Stomach Bug (Max Verstappen x Female Reader)
Genre: Fluff Word count: 1,4k
Max hardly ever gets sick, but when he does, he turns into a complete drama king.
Tumblr media
Y/N stepped into the apartment, immediately enveloped by an unsettling darkness. The silence was even more disturbing; the usual hum and glow from Max's sim racing setup were conspicuously absent. Her fingers fumbled for the light switch, fear gripped her heart. When she finally found it, the overhead lights flickered on, casting harsh shadows around the vacant living room.
“Max?” she called out, voice tinged with worry. She received no response, only the quiet pressing back at her. Panic bubbled up, and she hurried through the apartment, her mind racing with possibilities.
In the hallway leading to their bedroom, she tripped over something soft and warm. Looking down, she saw Jimmy and Sassy, their two cats, pacing restlessly. They meowed mournfully, their eyes reflecting the same concern she felt.
With a sense of dread, she pushed open the bedroom door. The room was dim, the curtains drawn tightly against the outside world. The only light came from a small bedside lamp casting a feeble glow over the disarrayed sheets.
On the bed, Max was curled up in a fetal position, his body trembling slightly. His face was buried in his arms, as if shielding himself. A pained groan escaped his lips.
“Max, oh my god, what's wrong?” she whispered, rushing to his side. She knelt on the floor, gently placing a hand on his shoulder. His skin was clammy and feverish.
Max flinched at her touch but didn't move away. “It's... it's the end,” he mumbled dramatically, his voice strained and barely audible. “I'm dying, schatje.”
Her eyebrows shot up. “Dying? Max, what happened?” her tone firm but filled with concern. She brushed a few strands of hair that are sticking to his forehead, her fingers lingering to check his temperature. He was burning up.
“It's my stomach,” he groaned, shifting slightly to peer at her with one eye, the other still hidden in his arm. “And I have a fever. I'm pretty sure this is it. Tell the team... tell them I fought bravely.”
Y/N couldn't help but roll her eyes at his theatrics. “Max, honey, you have a stomach flu and a fever. You're not dying.”
“This is no ordinary flu,” he moaned, clutching his stomach. “I can feel my organs plotting against me. They're staging a coup!”
Despite her worry, a chuckle escaped her lips. “A coup, really? Let me get you some medicine and water. Have you taken anything yet?”
“No,” he replied, his voice pitiful. “I was too weak to move. I thought I should conserve my energy for my final moments.”
“Your final moments are a bit overdramatic,” she said, shaking her head with a fond smile. “I'll be right back.”
Oh, if only everyone could witness how ridiculously cute Max Verstappen looks when he's under the weather.
Jimmy and Sassy jumped onto the bed, curling up near Max's feet as if trying to offer their own comfort. Their presence seemed to soothe him slightly, and he let out a shaky breath.
Y/N returned with a glass of water and some medicine. “Here, take these,” she instructed, helping him sit up. He took the pills with exaggerated effort, making a face as he swallowed them.
“Ugh, even the medicine tastes like defeat,” he grumbled.
Y/N couldn't help but laugh. “The mighty Max Verstappen, laid low by a stomach bug. The world will mourn.”
He cracked a small, weak smile at her teasing. “Stop it, or I'll vomit just to spite you.”
“You're going to be fine,” she reassured him, peppering a few kisses on the side of his head.“Just rest and let the medicine do its job.”
Max sighed dramatically, closing his eyes. “If I don't make it... remember me as I was. Fast, fearless, and full of life.”
Y/N laughed softly while adjusting his pillow and blanket. “I'll remember you as you are: a dramatic, lovable idiot who will be just fine by morning.”
Max managed a weak smile. “I suppose that's acceptable.”
────────────────────────────────────
Y/N watched Max until his breathing slowed and he finally drifted off to sleep. His dramatic groans and exaggerated expressions faded into peaceful slumber, leaving a quiet calm in the room. She smiled softly before turning her attention to Jimmy and Sassy, who were still perched near Max's feet, their eyes wide and attentive.
“Alright, you two,” Y/N whispered, her tone mock-serious. “I need you to keep an eye on our drama king here while I go make dinner. Think you can handle it?”
Jimmy meowed as if to say, “We got this,” while Sassy flicked her tail, as if acknowledging the weighty responsibility.
Y/N chuckled. “Good. If he wakes up and starts acting like he's on his deathbed again, just give him the 'you're being ridiculous' look. You know the one.”
With one last affectionate glance at Max, she tiptoed out of the bedroom and headed to the kitchen.
As she chopped vegetables, she couldn't help but imagine Jimmy and Sassy as tiny, furry nurses. Jimmy, with a stern expression, patrolling the foot of the bed like a guardian, and Sassy, lounging elegantly, occasionally casting a disapproving glance at Max whenever he stirred or muttered in his sleep.
The thought made her giggle, and she shook her head. “What a day,” she murmured, stirring a pot of carrot soup on the stove.
As she continued cooking, Y/N kept an ear out for any signs of distress from the bedroom. The occasional muffled groan floated down the hallway.
Dinner was almost ready when she heard a particularly loud groan followed by a meow that sounded suspiciously like Jimmy trying to shush Max.
“Looks like my reinforcements are doing their job,” she said with a laugh, pouring the delicious smelling soup into bowls. She added some bread to a plate and carried the tray carefully back to the bedroom.
Entering quietly, she saw that Max was still asleep, albeit with a slightly dramatic frown on his face. Jimmy was curled up by his side, looking very pleased with himself, while Sassy had taken up residence on Max's pillow, one eye half-open in lazy vigilance.
“You two did great,” Y/N whispered, setting the tray down on the bedside table. "Now let's see if we can get him to eat something."
As she gently woke Max, he blinked groggily, his eyes focusing on her. “Schat... what time is it?”
“It's half past eight,” she replied softly.
Max groaned, his face scrunching up in dismay. “Oh no, I was supposed to play padel with Lando, Alex, and the others tonight. I forgot to cancel on them.”
Y/N smiled, shaking her head affectionately. “Don't worry about it. How about I call Lando for you and let him know you're out of commission for the night?”
Even in his sickness, Max managed to give her an incredulous look. “Why do you even bother asking? You can open my phone anytime. You're practically the other half of my brain.”
She laughed, reaching over to the nightstand to grab his phone. “I just like to be polite, you know? Didn't want to intrude on any top-secret racing strategies.”
Max chuckled weakly, then winced as his stomach reminded him of its displeasure. “Trust me, no strategies. Just lots and lots of cat memes.”
Unlocking his phone, Y/N scrolled through his contacts until she found Lando's number. She pressed the call button, holding the phone to her ear while keeping an eye on Max.
After a few rings, Lando's cheerful voice answered, “Max! Where are you, mate?”
“Hi, Lando, it's actually Y/N,” she said. “Max is feeling pretty terrible right now. Stomach flu and a fever.”
“Oh no, poor Max.” Lando replied, his tone immediately concerned. “Is he going to survive, or do we need to send an ambulance?”
Max, overhearing the conversation, groaned dramatically from the bed. “Tell him I'm fighting valiantly but I don't know if I'll make it.”
Y/N relayed the message, rolling her eyes playfully. “He says he's fighting valiantly but might not make it.”
Lando laughed. “Classic Max. Tell him to rest up and we'll catch him next time. And give him our best.”
“Will do, Lando. Thanks,” Y/N said, ending the call. She turned back to Max, who was watching her with a tired but grateful smile.
“You always know how to handle everything,” he said softly.
She smiled, setting his phone back on the nightstand and handing him the bowl of soup. “That's what I'm here for. Now, eat this. It's carrot soup, made with love.”
He took the bowl, looking at her with genuine affection. “Thanks, schatje. You're the best. This smells lovely.”
As he eats, Jimmy and Sassy moved in closer, as if to supervise the meal. Y/N sat beside him, ready to keep his spirits high.

The wedding and the morning after
inspired by that cute twitter trend :,) very soft bang chan fluff. use of wife and husband a lot but they just got married so they get a pass!!!!!
if you guys enjoy reading please leave a reblog or comment it means the world to me <3
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
Your wedding ceremony with Chan was a simple one. You weren't one for extravagance and neither was he. So you opted for an intimate setting, only inviting your favorite humans in there.
You felt as if everything was more vibrant that day- the colors of the flowers you both hand-picked, the smell of food that wafted through the air, the twinkling lights you had installed because they reminded Chan of your eyes (or so he insisted).
But you knew it had a lot less to do with the decorations, and more with the man you married. Being with Chan was like looking at the world through rose-tinted glasses.
You felt grateful that you were alive because you got to experience being loved by him.
There was music, lots of laughter, and admittedly, tears. You can blame Chan's vows for it. His words rang in your ears throughout the night- how he vowed to love you until his last breath, and long after that.
But he didn't need to make those promises, they were just honorifics. Chan has shown you time and time again that he was in love with you.
You knew by the way he tore down your walls, gently, at your pace, your hand tightly clutched in his. How he deeply cared for you, on your happy days but especially on your saddest.
You and Chan weren't perfect, but you complemented each other like two halves of one heart. You found in him a home, a safe place for you to exist and be loved.
"You are so beautiful", he whispers in your ears while the both of you sway on the dance floor. You could faintly hear the cheers of the boys who were watching you, but you paid no mind to them. All you could focus on was Chan's warm hands on your waist, holding you close.
"So are you", you beam at him. When you looked at Chan, you didn't simply see his beautiful features- his brown eyes, straight nose and plump lips. You saw a warm coffee shop, where you seek refuge on a cold day; you saw a sunset slowly casting down into the sea; you saw a field of tulips stretching into the horizon.
Looking at Chan reminded you of beautiful sceneries, of the smell of earth after the rain, of a hearty soup that fills your insides when you are ill. You saw in him every beautiful feeling you've ever experienced in your life.
"I don't know how I got so lucky", he kisses your forehead gently and you close your eyes, savoring the feel of his lips on your skin.
Chan's forehead kisses held a special place in your heart. You always felt them deep within you- as if he was kissing beyond your skin and into your soul.
"I'm the lucky one", you reply, standing on your tiptoes and pecking his forehead back. Chan blushes at your gesture, eyes crinkling closed like half moons. It made your heart sore, how affected he was by your touch even after four years of dating. You liked to believe you'd be seventy and still a giggling mess around each other.
Chan then twirls you around, your laugh echoing around the venue. He thinks to himself that he'd do anything to make you laugh this way for the rest of your lives.
°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°
"My feet are killing me", you whine to Chan as he parks in front of your apartment. You chose not to rush into your honeymoon, because you wanted to savor the quiet after your wedding, just the two of you. And you couldn't think of a better place to do so than your apartment.
It wasn't a huge one, but it had a makeshift studio for Chan, and a little balcony where you read. You painted the walls blue together and he bought you plants that you water everyday.
It was messy at times, but it was still your home. You knew that no matter what happened throughout the day, you can leave your worries at the door and head inside into each other's safe embrace.
Chan quickly hops to your side of the car, and opens it for you. He takes your heels off, throwing them into the backseat, before scooping you up bridal style.
"I've been dying to do this on our wedding night", he giggles excitedly and you smile, loosely looping your hands around his neck.
"Well now you can, husband."
"Say it again", he smiles as he leads you up to your apartment.
"My husband", you repeat and he quickly leans down to steal a kiss.
Chan opens the door to your apartment, finally placing you on solid ground. He loosens his black tie and you lean against the wall, admiring the view.
"Like what you see?", he teases and you smile mischievously, "This is what I married you for."
"So you are only with me for my looks?", he pouts. You would have thought he looked so adorable if not for him slowly unbuttoning his white shirt.
"I am", you smirk and suddenly, you are thrown over his shoulder. You laugh as he runs towards the bedroom, with you perched on his back.
He then gently places you down on the bed, caging your body with his arms; any hint of playfulness gone from his eyes. His gaze is so intense, you feel a blush creep up your neck. He notices, of course, and he smiles softly at you. "Is my wife getting shy on me?"
"Shut up", you glare playfully at him, and he grins, "Make me."
"You are so cheesy", you giggle as you grab his tie, pulling him down to meet your lips in a feverish kiss.
°°°°°°°°°°°
"Morning, my love", Chan smiles at you, his hand threading through your hair gently.
"Morning, honey", you smile back, stretching slightly.
"Did you sleep well?", he asks, snuggling closer to you.
"Mhm, like a baby."
"I must have tired you yesterday", he smirks and you glare playfully at him, "Cocky much?"
"And you love it."
You're about to reply when your stomach grumbles loudly. "Is my pretty wife hungry?", he teases and you bite his arm in response.
"I'll take that as a yes", he chuckles, pulling you up with him, "Let's go make you breakfast."
"Make who breakfast?" you singsong and he smiles softly at you. "Make my wife breakfast."
°°°°°°°°°°°°
You are clad in Chan's oversized t-shirt and he's only wearing a pair of black shorts. The view of Chan's back muscles is so enticing you'd almost skip breakfast if you weren't so hungry.
When you are both done cooking, you happily dig into the breakfast while recounting the weddings events- how Hyunjin and Minho got so drunk they ended up confessing their love to each other, how Felix cried during your vows, how Seungmin and Jeongin surprised you with a song cover during your first dance. You can't help but sigh contently at how simple yet loving it felt.
You then wash the dishes while Chan dries them- an easy routine you both fell into as soon as he moved in with you.
You've been married to Chan for a day but you've loved him for what feels like forever.
When the kitchen is clean, you high-five him but he doesn't let your hand go. Instead, he intertwines his fingers with yours, bringing you closer to him.
"I love you", he whispers as his thumb slowly caresses your palm.
"I love you more."
"Impossible."
"But-", Chan silences you with his lips on yours, and you both can't help but smile into the kiss.
When he leans away, he bows down slightly, offering you his hand, "May i have this dance?"
You giggle as you curtsy back, "Yes you may."
Chan twirls you around the kitchen and you feel light as air. You then spin him around and you almost lose your balance, but Chan is there to steady you with a gentle grip.
As you catch your breath, you take a moment to look around you. The kitchen is bathed in warm, golden light, and the aroma of freshly made coffee fills the air. You can't help but wonder what you'd look like to an outsider, waltzing in the kitchen with no music on.
But as you gaze up at your husband, you don't find it in you to care. You've come to learn that with Chan, even the silence can sound like the most enchanting melody.

Feyd-Rautha Harkonnen x female!reader
Summary: You're living a perfectly content life on Geidi Prime with your husband. It's a shame your mind can't rest, sparked by glimpses of a life unknown. Loosely based on the song from Hadestown.
Word Count: 1.5k
TW: Dark!Feyd-Rautha, Dead Dove Do Not Eat, yandere!Feyd-Rautha, manipulation, gaslighting, like SO much gaslighting holy shit, descriptions of violence, abusive relationship, emotional abuse, isolation, tragedy, nonconsensual drug use, nonconsensual medical treatement, induced memory loss, amnesia, dubious consent, pregnancy, songfic, happy-but-not-really-happy ending, I know I said female!reader but there's virtually no pronoun usage or descriptive words in thisfor the reader besides titles so maybe GN!reader??
A/N: I'm blown away, almost 500 notes on His Kiss, the Riot? Holy shit, all of the thanks! Here it is, the final part! I'm ending it with the song that actually started this whole idea. Listening to Eva's interpretation of Eurydice singing Flowers gave me the most delicious, fucked-up bit of inspiration and this came out. I was clutching my own metaphorical pearls writing this cause damn, this gets dark. Like, way more than I thought I could write. Anyways, I hope you enjoy the end of this twisted tale. Thank you for reading! As always, I appreciate you taking the time to like, comment, and reblog.
Read Part One and Part Two

Lily white and poppy red
I trembled when he laid me out
“You won’t feel a thing,” he said, “when you go down”
Nothing gonna wake you now
Drops of blood.
A wicked, black smile.
“You won’t feel a thing.”
You wake up with a gasp. Your doctor had warned you about dreams like this. They weren’t real, just an aftereffect of your accident.
The medical staff for House Harkonnen had been gracious enough to inform you of your predicament. When your family had recently hosted the Harkonnens, you quickly met and fell deeply in love with the na-Baron Feyd-Rautha. Your love for each other was so intense that you had demanded to get married right away. Your father disapproved of the union, so he disowned you and banished you, demanding to never see you again.
On the journey back to Geidi Prime, a stray asteroid hit the ship and caused you to hit your head. Feyd had apparently worried for your life, which saddened you and warmed your heart. It was nice to know that someone truly cared for you. However, your mind wasn’t quite the same afterwards. Your life before Geidi Prime was completely unknown to you. Your memories were in a fragile state.
That was just a few months earlier. Unfortunately, your mind has not yet recovered your memories prior to the accident. You were diligently taking a specially brewed tea that would calm your mind so it wouldn’t fracture under the immense pressure to try and fix itself. When you asked how long it would take for you to recover, your heart cracked when they said that it may take the rest of your natural life.
While it broke your heart to hear of your father’s dismissal of your feelings, you believed that you were strong enough to carry on. Having no further ties to your home world made it better to settle in with your new family.
You are a Harkonnen now.
Now, your footsteps make the quietest of echoes as you traipse down the narrow corridor. Heads of nearby servants and slaves bow, and eyes snap to the floor as you pass by. You feel the barest of sympathies, for not being allowed the simplest of human connection with their na-Baronness. But it was paradise considering the consequences should anyone ever feel bold enough to try otherwise.
Your husband wouldn’t allow that.
Dreams are sweet, until they’re not
Men are kind, until they aren’t
Flowers bloom, until they rot and fall apart
“Can I not have a single friend on this planet?!”
You burst into your shared chambers, rage rushing through your veins. All you had wanted was to have lunch and tea with one of the few female palace advisors you had taken a liking to. Maybe share a laugh or a story. Make a connection outside of your new family. That was all ruined when Feyd barged in and gutted your companion, stomach-to-throat, while she sat in her chair.
You were sure that your shoes had trailed blood down the hallway, but your mind was focused elsewhere at the moment.
“What use would you have for friends? I am right here.” He closed in on you, grasping your arms and forcing you to look in his direction. “Am I not enough for you? Do I not give you everything you should ever desire?”
His hands tighten around your wrists, making you flinch. A stray tear falls from your eyes, guilt starts to overcome your anger.
“No, not at all, husband! You have given me everything I could have wished for and more,” You wrench your hands out of his grip and grasp his face. He showered you with gifts, never let you go hungry or thirsty and this is how you repay him? “I just… I didn’t think you would want to hear me talk about certain things. I don’t mean to sound ungrateful.”
“I know you don’t, my darling.”
You take a deep breath as you feel the tension in the room start to settle.
“Your mind is already fragile from the accident… I just want to keep you safe.”
Safe. That was the key here. He takes step back and retrieves a small dagger from his belt.
Feyd holds it up, showing you the weapon. “Did you know that your friend had a blade dipped in poison strapped onto her person?”
You can feel the blood rushing from your face. No. You didn’t know.
“I-I didn’t see a knife on her. She couldn’t have-“
“She did.”
He drops the blade and leans in closer to you, forehead aligning with yours. “There are people out there who seek to harm you, who seek to harm me through you. I can never let that happen.”
You nod furiously. You couldn’t believe that you had been so stupid.
Trust is unbelievably hard to come by in the Galactic Imperium. Your few months’ worth of memories can even attest to that. It seems that the only people you can truly rely on is family.
“I only want what’s best for you.”
You understand now.
Is anybody listening?
I open my mouth and nothing comes out
Another argument discussion had emerged from your telling of your latest dream. Your husband was convinced that you were entirely too exhausted to put any stock into what your subconscious was telling you, but you thought otherwise.
Fingers run through a patch of bright pinks, yellows, and blues—
“I swear to you, it felt so real! It was almost like a memory, like something I-,” A firm hand is placed on your shoulder as you give a slight stumble. Feyd puts a hand on your back, leading you to the edge of your bed, setting you on the bench that was placed against the footboard.
“Please, have some of your morning tea, my darling. You look a bit peaked.” You accepted the cup he gave you, settling down and taking a few sips of the warm, spiced drink. Your mind instantly calms, anxieties evaporating from your body like puffs of smoke. Never mind the memories that you had just… Floating.
Your husband is now on one knee in front of you, arms encasing your body, as his hands cup your face. He brings your eyes to meet his, seemingly searching. For what? You do not know.
“What were you saying about this dream of yours?” A pause reverberates throughout the room as your head tilts in confusion.
“My…?” You stutter, mouth opening to complete a thought that was no longer entirely there. “I can’t quite remember. What were we talking about?”
Your husband gives a smirk, analyzing your face once more before placing his hand on the dark fabric covering your swollen belly.
“Nothing of import. It seems that my heir is set on scrambling your thoughts.”
There seemed to be nothing in this world that brought more joy to Feyd-Rautha’s face than the sight of you and his unborn child. He’s more protective of you now than ever, having guards always posted near you, having you wear a shield during all public appearances. Not to mention, he was damn near insatiable in private. His hands and mouth are practically dragged away from you and your growing stomach every morning.
You give a chuckle. “I’d heard about pregnancy brain before, but never knew it to be this taxing! Perhaps I’ll take a walk later if I’m feeling up to it.”
Feyd gives your cheek a soft pat before rising to his feet, “Rest, my darling. I shall check in on the both of you later.” His hand rests next to yours, giving your belly a quick rub before he walks towards the door.
Your head goes to set on your pillow, the warmth from the tea running through your body. You must be really tired, since you fall asleep so quickly.
Quick enough to not hear the deadbolt lock clicking from the outside once the door is closed.
Flowers, I remember field of flowers
Soft beneath my heels
Walking in the sun, I remember someone
Someone by my side, turned his face to mine
The dreams start to encroach your mind while you are awake. You continue to follow your doctor’s instructions: take your daily tea, rest often, don’t overexert your body or your mind. But, ever persistent, they push through, finding parallels with your daily life to latch onto.
A hand, gently enlaced with yours, guides you through a meadow—
You husband’s hands lead you to stand with him by his uncle’s side, preparing for another ceremony.
A laugh, familiar and warm—
A chilling cackle of laughter reaches you in your viewing box, watching your husband gleefully slay another adversary in the arena.
Bright, yellow sunlight caressing your face and neck—
The black sun of Geidi Prime pulses in your periphery as you wave to a crowd below, your husband standing stoically next to you.
A kiss, given freely—
Feyd ravishes you in your chambers, lips melding together with yours.
My darling—
My love—
My darling—
My darling—
My darling—
My darling—
My darling—
“Is everything alright, my darling?”
You blink, snapping back to the present. Pale, smooth skin and blue eyes, your husband extends his hand towards you. Safe. He gives you everything. You and your child will never struggle or suffer with him. You are safe with him. Aren’t you?
Blood splatters over a patch of bright pinks, yellows, and blues—
You give a bright smile.
If you ever walk this way
Come and find me lying in the bed I made

Your hand is raised in front of the door, about to knock, when the door clicks open on its own. Donghyuck doesn't seem surprised by your presence; his expression is morphed into one of indifference. He is wearing his glasses and that white Celine shirt he loves to wear on special occasions. His long hair curls at his nape, a few curly strands beautifully swaying at the front. You would call him gorgeous if it wasn't for the pressing situation at hand. He walks past you into the kitchen and extracts a water bottle from the fridge. You flinch when he slams the door shut.
“Donghyuck,” you try. He chugs the water down, ignoring you. “Donghyuck list-”
A thud, water on your feet and a gasp leaving your mouth, and Donghyuck storms past you back into the bedroom. The blue baby shark bottle lays a few inches away from your legs with a broken hinge and a crack near the top.
You bite your lips in an attempt to keep your tears at bay. You brought this on yourself, you have no right to cry. If forgetting your anniversary was not enough of a fault, you went on to blame it on your workload and blame him for being upset. Not your smartest move.
Dejected, you walk back to the couch and lay down. You haven't slept properly in ages, you really were preoccupied with an important project at work, but even that isn't a good reason to stop doing the bare minimum. Donghyuck's anger is justified.
You don't have a blanket; no amount of hugging yourself provides you the warmth that Donghyuck’s body exudes. The pit of your stomach feels hollow with dread; the guilt weighs you down and threatens to swallow your being. After an hour of twisting and turning, you give up on the idea of sleep. There's no way you can sleep peacefully without resolving this conflict. Your throat constricts and heart sinks at the prospect of Donghyuck ending this relationship for his own good.
So you walk up to the door resolutely. If Donghyuck continues to give you the silent treatment, you know your resolve will take a hit pretty soon. However, doing something to show that you care is better than doing nothing.
“Hyuck,” you start, only to hear your voice crack. It pains you as much as it pains him to have landed in such a predicament. “I'm sorry, Donghyuck, it's my fault. Please, just open the door.”
You are met with silence. Did he fall asleep already? It seemed unlikely but you couldn't rule out the possibility.
“Hyuck, are you awake? Baby? Just please answer me.”
Still no response. But then, something drops, and you hear the old bed squeak, his feet shuffle and the spring in your mattress dip. So he's awake.
“Donghyuck, love, please talk to me.” You cringe at the desperation in your own voice. “I am sorry, I know I fucked up Hyuck. Shout at me, hit me, just-”
You clutch your hair, your back sliding against the door and butt hitting the cold floor. A shiver runs down your spine. Was it winter already?
“Just don't be quiet, please.”
You bury your face in your hands in a last ditch attempt to keep the sobs under control. It didn't seem to be working in your favour. The stress at work seems to be finally catching upto you as well. Donghyuck needs space. He doesn't need you annoying him now when all this could have been prevented had you been more mindful of your actions. You accept your fate and curl into a bundle, deciding to give it a rest for now.
That's how Donghyuck finds you a few hour laters.
You are hugging your knees close to your chest, head resting uncomfortably on the hard floor. When he takes a closer look, he can see the dried streak of tears on your cheek. You are trembling, and he realises you haven't even switched the heater on. Something in him breaks at the sight of you like this.
“Hey, baby,” he gently taps your cheek to wake you up. “Baby, you can't sleep here, come in.”
You make a little noise. He is met with the uncontrollable urge to coo at you, but stops himself given the situation.
“Wake up doll,” he tries again. “You are going to have a terrible back pain at this rate.”
You blink your eyes open sluggishly after a few moments. Donghyuck isn't wearing his glasses anymore and his hair is mussed up. “Hyuck?” You ask, your sleep muddled brain still not catching up. “Is everything alright?”
Donghyuck sighs, his fingers gently caressing your cheek. He loved you too much to stay mad at you for long, no matter what you did.
“Come sleep on the bed baby. We'll talk about the rest in the morning. Come in now.”

Taglist: @thatcatladywrites @smikys-stuff @kimberlyfletcher @dawnwriterimagines Masterlist Word Count: 1951. Summary: One argument led to another– the foundation of your family was built upon suffering and sacrifice. Secrets were unveiled, revealing the true intentions of your father, the lingering wounds of the past stinging harder than any cut has ever. With tension reaching a breaking point, what happens when you confront your father, searching for the harsh truth, even if it leads to a devastating decision– you will never be the same again. He will never be the same again.
——————————————————————————————————
Toshinori’s chest rose and fell.
“You don’t mean that…”
A pang struck through your heart as your father’s laboured breaths increased, tailing off in steady wheezes that only grew louder.
“Dad…” you whispered, closing your eyes. “Dad, I didn’t m-”
Your voice cracked, succumbing to the hot tears which burned against your cheeks. Emotions flooded your head, as though they had been waiting to escape from the dam of truth that you had to silence to protect the peace in your family. The pressure had built up and that dam had finally broken in the most irreparable way possible.
Shame hammered your mind, delivering blunt throbs as you watched your dad clutching his frail chest in agony.
Guilt drilled poison into your veins as your father struggled to stand up– his sickly body unable to bear this pressure. His airways had been restricted, thus his once strong and proud chest had nothing to show but a vacant cavity, struggling to hold itself up.
This living room had always been small– enough space just for the two of you. Dad and his little hero. It had always been you two, but today, this room was longer and narrower, as though mocking your sanity which had become a battlefield.
Would you protect your father and carry on living in this dollhouse family, of which the  foundations were built off of your suffering.
Or would you protect yourself and destroy your relationship with the only family that you ever had.
The struggle had refused to forsake– silence had become your greatest enemy. It had left you alone with your screaming thoughts of doubt that deafened your conviction, leaving you straggled, naked, and vulnerable in the vast depths of your fears because what if.
What if Midoriya truly was better than you?
What if you truly were not worth it?
What if you had lost your rights to call yourself his daughter.
Forever.
You had lost everything to the ravenous beast which ruined everything you touched, and it wanted more. It wanted more, so it began making more noise, howling over the whispers of the wind, it howled over the ticking of the clock. It howled until nothing could be heard.
Silence.
Silence.
Silence.
It had become silent.
As though you were the only person in the room.
A sudden thud drew your attention to the floor.
Toshinori collapsed on the ground, and his eyes had gone blank, jaw slack. His ribs stuck out from under his skin, showing through his thin white t-shirt as his brassy cough filled his mouth with blood.
He urgently covered his mouth with his hands, forcing it shut but to no avail. It had already slipped past his hold, travelling down his neck, staining his shirt. A constant offender.
Your father began developing bloody coughs over three years ago. Yet every time you saw his chest heave and bleed, surges of nausea would creep up your veins, forcing you to leave.
“Dad!”
This was too much blood. It wasn’t meant to be like this… The doctor said a few drops or so, maybe a teaspoon, but that was ‘highly unlikely’. You watched as his white shirt became saturated, dizziness threatening to blur your vision.
But you could not see him like this. You didn’t think twice before rushing to help him– but you were stopped.
Toshinori raised his shaking hand immediately. You were halted, frozen in disbelief.
He put his hand back on the floor, taking a few breaths before pushing himself, warranting another step forward from you, another cry, but he just stopped you again. You could only watch as your father relied on his bony wrists to push himself up.
You could hear his shallow gasps for air, and his repressed coughs– and all you could do was watch your father’s face contort in fatigue and ache. Toshinori had finally gotten up, but that look had not left his face as he pushed past you. You watched the limp in his leg as he hobbled towards the couch, slowly lowering himself onto the cushioned couch. His head slumped onto the head rest, limbs unfurling in exhaustion.
You were suspended in your head, unable to move past the questions which rung bright sirens.
You shouldn’t have raised your voice at your own father– the doctor had told you. He’s injured, he’s getting older. He can’t process such shocks like this anymore.
What was wrong with you?
But it couldn’t have been just your fault… right? But then he pushed you– maybe he didn’t just notice– but what if he did it on pur-
“Y/N”, your father had called for your name, but his eyes did not meet yours.
Instead, they looked past you.
Toshinori Yagi adopted Toshinori Y/N when she was five years old.
A decade after the first quirk was discovered, many adoption agencies in Musutafu began sorting children based off of a ‘ranking system’.
Official documents stated that this case was first brought up in the Supreme Court due to an incident that had occurred in an orphanage near Musutafu, 26 years ago. It was a heartbreaking case of manslaughter that had taken place when six year old Chihiro Onodera– Quirk: Lava, accidentally murdered eight year old Honoka Sugo– Quirk: Bubbles, during lunch time as they were play-fighting.
It did not take much convincing as this case had reached international news, thus the court immediately passed a bill on the separation of quirks preliminary based off of their strength and danger levels, which were to be evaluated on a scale of 1 to 5.
Nevertheless, this bill had struck a controversial match, becoming the largest contemporary topic that was disputed over in the past years.
Demonstrations, protests and violent public outrage reached its peak when leaked intel revealed that a lot of children began to go missing from Adoption Agencies under the radar– they no longer had papers, as if their identities had been erased off of the face of this Earth.
Nanami Tomoda, Sae Ojima, Makoto Kanezaki– these were some of the household names that had garnered petrifying national and international headlines:
Heartbreaking Tragedy Strikes Japan: Devastating Attack Leaves Communities Reeling
Japan in Shock: Deadly Assault Rocks Nation's Sense of Security
Aftermath of Brutal Assault Leaves Nation Grieving Chaos and Carnage
Not much was known about these young adults.
Apart from two things.
First.
They were not independent contractors. All of them could be traced back to some of the very few established, powerful, underground organisations.
And second.
They were all orphans, rated 5, who had been declared missing for ten or more years.
Toshinori Yagi adopted Toshinori Y/N when she was rated 5.
Toshinori Y/N lost her quirk at age ten.
You are rated 0.
Zero.
Toshinori took a deep breath before he spoke.
“I have raised you since you were five years old.” He still did not meet your eyes. “I raised you in hopes that you would become a strong, and powerful young lady.”
He drew a breath in– it was laced in disappointment.
“But why does it feel, as though it has had no influence on you?”
Toshinori shifted both of his arms onto the couch rests, sitting tall.
“One does not become a hero by winning every fight. Not everything is about a hero’s physical strength. A hero is made when they understand that retaliation only makes them the real villain.”
Your father’s voice had deepened, and so did the dreadful pit in your stomach that sunk your resolve.
“A true hero understands that strength lies in the ability to rise above the pain. Because those who focus on what has been lost”, he continued, lips twitching, as a faint, uncontrollable tremor laced his words in indisputable venomous contempt, “are either insane, or desperate for attention they know they will never get.”
Small muscles in your face began to twitch despite the heaviness that had been pulsed through your body, holding it in place, as you just stood there. Your eyes, once red and exposed, had no inhabitant, no focus.
A ghost town.
“A true hero is grateful. And recognises every bit of effort someone else put in order to get them to where they are now.”
His gaunt eyes found yours, casting an unfamiliar chill in your body. They were sunken in, casting his gaze in dark shadows– an abyss impenetrable by light.
“You got your quirk stolen, Y/N. But you cannot get that back anymore. But it’s been years, I expect at least some gratitude considering I did you a favour by adopting you.”
He had left a clot that blocked your heart.
“Because no one else would have wanted you.”
It is always the one closest to you that hurts you the most.
The man you called your father had waited until the last second to take the satisfaction of crushing your heart, flesh against flesh.
Humans evolved to gain resistance and immunity against everything that threatens their survival.
Therefore, living with this man only meant that you had to gain immunity against pain and humiliation, because that was the only thing that could guarantee your survival.
So when you shook off the heaviness in your lid and focused onto your father’s face, you could only lift the corners of your lip.
“If you didn’t want me. Someone else would have adopted me instead. Like you did. No papers, no nothing– I’d slip under the radar, at least I’d still have my quirk, and end up on those headlines.”
“How dare you?” he uttered, face contorted in malice.
“I was five. That’s why you adopted me. Don’t deny it”
Toshinori stiffened, his Adam’s apple bobbed up and down. His shoulders, broad and hubris, had become small and meek. You watched him contemplate: his eyes, vindictive and daring, were cast down, hiding amongst the Tatami flooring.
“My child…” he began, his voice softer. “After your quirk had been stolen, I could not risk making you the target again. That’s the reason I don’t come to your events. It’s because you’ll become the target everyone goes for because they know you’re my daughter”.
“They’ll know?” your lips had pressed into a thin line. “Like how Midoriya knew I was your daughter? Like how the media knows?”
In the stifling air, your dry laughter bounced off of the discomfort.
“Don’t act like you arent ashamed of me.”
Your face had settled into a stone.
“It’s not about me being a target. It’s about protecting your image.”
“My daughter-”
“You have lost the right to call me your daughter. If I was such a disappointment after my quirk was ripped away from me, why did you keep me? You could have sent me back. Why did you keep me, dad, why did you keep me!”
Those closest to you, leave irreparable wounds.
But there was a reason they were close to you. A reason that subsided in love, care, and hope.
Your crushed heart was surviving on its last breath, waiting to hear something that could revive it.
Toshinori lifted his head again, his eyes flickering behind you.
It locked onto an object that somehow gained more attention than you ever had in your entire life. You risked a look over your shoulder, only to see the picture of your father and Midoriya, smiling–almost mockingly– back at you.
You knew what the answer was going to be.
“I’m beginning to question the same thing.”
A flat-line.
“Well if that’s how you really feel, I have no obligation to stay here anymore.”
You drew your breath in, words suspended at the tip of your tongue.
“I wish you and your student the best of luck, All Might.”

oooh 70 on the prompts list with shane would be so angstyyyyy plz i need to see ur thoughts on this -galaxy
This one's got a little kick to it ough
70) "After everything we've been through, you still don't think that I love you?"
......
"Honey..wh..what is this?"
"Can't you read? God, and I thought Alex was the only illiterate man in town-"
"I know what it says! But..I don't understand. Did I do something wrong?"
"Besides being a leech on my income for the past year and not doing a damn thing to make up for it....no."
"..are you crazy? I HAVE been doing my part! Just..take these back to Lewis and tell him you changed your mind. I'm not signing them."
"I don't need your signature. Just mine is enough to finalize it. I've already gotten everything packed for you..since you're too goddamn lazy to do it yourself."
"....what?" Tears stung Shane's eyes as he shakily set the stack of papers on the table, his vision blurring. He stared at you, seeing not an ounce of remorse on your face..but instead pure hatred. "Why would you do this behind my back? I-I thought...you-"
"What? You thought I loved you? Hah." The brief laugh that left your lips was cold. "Who could love a messed-up lowlife like you, Shane? I have a farm to take care of, a community center to restore..I can't have you slowing me down. It was a fun little fling, but now you bore me. I gotta get serious about my work."
"That's...all I was to you? A "fling"?!" A hurtful scowl formed on his face, hands shaking. "What about everything we've-?!"
"I only pitied you. And y'know, if I didn't care about Jas growing up without a father figure..I would've left you in the forest that night. I only stayed and married you to make them happy. But you blew your chance to get your act together..they're gonna be so disappointed in you."
As much as he wanted to respond with a snarky "I didn't know there was a time limit"...he was frozen on the spot, unable to say anything.
What could he say?
This was all so sudden...and just when he thought you two were doing so well and he was starting to have a genuinely positive outlook on life..
He made the horrid mistake of checking the mailbox and finding the dreaded papers.
"I'll say this was 50,000 gold well-spent." You grabbed the papers off the table, looking at the broken man before holding out your hand. "Give me that necklace. I'm gonna sell it."
"No..." Shane shook his head and clutched the mermaid pendant, tears streaking his face as he backed into the corner. "I...I-I'm so sorry, I'll try to be better! Just tell me what I can fix, a-and I'll-!!"
Suddenly you pulled out a dagger and swiped at him, causing him to flinch and shield himself, eyes squeezing shut in anticipation-
Yet he wasn't injured, but when he saw his pendant in your hands now...he felt as though you actually twisted that dagger deep into his heart.
He collapsed to his knees, devastated as you sheathed your weapon and pocketed the amulet you once tied around his neck at your wedding.
By your hands, you two were bonded in matrimony...
And by your hands, that bond was severed.
"There's nothing to talk about. I'm sick of pretending that I care for some lazy ungrateful fuck. Goodbye, Shane."
And with that, you stormed out of the house..and he was left there on the floor, his sobs filling the silence in the now empty cabin.
.

.
.
.
.
It was already late when you returned from your mining trip, and once you finished putting the spoils of your expedition into the shipping bin, you yawned and stretched.
The time was 1:10 AM...and your energy was super drained.
You figured Shane was already sound asleep. The idea of crawling into that cozy bed and cuddling with the man you loved had you eager to take off your boots and put your tools away.
However upon opening the door..you immediately caught a faint whiff of beer, and it left a sinking pit in your stomach.
He did bring home a six-pack case today, and he promised to have it in moderation.
But the kitchen trash showed clear evidence of recently-opened cans.
Four out of the six, in fact.
'Oh man..it happened again..'
You knew that he wasn't gonna be able to quit cold turkey just like that. It wasn't a habit he could flip off like a lightswitch, and that's a fact you've come to accept.
Although he had a few beers from time to time, it was nothing like before. And he would always let you know if he was having some....so to realize he drank over half the case tonight alone was alarming.
Why? You were only gone for a few hours..
You entered the bedroom, finding Shane still awake, hunched over on the bed's edge with his face in his hands. He looked completely torn up, and you've never seen him this bad since..
"Shane, sweetheart?"
Startled, he looked up at you, revealing his eyes to be puffy and red from crying. "O-Oh..hi. You..y-you came back?" He hoarsely asked.
"Of course I did..without having to visit Harvey, thank god." You walked over and sat beside him, frowning. "But more importantly are you okay? What's wrong?"
He tried to respond, but the memories of that nightmare made him physically incapable of doing so...and fresh tears welled in his eyes.
A choked sob came out, and as quickly as he tried covering it up--it failed as similar heartbreaking noises followed.
You didn't waste any time pulling him into a hug.
Leaning against you, he sobbed into your neck, soaking the collar of your shirt in tears. But you just hushed him and rubbed his back. He didn't smell too heavily of beer, although it made you wonder what happened tonight that was bad enough to make him relapse.
Was it...you?
Was you being away stressing him out?
Did he think you wouldn't come back-
"[Y/n]...you sure you..really love me? And all of this isn't...a-a joke?" He hiccupped softly.
Those questions made your heart sink, and you briefly pulled away to gaze at him in sadness. You knew he was still struggling with his self-confidence and self-image, often comparing himself to a "squishy bag of flesh" and feeling "too old", but for him to doubt your love?
Even after talking him off a cliff?
Even after going to the gridball game where you shared that first kiss?
Even after giving him the bouquet and mermaid pendant?
"After everything we've been through, you still don't think that I love you?" You asked softly, not with anger, but with worry.
"Just look at me, and look at every other guy in this town. You could'a had a doctor, someone who can still play gridball, a writer who lives by the sea...even that emo guy seems cool. But you chose me..."
With a sniffle, he clutched the mermaid pendant with trembling fingers. "...this pathetic..l-lowlife who doesn't do shit on this farm. I swear I'd change and get my act together, but I'm letting you down again...j-just like everyone else. And I'm so sorry...I'm such a failure." He sobbed harder.
"Wha..that's nonsense. You do more for me and this farm than you could possibly know." You cupped his face, feeling his cheeks grow wet with fresh tears. "You feed the animals, you water any crops my sprinklers could've missed...and those pepper poppers you give me help keep my energy up in the mines so I can come home safely."
"But..I can't even microwave them right." He whined. "I wanna have the energy to cook like you do-"
"What do you mean?" You frowned. "Last week, you made me a killer omelet when I went to bed angry over a Pepper Rex burning my favorite cardigan."
Shane blinked, searching his foggy brain for that memory, before it dawned on him that he actually DID wake up extra early to surprise you with an omelet he cooked on the stove. Made from Charlie's eggs, of course.
"Ah, that's right..well...I guess I'm good at some things.." He sniffled, slowly calming down.
You chuckled softly, thumbing away the rest of his tears, your fingers brushing over his scruff. He recently shaved it, but it grew back rather quickly--like a crop infused with deluxe growth fertilizer.
"You're good at being my partner, and keeping me company after a long day." You kissed him in the lips. "I love you, Shane. Nothing will change that, even if you have relapses."
"I love you, too..and 'm sorry. I just had this really bad nightmare, and I couldn't fight the urge tonight."
"I understand, I'm not angry." Bringing him back into a hug, you sighed as he squeezed you tightly. "Did you wanna talk about it? I know it's late but..I'm sure it'll help us both."
"...you promise not to laugh?"
"I promise."
"I..had a nightmare you divorced me."
"Huh..really?"
"Yeah, you filed the papers behind my back and said some...pretty hurtful stuff, like how it's "the best 50,000 gold you've ever spent", how what we had was just "a fling", and...how I'm leeching off of you." The longer he went on, the more he struggled to swallow back further tears. "And..you took the pendant back by force. With that dagger you always keep on you."
"....."
"I-It's stupid, but it...just felt so real. And when I woke up and you didn't come back from the mines yet, I thought maybe..it actually happened."
"Shane." You shook your head, leaning back again to bring his face into your hands. "No way would I EVER put that much gold towards something that stupid. This farmwork..it's so much to one person to handle, and I'm forever grateful you're here to help me. You're doing your best, and that's all I could ever ask for."
"Thank you.." He nodded, finally realizing that what he dreamed was nothing more than a ridiculous nightmare.
You smiled and kissed him again, making this one last a bit longer before you pulled away. "I'll get you some water, okay? I don't want my baby to have a hangover in the morning."
Shane sheepishly returned the smile, allowing you to get up and go to the kitchen, while he got comfortable in bed and patiently waited for your return. His hand went to the pendant on his chest, relieved it was still there.
Even though you were probably dead-tired from the mines..you still took the time to care for him when he hit another low. You didn't see him as a chore or a leech on your life.
You saw him as your husband, your soulmate..someone you were willing to love through thick and thin even when some days were harder than others.
Of course, his depression might tell him otherwise, and manifest those insecurities into nightmares.
But you'll still be here for him no matter what.

Bradley wasn't sure what he expected to find when he got to your house, but the sight of you hyperventilating on your bathroom floor was worse than anything else he had imagined. You were wearing your suit from work, sobbing and clutching your hands to your chest.
"Oh, Kitten. I'm here." He dropped to the floor next to you and kissed your tear streaked cheeks as he pulled you into his arms so you weren't lying on the hard floor.
You were sobbing so hard, your entire body was shaking. Bradley kept trying to wipe your tears away, but more and more fell in their place. Whatever Danny said or did to you, it was unacceptable. And Bradley had a feeling that he might be heading over to Mission Beach to give him another piece of his mind after he left your house once you calmed down.
"Bradley," you gasped, teeth chattering as he kissed your forehead and rubbed your back.
"I'm here, Kitten," he promised, but the body wrenching sobs were back now as you shook your head against his chest. Your fists were clenched tight, and he was just trying to help you get your breathing even so you could talk to him. "I love you, baby. Take your time."
A few minutes later, you eased yourself away from him, hiccupping and taking deep breaths. Your voice was hoarse and filled with sorrow as you told him, "Danny doesn't want Everett."
Bradley's brow was furrowed as he ran his hands along your arms and helped you remove your suit jacket. He already knew Danny couldn't be bothered spending time with Everett, but he didn't know how to respond to you right now.
You said it again. "Danny doesn't want Everett." Your eyes were red and glassy, and you were staring past him at nothing. "I went to his place after work, and he told me he's not going to pay child support."
Bradley took your face in his hands and kissed your forehead. "You and Ev don't need him. You're better off without him."
You sniffed and shook your head as Bradley ran his thumbs along your cheeks. "No, you don't understand. Danny doesn't want Everett! When I threatened him with a lawyer, he told me that Ev and I can just fuck off." You closed your eyes against the wave of new tears as you whispered, "He hates us enough that he wants to relinquish custody. He wants me to make that happen."
Oh. Shit.
"Come here," Bradley coaxed until you were sitting in his lap, fists still clenched.
"I'm a horrible mom," you sobbed, and Bradley thought his heart was going to break. "I kept making him spend time with his dad, over and over again, and Danny doesn't even want him."
"Kitten."
"What's wrong with Everett?" you asked softly. "Why doesn't his own dad want to spend time with him? I can understand Danny hating me, but this doesn't make any sense. I can't understand it."
Bradley kissed your forehead. "You're a wonderful mom, Kitten. But Danny has never been good enough for you. And that's his problem."
Bradley held you tight so your lips were brushing his neck when you spoke, but your voice was miserable. "I left my son with his own father for the day, but Danny doesn't even want him. He was smoking pot the whole time."
Bradley could feel the weight of your words as you spoke. He wanted to make you feel better. Needed you to understand that this was all your ex's problem, and that it had nothing to do with your ability to be a good parent. "He's selfish, baby. And he's literally so fucking dumb. You and Everett are perfect."
You wiped your eyes on his shirt and mumbled, "I'm such a mess, Bradley. I tried so hard to give Everett everything he deserves, but I don't know what else to do. I wouldn't even blame you if you wanted to bail on us, honestly."
"Kitten," Bradley said, coaxing your chin up so you were looking at him. "You have it together. More than anyone else I know. You're not a mess. You're a good mom. You're already the best girlfriend I've ever had. And I'm not going anywhere."
You sniffed and wiped at your tears again, and that's when Bradley saw that you had your necklace in your fist. The paw print he'd given to you. Then he noticed that you had some abrasions on the side of your neck where your necklace should have been, and he wrapped his arms around you a little tighter.
"What happened to your necklace?" he asked, trying to keep his voice calm.
You sucked in a breath. "Don't be mad, but it broke. I'll get it fixed! I still have the charm!"
Bradley closed his eyes and shook his head. "I'm not mad, Kitten. Did Danny break it?" When you were quiet for a moment, he whispered, "I can see that the skin on your neck is scraped up."
"It was my fault," you told him. "He was pushing me toward the front door, trying to get me to leave his house. His fingers must have gotten tangled, and then I turned around and-"
"Danny had his hands on you? On your neck?" Bradley was no longer able to stay calm. "Are you kidding me right now?"
He was going to go over there and beat the shit out of Danny. Just like he should have when he picked Everett up yesterday. Bradley started to stand up, but you came with him and wrapped your arms around his neck.
"What are you doing? I didn't mean to make you mad."
And then he realized that if he did what he really wanted to do right now, he was going to cause more damage for you to deal with. He would just be upsetting you further. "I'm not mad at you. You're so damn sweet, Kitten. Always thinking of everyone else. I don't think there's anything you could do that would make me mad. But if Danny touched you today, that's unacceptable, okay? I will not allow that."
"Bradley."
"No. I won't allow him to hurt you or Everett. In any way. Turns out I can't stand the sight of either of you crying. Now promise me you won't go over to Danny's again without me. I need you to promise me."
You nodded and said, "I promise." And then Bradley collected your necklace from your hand and pocketed it before he kissed the scrapes on the side of your neck.
"You don't need him," Bradley whispered against your skin, pleading with you to understand. "You and Everett... you're better than anything. Anyone. Okay? And if Danny wants to give up custody, I think you should let him."
You just looked up at him in misery. "I don't know what the lawyer will tell me to do." Your voice was barely audible. "Ev won't have a dad."
Bradley didn't know what to say. He knew what he wanted to say, but he couldn't say it as he held you in his arms in the middle of your bathroom. "He's not worth it. He's never been a good dad. And you have Molly, and she would do anything for the two of you. Right? I know she would." You nodded at him, and Bradley ran his fingers along the side of your neck. "And you have me."
-------------------------
You let Bradley help you get undressed and get into the bathtub. He filled the tub with bubbles and kissed your forehead about a million times, and then he offered to order you dinner while he sat on your bathroom floor looking impossibly perfect.
"I want pizza. Junk food will help me feel better," you told him, and there was a soft smile touching your lips now. Bradley was making everything better and easier.
"I'll order it now," he said, looking up the phone number of your favorite place that delivered.
You already knew that you needed to let Danny go. But having a panic attack and crying for an hour on your bathroom floor had been a necessary part of coming to terms with it. And now you were emotionally worn out, but your body was buzzing with energy as Bradley ordered both of you dinner with his credit card.
"It will be here soon, Kitten. And then we can cuddle and talk more. If you want."
You nodded. "I want."
Bradley smiled at you before he went to the kitchen to get some plates out for the food. You looked around your bathroom as you soaked in the tub. Briefly you wondered how much stuff Bradley had that he would bring with him if he moved in. He probably wouldn't even want to move in here. It was further from the naval base than his apartment was, and he was used to having his own space. He'd never know a moment of peace again with you and Everett all over him all the time.
When you heard your doorbell, you took your time getting out of the tub. Your eyes were burning from crying so much, but you were feeling a lot better now. You were planning on contacting the lawyer this week. Molly had apparently been doing research on the best ones in San Diego for years, and she had given you a list.
But first you had to have a conversation with Everett about Danny. And perhaps that's what you were dreading more than anything else. Your son was going to grow up knowing that his father did not want him. Your lovable, amazing, sweet, perfect child.
Before you could start crying again, you dried off and changed into some soft lounge pants and a tee shirt. Then you went downstairs to find Bradley opening the pizza box, and he welcomed you right into his arms.
"I opened a beer. Wasn't sure if you wanted one," he murmured against your hair. You took a sip of his before getting yourself some water, and then you ended up curled up on the couch with Bradley and some slices of pizza.
"How did Ev do at practice earlier?" you asked, sad you had missed it to go deal with Danny instead.
"He's really very good, Kitten. And he's just going to keep getting better, because he loves the game."
Your heart swelled with happiness. "He keeps talking about practicing with you all summer."
Bradley finished chewing his pizza crust before he said, "About that. You'll have to let me know which days work for you once he's out of school for break. I need to teach him all about the different positions, and I can't wait. I'm probably more excited than he is."
You smiled at him. This was the kind of interaction that Everett deserved. Bradley was completely right: Danny wasn't worth your time or effort.
"You look like you're feeling a lot better," Bradley told you, kissing your cheek.
"I am," you promised. "I'm just trying my best to process everything."
You set the plates aside on the table and straddled Bradley's lap. He didn't say anything, rather he just rubbed your thighs with his big, warm hands, waiting for you to say what you needed to.
You focused on the sincerity in his brown eyes as you said, "I know this is for the best. I know that Danny was never really a father to begin with, even when we were married. But part of me has always felt like I'm letting Ev down by it just being the two of us. Especially when Danny just lives across town. My child deserves everything. The entire world. And I guess in my head I thought that meant a dad who wants to be involved."
Bradley's eyes settled on the abrasion on your neck where your necklace should have been. "Yeah, but Kitten... isn't it better to just have a mom who loves him more than life itself? He doesn't need a dad like Danny. Everett is so smart, he knows Danny is a dick. He can tell."
You could feel your eyes welling up with fresh tears. "I never should have made him go over there," you whispered. "He didn't deserve that."
"Everett deserves you. And he knows how much you love him."
You nodded and kissed Bradley before your tears could fall. This was the first time you had ever been in love. You'd been married for several years, and you could say with certainty that you'd never been in love before this. Before Bradley. "You make us both happy, Coach. You know that?"
He kissed your lips, and the prickle of his mustache had you smiling like it always did. "I don't deserve you. You're too perfect," he whispered. You kissed him softly, and he didn't rush anything, but when you guided his hands up inside your baggy tee shirt, he slid them along your sides.
Bradley pulled you even closer, and you reveled in the feel of his rough hands all over your skin. When he brought his right hand around to stroke your breasts with his knuckles, your eyes drifted closed.
"I love you, Kitten. I love everything about you. Let me take you upstairs? Show you how you deserve to be loved?"
You nodded and mumbled, "Yes," and Bradley had you in his arms. He carried you upstairs and gently set you down in bed. When he climbed in next to you, he ran his fingers along your arm and kissed your nose.
"You keep saying Ev deserves everything. But you do, too." His hand was warm on your skin as he rubbed your side and pulled you closer to him. "I don't know if I'm good enough for you, but I'm yours."
Then you rolled onto your back and pulled him on top of you with a smile. "You're more than good enough." You arched your back off the bed so Bradley could pull your shirt off, but when you reached for his, he held your hands above your head.
"Just let me," he whispered, his mustache brushing along your neck as he spoke. So you kept your hands on your pillow and let him touch and kiss you. Everywhere. It felt like hours or maybe days. His lips and mouth and rough hands. He was in no hurry when he finally reached for the drawstring of your lounge pants.
"Bradley." His brown eyes met yours as he kissed your bent knee and removed every last bit of your clothing. When you reached for him, he came willingly, and you ran your fingers through his hair and kissed him.
"I love you, Kitten." And with one more press of his lips to yours, he eased his muscular body back down so he was kissing you just below your belly button. You sighed softly and let him spread your legs wide so he could taste you. And you just let him take care of you. Because he was so good at it.
When you came on his face with one foot pressed to his shoulder and one leg wrapped around his back, he smiled up at you. "I'll do it again."
Your moans filled your bedroom, and after he got you off twice, you couldn't stop smiling. "Come here," you demanded softly, needing to taste yourself on his lips.
It took some coaxing as Bradley told you, "I just wanted to make you feel good," but eventually you got his jeans and underwear off.
"This is definitely going to make me feel good," you promised, and then you took care of him, too.
You were on the verge of falling asleep, draped across his body. All your tears from earlier over Danny and on Everett's behalf had exhausted you. But when Bradley offered to go pick Everett up from Molly's house if it would make you feel better to have him at home, you opened your eyes.
"No," you whispered. "I need to think about how I'm going to tell him that his dad is going to be completely out of his life soon. And maybe he'll be okay with that right now, but he's going to have to deal with knowing that forever." Bradley nodded and kissed your forehead as you added, "Plus Molly lets him do whatever he wants, so he'd be mad if I had him come home now."
He held you close and asked, "Do you want me to stay?"
"Yes."
-------------------------------
You were dreading picking up Everett from school on Tuesday. You had made a decision about how you wanted to broach the topic of Danny, but you would have rather done anything else instead. The only thing that sent you running for the elevator at the end of the day was Frank headed in your direction. You pretended like you didn't see him, and then you dashed through the lobby and out to your car.
As soon as you picked Everett up, he was rambling on about school and tee ball and his coaches and his upcoming birthday. "Do you think Aunt Molly got us good tickets? She won't tell me where we are sitting. Only that Coach Bob is coming too."
You smiled at him in the rear view mirror. "I'm sure she got the best seats, Ev."
"Like where we sat with Coach Bradley?"
But as you pulled into your driveway, you cleared your throat. "Ev, we really need to talk about something else, okay?"
"Okay," he said before unbuckling and heading for the front door ahead of you. As soon as he was inside, he was searching the kitchen for a snack, but you didn't want to lose your momentum.
"Ev, sweetie, it's about your dad."
You watched your son pause in front of the open refrigerator and turn to look at you. His eyes were wide with concern. "Didn't Coach Bradley talk to you? I don't want to go back there."
"Ev," you whispered, closing the refrigerator and pulling him in for a hug.
But he was immediately hysterical. "Please! Mommy, I hate it there!"
"Ev, you don't have to go."
"Promise?"
You knelt down on the floor in front of him and nodded. "How would you feel if I told you that you didn't have to see your dad anymore?"
Your son's open expression of hope had your heart clenching painfully. "Good. I don't want to see him."
But that was the response from a first grader. You knew that someday you would have to explain to a much older child or maybe even an adult where things had gone wrong. But you weren't even sure if you could do that. Because you still couldn't wrap your mind around the fact that this perfect kid's dad didn't want him around.
"You won't have to see him anymore," you whispered, hugging him to your chest.
He hugged you back, his small but strong body warm against you. "That's good, because we can do more stuff together or with Aunt Molly. Or with Coach Bradley." And then he was back to digging in the refrigerator for a snack.
Your sister had promised you a million times in the past day that she would always be around to help you with anything you needed. She promised she would be around for Everett. She promised you that Danny should be the least of your concerns right now. So you wrote out a check for the lawyer you found on Molly's list.
-------------------------------
Bradley got a text from you on Wednesday morning at work asking if you wanted to get pizza with everyone tomorrow night after the final tee ball practice of the season. He had already been planning on spending that entire evening with you and Everett, but if you wanted to get pizza, that was fine with him.
"Nat. Pizza tomorrow night?" he asked as he zipped up his flight suit.
"With your little family?" she asked with a smirk.
"Yeah," he replied smoothly. "And Bob's."
"Huh?" Bob asked, looking up from his newspaper and cup of coffee.
Nat's laughter echoed through the hangar before she said, "Bob, your future sister-in-law and nephew want to know if you're available to get pizza for dinner tomorrow."
"Oh," he said, nodding. "Yeah, that sounds good. I'm not sure what Molly's schedule is like, but I'll go." But Bob was now blushing profusely, and Bradley knew that Nat was going to jump all over him for it.
"What's on your mind, Bob?" she asked sweetly. "You look a little pink."
"N-No," he stammered. "It's just that... well, Molly is going to try to switch to mostly daytime shifts eventually."
"Then why are you blushing?" Nat demanded, smacking him lightly on the cheek.
Bob tried to adjust his glasses and actually made them more crooked. "It's. Well. I asked her to move in with me."
Nat screamed at the same time Bradley said, "Good for you, Bob."
"She said she would," Bob whispered, smiling as Nat made him slosh his coffee onto his hand.
And when the three of them got called to the tarmac, Bob was still smiling and still blushing. And Bradley was thinking that perhaps all the things he wanted to do with you could actually be done as well. Maybe moving quickly wasn't a bad thing when you knew you were in love.
As soon as he landed and headed out for the day, Bradley drove to a jeweler who told him that he'd be able to fix your paw print necklace and chain. While he waited for the repairs and engraving to be completed, his eyes caught on a case of diamond engagement rings.

Steps and Swishes
a/n: promise the next part will probably have more of the professional dancing lol
Word count: 2.3k
Warnings: none!
***
In moments like these, you can't help but appreciate your body's resilience, its unwavering stamina that carries you through the literal marathon of your day. But as you navigate this relentless sprint, you find yourself hoping there's still some fuel left in your tank when you reach the audition.
Waking up late was never part of the plan, especially not on a day when a crucial audition awaits. "Crap!" you mutter under your breath as you hastily exit your dorm room, clutching a piece of bread in one hand and your phone in the other. Each step is a stride toward salvaging what's left of your punctuality.
For the most part, things seem to be going smoothly as you dash towards the building. Until it’s not.
You wrench open the glass door of the lobby and dash into the elevator, heart pounding with each passing floor. Finally, as the doors slide open, you burst forth into a labyrinth of corridors, your destination painfully close. Or so you think.
Just when you believe the worst is behind you, you turn a corner and collide with an unexpected obstacle: a cascade of blonde hair and scalding coffee.
“Fuck!” The word rips from your lips as you stagger backward, the searing liquid seeping through your clothes. With trembling hands, you peel the wet fabric from your skin, eyes fixed on the ruinous stain spreading across your once pristine white shirt.
“Holy shit,” the figure mumbles, “I didn't mean that at all. Are you ok?”
A hand reaches out hesitantly towards your shirt, then freezes awkwardly in mid-air. It's the final straw.
Your gaze shoots up to meet the woman in front of you, ready to unleash a torrent of curses, but all words die on your tongue as you're confronted with wide, concerned eyes. Eyes that you know all too well, belonging to none other than Paige Bueckers.
Going to the same school as Paige Bueckers had never really stood out to you until today.
"I'm so sorry," Paige says, glancing down at your shirt, her hand still suspended awkwardly between you. Silence hangs heavy in the air. "I… I'll buy you a new one, I swear. Let me make it up to you."
In that moment, you realize that even if she were to buy you ten or twenty shirts, it wouldn't change the fact that you're about to miss your audition if you don't hurry. The inconvenience of the situation dawns on you in full force.
You let out an exasperated sigh, your gaze flicking from your stained shirt to Paige and back again. Then, once more, your eyes travel from her to your shirt. You can't help but notice how effortlessly chic and pristine her shirt appears compared to your own.
“Take off your shirt,” you deadpan without much consideration.
Paige's eyes widen further, resembling a deer caught in headlights. “W-what?” she stammers, inching away slowly.
You, however, couldn't care less if she looked at you as crazy. “You said you wanted to make it up to me?” you ask, raising an eyebrow before gesturing towards the bathroom behind her. “I have an audition in five minutes, and unless I want to blow my shot, I need to look presentable.”
The blonde hesitates, her gaze shifting between your outstretched fingers and the bathroom door. Then, with a slow turn of her head, you can almost hear the gears in her mind grinding to a halt. “And how does me taking off my shirt help you?”
“Just get in there and swap shirts with me,” you grumble, shooting her a soft glare. “It'll be quick. Once I'm done, you can have it back. Deal?” You silently pray she doesn't call the cops given how stupid and crazy you must sound, but the desperation in your eyes seems to sway her as she hesitantly nods.
“Alright, fine.” she sighs, walking towards the bathroom.
***
For the most part, the audition went relatively smoothly. Well, except for the fact that you received a barrage of odd looks for bursting in looking disheveled, with the invasive aroma of coffee clinging to you like a second skin. You could swear they caught whiffs of it every time you executed a dance move. But on the bright side, Paige's shirt did align nicely with the hip-hop theme they wanted, so hooray for small victories, you suppose.
Exiting the room, your shoulders sag immediately. Scanning the area for a familiar blonde, you finally spot Paige and make your way over, tapping her shoulder gently.
Startled, she quickly turns off her phone, giving you her full attention. “How'd it go?”
You shrug, not feeling up to sugarcoating it. “It was alright, I guess.”
Paige's expression deflates. “Gosh, I'm sorry. I didn't mean to mess up your audition.”
“Nah, don't worry about it,” you try to brush it off, though your voice betrays a hint of frustration. “If I hadn't been such a klutz and actually woke up on time, I wouldn't have been in such a rush, and none of this would've happened.”
A brief silence lingers between you two before Paige breaks it. “Hey, let's make a deal,” she proposes, suddenly piquing your interest. “You can hang onto the shirt for now. I'll take this one,” she taps the stained area with her palm, “wash it, and give it back to you later.”
You raise an eyebrow. “Really? I'm totally fine with changing again. Why would you even let me take your shirt home—”
“Just…” she interrupts, sounding almost exasperated, “It's just a way for you to trust that I won't flake out and keep your shirt or something,” she mumbles, scratching the back of her neck nervously. “If you have my shirt, the only way I could get it back is by washing yours and swapping. I know it sounds silly.”
You chuckle. “Maybe just a little.”
Paige smiles, briefly averting her gaze before meeting your eyes again. “Just… let me clean it. I already feel bad enough.”
With a resigned sigh, you give in to her plea. “Fine, give me your number.”
Paige retrieves her phone with surprising speed, a wide grin spreading across her face. She clears her throat, opening her phone and displaying the number pad. “Are you usually around campus? You look like a student.”
After entering your number, you call yourself and retrieve your own phone as it starts to ring. “Yeah… I'm just looking for a part-time gig for now. Nothing too demanding.”
The blonde's interest is piqued. “So, what was the audition for?”
“Just some dancing,” you murmur, half-expecting her to burst into laughter like some others might. But instead, her reaction is one of genuine shock.
“That's awesome! KK would love you,” Paige jokes, and you audibly release a deep breath, grateful that there's no mockery in sight.
“I'm… flattered. Though I'm afraid she might work me to the bone with TikTok dances.”
Paige erupts into laughter, bending over in amusement before regaining her composure. “She might, but she means no harm, I promise,” she says, her expression turning more earnest. “You might have to swing by and show us some moves.”
“Hmm, I might just have to do that,” you reply with a smile.
Paige rubs her hands together awkwardly. “Well, I'll let you go. I don't want to hold you back any longer. I'll definitely text you.”
You nod, “I'll look forward to a white shirt”
She smiles before excusing herself. As you go about your way, you can't help but glance back, only to find the blonde has beaten you to it, snapping her eyes away from you in an instant.
***
The next morning breezes by in a blur. You manage your early classes and decide to take the afternoon off, indulging in a leisurely lounge session that rivals the pace of a sloth. Despite knowing you should probably get moving, the mere thought of tackling errands or practicing feels like an insurmountable task.
You flop onto your back on the carpeted floor, idly gazing at the ceiling until the tranquil silence is abruptly shattered by the muffled buzzing of your phone. With a lazy stretch, you reach for your phone, glancing at the notification.
One text message.
Sitting up, you unlock your phone.
‘Hey! It's Paige. You know, the girl who spilled coffee on you? Yeah, you probably remember that. Anyway… I cleaned your shirt, and I promise it's good as new. Do you want me to swing by your place or are you cool with coming over here?’
Your fingers move instinctively, typing a response before you even fully process it. After all, if THE Paige Bueckers was extending an invitation to her place, who were you to refuse?
‘I don't mind coming over there.’
Three bubbles appear in the corner of the screen.
‘Great! My room is 12C. Just drop by whenever you want.’
‘Alright, I'll be over in a few minutes.’
‘Perfect, I'll be waiting for you.’
You toss your phone aside, feeling an unexpected surge of energy coursing through you. Where it comes from, you're not entirely sure, but you're certainly not going to question it. Not when it propels you onto your feet in a heartbeat.
Without pausing to overthink, you head for a quick shower, ensuring you look somewhat presentable before getting dressed. There's a pitifully evident spring in your step as you make your way to her room, clutching her freshly washed shirt against your body.
However, all semblance of confidence evaporates upon coming face to face with the blue door, 12C stamped at the top. One. Two. Three seconds pass, and you find yourself rooted in place, your arm trembling slightly before dropping back down.
“Shit…” you mutter, suddenly feeling more self-conscious. But you gather your resolve and decide to just go for it.
Almost instantly, you hear shuffling from behind the door, accompanied by distant thuds before it creaks open. Two brown eyes peer out, catching you off guard. You barely have time to process before she gasps, almost comically.
“Oh my god, you're the coffee girl, aren't you?” The girl, whom you now recognize as KK, swings the door open wider, smiling like a child.
“Um… yeah, that's me,” you reply, scratching the back of your neck and holding up Paige's shirt. “I'm just here for a simple exchange.”
“Girl, come on in,” KK drawls, gesturing for you to enter. “She's down the hall to the left.”
“Thanks,” you chuckle.
It's pretty wild how much they're trusting you, but at this point, does it even matter?
You make your way down to what you presume is Paige’s room, rapping lightly on the door.
Paige answers swiftly, her attention seemingly elsewhere. “Kk, I swear to go—” Her gaze lands on you, and her eyes widen abruptly, words faltering. “Oh, my bad. Thought you were that airhead.”
“Hey!” Kk's voice rings out from the other side of the dorm, prompting a giggle from you.
“Come in, come in. I didn’t realize you were here already,” Paige says, opening her door fully. She strides over to her bed, where a neatly folded white shirt rests on top.
“I like your cologne,” you blurt out before even thinking, immediately regretting your lack of filter. You scramble for an excuse as Paige turns to you, her expression unreadable. “I-I mean, your shirt… I'm assuming it was your cologne. It smelled nice.”
She smiles. “Really? I’m trying something new. Must've smelled better than the coffee, huh?”
You step closer to her, the distance between you diminishing. “Anything would be better than that, to be honest. Imagine dancing while drenched in coffee.”
Paige winces, stepping nearer to you. She extends your shirt towards you. “Yeah, sorry about that again. But don't worry, I made sure it was all gone.”
Taking a moment to really take her in, you absorb every detail you may have missed in your earlier rushed encounter. The way her eyes sparkle, the curve of her smile, the subtle flex of her arms. It's almost overwhelming for your heart to handle.
“Here. I washed yours too.”
“Aww, you didn't have to,” she reply with a cheeky grin. “Now I owe you again.”
“I'm always up for some food,” you shrug, though you don't really mean it. “A broke college student will take what they can get.”
“Deal,” Paige says, her tone shifting slightly more serious. “We could even go now if you want.”
“Wow, didn't expect you to actually say yes. I mean, aren't you like… a celebrity or something around here?” you comment, feeling a mix of surprise and flattery.
Paige shrugs, a smirk playing on her lips. “What, are you worried they'll mistake us for a couple or something?”
“W-what? No…” you stutter, feeling your cheeks flush at the mere suggestion.
“I'm just messing,” she says, turning her head expectantly, her gaze soft yet playful.
It seems to effortlessly dismantle whatever defenses you had put up. “Fine,” you relent, smiling as Paige's face instantly lights up.
“Sweet. Hold on, let me grab my stuff,” she says, brushing past you, leaving you standing awkwardly in the middle of her room. You shift on the balls of your feet until…
“Psst!” Your head snaps towards the doorway as KK looks positively gleeful, biting her finger to stifle a laugh. “You're still gonna dance with me, right? Don't go flaking out.”
“Of course I am. And I’m going to beat you with all those TikTok dances,” you retort, a playful spark between the two of you.
KK gasps dramatically, clutching her shirt. “As if!”
“Alright, KK,” Paige interjects, returning from wherever she went, patting KK on the shoulder with a tad too much strength, causing the smaller guard to wince. “That’s enough.”
You catch the shift in Paige's tone, and she shrugs softly once she notices your gaze on her. “Let’s go?”
You nod and follow closely behind, but not before whispering a quick, “It's still on,” to KK, chuckling as her mouth hangs open in silent protest.

Hi! I saw your request open. May I request a fiance!alastor x charlie's older sister!fiance!reader, they're in a secret realtionship. During episode 5, lucifer arrives, alastor and lucifer having some sort of beef and some time later either Y/N or Alastor reveals their engagement, really pure fluff
I hope you don't mind how long this took. I'm still a bit rusty when it comes to fluff, I feel. I threw a little angst and inner-Alastor thoughts just to round this out!! No particular warnings past some cursing and bickering old men... please enjoy!
You felt your phone buzzing in your pocket, alarmed when you saw your sister's name flash across your screen. Charlie's name blared at you in glittery, golden font, as Inside of Every Demon is a Rainbow bounced around your room bombastically. She had only called you when absolutely necessary. This couldn't be good...
You hastily picked up your phone, your jaw nearly hitting the floor as Charlie rambled about her predicament. You cut her off, pulling on your cardigan quickly," Don't move-- I'm on the way right now!!!" You nearly blew your apartment door off its hinges, trudging quickly downstairs. You pull your phone back up to your ear, quickly calling for a cab. If half of what Charlie spouted was true... she would need some support. As would Alastor... Quickly.
You took off briskly towards the Hazbin Hotel, hoping you would make it over before Lucifer, your father, had gotten there.
---
You were practically sprinting up the stairs as you left the cab, heart racing. If you knew anything, Charlie would be nervous and unable to convince your dad of change. If you knew anything about Alastor... you knew how much he secretly envied the power that Lucifer harbored. If he wasn't careful, said one wrong thing... he'd be exorcized in a heartbeat. You slam the hotel doors open, panting as all eyes in the room turned towards you. Charlie sighed, seemingly relieved.
"H-Hey there!!! Guuuuys, you've all met my sister, right? Right?" You saw Alastor at eye-level with Lucifer, stooping down to his height. They both looked positively FURIOUS with the other. But when Charlie had made mention of you, both men's gazes flew to you. Lucifer blinked a few times, taking small steps towards you," Y-You... you're here, too?" The King of the Hells looked absolutely shocked, a wide, prideful smile plastering across his face soon after," My oldest, my little duckling, it's so good to see y--"
Alastor hip-bumped Lucifer out of the way and onto his ass, making wide, deliberate strides towards you.
"My darling, mon cher!!! What a wonderful surprise! What brings you here this fine evening?" Alastor was looking between you, Charlie, and Lucifer as his mind raced. The dots were starting to connect.... He knew that you were estranged from both your parents and a younger sibling... bur now, he finalized realized that they just so happened to be Hell Royalty. THE Monarchy with a capital M. He should have seen the similarities... but: this was something he could use to his advantage. Something that made this position here in the hotel all the more concrete.
You chuckled as Alastor greeted you, taking your hand into his own before bringing it to his lips. Eyes and mouths hung wide open as all took in the sight of Alastor putting his lips to something the he didn't murder. Lucifer saw red, launching himself back onto his feet.
"What's the meaning of this? Okay, honey, sweetie-- you KNOW this shitshow???" Lucifer laughed nervously, mirroring Charlie's nervous energy as he rubbed his hands together, attempting to calm himself. His horns had nearly sprouted from his scalp," Duckyyyy...," Lucifer warned," Please tell I'm not seeing what I THINK I'm seeing." Alastor's shit eating grin was very telling, and impossibly wide as he spun you in a quick circle.
"Oh my Hells! Don't tell me, cher... you haven't told your own sister and father about us~?" Alastor teased, a hand clutching his chest in feigned injury," You wound me!"
You did your best not to laugh, gently nudging Alastor off of you," Well, I did tell you that I didnt-- Well, that we don't really see each other much anymore." You gaze at your father, having to look down towards him due to the height difference," Or, eye to eye, for that matter."
Alastor erupted into a laughing fit, both hands on your shoulders as he spun you around," Well, that certainly makes sense now!!! What a revelation!"
Lucifer fumed, barely avoiding biting his bottom lip off. Charlie blinked as she took everything in, eyes widening," So-- so THIS is your boyfriend you were telling me about! Riiiiiigggghhht..." Charlie clasps her hands together, mirroring her father. Her teeth were gritting slightly, as she concluded under her breath," Actually, that makes a LOT of sense, in retrospect--"
You flush even brighter, left hand ducking behind your back," Y-Y-- YEAH! Pffft! Just my boyfriend!" You fumble nervously as you continue," Charlie, remember? I told you about Al: tall, dark, handsome? Old fashioned? The cute little ears~?"
That sentiment surely wasnt shared by anyone else in the room... Angel scoffs as you were able to play with the Radio Demon's ears, the man in question seemingly unphased by your touch.
"Ugh!! Great! She can say it, but when I do, I nearly get eaten alive!!! What gives???"
Alastor was quickly losing his footing in this situation: he had to think fast. He is quick to seize your left wrist, pulling it back out to reveal a small, golden band enveloping your ring finger," I believe the term 'boyfriend' is a bit dated, even for us, isn't it?" Alastor bestows a kiss to your cheek, shocking even you, as he sends Lucifer a shit eating grin. This wasn't exactly the way you planned to tell everyone... but two of the three people in your little family were here, so you might as well make this count...
"No, I think betrothed is much more fitting, don't you~?"
Collective gasps about the room.
"You two are WHAT--?!?!?" screamed Lucifer.
"OH! OH!! IS SHE A BAD GIRL, SIR?!?!?" squealed Niffty as she jumped in place.
"...is she fucking HIGH--??" Husk asked accusingly.
Lucifer and Charlie both look to each other, than back to you, both feeling mixed emotions. Charlie is quick on the uptake, arms wide and welcoming," Ohh gosh, Alastor already felt like family since coming to this hotel!"
Charlie was doing her best to keep the piece, not wanting to lose the Hotel's Manager and her father in one blow," Th-this is great!! Im-- I'm SO happy for you two!" Charlie initiates a hug, squeezing both you and Alastor in a year's grip. Both yours and Alastor's hands instinctively go to pat Charlie on the head, making you flush again as you brush against each other. Alastor gives you a knowing, sweet smile, completing his end of the gesture.
" Oh Charlie, that is perhaps the nicest thing I've heard since coming to Hell~ I say, it almost makes a tear come to my eye!" Alastor pulls away and taps at his eye dramatically with his handkerchief, as you and Charlie continue to hug. Lucifer feels frozen in place, unable to act. If he makes a scene, he may scare you off or lose you again... if he doesn't make a scene now, then Alastor has a foothold that cements him further into this place. He was closer to not one, but BOTH of his daughters.... Lucifer decides its a risk worth taking, clapping his hands together. Maybe he could get rid of this deer carcass soon enough.
Lucifer takes bold steps forward, a jovial grin on his face," W-Well, of course! Charlie is right, anything for my little girl! Princesses deserve the entire world!" In a twist that catches everyone by surprise, he takes Alastor's hand in a firm handshake, his grip tighter than a boa constrictor. His forked tongue flicks and flares as he speaks directly to Alastor.
"...And you intend to give my little girl the WORLD...," he sneers, his voice deepening," ...Don't you?"
Alastor can barely hide the wince he makes as he shakes Luci's hand back, wide toothed grin straining," B-But of course!!! Who would I be to deny such a wonderful woman?"
Charlie's eyes well up with tears, the handshake convincing her that this was water under the bridge. You pipe up, placing a hand on both mens' chest to seperate them," W-Well, I think we should celebrate! Why don't we have some dinner, hmm? Perfect time to talk things over, get a tour of the hotel, AND work on how to help Charlie from here... right, Dad?"
You send Lucifer a warning gaze, one that instantly has him melting. He couldn't deny your request, even if you had a stake in his heart....
"Sounds like a great idea! Id LOVE to know how this freEAAA--king man managed to meet both of my daughters! I'll make pancakes!!!" Alastor throttles Lucifer, waving him off dismissively," Oh nonsense! Niffty and I already have things covered... why don't we all meet in the dining hall? My mother's recipe for Jambalya is absolutely to DIE for!"
Niffty practically vibrates as she starts barreling down the hall," I'll get the plates!!! The plates!!!"
Angel's stomach growls, his hands flying to cover himself," Actually... some food doesn't sound too bad right now. I'm down for some Louisiana spice before work~" Angel slinks down the hall behind Niffty, eager to chow down. Vaggie slowly takes Charlie's hand, looking to the two newest guests," Right... Lucifer, sir, and uhh..."
You politely give Vaggie your name, making her relax," Right... just follow us this way. We can work on that tour after some food."
Both you and Charlie were absolutely beaming, gawking over your engagement band, while Alastor and Lucifer kept respectable distances from one another. Today would be one full of reunions... and maybe a fist fight or two.
But Alastor was more than keen to play. This had been the most entertaining stunt pulled by this hotel yet... and he couldn't wait to see what sort of Morningstar drama he could exploit... but for now, he graciously let you cling to his arm, escorting you and the other misfits down the hall while humming a tune.
To the outside world, the two of you were perfectly balanced, opposites-attract peas in a pod... and, as far as you knew, they weren't exactly wrong.

WRONG NUMBER P12
matt sturniolo x f!reader
Tumblr media
idk what to feel about this one tbh 🤓
y/n's pov
"Here," Chris said handing me a soda can, I took it and nodded my thanks. We've been all sitting in the waiting room for the past four hours, since I got to the hospital first thing in the morning, no one was allowed to see Matt. My heart felt like it was going to jump out of my chest, every time the doctors opened the door.
Nick sat wide awake, his head resting on my shoulder as I stroked his hair back from his forehead. His eyes never left the door, and every time it swung open, he tensed. Chris was sitting on the floor next to us, his head in his hands. He kept checking his phone, only to sigh and put it away again. The triplets' mom, whose name I learned was Marylou, sat across from us with their dad. Her eyes were red from crying, but she tried to keep a brave face on for her kids.
The clock on the wall ticked loudly, the seconds seeming to drag on for an eternity. I glanced at Nick, trying to think of something to say to take his mind off the waiting, but every time I opened my mouth, my voice caught in my throat.
Marylou shifted in her seat and glanced at me, then back at her Nick. She caught my eye for a moment and gave me a small, sad smile. I really wanted to go over and hug her, to tell her that everything would be okay, but I didn't know what to say to someone who was facing what they were facing.
The door suddenly opened, and a doctor came out, her expression serious. My stomach clenched in fear as she walked over to us. "I'm sorry to say," she began, her voice quiet but firm, "that the surgery was not successful." Nick's head shot up, his eyes wide with disbelief. "The patient has sustained too much damage, and his organs have begun to shut down. We've done everything we can, but…" She trailed off, unable to finish the sentence.
I felt like the world had stopped spinning as the doctor spoke those words. Is that it? Is this how it ends? it's that simple?
Nick started to shake uncontrollably, his eyes filling with tears. He buried his face in my shoulder, sobbing uncontrollably. I wrapped my arms around him, unable to believe what I was hearing. Chris threw his arms around us both, sobbing into Nick's hair. Marylou and her husband both cried silently, their faces twisted in pain.
"Can we at least see him?" Marylou asked, her voice shaking. The doctor nodded, motioning for us to follow her. Nick clung to me, as we walked down the hall. I squeezed his hand reassuringly, wishing there was something I could do to make this better.
The room was dimly lit, and machines were beeping in the background. The hospital bed was elevated, and a body lay under the thin white sheet. Nick's body went limp in my arms as he realized it was his brother. His sobs grew louder. Chris squeezed past us, falling to his knees beside the bed. He reached out and pulled the sheet back.
"What the fuck?" I gasped as I looked at the body that was under the sheet. That's not Matt, it's someone else. It was an old man's body. The room spun, and I felt like I was going to throw up. "Oh my god," I heard Chris say, his voice cracking. "Is this some kind of joke?"
Nick was still sobbing into my shoulder, oblivious to what had just happened. Marylou knelt beside the bed, her hands clutching the sheets. The doctor walked over to us, her expression grim. "We're so sorry, There's been a mix-up. We'll go find your son immediately." She turned and practically ran out of the room. Nick looked up from my shoulder, confused. "What do you mean, a mix-up?"
Chris, still staring at the body on the bed, said, "I don't understand. That's not Matt. I'm sure that this isn't even his room." He turned to the other doctor. "Who's body is that?"
The doctor paused, his face pale. "I…I don't know. The records show that he was supposed to be here, but…it's not him." He looked at us, his eyes filled with fear and regret. "I'm so sorry, we'll try to fix this"
Nick pulled away from me, his face a mix of anger and disbelief. "Fix this? How do you fix something like this?!" He pointed to the body on the bed. "That's not my fucking brother! Where is he?!"
Marylou took a deep breath and tried to calm him down. "Nick, we need to stay calm. The doctor is going to find out what happened and make sure Matt is okay. Let's just try to wait here." She squeezed his hand, but he pulled it away, pacing back and forth.
The doctor returned a short while later, her expression grave. "We've identified the body as belonging to a man named Matthew Williams. He was admitted to the hospital under a false name, and the records were somehow switched with your son's. We've notified the police, and they're investigating the situation." I stared at her, My face a mask of disbelief and horror. "I am so, so sorry for this mistake. We'll do everything we can to find your son and get this sorted out."
Nick collapsed into a chair, his head in his hands. Chris knelt beside him, trying to comfort him. Marylou looked from Nick to the doctor, her face pale. "Do you have any idea where our son might be?" she asked, her voice shaking. The doctor shook her head, her expression pained."Not yet. We'll alert all the hospitals in the area and work with the police to locate him as quickly as possible."
As the minutes turned into hours, the waiting room seemed to close in on them. Nick paced back and forth, unable to sit still. Chris tried to stay calm, but the anxiety was evident in his voice when he spoke to the doctors. Marylou sat in a chair, her face pale. The silence was broken only by the occasional sob from Nick or the beeping of the machines in the hallway.

One Hell of a Butler Pt. 3
Nightmare (Arlecchino x Fem! Reader Blurb)
A/N: Since y'all seem to really like the demon butler concept, I made another one, also because I wanted to. This one isn't quite as long or plot heavy, but I thought this was cute and I was in the mood for hurt/comfort. I'm such a sucker for this trope. Content Warning: Semi-graphic descriptions of violence, panic attack Series Masterlist
Crimson blood. Fractured bones. Broken limbs. You lie on the ground, shivering, panting, crying. Your muscles betray you, unwilling to obey your command to move as you could do no more than stare. Your legs are limp, only dead weight as you try to crawl in what's a pool of your own blood, you presume. The sting of your aching fingertips sears through your mind, dragging yourself across the floor through sheer grip strength. You don't get very far with your pace, you're far too exhausted and injured to escape. Drowsiness overwhelms you and your eyes beg for rest. Everything blurs, you're only able to make out the color of the concrete floor and the scarlet that seeps from your body.
A shadow approaches, looming over you as it nears, reaching out its hand.
And you lurch forward, jolting awake.
Heart palpitating and breath panting, you wake up to sweat-covered silks and a dark bedroom, alone. You clutch your chest as the closest attempt of grounding yourself, your nails digging into your skin as you struggle against the bed sheets. Finally, you're released from the silk confines, and anxiously flounder over to your nightstand, a shaky, desperate hand searching for the nearest light source: the nightstand lamp. You turn it on after another few moments of fumbling for the switch and then the room illuminates slightly, enough to allow you to find the handle of the knife beside the bed. Your eyes skitter back and forth across the length of your bedroom in search of anyone, and realize, with a shuddering relieved exhale, that no one was there.
Still, the hold on the handle doesn't loosen one bit. You sit up right in your bed, your panicked and alert mind anticipating for an intruder to come in, a monster to come out of the shadows.
Then there's a knock. On the door.
Everything inside you stiffens, your gaze hyper fixated on the door as you raise the blade in your hand to a ready position. Another series of knocks occur, and then the doorknob turns with an audible creak that echoes throughout the still room.
Metal flies from your hand as you throw the knife with pinpoint accuracy at the newcomer, but the figure merely catches the blade in between two blackened fingers. You don't even manage to register the extraordinary feat that was just done, only the onslaught of terror that reigns over your thoughts, ridding all sense of rationality and awareness.
They've come to hurt you, they've come to hurt you, they've come to h-
“My Lady?” a familiar voice sounds out, one that you found comfort in. You search for it, but she's not there. Where is she? Where is she? Where is she, she's not here, no one's here to save you, you were never saved-
“My Lady,” the same person calls out again.
Where is she? Why can't you find her? The steps of heels click against the wooden floor and near you, and you know that they're coming. Yet, you can't find your resolve to do anything in your state of paralysis, and once again you're now in the cell where you were beaten, broken, and bloodied, and they've come to do the very same things to you once again and you can't even lift a finger to do anything, not even to scream. Your voice is gone and you have no way to escape as they round the bed, trapping you, encasing you. The silk covers feel like shackles, heavy despite the thinness, your limbs are entangled and they reach their hand out to hurt you once again-
“My Lady,” the sweet voice repeats, and this time it's closer, much closer. It's the third time she calls out to you and you only want to hide in the security she provides. “It's me. I'm here.”
The figure that stands by your side does nothing. It doesn't move, but you try to anticipate its next movements. Why aren't they hurting you again? Why haven't they done anything yet?
“It’s Arlecchino. Say it.”
That's right, the voice is Arlecchino. Summon her, summon her, only she can protect you, only she can keep you safe, you need her. You open your lips to speak and you're able to dislodge the obstruction in your throat as you whisper the softest of calls.
“Arlecchino,” you rasp out, voice strained and hardly audible, but it's not enough. You extend out your hand, seeking hers. More choked and fragile pleas escape your lips. “Arlecchino. Arlecchino. Arlecchino, Arl-"
A hand, cold to the touch, and black as the abyss reaches out, clasping with your outstretched one, intertwining your fingers. Despite the chilling contact, it warms you and soothes your beating heart, each labored breath lessening. A physical reminder that she's here with you now. Your eyes traverse over the ebony skin, from the red fingertip nails, which trace your skin tenderly; to the palmar, with its distinct markings and lines; to the wrist, covered by the carmine ruffled ends of her sleeves; from her sleeves to the entirety of her, until you recognize the figure standing by your bedside is her, your demon.
She's here, you recognize.
It's ironic, how a demon is able to quell your fears, dissipating them as easily as she does with your enemies. This being of hell, this monster of terror, this inhumane being, surpassing capabilities far beyond human, consoles–how much blood has she spilled with this very hand that you hold? Are you that decrepit, deprived of human connection that you find quiet solace in this creature’s hold?
You're hardly surprised.
Her touch lingers as your breathing finally evens out, slowing to that of its typical pace. During that time, she says nothing, only the steady flow of oxygen in and out of you filling the room, and it seems like hours before she breaks the silence.
“Would you like some chamomile tea?” She asks, raising a hand to brush a strand aside from your face. You finally notice the cup of tea she's placed on the nightstand. With a shake of your head, you scooch forward in the bed, giving you ample space to finally lay back down, your hand still grasping onto hers when you turn on your side, back facing her.
“Arlecchino.” You whisper out breathlessly, but somehow, she's still able to hear.
“Yes, my Lady?”
There's a brief pause, before you answer, “You'll do anything I say, right?”
“As per our contract, yes.”
Another moment of silence, this one longer than the last. “Turn off the lights.”
She does. The room returns to darkness but you're not nearly as disturbed by this anymore.
“Do demons sleep?” You inquire.
“Though our bodies don't necessitate it, we can slumber.”
Again, the state of wordlessness falls between the two of you. Arlecchino nearly pulls away, but your grip on her fingers tighten.
“Stay.” Then you add quickly, “That's an order.”
Arlecchino’s low chuckle echoes throughout your bedroom. There's the shuffling of fabric, some movements made by the butler but her hand remains in place with yours. Shortly after, she raises the covers and slips underneath. Her cold front presses against your back and her breath brushes against your nape.
“Will you stay the whole night?”
“I'll stay as long as you want me to, my Lady.”

Finnick comforting reader when she is on her period?
I love your work so much<33
Tomorrow Never Came
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
tyy love!!
context: Finnick and reader are fellow tributes from four who are both currently at the Capitol cause they were Reaped for the Games.
a/n: Yes, Finnick nicknames reader ace lol. I've been binging s5 and 6 of Gilmore Girls and Finnick is so Logan coded <3
౨ৎ・゚:*
"Ughhh!" You hated being dramatic, but you hated things not going your way even more. "Stupid blanket!"
You let out another prolonged groan when it once again slid off your legs and onto the floor. It was a blanket for God's sake, wasn't the thing supposed to keep you warm? Instead, the threadbare fabric couldn't even stay on top of your legs.
"Now, honey, there's no need to throw things around and cause a fuss." You could place the unmistakably pouty drawl from a mile away. You felt his maddeningly hot breath on the back of your neck as he leaned over your spot on the couch.
"Go away, Odair." You fought to keep your voice calm. Seeing you annoyed only egged Finnick on like some crude form of encouragement.
Predictably, he jumped over the edge of the couch, jostling you as he landed with a thump. Leave it to Finnick to annoy you when you're in your most irritable mood.
To your surprise, he held out a throw blanket. The plushy material looked so out of place in his calloused hands, so rough from all his seafaring.
"Take it, ace." He nodded encouragingly. "I can't even imagine how hard it is being on that time of the month. Especially, being here and all, away from home, and with all that pressure on ya."
"How do you know..."
"I saw you eating like three pounds of chocolate last night." At your look of mortification, he hurried to add, "I couldn't sleep either, sweetheart. I wanted to join you, but I figured if I interrupted you, I wouldn't stand a chance at even making it to the arena tomorrow night."
You chuckled at that, finding him funnier than you'd like to admit. You reluctantly accepted the blanket he was still holding out to you.
"You know, ace, we can be allies in there." He was looking at you earnestly now, gaze piercing enough to cut through glass. "I don't want this to sound forward, but I would die for you."
He swallowed as you frowned up at him. "I...I-I don't have anyone who cares about me. I don't have anyone to go home to if I come out of this thing alive. But you..."
You surprised yourself with what came out of your mouth next, "I care."
Finnick raised his head slowly.
"I mean it, Fin," you continued. "You're...Look, I know I'm not the easiest person to like, but somehow you make me seem tolerable. I never thanked you for saving my ass during the interview." You rolled your eyes at the memory.
"But thank you for spinning our story into a love tale. If it weren't for you, I would probably have a negative amount of sponsors. I mean, who wants to root for the scrawny girl from the fishing district who can't even fish-"
Finnick's plush lips found yours, immediately silencing the million thoughts running through your mind. He pulled back, eyebrows raised as if he had surprised himself. If tomorrow never came, you would be glad for it.
You pulled him back to you, the collar of his sweater clutched tightly in your hands. He kissed you slow as if you were a delicate primrose blooming in early spring.
When you pulled back again, he eyed you, the ghost of a smirk playing on his lips.
"I would root for the scrawny girl from four, who by the way, is the strongest swimmer I've ever seen." You suddenly felt yourself growing redder than channel bass. "And about that love tale, I didn't just spin it. I spoke from the heart."
"Oh, now you're done," you thwacked his chest, moving to stand up. "This does not mean you're getting in my pants tonight, Odair." You glanced at him pointedly, clutching his blanket to your chest.
You turned before you could notice that his answering smirk was more of a hopeful grin.

His love series - part 1
Author's note: idk why i wrote this when i'm a gojo simp, i'm in class and i'm bored. Also I'm gonna attempt a mixed pov.
Tumblr media
"Is that what you wanted to discuss with me?", the man asked.
"You must understand", Geto responded, "It is the only way to truly eradicate evil from this world"
"It is aggressive and extreme and I will not be a part of it"
The man stood up. The short glass of whiskey fell down as he bumped the table.
"You yourself stood up against the monkey who hurt your son", Geto maintained his calm composure despite the man's reaction to his proposition.
"That was...different", the man uttered behind his teeth.
Geto smiled at the guy's clenched fists. He picked himself up and threw his arm over the man's shoulder. "All I'm saying is", he said firmly, "We keep losing our people to protect a lesser species who is, not just not thankful, but oppressive and prejudiced against us". He leaned in, anger brimming from his eyes. "How is that fair?"
The man lowered his head. Geto raised his gaze for just a second, out of habit. His eyes fell on your figure, lone and ridden with sadness, as you sat at the bar at the other end of the room. His first instinct was to run away; he would have, if you had not raised your hand to order another drink, directly from the young bartender. He leaned back to his potential associate, giving him a warm smile.
"You don't have to decide right away", he told him, "As long as we both keep this meeting confidential you can think on your answer for however long you'd like"
The man's fingers had not stopped fidgeting until Geto gave that small reasurement. A smile of relief adorned his face, yet some stress still remained in his eyes as he nodded and stumbled out of the establishment.
Geto focused his sights on you; your reddened eyes, your slumped form, your unquenchable thirst for liquor. Normally, he would not dream of talking to you again, not after he left Jujutsu High. He had to put everything behind him to move on with his goal. And though he remembered that fateful day he ran away from the crudity of the sorcerers' world as one of the brightest in his life, the thought of your tears and the memory of Gojo's calls were a constant anguish to him even to this day. And there they were, those tears he had feared, even though unspilled they remained so evident behind your tired eyes.
He approached. His legs brought him to you faster than his mind could object. His heart thanked them for it, but still broke a little at the sight of your startled face.
"Fancy meeting you here princess", he pretended to smile. It was quite easy since a part of him rejoiced at the reunion, even though in such saddening circumstances.
"What...ar you doin 'ere?", you slurred your words. You had not realized how heavy your head was until you tried to lift it up. You clutched your forehead. Your heart tightened. The stool was falling backwards. Your hands reached for the counter but it was no use; you could not reach it anymore. Your back hit something hard but it was not the floor. Geto's hands were on your arms as your head rested on his kimono-clothed chest.
"I think you've had enough", he said.
"Let me go!", you tried to wiggle out of his grasp, forgetting for a second that he was the only pillar keeping you from falling. Fortunately, his hold was quite strong. He released you only after he restored the stool to its proper position.
Geto's gaze scanned the room; it was full of them monkeys. He often said there were two kinds of them: money-collecting monkeys and curse-collecting monkeys. But when faced with a lonely drunken soul there came a third kind, the most vile of them all.
"That's it", he said as the hungry gazes collected on your form, "I'm taking you home. Where do you live?"
"I'm not telling you where I live, Geto"
"Is it still at the apartment in Shinjuku?"
Your face turned red. You had gotten that house during the last year of school so it would be quicker to attend emergencies in Tokyo. He and everyone else had helped you move in and you had not moved out since then. "y...yes", you whispered.
Geto was quick to guide your hand around his waist, throwing his around your form. "Just grab on to me", he said plainly, almost in annoyance, "Tell me if you can't walk anymore".
"I can do this by myself", you objected.
"You don't have to", he said, his gaze focused on the darkness surrounding you.
You did not speak as you walked, nor did you speak as you boarded the train from Roppongi Station. He held you close as you walked through the crowded tunnels to change lines in Shinjuku. His outdated attire did not draw nearly as much attention as your hazed gaze and reddened cheeks. You covered your face with your hand and buried your nose in Geto's robes.
"We're almost there", his grip tightened reassuringly around you.
You finally reached your apartment building. Your hands fumbled around inside your purse until they gripped the keys. He helped you open the lock and soon you were in the safety and comfort of your home. Geto stood at the doorway, not moving a step in as you took out your shoes and fell onto the couch. Everything was exactly the same as it was back then. Apart from a few minor items that were replaced after the times wore them down, nothing else had changed. He had not been there since that year. That year that had been the worst of his life. He could still remember Haibara helping out to set up the table, just as he could recall your beautiful smile as you and Shoko chatted while hanging all of the paintings that decorated the walls. Both images made his heart ache. He had not felt any remorse about his decision in years, yet there he was, being pulled in two different directions like he was in those days. And all it took, was one visit.
"Why are you just standing there?", your voice disperced his thoughts. You were rubbing your eyes with your hand. "Just come in", you told him.
He almost did not. He almost ran away back to the temple he had sought refuge in. Perhaps he should have. You were safe now. The only danger to you was he himself. Yet his curiosity won him over. He took off his sandals and went to the kitchen to pour you a glass of water, and him a bottle of sake. He sat on the couch next to you as you gratefully gulped down the refreshment you craved. You left the glass on the table and fell back on the pillows of the couch. He was overcome with the temptation - no, the need - to caress your heavy head as your messy locks fell upon your face. It took all his restraint not to.
"I can't do this anymore", you said. He had not asked a question, but he guessed you were drunk enough to wallow in your own pity.
"Exorcising?", he asked.
"No", you responded, "I know you probably wanted a different answer but...it's what I know how to do. So I'll do it"
Those words poured blood in Geto's clenched fists. That was exactly what Haibara used to say. He knew Gojo was far too strong, and perhaps even far too selfish, to share the same fate as he. But you? You, Shoko, Nanami were among the people he wanted to protect from the foolishness of the life as a jujutsu sorcerer.
"I never thought I would want him to love me. I know he never will", you continued murmuring.
You did not have to explain. This was about Gojo. Ever since High School he knew the two of you were arranged by his clan to be married one day. Gojo took no interest in the idea back then. He thought himself far too young for it. But after all these years was he continuing the same immaturity?
He could not be mad at him. He would never truly be mad at Gojo. He often wondered if he was ever mad at him but the opposite was never going to be true. And yet your tears felt as if they were his own. Your broken heart crumbled onto his hands and he fully knew that if he was the one to hold it initially he would not had dared cause such damage.
"I know at the end of the day it does not matter", you said, "But...it feels like...he's fine by himself. I can never stand at his side and neither would he ever want me to. And I just feel so...alone"
Geto knew that feeling well. He poured himself another glass of sake and gobbled it down.
"No one would care if I disappeared"
"I would", Geto stated. The words slipped his mouth. He looked at you. You had lifted your gaze. It fell troubled onto his face. He cupped your cheek and leaned towards you. His thumb brushed away your tears. "I would", he said again with even more determination. If he could not take the words back he would make sure you understood them. He would make sure you never felt the way he did back then.
You grabbed his kimono and pulled him in for a kiss. It was sloppy and desperate but at the same time everything you needed. He hesitated to put his hand on your waist, but he was already reciprocating the kiss. He felt your tears wet his calloused hand and he knew he was nothing more than a replacement. He did not know what you were to him exactly, what you were definitely seared onto his heart. And as he devoured your cherry lips he got even more drunk on the nectar of your kiss; he would have never guessed he could have such an alternative to the curses he forced himself to swallow.
"You're not thinking straight", he breathed against your face as you climbed on top of him.
"I know", you responded, "I simply don't care"
He held you close and kissed you again. His hands traveled up and down your form. The last notes of your perfume enveloped him. He thought of your smile, one of the few things that gave him true joy during his dark days. You both loved Satoru but Satoru was determined to prove he was better off alone. Would he hurt him if he slept with you? A part of him wanted to, wanted to get revenge for staying true to the jujutsu world, for making you cry, for everything. And a part of him could not. But he could not push you away either. He could not be the cause of more tears. He could not be the reason you did not find your smile again. And most of all, he could not cool down the feverish heat that overwhelmed him as your body pressed against his.
"Suguru...", you murmured above his lips.
That was it. He could not take it anymore. He flipped your bodies so that your back hit the couch cushions. He nibbled your neck as his hand hiked up your black dress until it was scrunched over your hips. His thumb pressed on your bud over your panties and traced small rough circles. He tried to pull the neckline of your dress down but he just could not stretch it down enough. In a swift move, he reached for the hem around your waist, pulled the dress over your head and threw it on the floor.
Your body trembled at the sudden chill. You reached for his cheeks and pulled him in for a kiss, your hands undoing his long black hair. His locks fell on the sides like a curtain.
He was kissing your chest. His fingers pulled your underwear to the side and glided over your clit. Your hands got tangled in his hair as he pressed one of them past your lower lips.
"Always the idiot", Geto murmured as he kissed you between your breasts, "He'll never change".
Your body trembled as he dexterously thrusted his digits inside you. Your hands blindly searched for the tie of his belt. Geto used his free hand to pull open his robes until he could shake them off his shoulders and let them hang from his waist. You traced the faded scar on his firm chest. He placed his hand over yours and brought your palm to his lips for a gentle kiss. He kept your hand close to his cheek, relishing its touch with closed eyes.
"Don't ever say things like that about yourself again", he said firmly, "You're the best our world has to offer"
A few tears escaped your eyes. Geto noticed and kissed them away before adding a peck on the bridge of your nose. He moved his fingers more meticulously as you climbed in ecstasy. Your heaving breath exploded against his face, his eyes blazingly observing your heated expression. The spring of the coil was being twisted more and more by the minute. He gave you a quick kiss, hiked your leg over his bare shoulder and pressed his mouth against your clit. You moaned his name out loud before you came on his fingers. A subtle smile formed on your lips, pure and simple. Suguru could relish that smile for all eternity.
He climbed back up until he towered over your body. Your arms wrapped around his torso as he kissed you deeply. You were so beautiful; even more than he could remember.
"Suguru", your name left his lips again.
"I never realised how much I missed hearing you say my name"
Your hands reached for his belt again. "I want you"
"Not as much as I do", he aided you in undoing it. He threw his robes next to your dress. He gave you small kisses as his dressed length pressed on your entrance. "Tell me if it hurts".
You fisted his hair as he entered you. You did not stop him until he had bottomed out. He continued kissing you reassuringly, one hand massaging your tailbone, the other holding your leg around his hips. He was kissing your neck now, waiting for you to catch your breath.
"Don't be nice to me", you told him, "I don't want you to be nice to me"
He laughed. "Yes, you do", he lightly nipped at your collarbone, "And you always get what you want"
Soon the room was filled with your sounds of pleasure as Suguru's hips met yours in a passionate dance, tuned to an intoxicated melody. His cheeks had grown hot; yours had too.
"You're so beautiful", he breathed. There was a battle going on in his mind. He had loved a lot of people. He kept a list in his mind of those he wanted to protect, those he wanted for sure to be in his new world. You, Gojo, Nanami, Shoko...He loved all of them equally; or almost. You and Gojo were always a little higher on the ranks. But this? This was a new you he was seeing for the very first time and he was intoxicated. All the have-nots and could have been in his head were suddenly turning into a plausible reality. If only he could keep you with him. If only he could have you by his side, every day he woke up. He had chosen to leave so he would not burden any of his friends with the cruelty of his mission, but the prospect of the happiness he would gain by just gazing upon your face every day was too tempting to pass.
Yet there was another thought trying to force its way into his mind. 'If I could become Satoru Gojo for a moment, the dream would be achievable'. He was hurting him by being with you. He had taken one of the many things bestowed upon that man that he ungratefully scorned. And as much as it pained him to cause Gojo anguish, a part of him thought of it as well-deserved for his foolishness. Maybe he would finally mature and appreciate everything he had been given.
"Suguru!", your moan pulled him back into reality.
He held your sweated cheek. "Come for me, princess", he said and lowered his voice and lips close to your ear, "If you want to use your legs tomorrow that is"
Your hands gripped his hair again. Your walls clenched around his length. He grunted as he felt them squeeze him. "Two can play this game, princess", his hand rubbed fiercely on your bud.
Your breathing turned irregular. Your vision turned hazy. All there was was him and nothing else. Your thoughts were overcome with the knot in your stomach, threatening to break any minute.
Your head fell back as you came with a loud moan of his name. He followed soon after. You could feel his tired breath explode on the skin of your neck as he rested his head on your shoulder. You brushed his hair with your fingers. He planted soft kisses under your hairline. He sat up for a moment to put on his boxers, burning the condom into nothingness with a spell. He pulled your tired body against his as he lay on the couch, his arms wrapping around you.
"Y/n", he called your name softly.
"Hm?", your ear was pressed on his bare chest, listening to the beat of his heart.
He cupped your cheek to guide your gaze to him. He wore a genuine smile for the first time in years as he caressed your face. You could not help but return it. He planted a kiss on your forehead, his hand diving under your locks.
"No one deserves your tears", his low voice whispered next to your ear, "But if you have to spill them, let them be mine"
He picked up his robe and threw it over your bodies like a blanket as you drifted off to sleep.
*****************************************************************************
When morning came, Geto woke up alone. Y/n's warmth still lingered over his body as he blindly searched for her with his sleepy eyes. His ears finally focused on the sound of running water. He smiled. They had not taken a shower last night so it was only logical she would do it first thing in the morning. He sat up on the couch, pulling his robe properly around his body. His gaze ran around the small apartment. Memories of your life were carefully placed all over the walls, the counters, the tables. He walked up to a dresser at the back of the room, probably storing all the linen needed in the living room-dining room fusion. Two photographs were placed on it; one with your class and Nanami's class, happily drinking together at Shoko's birthday party. The other one was with you and Gojo; smiles much subtler as you posed for an engagement picture.
Gojo's glasses were different than the ones Geto remembered. It must have been a more recent picture. He smiled as he admired your beautiful face, all dolled up for the photo. Then his eyes fell on Satoru again. His face turned serious. He missed him, that was sure. But he had grown accustomed to hating him, knowing he was probably hated back. He had grown accustomed to blaming him, knowing he was being blamed back.
He looked more carefully at his glasses. He could just see the shiny blue of his eyes underneath. His own eyes opened wide. Gojo's gaze was on you. The smile he wore was not fake at all; Geto would have recognized it. It was clear as day he had feelings for you. Yet you were not lying about your broken heart either. His eyes watered. He had thought he would be happy hurting Gojo's pride, but his heart was too much. He left the picture on the dresser and walked to your bedroom. He knocked on the door. Your voice called him in. One look at you and he lost all the words he wanted to say. He wanted to stay with you. But doing that would hurt Gojo. And if he chose to leave and spare Gojo from further pain, he would strike your heart at a moment when it was already bleeding.
"Last night", you drew his attention, "It was a mistake"
Those words were a knife through his chest. You kept your back turned on him as you lazily dried your hair with a towel.
"I wasn't thinking straight"
"You said you didn't care"
"I was wrong", you told him.
Suguru walked towards you. "You were not. I...I missed you"
"Don't lie to me. You just wanted to get back at Gojo for once", you spat. You cursed your lips the moment the words left your mouth. Suguru remained silent. "You won't even deny it?", you asked, "Geto"
"Suguru", he corrected. You sat there in silece for a moment. "Y/n", he finally spoke, "Look at me"
You shook your head.
"Please", he said again, "Look at me"
You slowly turned to face him. He had known he had guessed it right. The tears were back to flowing from your eyes, and this time he was the cause. He had made the wrong choice. All he had wanted was to bring you to smile.
"What brought this on?", he asked calmly.
His face was as it had been in your school days; calm, composed...kind. You could not help but answer him, even though it would be an unpleasant thing to do so. You reached for the small radio next to your bed and turned it back on to the station you had been listening to. You waited for a while before the newsman returned after the break and continued with more details on the newest strange mass attack on humans that took place in Tokyo the night before.
"That was your friends, right?", you said, your lips trembling even though you knew the answer.
"Yes", he said, "There was a cult forming with knowledge of our kind. I had to eliminate them"
"Do you hear yourself?", you cried as you shot up on your feet, "What did these people even do?"
"It's not what they did, it's what they most likely would have done"
"Get out", you spat. Your voice cracked as you repeated those words again and again.
Suguru did not move. "I will", he said, "But I want you to know, I've never said a single lie to you. And I never will"
You were covering your face with your hands as you cried and so you neither heard nor saw him approach. You startled as he placed a soft kiss on your head.
"I'm sorry", he whispered, "It was never my intention to cause you pain".
"That hardly matters"
"I know", he said. "I know", he repeated it one more time as he touched his forehead to yours.
He turned to leave but stopped right before your door. "If you see Satoru", he said, "Slap him for me. Then kiss him for you".
"What?"
"He's so immature, you need to slap him back to his senses. Or he'll be too late again"
And with that, Suguru returned to the shadows of Tokyo, far away from the light he had found in the small apartment with you.

Okay okay okay, so errr I have like maybe a couple things but I'm not throwing everything with the expectation that you write all of them!!!
First maybe Azriel taking fem reader to a starfall ball. Bonus points if A already knows B is their mate, and they're waiting for A to find out
Okay okay now for Xaddy Xaden. WHAT ABOUT Xaden Riorson smut maybe? Idk I don't have a plot I just kinda want him
THANK YOU SO MUCH
Diamonds and Pearls
Azriel x f!Reader
A/n: I think this is my favorite fic I’ve written so far. I almost started crying writing this tbh. I went with Az bc I’m in a fluffy mood this evening but Xaden smut is coming I swear😉
Warnings: disgustingly fluffy
Azriel was surprised by how bold he had been in asking you to go to the annual Starfall ball with him. He didn’t want to dance around his feelings for you anymore, he had to tell you the truth. And tonight was the perfect night. Azriel never considered himself a romantic male, but that was changing tonight.
The reason for Azriel’s boldness was thanks to the mating bond. The bond had snapped for him exactly three weeks ago at breakfast. It was nothing special, just you, him, Cassian, and Nesta sitting at the table when it hit him. Feeling that golden thread come to life in his chest, being able to feel your calm heartbeat was the best thing that has ever happened to him.
For the first time in his life Azriel felt pure joy. He felt like everything was perfectly aligned. He was already head over heels in love with you and the mating bond just solidified that you were the one for him. You had known each other for centuries, and have been seeing each other romantically for a few months now. He was ready to take your relationship to the next step.
But would you want this with him? To be tied to him forever? He didn’t stop to think about that during his weeks of planning the perfect night to tell you. No, he couldn’t let his mind wander, he was too happy. He realized in his worrying his shadows were swirling around him and the hallway. Azriel called the rogue shadows back to him, he didn’t want to scare you when you came out of your room.
Just as your door opens the last shadow flys back to him. Of course the one shadow that was fond of you was last to come back to Azriel.
As soon as Azriel laid eyes on you he was speechless. You looked like the brightest star that would grace the sky this evening. Your dress was a beautiful light blue, made up of diamonds and pearls strung along the bodice. Your leg peeking out of the slit in your flowing silk skirt that had a layer of shimmering fabric that reflected in the light. Your silver heels clacking on the tiled floors as you made your way towards the shadowsinger.
“Wow.” He breathed out. You spun causing the dress to flare out, it practically glowed, just like you Azriel thought. “You don’t look too bad yourself.” Azriel suddenly felt guilty for wearing just a simple all black outfit on such a special night. A blush dusted his cheeks, “Thank you.” He holds out the box he’s been clutching for 2 hours, afraid he’d lose the gift he bought you. “I got you something for tonight.”
“Oh, Az, you didn’t have to get me anything.” You took the box from his hands, slipping one into his hands, smirking. “Very slick.” You giggle.
“You open yours first, and I promise I did not go to Mor for gift advice.” Azriel laughed, opening the box. His eyes went wide, he couldn’t believe you had given him something so beautiful. In the box was a silver signet ring with his wings and Mount Ramiel with the stars above it. “Y/n…this is incredible. Thank you.” He smiles down at you, his heart soaring at your kindness. “Your turn,” he slips the ring on his index finger, flexing his scarred fingers at the new feeling.
You open the skinny box to a gleaming diamond and sapphire bracelet. “Azriel! This is absolutely gorgeous. Thank you.” He takes the delicate chain out of the box, “Allow me.” You smile at him as he clasps the bracelet on your wrist. He brings your hand up to his mouth leaving a soft kiss on your knuckles.
He drops your hand, offering you his arm, “Shall we?” You interlock your arm with his and he whisks you away to the party. To the future he has planned for you, hopefully.
The stars are about to fall and Azriel had stolen you away from the Inner Circle to watch them on a private balcony. You were very excited to watch the stars with just Azriel. You planned to tell him that you loved him tonight, something you haven’t said to each other yet.
Lost in your thoughts about the beautiful shadowsinger, staring up at the stars he sneaks up behind you, tapping you on the shoulder. Startled, you turn towards his smiling face as he holds out a glass of wine for you, “What are sneaking up on me for!” Chuckling at your reaction he pulls you into his side, wrapping a wing around you, “Sorry darling, force of habit.”
You sip from the glass as the stars start to fall, watching in awe. The stars only hold Azriel’s attention briefly, more interested in watching you glow under their flashing light. Mother above you are beautiful, and he’s thanking her, like he has everyday since the bond snapped, that you’re in his life.
After a few more minutes of watching the stars you feel Azriel’s eyes on you. You turn, shifting a little away from him and smile. “I’m very happy I get to spend Starfall with you Az.”
“I am too y/n.” He swallows, now’s the time to tell you. He’s not backing out now. “I have something to tell you.” You say in unison. Laughing at your synchronization, you take Azriel’s hands in yours, swiping your thumb over the new signet ring reflecting all the blues and purples from the stars. “You go first.”
Azriel can feel his hands clamming up, it’s now or never. He’s just going to come right out and say it, even if it comes out sounding foolish. “A few weeks ago, at breakfast the mating bond snapped for me, for you. I could feel your heartbeat and happiness as you laughed at Nesta’s joke. And I swear in that moment I fell in love with you all over again. I’ve been waiting for the perfect time to tell you. I understand if you don’t want this because honestly I don’t deserve you y/n or the love you give me. But I can’t imagine my life without you.”
Tears were falling from your eyes. You couldn’t believe what Azriel was saying. You wanted this so badly from the day you first met. All you wanted was his love, but this was even better. You had dreamed about finding your mate ever since your mother told you about the concept when you were a little girl. Now yours is standing right in front of you confessing his love for you!
“Yes Azriel,” nodding vigorously, sending more tears flying down your cheeks. “I love you and you’re all I’ve ever wanted. I’m so lucky to have you as my mate, I couldn’t ask for anyone better.” Tears were now falling down his face. He wrapped his arms around your waist pulling you flush against him, kissing you heatedly.
In that moment the bond came to life in your chest. Glowing bright, connecting the two of you forever.

Fear (Simon Riley x AFAB!GN!Reader)
A/N: I was recently reminded of my worst fear, that being cryptic pregnancy (No weight gain, no symptoms, no nothing. You don't know about the baby until it's on its way out) and can't stop thinking about it, so I decided to write a fic to get it out of my system. (sorry if this sucks, this is the first fic I've published in like almost a decade)
Genre: hurt/comfort
TW: Blood, mentions of childbirth, medical inaccuracies, possibly OOC Ghost, reader genuinely thinks they're dying
You couldn't sleep.
Not because of the thoughts racing in your mind but of the unbearable pain in your abdomen.
Occam's razor would tell you that it was just your period, but you've never experienced cramps like this before, like being torn in half.
With a huff, you shove the blanket off your body and get up, but as soon as your feet hit the floor, pain shoots up your spine, causing you to crumple to the floor, wailing out in agony. You clutch your stomach, forcing air in and out of your lungs.
Why am I wet? you thought.
The pain had distracted you until now, but you managed to reach for your bedside lamp to see blood running down your legs.
A lot of it, too.
As the fear settled in your bones, you hurry to get your phone and call for an ambulance.
"999, what's your emergency?"
"I don't know what's wrong, I'm in a lot of pain, I can't stop bleeding... I-I can't walk."
"Where are you now?"
You give the address to your flat and hang up when the dispatcher assures you that the ambulance isn't far.
Walking may seem impossible, but you manage to crawl to the front door to unlock it, sitting down in the hall, waiting.
Desperation clings to your heart, and you make one more call, this time to your ex-boyfriend, but it went straight to voicemail.
"Simon? Hey, it's me... I just wanted to say I'm sorry. For my attitude, the arguments, all of it."
The blood loss is getting to you, but you take a ragged breath and press on.
"I think I'm dying, an ambulance is on their way, but–"
The pain spikes suddenly, causing you to scream.
"In case I do, just know that I love you."
Hearing sirens from outside, you hang up and wait, dreading the black spots in your vision.
The ambulance ride is a blur, the EMT asking questions that your brain isn't processing, and you barely remember being put under at the hospital.
As your eyes flutter open hours later, sunlight leaks into the room through the blinds, and your stomach is sore, but you otherwise feel better.
A nurse is still in the room, typing away on the computer in your room.
"What happened?"
She seemed startled yet relieved at your voice, still groggy from sleep.
"This may come as a shock to you,"
Uh oh.
"But you experienced what's called a cryptic pregnancy and needed to undergo an emergency C-section. The bleeding was caused by a tear in your uterine lining, but you'll recover just fine."
Her diagnosis hit you like a brick to the face.
"So... I had a baby?"
"Yes, a little girl; a bit premature, but otherwise healthy."
You merely hum in acknowledgement as you look around the room, your eyes landing on the bassinet.
"Would you like to hold her?" the nurse asked.
"I... yes."
She smiles as she walks around the bed, picking up your daughter and passing her to you.
A lump forms in your throat as you lock eyes with the infant in your arms, hers a deep brown.
"Um... hello," you say, "it's nice to meet you."
As you fall silent, the nurse pipes up once again.
"I'll leave you two be for now. If you need anything, don't hesitate to call for someone."
You quickly thank her before she leaves, closing the door behind her, and you quickly turn your attention back to your daughter.
Your heart and mind were both racing as you admired her, even softly speaking to her every so often. For seconds or hours, you're not quite sure, but you only snapped out of your trance when the door opened.
You watch as Simon comes in and pulls up a chair next to your hospital bed, on the same side as the bassinet, all without a word.
"I'm guessing they wouldn't let you in looking like the Grim Reaper," you joked, taking note of the black surgical mask on his face, "How've you been?"
"I should be asking you," he said, "that voicemail scared the shit outta me."
"I've been..."
What do you even say?
"Honestly, not great; missed you like hell," you admit, casting your eyes back down to your baby and letting her tiny hand grip onto one of your fingers, "but I think I'll be okay."
"Cute little thing," he said, referring to your little girl.
"Thanks, I made it myself."
"Got a name yet?"
"Haven't exactly had much time to think of one," you reply, "got any ideas?"
"You told me you always liked the name Emilia."
"That's true. Seems it's settled then," you do your best to straighten up, "Simon, meet Emilia... Riley?"
"Riley," he confirmed, making you smile for the first time in a while.
"Do you want to hold her?"
He nodded, and you placed a kiss on her forehead before passing her over to him.
She already looked tiny in your arms, but compared to Simon's much bigger frame, she was damn near microscopic. He was practically holding her with just his hands, handling her delicately, like one wrong move would cause her to fall apart.
"What d'you say you come back home," he said, "We try again, be a family."
"Is that actually what you want? I don't want to be the parents that are only together for our child's sake."
"I mean it."
"That's good," you pause, fighting back tears, "Promise I won't be such a bitch this time 'round."
"You say that like I was a saint."
"Then we'll both be better, for each other and for her."
"Deal."
You silently admire the scene before you for a few minutes until the nurse from earlier returns.
She asked some questions about you and the baby, filled in some blanks on the birth certificate, and stepped out to bring you some ice water, leaving you to think about the past twelve hours.
"I'm honestly dreading going back to my flat." you thought aloud.
"Why?" Simon asked. He carefully placed Emilia back in the bassinet, giving you his full attention.
"There's blood everywhere."
"I'll take care of it; you just rest up and heal," he stood as he spoke, taking off his mask to kiss your temple, but before he had a chance to walk away, you placed a hand on his shoulder, urging him to stay.
"Promise you'll come back?"
"Promise."
As he left, the weight of the situation settled deep in your bones, but you found solace in knowing that you wouldn't have to face it alone, and that things would hopefully turn out better this time around.

Restless Nights
WARNINGS: angst, fingering (r receiving), oral (r receiving), dom!Wanda, arranged marriages, infidelity, jealousy, mentions of homophobia
WORDS: 2,401
PAIRING: princess!Wanda x princessF!Reader
A/N: ugh , i've been struggling with assignments and i have final exams so i promise i'll be writing and posting my anonymous and un-anonymous requests soon !!
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Wanda. She loved you, and you loved her. But you couldn't love her. Neither could she love you. Though you laid nights together, sweaty and disheveled, gowns thrown on the floor, jewelry scattered around the room. The moons glow, illuminating the room, her hands interlocked with yours, her beautiful green eyes looking down at you. Oh, but you couldn't be with her. You were to be wed to Prince Pietro, and she to be wed to Prince Vision. You weren't meant to be. But you wished so.
You lie in bed with your hand running through her wispy dirty blonde hair, “printsessa?” you hummed in response. “Would you ever want to run away with me?” your hand froze in place. She's never asked such a question. Do you want to run away with her? Yes. But — but what about the Royal family's reputation? You knew you didn't care about the reputation. Yet you knew if you ran away, eventually, you'd have to come back and face any consequences. Most likely, getting hanged or burned. “Y/N? Would you?” you continued your movements on her hair, “yes– I mean.. I wouldn't mind living far away with you.” she traced invisible patterns on your bare thigh. “What would the others think? Two princesses from different kingdoms, engaged to two different princes running away together..” you trail off as you feel her palm inch closer to your centre.
“So?” your breath catches in your throat. “So? Wanda.. what if–” she squeezed your inner thigh, “what if they find out ab- Wanda would you quit it? I'm being serious about this!” she snickered and grabbed onto your thighs. “I'm infatuated with you, my lady.” she whispered as she nipped at your skin. You threw your head back onto the soft pillows that lay on your mattress. “I would do anything to make you my queen..” she mumbled against your exposed cunt. “As– as would I, my love.” you clutched at the sheets as you felt her warm tongue dip into your folds, her head right in between your legs. “Oh Wanda!” she pinched at your clit causing you to yelp slightly. “Be quiet. You wouldn't want one of the maids to find us right?” you knew that even if the chambers were Royal members after hours only, that sometimes your father would call a maid down to check up on you.
“Mhm.. you're right Wan.” you could almost hear the smirk in her tone, “good girl. Now stay still.” she pinned your body down with her arm to stop your squirming. “My Princess are you alright in there?” no. It couldn't be. Panic rose to your face, why must Pietro be visiting you right now? Not while his twin sister is between your legs. “I— I'm getting.. dressed! Don't come in. Please.” he was respectful enough to stay outside your room. Thank heavens door locks existed these days. “Wanda how are you going to get out?” you shouted at her in a whisper. “I'm staying malysh.” you widened your eyes, “what?” you quickly slam your hands over your mouth when to accidentally yell the last part of your word. “Just.. tell him that it's lady problems. He's too shy to ask anything else.”
She shrugged as she got off of you and put her gown back on. “..Pietro come in!” you call out to him as you tie the strings of your corset. “Princess! ... Wanda?” his gaze averted from you to his sister. “What are you doing here?” you squeezed her hand to stop her from saying anything stupid. “She uhm.. lady problems?” you squeak out. “Ah! I see. So I– I came to ask you about what gown you want for the wedding.”
Wanda felt a pang of jealousy strike her heart. Why couldn't she have you? What was so wrong with two princesses wanting each other? No. Needing each other. Why did her brother have to take all the good things she ever got close to in life? The throne. Her princess, you. “Oh.. right. The dress.. something white?” he chuckles, “obviously. But what design would you prefer printsessa?” printsessa. When Wanda called you that it felt so natural, so normal. But hearing it from his mouth felt so wrong. You wanted him to stop. “I– I think it's just better if you call me by my name Pietro.. and you can just pick whatever design you want.” he nodded before leaving the room.
Thank heavens he left. She was still in your room though, faint noises could be heard from outside the window, and you assumed night insects. Cicadas or crickets maybe? “Dorogaya..” you looked up at her with an innocent look in your eyes, she knew it was fake. Her gaze darkened as she stepped closer to you and lightly shoved you back on the bed. “Oh Wanda..” she lifted up your legs and placed them over her shoulders. “I want the whole kingdom to hear you scream with my head in between your legs.” she muttered before dipping her head under your gown. “Wanda.. my love wait–” her tongue already began parting your folds, earning a moan of pleasurement from you. “oh, you taste divine, Princess.” she whispered as she lapped at your wetness, basking in your essence. Your hands quickly flew to her hair, gripping onto it firmly as you bucked your hips against her mouth in desperation and neediness.
You were in deep, like when Alice fell into Wonderland. Wanda was your wonderland, you were her Alice. Was that so wrong? Was loving her so wrong? “W- Wanda slow down..” you gasped softly as she licked up all your arousal. “oh God.” your hand fell from her hair and onto her toned shoulders. The moment you felt her tongue swirl inside your cunt you lost it. “Wanda I'm going to—” your teeth sunk into your lower lip as you suppressed a rather loud scream. Your thighs clenching around Wanda's head, your fingernails scratching at her muscular shoulders. “You did so well for me printsessa.. so well.” she peeked up at you from in between your thighs, your cum dribbling down her chin.
“I love you so much..” God. Why do you have to marry Pietro? You wanted to marry Wanda. “I love you more dorogaya.” her breath fans against your skin in the cold room. Yet, both your bodies remain overheated. “The wedding is tomorrow.” she froze, hurt clouded over her eyes. She knew the wedding was tomorrow, but hearing it come from you, rather than her brother, just made it feel more real. “I know.. I– I've known.. I just wish we could run away, and leave this cursed kingdom. I wish to be with you. And only you.” she said, her hands interlocked with yours. “As do I, my love. I yearn to be your wife, your queen. Not your brothers.” you felt tears build up in your eyes as she held you close.
The cold night spent in warm touches went by quickly as it was already day. “Princess! You are needed by the maids.” you sighed as you walked out of your chambers and into the room full of maids. “Congratulations your majesty. I pray for a well marriage for you and the Maximoff Prince.” you feigned a smile through your pained heart. “Thank you. As– as do I.” you stood in the middle of the room as the maids helped you out of your clothes and into a beautiful white gown. “You look ravishing my lady.” you heard one of the maids say. “Thank you.” you bowed your head down with a tight smile. “She's not wrong, you look heavenly printsessa.” you knew that voice. You peeked up at the door, only to see Wanda leaning against the door frame.
“um– may I have a moment alone with my soon-to-be sister-in-law?” you squeak out to one of the guards. They simply nodded before leaving the room with the rest of the maids. “Darling.. what are you doing here? I'm not supposed to see you till the ceremony.” you say as you walk over to the woman. “I just needed to see you. Can I not see my princess?” you felt your cheeks flush into a bright red, “yes, yes you may.” she stalked over to you with a lustful glint, one that only you could tell, in her beautiful green eyes. “Wanda.. I– what if someone comes in? The ceremony is in an hour!” she picked you up by the waist and placed you down on the dresser. “Nobody will see us. Isn't that what you want?” you held in your breath as you felt her hands slip underneath your wedding gown.
“Wanda.. oh–” you let out a moan as she rubbed her thumb against your puffy clit. “shh.. shhh. You're getting married to my stupid brother.” you glared at her, “I don't want to discuss this right now W-Wanda.” she inserted two of her digits deep inside your throbbing hole as she leaned down to slam her lips against yours, quieting down your loud moans. “Stay quiet. You wouldn't want Pietro to walk in hm?” you widened your eyes and shook your head repeatedly. “No! No.. I don't wa–” your hand slapped against your mouth as she curled her fingers inside of you, hitting your sweet spot.
You wrapped your arms around her back as your nails dug deep into her skin, deep enough to draw blood even. “Are you close my queen?” you couldn't hold in the choked sob that left your throat, “oh, Wanda!” you cried out as you came all over her fingers, the fingers that were still knuckle-deep inside your cunt. “Malysh you did so well.. my perfect little Princess.” she whispered as she squeezed your hip.
A knock on the door left you panicked, your eyes frantic as you beg Wanda to let go of you. “The ceremony begins in 25 minutes Princess Y/N!” you looked up at the still, closed door. “I'll be out in a minute!” you let out a sigh of relief as you assumingly heard the knight walk away, considering the metal clanging noises fading from afar. “Wanda I–” she blinked back some unshed tears, “you need to go. But please just this once allow me to spill my heart to you my lady.” you let out a shaky breath and nodded.
“I love you, I adore you..” she let out a nervous laugh as you smiled and wiped away her falling teardrop with your finger. “And, I want you to know that– I'll never stop loving you. My love for you will continue from here on and after. If I were to be sent to another realm you'd be the first person I'd search for,” she sucked in a sharp breath as she noticed your eyes watering up. “My offer isn't gone, it will never be gone. You can still run away with me printsessa, we can leave this kingdom. Consider yourself a witch because.. you have bewitched me. I'm under a spell, a spell that can never be broken.” her beautiful green eyes were full of tears, and you could see her bottom lip quivering as well. You pressed your lips against hers, kissing her with utmost passion and love.
“Please, I– I don't want to marry him. I wish to marry you, my dear.. I wish to marry you! I love you so very much darling. Oh, how I long to be yours..” the moment gets cut short as a loud banging on the door made you break away from her and get off of the dresser. “The ceremony is in 5 minutes you must leave Princess!” you mouth an, I love you to Wanda as you wiped off your tears and fixed up your gown.
You got dragged off to the main hall by a couple of knights and a maid running after you with your crown. You could see Pietro, your future husband, and King, standing at the altar from afar. “Do you take Princess Y/N of the Y/L/N kingdom as your wedded wife and Queen?” Pietro looked over at you and softly smiled, “I do.” the man then turned to you. “Do you take Prince Pietro as your husband and King?” you slowly nodded, “yes, I– I do..” and just like that, you weren't hers anymore. You had her last name, except it wasn't hers. You felt tears streaming down your face as you saw Wanda excuse herself out of the room. “Queen Y/N and King Pietro maidens and men!” cheers and claps were heard throughout the hall, only to sadden you more.
The night lasted long, long till you were sent to Pietro's room— your new shared chambers, for the night. “You're beautiful..” you heard Pietro say from the bed as you took off your jewelry in front of the vanity. “..thank you.” you saw him get up and walk towards you from the corner of your eye, this isn't happening. “My Queen, I assure you I would never hurt you.” your lips stuttered into a slight smile. “I.. I appreciate that.” he turned his gaze over to the clock, “it's getting rather late, enough of this I'm heading to bed.” he waved goodnight as he lay down on the bed. You sigh as you watched over his resting body, your wedding dress and jewelry off, you were simply in your nightgown. “I'm so sorry..”
You grabbed your crown and jewelry in a hurry and stuffed them in a leather bag before walking out of the bedroom. “Wanda.. Wanda, Wanda–” your mind full of only her, and just her as you search for the woman throughout the castle. When you finally found her she was wearing a velvety red cloak, “I knew you'd look for me.” you clutched onto her shoulders as you sobbed into her chest. “God, I missed you so.” she whispered some words in a different language into your ear, Sokovian perhaps. “Are we.. are we leaving the kingdom?” you asked. “Forever.” she pecked your lips quickly. “You and I, til death do us part my Queen.” Wanda smirked as you both ran hand in hand, out the back gates.
Restless nights, restless nights the two of you lie together. The sun and moon couldn't describe you and her. She was the moon, you were the ocean. And she drove you mad.
