Part of me thinks that the biggest gut punch of the ineffable divorce for Crowley wasn’t the “I forgive you”, wasn’t the “I don’t think you understand what I’m offering you”. No. No. The biggest twist of the knife came from the

“You’re the bad guys”

Because Crowley knew that Aziraphale would never say no to Heaven. I doubt he could forgive himself if Aziraphale denied himself an opportunity at happiness, or atleast closure, or even a sense that he tried one. Last. Time. But “You’re the bad guys”? I don’t think Aziraphale meant anything by this- I think it slipped out as things do when you’re upset. But to Crowley, after an eternity of being a friend, something more that a friend, something adjacent to lover, after longer than 6000 years of proving that he was never a “bad guy”, to hear the words come out of the one being who ever truly understood that you weren’t evil- who never treated you as such- must have been- well- we saw what happened. I think that is the moment Crowley’s life that he had worked so hard to build alongside Azi unraveled. Never once have they seen each other purely as “the enemy” and yet this idea of Crowley being anywhere related to the “bad” side (presumably) lingers in Aziraphale’s mind. Because Aziraphale was the only one who ever saw Crowley as more than just an evil demon. We see that in Eden, in the Job minisode, in Edinburgh, in Armageddont. Because Crowley knows hell are the bad guys but he also knows that heaven aren’t any better. Because Crowley has spent his entire existence trying to separate himself from both sides of the system. He doesn’t want to go back. Aziraphale, on the other hand?

Well he’s just an angel that Crowley knows.

Because, at the end of the day, even if both sides are just as bad as each other, the demon will always be the “bad guy”, won’t they?

so I told someone that Shikamaru was Naruto’s greatest/best friend and he deserves more love, and they said ‘that’s not true, it’s Sasuke’…

EXCUSE ME?!! Shikamaru was there for Naruto always… super loyal and supportive, even when his heart was broken by Sasuke and his runaway tendencies. He was the bestiee (i love Sasuke but let’s be real here)

Sasuke is his soulmate, they’re in love with each other but can’t be together because no one had the balls to show us the ending we deserved… like are you kidding me, most of the story is just Naruto looking for Sasuke and then Sakura just being annoying and my guy not even acknowledging her feelings. And you’re telling me Naruto ends up with Hinata and Sasuke with Sakura. HOW DOES THAT MAKE SENSE?

Ok since I have no self control I’m gonna talk about the Saikis and Privacy - or rather lack of thereof

Ok. So.

You might’ve noticed both of the Saiki brothers never have a second thought about stalking someone they care about. For a while I simply accepted it as part of their character, but lately I’ve been thinking about it and have come to a conclusion.

Kusuo can read everyone’s minds. We know this, but have we stopped to think about how both his parents and his brother have basically no privacy and are aware of this?

Ever since Kuusuke was a young child, his brother has been able to know all of his thoughts. I don’t think he remembers a time before this, and for kids (and everyone really) privacy is a big deal. Just imagine having no place to call your own, not even your mind. That’s some 1984 shit y’all.

How does Kuusuke retaliate? He does the same! He keeps tabs on everyone, learns to read people, he can really accurate read you as easy as Kusuo can.

This is only made worse by the fact their parents don’t seem to mind. Their mother is easy to swindle and their dad has that weird shoe thing at work. As much as they’re adults, both kids end up taking care of them maybe even more than their parents take care of the kids.

Their parents don’t mind Kusuo knowing every thought, because it means if something goes wrong he’ll immediately know and figure out a solution. They don’t care that Kuusuke puts cameras all over their house because first, he paid for the house, and second they’re also useful so he’ll know if anything goes wrong and help.

Both brothers are used to keeping tabs on everyone and taking care of their family’s problems that when kids have trouble at school Kusuo inevitably ends up helping them.

And sure, that might seem cute, but the fact that Kusuo sees nothing wrong with stalking all of his friends (and not friends like Satou) and that Kuusuke having cameras all over the house is no more than an annoyance for him -am I the only one who thinks that’s not a healthy mindset?

Anyways idk just wanted to share that and add it to the 1000 reasons the entire Saiki family (except grandma probably) needs therapy.

I’m sorry if my thoughts weren’t very clear… I just finished an essay for uni and don’t wanna proofread ^^’

I’ve been feeling so discouraged about Covet lately. I LOVE writing it and I have SO MUCH planned. . . Like, the whole story. And in my opinion, the rollercoaster of things is super exciting, but I . . . I have this terrible feeling that people won’t like what’s coming and it totally gets in the way of my writing. Like a little voice that says, “Why even do it if you really think they’ll hate it?” Agh. The insecurity bouts get incredibly strong with how vulnerable it feels to put my writing out there.

So, just knowing that someone is rereading it and looking forward to updates. . . it truly makes my heart grow. I’ll be getting an update out fairly soon (I’m trying to push past the thoughts and write). I was planning on last weekend, but I just started feeling completely discouraged.

You know it’s really fucking annoying how cis women will say shit like ‘afab solidarity’ but then turn around and say ‘I dont care if trans men get denied medical care and die, the term person with a uterus makes me uncomfortable.’ . They use ‘afab solidarity’ as a thin screen to hide their transphobia + transmisogyny.

They use the suffering of trans men as a stick to beat trans women with. Either as a way to say trans women ‘arent actually suffering’ or to blame trans women for the suffering and deaths of trans men.

Cis women engage in and encourage the death of trans men and then blame those deaths on trans women.

kissing f/o tummy… feeling them shiver under your hands touching their skin and pulling their shirt up slightly, the feeling of the kisses you leave on their stomach enough to make them think about it for days

imagining a competition between Bruce and Clark where they try to see who can play dumb more convincingly and it’s just a masterclass in acting and posture without an obvious winner. one look at them as civilians and most would write them off as idiots. the people who do know them can’t bear to watch their routines in person because they’re too good, in a way that just wrong enough to make your teeth itch.

There is just something soo, nostalgic yet hearttearing about looking at past fanfic writers’ blogs who stopped writing completely because they either fell out of love with BTS or became full functional adults with no time, they take down their writing (your once favourite fanfic that you simply wanted to reread), or they simply stopped posting years ago. You can’t help but wonder why they don’t show signs of life on their once beloved blogs. Then your respect for much older fanfic writers grows deeper as you still see them pump out 5-10k pieces of work every couple of weeks or months. We were so young once, but like BTS, we need a break. My heart doesn’t break, it tears. And it tears for those of you who loved reading my stories and were left in the dark for years. I know how you feel, waiting and still hoping for an update on your favourite series but knowing deep down, it won’t happen. I apologise.

Do you ever think about demons being a little confused about what gifts humans do and don’t like during ‘courting / courtship’ say MC LOVES getting jewelry (fairly standard counting gift across worlds) but when one of the demons gifts them a beautiful set of REAL still a little bloody eyeballs they scream and that’s just so confusing for the poor demons.
