"Hey Damian, do you think you could beat Peter in a fight? Even with his powers?" "Obviously. Just because he is enhanced does not mean that I am inferior. There is a difference between skill and ability. In that, I mean that while Peter has the ability to be strong, he does not have the skill."

"Can you feel exasperation? If so how often does Peter make you feel exasperated?""Peter is as exhausting as he is genius. I hope that answers your question."
Question 12 : Bruce Wayne

DDfT QnA Event
Hi guys </3 for those of you that have not read chapter 7 yet (which you totally should go do), you may not know that I will be on a writing hiatus for TWO WEEKS due to school events.
But I'd feel bad leaving you without content, so I'm hosting an event instead.
Using the provided link and Google form, you can submit questions to certain characters from DDfT! Their answers will be canon and in character. However, because of this, not all questions can be answered so that we can avoid spoilers! Think carefully about what you'll be asking :)
Questions will only be answered if submitted through the Google form. Do NOT submit through the Tumblr ask box.

hi, My name is Lea. Recently I've read your fic about spiderman into Gotham and I like it very much, but my mother tounge is spanish, so I was wondering if you had a spanish version of it.
If not, I was wondering if I could translate it to spanish because if you do it directly with the translator there are some parts you can't understand at all.
Also I could like to upload it to Wattpad or if you prefer in ao3.

Just imagine everyone showing up to Damian’s elementary school graduation as he’s seething because he specifically didn’t tell them to avoid the embarrassment
(The embarrassment being Steph shouting “I know you’re better than these other kids” every five minutes, Dick crying, and Tim and Jason bringing really big signs of Damian’s face and waving them around. Duke is recording Damian’s face for blackmail purposes and Cass is recording Bruce’s face as he tries not to cry. Alfred is the only one that was actually invited.)

I need you to know that you have single handedly addicted me to Spider-Man fan fiction- I didn’t even know I liked superhero stuff but now I’m staying up all night reading as many crossover fic as I can get my grubby little hands on. So thanks for the introduction, your writing is really great and I can’t wait for the next chapter!

I'll also use this post to announce that Dumpster Diving for Treasure will have a total of eighteen chapters when it is finished! That will be seventeen full-length chapters, and one epilogue. I'm also debating writing a one-shot of a different character's POV of the events in the story, so if you'd be interested in that let me know!

Rereading your fic AGAIN after discovering it maybe 1 and a half weeks ago, it’s SO GOOD. It scratches my brain nice. I (and many others, I’m sure) think about Peter meeting the Batfam all the time. Or Marvel and DC crossovers in general, but Spider-man mostly.
I like how you add details about Peter that I at least wouldn’t have thought about. You literally point out (in your most recent chapter at least) that he’s not a baby. Sure, he’s 16, but bro is solving calculus and a lot of other mathematical junk on the DAILY. I didn’t even think about that. Especially with Tom Holland-Spider-man. Because the kid is so smart, but he acts silly, so people forget he’s not an innocent naive baby.
And he’s so strong he doesn’t even KNOW (he knows but none of us think about it enough.) The texting bit at the end of the recent chapter pointing out Peter pulling away from Dick like it was nothing (because it IS nothing to Peter) made me remember “Oh yeah, he’s literally Spider-man. The guy who caught THE WINTER SOLDIERS METAL ARM MID-PUNCH.”
Also off topic, but I love how everyone in the Batchat has their own texting style to help tell them all apart. That’s super creative (you’re so creative it’s insane).
Peter is the silly and I love him 🫶.
Actual question though, why does he have that white streak in his hair? Is it because he basically died via Thanos Snapped™️? Or something else? Or for design reasons because all the cool characters have weird hair 😌
I can’t wait to see what else you come up with, best of luck with senior stuff and all that. Your fic and your art are awesome and I like looking at it C:

I got this ask last night as I was getting ready to leave work, and I got to actually read it when I got to my car! Peter's hair is something that was pointed out in the first chapter, and that alongside his other physical changes are key to part of the plot that I can't talk about yet </3 I do think that his hair being white does make him look cool tho lolol even if it's not the main reason for it!
