Been working on this for the last couple of days! I haven't quite completed it, still feel like it's missing something. But I'm fairly new to embroidery and super proud of myself!!! Plus I need to dissolve the stabiliser and put it on a hoop.
Any ideas what to add for the Fig pizzazz? I'm not sure. Or is it good as is haha.

I was given this yellow sweatshirt with a big meh logo on it, so I made a quilted patch and now it's a favourite!

This took so much patience and time, I am not completely satisfied with it, but still proud I finished it! One of my favorite set of panels in the manga

i created this beginner's cross stitch pattern in march 2022 & since then it has raised $340 for the transgender education network of texas through etsy sales. now due to the ever-changing nature of legal threats to trans families, i'm choosing to switch focus & donate all future proceeds to equality florida, FL's only statewide lgbtq+ civil rights organization. the pattern is only $5 & comes as a pdf file that you can download instantly. cross stitch is a relaxing, inexpensive hobby that's easy to pick up & has endless creative possibilities. this quick & simple pattern is a good excuse to learn if you've been wanting to! if you elect to donate more than $5 to equality FL via their donation page, message me & let me know & i'll send you the pattern for free. 🏳️🌈❤️🏳️⚧️

Notes below the cut! 💚💚💚
Ok so it takes very little encouragement to make me show off more of my sewing/embroidery escapades (thanks @sundropglass for the kind notes left on my last post!)
It's one thing that I really don't have a good place to share, and no one else in my life finds it particularly interesting, so it's nice to occasionally babble about! So here are all my current dolls on the "to be finished eventually" pile- left to right in the group image, we have a doll made for my great Aunt who lives a few states away, who I've been calling Ginger and has an ivy/spring theme (it was originally meant to be christmas themed, but I SERIOUSLY missed Christmas so I've since changed it), then a wolf girl who went for at least a year without limbs, hair or a design in mind! She's the largest doll I've ever made and she's such a pain to make clothing for- currently she's wearing an underskirt I made for the white fox doll that was WAY too big for her, and her original top is now on my other doll, pictured under her little vest. Next is my yet unnamed doll, with a bit of a purple theme- she was one of my earlier dolls, and was a huge step up in my creative abilities from the weird little things I was cobbling together from tshirt scraps! And then after that is my white fox girl, also unnamed, with her little scar (I was too lazy and not confident enough to copy the other eye at the time) whose dress I showed off earlier. It's finished now, though I'd like to add an underskirt and mayyyyyybe touch up that apron with an embroidered border or trim to hide some of my ugly stitches, lol! Any suggestions are MORE than welcome, especially if anyone has any tips for patterning clothes for a soft doll- my pile of doll clothing that doesn't fit anyone right is waaaay too big...
Also naming suggestions!! Please if anyone has ideas, I've been completely dumbfounded by what to call these ladies. I have a few other older dolls I might also show off someday, but who knows?
