Characters: Gojo Satoru / Toji Fushiguro / Ryomen Sukuna / Nanami Kento.

Gojo Satoru:

Satoru has been very busy with endless missions lately, getting home really late.

To ease your lonliness, you started gaming.

Well till it turned into addiction.

You were kinda mad at him for not making time for you or at least speak to the higher-ups to take some days off.

But you never talked that out with him, since you didn't have the chance to express yourself.

He surprisingly arrived early tonight, excited to spend the night cuddling with you while watching movies.

But he didn't expect you to have your eyes glued on the screen in front of you while gaming like a maniac.

The room echoed with the sounds of keystrokes and game music.

He jumped in excitement to surprise you but no reaction.

“huh? baby! Im hooome”

“hey” you smiled unenthusiastically at him and quickly turned your focus back on your game.

He raised his eyebrow, watching as you delve into your virtual world, a world seemingly more captivating than his presence.

Would try everything to bring your attention towards him.

He knows his touch makes you weak, so he leaned in wrapping his arms around your shoulders, kissing the top of your head, wishing to draw your attention away from your screen.

“I missed you so much babygirl”

His attempt failed miserably, you just hummed in return completely ignoring him.

When his affection didn't work he started teasing you attempting to provoke you and get a reaction out of you.

“You sure you can play this game? I feel like you suck at this”.

When his teasing fell on a deaf ear as well, his frustration reached its peak.

His calm and amused voice turned into an annoyed tone.

“ARE YOU REALLY GONNA IGNORE ME FOR THAT STUPID GAME Y/N?” he would yell in an unusual harsh tone.

The question hang in the air as it left you momentarily stunned.

“Why the hell are you yelling?” you would question.

“Oh so now I got your attention?! I've been trying to talk to you for half an hour now and all what you did is playing your stupid game”.

His anger was very evident.

He would remove his blindfold throwing it somewhere in your shared bedroom.

“So you got mad because I was focusing on playing my game but you didn't consider that I'm probably the one who's mad because you're never home” you let out of everything, confronting him.

“you're comparing this stupid game to my job?”

Oh boy he fucked up, he didn't get the whole point.

After raging and snapping at you he would give you the silent treatment.

Of course his narcissistic ass wouldn't apologize first.

He's convinced that it's your fault even though he was offensive as well.

You would eventually say sorry and he'll show you his bright smile at the spot.

Both of you would talk things out and find a solution to spend more time together.

“so we good now baby?...can we cuddle?”

“yeah Satoru just lemme finish this round” you would joke.

Toji Fushiguro:

As much as he enjoys your giggles and the way you throw cute tantrums while playing, he HATES IT when you're completely engrossed in your game, oblivious to the way he's sitting there watching you.

Kinda paradoxical.

He wished to have you in his arms.

Or having you on his lap while making out.

But all of these were just thoughts crossing his mind cuz you don't seem like you're finishing your game any time sooner.

And that annoyed him to the core.

“y/n, y/n ?”

“HOW LONG IS THIS GOING TO TAKE”.

You didn't even hear him with having your headset on.

He's very possessive of you and he wants all of your attention to himself.

Especially when you started chatting with your friends, while playing together.

That shit was his last straw.

“Thats it...get your ass over here y/n”

You would look at him in disbelief.

Mouthing “my friends heard you”

“oh trust me I don't give A SINGLE FUCK” he would yell again.

You apologized to your friends and quickly paused the game.

“Are you out of your mind Toji why did you say that”.

“Why did you apologize to your friends while I'm the one you should apologize to”

He would stand up approaching you, narrowing his eyes, clearly pissed.

His giant figure making you take a step back, trapping you between him and your desk.

“Now what should I do to you for ignoring me for too long huh?” he whispered.

You started stuttering, his strong aura did things to you.

His narrow eyes piercing through you, sending shivers down your spine.

“I- I'm s-sorry” you gulped.

“What a good girl...now turn off that computer before I smash it and get your ass on the bed”

Well you had no other options, so you obeyed him.

Unless you want to act bratty which will result in him punishing the hell out of you.

Would spend the whole night cuddling you, literally smashing you in his strong arms, never letting go of you. 🫶🏻🥹

“But Toji I really need to use the bathroom”.

“Nuh-uh”.

Ryomen Sukuna:

Two possibilities, whether you're too bold or you're suicidal and have a death wish to test this man's patience.

They just released this new game and you're completely obsessed with it.

You would spend hours playing it, luckily Sukuna was busy with some things so he didn't notice the way that game took your whole attention and energy.

He wants to be the one taking all of your time and energy.

But when he does notice, oh god, run or pray for your life.

“y/n come here let me kiss you”

“one second!!!”

He would look at you in disbelief.

Cocking his eyebrow, while leaning back .

Even though your back was facing him, you could feel the daggers he was sending your way.

“I said NOW”

“Please baby, I'm winning be there in a sec-”

You didn't even get to finish your sentence when he threw your whole set up off of your desk.

Your eyes would widen in shock.

You don't know if you should feel sad that your whole gaming set up got destroyed or scared that you're the one about to get destroyed.

“You dare to ignore me.. that's bold of you y/n” he would say in his deep voice, making your chest tighten.

“I'll only allow this once, there won't be a second time... do you understand?”

You would nod immediately.

He would throw you on his shoulder taking you to your shared bedroom.

“You need to be taught a lesson after all”

Of course he wouldn't apologize that he got angry at you.

I mean, it's Sukuna we're talking about.

The next day, Sukuna would surprise you with a new gaming computer with complete setup.

You've never imagined him doing this gesture but you truly appreciated that the king of curse actually considered your feelings.

“I don't understand what humans find so entertaining in this game... you should try murder is much more fun..”

You would happily unbox it and place it on your desk.

“Now, Doll next time when I tell you to stop you stop immediately without any stupid excuses”.

Nanami Kento:

Would be home after a long day at work.

Brings dinner with him and expects both of you to eat together while talking about your day and future plans for the weekend.

Only to find you in a dark room, only your computer screen glowing.

“y/n I'm home darling!”

“oh hey there baby” you would simply say eyes still glued on the game.

He wouldn't think much of it even though you were used to jump on him, embracing him in a long hug and telling him how much you missed him.

But lately all what you've been occupied with is this game.

Would give you space, while he takes his time to shower, prepare the table for both of you to have dinner.

“y/n dinner is ready, let's eat”

“yeah yeah I'll be there in a sec Kento” you said, agressively pressing the buttons on your controller.

He would sigh and head to the kitchen, to wait for you there.

Half an hour has passed, an hour and you didn't show up yet.

“shit” you said to yourself when you checked the time.

You ran downstairs to find him on the couch watching TV.

You slowly approached him and sat next to him.

“ken-”

“you don't have to say anything y/n”.

Your heart ached because you know you screwed up.

He would ignore you, his eyes fixated on the big screen in front of him.

You would place your hand on his lap but he would reject you.

“Kento please”

He would start lecturing you.

“You know, that was extremely childish y/n.. I've been waiting for us to have dinner together since the moment I left the morning.. that's what keeps me going.. knowing that I'll come back home to find you..but you did what? you ignored me”

He would be really furious but he kept it to a low and cold tone.

No matter how much he gets pissed he'll never raise his voice at you.

You would look down, embarrassed and feeling extremely guilty.

“I'm your husband y/n , lately you're not fulfilling your duties towards me like I do to you..”.

He is a responsible man, and he believes in efforts from both sides.

You would end up crying.

And he'll end up apologizing even though it was your mistake from the beginning.

He hates seeing you cry, especially because of him.

He regretted getting angry at you.

Between sobs you managed to explain to him that you were trying to win an award by getting the first place in this game.

Would bring you to his chest, holding you close.

“shh I'm sorry.. that's okay. I understand. I'm sorry if my words were harsh”

Would wipe your tears.

Doesn't go to work the next day and spends the day with you while you teach him how to play.

i just want to say i love your little drawings so much they're adorable and so full of life and everything feels exciting in them and i love how you draw and make really fun stuff for many of the minor characters, you're doing such a good job with them and it gives me so much joyy

Also its fun to get into and draw minor characters because their reading lists are super short lol! But I like to give a little love to characters that most people might not know about, in fact here's some random drawings that I had in the back-burner for the past year! Never could find a chance to just post them:

Here's a cute drawing of Cyclone, Maxine Hunkle! Wanted to give her a cute costume makeover. Kinda has a magical girl look to it huh? Took a bit of inspiration from Ojamajo Doremi, but also she's meant to resemble Dorothy from the Wizard of Oz! Both the princess and the witch. I have a bit of idea of what I'm going do with her, but that's for later.

Got a drawing of Gan, Jason's friend from the Knight White books. Not sure if she exist in my Training Wheels au, but I like her a lot. Her rapport with Jason was fun to read.

Here it looks like the Outlaws are trying to recruit new members, from the Relative Heroes group, Damara Sinclaire (Allure) and Tyson Gilford (Blindside). They're not likely to join, preferring to stick with their own group. Just as well since Damara's powers might make things a rather chaotic, she doesn't need that drama in her life lol. Tho I like the thought of Tyson helping out now and then, his invisibility would be pretty useful.

Here's some random assortment of heroes, Ray Terrill the...Ray. Amethyst, tho top pic is uncolored (im lazy) but theres a Sailor Amethyst to make up for that.

There's the first Green Lantern (Alan Scott) with his kids,Jade (Jennifer Lynn Hayden) and Obsidian (Todd James Rice). Wonder why their babies here, de-aging mishap?

Jason and Toni gossip about their fellow teammates, and down below Jason decides to annoy a young Kyle Rayner. A universal constant!

Todd can't help but join in!

Also some cute father-son bonding! I sent this to someone else earlier, so imma just stick here too.

For a really minor character, here's Jay, Eddie and Rose meeting up with a very strange new friend!

And lastly here are the Metal Men, or should I say the mini-Metal Men. Read some comics about them, including a bit of silver age as well (they get destroyed pretty often, kinda funny ngl). I thought about what kinda sidekicks they could have, but I didn't want to look up metals or learn about metallurgy or chemistry or whatever. So I just made them smaller, its just temporary though, aren't they cute? Look at poor Copper, she just wants to join in!

Anyways, hope that wasn't too much, tagging all of this is gonna suck.

Sorry I haven't been posting, due to Tumblr being a pile of shit and trying give our stuff to ai websites. So I thought I would download nightshade and glaze, but that didn't work out at all (I got a new laptop but it still wont render for me at all). So I'm just gonna hope my opt-out in the settings will be enough for now. Sigh!

Aaron x Fem reader

Warnings: Swearing, Gracie (Because she's fuckin adorable), Aaron (Cuz he's fuckin hot), fluffy af!

A/n: This one is definitely on the cute side, extremely fluffy.

Summary: Aaron, Gabriel, and Paul "Jesus", are going out on a run. Aaron has Y/n watch over Gracie, but little Gracie tells Y/n one too many of Aaron's secrets.

"You guys gonna be okay?" Aaron asked, Y/n and him stood next to the gate watching Judith and Gracie play on the porch.

"Yeah, we'll be fine." She chimed. "Im worried about you, Aaron. You're going out there, and I know that you can handle yourself. But it's still extremely dangerous, so stay alert."

Aaron smiled and nodded at her words, he wrapped his arms around her and pulled her into a hug. Y/n embraced it and snuggled her head into his shoulder.

"Keep her safe." He whispered.

"You know I will."

Y/n watched Gabe, Jesus, and Aaron walked down the road and into the woods before she closed the gate. Gracie came walking up and leaned her head against Y/n's hip.

"Daddy will be okay, right?" She asked.

"Nah, he's as good as walker food."

Gracie gasped.

"I'm kidding, Pumpkin. You're Daddy is one of the most bravest men I know, he'll fight to his dieing breath to get back to you. He'll be perfectly fine, I bet you he won't come back with a scratch."

"Really!?" Gracie asked, sounding cheery.

"Damn right, Princess! Now let's get inside, it's hot out here."

The two walked up to Aaron's house, Y/n was about to walk in, when she stopped. She turned back around and faced the street.

"Hey, Jude! Wanna come in? Imma make some Mac!" Y/n yelled.

Judith got up off her spot on the grass and ran up the steps. The three went inside, and like a pack of Lil Jabba the hutts, they headed for the kitchen.

"You alright?" Jesus asked, looking at Aaron.

"Yeah, I'm fine. Im just worried about Gracie."

Gabe chuckled. "Y/n will take good care of her. She loves that little girl like she's her own."

His comment making Aaron smile, the thought of himself, Y/n, and Gracie all being a family made is heart beat faster.

"Y/n is a lovely person. Very kind, someone a lot of men must've chased after in the old world." Gabe continued.

"I know I would've." Jesus said. "A girl like that-"

"Hey!" Aaron interrupted.

Paul threw up his hands. "Im just saying! Besides I thought you guys were a thing."

"Well quit saying! And no we aren't."

"Why are you so salty? You like her?" Paul asked.

"What? No."

Gabriel and Jesus looked at him as Aaron walked in silence, looking down at the road.

"She is beautiful isn't she?" He asked.

"Y/n? Hell yeah!" Jesus looked at Aaron like he was insane. "I didn't want to say anything because I thought you two were something, but now that I know you aren't....I might try my luck."

Aaron then tackled Jesus and wrestled him into the dirt. Gabriel stood on the sidelines laughing and the two men fought like boys.

Y/n served up the Mac and cheese and sat down with the girls.

"So, what were you guys up to out there?" Y/n asked.

Judith smiled. "We were drawing."

"I remember doing that with my big brother." Y/n leaned forward. "My drawings were always better."

The girls giggled and pulled out their drawings, Y/n looked at Judith's first. It was dog, the drawing was actually really good.

"Nice job." She said.

Y/n then looked at Gracie's, it was a picture of three people. The smaller one was obviously her, and the taller one was Aaron. She pointed at the woman in the middle.

"Who's this?" She asked.

"That's you."

Gracie's words stunned Y/n, she looked back down at the picture.

"Why am I on there?"

"Because Daddy talks about you all the time. He's always saying how proud of you he is, and how he enjoys spending time with you."

Judith nodded. "I over heard him talking to Mom. He was saying that he trusts you with his life and that he really cares about you."

Gracie smiled. "Only I think he likes you. Like really likes you."

Y/n chuckled at their enthusiasm.

"Well, your dad and I are friends."

Aaron, Jesus, and Gabe began heading back when the sun started to go down. The three all laughed and joked about Y/n and Aaron. Jesus was making sarcastic comments while Gabe was speaking words of wisdom.

"I think you should talk to her." Jesus said. "Have you seen the way she looks at you? The way she blushes when you look at her!"

Gabe turned back to the men. "And that hug." He said. "At the gate, that wasn't any normal hug of friendship. Or as Y/n likes to call it "Foo foo shit", there was a spark in there."

Aaron smiled and looked at the sunset.

"You think there could be something between us?" He asked.

"Definitely." Gabe replied. "Or you'll fuck it up and she'll move to Hill top."

Y/n put Gracie to bed and went downstairs, she began putting the dishes away when Aaron walked through the door.

"I was wondering when the man of the house would get back."

Aaron chuckled and set his knife down on the table. He glanced up the stairs and looked back at Y/n.

"She's sleeping, I took care of your little angel."

Aaron nodded and looked over at the drawings on the table, he picked up the one that had Gracie's name written in the corner.

"Who's this?" He asked looking at the woman in the middle.

"She said it was me....along with a couple of other things."

He looked over to her, she was faced away from him setting a bowl in the cupboard.

"Other things?"

She turned to him and tossed the hand towel over her shoulder.

"You got something to tell me, Aaron?" She asked.

She walked closer and took the paper out of his hand and set it on the table. Y/n grasped his hands and smiled.

"Your little girl told me that her Daddy appreciates my work. And that he talks about me a lot, and that he really likes me...like really likes me." She said in a bold tone.

Aaron smirked. "Well, she isn't lying." He copied her tone of voice.

Y/n smiled again and rose up onto her tippy toes, to where there lips were almost touching.

"So what are we gonna do about that?" She asked.

He leaned in and closed the gap between them, the kiss wasn't rushed, it was slow and loving. He slowly wrapped his arms around her and pulled her close. Only stopping when they heard...

"Ew." Come from the staircase.

aight @sol-draws-sometimes, I'm just gonna slap a bunch of words here before forget We gonna be keyboard smashing back and forth a bit

so yeah.. Jackrum is most complex on the genre spectrum, every nuance and then some

A big strong farm girl went to war; she buried that metaphorical part of herself with William's corpse but clearly she didn't remain in the Army because of big He ambitions. She saw other girls (many, obv far too many) scrambling to enlist for So Many Desperate Reasons & decided to stay in his position to help them. Just like all the rest (all the girls in the squad) she isn't here for reason as basic as "i wanna be a guy" like... not in that way

but but but but, remember all those times Sarge says "upon my oath, I am not a swearing man" (or violent, or shouty, or other adjective) Technically always a true line, innit.

If pressed to fill out a form post-war sarge would probly scribble down "Abomination Unto Nuggan" and leave it at that

ALSO WHILE IM HERE isn't it interesting how Shufti is other side of that coin!??!?! So similar yet opposite to Jackrum Girl followed guy into war, guy she thought loved her..... and it turned out terrible, but at least in her case she could proudly leave the Army, have a child, get a widow's pension and even found another guy who def seems to care about her

ANYWAY, while my book [HarperCollins ebook] does keep the final Sarge kitchen line with the "around her", when Polly is meeting new potential recruits she does say "Oh, you can join as men if you want. You get better swearwords" ... maybe it was just your audiobook gettin a bit too snip-happy with the abridging?

Because the rest of the pronouns game was on point! Especially keeping it "he" with Maladict after everyone else admits to being girls BUT MAL TECHNICALLY HASN'T YET (and won't until what, almost the end??? when they've met Angua!! Pages and pages after it's been obvious)

Lofty & Tonker have no use for men, clearly. but also... like... after the Magdalene Laundry Bad Girls School.... i may be in minority here, dont see them as gay either. Clutching at each other as found-family sisters, absolutely! Manic violent revenge-and-retribution seeking sisters

ditto for Wazzer. She's such a good pious girl, she's got too much of the Dutchess in her head to notice anything else

oh @bunny-heels you are going to regret this

gonna put all of the story stuff and drawings under the cut because thisll be a very very long post

basically, the ocs name is Rosalind Carr! she/they pronouns. during the events of the game was currently staying with family in the Bright Falls/Watery area

her design isn't really small town looking, but that's because I wanted to give her a very fish out of water city girl feel, since she's originally from NYC, so I went for a lot of modern city fashion, like mesh shirts and such, I wanted to make sure she stuck out as someone who is very much not from the rural PNW

starting with her relationship with casey, she was kinda like a rebound sort of thing after The Divorce (what can i say, im a slut for divorced men) and obviously because of that it ended poorly. (okay, well, Kind of a rebound, some of it did overlap with the marriage because I'm also a slut for affairs)

but, before it ended, she started staying in BF with some family, which is part of what got casey interested in the murders there, because he was kinda worried about her getting fucking murked

but of course, the break up happens and he cant just back out of the case (and he doesnt even want to, anyway), which creates some VEERY awkward interactions during the events of the game. hes still somewhat interested in her, and shes still quite pissed off at him

then, game shit happens, and scratch possesses casey. and its a bit like

scratch: "eugh, this new body is so clunky and weird. but that doesnt matter, as long as i make this ending happen, it'll be all good."

rosalind: *exists for over .5 seconds, literally just trying to not die, having been roped into all this by sheer circumstance*

scratch: *immediately becomes filled with insatiable lust because now that he occupies caseys body, he can feel every less than convinent urge casey gets (like fucking on the job) amplified tenfold*

so he just. starts annoying her. she KNOWS hes not casey, which is probably why she entertains it rather than hiding in a hole until everything is okay again

basically, though-out the whole deerfest section, you have this poor woman who knows she's forgetting something and KNOWS something is wrong and the whole time there is this fucked up version of her ex trying to get in her pants (and honestly? lowkey succeeding.)

imagine being her, laying in bed next to a fucked up and evil version of her ex boyfriend while he rambles about famous missing author Alan Wake and how they need to "become one"

it's kinda like a, me my boyfriend and my boyfriends giant plushie situation except none of them are together and scratch is just insane

HELLO DEAR LAB!!!! i saw your birthday books, very good choices, i hope you'll enjoy! Now let us discuss one BL intellectual to another ^_^ as usual, I'll stick to danmei, since I'm simply not well read in Japanese and Korean BL to speak confidently even though I have experience with them...!

When googling people's favorite tropes, most people mentioned Enemies to Lovers. I do like a good conflict, but I like very specific shades of it... I like characters who are ideological opposites, but still hold some affection for each other since early on... Although i have been interested in thousand autumns in which the two leads start as straight up bitter enemies, so I'll see how I'm going to like that! Now, something slightly different that i really enjoy is characters being thematic opposites - demonic cultivator and orthodox cultivator, god and demon, soldier and librarian you name it! I have seen people call this the yin yang trope i don't know if that's a widely used term? I also enjoy slow burn - see Golden Terrace disappointed me in that regard cause they started sleeping together in like chapter 30 come on where is the drama the intrigue :(? I don't care for friends to lovers much unless it's written really well but i really much prefer strangers to lovers!!! A lot of people sigh at the trope of one Character being like "I don't like men it's..only for you ❤️" but i honestly think that's a convention you just have to accept when diving into the world of BL. I like badass shous that aren't annoyingly shy and talkative, charming gongs (sorry lan zhan is ok but strong and silent gongs usually piss me off) I'm probably one of the 5 western fans who actually like the gong/shou dynamic because like. Let's be honest there's nothing wrong with seme/uke in JPN bl either other than ukes being drawn as shotabait often, but since novel art for CN novels usually draws everyone looking like adults I really don't see anything problematic with gong/shou, heteronormativity my ass... i also kinda like when they call each other husband and wife SORRY. I also like the trope of the couple adopting a young boy. I'm not gonna call it found family I'm not gonna even try. I hate master/disciple and i hate school settings. I usually prefer the characters to be rougher men already hardened by life! I like reincarnation and revenge but i don't like Isekai ... Ummm what else is there? Nothing comes to mind rn , if you have some specific tropes you want me to rate, I'm here :)

NOW YOUR SECOND QUESTION HAS ME REALLY INTRIGUED...if i could, i would merge literally every literary genre with BL to be honest. Since you specifically mentioned Shakespeare, i think it would be fucking amazing to see BL adapted into stage plays - i don't mean those funny anime stage plays, i mean straight up tragedies on Hamlet level. Oh i would kill to see that!!! I would also love to see like, someone with an interest in narratology and metafiction write a super meta BL novel like enstars but like really properly yaoi. I don't think that danmei novels written by amateurs have "bad writing" - they simply exist on a different terrain and seek to communicate different ideas from traditional published novels, but i would love to see the two merged in some spectacular novel that takes inspiration from classics!!

Now your third question i would rather turn into a discussion with you, because while I've consumed a lot of East Asian media since a young age i don't claim to have such a good understanding of the cultures to be able to trace how the culture influenced BL literary conventions, but I would love to hear your thoughts on it and compare to what i know! I definitely find it interesting to compare East Asian BL with LGBT media made by white Americans and Europeans, cause they tend to rely on very different things, with American and European gay content being very focused on the issue of homophobia and stuff like family and cheating and coming of age, while Asian BL, despite tackling those sometimes, is more internal conflict-driven, less focused on orientation. I actually prefer it a lot for that - there are only so many coming of age homophobia stories i can watch -_- boring! I see some western fans annoyed that Asian BL rarely discusses orientation and stuff like LGBT solidarity and such, but i like, don't care cause i feel like they're too focused on realism and forget that bl is a genre not meant to perfectly mirror irl gay relationships, but rather provide romantic fantasies for women! Something just came to mind, i recently chatted with a classmate who is a white American, and she said that she finds Asian media confusing because emotional intensity seems amplified to her in anime and donghua, and that she just feels that emotions are expressed differently than in the American media she's used to. I think she's weak and stupid for giving up on watching just because it's different from what she's used to, but since you mentioned emotional intensity, i would like to hear your thoughts about it!

hey i would love to see what characters you pair me with. i haven't really been in the fandom or considered who i would work with best for awhile so i'm curious to see if it's changed since i was younger.

okay so my name is leo, im sixteen, im a junior in highschool. i identify as a gender-fluid gay guy (i like men and use he/him pronouns). i have golden-reddish (it's a strange color) hair down to my chest although i want to get it cut/get layers in it soon. i have green eyes. i wear glasses that are thick-rimmed and nerdy. i have naturally long eyelashes. i have a very square jaw and pale skin. i have random dark freckles on my arms here and there. im 5'6. my style is literally all over the place but usually im either in sweatpants and a sweatshirt (either a purple rhett and link one or a beige on with different colored pickles on it) or a graphic tee shirt, jeans, and a denim or leather jacket.

personality wise well i like to think of myself as a pretty creative person. i try to find meaning in the mundane in my life. im not religious although i do enjoy tarot and crystals. i have always had a problem with building myself around other people. ill get addicted to certain friends to fill a void in me that thinks people need to save me/fix me. this doesn't work because it leads me to be very codependent and when people leave me (which they can! it's natural. nothing lasts forever) it totally messes up my self esteem. so im trying to build that self love and develop better relationships with other people.

i like art and writing, fall out boy, the outsiders, good mythical morning. i like learning about LGBTQ history, especially the aids crisis. im currently reading a book on it right now called "and the band played on." my favorite foods is shells with cheese. i like good friends and people that i can connect with on a deeper level. i like when people i talk to have lives that don't revolve around me. i also enjoy surrealist sculpture. i really enjoy felix gonzalez-torres's work. i like all sorts of different types of music. lately ive been very into folk, 80s new wave, and 2000s pop punk/emo.

i dislike terfs and transphobes and homophobes and things like that. i absolutely loathe loud chewers. i have a mental disorder called misophonia and so the sounds of chewing trigger me and trigger my fight or flight. it's absolutely horrible. i hate stupid people. i don't like peanut butter. i hate when people make aids jokes. i hate not feeling included or hated. i care a lot about my image and i hate when it looks bad.

i like to make art and write poetry. i listen to a lot of music, even though i can't make any. for art, i like working with graphite pencil and colored pencil the most, but i work with all different things in class. im in advanced arts classes at school. i auditioned when i was in middle school and now im gonna take ap art next year. for poetry, i usually write in free verse about personal things. i have a livejournal i post on sometimes. i run a poetry/art magazine club at my school where people can share things they've made.

Road trips with the slashers

Im going to make a camping altogether as part two/ follow up for this one lol. I'll edit here in the author's note when I publish it. Also I'm imagining this as all the slashers packed in a van together and you are having a road trip with them. Idc if it's unrealistic 😭.

Also we love Brahms pls don't take this as Brahms slander. He's just an acquired taste to the slashers i guess 😭

Michael Myers

Michael would be a great person to sit next to during a road trip, if you prefer silence. If you are the type of person who doesn't want to be bothered, you're in luck! Michael keeps to himself during road trips.

Michael will simply be sneaking candy through his mask and eating the entire time.

The only time he might bother you though is if he's run out of candy and spots some in your hand. It's basically his now. You're not gonna see that candy again 😭.

Is ready to fight anybody in the car who disturbs him.

Jason Voorhees

If you get a lot of car anxiety, or sleepiness jason is the perfect man to sit next to.

He will be constantly comforting/ grounding you if you panic on long journeys. You can fall asleep on him too. He will be a bit flustered though lol.

Jason will make sure the other slashers won't annoy you or make you feel any more distressed. Jason will bring anything with him that helps make your journey easier.

Jason will put in earphones to signal he doesn't want to be disturbed by anybody if he isn't seated with you. He won't put them in, in case you need to talk to him.

Vincent Sinclair

Vincent likes to read and sleep a lot during car rides. If you're looking for an easy going car buddy, Vincent is a good choice to sit next to.

Vincent doesn't get annoyed easily so somehow during road trips, all the chaos going on doesn't phase him much. He just stays out of it.

Vincent has a sketch book intended for long car rides. He'll shyly be drawing you in his book. He thinks you look so sweet.

You two definitely fall asleep on each other after an hour in.

Bo Sinclair

Bo is a surprise each time you go on a trip with him. He's either very protective of you with the other slashers around. Or he just loves to annoy you.

He'll tease you heaps in the car if you're sleepy. He thinks it's funny but cute at the same time. If you don't have enough patience to deal with that during the ride (fair enough), simply put your earphones in and he'll get the memo.

Bo will try to talk to the other slashers in the car. Do not sit Daniel and Bo together, they both have god complexes 💀.

Bo passes out not long after you do (he talks such a big game). He's instantly snoring, mouth open and spreading his legs, taking up space 😭.

Lester Sinclair

Lester is one of the most pleasant out of the men to sit with in a car ride. Tell him right before the ride if you're in a good mood or not, Lester will cater to it.

Lester likes to play Nintendo switch 💀 he's invested in mario kart and animal crossing. He definitely let's Bubba share his nintendo with him.

Bubba and Lester enjoy sitting next to each other so they can also play mario kart together. They will be a bit loud out of friendly competition, so tell them to be quiet if necessary.

If needed, he will drive since he's a good driver.

Thomas Hewitt

Thomas is an absolute delight and he will comfort you as well if you need it. He will absolutely refuse to sit next to brahms because he won't shut the fuck up 😭. (We love Brahms it's ok) it's just too much for Thomas.

Thomas has car anxiety himself so he just finds it agitating hearing too much talking at once. He'll be ok, he just wants quiet. Comfort him if you can please!

Thomas struggles to fall asleep in cars, so he brings fidgeting toys and a device to keep himself occupied.

Tommy is happy to sit with Leslie surprisingly. Leslie knows his limits and won't speak to Tommy unless he knows he's in a good mood. And Tommy likes that Leslie gets that.

Bubba Sawyer

Alternates the nintendo with Lester. Bubba will love to sit next to you if you'd like him to.

He'd constantly be communicating with you and showing you his progress on animal crossing. He's proud of himself, please praise him!

Will ask to play minecraft pocket edition with you and eat snacks. He brings you all of your favourites.

Will fall asleep on your shoulder after a while.

Leslie Vernon

If you feel panicked you can choose to sit next to Leslie. Surprisingly (or not) he will help you calm down. He is a tender man. He'll try to make you laugh too.

Brings his iPad/tablet with him and plays roblox natural disaster non stop. He has the game on a little too loud (Slightly).

Leslie is cheering himself on when he hasn't died 4 times in a row.

Falls asleep with his data still running 😭.

Jesse Cromeans

Jesse and Hannibal take turns driving. Jesse will sit next to you if you'd like (while hannibal is driving).

Extremely pleasant to sit next to. Though he also enjoys sitting next to Jason because he's not annoying at all, and is pleasant. He also is happy to sit with Daniel.

Jesse will be watching weird shit on his phone, not necessarily sexual, just weird. I don't make the rules. This is slasher territory.

Jesse will encourage you to fall asleep on his shoulder so that you don't hurt your neck. He'll rest his hands on you.

Hannibal Lecter

Take the aux cord away from this man if you want to listen to anything but classical 😭.

Enjoys sitting with Daniel and Jesse alternatively.

Of course Hannibal will comfort you if you need it. He is a professional after all, and he does care.

He'll wrap his arms around you and cradle your head into his neck.

Daniel Robitaille

Daniel understands boundaries completely and he won't do anything to make you cross.

Daniel enjoys sitting beside Hannibal in the passengers seat if you arent seated with him. Daniel and Hannibal have a lot interests in common- they love to talk about their love for art.

Daniel reads a lot in the car. If you want to chat with him, he's more than happy too. You can sleep on him as well.

He actually enjoys Jason's company as well.

Brahms Heelshire

If you like silence, this mf is the most annoying to sit next to. He'll be poking at you a lot, talking to you. He might even yank your earphones out of your ears 😭.

Is absolutely playing Minecraft on his phone. He thinks he can play survival mode, he wants to impress you with mining while monsters are out. But when you're not looking he turns it onto peaceful mode because he's scared of the monsters lmfao.

Brahms likes to sit with bubba if he isn't with you. Bubba doesn't get annoyed with him lol. Banish brahms to sit with bubba if you're fed up 😭.

Brahms is still lovely though, will let you fall asleep with him, wrapping his cardigan around the both of you.

I know its gonna be the hip thing to clown on malenia bc everyone is complaining about her boss fight as an outlet for it but im JUST saying she DID get cursed by an outer god and all and if you remember one of the early trailers of her fight with radahn, he smashes her prosthetic.

Given that 1. The arm socket is where Millicent inserts Miquellas Needle and 2. The broken needle is found in the heart of Aeonia. Its highly likely radahn smashed the needle in half with that strike, the sudden outer influence and her worn out state causing an inevitable dam burst (rewatching the scene, its a neat detail that she draws her own blood as a means of direct infection, given that the blade itself was immune to the scarlet rots decay).

I dont think it's really fair to call that "throwing a tantrum", and at the same time the worship of radahn reminds me that just bc he was benevolent to his own men doesnt mean that he couldnt be just as power hungry as any other shardbearer (sans morgott), as ranni already demonstrates the mutual exclusivity of affection, nobility, and morality

I'm at a bit of a loss regarding which angle I should be interpreting this from. It's an ask, as opposed to a post or a DM, so I'm assuming you want my take on it all? And at first glance I'd assume it'd be as response to me making funnies about Malenia yesterday, thus I should address it from that angle, but it could just also be your thoughts on the matter? I'll go with my gut and assume you want my take.

Ok, so,

As I believe you know by now, I like to clown on characters in general because it's fun, and it's definitely not me huffing on a copium life support tank since I beat her third try on my second run and I've expressed several times that I do love her fight, and the one thing I had a big issue with -- Waterfowl Dance -- I've come to not mind as much.

There's definitely people that are going to dunk on her as an outlet for frustration, though, I agree, but I don't think that's a bad thing, it's Video Games, that's just how it's been all the time. What does concern me about the way you are framing that, however, is that it is akin to saying that there's no other reasons why anyone would be dunking on her except because they are huffing copium, which is outright incorrect, even, I dare say, from a design perspective.

Elden Ring's lore is sports. You pick the faction/leader you think its coolest to you and that's your favorite. You like Malenia a lot. That's great! Other people think Radahn is the coolest. That's great! Like you can find a lot of reasons to dunk on any demigod, there's plenty of stuff that can be said to dunk on Malenia. I think I've also been very explicit in my thoughts on Malenia, but I'll put it in unalloyed words for the record: I think she's got an extremely cool design and her boss fight is immensely cool, but I find her characterization to be very boring, barebones, and lackluster, especially when compared to the two groups of characters one would normally compare her to, the Demigods (practically all of which have more characterization or at least quirks and details to them than Malenia does) and the Cool Fromsoft Late Game Female Bosses (of which Lady Maria and Sister Friede, imo, have a LOT more going to them than Malenia does).

I'll be fair and say that there IS a factor of Malenia's that I think is very cool and that isn't her boss fight or design: The fact that she and Miquella are foils to each other. While Malenia is a tall, nigh-peerless warrior, Miquella was cursed with the body of a child and is famously a renowned inventor, his Unalloyed Gold series of inventions being absolutely crazy good and advanced, ranging from extremely effective prosthetics to needles that can outright halt the advance of an outer god alien super anthrax (Scarlet Rot). While Malenia's domain is the Scarlet Rot, Miquella's domain is the lush evergreen. There's a couple more ways in which they are foils to each other and I think that's pretty cool, but at the same time, it's something that necessitates her to be associated to another character, her brother, in order to even be present as a factor, and unfortunately, it keeps reminding me of something I don't like about Malenia: "My brother my brother my brother my brother my brother I am my brother's blade where is my brother Miquella."

So, in short, yes, there's definitely copium to be found, but also, there's a lot of reasons as to why anyone would dunk on her regardless, and we shouldn't pretend or frame it otherwise. Maybe you didn't mean it that way, but that's how it came across.

This is a good theory that I like, because it accounts for details and a solid possibility, but there's also, if mind serves, several instances and accounts that mention Malenia having deliberately gone hog wild with the Scarlet Rot as a desperation move because Radahn was giving her so much trouble. I think Millicent herself said something to that effect at one point, though I don't truly remember her dialogue to the detail. Yes, it could be that one is meant to look for details in the way your theory does... Or It Could Also Just Be Malenia Doing That. Both are perfectly fine guesses. "Throwing a tantrum", in my opinion, is still an apt interpretation, if one that can be contested with what you said, but apt nonetheless.

Which leads me to this point. I am going to assume you do not mean me when you say this because the only thing I've said as praise towards Radahn is that he learned turbo gravity magic from a scary tall man in a diaper all so he could keep riding his shitty beloved horse, but it's in the ask and it allows me to go back to something I believe is very important to consider:

Elden Ring Lore Is Sports. Like sports fans, some people will dunk on the others that aren't their favorite. That's completely fine, literally all of these demigods are power hungry. My favorite Elden Ring meme is that one that's like "mfers will complain about Queen Marika and then put a new dictator on the throne" with Ranni on the background, which is like, completely a possibility, even though I'm Rannisquad. Literally none of these people are altruistic. That's fun, narratively. Radahn gets brownie points for being benevolent to his men and due to how he vowed to keep the rot at bay, fighting it for a VERY long time (which gives him, unsurprisingly , good PR in and out of universe), but he's still very much a power hungry participant of the war of succession. Morgott, my favorite alongside Ranni among the demigods, is someone I fully do not agree with ideologically speaking, because he may not be power hungry, but he's still protecting a status quo that very clearly is not in benefit of anyone except his Golden Order peers and believers. Rykard, my favorite after Ranni and Morgott among the Demigods, has the right idea, going against the Erdtree, but the way he's going at it is the most fucked up and even self-destructive way, presumably because he's gone full hedonist, and yet, he's the one that is outright the closest to the mark out all of Demigods, because producing a single, incredibly powerful champion IS the right idea, even though he's methods of producing this champion are beyond barbaric.

This is literally just pick your sports team because you like them more than the others. There's no real cut and dry morality here, because everyone's vile to some degree. Malenia clearly inspired immense loyalty among her warriors as a powerful and charismatic, but her flaw is being incredibly narrow sighted and, if you subscribe to the theory of her having deliberately unleashed the rot, which again, is a valid theory to have, unconcerned with the long term consequences of her actions in the moment. And if I don't like that, I don't like that, Cool Female Character or not.

I think Elden Ring and its factions are far better enjoyed when you look at it through the lens of It's Sports: The fans of the other teams have their reasons, you have your reasons, now let's make Funny Content or lore posts or anything, because every Demigod has good things and bad things that can be said about them, and ideologies you can agree and disagree with. I think the purest form of this is Ranni, in order to help you or anyone understand where I am coming from: Ranni 100% is not a good person, she's done fucked up things, confirmed or implied or otherwise, and she explicitly wants to have power over the Lands Between. She's also someone that can become your personal friend and lover, and very very much adores those she loves, like the Tarnished if they side with her, her brother Blaidd, her uncle Iji, and her often forgotten beloved teacher and mentor, the Ice Witch. She's not a good Demigod, but she's your Demigod. I think that's the way to go about Elden Ring, personally.

ok im gonna say first of all i was mostly just joking in those tags ur referring to KJNFGDKJ just as full disclosure before I dig into this any further. ..

that being said, me joking abt that stuff in regard to rob is bc it just seems like rob is insecure about how he's contributed to a shitty system and really screwed someone (jordan reid, aka the original Sweet Dee) over personally and after being made more aware of his place in contributing to said system he's overcompensating while he's working thru some of that.... and uh. in all honesty it's something that i find funny and make jokes about cuz i am also someone with an extremely fragile ego n it feels good to deflect and make fun of someone else for having a fragile ego LOL

so it seems like rob's talking on the podcast and in other interviews abt misogyny n trying to 'correct' himself or pulling out that fuckin button on the podcast for 'Solves the North Korea Situation'.... i think this ties into him reconnecting with Jordan (who, like i said, was the og sweet dee who got booted from the production at the last minute largely as result of her n rob breaking up n none of the other guys backing her up...) and basically writing the MQ ep A Dark Quiet Death about that whole situation and the falling out.. idk it just seems like. maybe having to reconcile the fact he has been A Part Of The Problem and an asshole has gotten to him n again it feels like he overcompensates for that in the pod n i like to exploit those insecurities im familiar with in my own ways for laughs LOL. but yknow... i am a 20 yr old unemployed HS drop out on tumblr dot com n hes got a nice mansion and successful career in the film industry so i dont feel like im gonna hurt any feelings here..

so with all that context out of the way: i dont think rob is Actually some raging misogynist ... and if he is I wouldn't know either way cuz I Dont Know The Guy! so def take what I say here with a grain of salt I am very often not being serious and bad at using tone indicators so I do apologize if any of it gets confusing kjndfgkjd. he def has been misogynistic in the ways a lot of men will be without rlly thinking much of it (think dennis' obliviousness to how insane some of his logic about women sounds on sunny, but maybe less predatory but again idk the guy lol) but as of now he seems like he's more aware of that n better late than never n all that!

(once again.. a lot of my opinions here are mostly based in my own experiences and emotions projected onto people and situations I have only heard accounts of in articles/blog posts/podcasts n interviews so def keep that in mind. don't take me as the authority on anything lol. google 'jordan reid' + 'always sunny' and read thru her old blog posts about the situation if u are so inclined and draw your own conclusions! but like i said it's a mostly interpersonal thing between two ppl i dont know and it doesnt seem like there's much bad blood on that interpersonal level anymore rather than anger with a system that failed her. that being said its def a part of the shows history that shouldn't just be forgotten or discarded as it is apart of a larger issue anyway. srry this is all so messy if it wasnt obvious by how badly i am at talking abt this stuff i feel weird talking about strangers lives even celebs but yknow. tbh if i wanna make jokes abt this shit i should be prepared to explain myself anyway. like god im so bad at talking abt any of it seriously but i always wanna know all the dirt cuz I'm so fuckin nosy I love drama n gossip and Backstory!!!)

it’s the fact that black people has to deal with so much hatred within other communities and then turn around and deal with it in their own community for me 😐

1. the hatred against black women(who have done nothing but stand by black men’s sides and help them when they were on their last legs, only to not gain the same respect in return)

2. internalized homophobia from within the black community, ESPECIALLY from black men who feel the need to constantly harass the gay community, knowing we as people personally knows how it feels to be discriminated against

3. colorism, which has seemed to be AMPLIFIED to an even larger scale towards darkskins ESPECIALLY dark skinned women. colorism is another mechanism that white people have used to try and control the black community. it was impliemted during SLAVE times with things such as the “mulattos” or “lighter skinned” slaves would work in the house (which was barely better than the fields, with the women and men getting forcefully raped and such) while the darker colored slaves would work in the fields. it was also used during segregation, for example “the paper bag test” where black people who were “lighter than a paper bag” were able to be in areas and participate in activities with whites, while the darker colored black people were not

5. not only do we have to deal with anti-blackness within OUR OWN community but in OTHER poc communities as well. a prime example being people of the asain community, bringing down BLM and saying how they were here for our time of need so why aren’t we there for theirs? black people will always stand by other people of color in their time of need, but when those same people of color feel the need to constantly bring us down to put their message out there it’s honestly very disheartening. what does BLM have to do with the current discrimination against asians? ABSOLUTELY NOTHING, yet again we are being attacked for something we have no involvement in. poc are supposed to stick together and lift each other up in their hard times, not attack each other and drift further apart

6. we have to deal with racist white people constantly berating us and telling us to get over our generational traumas, segregation was less than 60 years ago, my fucking grandmother was alive for that shit. yet we’re supposed to “forgive and forget” over 400+ years of violence and discrimination against our people? make it make sense

all in all this BHM was ass

Hi dear! I've seen you didn't talk much about Sadistic Beauty these days... What are your thoughts on ending and two side stories? Especially Wookying and Minho's one? Tbh I'm disappointed and disturbed :(

i had to step out of this story bc it was leaving me frustrated, irritated and disappointed not to mention very confused LOL. yep, im still fairly disappointed with where the author went with this. a major conflict that should or could have been in the main story was the whole drama including wookyung fighting with doona to get minho but it was swept under the rug only to return as some after thought as a side story (probably excluding doona). there was such a great opportunity to finish it in the main story but the author decided that minho had to suffer all of the consequences and everyone else is going scot-free LOL. truly a shame. i wasnt surprised that doona was ending up with haesol, never was into them, still not into them. i have a certain distaste for characters like haesol, he’d be best described as a simp. and i absolutely loathe simps lol. there’s a fine line with being there for someone and being there in hopes that smth more might change, he def wants to date doona and saying that he’s okay with how things are and if they don’t date, is basically a blatant lie to himself. if that was the case, he wouldn’t let her string him along and use him for sex. the feelings he has for her will just be kept in the back, but it will most likely resurface in some way or another. in the long run, it’d hurt him and that’s just not worth the hassle. obv since the writer wanted them to happen, he’s prob gonna get what he wants lol. i def found the whole rivalry btw donna and wookyung in order to get to minho way more fascinating, and wished it was explored more. now, the only thing im happy with is gyerin is probably getting her happy ending with the new girl. she’s also the only one who went “fuck this” once she saw doona wasn’t going to reciprocate her feelings, and im rlly glad she did that. at first, i didnt think much of her, but now, seeing how the story went (lmao), im all for gyerin being happy. and as for wookyung and minho, im interested in how their story will unfold. but i feel so so bad for minho, he was a jerk and an asshole i wont deny that, but he didnt deserve all of the hate and harm he got and still is receiving according to the side story preview. wookyung is still a great and fascinating character, i do like characters like him, but how he was used was just not satisfying. and it seems like there might be a case of stockholm syndrome coming up where he might fall for wookyung. i just wish doona had smth to do with it before she parted ways or she could have helped minho, but yeah. *shrugs* this story left me confused as to what the author is doing, there is wasted potential and opportunities at every corner. the plot goes one way then goes another to end on a weird note. i also think the whole gl, bl stuff was more of a fanservice thing and that’s probably why it’s more of a disjointed story? as in, i feel like the gl and bl stuff should either have been more of a focus and woven into the story or it should have been entirely separate so the author wouldn’t have to shove many things at once and just focus on one or two pairing. one thing i might add for the story is that it felt as if it was trying to make us surprised, but the so called “twists” that happened just made it more confusing and those probably shouldn’t have been there as they don’t add much to the story narrative. back to gyerin, you can see that gyerin and the new girl can have their own separate story from the start (she didn’t have much to do with the primary conflict and could easily have a flashback to doona instead of the whole fanservice lol). the same goes for wookyung and minho as well, and it’d have been perfectly fine. at the end you basically see three pairings, the m/f, the f/f and the m/m. however, we dont even know if minho is into men? so i’m not sure how’s that gonna be considered BL? then again, every pairing could have been in the main story, but it’s not? for some reason??? it feels as if the author wanted their pairings without putting in the effort of making it into the main story, hence the side stories or they just wanted to make it separated without putting too many characters in it. obviously, for wookyung and minho, there’s no way doona wouldn’t have done smth if it was fully explored in the main story, and it might have changed the ending too. there’s multiple ways the story could have gone, but this one was the only conflict that was much more interesting imo, but it wasnt used that much.

gyerin didn’t really have much to do there other than be lesbian fanservice for doona (and the audience, writer and maybe the artist too?), and to be some kind of support for haesol. that’s about it, so i can understand why she’d not have a full blown romance in the main story, but seeing that she keeps reappearing, she still could have her side story integrated into it. lmao i don’t even kno if doona is bi/pan lol or if she just had sex bc she was drunk then did it just for pleasure without being interested in women at all.

EDIT: iirc doona did get aroused seeing gyerin uh doing stuff, so it could be possible that she is interested in women, but maybe only sexually? although i still could be wrong lol and it could just have been a moment of “I’m straight, but horny and u’ll do for now”. she could be in the closet too, who knows.

overall, sadistic beauty had some interesting conflict, some good characters (ill never like haesol lol), good art and the storytelling by this artist is well paced, but the execution and where the story went leaves a sour taste in my mouth. would i recommend this story? absolutely not. it is so frustrating, and for what? i wish i had saved myself this headache from the very start but the art and the fact that doona was a dom was what reeled me in. i only came back to it to see if the writer redeemed their story in some ways, but... well... you saw how that went. i would follow the artist if i could, their art is beautiful. however, i cannot say the same for the writer. from my exp, it seems that many webtoons have good art, but the writing definitely leaves way more room for improvement. that said, i do hope ppl will learn that in order to make a great comic/webtoon/manga and so on, it is not only about pretty drawings. the story and writing should be up to par with the art. if not, it should be at least close to it. because the art might attract people, but if the story doesn’t resonate, if it doesn’t make much sense, then ppl are bound to leave and drop it. and what is a story, but pretty pictures and nothing substantial in it? nothing, but superficial beauty.
