A/N: Night-Wing is your superhero name.

You and your father Steve Rogers or aka Captain America, didn’t want to sign the accords. Now you are a most wanted criminal. Uncle Bucky was being accused of blowing up the building killing the King of Wakanda. A man in a cat costume made of vibranium tried to kill you, your father, your uncle and Sam. Uncle Tony isn’t taking your side and wants you in jail. Now you are on your way to stop the German psycho guy who framed and brain washed Uncle Bucky in this little, battered, old car. Your dad parked by a grey van and you get out with the the help of your uncle. You see Uncle Clint aka Uncle Arrows.

“Cap.” Uncle Arrows said.

“You know I wouldn't have called If I had any other choice.” Your dad said.

“Hey man, you're doing me a favor. Besides, I owe a debt.”

“Thanks for having my back.” Steve thanked. Wanda walked around the van.

“It was time to get off my ass.” Wanda said looking at all of you.

“How about our other recruit?”

“He's rarin' to go. Had to put a little coffee in him, but… he should be good.” Arrows said as he opened the van door. Scott jumps up and gets out.

“What timezone is this?” Scott asked.

“Come on. Come on.” Scott shook your dads hand with an amazed look.

“Captain America.” he said with a wow tone. Still shaking his hands.

“Mr. Lang.” Your dad said a little uncomfortable.

“It's an honour. I'm shaking your hand too long. Wow! This is awesome! Captain America.” He looks over at Wanda. “I know you, too. You're great!” He looks over at you

“Wow your Night-Wing. Your really bad-ass and you can probably kill me with one blow.” He turns back and feels your dad's shoulders.

“Jeez. Ah, look, I wanna say, I know you know a lot of super people, so… Thanks for thinking of me.” He looks over to Sam. “Hey, man!”

“What's up, Tic Tac?”

“Uh, good to see you. Look, what happened last time when I…” Scott was interrupted by Sam.

“It was a great audition, but it'll… it'll never happen again.”

“They tell you what we're up against?” your dad asked.

“Something about some… psycho-assassins?”

“We're outside the law on this one. So, if you come with us, you're a wanted man.”

“Yeah, well, what else is new?”

“We should get moving.” you said.

“We got a chopper lined up.”

“Dies ist eine Notsituation. Alle Passagiere müssen den Flughafen sofort evakuieren.” Said a man on the PA. It says.This is an emergency. All passengers must evacuate the airport immediately.

“They're evacuating the airport.” Bucky said.

“Stark.” Sam said.

“Stark?” Scott questioned.

“Suit up.” Your dad said. You get in your uniform and you walk through an underpass with your dad, then you jog with Bucky and Sam.You watch your dad onto a private runway, heading for a grounded chopper. An electro disabler slams onto the chopper and you and your dad looks up to see Uncle Tony and Uncle Rhodey land.

“Wow, it's so weird how you run into people at the airport. Don't you think that's weird?” Tony said sarcastically.

“Definitely weird.” Rhodey joined.

“Hear me out, Tony. That doctor, the psychiatrist, he's behind all of this.” Your dad said. Then T’Challa jumps over a truck

“Captain.” T’Challa said.

“Your highness.”

“Anyway, Ross gave me 36 hours to bring you in. That was 24 hours ago. Can you help a brother out?” Tony said.

“Tony you're after the wrong guy.” your dad said.

“Your judgment is askew. Your old war buddy, killed innocent people yesterday.”

“And there are five more super soldiers just like him. I can't let the doctor find them first, Tony. I can't.” your dad pleaded as Natasha walks out.

“Steve… you know what's about to happen. Do you really wanna punch your way out of this one?” Natasha said.

“All right, I've run out of patience. Underoos!”Tony yelled. All of a sudden a boy with a red and blue suit shoots a web, stealing your dad's shield and binding your dad’s hands. “Nice job, kid.”

“Thanks. Well, I could've stuck the landing a little better. It's just the new suit… Well, it's nothing, Mr. Stark. It's-It's perfect. Thank you.”

“Yeah, we don't really need to start a conversation.”

“Okay. Cap… Captain. Big fan, I'm Spider-Man.”

“Yeah, we'll talk about it later. Just…” Tony said.

“Hey, everyone.” Spider-man said.

“… good job.” Tony said annoyed.

“You've been busy.” Dad said.

“And you've been a complete idiot. Dragging in Clint. Making your daughter, who by the way is the smartest person I have ever met and has a bright future ahead of her, be a criminal and running from the law. 'Rescuing' Wanda from a place she doesn't even want to leave, a safe place. I'm trying to keep… I'm trying to keep you from tearing the Avengers apart.”

“You did that when you signed.”

“Alright, We're done. You're gonna turn Barnes over, you're gonna come with us. NOW! Because it's us! Or a squad of J-SOC guys… with no compunction about being impolite. Come on.”

“We found it. Their Quinjet's in hanger five, north runway.” Sam said over the radio. Your dad lift his hands in the air and Clint cuts the webs off.

“Alright, Lang.” You dad said to Scott.

“Hey, guys, something…” Spider-man said before Scott grew and got a hold of your dad’s shield.

“Whoa. What-What the hell was that?” Rhodey half yelled. Scott gave your dad his shield back. Your uncle gave you the signal and you start running towards the Quinjet.

“I believe this is yours, Captain America.”

“Oh, great. Alright, there's two on the parking deck. One of them's Maximoff, I'm gonna grab her. Rhodey, you want to take Cap?” Tony said.

“Got three in the terminal, Wilson, Y/N and Barnes.” Rhodey said.

“Barnes is mine!” T’Challa said running.

“Hey, Mr. Stark, what should I do?” Spider-Man said.

“What we discussed. Keep your distance. Web 'em up.” Tony flies off.

“Okay, copy that!”

You run faster with your uncle and Sam. You hear a bang against to glass roof. You look up and you see a red thing pass by.

“What the hell is that?” Bucky said.

“Everyone's got a gimmick now.” Sam said. Spider-Man swings through the glass wall and kicks Sam backwards. Bucky throws a punch, Peter catches his fist.

“You have a metal arm? That is awesome, dude!” Spider-Man said. Sam grabs a hold of him. Bucky was so surpised, one he was able to catch the punch with his metal arm and two he was a kid.

“You have the right to remain silent!” Spider-Man said in mid air as he fends Sam off, then swings after him using his webs out. Spider-Man swings through the rafters in the terminal, chasing Sam who flies backwards firing shots at him. Spider-Man stops at on of the high beams. Bucky grabs a directory and at him.

“Oh god.” Spider-Man screamed. You and Bucky hid behind a pillar.

“Hey buddy, I think you lost this!” Spider-Man through it back; almost hitting you. Luckily your uncle sheltered you and covered your head with his metal arm. You push the button on the edge of your palm and fly up in the air.

“Watch it Spider-Boy” You yelled as you shot at him with your gun, then he webs barrel of your gun .

“It’s Spider-Man, Ms. Rogers” Spider-Man said before Sam kicks him off the beam and Spider-Man fires a web which sends Sam crashing to the floor. You chase after him. He webs Sam's wrist to a balcony railing. Peter webs you pulling you next to Sam, then did the same for you.

“Those wings carbon fiber?”

“Is this stuff coming out of you?” Sam asked.

“No, this fiber is chemically made. Its too thin and strong to be natural.” You said.

“That would explain the rigidity-flexibility ratio, which, gotta say, that's awesome, man.” Spider-Man said geeking out.

“I don't know if you've been a fight before but there's usually not this much talking.”

“Alright, sorry, my bad.” Spider-Man said as he swings down at you and Sam. But, Bucky jumps in the way to block your guys blow. You all fall down onto the next floor and Spider-Man webs you and the men.

“Guys, look. I'd love to keep this up but I've only got one job here today and I gotta impress Mr. Stark, so, l’m really sorry.” Sam gets Red-wing to drags Spider-Man through the ceiling.

“You couldn't have done that earlier?” Bucky said.

“I hate you.” Sam said.

“Can you to stop arguing like an old married couple and get me out of this.” You said annoyed. You finally get out of the webs and you run out next to your dad and Scott.

“Hey, Cap, heads up!” He said as he gives your dad a miniature truck. “Throw it at this.” He showed him a little dish with a blue dot in the middle. He throws it toward Rhodey. “Now!” The truck enlarges, tumbling towards him. Then the truck lands and explodes.

“Oh, man. I thought it was a water truck. Uh… sorry.” Scott apologized and you two run off with your dad.

“Come on!” Your dad said. Your team runs towards the Quinjet. A stream of energy slices across the runway and you all stop. Vision hovers in the air above you.

“Captain Rogers. I know you believe what you're doing is right. But for the collective good you must surrender now.” Vision said as Uncle Tony's team arrives.

“What do we do, Cap?” Sam asked.

“We fight.” Your dad said as you both start walking toward Tony’s team.

“This is gonna end well.” Natasha said as they start walikng towards you with determination on their faces.

“They're not stopping.” Spider-Man panicked.

“Neither are we.” Tony said. Everyone breaks into a sprint.Your dad blocks a punch as Tony lands. Uncle Arrows fires an arrow at Vision. Rhodey flies after Sam and Bucky trades blows with T'Challa. An explosive arrow then hits Tony. Spider-Man swings towards you and you cut them with your fan blades.

“Wow. Is that vibranium blades on those carbon fiber fans. Thats so cool!” He said as he pulls you in with a web. “ an... and your brilliant. That new strongest fiber you found and have been testing on in Russia are incredible.” You take out your knife by your side.

“Thanks kid, but do you always talk this much? ” You said as you cut yourself free and you spin kick him across run way. “Cause it seems like your a little distracted Spider-Boy.”He looks up surprised that you just kicked him. He jumps back up. He webs around your waist and shoulders.

“For one, it’s Spider-Man. For two, I only get distracted when I talk to a pretty girl like you. For three, i only talk this much when I want to impress someone that I like.” You chuckle a little and press a button on the edge of your palm and your wings pop out cutting the webs. You flew over and pin him him against a gangway. “Holy crap your strong, but I’m just as equally as strong.” He said as he kicks your knees. He tackles you to the ground and pins you underneath him.

“I don’t think you know who your dealing with Spider-Boy. My dad is frickin’ Captain America.” You said as your dad throws his shield at Spider-Man. Spider-Man swings past, but you cut the web with your blades and gave your dad his shield back.

“That thing does not obey the laws of physics at all.”

“Look kid. There's a lot going on here that you don't understand.”

“Mr. Stark said you'd say that.” Spider-Man fired webs which stick to your dad's shield and ankle. He pulls and your dad slides towards him. Spider-Man kicks him backwards, then rolls clear.You giggle. He turns toward you. You stop.

“You think that’s fun” your dad said sternly.

“Well you just got taken out by a 12 year old.” You bust out into laughter.

“I’m 15. Mr. Stark also said to go for your legs.” as your dad runs to get his shield, Spider-Man webs his hands and pulls. Your dad grits his teeth, spins and somersaults, propelling him through the air. Your dad catches a web and tugs Spider-Man towards him, knocking him down with the shield. He recovers and pulls himself up on top of a gangway.

“Stark tell you anything else?”

“That you're wrong. You both think you're right. That makes you both dangerous.” He swings down and you jump in front your dad and kick him backwards onto the gangway's leg.

“Guess he had a point.” Your dad said as he throws his shield at the leg and the gangway falls. Spider-Man held it up.

“Dad stop trying to kill every boy that I come in contact with. I think I can handle myself.” You said.

“Doll, I’m your dad that’s my job.” He turns to Spider-Man “You got heart, kid. Where're you from?”

“Queens.”

“Brooklyn.” Your dad leaves Spider-Man holding the gangway. You cross your arms.

“So what’s your name ‘Spider-Man’?”

“Peter. Peter Parker.” He said as he was struggling.

“When this is all over I want to get together and see how you made the fibers for your webs. That webbing its extraordinary.”

“Well Mr. Stark made the suit. I’m guessing its your webbing.” Peter said.

“That makes since.” You said then you ran off to meet your dad and Bucky.

“We gotta go. That guy's probably in Siberia by now.” Bucky said.

“We gotta draw out the flyers. I'll take Vision. You get to the jet.”

“No, you get to the jet! All three of you!” Sam said as he is getting chased by Rhodey. “The rest of us aren't getting out of here.”

“As much as I hate to admit it, if we're gonna win this one, some of us might have to lose it.” Uncle Arrows said.

“This isn't the real fight, Steve.”

“Alright, Sam, what's the play?” Your dad said.

“We need a diversion, something big.”

“I got something kind of big, but I can't hold it very long. On my signal, run like hell. And if I tear myself in half… don't come back for me.” Scott said.

“He's gonna tear himself in half?” You and Bucky said in unison.

“You're sure about this, Scott?” You dad asked.

“I do it all the time. I mean once… in a lab. Then I passed out. I'm the boss. I'm the boss. I'm the boss. I'm the boss. I'm the BOSS!” Scott said before he grows into a towering Behemoth and grabs Rhodey's leg.

“Holy shit!” You hear Peter scream.

“I guess that's the signal.” You say.

“Way to go, Tic Tac!” Sam screamed happily.

Scott sends Rhodey flying and Peter catches him with a web. Scott then kicks a bus towards T'Challa; Vision decends and braces himself, splitting the bus in two and protecting T'Challa from harm. T'Challa spots you, your dad and Bucky sprinting past him. Peter clinging to a web stuck to Uncle Rhodey's back. He fires more webs and wraps them around Scott's outsized arms. Giant Ant-Man punches Rhodey in the air and swings a gangway towards him as he recovers. Rhodey opens fire and the gangway desintegrates. Scott tries to stamp on Rhodey who dives clear evading a lunge of Scott's hand. Wanda uses her powers; flinging vehicles into Rhodey’s path. Distracted by Peter, Scott doesn't spot Vision curling into a ball and ramming into him. Vision spots you, your dad and Bucky approaching the Quinjet. He simply floats through Scott's chest. Vision fires a shining beam of energy to the control tower.

“Dad watch out!” You screamed as the tower starts to collapse towards the entrance of the hangar.

Wanda struggles to slow its collapse. Then Rhodey descends behind her fires a sonic disruptor. Wanda holds her head and screams. The tower falls behind all three of you, but you barely make it into the hangar where Natasha is waiting for you.

“You're not gonna stop.” She said.

“You know I can't.” Your dad said.

“I'm gonna regret this.” She stuns T'Challa who's arrived behind them. “Go.” All three of you run for the Quinjet while she keeps T'Challa at bay. Your dad fires the guns blast debris from the entrance the you fly to Siberia.

After a couple of hours of silence your uncle spoke.

“So who is your new boyfriend?”

Doll? part 2.

Pairing: Bucky Barnes x Reader

Summery: You just seen realized that Bucky was brain washed by Hydra. When he got taken back to base he realized you were important. You try to get him to remember.\

A/N: Night-Fire is your super hero name.

Part 1

You sat in silence for a while; still trying to process what is going on. That was Bucky. Your best friend. Your first love.

“It was him. He looked right at me like he didn't even know me.” Steve said, breaking the silence.

“How's that even possible? It was like seventy years ago.” Sam said.

“ Zola. Bucky's whole unit was captured in '43, Zola experimented on him. Whatever he did helped Bucky survive the fall. They must have found him and...” You trailed off, thinking of horrors Bucky probably went through.

“None of that's your guys faults.” Natasha said.

“Even when I had nothing, I had Bucky.” Steve said. You punched his shoulder. He had a small smile “and Y/N.” Sam looks over at Natasha and seen that she was bleeding from her shoulder. Then Sam looks at the guards with anger.

“We need to get a doctor here. We don't put pressure on that wound she's gonna bleed out here in the truck.” He said.

Suddenly one of the guards pulls out an electric rod and neutralizes the other guard and knocked him out. Then the guard took off her helmet. It is Maria Hill.

“Ah. That thing was squeezing my brain.” She said lowering the helmet. Sam looked at her confused, then at Steve.

“Who's this guy?”

After the fight with you and Steve the brought him back inside a bank vault. The HYDRA agents fix Bucky's metal arm. He suddenly has flashbacks.

Flashback

“Sergeant Barnes...”Said Dr. Zola’s voice. Then he has a flashback of him falling off the train at the edge of the mountain with Steve and you trying to save him.

“Bucky, no!” Steve screamed. Then he has flashback to after he's picked up by Hydra agents with what ever was left of his arm was bleeding.

“The procedure has already started.” Dr. Zola said. Then the Hydra agent amputating his left arm and replacing with the metal arm. “You are to be the new fist of HYDRA. Put him on ice.”

Then Bucky got frozen after which he comes back to the present and choked the HYDRA agent fixing his arm, Rollins points his gun at him to stop him attacking any further.

End of Flashback

“Sir, he's...he's unstable. Erratic.” A scientist said. Alex Pierce entered with Rumlow and some other HYDRA agents and walks over to Bucky.

“Mission report.” Alex Pierce said to Bucky. Bucky was blank and he didn't respond “Mission report, now.”He said more sternly. Pierce moves closer to Bucky and suddenly strikes him hard in the face. Finally Bucky spoke.

“The man and that girl on the bridge...” he said as he has flashback to Steve calling him by his name and you reaching out for him. “Who were they?”

“You met them earlier this week on another assignment.”

“I knew them. The girl. She’s important. Something inside me was telling me I can’t to hurt her.” Bucky said. Pierce sits in front of Bucky.

“Your work has been a gift to mankind. You shaped the century, and I need you to do it one more time. Society is at a tipping point between order and chaos. Tomorrow morning we're gonna give it a push. But, if you don't do your part, I can't do mine, and HYDRA can't give the world the freedom it deserves.” Pierce said.

“But I knew them. I don’t want to hurt her.” Bucky said. Pierce turns to the scientists

“Prep him.” Said Pierce.

“He's been out of cryo-freeze too long.” Said a scientist.

“Then wipe him and start over.” The scientists strap Bucky in his chair and then place a mouth-guard in his mouth as they begin the process of wiping his brain with Bucky screaming in pain.

After Steve making a huge speech about HYDRA agents like he always does. You, Steve and Sam make their way to the Helicarriers.

“Hey, Cap, how do we know the good guys from the bad guys?” Sam said.

“If they're shooting at you, they're bad.” Steve said. Sam flies off; you and Steve headed down, the HYDRA agents starting shooting at you guys, Sam flies around avoiding getting shot.

“Hey, Cap, I found those bad guys you were talking about.”

“You okay?” You asked.

“I’m not dead yet.” Sam said as he flew off as the HYDRA agents continue to shoot at him. Later you with Steve get to the control center and you put the chip in the system.

“Alpha locked.” you said on the com.

“Falcon, where are you now?” said Maria.

“I had to take a detour!” Sam is flying towards one of the Helicarriers when heat-seeking missiles are shot at him by HYDRA, so he flies back towards the Helicarrier and manages to get the missiles that were aimed at him to hit the Helicarrier giving him entrance. “Oh, yeah!” Sam flies into the Helicarrier.

“I'm in. Bravo locked.”Sam said as he flies out of the carrier.

“Two down, one to go” You said.

“Charlie Carrier's forty-five degrees off the port bow.” Maria said. Then she notices two HYDRA agents breaking into the headquarters, she shoots and kills them as they enter. “Six minutes.”

You and Steve are trying to get away from the HYDRA agents shooting at you on the Helicarrier. One of the bullets nicked cheek.

“We need to get out of here Steve.” You pull of your gun and shoot back and kill four agents.

“Hey, Sam, we’re gonna need a ride.”

“Roger! Let me know when you're ready.” Sam said. You looked over shoulder and see that they have shot a missle at you and Steve. You look in front of you to see you are by the edge, then you grabbed Steve’s arm.

“Jump!” You screamed and you jumped off the edge.

“We just did!” Steve said. Sam flew in just in time to catch you and Steve. Sam flies himself, you and Steve onto the last Helicarrier.

“You know, you guys are a lot heavier than you look.”

“We had a big breakfast.” Steve said. Suuddenly Bucky appears and pushes Steve off the edge.

“Steve!”You shouted.

Sam goes to fly off and help Steve, Bucky grabs one of his wings and throws him back, Sam starts shooting at Bucky and as he goes to fly off Bucky uses his weapon to rip off one of Sam's wings and kicks him off the Helicarrier. Sam manages to get his parachute out and lands on the roof of the Triskelion. You make eye contact with Bucky and he runs off to the enterance to the system. You ran after him.

“Steve? Steve, come in. Are you okay?” You said.

“Yeah, I'm here! I'm still on the Helicarrier.” You sigh with relief as you get to the bottom of the stairs and go down a hallway. You look of a window and see Steve as he pulled himself up. You start going his direction.

“Where are you Sam?” Steve asked.

“I'm grounded, the suit's down. Sorry, Cap.”

“Don't worry, I got it.” Steve said. You finally got to Steve and helped him in. Maria heard Rumlow ordering HYDRA agents to go in the Council and kill Natasha.

“Falcon?” Maria asked.

“Yeah?”

“Rumlow's headed for the Council.”

“I'm on it.”

“Sam. Make him pay for what he did to Bucky.” You said.

“You got it Night-fire.”

You get inside the helicopter and see Bucky standing there. Looking cold at you and Steve. You stand in front Steve.

“People are gonna die, Buck. I can't let that happen.” You said to Bucky. Bucky just continues to stares at you coldly. Steve steps in front of you.

“Please, don't make me do this.” Steve said.

Seeing Bucky won't back down Steve throws his shield at him and they start battling each other, as they fight you manage to bring up the targeting blade system, but as Bucky ripes the chip out of you hands and throws it. You looked at him and kick him off the platform, he grabbed your belt and pulls with you with him.

“Buck, Please I don’t want to hurt you.” You begged him.

Bucky turns to Steve, who is about to attack Bucky, and stabs Steve in the shoulder with his knife and then grabs the fallen chip.You jump on his back and put you in a choke hold you and you fall back. You roll both of you back over and put him in an armlock.

“Drop it! Drop it!” You screamed. Bucky head butts you. You extremely dizzy and let go. Bucky continues to hold the chip and Steve breaks his arm and holds onto his throat until he passes out and lets go of the chip, Steve then grabs the chip and rushes off to the blade system.

“One minute.”Maria said.

You finally got back to normal you seen Steve desperately tries to get back up to the Helicarriers to get to the targeting system. You look over to Bucky becomes conscious and he aims at Steve’s head. You jump in front of Bucky and he shoots at Steve in the left thigh and then the right shoulder, but Steve still manages to climb up.

“Bucky, Stop! He’s your bestfriend!” You said as you struggling with him.

“Thirty seconds, Cap!” Maria said.

“Stand by.” Steve said as he gets the chip out, “Charlie...” Bucky pulls the trigger and you pushed the gun before it was at his head, but it hit Steve in the stomach and he falls.

You manage to punch Bucky in the face and kick the gun out of his hand. Steve gets up and place the chip in the Helicarrier's targeting blade overriding the system and locking it down.

“Charlie locked.” Steve said.

“Okay, get out of there.” Maria ordered

“Fire now.” Steve yelled.

“But, Steve...”

“Do it! Do it now!”

“Y/N?”

“Do it.” You said. The carriers started shooting at each other and the roof started to collapsing. Bucky kicks you back and pushes you out of the way of a steel beam landed right on Bucky. You ran over to him and tried to help lift it up. Even with the super soldier serum you could barley lift it up.

“You know me.” You shouted as Steve came down to help you try to get Bucky out from being trapped under the beam. He kicks you again and you crack your head against some rubble

“Get away from me. I don’t want to hurt you more than I have to” Bucky said.

“You know us.” Steve said. Bucky lashes out at Steve in anger.

“No, I don't!” Bucky yelled with anger.

“Bucky, you've known us your whole life.” Bucky hits Steve but Steve chooses not to fight back. You try to get up but you were too light headed. “Your name is James Buchanan Barnes.” Bucky hits Steve again.

“Shut up!” Bucky screamed. Steve takes off his mask and drops his shield out of the Helicarrier. “I'm not gonna fight you. You're my friend.”Bucky pushes Steve to the ground

“You're my mission.” Bucky yelled. He then mercilessly punches Steve repeatedly across the face “You're my mission!” He repeated.

“Then finish it.” Steve said.

“Buck, please don’t do this.”You begged. Bucky hesitates holding his fist up. He looks over at you then back at Steve.

“Cause I'm with you to the end of the line.” Steve said. That was the line that Buck said to you and Steve multiple time growing up. Bucky looks at Steve as if he's starting to remember then looks at you. Then the bottom of the Helicarrier falls sending you down into the river below and you loss consciousness.

You woke up coughing up water. You sat up and look over to see Steve was unconscious. You went over to him to see he was breathing. You looked the other way to see Bucky walking away.

“Bucky wait.” You said as you got up. Buck stopped and turn toward you. You walk toward him slowly. “I can help you remember.”

“You can’t” He said brokenly. You pull out a long chain around your neck from your suit and showed him the golden ring on it with a diamond on it.

“The day we rescued you, you proposed to me. You said you want to be with me for the rest of your days. I’m your best friend and you can’t live without me.” He looked at it and a tear went down his cheek.

“Y/N?” You start choking up.

“Yes. Buck, It’s me.” You let out a sob and hug him. “I’m with you till the end of the line.” You here a sob from Bucky and he pulled you into his embrace.

Pairing: Bucky Barnes x Reader

Warning: angst, mild swearing, actions of abusive drunk

Author Note: B/D = The day of your birth and B/M = The month of your birth

You were born on B/D B/M, 1918. You had a family, well at least till your mom married a drunk who had a lot of cash. He would beat your mom till she cant move and then beat you too. Your mom wanted him to stay so badly cause she wanted the stay at home mom life and never work a day of her life, even if that means getting rid of you.

One night he came home from “a business trip” drunk; he went straight to the bedroom where your mom was. After ten or fifteen minutes you here a loud bang against your wall. You ran into the bedroom and seen your step father choking your mother. You grabbed a lamp and smash it over his head. He dropped to the ground and your mom dropped to her knees. Once she caught her breath she went over to him and cried; trying to wake him. You can’t believe after him almost killing her, she still wanted to be with him. That when you knew you were about to die.

When he woke up he grabbed you by your hair and through you in the car. Your mom didn't stop him. All she said as you were screaming for your life was “You shouldnt have angered you father. You were disrespectful. He does so much for me.”

He drove to a random alley in Queens, then parks. He yanks you by your throat and through you in a pile of cinder blocks causing you to pass out. You were only seven years old. When you woke up he was gone. You sat there and cried.

Two years later in the beginning of winter, your legs was the only thing visible when you were in a trash can trying digging though looking for food to eat or maybe some clothes. You were so hungry and so cold. All of a sudden load bang went though the trash can. You quickly got out. You looked around and found a ball on the ground. When you picked it up you heard two pairs foot steps. You looked up and seen two boys and froze when they seen you. The first one was really short, skinny, looked like death with blonde hair with the blue-green eyes. The second was taller than you and had dark brown hair and the bluest eyes you have ever seen. You dropped the ball and hid under some trash. The second boy ran after you.

“Hey we dont want to hurt you.” He said. You looked up at him and he sat next to you. “Are you hungry? We were on our way home to eat dinner, I’m sure my mom won’t mind you staying.”

“But you don’t even know my name.” You said looking at your feet.

“My name is James Barnes,but my friends call my Bucky,” He then points at his friend. “ and that punk over there is Steve Rogers. Now that you know our names. What’s yours?”

“Y/N. Y/N L/N.” You said. He sticks his hand out and shakes it.

“Now we are friends lets go eat.” He said as he stands up, then he helps you up.

Years went by, you were adopted by both the Barnes family and the Rogers Family. You started having feelings for Bucky when you were fourteen. He eventually confessed his love for you and started dating when you were sixteen. You joined the military in 1936. Bucky was devastated at first but he knows that was was the only way you can make descent money during this time. You need it for Steve medical reasons and somewhere to live since his parents died. You then met Dr. Abraham Erskine during a medical training course. He wanted you to help develop a serum to enhance a soldiers abilities. After developing the serum Dr. Abraham Erskine wanted to test it on you. So he did and it worked. But he wanted a soldier to have the abilities in the battle field,so its not wasted on just a spy. Before you could find soldiers to test on you had to do spy missions in Germany. When you got back you heard that Dr. Abraham Erskine already tested on Johann Schmidt without consulting you. Later finding out Bucky was joining made you scared for him. You seen what battlefield is full of. You knew Steve wanted to join and you convinced Dr. Abraham Erskine that Steve was the perfect candidate for the the serum. When Steve told you that they are not sending a rescue team to save Bucky’s group, you guys went and saved them. After you got back to camp Bucky proposed to you and said you’ll get married as soon as you got back. When he died you were so deviated. You were with Steve the whole time you trying to stop the bombs on the United States. Then got frozen with Steve.

You have been chased, beaten, and had a secret lair fall on you in the last two days. Nick Fury died and the S.H.E.I.L.D. you known and loved was actually ran by HYDRA. . You caught Jasper Sitwell to help stop the Helicarriers from killing people.

“ HYDRA doesn't like leaks.”Jasper said

“ So why don't you try sticking a cork in it.” Sam said.

“ Insight's launching in sixteen hours, we're cutting it a little bit close here.” Natasha said

“I know. We'll use him to bypass the DNA scans and access the Helicarriers directly.”Steve said.

“ What?! Are you crazy? That is a terrible, terrible idea.”Jasper said.

Suddenly the something lands on the car roof, pulled Sitwell through the window and through him into the oncoming traffic, killing him, he then started shooting at us until Steve pulled the break handle which made the guy drop down onto the street, as another car smashes into the our car and pushed us along, then jumped back onto our car, he smashed through the windshield and pulled out the steering wheel.

“Shit!” Sam said.

Both you and Natasha started shooting at him but he jumped onto the vehicle behind us, as our car is being pulled off the road Steve held on to the car door.

“Hang on!” Steve screamed. He broke the door, then grabbed you and Sam then you grabbed Natasha.We slid on the car door through the street. You looked up at him realizing it the Winter soldier. He was joined by other HYDRA agents and they started shooting at us. We scatter and ran off in different directions as the Winter Soldier started shooting at you and you managed to shoot him in his goggles and ran off.

“Она у меня. Найди его.” The Winter Soldier said. Meaning She's mine. Find him. He ran after you as the Hydra agents go after Steve and Sam who both manage to fend them off as they shoot at them, Steve then notices the Winter Soldier in pursuit of you. He looks at Sam and Natasha.

“Go, we got this!” Sam said to Steve.

The Winter Soldier thought he's found you but you recorded yourself saying, I make an LZ, twenty-three hundred block of Virginia Avenue. Rendezvous two minutes. Taking fire above and below expressway. Civilians threatened. Repeat, civilians threatened. You watched him roll a bomb towards where he thought you were hiding. When the bomb exploded you jumped onto the Winter Soldier’s back and tried to kill him but he through you off. You got up and grabbed your knife from your boot and tried to slice his throat. He caught your hand and looked at you. He froze and said on word.

“Doll?” You looked at him confused and seen his eyes. The bluest eye you ever seen. The eyes you fell in love with pretty much your whole life. But they seem broken. He pushed you off of him and dropped the knife. Then Steve jumped in and attacked him. As they fought, you were trying to process this information. That’s impossible he died. But he knows your pet name for you. He’s a spy he is playing games wit you. Don’t let him win. After convincing yourself that its not Bucky you got up to help Steve. The Winter Soldier grabbed Steve's shield and through it at his head but Steve managed to avoid being hit. You and Steve fought with The Winter Soldier, but he wasnt trying to hurt you. He was trying to push you out of the way. With Steve he is trying to kill him. It was keep nawing at you. I have to know its not him. You jumped up and karate kicked The Winter Soldier’s head. Then The Winter Soldier's mask comes off, as he looked at you. Its Bucky. Your heart dropped.

“Bucky?” Steve said.

“Who the hell is Bucky?”Bucky said as Bucky goes to shoot at Steve. Sam flew in and kicked Bucky aside, Bucky tried to take a aim again but before he can shoot Natasha used the grenade launcher Bucky dropped earlier to shot at Bucky

“NO!!” You screamed as you fall on you knees and he vanished in the smoke of the explosion, then we heard sirens after which we were surrounded by HYDRA agents being led by Rumlow.

“ Drop the shield, Cap! On your knees! Get on your knees! Now! Get down! Get down!” Rumlow screamed. Steve held his hands up. “Get on your knees! Down!” He kicked Steve's leg and Steve keeled down “Don't move.”

Rumlow looked at the helicopter flying above them and warned Rollins who's holding Steve at gunpoint. “Put the gun down. Not here. Not here!” Rollins lowered his gun, the HYDRA agents then took you, Steve, Sam, and Natasha into custody. You looked at Rumlow.

“Hey Rumlow.” You said.

“What do you want sweet cheeks?” He replied.

“You going to pay for what you done to Bucky. Even if that means I die with you, you son of a bitch.”

You pulled down your dress for the 20th time tonight. Why did Tony’s parties always have to be formal? All you wanted to do tonight is get in your lazy clothes and watch Netflix till 2 in the morning. But no. The parties are mandatory. You put your final touches on your make-up and fixed your dress for the last time, then went to the elevator.

When the elevator stopped you can hear the music blaring. It open and you see a hundred people dancing, drinking, talking or doing all three. You stepped out and everyone stared at you. You can feel your blood reaching your cheeks. all of the sudden you hear Tony.

“Y/N!” He yelled. Then everyone else cheered. You smiled then walked to the bar. You sat down and sighed. You rested your head on the cool counter.

“I’m gonna guess you hate these parties.” You hear a voice say. You looked up and see Natasha on the other side of the bar.

“And you do?” You asked.

“I don’t mind them. Keeps me distracted from everything else.” She said before she took a sip of her beer.

“Must be nice.” You said playing with your bracelet.

“It will be over before you know it.”

About two hours later everyone leaves except for the Avengers, Maria Hill and Dr. Wong, who was asleep at the time. You sat in between Steve and Thor. Which Steve let you borrow his jacket since you got cold. Rhodey and Tony was sitting was next to you but in a different couch. Maria and Clint sat on the floor by the couch across from you that Bruce was sitting on. You guys were talking then Thor mention something about his hammer. That you have to be worthy to pick it up. Then Clint starts mocking it.

“But it’s a trick.” Clint half drunkenly said as he twirls a drum stick in his hand.

“Aw no no, its much more than that.” Thor said handing Steve the magical alcohol that can make him drunk, then clinking his beer with yours.

“Whosoever he be worthy shall haveth the power.” Clint said holding up his hands mocking Thor. “Whatever man its a trick.” Clint said. Thor points his hand at his hammer.

“Oh please be my guess.” he said with a cocky grin.

“Come on, really?”

“Yeah” with that being said Clint got up and walked over to the hammer.

“This is going to be beautiful” Clint said standing over it.

“Clint you’ve had a tough week, we won’t hold it against you if you can’t get it up.” Tony said and you all chuckled.

“You know I seen his before, right?” Clint said looking over at Thor. Clint grabbed the handle of the hammer and pulled on it; half groaning and half screaming. “I still don’t know how you do it?” He said as Thor and him chuckled.

“Smell the silent judgment?” Tony said as all of you chuckled again.

“Please, Stark by all means.” Clint said challenging Tony. Tony gets up being sassy and dramatic like usual. The team said their mmhhmm’s and their oh’s.

“I’m never the one to shrink from an honest challenge.” He walked over and put the leather strap around his wrist. “It’s physics.” Tony said then you scuffed. What an idiot. “What if I lift it I then rule Asgard?” Tony asked.

“Yes of course.” Thor said. Tony starts getting a grip on the handle.

“I will be re-instituting Prima Nocta.” Tony pulled on the hammer and groan as he struggled. He stopped. “ I’ll be right back.” Then he left. A couple minutes later he came back with his Iron-Man glove thing on. He pulled on it again and failed. Then Rhodey went and put his on and grabbed the handle with Tony.

“Are you even pulling?” Rhodey asked.

“Are you on my team?” Tony replied.

“Represent pull!”

“All right, Let’s go!” They pulled on it together with all they can and still failed.

Then Bruce went up to it and put you legs on the table and pulled on the handle screaming from how much he was pulling. Then he jumped off and still slightly screaming, holding his hands out and clasping his hands. The room got quiet with how awkward it was. While on the other hand You, Thor and Steve were trying not to laugh. After Bruce, Steve patted your leg and got up. You and Natasha cheered him on a little bit.

“Come on Steve. No pressure.” Rhodey said.

“Come on Cap.” Tony said.

“You can do it Steve.” You cheered him on even more. He grabbed the handle and pulled. You watch the hammer intensely and the hammer slightly moved but then stayed in the same place. You look over at Thor’s face to see horror. Steve lets go and walks back you his seat.

“Whats wrong?” You asked Thor with a grin. He chuckled and shook his head no.

“Nothing” he said then took a swig of his beer.

“Widow.” Bruce motioned Natasha.

“Oh no no. That is a question I don’t need answered.

“Oh deference's to the man who want be king, but it’s rigged.” Tony said smelling his beer.

“You bet your ass” Clint said.

“Steve he said a bad language word.” Maria blurted out.

“Did you tell everyone about that?” Steve said. You laughed.

“The head is imprinted. Right? Like a security code? Whosoever is carrying Thor’s fingerprint is the literal translation.” Tony said.

“Yes. Well, uh a very very interesting theory. I have a simper one.” Thor picks up his hammer and throws it in the air and catches it. “You’re not worthy.” Everyone started to scuff, boo and or laugh. but you couldn’t help but think you really wanted to try to lift the magical hammer. Just to see if you can, which you doubt that you will, but you still wanted to try. You looked over at Thor.

“Thor, can I try?” You asked. Thor looked over at you and smiled.

“Of course sweet Y/N. Go right a head.” He said as he put the hammer down.

It got quiet. Everyone was starring at you one again. You swallowed hard and gripped the hammer. You closed your eyes and pulled. You felt you hand go up but something was still in your hand. you open you eyes to see everyone shocked. Thor most of all but he had more horror in his eyes, the shock. You looked at your hand and seen you we’re indeed holding the unliftable hammer to anyone else besides Thor.

“Looks like Asgard has a new queen.” Clint said.
