This might startle you, Anon, but I LOVE Wajid. I LOVE problematic characters dnsdnkfjndkf I usually draw lines at cheating but for some reason, while I'm aghast, I still like Wajid!

(Thank god, he's fictional.)

I like that in the beginning, he comes across as manipulative and blackmailing VP so that his position as CEO remains. But then we know his backstory and you know what? I LOVE that VP didn't folded like a wet tissue. Hell, she flips the table on him and blackmail him back! Threatening to ruin Wajid's arrange marriage and ruins his family and everything he worked for in return.

I FUCKING LOVE THAT SO MUCH! For once, Wajid realises that even though VP is a runaway slave, even though he has a hold over her - in terms of finances and freedom - our QUEEN uses WHATEVER RESOURCES SHE HAS LEFT to even the battlefield.

Now this is the kind of drama I wanna see in the fashion world!

You think Castin and the Baroness are complicated? Wajid and VP are literally a pair of hot mess with no morality in question. I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE THAT SO MUCH!

PS: It's totally valid that you hate him, Anon. Certain characters of his flavour isn't for everybody.
