Yes! Stephanie released a link in her story hinting that we'll get more details of her next book on January 7, 2024. But even before we got this link, Stephanie has revealed on one of her book tour stops that the new book would come around this time next year!

So hi! I’m Jenna—YA author, mac & cheese enthusiast, and road trip playlist connoisseur. My debut novel, MADE OF STARS comes out March 28th, 2023 from Viking/Penguin Random House. It’s a YA sci-fi retelling of Bonnie and Clyde about two teenage space criminals, the pilot hunting them down, and all the crimes they commit along the way.

Pictured is my haul from my favorite used bookstore, The Title Page in Rosemont. I am launching a kickstarter for in late March called “Dear Penpal, Belgium 1980.” It is a cozy, Middle Grade appropriate, ghost story, loosely based on fictionalized me at ten years old while living in a 300-year-old manor house in Belgium. The story will be told through 24 physical letters (already written) over a one-year period. This is the kind of odd project I could never sell traditionally, so I’m rolling up my sleeves and doing it myself.

That's a long time and as a writer, I totally understand the battle against perfection. It may be time to stick it on the shelf and ignore it for a little bit (NOT FOREVER, just for a month or so), long enough to start something else, and forget a few details that you've seen a thousand times.
