in his teen years, took in Jewish boy, then a catholic one with religious trauma, then an atheist one who had no idea how to even approach the idea of religion, followed up by a pagan girl and already making seven different mental lists of things he will need to research, how to add aspects of Islam into their weird family holidays and trying desperately to show his support for his son: ....hnn

Okay okay okay, I saw Tap did a dystopian version of her sona, so here we go.

My dude would be a robot salesman at an underground and very fucking illegal cybernetics store~

big fan of the trope that is separate hero teams working with their respective bats but not knowing that they're Bats- and once they find out they go "Batman has KIDS?!?" but once it's known it becomes SO BLARINGLY OBVIOUS. the "how did we not notice before" kind of obvious.

Dick's glare (once you've done something to deserve it) definitely rivals Batman's. Jason's confident and sly smirks whenever he solves something can be seen on the Bat every time he's working. Tim's 'displeased and thinking' face is all Batman. Not to mention all of them lurk in the shadows and appear out of nowhere 90% of the time and are all crazy smart. Of course, if you told any of them that they were acting like Batman they'd throw up on the spot.

And last put certainly not least, portraits! I had so much fun drawing @somerandomdudelmao's sea turtle au! I just had to draw them when I first saw their designs!! Leo has my favorite design, but Donnie is my favorite to draw. And adding their patterns was just so satisfying. I want to thank Cass for these beautiful designs they made and for letting me make art of them. I can't wait to draw them more in the future!

I just realized that Jason wasn't alive during Dick's mullet phase. I thought he was because most fics have Jason making fun of Dick for his mullet, but only Tim got to see Dick's mullet in all of it's glory. I mean maybe Jason saw the beginings of it, when the mullet was just past the nape of his neck, but he definitely didn't see Dick's mane

ik i have exams next week and i should be studying but,,,,robot cool,,,,brother sad,,,,,,new art tablet,,,,,,,can you blame me?

also idk how exactly the robot was hooked up in his little room, but i kind of wanted it to resemble Raphbot with all his wires and plugs during the whole "battery thing"

Wow, just wow. @somerandomdudelmao, your series was incredible. I only found your comic in July and I didn’t become an active tumblr user/follower till September, but I’m so glad I got to watch this project come to a close. The ROTTMNT fandom wouldn’t be the same without you and your comic. You’ve inspired so many people, including me, and I just want to say thank you, Cass. Thank you for making my year a little bit brighter. Thank you for reigniting my love of art. Thank you for creating. Thank you for existing.

You’re no longer just some random dude lmao. You’re the creature who fixed the apocalypse, the creature who brought together thousands of people and built a family. A family of turtles and fans.

In honor of C.A.S I wanted to color and animate the final panel of the comic. Im still learning color theory and digital art but you’ve inspired me to improve, and what better way to start than with the end? It was a beautiful ending, so perfectly paced and full of a peaceful hope twinged with a bittersweet sadness. Your comic might be done, but this turtle family will live on forever.
