Yesterday's meal I finally ate twice because I was forced to but it was the same quantity so it's okey I guess.
I realized that doing omad in summer break is impossible to me so I'm just gonna ate 2 small meals when I am forced to and the rest of the time omad.
I will start a serious omad and water fasting when school starts,in less than 2 months.

I know sometimes people who are looking for rapid weight loss are not doing it for long term or they understand the implication is that you’ll gain it back afterwards and they’re okay with that. chances are whatever you’re losing in that week is just water weight. I think that in itself is fine, but when people label their recipes as like “miracle recipe for losing 5kgs in 5 days!” and it’s just a vegetable soup... and you’re supposed to have two bowls of the soup twice a day and skip dinner like no fucking SHART you’ll lose weight?? you’re starving bitch?? this isn’t some loophole for weight loss, you’re literally just not eating. even those “healthy” recipes which are just apples and carrot sticks for lunch and not eating after 5pm like yeah, you’ll lose “weight” but do you see yourself eating that for the rest of your life? because if you don’t then there’s no point in putting this much effort to pretend you’re eating healthier when in reality you’re just not eating in general. everyone wants to spend the least amount of time and effort to see the fastest results and I get that but it never works out in the long run like just eat carbs after dark
