Iri drops the man back onto the ground, and Beatriz stares at the spike dissolving into the soil with a hiss, turning it black and gooey. There’s a layer of dust hovering above the ground, kicked up from all of the commotion, and she barely has the presence of mind to guide in a gentle breeze, clearing the area so they won’t launch into a coughing fit mid-battle. Any moment now, the Noxx will be coming, but all she can do is stare at the man. The man who had just used the same kind of magic Noxx possess.

subtle (surprisingly this came from the most recent paragraph, though written when I was half-asleep so it makes less sense than usual. does this count as a last line tag I have way too many of those in my drafts)

She plunks the sole chunk of lirstone they have left in the center. The light throws stretching, malformed shadows onto the surrounding walls, paints everyone’s faces in pale, washed-out grey that almost makes them look ghostly. The tunnel stretches before them, winding and dark and no different from every other tunnel they’d passed through. They’d been sticking to the larger ones, the ones that sloped upwards, in the hopes of finding another exit, but she can barely notice any change. She hopes it’s just because of how subtle the transition had been; not because they’ve been going in circles.

Around her, magic flares – Icarus – tugging at the wind, too panicked to actually do anything substantial save for generate a weak breeze, grip dulled by his scattered focus and the fact that he’s currently struggling not to start flipping head over heels.

#kakaobi #obikaka #ok let's clarify a few things (bc i am tired ! and i fear the visual storytelling is a bit lacking bc i lost patience!)#this is an au post 4th war where obt survived but didn't switch sides #and the rest of konoha thinks obt was executed post-trial. but guess what? the rokudaime secretly intervened... and then hid obt away #the old hatake compound is thought to be abandoned/haunted #so kks has used it in conjunction with the most powerful fuuinjutsu he knows to keep obt imprisoned #fun side note: the central piece of those seals is the kanji for love :D #ok but fuuinjutsu is not enough to ensure obt stays locked up. not w obts sharingan-- and kks has no medical skills to replace them #and he can't let anyone find out obt is still alive #so yes those are electricity burn scars you're seeing around obitos eyes and yes he is now blind.#scribbles

𝐎𝐎𝐂; I apparently only posted this when it was a WIP couple of years ago but never posted the 'finished' greyscale piece so I am posting here now just to share... Vaedar and his winged baby, Azaes.

#i have such an intense need to draw but when i sit down to do that....#ofc i am interrupted and it breaks the moment and i get so stressed #and i can feel how am associating the drawing with stress which is not good at all just because i can't sit down to focus on drawing #it's a vicious cycle that i am constantly working through but lately all i can do is quick line arts and always using refs #cuz that's all the time i can make for with as less interruptions as possible... it why i'm gravitating to writing over drawing cuz #dont mind the interruptions as much while writing cuz it easier it doesn't require as much focus as drawing for me #i dont have trouble i think with line art cuz that's what i can do quick but i need a lot of practice for greyscale and color #which is what requires most focus and rhythm.. but i will not give up ok drawing is when i feel alive #but wow yes anyway i rambled am sorry xD just have vae and his big dragon bby #[ d r a g o n l o r d ] vaedar #[ f i r e made f l e s h ] dragons #gallery #mine

i am. still just so glad i got out of teen wolf when the cast started falling apart. like season three was such a shitshow from day one and made me INSANE as it was airing and i just could not continue to watch for season four after they killed off or wrote off essentially half the cast and killed all the found family potential and i will admit!!! that seeing crystal reed herself on a new teen wolf story DID tempt me!!!! i am only human!!!! i am not immune to allison argent!!!! but truly i know myself and i know that the show died a horrible death for me over the course of s3 and there’s a lot of good reasons i stopped watching it and those reasons will sustain me through my decision to not watch this new movie

all that said. @ my loyal six followers. please do not be alarmed if i end up temporarily in a teen wolf revival moment. i am not immune to allison argent and the nostalgia of it all DOES make me want to go back and reread all the old classic pack fics from before davis decided to start killing kids left and right !!! i am not immune to the powerful energy of sterek writers, nor to the call of pack-fics!!!!
