#5WIRL -- xiao, kazuha, aether, heizou, venti x gn!reader

taking in requests until january 3 bcz i said so!! deleted my pinned but only a maximum of 5 characters or less and only on genshin. (no nsfw.)

sum. you know how new year is. this is how they would kiss the reader at exactly midnight!!!!

note: its just a short description lol

a/n: gudbay writer's block. happy new years coming from xin ♡

+XIAO

he's hesitant at first. countdown was already in but he can't help but look into you more. he only kissed your cheek but, it wasn't enough for you, was it? you kissed him back and at least took him a while to compose himself but eventually left him to kiss you under the fireworks, beside you, holding you, uncontrollably.

+KAZUHA

he already seems so relaxed about this. he was just fiddling with your fingers with his right hand in excitement meanwhile his left kept tapping against the ground. your hair was still a mess. he kissed you right on time ever so gently. running through his fingers against your hair. it felt like a blissful moment. he doesn't care if others are there. he just did what he wanted to do in a long time.

"zero."

+AETHER

he's been waiting a little too long for this moment. took him a while to find you with the large crowd going on but, found the right place where its just you two. if anyone else was here, he'd practically burst. the countdown started. when it exactly hits midnight, his hand just a few centimeters apart grabbed tightly to yours and kissed you. it was a little too long and left him a mess. he wasn't so big with PDA but this one will be cherished in his head further more. with you. together.

+VENTI

countdown had started. he was running around trying to find you. the people counting down was so loud as the whole area was packed. just like aether, he was waiting for this. you were just standing and leaning against the wall, smiling patiently alone, away from the others. you noticed him running towards you. it was sudden but kissed you in excitement. the world felt like it paused right onto you. the kiss was quick but felt like an eternity. he was smiling like an idiot and knew that it would have an affect onto you in a sudden surprise.

"found you."

+HEIZOU

he heard about the silly little thing people do on new year but forgot about it. during countdown, he just looked around while you look at him. you try to prepare and muster up the courage to kiss him just by the cheek. when it hits midnight, heizou pretty much saw most people around starting to kiss. of course, he completely forgot about this and turned to you immediately as you were about to kiss him. it wasn't really aimed at just his cheek. it was quick and left him blinking a few times. you were embarrassed.

late night drive. you two stopped at a random parking spot and just relaxed in the back seat, you two alone. you had time w/ yourselves, just randomly scrolling on twitter and holding hands. out of nowhere, scaramouche grabbed something out of the back of the car. it was a small box. but then he sent you a message through your phone. in fact, a long one. he wasn't really so great expressing himself through talking to someone personally but he encouraged himself to just type something out for you. he thought about talking to you personally but maybe he has too much to say to you. that was something you thought of first. as for the small box, it contained two rings. it was a matching type, too. the design was made for sun and moon and your ring had his name meanwhile his has your name. you were in awe. the letter was pretty sappy but it was a side of him that you were glad to see. more fragments into himself, coming together in a piece to you. though, you sorta were shocked with the rings to the point the letter contained something about it.

"no. its not an engagement ring."

+KAZUHA

where'd he even get enough money to get you and him onto a flight? either way, it felt reassuring to have him by your side. he took you out like this just because he wants to explore all around the world with you. it was a dream to him but it was an opportunity to surprise you. but then, his intentions was just to be at indoors then, on a few spots he plans to go with you. walking around in the best tourist spots are exaggeratingly tiring. you knew that he was the type to be persistent in travels and experiencing new places. most of the time, he was away. but of course sends you letters. he gives you out a small binded notebook he had been carrying out this whole time. or just along with his journeys. it was filled with poems and laid out pictures of you and him (and his cat). there were at least 10 ot more poems he had written for you. it was made during in his travels and some was made ever since he met you. it was tricky to understand what he felt for you just by reading. but, you knew that was specially made for you.

+XIAO

usually, he'd be alone on new years but now he has you around, i suppose he wouldn't mind. you two haven't really started dating and you've been his suitor for a while now. he felt really accompanied with you just being beside you as the fireworks being launched into the sky. most spots he spent was somewhere less popular. maybe he can shoot his shot here! just like scaramouche, he isn't so great expressing himself personally. but this time, he tries. he wants you to know how he really feels. he wants you to hear it directly coming from him. you've been waiting for this and of course he knew. he thought that this is the gift he can give to you. to you only. you understood him either way but kept stuttering a few times. in the area you two were in, he promised. he promised to be yours.

+CHILDE

the day before your birthday, he's already been spoiling you! you two went out to something fancy, it was getting late but childe couldn't help to go further. he knows that you aren't so out-going but, this. this might as well change your mind. down across the street, there was a ferris wheel and decided to get on to it. it was magnificent. the scenery while you two are above was something more than just beautiful. this was the time you saw him more vulnerable, silent. fireworks were launched. his hands were held against yours and just smiled, letting you lean into him.

"happy birthday."

+ZHONGLI

what has gotten into him? all day, he was doing all of the chores on the house. cleaning, cooking you name it! it was pretty obvious and pretty cute that he was trying to make it a special day for you. he was looking for you. you were just sitting at a spot you two had always went to either for a few dates or just wanted to see each other. it had a lot of stored memories just by looking at the place. he'd already found you and had him having some tea with him to give you. he sure did brewed your favorite kind of tea, just how you like it. he bought you a digital camera as well (which surprisingly, had enough mora to pay off). since he knows how you like to capture memories and well... not just memories in the camera but also into your head with him. you two stayed there for a while around the spot, leaning against each other, and sipping the tea he brewed. he stood up and decided to take you elsewhere, reaching for your hand.

"let's go?"

going around to see the scenery sure was tiring. completely too late at night after wandering around goofing off with each other's presence.

heizou already plopped down in the bed after all the energy he spent to do this day with you staying at his side at the edge of the bed.

man alive, it really was awkward. you can't just get up immediately now that he's peaceful along with his dreams. no. you can't.

it's been 5 minutes. complete silence. you ended up filling the room with honesty coming from yourself to a big sigh, and release everything out.

"god. i really couldn't stop smiling when i was with you, heizou."

"i haven't told you this yet but since you're sleeping, i won't have to be too embarrassed to admit that, i enjoyed my time with you today. and that, i want to continue on going around inazuma with you. you really did hit me when you said that-- well... trying to say that after a long journey that had came with us, the memory will remain."

looking at the wall then facing downwards fiddling with your fingers.

"truth is. i don't know... i think that--"

you were about to put your hand down in the bed but some other... hits you?

"oops."

"... heizou?"

you realized and then you stood in place, bringing your hand back into your lap.

"haha. um... can you continue that last part?"

"oh. that came out pretty loud... not to mention, pretty quick too."

you were already at the edge of overthinking and looking down to your lap. you seriously embarrassed yourself. sitting there silent now that heizou lets out a giggle.

"well, i don't want you to overthink a bit too much soooo... you aren't the only one who's in love in this relationship."

staring back to him as you stunned in place. waiting for him to say everything.

"truth is, i admire your honesty with me. though, i'd really like it if you'd just open up to me more about what you think. you can try to relax now. no need to worry, thinking 'he'll never like me, won't he?!' or 'there's no way he'll ever take interest in me!' or... whatever it is you're thinking."

"i really, really like you as well. you don't need to be embarrassed but if you want to restart on what you want to tell me, go ahead."

you're actually dreaming, aren't you? blinking too much as he. he just sits there right before you. no way this is happening. this can't be.

facing him you tried to relax and go all out.

"shikanoin heizou... i think that, i want to be your partner forevermore with you. and if it's alright... i want to take things slow so, will you go out on a date with me?"

a soft smile going across his face.

"quite formal, don't you think? though, i liked that you tried. no, no. love. i loved that you tried."

his hands rests on top of yours. oh how cold his hands were.

"yes. i do want you to take me out on a date..." a slight bloom in his cheeks and immediately took you outside of his doorstep and bid you goodnight.

it's happening. you can probably hear him through the door, screeching out in a giddy mood now that you are finally taking him on a date.

he'd wish that he was able to know more about this side of you. he probably baited you in to confess your feelings to make sure you felt the same. clearly he had judgement on you for the time being with him.

his and your room is just across each other and the literal image of showing excitement for a new day, a new beginning, and to settle things over for just the two of you.

...gone wrong? IDOL AU #xiao x gn!reader [angst]

.cw slight swearing, guilt trip...?

part 1 + note: part 1 isn't likely similar to this one since part one was pretty much fluffy cute confession. but i'm onto somewhere extreme this time.

.sum a month have already gone by and the more time went on, xiao gotten too much to handle form his business as an idol. date night got completely cancelled.

taking in requests! i appreciate it a whole lot lol.

a/n: parts might just end up proceeding as acquired in with dialogues with short description of given actions.

time is ticking. you've already been sitting at the dinner table for over an hour now. looking at the very sparkling water just right in front of your perspective. people right in the restaurant gave you dissatisfied looks, you already had a sense of discomfort and embarrassment right on the spot. where is he?

the waitress have been pestering you around whether if you decided to take your order or just simply take out. you appreciate he's trying to help but isn't it just with you two? he was never like this. you couldn't take it anymore, you can't sit around another hour looking like a fool with the opinions of others to just pity you.

you already managed to leave the restaurant you two planned to go. what was it at the moment that disrupted your plans with him. missed phone calls and messages had been fiddling around with his phone, still wouldn't bother to at least peak in one of them?

home. it's dark. your mind still runs as you proceed to change into your casual clothes... ditched? forgotten? what other reason could there be when it was outrageously rude to leave someone waiting for their date to come. the atmosphere already felt like it's gotten darker the more you think. you feel dizzy. but it isn't that feeling anymore.

past 30 minutes gone by. you had no interest of the door bell ringing multiple times to annoy you. it was him, wasn't it? you already ignored him for a while. he just couldn't stop.

you got up and finally opened the door.

"look, i'm sorry i've been ignoring your calls--"

"no. let's talk seriously."

you allowed him to enter your home. does he even have any right to step foot after what he did? sure wasn't the first time for a date to go wrong.

"i hope you come to realize on how much of a fool i looked like for an hour sitting in that restaurant. i know what you're thinking, you're just gonna say sorry as if it's the first time you left me on in that table."

"first, i was at practice. second, my phone got taken away by my manager."

"are you not getting the whole point? i prepared myself and i actually thought this time was going to take in a much more enjoyable night. 1 hour. i've been waiting for your ass and you're gonna say you're just sorry? don't you think you owe me more than an apology that sounds so... hollow? really, what's the problem?"

"i'm not allowed to be in relationships. it was listed in the contract and i hadn't read it in carefully as an idol--"

"you could've broke us off. it was that simple, xiao. instead of trying to run away from our dates and ignoring every bit from me, you could've told me to just back off. but, look where that got us! you made me look like a god damn embarrassment!"

"i understand your situation and with my packed up schedule pretty busy, but couldn't we just start again? there's no use in fighting. let's just reschedule."

"uhuh. as if."

"say, your career as an idol or being in a relationship with me?"

"what."

"we have the night to ourselves. don't waste time. or... you just couldn't answer?"

the room felt like it was flickering in silence. you were at the point that you didn't seem to partake in interest of these anymore. it was just a sick fantasy after all. his voice weakens. he looked like he was out of his shell but still trapped.

"my career."

"see. it wasn't that hard. i know you've been working your whole life into this and really, i was expecting for all of that. if you have no more to do with me, go off. start a new beginning because i'd really consider this as an end."

the conversation already ended. you still act neutral with him but you still had no interest of going with him again. you were still hurt but the more you think about it, you regretted every moment spared your time just thinking about all the things you two would do. at least... the normal type of kinds unlike on how it ended up.

you aren't the bad person. no. you were just trying to make it work. but trying doesn't really give in to work with you and xiao. once in a life time, you never felt so relieved to have loved someone. you felt like floating in the air with him. huh. must of had the wildest sick twisted fantasies you ever override with him. a slight tinge starts to bother you right at your eyes. tear drops ran along features of your face. at least from afar, you appreciate him being the first and last you'll ever meet.

time to put your clown shoes on silly goose.

miko walks into your work place with another set of coffee. standing right before you as you try to get the coffee from her hands.

she pulled away in the look of disappointment in her eyes. "ah, ah, ah. instead of having your 4th coffee this night, don't you think it's about time you save that commission from your client later in the afternoon?"

you pout and let out a big sigh.

"miko... i understand you care for me but i can take care of myself. i just have to finish this commission then i'll rest in a bit."

"i take no for an answer there. you can be able to finish the commission after you get a good night sleep. not to mention, an even faster way?" she puts the mug of coffee down in placement of your desk full of art supplies.

her warm hands placing through your cheeks as she take a good look on how heavy your eyebags are, mumbling that this wouldn't do.

"i know how frail and fragile a human you are, dear. but when enough is enough, you take that rest and eventually there will be a new day awaiting coming in store for you." slowly placing her hands on top of yours.

"the world can be cruel but i want to see you living your life to the fullest. no harms coming through your health, no coping mechanisms or any of the sort. please, sweetheart... take this night and sleep the deepest slumber you can. you worked hard enough and i'd say you pretty much deserve it."

looking up to you with a faint smile. why does she seem to care so much? you face to look at your work and somehow start to rethink your decision.

she chuckles places he left hand to your cheek to face her.

"you really are stubborn just like ei. why not focus on me this night instead of that, hm?"

she then tries to lift you up from your chair leading you two to the bedroom. you'd really like the thought about her being there with you so why not go with her?

in the end was full of love and affection, showing deep worded advice, just the things you really need to wander off to your dreams.

#1. i have that feeling he'd like to tease you by seeming like he doesn't understand what you're talking about, but really, he really does know what you mean.

#2. probably would enjoy you trying to help him even the tiniest bit. being a young detective just might leave the crowd to let others leave it all to him in all of his cases. he really appreciates it that he's not alone.

#3. "he also has a mind for meticulous logic and reasoning" hm. i wonder. he'd have to reason you off that you are technically the best partner there is. nope, you can't beat him with his strong wit and strong logic. i'm sure.

#4. you're someone he piques his interest on. doesn't get along with most but, he might just make an effort to seem likeable with his cheerful and lively personality with a taste of freedom.

#5. speaking of freedom, once he's done with his own cases of the day, he'd pretty much spend the rest of his day with you, and you alone, going through one place to another, doing the most silly things you can ever imagine of. pretty sure he can imagine just that as if you two were the only beings here in teyvat.

#6. he's that type to get reminded of by someone about the rules (clearly doesn't pay attention) and rants it about you in total frustration.

you watch him in silence just stroking his hair while he stays on your lap as he continued to rant louder.

#7. whenever he's on break with his cases, he randomly thinks about you and realizing he's getting awfully stupid while he's at it. like, he dumbs out pretty much. while the case is being discussed and his head starting to spin now that images of you and him together just going out a nice lovely day or staying indoors if that's what you're really into and the more he continues, he just stutters completely but eventually gets back on track once he started focusing on the case.

DILUC RAGNVINDR HCS !! diluc x gn!reader

#1. he's new at showing affection to his partner. he prefers it to take it slow, especially when he's with a partner experienced with these kinds of things. he'd like for you to lead him bit by bit.

#2. once he experiences something new with you such as kissing, cuddling, etc. he slowly starts to get obsessed with it. every time you come by he just randomly asks for that sort of thing to make you less uncomfortable. he tries not to make it too obvious but really is now that he's starting to get even more comfortable.

#3. imagine, you stressing over your work across the room while diluc notices, walking up to you to slowly massage your shoulders to put you at ease. in concern, he asks and takes you for a walk to clear off things.

#4. listening to you rant is the least thing he can do. he probably says it's not the best advice at all but really helps in one of your troubles.

#5. he'd like the idea to slow dance with you in the living room. just you two alone at midnight, no one to interrupt you two. only you two matters.

#6. i feel like he'd really enjoy experiencing love just like in the novels. he thinks it's somehow really impressive on how the authors can create it.

#7. he loves you styling his hair. the way your fingers run through his hair can really lessen his tense in his shoulders. massaging his scalp is probably his favorite.

#8. holding onto his waist and burying your face right on his back really makes him safe. pretty sure he stays in place just because he wants to stay in that position and would take an absolute while to convince him for you to let go of him or convincing him to move somewhere else continue there.

.SUM albedo started a partnership with you and obviously decided to go all out with your ideas. fascinating enough.

a/n: thinking of this was pretty nice. thanks for requesting again!

you looked forward to be working together with albedo. with your reputation as someone who's highly imaginative, it can get you to many heights. and now, working with albedo himself? you weren't exactly expecting to get high but now be in a partnership with him.

your office was pretty much filled with everything. ask if the person needs a specific object, pretty sure it's lying down in the floor or even in the certain bookshelves. random spots. office was like your home but really, everything comes to a whole mess. once you got an idea, immediately work on it but your work in progress comes to be post poned or as a draft then proceed to a much different project. that habit already been going off in you for a while.

albedo already been observing how you went through on and on about most projects you recently thought of. you were something that was far beyond his abilities. you even brushed it off saying that it's normal for it to come. not to mention, he was interested how innovative you were expressive to your passion. it was satisfying.

he couldn't help to think that whenever you were discussing one of those projects, you always seem to left nothing out. he had no remaining questions somewhat similar to "how do you estimate the overall value of this?" or such. even if you did miss out, you'd give him an answer right away. he's far too fascinated with a certain kind like you, leaving no traces, no information left behind. you thought it all out through, just have a hard time in focus to accomplish one project to another.

starting a new project in your new partnership together as one. good thing you manage to come up a fewer ideas and stick one with the simplest but something admiring. researching together had already started. finding books with the right information, writing it down and putting it one in one, you were able to focus just because this night, it would feel like the last night of all to complete it. he loved that you were someone to go ahead in advance with these things but, you were willing to do what it takes with him. he knew you were the one.

"are you sure you aren't tired?"

"nope! we already made so much progress so far, and we can't drop it off. though, if you are... i won't pressure you at all. might be here until the sun is up."

your dedication already seems to be proven by albedo. not so bad for the first night of working together. pretty much had a few cup of coffees here and there, you really wanted to finish this, huh? he got a few glances of you without you realizing it. messy hair, eyebags, half-lidded, so delicate. you still try to keep compose of yourself but however, you tend to weaken and flutter your eyes and sink to your desk with all of the books, papers, documents, basically everything filled with information you two needed to know in order to process without any complex measures to go through. you shook yourself up right away to find albedo leaning before you. warm breath took away with your skin, feeling it all through, coming into a situation to pat your head.

"we'll continue this project in the afternoon so you can manage to take in sleep in the morning. i know you want to continue it but, be good for me tonight... and we'll see what comes the day tomorrow and the day after that."

your half-lidded eyes managed to flutter fully shut. sitting down on your chair with your arms full on displayed. the night ended but for sure, it will continue to have a strong bond at some point.

fuck. you felt like a teenager. it felt like inserting a literal sentence to your head saying "CRINGE LORD" with pretty much all capital letters, on a bold font with a bright red. but the thing is, he was talking to you. putting up with all of your nonsense. it made you feel dizzy.

you always thought that there was just random people, not just perfect just a normal and average kind of type. after breaking up with a certain person, you can just wait on for someone else to walk by and get asked out anyway. but this. this was different other any ordinary thought you thought of just like before.

it was him. no. for sure he was the one. that, HE could ever fill the dream aside to somewhat reality. instead of letting it aside and let them ask you out, it was just you. you were all left that's behind this and now... you're head over heels for him.

the bright light goes against your face. its ringing. fuck no, no... did you want to see him that bad? you should end the call you're just disturbing him--

fuck. he answered. the silence was going on and eventually asked you why are you calling him at 3am in the fucking morning. fuck this wasn't supposed to happen but. you wanted to get things out.

"what... are we?"

the question left to entertain him. yet continues with the sudden dull silence. fuck you sounded so stupid too. by the looks of his voice, he sounds stunned. did you say something wrong? panic rushes through yourself and you wished you haven't "accidentally" pressing the call button.

"i think you're... unique. i'm not saying i don't take in interest in you but, i do know is that i want to be with you. we aren't... what you say, official? but... i'd like for us to perhaps-- be. that."

holy shit. oh my god fuck. FUCK. okay. pull yourself together. the atmosphere felt so awkward. you ended up flushing your face deep down to the pillow. okay. proceed.

"hah... well. take me out in another 6 dates, then? as lovers of course! ah, shit, wait... no, no. do you even want to be labeled as lovers-- god i messed it up again."

"uhuh. another 6 dates. as 'lovers'."

a/n: i'm still on hiatus HA. been almost 2 months since i wrote sum romanceyyyy. this one is kinda goofy but anyway hi i reincarnated into a better xin yeellloo!!!!

#1. overprotective. i think whenever you have a really contagious disease or state you are in, trust me, he's the type to lecture you and warn you strictly to not go too far out.

#2. in the other hand, he gets really affected if you show him the slightest physical type of touch on him. he'd lose of thought and just look upon you keeping his composure.

"you're smart enough to take care of yourself, i know it. but why go across the forest? there are multiple of creatures that can be lurking down there that can easily hurt you and you decided to stroll around as if it would be fine--"

close. your close. placing your hand on top of his and its warm. you couldn't really understand most of what he's saying but you just want him to be close to you. even he couldn't understand himself now that he's losing himself.

he then lets you slip off this time.

#3. honestly, if you introduced him to something dorky that doesn't have a logical reason, he'd go all out. as in all out.

"plants vs zombies? really...? do you seriously think plants can actually fight zombies? haha-- no. there are no such thing as zombies. and plants have a purpose to grow on ground and do--"

#4. after a few months of dating, he can't believe that he managed to deal someone as unreasonable as you. even it dumbs him out if you have weird theories about things.

documents, forms, projects from work are scattered around the wooden table. you step back then look at the mess, gives you an incredible headache but you have to endure it anyway. otherwise, what else would you be doing now ever since you worked so hard to get in this platform just to drop it?

you lean your head back into the uncomfortable chair, groan, then close your eyes. you couldn't take any bit of this but you obviously worked your whole life on this job. you wish it could just be that easy for quite the person like yourself.

a pair of hands runs through your shoulders, giving a slight chill against your spine.

"don't you think you deserve a break?"

he still massages your shoulders ever so gently with his slightly rough hands then turns your chair around to face him.

"diluc i know you're worried about me but i'm-- huh? where are you taking me?"

he holds both of your hands and brings you up from your chair, leading you to the living room where it's most quiet.

the fire in place heating you two up with the cold breeze slowly touching your skin, just what was he doing this time?

stopped in the area as he lets go of his hand to yours on your left to take the one on the right.

"will you take this dance with me, my love?"

too much to fluster you even though a few seconds ago you were stressing about papers and all the silly projects you need to finish by the end of the week. you partake in his invitation.

held you with his hands on your waist, your arms above his shoulders, appreciating one's company in the silent night of all.

you two swayed the night away so elegantly and a bit too carelessly with each other. you couldn't help but bring into some talk about how stressing your situation is at now that you just wanted to blow some steam off from yourself.

"love, i know you. i know how hard you've been working for your entire life to get this and maybe at times even with you not making effort at all, you still gained progress. i'm so proud that you manage to keep this up for years now and i'd say, you're really amazing. but even though you have your own matters to deal of, please, don't get too carried of yourself to just overwork as long as you need to."

he's glad that he managed to met a wonderful person like you. whatever your accomplishments and goals of, he'll still continue on and support you and can't help to be so proud of you.

the dance comes to a pause as you look up to him. you rest your arms down to his waist while he continues to also do the same to you, foreheads touching, closed eyes. just the two of you in this room. no one else.

#1. you two always played in the garden or at least stay there in comfort ever since you were kids. every time you two walk by there, he always reminisce and feels like he wants to be a kid again for once. both of you are old enough. you as his servant for years of accompanying him sure was something. he used to be pretty silly now that he sort of knew romance in the novels when he was a kid due to your own faulty of situation of dragging him in one of those things. very cheesy but he'd kiss your hand every time just to show respect up until now. he still loves kissing your soft hands.

#2. he'd protect you no matter what the situation of what he has been told at. he's careful enough on his own care but he cares about you here.

#3. he may also have you as his trainer in archery and different kind of survival skills now that you seem to take particular interest of and share.

#4. i somehow think his love language is receiving gifts. he'd usually set them out and give it to you when he's on a few places to take part of or just give you gifts when it's holidays just not money or your paycheck but pretty much many, many things. such as a small antique or so.

#5. might actually be the one to rebel a few times when he was a kid and drags you along with him so he isn't saved for the trouble. he'd like your company even if it means getting scolded.

#6. sitting near the fire will on his lap would really sound comforting after pretty much handling every situation around the place.

#7. enemies to lovers troupe fans calling you all in a meeting~ imagine. try taking both you and childe completely just like in the song a "lovely night" just try and play the song while reading. so, long day from training right? two of you are pretty much tired but i'm sure childe turns on in to peep out annoying sentences to tease you. and well... let's take this in a much more understanding way.

it's already night time and you are definitely sure in getting scolded for taking the prince home from training but it wasn't your fault they signed you up to train with this mess.

lights across the village and right up there is the castle. you let out a big sigh just when tartaglia is right behind you. going in closer leaning right to your ear as is heavy breathing touching your skin in a lift.

you face to look at him with a frown.

"what's that face for? are you really that mad--"

"if it's not that obvious i might have to dumb it to your level. clearly, yes. of course i'd be mad at you for crying out loud, begging me to practice more and look where that led us? its already around 7pm and i promised to bring you back by 5pm."

crossing your arms and continue to walk away to the pathway while the idiot pouts in place.

he rushes over to you and grabs your hand and leads you to a different pathway.

"what in the heavens are you doing?"

"i'm leading us to a shortcut because that's the least i can ever do."

great. now an imbecile thinking that this "shortcut" he's speaking of will lead us to the castle back in time just like that. you're pretty much convinced you two will get lost and oh. oh.

he held you close and gripped on your hand much tighter and even mumbled about something of keeping you safe in his hands, just right up against his shoulder. no, no. stay focused. you aren't here to think of such an idiot's way of thinking, right?

#1. i think that his love language will either be acts of service and quality time. but if you want just one, i'd say quality time. he probably likes to have moments with you and after a while, he'd like to reminisce it and you can notice it by the way he looks like in a pause, staring at the blank wall or the field then say "oh my... i was a bit out of thought, was i? i sincerely apologize."

#2. he takes extremely good care with your skin. probably people doesn't expect him to be like that with you but he likes your skin either way if its delicate or rough. your hands running through his hair, his body, basically everywhere relaxes him.

#3. those doctors who have those fancy handwriting? i'm sure you're aware of it. maybe when you're sick, just in case he needs to leave for herbs or other private matters, he'll leave notes with food and your meds to take after.

ever since your numerous visits with your time here in inazuma, you felt like you needed to settle things off. wandering place to place sure is getting rough with experiencing each and everything in every world or a type of universe.

ei sits by you, sipping her tea while your tea remains in a slight cold now that the heat went off.

you reach your hand closer to hers with your pinky interlocking with her very own, catching her attention before you.

making eye contact as the aroma of the room with just none other conversation to speak of.

"ei? is it alright if i... talk things out-- with you that is?" mumbled out as she lets out a sign, giving her approval to you.

this really is it. is this gonna be your actual decision? will you finalize it with her?

"ei, i've been spending lots and lots of my time here in inazuma and really, i enjoy it."

"what is your point here?"

gulping down, taking in a deep breath and the magic happens.

"i'm really tired that you have to wait for my returning here in inazuma while im off visiting other worlds. this sort of world really is something and-- i... if it's alright, i think i would be glad to confirm and settles things with you that,"

"i'm... really quite happy that you decided to talk things through like this. not only that you want to stay here, but you want us to work out? now that's... something we could elaborate on."

your head that was lowered facing down to the table sure did looked at ei.

"any of what you said of me being tired isn't technically true. surely i'd wait for years for you to come back. hoping that one day you'd return and spend time like we usually do. i'm glad you wanted to be honest about our situation and i think, i would love that."

her words made your face lit up. i'm sure that looking just right into her eyes can exactly tell how excited she will be. getting to know you even more ever so slowly, spending time with you, no more waiting for you to come back is a dream come true for her. not for her but you two.

she stands up to go against you, hugging you over. she's proud that you made a decision like this just for you two to take in some time to live together.

not only that she doesn't seem tired but, you're pretty tired that after all a while that the situation has been going on, you just wanted to spend your lifetime with ei. no one else to bother. just you two alone as if no one ever stood by to interrupt you two in your wildest dreams.

after that day, you two remained peaceful in each other's presence. she finally had someone to love for at least a lifetime. you're much at ease now that ei is right by your side.

#1. probably hard to show affection in a proper way. maybe he might make a small playlist for you to listen on so you can try to understand. (song ex. 1 , 2 and 3. song ex 1 might be clearly better because i chose outset island on random on the 2nd)

#2. you need to get special treatment. you deserve it so, he might call you "your highness" for some reason.

#3. really busy with his own matters. and by really, REALLY. pretty sure you won't able to convince him the slightest bit to take a break out so, making snacks for him while he writes will do. or at least holding hands with him while he composes will feel really nice now that the right inspiration's presence is just near him.

#4. he makes an effort in remembering small details coming from you such as what you like, what you don't like, etc. and might write it in one of his songs just to tune it out to get it stuck in his head.

#5. for some reason, i feel like he will trace his fingers onto the palm of your hand. probably quite comforting for the guy.

#6. at this point i'm just imagining you two yelling out so late at night on how much you love each other for no particular reason. it's stupid and dorky, i know, but accept it.
