#there was this teacher in middle school who I had for two days due to like a station rotation activity with my actual teacher#and when i was in middle school i mostly passed as a boy#but im afab and was just using she her pronouns. essentially presenting myself to the world as a gender nonconforming cis girl.#i was aware and comfortable with the fact that my gender was more fucked up than that but i wasnt out for a variety of reasons anyways#i digress#this teacher refused to call me by my name (the name my parents gave me. on my birth certificate) or use she/her pronouns for me#she called me he and it and told me i wasn't fooling anyone with this nonsense#multiple students - one of which consistently bullied me - corrected her on my gender and pronouns and she wouldn't listen#she even complained to my actual teacher in front of me and referred to me as 'that thing'#and this was humiliating and it was scary but more than anything it was exhausting bc by this point I was very accustomed#to being misgendered and dehumanized by my peers it didnt even strike me as particularly concerning that this person in authority was#so blatantly bent on this path#and to be fair i was dehumanized by other people in authority but usually for my autism not my gender. that was more my peers#anyways. i just found she died last August#and I'm like really struggling with feelings of guilt because I'm honestly a little glad she's dear#dead*#even though I only had those few interactions with her#anyways#i was in the same year as her grandaughter. and i know what its like to lose a family member you love#who is deeply flawed#and i know she was important to a lot of disadvantaged kids#whatever. it doesn't matter really how I feel. it's not like I have to talk to anybody who knew her ever again#tw ableism#tw transphobia#if you read all that you deserve some kind of award

The first time Gojo noticed you was on the platform of Kyoto Station. It was time for another school year so he was there to drop young Megumi off at the station which would lead to his new primary school.
“Do you have everything with you?” Gojo asks his son, mentally counting all of his things once more. When he doesn’t get a response back he looks at Megumi who stared off at something amongst the crowd.
“‘Gumi?” He tries again to catch the 6 year old’s attention, but he’s fully focused somewhere else. The platform was busy with people, all wishing their children luck on their first day so it was difficult to see where Megumi’s eyes were trained. But as his father, and no-less possessing the six eyes, he knew exactly what had caught his attention.
Slightly further down the platform, Gojo caught sight of you standing there, laughing and smiling with your family who were also there to drop you off. That was the first time Gojo saw you. He didn’t know who you were, but he had a feeling that, with a little coaxing, he would later on.
“‘Gumi, pay attention to your father!” Gojo whined at his son, causing Megumi to turn his attention back to the kneeling man. “Sorry, what were you saying?”
Gojo gave him a smile, “I was just making sure that you had everything with you and that you don’t forget about me okay?” He pouted before hugging him, much to Megumi’s refusal, just before the platform announcement came.
Megumi just rolls his eyes in response and makes his way on the train. Gojo turns around to look at you once more and sees that you’re doing the same, delivering one last goodbye before boarding the train, flashing a big smile towards Megumi beforehand. Gojo can’t help but smile when he notices a red hue staining the boy’s face.
Gojo waved enthusiastically at Megumi who sat at a window seat, hoping he wouldn’t cause too much trouble in school - unlike last year.
The end of his first day came and Megumi prepared himself as he made his way off the train “‘Gumi!” Gojo pushed himself through the crowd, passing other parents as he bee-lined towards Megumi, “I missed you my little mochi!”
Megumi whipped his head towards the white-haired man barrelling his way towards him, a grimace on his face when he’s practically to the ground.
“How was your first day? Did you get into any trouble? I don’t want any calls from your teachers again!” Megumi seemed to curl in on himself, embarrassed by his dad’s constant pestering.
Halfway through his rant Gojo noticed the far away look Megumi had as he stared at something or someone behind his crouched figure.
Turning around he noticed you stood not too far away, giggling and failing to hide your smile as you watched Gojo fuss over the young boy. Turning back to face the raven-haired boy he had to try and contain a smile of his own as he watched the way Megumi tried to hide his small body behind Gojo’s.
Y/n, that was your name. At least that’s what he heard through the boisterous crowd not too long ago. Maybe it was time to let Megumi go, figure his own way in the world.
The next time Gojo chooses to embarrass Megumi was sports day. While Megumi was sat cross-legged on the field with his team, Gojo was behind the fence with the other parents cheering obnoxiously loud.
He even took it upon himself to wear a custom shirt with Megumi’s face plastered on it with the words: meGOmi. And if it couldn’t get any worse, you had walked up to him earlier and commented on how ‘enthusiastic’ his dad was.
So when it finally came to Megumi’s turn during the footrace Gojo couldn’t help but practically scream out Megumi’s name and a few words of encouragement.
“You can do it my sweet Megumi! Remember the bet I have going on with the other parents! IF YOU DON’T MAKE THAT FINISH LINE YOU’RE SLEEPING ON THE COUCH FOR THE NEXT MONTH — I HAVE A REPUTATION TO HOLD UP!”
This caused Megumi to hide his face in the collar of his top, hiding from any prying eyes and especially a pair of honey-brown ones.
Of course Gojo couldn’t contain himself when he saw this and continued with his uplifting words, advocating himself as Megumi’s personal wingman, “Do it for your girlfriend!”
This caused Megumi to trip over his own foot, face-planting and resulting in a mouthful of dirt as he kept his eyes to the ground-now blown wide in bewilderment, too shocked to hear the whistle signalling the start of the race.
Even at the end of the race, Gojo continued his pestering as he made his way over to the boy, “how could you do this to me ‘Gumi?! Do you know how much money I put on you - oh hey, isn’t that Y/n?”
Whipping his head up Megumi made eye contact once more with your warm ones walking his way.
“Y/n! Did you see my Megumi? I think he needs some encouragement huh” smiling up at the 6’2 man, you failed to keep a small giggle to yourself, “he’s still a winner to me”
A bright red blush spread over the boy’s face at this, his eyes focusing anywhere but you. Walking closer towards Megumi you planted a quick peck to his cheek, wishing him luck on the next race before making your way back to your own team.
“If that’s not encouragement, I don’t know what is”
But it didn’t end there. Gojo had planned to visit the shop’s later that afternoon, wanting to grab a hold of some limited edition mochi he kept going on about.
But for some reason the now 8 year old Megumi stood awkwardly in the middle of the room, watching his dad grab his keys and wallet, “what’s up ‘Gumi?”
He shuffles in his spot for a moment, “Can I come with you?” Megumi quietly asks, his voice small and almost silent. Something Gojo is not too familiar with. Megumi never liked joining Gojo when he went out, according to him it takes too long.
“…Is this where you finally admit that you want to spend time with your ever-so-loving father?” Gojo boasts with a hand to his heart. Of course though, Gojo knows all too well that there must be a reason for his son to suddenly want to join and it definitely wasn’t to spend time with his dad.
Narrowing his eyes at the small boy, he probes further, “What’s the occasion?”
“…does there have to be a reason?” Gojo sends his son a questioning look, which causes Megumi to realise that his father knows him all too well. “I want to buy a Christmas present.” He quietly admits.
“Oh do you now? And for whom is this present for exactly?”
Megumi flusters at this as he wrings his hands together, “…for y/n”
Gojo smiles. It’s for the girl that he hasn’t been able to stop talking about - well, unknowingly that is. Ever since that kiss two years ago, he’s mentioned your name numerous times. So many times that it feels like Gojo practically know you.
Megumi always finds a way to include your name in things whether it being the food he’s eating coincidentally being your favourite, noticing a figurine advertised on tv which you happen to have a keyring of on your book bag, or how the laundry detergent reminds him of you every time you pass in the halls. Little things that he himself doesn’t notice he mentions but Gojo sure does.
Which led to where Megumi found himself now, trailing after the over-enthusiastic man to find the perfect gift for you. “I want it to be special” Megumi reminds the older male, sighing as he walks out from yet another store.
“Y/n must be special huh, the way you put so much effort into finding something special for her” Gojo stuffs his cotton-clad hands in the pockets of his winter coat as he slows down to match the steps of the gloomy looking boy, seemingly deep in thought.
“I’d be happy with a bag of Mochi honestly”
Megumi deadpans up at his father, “Good thing it’s not for you then huh” he pauses for a second before continuing in a smaller voice,
“I just-I feel… this just has to be different okay?”
Gojo just smiles down at the boy, a distant look on his face, knowing all too well what Megumi was feeling.
“Eight year old’s these days”
The next time Gojo saw you was at Jujutsu High, now 14 years old. Gojo hasn’t had the pleasure of teaching you at the school yet since you were placed in a separate class to Megumi, much to both of the boys dismay.
You and Megumi were sitting on a bench, clearly close with the almost non-existent space between the two. The way you two were laughing together at something the other said caused Gojo to slow to a stop. He couldn’t help but stare, a face of longing as he gazed at the two teenagers.
When was the last time he had seen Megumi laugh let alone smile? He couldn’t even hug Megumi without some sort of complaint along with a futile attempt at wriggling out of his hold.
Gojo couldn’t miss what he never had but he sure could hope, and damn the heavens; this was what Gojo had always hoped for, to see his son happy - he deserved to be happy.
Gojo was stood not too far away from where you both sat, unknowing of the emotional man staring.
That was until Megumi turned his head towards where the sorcerer stood. Megumi’s eyes widened, shock clear in his eyes at seeing his dad watching on.
Swiftly, Megumi makes his way towards him, “what are you doing standing there for?”
“Ah Megumi! Just reminiscing” Gojo greets his son, “I was just passing, got a meeting with the higher-ups, I’m probably late anyway” he scratches his head as he discreetly hides a paper bag, no doubt filled to the brim with sweets, behind his back.
“And you must be y/n!” Gojo says as you catch up with Megumi, now standing beside him. “The last time I saw you was when you kis-“
Quickly slapping a hand over the sorcerer’s mouth, Megumi was quick to interject, “kissed the ground! When I face-planted aha, remember that? Funny huh?”
Gojo just smiled behind the boy’s hand, deciding he’s teased him enough.
Although he doesn’t fail to notice the silver necklace around your neck. The same necklace he and Megumi went to look for as a ‘Christmas present’ for you. You still wear it, six years later.
A few months went by after that, Gojo had been patrolling the dorm hallways making sure everyone stayed where they were supposed to instead of sneaking off when he suddenly collided with a small figure barrelling their way down towards the girl’s dorms.
Looking down he was met with your worried eyes, “I’m so sorry sensei! I know it’s past curfew- I was held up but I’m on my way to my room now!” You rushed out.
Gojo shines up into a smile right away, clearly happy to see you, “Ah L/n~ Don’t worry about it, I’m no prude like that old man” he waves off.
As he says this Gojo looks down to see a plastic bag you were holding in your right hand. Noticing where his stare was directed you offered an explanation, “I went to buy some things I was running out of in my fridge, I was held up in a queue which is why I was running behind curfew”
Breaking out into a wide grin, Gojo more than happily replies, “Ah you really are wife material! It makes me so happy that my little ‘Gumi finally has someone he likes this much, honestly he’s starting to give me a headache with the amount of times you’re brought up” Gojo jokes but stops as soon as he catches the expression on your face.
“Megumi likes me?”
Gojo, by reflex, slaps a hand over his mouth. He really thought that Megumi had already told you. Something he expressed he was going to do one night weeks ago.
“Ah… so I see he didn’t tell you”
That night Gojo paced his friend’s room (or so that’s what Gojo calls him), waiting for the dreaded sound of a notification to pierce straight through his heart.
“Sit down”, came the bland tone of a certain blond, “worrying won’t solve anything”
“Maybe if I circle fast enough I can create my very own whirlpool which’ll suck me in, never to be seen again”
At this, Nanami placed his newspaper neatly on his coffee table before leaning over to grab the nearly forgotten cup of coffee. “This shouldn’t come to a surprise to Megumi, you can never keep your mouth closed”
“You know what, you’re right Nanamin! I’m not worried-why should I be? This was meant to be weeks ago-weeks, how was I to know any different?”
“So the fact that your phone is practically vibrating off the table doesn’t worry you?” Nanami hides his smug smile behind the rim of his mug.
Virtually diving for his phone Gojo rushes to open the message, prepared for the worst,
Tumblr media
“I guess the letter was good news?” Nanami asks from the smile Gojo has plastered on his face.
Winter came later that year, Gojo was inside straying away from the cold outside. Opting to gather more wood the rack near the back door he caught a glimpse of something whizzing passed the window before hearing a muffled ‘hmph!’
Peering through the window Gojo caught sight of Megumi lying on his back with a face full of snow, making no movement to get back up.
“Oh my god, Megs! Are you okay? I’m sorry!” Gojo heard the muffled laughter of his son’s girlfriend as you made your way over to lend a hand.
This didn’t quite work in your favour though, soon joining the boy on the snow covered ground and laughter filling the air, “I am now that you’re down here”
Not even the sun on this beautiful morning was shining as much as the smile on Megumi’s face.
Just like before, Gojo stared off, a peaceful smile on his face. This was definitely more than just puppy love.
He knew from there on that Megumi would be okay, as long as he’s with you.

alessia exhaled shakily, tapping her foot nervously as her eyes flickered repeatedly between the time on her phone and the door to the cafe, counting down each second which passed that you didn't arrive.
maybe you just weren't going to show up at all, could she even blame you if you didn't? it had been six years since the two of you really spoke, and your last words exchanged were hardly on friendly terms.
when her mum had called her to invite her to dinner with your family, her heart leapt into her throat. your name was something that hadn't crossed her mind in years, well no actually that was a lie.
alessia often wondered what you were up to, occasionally in a moment of weakness imagining what would be different had things not gone the way they had between you both.
but she'd banish those fleeting thoughts and insecurities as quickly as they arrived, knowing she'd just spiral into a tornado of overthinking if she dwelled on them too much.
alessia tried to trick herself into believing she was fine with how things had ended, pushing her real feelings deep down away and filing them under painful memories she'd rather not resurface ever again.
but they always did, and no more so then when you'd walked into that restaurant beside her brother and every thought, feeling, memory and emotion she'd repressed the last six years came soaring to the surface, she could have thrown up with how suddenly she was swamped by them.
the pain only grew when you refused to even meet her eye, greeting everyone else first and alessia was almost certain if you hadn't had to sit beside her the two of you likely wouldn't have even conversed that entire night.
"hi i'm so sorry i'm late i got held up at work." she was snapped out of the depths of her overthinking as you hurriedly dropped down into the seat across from her, exhaling heavily and dropping your bag on the floor beside you.
"that's alright, i hope everythings okay?" alessia rushed out, playing with her fingers which sat dormant in her lap as you nodded, starting to ramble on about the frustration of substitutes not doing their assigned pick up duty so you'd had to fill in.
realising you were getting on a tangent and meeting those ever so familiar ocean blue eyes you suddenly stopped, clearing your throat and apologising.
"you don't need to be sorry, you've clearly found the right career. mum was right when she said she was sure you're an amazing teacher." alessia complimented with a soft smile as you nodded, admittedly still unsure quite how to interact with her after so much time.
"so...how have you been?"
~
"-no because that time was entirely your fault! you were always getting us in trouble." you chuckled, shaking your head at the grinning blonde across from you, your coffees long finished, empty mugs pushed to the side.
"i was not!" alessia defended herself with a playful offended scoff, unable to stop the smile spreading on her face. "you so were! every single time we had detention it was your fault, and any time we got in trouble with our parents it was one of your genius ideas that lead up to it." you couldn't help but smile yourself at the fond memories.
"miss!" your head turned as you heard a voice call out for you, spotting one of your students frantically waving at you from the counter. "sorry, he insisted on saying hi. i tried to explain that you have your own life outside of the classroom." his mum smiled apologetically as the boy hurried over and she chased after him.
"thats perfectly alright. i always say if you guys see me around to give me a wave and thats what you did, charlies one of my best behaved students! aren't you?" you smiled fondly, holding your hand out for a high five which he happily gave you with a grin, waving goodbye as his mum smiled gratefully and hurried the two of them away to another table.
"sorry about that." you apologized to alessia, a slight blush coating your cheeks as the blonde shook her head. "don't be, that was quite adorable. your class clearly love you and who could blame them." alessia complimented with a dangerously familiar look in her eyes as you forced a small smile and glanced down to your phone, eyes widening as you realised you'd been here well over two hours now.
"i should really get going, i've got dinner to cook and lesson planning to do for tomorrow." you smiled apologetically, alessia nodding in understanding as you both reached for your bags. "could we do this again, soon?" the girl asked hopefully as the two of you stood outside, causing you to bite the inside of your cheek.
"look alessia it was great catching up and i'm really glad that football and everything else is working out so well for you. but i just, i don't know if i can make this a regular thing." you admitted with a slight wince, watching as her face fell at your answer.
"why not?" as soon as the hurt was plain on her face it was gone, replaced instead with a firm look of defiance, folding her arms over her chest. "you know why, please don't make me say it." you responded quietly, shuffling uncomfortably and adjusting your bag on your shoulder.
"god you are so frustrating." alessia dragged her hands down her face with a shake of her head. "whats that supposed to mean?" you were now the one to respond with a frown.
"its like i said at the restaurant y/n we were best friends for years before anything changed. we've just spent the however many hours reflecting on how good that time was, i know the way things ended wasn't ideal but why can't we just work on getting a friendship back?" alessia almost begged, taking a step toward you and frowning as you immediately took one back away from her.
"before anything changed...the way things ended? you are so arrogant, as if it was nothing!" you scoffed and shook your head in disbelief that she could dismiss what happened so easily. "that's not what i fucking meant and you know it, don't put words in my mouth." alessia warned, jaw clenching tightly.
"no i think it was exactly what you meant. at least to me alessia what went on between us meant a hell of a lot, and it hurt when everything fell apart. for god sakes we were each others first everything! i can't just go back to being your friend after six years like none of it even happened." you had to stop yourself from shouting at her, well aware that she was a public figure now and though the cafe behind you wasn't crowded, you never knew who was inside listening.
"you are putting words in my mouth. just-" "no alessia, i've spent too fucking long getting over you to fall back into the trap of caring again." you regretted the words from the moment they fell from your lips, cringing with a shake of your head.
"i need to go i'm sorry. i really didn't want to argue with you but i just-I can't do this with you again alessia, good luck with everything." you forced a pained smile, the strikers stomach plummeting as you reached out, your fingertips just ghosting hers sending a bolt of electricity up her arm at the feeble touch, hurrying off away before she could even open her mouth to respond.
~
it seemed your words had struck a chord as you didn't hear a single peep from the girl the entire week following, it had been days of radio silence between you both and you had spent the whole time convincing yourself that was what you wanted and it was for the best.
you weren't sure what alessia had said to her own mum but yours seemed to be relentless in pestering you about how catching up for coffee went, you once again dismissing that too much time had passed and it was awkward.
though the ever persistent woman didn't take the hint it wouldn't be happening again and had tried time after time to press you for more, and you'd taken to dodging her phone calls all week just to avoid the ongoing conversation.
on the bright side you'd made it through another week and you were settling in well to life back in london.
you'd found a favorite coffee spot for your much needed morning brew on the way to work, loved your new school and your class, had dinner and drinks last night with a few co-workers at a local tapas bar and genuinely enjoyed their company, you were on top of your workload and despite needing to currently dodge her you were enjoying living closer to family again.
however you were a creature of habit and so saturday nights were always your night to relish in your own company, recharge for the week and properly switch off. armed with a face mask, a chinese and a glass or bottle of wine at your side, finding some sort of trashy reality nonsense to engross yourself in for the evening.
your family knew this and knew to leave you be, your friends knew this and had long given up trying to drag you out with them unless it was for some sort of holiday or celebration, and your co-workers you'd only gone out with last night and weren't yet all that close to.
which is why it caught you so off guard for your phone to be ringing at half past eleven at night, you'd almost dozed off with a bowl of crisps in your lap, snapping to attention at the ringtone.
rubbing your eyes you fumbled around in the blankets adorning your body for your phone, eventually finding it and answering without looking at the contact, assuming at this time of night it was either an emergency or a scam.
how you regretted that choice.
"you actually answered!" you winced as a loud and very intoxicated voice slurred in excitement, holding the phone away from your ear at the unexpected volume, music pumping away and people laughing in the background.
"alessia?" "baby! what you doin?" the girl slurred and you could already imagine the dopey smile which would be plastered on her face at her words, and the way the corner of her eyes would crease as she squinted.
you grimaced at how much one simple word could cause years of healing to wash instantly away. one little baby and you were suddenly sixteen again, wrapped up in her strong arms sharing soft kisses and giggling about something that happened at school that day.
growing up alessia wasn't one to ever drink all that often given how much time and energy she invested into being an athlete. though on the rare occasions she did drink you quickly learnt the girl couldn't handle her alcohol.
she was a messy drunk to say the least and anytime a drop of alcohol passed her lips you'd abandon your own, knowing you needed to be there and sober to look after her.
"why are you calling me? and at...half past eleven at night." you sighed, collapsing back into the lounge and tiredly rubbing your eyes. "because i wasn't lying when i said i missed you." she laughed and you shook your head at her words.
"alessia you're drunk. i'm going now, please be safe." you tried to wrap up the conversation, knowing she'd likely be embarrassed about this when she sobered up tomorrow, finger hovering over the little red button to end the call then and there.
god how you wished you'd pressed it.
"wait! i'm really smashed and my friends all left me, i can't find them and i need to go home. i'm seeing double babe!" the blonde groaned and you heard a smash and some yelling, your eyebrows furrowing at the noise.
"call an uber home then, or get a taxi." you remanded firmly but softly, knowing that in times like this she needed things very clearly broke down for her.
"i don't know how! i can barely see my fucking phone screen, can you come and get me?" she continued as you withheld a groan, sharply pinching the bridge of your nose at the seemingly never ending flow of possibilities for whatever you answered next.
"where are you?"
~
"god what am i doing here?" you mumbled to yourself, insecurely playing with the strings of your hoodie, feeling incredibly under dressed as patrons of the bar you were stood outside of stumbled around with giggles and drunken cheers.
"y/n?" you turned at your name, frowning at the unfamiliar voice as your eyes finally landed on alessia, who was not alone. "oh wow it is you, hi?" lotte spoke in surprise, eyes wide as alessia cheered when she spotted you, you weren't particularly close to many of the girls football friends but that hadn't meant you'd not known or become fond of some of them over the years, lotte and ella in particular were two names who came to mind.
"baby you actually came!" alessia stumbled her way over with her heels in hand, wrenching her bicep away from lottes careful grip. she was dressed in blue jeans and a charcoal coloured knitted vest, toned arms on full display as a rolex which probably cost you a months salary glinted on her wrist under the streetlights.
you shoved her away as she placed a sloppy kiss to your cheek, but had no choice but to grab her hands and steady her to stop her from falling over right afterwards.
"i didn't know you two were..." lotte trailed off with an awkward pause of uncertainty as you quickly shook your head, smacking away alessia's hands which poked at and clung onto you.
"we're not anything. we caught up for coffee once and it didn't go well, and then she called me tonight saying she was drunk and her friends left her and she needed a lift home." you sighed at the realization you'd clearly been played, feeling stupidly gullible as you swallowed the urge to yell at the tall dopey blonde beside you who really you knew had minimal control over her actions right now.
"well she ran off for a bit when we changed bars but then we found her again, we were actually going to send her off home but we weren't sure if a taxi would even take her, she's had a few too many." lotte winced apologetically as you nodded along with a sigh, knowing exactly how the older girl behaved when she drank.
"russo has a secret missus?" a brunette with a thick irish accent shouldered her way to the front of the group, slinging an arm around lotte and you shifted somewhat uncomfortably as her eyes narrowed and scanned you up and down.
"used to, not anymore. she hates me now!" alessia rolled her eyes moodily and you winced, knowing that sober she wouldn't have likely confessed that, especially given how much the brunettes eyes widened at the new information.
"wouldn't have pegged you for the type to drunkenly dial an ex russo, i learn new things about ya every day. she's quite fit though!" the brunettes lips curled into a smile and you felt a hot flush creep up your neck.
"lay off mccabe!" alessia scowled as her arm draped over your shoulder and you grunted as her body weight bore into you, struggling to keep the taller girl upright.
"oo and you're also the jealous type are ya russo!" mccabe continued to wind the drunken blonde beside you up with a grin, another girl stepping in to drag her back to the group with an apologetic smile flicked your way.
"are you sure you're right with her? i can get her in a taxi." lotte offered sincerely, glancing over her shoulder as someone from her group yelled at her to hurry up.
"no its fine, don't let her ruin your night. i know she's ruined plenty of mine before with her drunken antics." you sighed sparing alessia a glance who scoffed and stumbled slightly as you grabbed her.
"did not!"
ignoring her you again urged lotte to join her friends, sending her a reassuring smile and bidding her a good night as you struggled to move alessia through the crowd of drunken party goers and won the street towards where you'd parked.
"for fuck sakes just get in you idiot!" you grunted as you all but shoved her into the passenger seat, clicking her seatbelt in and slamming the door shut.
"why me? why?" you looked up to the sky with a sigh of defeat, rubbing your temples for a second before moving around to the drivers side and sliding inside, wincing at the strong smell of alcohol wafting from the girl beside you.
"don't touch anything!" you swatted her hands away as she reached for the gearstick, sinking back into her chair with a huff. "you're so bossy now, you weren't this bossy before. you used to do whatever i told you!" alessia slurred with a roll of her eyes as you started up the car.
"yeah? well then it took me six years to grow a backbone. now where am i taking you?" "home." "well obviously alessia but i don't know where that is, do I?" "god can you stop that!" "pardon?" "the whole alessia thing, i hate the way you say it. call me less, or lessi, literally anything else!"
"just tell me where the hell im driving you so i can go to bed? please!" you sighed in frustration, looking at her expectantly. "fine. only if you agree to hang out with me again!" the blonde tilted her head at you, staring with half lidded eyes.
"that is not how this works. i'll kick you out right here and you can walk home!" "if i end up dead in a ditch cause you left me i don't think your mum or my mum would be very happy." "maybe not but you know what? you are no longer my problem to deal with or my mess to clean up anymore alessia. you're responsible for your own shitty choices and their consequences! like calling your ex and lying about your situation to come and get her to pick you up, and then trying to manipulate her into doing what you want." you exploded suddenly, hands balled into fists as you let out your pent up frustration at this entire messy situation.
there was a thick silence that followed afterward and you refused to look at her, feeling her eyes bore holes into the side of your head.
"god you look so good when you're angry."
you let out a groan, head thumping down onto your steering wheel in defeat. the comment took you right back again to being a lovesick teenager, alessia's blatantly charming cockiness both equally attractive as it was infuriating even back then.
"just please tell me where you live so i can take you there and be done with all of this." "um...i forget." "you forget? how the hell do you forget where you live!" "stop yelling at me i'm drunk! all i can think about is jager and vodka and tequila and-" "i don't need a walk through tour of the bar cart currently sitting in your stomach alessia. can you seriously not remember your address?" "nope." "give me your phone then, its gotta be saved in there somewhere."
you grabbed it out of her hands with a roll of your eyes when she refused to hand it over, but trying to open it was a fruitless activity as the screen remained black.
"its dead." alessia commented with a lopsided smile and you almost threw it out of your window. your fingers drummed the steering wheel trying desperately to think of a way out of this. you didn't have lottes number so that was out, and you couldn't just leave her here as tempting an idea as that was.
you didn't have any of her families numbers, you knew where she used to live with them but that was hardly close by and you didn't even know for certain if they'd moved or not, and you did not want to call your mum for support right now.
which painstakingly and infuriatingly left you with all but one option as you sighed and shifted your car into drive, pulling away from the curb.
"where are we goin?" "home."
~
"this is really nice babe!" alessia slurred as you stumbled through your front door precariously balancing the intoxicated footballer clinging onto you, kicking it closed behind you and tossing your keys on your hallway table.
"stop calling me that." you mumbled, dragging her into the living room and pushing her to sit down on your lounge as you rubbed your neck, which was throbbing from having to cart around the girl who was easily a foot taller than you, and being so drunk meant leaning her entire body weight into you.
"make me some food please." alessia demanded, head thumping back into the sofa as her eyes fluttered closed. "what do you think i'm your on call taxi driver and personal chef?" you scoffed, kicking her sharply in the leg to wake her back up as she whined at the action.
"the last thing you need is anything else in your system which could wind up on my floor later. are you sure you don't feel the need to be sick?" you asked for the fifth time this evening as the blonde nodded wordlessly.
"c'mere and gimme a cuddle baby girl." her lips curled into a dopey smile as she opened her arms expectantly, barely able to hold her own head up as your entire body cringed at the long familiar endearment.
"absolutely not, and stop calling me names. you're going to bed!" you refused, wishing the ground would swallow you up as alessia groaned.
"you're so stubborn, and so hot. i miss you!" the blonde slurred as you grabbed her hands, hauling her to her feet with a grunt and stumbling your way to the guest bedroom, sighing in relief as you dropped her onto the mattress.
"no you don't, you're drunk." you replied firmly, running a hand through your hair with a sigh. "i do! i have for years, the one that got away." alessia shrugged, arm flopping across her face as her eyes closed.
with a roll of your eyes you left her for a moment, hurrying across the hall to your own bedroom and grabbing out some clothes. she may right now be the most infuriating person on the planet but you weren't about to make her sleep in jeans.
you hated yourself for caring, why didn't you just ignore the phone earlier?
"jesus alessia." you sighed as you returned to find her with her jeans around her ankles and her vest stuck over her head, meaning you quickly averted your eyes from her half naked form.
"help! i've gone blind!" the blonde yelled and you bit your lip to stop the smile breaking out on your face, shaking your head firmly. "stop that, god you're useless." you couldn't help but chuckle as you helped her strip off the rest of her clothes, again careful your eyes only remained on her face.
"made you smile." alessia slurred with a stupidly attractive smirk, poking at you as you pulled a black baggy shirt over her head, handing her a pair of shorts which she promptly threw over her shoulder.
"alessia!" you huffed as she shrugged, mumbling something about sleeping naked as she rolled over and with much struggle managed to get into the bed.
"god you're a nightmare." you turned to leave her as a hand gripped at the back of your hoodie, firmly yanking you downwards.
"no! get off." you grunted, struggling to wrench her hand away as she attempted to pull you into a hug. "i want a hug! i'll probably never see you again." alessia whined needily as you continued to fight her.
"ohh you always did like when i touched you there." the blonde laughed as her hand accidentaly grazed your bum and your breath hitched momentarily before you pulled yourself free, shoving her back down into the bed.
"jesus christ alessia please shut up before you embarass yourself any further, the less i have to explain to you tomorrow the better." you flared your nostrils and took a deep breath, counting to three and turning away.
"where you goin?" "to bed alessia, go to sleep." "isn't this your bed?" "no this is my guest bedroom, not that i can even really call you that given i had no choice in you staying here." "you can afford a two bedroom flat on a teachers salary? wow baby you're doing good!" "please stop calling me that, now go to sleep." "can't we cuddle? for old times sake, friends cuddle!" "we're not friends." "ouch, way to land a blow babe." "i told you to stop calling me that, now please just go to sleep."

Niragi x Fem!reader (Childhood friends? to enemies to lovers) pt. 1
Tumblr media
TW!: tsun-tsun Niragi, mentions of an absent father, mentions of the sandal (if you know you know ༎ຶ‿༎ຶ)
/ᐠ。ꞈ。ᐟ\/ᐠ。ꞈ。ᐟ\/ᐠ。ꞈ。ᐟ\/ᐠ。ꞈ。ᐟ\/ᐠ。ꞈ。ᐟ\/ᐠ。ꞈ。ᐟ\/ᐠ。ꞈ。ᐟ\
"Hey Haru come on!"
the bustling sound of the playground and giggling of little kids filled everyone's ears.
Niragi was busy playing Pirates with his friends. He was just about to 'win' the battle with Captain Haru when your plastic sword jabbing into his back made him pause
"Take that. I'm the captain now!"
He stared at you in bewilderment but his expression soon turned into anger.
"No you aren't!" the 7 year old boy was livid.
He looked to his friends for approval but they all agreed that you won fair and square.
"Yeah well...You suck!"
You crossed your arms, quite proud of yourself about being crowned the new captain of the 'pirate ship' that was in reality just a couple boxes that they stacked together on the playground.
*~*~*~*~
From that day on the little boy held a grudge.
He pulled at your pigtails, threw paper airplanes at you, basically anything that a childish bully could do to annoy you.
Until one fateful day you had enough. Punching him square in the jaw. Little Sugaru has never been so scared in his life.
~*~*~*~*~*
The fight resulted in a call from your parents and them scheduling a playdate with the two of you, hoping that their kids could hash things out.
"Hey that's mine!"
Niragi took the toy car away from you, clutching it possessively to his chest.
You huffed, sticking your tongue out at him which only added fuel to the fire of your childish conflict.
He didn't like you at all and you both played separately for a long time but Niragi was curious about something.
His mom and dad has been sitting with your mom in the kitchen for ages. So... "Is your dad coming too?"
The question made you pause, your gaze meeting his. "No. Why do you care?"
He huffed,crossing his arms. "I don't"
But something about your reaction intrigued him. But he was just too young to understand your situation
He was confused by that sad look in your eyes. He's never made a girl cry before that wasn't his little sister. Nor was he sure that he'd ever want to.
You were busy drawing shapes in the sand with a stick you found on the ground, trying to busy yourself to pass the time.
You were so distracted that it startled when some wildflowers were shoved in your face.
You frowned, taking them. You tried to look at Niragi but he refused to show his face, looking at anything but you.
You looked down at the flowers. A pretty yellow that grew from the weeds in the unkempt garden. "My mom says these are the bad kinds of plants"
The boy's little ego got bruised and he huffed. "You don't want it? then give it back"
But you held the flowers out of his reach. "No it's mine. You gave it to me"
"Yeah? Well I take it back!"
You continued to argue,at each other's throats but the moment Niragi grabbed your shirt the argument was interrupted by his mom.
"Sugaru cut that out!"
He glanced at his mother with fear when he saw she was already starting to take off her sandal to teach her rowdy son a lesson. Then he glanced at you. Smug as ever. It made his blood boil.
He reluctantly let go of you. "Yes Mama"
~*~*~*~*~*
"Y/N"
You were brought out of your own trip down memory lane combined with the lo-fi music you blasted in your ears.
You took off your earphones, making a mental note to hide them better next time.
"Give me that"
The teacher spoke coldly, giving you a stern look.
The class erupted in giggles. Despite most of the people in your class being 15-16 they still found such a simple thing amusing.
Miss Lovett tried to get the class to quiet down before resuming her nonsensical speech. You weren't paying attention, too busy trying to resume your daydreaming when-
"Sugaru Niragi"
That name was enough to make you look at your new transfer student.
What was he doing here?

The idea of Emo Teen Jean Vicquemare lives rent-free in my head
[It comes from @slonechnik 's DE AU where Harry's still a gym teacher and Kim has to go undercover as one of Harry's new students, for an RCM case. JV's 15, so Kim's 24 and Harry's 25]
It's so fucking funny picturing Jean V. trying to talk to Undercover Cop Kim. I'm gonna strive to make JV such a cringy loser. BTW, I think emo kids are cool, but not Jean lmao.
Anyways, here's a list of JV emo teen headcanons (below the cut):
- Nicknames himself “The Dark Mare”, based on his surname Vicquemare (reference to in-game Narrator's incorrect pronunciation of his French surname)
- No one used to respect Jean or call him by his preferred ‘title’, calling him “Jelly Boy” instead. That is, until the Hex incident happened. Jean finds that any student using his actual name, ‘Jean’, is disrespectful; unless he gives them exclusive permission, then that means he really likes that person. He also loathes being called by his initials and all of Harry's nicknames for him (e.g. Mean Vicky, J.V., Emo emo emo, King Void.)
- If Jean is late for gym class, Harry will jokingly and loudly mimick an alarm that goes, "Emo emo emo" to announce the teen's arrival. Jean a.k.a The Dark Mare obviously hates this. In Harry's defense, HDB does this specific alarm thing for all the regular latecomers. Every student has their unique, mocking call.
- JV hates Harry with a burning passion, despite the man genuinely wanting to support him. JV also does everything to weasel out of group sports.
- When he was 13, he used to get bullied and shoved in lockers a lot. So he has learnt how to pick locks from the inside and outside.
- He has also stabbed his bullies with a sharpened metal fork before, to the point where he made them bleed. Thrice. Harry helped him to prevent JV from getting expelled. Jean did bite his bullies several times, and has bitten Harry before. Harry laughed it off and said, “Son, you can bite me anytime if it helps you relieve stress. You have my permission, I don’t mind”. Which appalled Jean, so he doesn’t bite Harry anymore.
- This is the Hex incident. One day, Cuno's uncle (Kubo) stole Jean's diary and tried to read it out loud to everyone, but J.V. used big words Kubo doesn’t understand, so only part of JV’s secrets got out. J.V. got mocked severely, and Kubo + his gang of idiots ripped JV’s diary into several pieces. Jean yelled that he’d curse them all.
The next day, Kubo got into a car accident, which resulted in him never being able to play football again. Someone’s parents divorced. The gang proceeded to lose at football against the girls' team three times in a row. They begged Harry to talk to J.V. so he did. After much of Harry’s pestering, J.V. reveals that his curses didn’t actually work since curses are specific and they didn’t do what Jean commanded. Jean refused to tell Harry his secrets and said he just wanted everyone to leave him alone. And so, a deal was struck, and everyone stopped being mean to Jean, but people avoided him a ton. Rumours did spread, so many students really did believe that if they upset Jean, they’d be cursed.
- Jean actually has great parents and an ideal emotional support system outside of school lmao. Loser.
- Does actually get decent grades in school. He advanced two years in education
- makes his own emo music and song lyrics. Gave up on his music dreams after studying Literature and Music in community college, when he realised that being an outsider musician won't support himself financially. At age 21, he became a cop and joined the RCM at the same time as Harry (HAHAHAAHAHA)
- Has a lil gay baby crush on Kim but would never admit it to himself. He's also terrible at hiding it. Kim is the only ‘student’ he'd allow to call him by his real name.
- Secretly loves disco music but pretends to hate it. Will subconsciously bob his head up and down to disco music slightly if it plays for long enough.
- Has two pet cats he adores and drops the emo/cool guy facade for. JV pretends and boasts to everyone that he actually wants a pet snake instead, but he's a fuxking LIAR
- Has a chronic need and desire to seem 'cool' whenever people are around(except his family)

ok so a long time ago i posted a list of characters that would be appearing in the Flubber AU, and there are a lot of people on that list that haven’t been talked about in this au…
until now >:)
hope you enjoy the first story for this au <3
tw: none
Quackity, for the most part, liked his job as a science teacher at a University. It gave him plenty of resources to steal borrow from work to use in his own experiments, summers and holidays off, and students that were mature and who wanted to learn what he had to teach (even if they were only a few years younger than him, given that he was fairly young to be teaching at a university). One of the only downsides, in his opinion, was dealing with parents who couldn’t understand that their kids weren’t as perfect or special as they wanted them to be.
Like the father he was dealing with right now.
“I’m telling you, they’re smart. They can handle this and I want them in your class. No exceptions.” The man at the other end of Quackity’s desk said. The man was tall, far taller than Quackity and fairly threatening. He had a permanent scowl, dark brown hair and mutton chops that made him look like a modern supervillain. If Quackity were anyone else, maybe he would’ve felt like he had to give in to the man’s demands. But he wasn’t anyone else, and he’d never been one to back down from a fight.
“And I’m telling you I’m not enrolling two teenagers into a high honors college science and robotics class. It’s not gonna happen. Mr…” “Schlatt.” The man spat, scowling further. “Mr. Schlatt.” Quackity continued. “Legally, against my own judgement, I can’t refuse their enrollment until they fail the entry quiz. But i’m telling you, don’t do this to them. I don’t care how bad they want this. I don’t care how smart you think they are. All that will happen is they’ll fail and they’ll be heartbroken. I’m sure they’re smart for their age, but I’ve had people 20+ years old fail this test a dozen times before they gave up. I’m not an easy teacher.”
“They’re free this Friday. 4 o’clock. That work for you?” The man said, apparently completely ignoring what Quackity had said. He huffed and stared down the man before sighing. “Fine. But don’t come crying to me when their spirits are broken cause of you. I’ll print a couple copies and tell the main office you’re sending them in for the test, I won’t be there myself. I doubt i’ll be seeing you again after they fail.”
For the first time in the meeting, the man smiled. “I guarantee you’ll be seeing a lot more of me, Quackity. Have a good day.” And with that, he stood up and left. Good. Quackity was looking forward to never seeing him again.
***
“Alex! Wait one second, I need to talk to you!”
Quackity paused. No one he knew called him Alex, and he’d had a rough weekend after another experiment had gone wrong and he’d had to deal with the mess, so he wasn’t in the mood to meet new people. But he did have a job he didn’t want to be fired from, so he sighed and turned around. An older woman from the office was running after him, papers in her hand falling and trailing behind her as she ran. He quickly ran back to meet her and grab some of the discarded papers. He did his best to put on his friendly customer service voice that he used with people who didn’t dislike him (yet). “Hi! What’s, uh, what’s so urgent?” “Oh nothing much, just a couple new students in your class! I figured you’d be meeting them in an hour or so, so you’d want to know a bit about them first!” She smiled, handing him the papers and swiftly walking back to her office.
Quackity opened the first folder and registered the names. “oh no fucking way…” he muttered to himself. Schlatt. Both of the boys names were Schlatt. He flipped a couple more pages. Both of them were only 16. 16! They both were privately homeschooled, but were commuting to the university specifically for his class. As he continued his increasingly frantic walk to his office, he looked through more of the papers to find what he was looking for. The tests.
The first one was in messy handwriting and a goddamn glitter pen. What the fuck. The name signed at the top was “Tubbo Schlatt,” and right next to the name was a teachers handwriting with his grade: an 83.9%. Far more than the 70% needed to get him an interview with Quackity for enrollment, and barely higher than the needed 80% to get him an automatic enrollment. That wasn’t possible. Maybe the test was flubbed, maybe the questions weren’t as hard as he remembered. He skimmed through the test, and though the writing wasn’t steady, it was legible. Every question was exactly as hard as he thought it was, and the score was correct.
He went to the next student. This one apparently chose a dark red pen (why the fuck didn’t these kids have normal pens), and thank god his handwriting was better. “Tommy Schlatt,” and right next to his name, his grade: 100%. Quackity was back at his office by the time he registered the score. He sat at his desk and read it again. Then he painstakingly went through the test with far more patience than he’d taken with the previous one and read every question and every answer. And to his astonishment, not only was every answer right, every answer was written with a level of intelligence he’d never seen if anyone that age (except maybe himself; there was a reason he was teaching at a university at only 24 years old).
Looking at the records of the test, both boys were in different rooms to take them and all electronics were stripped from them, so there couldn’t have been cheating. Tubbo took 2 hours and 45 minutes to finish his, and Tommy took just under 2 hours. Who the fuck was this kid??
“You looking at my test score?” a british voice asked, scaring the shit out of Quackity. He flipped his head up and was face to face with two teenagers, one leaning confidently against his desk and one hung back by the doorway. The one leaning on his desk was tall with striking blue eyes and curly blonde hair. He wore a smug grin and stared at Quackity with a level of authority no child should think they have. The one behind him was much shorter with a very familiar shade of dark brown hair bleached blonde near the ends and a similar smug grin. Or, well, Quackity assumed it was. He had bangs that came down well past his eyes, covering them completely. Quackity was sure that under the bangs, the latter looked exactly like his father, but the former definitely didn’t. Maybe he was adopted, but it certainly wasn’t his business to ask. Both of them were wearing the formal school uniforms, suit jackets, ties, button up shirts and slacks, but neither of them were wearing them correctly.
Blondie had his formal jacket tied around his waist and was missing his tie completely, and the brunette, while he was at least wearing his jacket, had it fully unbuttoned with the under shirt buttoned poorly and both sets of sleeves pulled up to his elbows, missing the tie as well. Both of them, if they were full time students, would get in trouble, but given that Quackity was their only teacher, it was probably up to him to correct what his superiors would call “rebellious behavior.” Good thing he didn’t give a shit.
“You find any mistakes yet?” The blonde boy continued, “Or are you gonna have to admit I’m as smart as my dad told you I’d be?” Quackity stared back. No fucking way was he about to admit defeat to a 16 year old. “We’ll see. Tommy, right?” Quackity responded, doing his best to not show how shocked he’d been upon seeing the test. The blonde boy, Tommy, nodded. Quackity continued. “That was only the entrance exam. I’ll admit you’re smart, but we’ll see if you have what it takes. Now, why exactly are you here almost an hour early?” “Well…we, uh wanted to make a good first impress-“ “We were bored as fuck and had nothing better to do than scare the shit out of you.” The bleached hair one, Tubbo, interrupted. “No!” Tommy shouted swiveling to turn to his brother, “No! That’s definitely not it!” He said glaring at the shorter boy who just shrugged. Tommy huffed and turned back to Quackity, his smug look coming back as soon as he looked his teacher in the eye, trying to look as cool as possible and failing. “We’ll be going now. Have to figure out the layout of the school and whatnot. We look forward to seeing you in class.” And with that, he turned and left, the boy behind him following and showing Quackity an L with his fingers as he left.
Quackity sighed. What weird kids.
***
“Tom, my battery’s low.” “Well, that seems like a you problem, now doesn’t it. Not my fault when you forget to charge.” “It’ll be your problem when you have to drag my sorry and dead ass back to the house.” Tubbo retorted, walking a few steps ahead of Tommy while kicking a stone down the road. Tommy sighed. “Fine, we’ll take the long way so no one sees you recharge.” He said, handing Tubbo a cordless charger. Tubbo smiled and grabbed it as they walked from the public sidewalk to a secluded path through the woods that lead to their house. Tubbo pulled his hair up, exposing his eyes, cold and lifeless. Human looking, but just barely wrong enough to trigger an uncanny valley reflex in most people. He wasn’t perfect, no android was, but he was close enough. After all, he covered his eyes pretty easily whenever he had to be around humans.
Tubbo tied his bangs back and popped out his right eye, exposing the usb port beneath it. He easily plugged the portable charger in and shoved his eye in his school pants, continuing the walk like nothing was wrong. It didn’t take long to get back to the house, the sleek matte rich asshole vibe of it greatly contrasting with the forest surrounding it. Walking through the door, they noticed Schlatt on their couch, scrolling through Twitter before he heard the door click shut behind them. “Well,” he started, getting up and coming over to them, “how was your first day of school?” “Great!” Tubbo immediately chimed in. “We totally crushed Big Q’s class, and I got permission to go to the gym during a break and use their equipment!” “Yeah, and he wasted most of his battery.” Tommy interjected, gesturing to the wire coming out of his eye socket. “Yeah, I was gonna ask about that. Wanna recharge in my room? I can grab a couple extra controllers so we can all play GTA.” Schlatt asked, both boys immediately agreeing and beginning to head towards his room.
Schlatt was a newer model, which was a bit awkward since he’d been around for less time than the boys but had to play their dad in public. But since he was programmed to act older, it never proved to be much of an issue, and was more a running gag than anything else. He was much less uncanny than Tubbo, but at the cost that his face couldn’t move as naturally, making him always appear kinda angry, but that was fine. Plenty of humans have resting bitch faces. But when they weren’t pretending to be a normal human family, Schlatt was just another friend, if not older brother figure. Tommy and Tubbo both loved his company.
But God forbid there be a moment of peace in their house.
“Tommy! Here, to my office!” They heard a call from the top of their steps. All three of them froze. Schlatt and Tubbo shot Tommy a look of concern before he sighed and shooed them off, assuring them that he’d get back when he could. So, they continued moving while Tommy went where he was called. When he got there, the office was as looming and threatening as ever. It was built like a supervillains lair, but with less torture devices and more binders full of money and stolen ideas. The man at the desk was none other than Wilbur Soot. Charismatic business man, robotics specialist, and the owner of the house and everyone in it. Tommy stepped up to the desk where Wilbur sat staring at a computer screen. “You needed something, Wil?”
“Why yes, Tommy, I did,” he said in a fake sweet, syrupy tone that he used when he didn’t want to address an issue right away. Great. Tommy wasn’t sure what he could’ve done wrong, but he knew the second that fake lilt was gone, he was gonna get it. “How was your first day of school? Anything odd happen? Anyone suspect anything?” “No, of course not.” Tommy was quick to answer, because he was right. They had all perfectly played the roles Wilbur had told them to play. “Great…then tell me why Schlatt got this email from an office worker: ‘We’d like to inform you that your child, Tommy Schlatt, had a perfect score on one of the toughest entry exams our school has to offer. We wish to meet with you to talk about potential offers with our university in the future and scholarship opportunities.’” Wil finished, the fake friendliness from his voice gone. Tommy, though proud of himself, knew that Wilbur couldn’t be happy with him.
“Wil, i swear i didn’t mean to! It’s just..the questions were easy! I knew them! How was I supposed to just-“ “You were supposed to get in, not draw unnecessary attention to yourself by being the best!” “So what if I’m the best! I-“ “For the love of God, Tommy, shut up!!” Wilbur yelled, smacking his hands on his desk. “You only have one task here: find out how to get at Alex Quackity. That’s it! That man has the means to make us millions if we can steal his ideas and you’re going to blow that opportunity before we even get it! I’m not expecting you to learn, or stay there, or have fun. You and Tubbo are there on a mission. Nothing more.” He stood from his desk and leaned closer to Tommy. “You wouldn’t be here without me. I made you everything you are today and believe me, I can take it all away. Do you want that?” Tommy stood silent like he always did when Wilbur yelled, like a switch in his brain clicked off. He shook his head. Wilbur sighed and sat back in his chair, staring down at his desk. Then, when Wilbur didn’t have anything else to say, Tommy turned to leave.
“Tommy, one more thing.” Wilbur said, and Tommy, ever obedient, stopped. “That test, your 100%; you didn’t cheat, did you?” Tommy shook his head, not even nothing to turn back to Wilbur. Wil huffed and waited a few seconds. “…I certainly got lucky with you, didn’t I.” He said, and he turned away back to his work. Tommy left.

So apparently if you visit the Crystal Pool with Terapogos you get a little bonus scene. Spoilers behind cut.
Tumblr media
Yeah it's what you expected, talk to Arven's dead parent for a bit.
You get to ask Sada three questions: What do you study, Why are you here, What about your family? She doesn't tell us anything we don't already know, though. For the 'family' question she just says she has a son and he's probably at home at the moment-- although considering time-space timelines being wonky, perhaps not-- and he's probably feeling very lonely.
She also asks us three questions: about Ms Briar (because she sees us with Briar's book), about Koraidon, and where we currently are. I personally took the "oh my god don't contaminate the timeline when you time travel" approach and tried to keep information from Sada so I just told her Koraidon was my bestest buddy (she was like, 'omg I don't care if you like him, tell me something useful' But she does take note of the name 'Koraidon') and that Briar was my teacher and this place was called the Crystal Pool (I didn't say 'Kitakami'). But as expected your choices don't really matter, for example even if you choose 'Crystal Pool' Sada knows where that is anyway.
The scene ends with a trade: you give her Ms. Briar's book and she gives you her copy of the Scarlet Book. I tried to refuse the trade but again, of course you have no choice.
Sadly the game doesn't even let us read Ms. Briar's book when it's in our inventory so. No extra details can be gleaned from it regardless. Once the trade is made and the scene ends, the game returns to the Title Screen, and the copy of the Scarlet book has appeared on the desk once more.
The thing that seems to be implied very strongly here is that this was definitely a case of time-travel which Terapogos instigated at the Crystal Pool. AI Sada mentioned misplacing her copy of the Scarlet Book during the main story, which we find in the Lighthouse lab. Presumably Sada misplaced her copy of the book when she gave it to us just now at the Crystal Pool. Time paradox stuff, you know how it is.
I think what we can probably conclude here in the very least is that The Paradox Pokemon are thus indeed real pokemon from the past and future and not just figments of Heath's imagination. Terapogos brought them via time travel due to Heath's desires to see them.
Also, we gave Sada the information needed to wake up Terapogos (Ms Briar's book), so I guess she used Terapogos to finish her Time Machine. And then . . . Terapogos went to sleep again?? I guess.
This is just what I'm guessing anyway, I've only just now seen the secret ending and haven't read other people's thoughts yet on it

Shouta Aizawa X Autistic Female Reader
A/N: Your quirk is time reverse meaning you can revert an event or de-age a person
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
You were always told that you weren't going to be a mother. At first, it started once you were diagnosed with autism at 18 months old. You didn't understand what Autism has to do with your ability to be a proper mother or parent. You could have easily googled it, ask your therapist for help as well as checked out books at the library as well. Everything would have worked out fine. Once you made that reasoning to your parents that's when they told you that no one would want to be with you so how do you plan on having children? Well, you can always adopt or even go to a sperm bank - at least that's what you found out on google you're not sure how true or safe that might be. Your parents stopped bringing up the talk of you having children since apparently you had an answer for everything. It wasn't your fault they were being difficult and you had solutions for their difficulty. You had other things to worry about. You wanted to work an office job inputting data into a computer. You always loved numbers and anything that had to do with electronics. You weren't good at writing and reading since there were too many confusing sayings.
"stop pulling my leg"
"cat got your tongue"
"I guess the cat's out of the bag now"
"killing two birds with one stone"
You didn't understand what any of those sayings meant. Your speech therapist and special education teacher explained to you that those were forms of figures of speech. Well, it was a good thing you didn't have to focus so much on those things. Your job here at U.A didn't require for you to grade essays and create lectures and power-points based on readings. You would have lost your job within the first week and that was giving yourself too much credit. You would leave that kind of thing to your husband Shouta. You met Shouta here actually when you first got the job 5 years ago working for the Guidance Counselor Hound Dog creating spreadsheets and putting in names and numbers of students and their guardians for him. You remember the first conversation -you think it was anyway- you had with Shouta
"Hey, Mr. Ryo is it okay if you can see I did it right? I don't want to mess up or make you angry." You had confided in him that you had autism and you made a lot of mess ups. He checked it over for you and with a couple of spelling errors that he fixed you were good to go.
"Here you go, I'm going to print this out. I have some papers I need you to bring to Shouta Aizawa. He will be in the teacher's lounge." You nodded your head waiting for him to pass the papers he was talking about to you. In 2 minutes he gave you a folder with Shouta Aizawa on it. "Come back here once you gave him the folder. Thank you." You nodded your head and left his office heading straight for the teacher's lounge. You didn't know who he was so calling his name was your best bet. Once at the lounge you entered and saw two people inside. A quiet black-haired man sitting in the corner grading papers and a loud blonde-haired man sitting across from him.
"U-Um excuse me, I'm looking for Shouta Aizawa." The dark-haired man raised his head to look at you.
"That would be me." You went right up to him, handed the papers to him, bowed, and made a beeline out the door. You absolutely refused to do something silly in front of the pretty man. He was pretty.
Since then, you had more interactions with him and it led to outings, dates, doing a couple of things and eventually him popping the question to marry you 15 months ago. The two of you have been married for almost a year and a half already. You were wondering when he was going to mention having children. You were 28 and he was 30, the two of you were at the perfect age to have children.
"Hey Y/N! How are you?" You turned to Hizashi. He was always loud but, when he found out that you don't like loud noises he tries his best to keep his voice and actions to a minimum. It was both appreciated and made you sad because you didn't want him to stop being himself because of you. He never made a fuss about it though.
"I'm doing fine, how are you?" This is how the two of you always started a conversation and, you loved it. It was routine and you were glad he never tried to change it. One time he did and when you freaked out because it threw you off the whole day, he made sure to stick to the routine which made you feel better. The two of you talked until Shouta came in looking frantic capture weapon in hand.
"The League is here. Y/N stays here and guides the children far away from the front of the school. Come Present Mic." Hero names meant this was serious. You took a minute to take a few steadying breaths trying not to panic. Once you calmed down enough you left the safety of your office and looked up and down the quiet hallways. You checked all the classrooms towards the front of the school only to see that no one was there. That was good that meant they were informed already along with other teachers to move to the front. That meant the heroes were fighting them if the loud explosion and blue fire you can see from the window were any indications. You decided to hide in the Guidance Counselor room for now once you checked to make sure the children were in fact in the farthest training ground in the back of the school. You were nervous and when scared you liked to check facts. The weirdest and worst time in the world to do that but, that's what you did. You pulled up as much information as you can about the League and read over it all. Maybe you can help somehow.
"Tenko Shimura known as Tomura Shigaraki was the grandson of former pro hero Nina Shimura"
That was a shock to you. Intrigued you read everything you could about Tenko and he was a normal kid at first. When his quirk first appeared he accidentally killed his family dog and then the rest of the family. That was horrible. He was later found by Japan's most notorious villain All for One and he's the reason why Tomura was born. Once you finished his file you read Toga and there wasn't much. Her parents hated her for her quirk and in middle school, she attacked a student for his blood and she disappeared after. You rubbed your face realizing you were crying. Life was so unfair for the two of them. If only they can get a redo at life.
"That's it!" That's it! You can use your quirk on them and turn them back to children. You can give them another chance at life. If you can get them together and touch them with your quirk activated at the same time the nosebleed and headache will be worth it. The only problem was that you were frightened and hiding while they were fighting in front of the school. You were trying to think of something to do when you felt the wind. You turned with wide eyes to see a purple vortex appear on the other side of the room nearest to the door.
"So this is where Eraserhead keeps you." You blinked. Tomura was in front of you. He was standing right there in front of you. With Toga. Right behind him. When you said you wanted a plan you didn't mean this. "He has good taste." You had no idea what that meant but, you didn't like the way Toga looked at you.
"Do you think she tastes as good as she looks?" She was blushing holding a bloody knife. You didn't want to think about who she stabbed. "I'm going to find out." The girl was fast and, you were barely able to avoid her throwing yourself across the desk. You were going to have to ask Shouta for lessons if you survived this. You kept dodging as she threw herself at you.
"Stop trying to stab me!" You weren't going to say how you want to help. That'll make them angry and you might really die. It seemed they were toying with you right now. You continued dodging Toga not noticing Tomura who was inching forward.
"We need to take her alive." Did he want to kidnap you? Not on your watch! You were still scared. Frightened but, you wanted to live and help too. You pushed Toga away momentarily only to practically bump into Tenko. He grabbed your wrist fast with four fingers making you freeze and panic. You felt Toga pressing herself to you holding a knife to your neck.
"Oh, she's so pretty Tomura! Can I cut her? Just a little bit?" You were already bleeding so why did asking matter? You were stuck. You had them both here in front of you and your quirk at your fingertips. You had to be quick enough to grab both of their hands. Your quirk will work in a second if you can pull this off.
"Forgive me Tenko Shimura" His eyes widen jerking back at the name but, you didn't let him. You grabbed his pinky while grabbing Toga's free hand at the same time. Your quirk activated and before they can decay you or stab you there was a bright light and nothing. The only reason you knew the quirk worked was the painful headache and nosebleed you had. It was hard to focus but, you looked down at the feel of tiny hands on you. You looked down to see a baby Tenko and a baby Himiko. You did it. Your crazy plan worked. "It worked."
"A-are you an h-hero?" Were you a hero? That was funny. You fell down to your knees and opened your arms. The two of them looked at you scared so you waited. In two minutes they both went in for a hug. You thought it was awkward but, they snuggled into both sides of your neck.
"Are you my new mommy?" It was Himiko who asked. That brought tears to your eyes as you hugged her closer.
"I could be. I could be your mommy and his mommy." You know nothing in life is this easy and there was going to be a lot of legal problems and other stuff but, it will be worth it. You just hoped Shouta wouldn't leave you once he sees what you did.

Prim and Proper Problems Ch 23
Later on in the day, after most of the excitement of catching the various guards and teachers still attempting to flee, and the various news stations reported on the "Brainwashing Boarding School", Many officers began to call the parents of the girls that were sent to the school for many years. The many busses that had brought the girls TO the school, were now driving the girls back to their homes FROM the school.
Dolly, Delila and Delancy were now saying their goodbyes "Don't worry! We'll keep in touch!" Dolly said as she held up her Phone with their numbers in it. "See you around Dolly!" They said as the bus drove off away from the school. Dolly smiled before she looked down "You OK Dolly? You can always come with us in Timeville! There's always room at Timeville Public." Mei said.
The girl shook her head "Nah. That's alright. Besides...I have to make up time some lost time with-" She was cut off by a very large and colorful camper pulling up to the school "Where's my Flower Dolly?" A chill male voice said. Dolly's eyes lit up "DAD!!" She cheered as she ran up to the camper. A man with a half opened shirt and the scent of flowers appeared from the camper.
Dolly embraced the man "I missed you so much!! You have NO idea what has been going on." She said. "I've been writing to you every day. But I was kinda weirded out when you never replied back to my letters. But what's important is that we're together now." He said. Dolly's eyes went hard "Yes...I think I know the reason why." She said in a deadpan voice. The man was confused to her sudden change in tone...until a familiar yelling made them all flinch.
"DOLLY DON'T YOU DARE GET IN THERE WITH HIM!!" Madame Prim screeched. While the teachers and guards were only put into the back of police cars, Madame Prim was put into a straight jacket, and was in the process of being hauled into a padded bus. "Hello to you too Primrose." He said, rolling his eyes "DON'T TALK TO ME ROLAND!!" She screamed. Dolly harshly glared at her "Mom is the SOLE reason that I wasn't able to respond." She spat.
"I can see that...and for the record, my name is Moonglow. And my sweet Dolly is my little Moonbeam." He said. "NO IT'S NOT YOU TREEHUGGING HIPPIE!! DOLLY YOU GET AWAY FROM HIM!!" Madame Prim screamed, just as she was slammed into the back of the padded bus. "THIS ISN'T OVER!!! YOU HAVEN'T HEARD THE LAST OF ME!! I WILL MAKE THIS ROTTEN GENERATION PERFECT!!" She shrieked as she was bussed over to the Timeville Asylum.
The group watched as the bus got farther and farther away until it was out of sight. "Good Riddance." Leo spat. "Well...I guess now that Madame Prim is gone and you're her only kid...I guess this means that you inherent the building." Aria pointed out. Dolly shook her head "After being stuck in there for who knows how long. I REFUSE to take the building." She said "Well...what exactly is gonna happen to it?" Emma asked.
Roland looked at the building with curious eyes "Hmm...I always have wanted to open my very on Bed and Breakfast...And the school is big enough..." He said. "How about you transfer the school to me?" Roland suggested. Dolly shrugged her shoulders "Sure. It's all yours. I want NOTHING to do with it." She said. The older man gave a smile. "Groovy...But before I open it...how about a month long zen-cation?" He asked. Dolly's smiled and gave a happy nod as she and her dad boarded the camper "We'll see you all soon!" She yelled from the window "Hasta La Vista Brahs!!" Roland said from the drivers seat.
The group waved before turning to Misère "What are you going to do now that Madame Prim is gone?" Trisha Jane asked "Well...I haven't thought about that much." The old woman admitted "Well the way I see it...I think a nice vacation is in order." Thea Bruno's voice said. Misère smiled when she saw her "It's good to see you again." She said as the two of them embraced. "You really do need a break after everything that happened to you " She said as she pulled out what looked to be tickets
"What are these?" Misère asked "Two private plane tickets to Bali. My performance days may be over, but I still have connections all over the world. Just give them the tickets and say: Thea Bruno gave them to me" She instructed. "But there's two of them...who'd go with me?" Misère question. "Well...we do have a lot to catch up on." Thea said. Misère smiled as she and Thea began to walk off to make their travel plans
The kids watched the two of them walk off before they spotted Yuri and Kaylo, who were currently busy embracing their families again. The two of them saw them and immediately ran to them. "You're back!!" Mei yelled happily as Yuri and Kaylo hugged her "Yes! Thank GOODNESS! I never want what happened to us to happen ever again..." Yuri said as Wormsworth gave Yuri another hug "Yes...Well, Thank goodness Madame Prim is locked away and the school is out of service." Mei said, looking back at the ruined school.
"Although...there is one question that I have...who was the one that made Madame Prim's brainwashing machines? She couldn't have built them herself..." Rebecca said. "That IS a good question...and one that I hope we don't find out for a while..." Trisha Jane said as she looked at the remains of what once was the Perfection Purifier. The kids shivered at the very prospect that they were IN that thing...and it almost happened to them. If Yuri and Kaylo Didn't arrive with their kid révolution...both them, the inhabitants and Negabosses would ALL be stuck in that brainwashed state...
Shaking out the Grim thoughts from their heads, they turned back to each other "So...Celebratory victory party at my place?" Kaylo asked. The kids smiled, they knew that she and her family loved ANY excuse for a party. "Of course. Let's get out of here." Emma said as they all boarded back their own bus that held the inhabitants, the Negabosses, and had the maestros driving away from what once was Prim. Proper. Perfection...

on beauty standards and internalized racism
my great grandmother- my bisabuela- was beautiful, according to everyone. i have no pictures of her. i don’t even know her name. but i do know that she was my abuela’s dad’s mistress, and had a bunch of kids out of wedlock. and the most important thing: her eyes were blue.
in el salvador in the 50s, blue eyes were the epitome of beauty. they still are, actually. growing up, people would say to my mother, “it’s a shame you didn’t have blue eyes like your grandma. she was so beautiful.” my mom’s self esteem, unsurprisingly, took a hit.
i don’t remember the first time i heard this story, or the first time i realized that my family did not meet the beauty standards. i do remember being four and begging my tía to straighten my hair. i remember being five and creating a character named alison who had pale skin, dark, straight hair, and piercing blue eyes. i remember being six and colouring myself with “skin colour”- crayola’s apricot. i remember being seven when i stopped speaking spanish because i didn’t want to be seen as weird. i remember being seven and praying to god that i would wake up with light skin and straight hair, preferably red. i remember being eight and girls floofing my ponytail and playing with my hair, giggling, “it’s so soft!”. i remember being nine, and when i told my blonde friend i wished i looked like her, she replied “no offence, but i’m glad i don’t look like you.” i remember being ten and learning for the first time about what el salvador’s history was truly like. i remember being eleven and being told i was aggressive and too loud and opinionated by my teacher. i remember being twelve and begging my parents to let me straighten my hair. i remember being thirteen and, when the boys played smash or pass, hearing sounds of disgust when my name was mentioned. i remember being fourteen and wishing my hair would stay straight when i straighten it, wondering idly what my life would be like if i was white.
i have had one brown teacher, my eighth grade math teacher. she had a strong tamil accent and dark skin, and loopy handwriting reminiscent of tamil. she was the victim of many cruel jokes and imitations of her accent, and when she began to cry because she missed her daughter in another province, she was met with mockery. even my friends complained that they couldn’t understand her, that she was too strict. but how else was she supposed to handle these white boys who were bigger, stronger, more respected than her?
that is not the teacher i remember. i remember how she gave me a piece of chocolate when i was feeling faint from not eating. i remember how she gently corrected me when i added instead of multiplying: “careless mistakes. read your work over.”
so even though i grew up in the progressive 2010s, i grew up in a rural, mostly white town. no one i knew looked like me, spoke spanish, or really cared about my culture. i grew up believing i was ugly because my hair was curly and my skin was darker than almost everyone i knew (i’m not even that dark). so i disappeared, tried to be like them. even though i don’t remember the exact moment i realized i was not the beauty standard, but the words that still sting are, “i’m glad i don’t look like you” and the jeers from boys playing smash or pass.
at seven, i refused to wear pants. when i wore dresses - which was often - i was called a snobby city girl. when i didn’t, i was mistaken for a boy. i was met with several crude “you’re such a girly girl” insults. but at that age, i would have rather been called a girly girl than a boy.
i watched my friends shift from their pink phases to their anything but pink ones. i watched my idea of femininity come crashing down. and then i turned thirteen.
i realized that maybe i wasn’t a girl. i began to use she/they pronouns and discovered the term demigirl. but something still felt wrong.
one day, i saw a post about how black and brown women aren’t considered feminine. my mind was blown and i started to wonder if i thought that. i wondered if i was actually a demigirl or if my sense of what it was to be a girl has been fucked up by my town and society. i still don’t know.
this is why representation is so important. i have a myriad of issues thanks to this rigorous belief that brown women, and therefore me, are not pretty. this is not recent. just look back at my bisabuela. my brown eyed mother, my indian math teacher, and me - we were, are, and will continue to be victims of this shadow of white supremacy, most likely for as long as we live.
i can’t change this single handedly with a tumblr rant. but the first step is realizing how much the small things add up, how many of our thoughts are influenced by this.
thank you for reading if you’ve read this far.

CHRISTMAS DRABBLE Hogwarts 1998
Tumblr media
She found out quite by accident that he wasn't going home for Christmas, and stayed. She didn't know why she decided to refuse Molly and stay at Hogwarts too. Why didn't she want to leave school, even though everyone was trying to persuade her to come and celebrateChristmasat Burrow.
But she stayed I school.
Hermione didn't see him at the Christmas Eve dinner yesterday, when all the children who stayed at school and the teachers gathered. Although his friends Theo and Blaze were there.
She tried to find Draco in his room, which is next door to hers, because they are both prefects, but he never answered any of her knocks, and she just went for a walk around the school.
She is still waiting for him right now, sitting on one of the armchairs in their living room and pulling the sleeves of a knitted sweater cause she nervous. Her gaze burns through a single gift under the Christmas tree, which she has wrapped in green wrapping paper and wrapped with a silver bow.
Hermione waits for him for more than an hour, but then she gets up and leaves, completely soaked in disappointment.
She's awake when the door to their living room creaks open and stares at her own door as if trying to see through the walls.
She's barely breathing.
When, almost half an hour later, her patience begins to slowly slip away, and Draco still hasn't slammed the door to his room, she decides to finally leave the room.
He's sitting on the couch with his back to her. His platinum hair is kind of yellow from the firelight and slicked back. He turns his head slightly in her direction, showing a small profile. Just a little bit. To let her know that he knows.
She hears an overly loud intake of breath, and then:
"Do I look like a house elf?" he asks softly, and Hermione swallows, taking a step forward, and slightly walks around the sofa to stand almost at the armrest.
His eyes seem tired to her, his shoulders are haggard, and his cheekbones are too sharp. It was as if he had forgotten how he should look and that he should take care of himself.
"Honestly? Now - yes."
She freezes, afraid that she has said too much, that now he will get angry with her and send her to hell. But Draco just grins. The corner of his lips lifts until the grin turns into a smile and she notices the dimple on his cheek for the first time. And nearby... a single tear rolls down very close, which glitters from the fireplace flame.
Hermione gathers enough courage to sit next to him on the sofa. And only thirty centimeters separate them from each other.
She looks at the scarf in his hands. The dark green stripes echo the gray ones, and his fingers are pressed into the image of the constellation of the Dragon. And Merlin knows how long she has been suffering with these dots instead of stars. At the other end there is also the inscription Draco, but that is not visible now.
"Merry Christmas, Mm... Draco," it seems damn wrong to call him by his last name. Not now.
"We are who we are. No more. No less. Where is this from?" he quotes the inscription that she wrote on his gift, and Hermione smiles weakly.
"From my father's favorite books. The Sword of Truth. "
He nods softly, continuing to look at the scarf while she looks at him.
"I have nothing for you." he finally looks up at her with his icy gray eyes, which seem warm now.
She shrugs and smiles. "I'm not expecting anything for Christmas."
"Why?"
Hermione pulls the sleeves of her sweatshirt tighter, trying to hide the anxiety and emptiness that has appeared in her body.
"It's just that gifts have ceased to be something special for me. I can't even remember the last time someone gave me something I'd like." She notices how Draco begins to frown with every word she says, forcing her to speak quieter and quieter.
She really stopped treating gifts with some kind of hope or something. Friends for the most part always gave her unnecessary nonsense, and parents preferred to just give money because they did not know what their beloved daughter, whom they saw four months a year, would like.
They sit in the silence of the late evening, while only the crackling of logs in the fireplace fills their small living room, and the time has long passed midnight.
They both do not know at what moment his head fell on her legs, and her hands gently began to sort through the blond strands.
But they stayed silent.
This evening was the first time they talked. And it definitely won't be the last.

[1926]
all my life i just know a sincere guy, a person who stares deeply and gently to give me together with other people i don't know one of them is your gift lucky i choose your ring and see you proud of my choice with those shining eyes i'm glad to hear that what i choose is your ring.
sorry before I refused with bad words because I was nervous, and I was really hit when I was playing at my friend's house and my friend said if you like me, I gave my best so that you would forgive me and suddenly you gave me a ring, forgive my attitude that ever made you disappointed that time.
I'm happy to know you from the start, there is no word of regret in my life knowing you although I'm sad we have to end up being strangers because of the lack of communication and the rumors circulating are not true, we just misunderstood.
--
you are always different when my grades are low or below you, I'm the one you get mad at when I ask answers to questions I can't because I don't want to read and you suddenly send me pages of a book but I tell you to try to find it yourself and give me advice.
before I get a rating with u, why did you ever trust me to ask me for answers? even though my answer is not necessarily correct and you ask for thanks even though I'm stupid my rank is far below you ;)
thank you for your little attention, I was a new student at that time and you gave me enthusiasm from the beginning when I met you who called me loudly when I was passing by your house being invited to go around grandma to be honest your voice still remembers in my head now you're an adult huh ;), you also pay attention when you pass my house and you ask the next day, ,thank you for giving a surprise to my house with friends to my house and you in class gave thanks to mom, thank you when I joined the scouts suddenly there was a scout pocket book there was my name with flowers even though I didn't get it.
I'm sorry I had trouble getting the signal so I didn't know your message came in and you arrived at school, you once asked me why I was drunk on the bus and when I got on the rotary ride you joined me ;) You're not disgusted with me like that, so the next day we will skip school together.
Why do you always look at me sincerely with your smile I'm nervous when you look at me for a long time like me you are proud of even though I am far more than lacking, you have also seen me until you are reprimanded by your friends, don't look at me when i sit in the back during the exam you see me dizzy remembering the answers and you stare at me for a long time with your smile i'm embarrassed ;) at other times you are stingy with answers you give me answers thank you very much.
you remember I asked you about your goals you said you didn't know then you asked me and I answered "lecturer" and somehow coincidentally one day we were asked about our goals and you answered first you wanted to be a lecturer my friends said it was the same with my wish and I just answered the lecturer and everyone shouted we are the same, you know I'm already in the seventh semester, turns out it's difficult for lecturers ;)
it's also strange why all the teachers also support us together
You remember the last day of distributing report books in class before we focused on the final semester, we got grades and played in the rain on the field and you looked at me deeply as if it was the last.
do you remember that we also used to wear the same color on school holidays even though we didn't make an appointment?
sorry if I made any mistakes I don't know and there was an issue I was close to other people even though that I just wanted to ask how you were and that person misunderstood, and you are angry stranger to me.
I was devastated when you became different because of that issue, you wanted a different school and I was disappointed with the reason for your answer at that time, I used to want my parents to move schools and I refused but since then I wanted to graduate quickly and different schools my test scores dropped drastically I was very down, after we graduated we lost contact and became strangers, thank you at the end you told me I'm a good person ;) then why do you trust other people more? even though they are used to saying dirty words without knowing the consequences.
I just want to say sorry, thank you, and congratulations to you, sorry for everything in the past, thank you for bringing me to good things, congratulations on your achievements.
oh yeah, I forgot to say your ring, it's not that I didn't wear it, but your ring was broken, suddenly it broke near my mother's window and I put it on the window, not because I was broken, I also cried that time because I couldn't take care of the ring because my finger was too big ;)
sorry I disappeared after that I wanted to calm myself down at that time, and it turns out that we met after three years in an Olympic competition, sorry if I didn't greet you I wanted to greet you but I was scared like before, I also want to ask you do you want to go home together but I'm afraid and I want to come to you we are gone, I'm sorry I want to say this and we are very strangers.
sorry when your mother died I wasn't there, I didn't want to make your mood worse because I was afraid you would be angry and I also don't want to be seen as abusing this meeting as another feeling like friends' thoughts, but to be honest I want to be with you when you're down, me too sad to hear that because I remember three years in a row I accidentally always met your mother even though we never met and that turned out to be the last time I saw your mother.
do you still remember 1926 until your cellphone number used our absent number and that number is very similar to my old cellphone number ;)
slowly I want to get used to being without you like before and disappear, I also since then don't want to have the opposite with my classmates I'm afraid it's like we become strangers.
thank you for changing me this far and I'm happy to have been in the ordinary made proud of you both your gaze, your smile, until the reaction when you receive your ring, thank you for being a sincere person I hope you can take care of the person you love bring him to good things, sorry if you that made me good now i feel bad i'm sorry im an adult for not as good as you woke up back then i hope you meet good people there.
thank you because all my life I have been proud of someone like you where you are very proud and sincere when you are with me, make me feel good and confident, I can be like this too because of you.
I heard that your achievement is very proud because I know you are someone who deserves that achievement, it doesn't matter that the police are not good at this time but you did get it for your own achievements.
forgive my treatment so far which is not as good as it used to be, the me you built is better now it's not like that sorry I ruined it.
you have to take care of whoever that woman is, make her proud of you, choose her, don't let your girl feel alone, don't disappoint, keep being cold besides your girl, don't say or act rudely, appreciate whatever your girl gives you <3
keep spirit you've been through a lot of trouble don't forget to take care of your younger sister, I hope you will still be the person I knew at the beginning as good as that, everything will be made easy, always under God's protection.
bye!

"Class, we have a new transfer student joining us. She's been living in America for quite some time and has chosen to join our school now that she's back in Japan. Behave and be nice." The teacher announced. She motioned for you to join the class. You entered the classroom and gave a respectful bow to your classmates.
"Thank you for letting me join your class." You said shyly, looking down at your feet.
"Introduce yourself." Your teacher encouraged.
"My name is Y/N Sohma." You said, still looking down.
"No way." You heard someone say. You looked up, shocked, locking eyes with Kyo Sohma. Near him with wide eyes was Yuki Sohma. You had heard that a few of the Sohma kids attended here, but you hadn't expected to be thrown in a classroom with them. You definitely didn't expect to share a class with your twin brother, Yuki.
"Please make your way to an empty seat, and we can get class started." Your teacher said. You thanked her and made your way to an empty seat. You tried to ignore the whispers as your class members snuck glances at you.
"Who is that, Sohma?" A quiet voice asked. You looked out the corner of your eye. A petite brunette girl was leaning toward your brother's desk.
"My sister," Yuki mumbled out.
"I didn't know you had a sister." The girl said with a small smile.
"Yeah." He said quietly. You looked away, eyes burning with angry tears. Of course, no one knew he had a sister. Why would he want to talk about you? The family shame.
"Alright, class. Let's focus." Mayu-Sensei said, pulling everyone's attention to her.
~•~
School was finally over, and you were trying to get your stuff together before you got swarmed by people wanting to know all about the new transfer student. You also wanted to get out before Yuki or Kyo could try and talk to you, though you doubted they would. You were an outsider, so why would they? You were making your way down the hallway when you were pulled into an empty classroom.
"Y/N," Yuki said, his voice hard. "What are you doing here?"
"What does it matter to you?" You asked, your voice holding the same tone. You go to leave, but he grabs your wrist.
"Have you been by to see our parents? Akito?" Yuki asked.
"Why would I? Akito wants nothing to do with me, and my so-called parents abandoned me. They aren't my parents. I have a mom." You spat out and pulled away. You were shaking in anger as you walked away from him. How dare he question you? Like you wanted to be here. You rather be back in America with the woman you considered your mother.
You were born five minutes after Yuki was. Your parents were so excited. What if you were a zodiac spirit as well? They had gotten lucky with already having Ayame as the snake. They just discovered that Yuki was the famed rat. What would you bring to the world? Your birth mother hoped for the tiger while your father wanted you to be the ox or sheep.
After your mother pushed you out, they handed the new baby girl to your father. You instantly transformed. How disappointed where they were when the smoke cleared and they saw a baby panda. Your mother refused even to name you. The panda hadn't been born in 60+ years. When Akito found out, they wanted to call you Doro, which roughly translates to dirt or mud. They thought it was hilarious.
After realizing that Akito would never approve of you, your parents gave up custody. You were a nameless infant in the Sohma orphanage until one of the workers fell in love with you. She adopted you and named you Y/N. You wanted nothing after she took you in, raising you as her child. Your mother begged Akito to give you a chance, but Akito said they'd rather you die. After years of pleading for forgiveness of the panda's previous sins with no luck, your mother up and moved the two of you to America. You stayed there from the age of 9 until your mother died. Now you were forced to come back, but this time alone.
You were so lost in your thoughts, and you weren't paying attention to your surroundings which is why you didn't notice the boy standing in front of you. That was until you were both on the floor.
"Haru!" A voice yelled, concerned, and you looked up to see a boy hovering over you. It was both and blessing and a curse. It was a blessing because at least it was another cursed Sohma and not a regular boy, so there was no transformation. A curse because it was Hatsuharu Sohma. You had the biggest crush on him as a child. Not that it mattered, you doubted he knew who you were.
"Y/N?" He asked, still looking down at you. He knew your name?
"Haru, are you okay?" The same voice asked. You looked over and saw Momiji. More Sohmas go here? How many were you going to run into on a day-to-day basis?
"I'm fine," Hatsuharu replied, climbing to his feet. He held out a hand to you, which you cautiously took. He pulled you up and knelt to pick up the book you dropped.
"Y/N? What are you doing here?" Momiji asked curiously after getting a look at you. He still looked like the small innocent child from your memories. "I thought you were in America."
"Not anymore." You replied quietly. "I, um, I gotta go." You scurried away. The two boys watched you disappear down the hallway.
~•~
School had been over for a few hours, and you had a quick stop to make before you headed to work. You locked the door to the apartment your mother had prepared for you.
Your mother had gotten sick at the beginning of the year. Her cancer was aggressive and deadly. After she found out she was ill, seeing as she still had her apartment from your childhood, she set it up so you could move in there. She had prepared everything ahead of time. The money she got from the Sohmas was set to go into an account, but you refused to touch it. You didn't want anything they could give you. That's why you got a job. Something that could help pay the bills and your school fees.
You found yourself on a familiar pathway, remembering this walk like the back of your hand. You were headed to the house of Shigure Sohma. He was the only Sohma that you cared to see. You knocked on the door, hoping Shigure was home. You were surprised to see the brunette girl from class opening the door.
"Oh, hello!" She said with a big smile.
"Um, sorry. I think I got the wrong house." You said, taking a step back. You felt yourself run into a hard surface. You turned around to see Kyo. You moved to the side and bowed an apology.
"What are you doing here?" He asked, his voice hard.
"I'm looking for Shigure." You responded, not looking directly at him.
"Follow me." He said, stepping into the house and kicking off his shoes. You followed behind, confused. What was that girl doing here? Was this still Shigure's house? What has Kyo doing here? You followed him past the kitchen into the living room area. Yuki jumped up in anger when he saw who had followed behind Kyo.
"Why the hell is she here?!" Yuki asked angrily.
"Mind your business, you damn rat!" Kyo yelled in response. You stayed silent as you watched the two of them yell at each other. You remember how much they hated each other as kids—watching how they interacted from a distance.
"Guys." The girl muttered, her face turning red as she watched the two boys argue back and forth.
"Now, now, boys. Don't argue in front of Tohru." A voice said after the door from a side room opened up. You looked up to see Shigure looking at you in shock. "Y/N?"
"Hey, Uncle Shigure." You said shyly, looking back down at your feet. His feet came into your view, and you looked up, and he pulled you into his arms.
"Is she?" He asked, and you nodded, squeezing your eyes to hold back the tears. Shigure was the only person from the Sohma clan who knew. "I was wondering why Yuki had been pouting."
"I was not pouting!" Yuki yelled and stormed out of the room. We all watched him in silence.
"Uncle? I thought Yuki was your brother. I'm so confused." Tohru said, her face pale and her hair sticking out in different directions.
"Y/N's adoptive mother is my younger sister," Shigure explained. You looked at the girl in wonder. Why was she here? Shigure must've noticed your gaze on her because he motioned to the girl. "This is Tohru Honda. She's been staying with us since her mother's passing, and before you ask, yes, she knows."
"How?" You ask, confused.
"There was a mishap, and long story short, we accidentally transformed in front of her. She's been here a year now, with permission from Akito." Shigure explained. Your face soured at the mention of Akito.
"I need to go. I have work." You said, starting to make your way toward the door.
"You know Akito will want to see you," Shigure said as you opened the door. You stopped in your track and turned your head to look at him.
"Akito doesn't always get what Akito wants." With that, you shut the door and went on your way.

Before and Then Prologue
Arria Katz and Aliese Miracle were together for 10 years. They met when Aliese was a freshman in high school. Arria was a sophomore, they were supposed to be a junior that year but during her first year, she was absent most of the time due to her family matters. They couldn't be helped, being tossed around their family like a child with a toy ball. Their Uncle the black sheep of the family other than Arria, took them in when he found out what the family was doing to them. Arria's uncle tried his best to raise them but he thinks it was the previous resentment of the rest of the family that caused them to act out more and more. Their uncle tried to get them into therapy or even the school guidance counselor but they just refused to go whenever it was time to go to therapy. and the guidance counselor was in a whole different situation that had to involve campus security.
Aliese was the perfect little princess. Always being praised by teachers, her parents, and even random students. She was at the top of her class already surpassing some of her upperclassmen. There wasn't a single soul in that school who didn't know who Aliese was. The school honestly thought it would be a good idea to see if Aliese could help out Arria, maybe just keep her out of trouble but they couldn't have been more wrong. Aliese was being pushed to her limit. She never wanted to give up on someone who needed help. She had attempted to try and get Arria to be more involved in school but every single time it was met with hostility. Soon after they just started to ignore Aliese together, the moment they saw her approach they ignored her. Aliese always tried to stand right in front of Arria just to get them to notice her. When they just walked around her, she just stood there with a defeated look on her face. Arria caught the sad look on her face. Their smile dwindled to a slight scowl. They were thinking to themselves. “Did I feel bad for her? Nah it's okay she's nothing” Aliese avoided them for the rest of the day. Usually, she would keep trying maybe at least two more times before the end of the day but she was nowhere to be found. They were doubting themselves for the first time in many years. They went home really thinking about what they did. “Was this regret.”
The next few days were eventful. Arria went looking for Aliese. The only place they knew she would be the library. Deep in the back surrounded by a pile of textbooks and a small scatter of worksheets. It was the first time Arria paid attention to Aliese. She's usually always dressed up so cute. A pretty pink dress lay just above her knee, matching pink knee-high socks. The tiny purple butterfly necklace hanging just above the cut of her dress. A small bit of her cleavage showing. They felt their face get a little warm when Aliese's eyes caught Arria's. Ailese gave a soft smile and slowly patted the chair next to her. Arria didn't waste a second before sitting down pulling out their homework and getting started immediately. Since that day instead of just being a few days a week, it turned to every day. The soft giggles from Aliese always brought a huge smile to Arria's face. Every day the couple was getting closer and closer.
It's wonderful how the years just fly by when you're having fun right? Right?

Where’s the trust?
7 Years Later
" I promise I will always love and protect you with all my heart" as Arria is holding Aliese hand slipping the white wedding band on her left finger. Just as they switch hands with Arria's left hand in Aliese's hand as she slips on the same white matching band "I promise I will always love and protect you with all my heart"
“I love you Aliese" as Arria smiled staring directly at their newly wedded wife. “and I love you Arria" As Aliese started back towards her newly wedded wife. Their smile wide enough to light up the whole room.
Not very many people believed this relationship would work, Aliese's mother Adeline was one of those people. But she put her differences aside so her daughter could be happy. She never wanted to disappoint her daughter. Arria's Uncle Lynx didn't think it would last either. Only because he knew his niece, and they can be a vile person, But to keep his niece happy he was there standing on their right side standing proud.
Aliese was a happy girl at least that's what it seems to be in the present. When she was around eight years old she lost her best friend, her father. She never wanted to forget her daddy. The one thing Aliese promised her father was that she would always be the happy little girl he knew and loved. And she took that promise to heart. Her Smile can light up a whole room always spreading joy and happiness whenever needed. Aliese was always ready to put a smile on even if she wasn't that happy little girl anymore.
Arria wasn't the best child even their parents abandoned them, naming them after a king, they truly believed they should be treated as one. But after being thrown around to every family member there was only one who never knew of their existence and it was the older black sheep of the family their Uncle Lynx. He gave them everything nobody else could. They believed they deserved more and they always got what they wanted. And they always intend to get what they want when they want it.
A Few Months Later
"Would you believe that your wife is cheating on you already?" As Aliese choked on her tea. "I'm Sorry?" Aliese says as she believes she misheard her friend. Her friend chuckles as she's sipping her tea again. “I’ve heard from a little birdy someone had a date today. But I knew we had plans today.” Aliese soon excused herself slowly making it back home. Not wanting to believe her friend. As Aliese makes it home she sees Arria's car immediately as she goes to open the door some random female walks out with her wife. Arms wrapped around each other each stealing small kisses from each other. “Arria why..?" Aliese says quietly. Arria just ignores and walks around Aliese like she doesn't exist. Like she wasn't the one she married just a few months ago. Arria walks the mystery woman back to their car helping her in like she was their wife and slowly shuts the door before walking back towards Aliese. "You thought I loved you? Honestly honey that's so funny." Aliese's eyes are filling with tears after hearing everything Arria just said. "Pathetic" Arria grabs Aliese's hair in a vice-like grip pulling her towards the front door of the house. "Now you're going to be a good little dog and stay here." This was the first time Arria ever put their hands on Aliese and it wasn't the last time they did.

For What Reason
3 Years Later
Aliese wishes Arria would just pretend to care about any of her accomplishments. Aliese hasn't seen or even heard from her wife in about three weeks. When she messaged them saying they should be back before 6 pm Aliese was excited. Aliese has been prepping everything from the fliers to the furniture in every room. The whole house is decorated from the basement to the attic. After constant reminders, multiple unread messages, and ten missed calls Arria never showed. This was the night of the open house Aliese has been working on for the last five months. All she wanted was for her significant other to be here to encourage her to be proud of all of the blood sweat and tears she put into the house that she worked so hard for. All Aliese wanted to do was to surprise Arria not only was it a big day for Aliese it should have been for Arria as well. Everything was already set up and all they had to do was fucking show up but they couldn't even do that. The darkness is overtaking once again. Aliese shook herself out of the dark hole once again, hoping it was just an accident and they just misread the date or the time. Just in case it was just an accident she went to check her phone just to make sure to see a text from Arria.
“Sorry I couldn't make it tonight. See you at home”
Aliese never felt so fucking gone. Even after all the times they have been unfaithful she's in pieces. All her life she's been perfect everyone always says, so believing in the words that have been engraved into her pretty little head she never really understood why Arria was never here. Aliese has always cared about public appearances being raised the way she did she always tried to push Arria to be around for big events especially if it was for their wife. The darkness is overwhelming again. Empty thoughts, Heavy handed hits, Bruises everything is coming back again. "They never loved me"
These dark marks littered her skin. Being forced to pretend that this is okay. "It's not okay," Aliese said quietly to herself. "it shouldn't hurt to move every day" she kept muttering to herself. Silently cowering imagining that Arria was above her. Striking Aliese continuously, she couldn't even remember why she was being hit. The image heavily flashes through her eyes continuously breaking through again. "I'm Safe. They're not here" softly being said over and over again. She's dragging through the black hole that's trying to consume her. "I'm better than this" her voice getting louder. Aliese is snapping back to the present. She has decided this is over, everything from the love she had for them up to the fear she had.
After a silent thirty-five-minute drive she made it back but, their car wasn't in the driveway. Fury is burning throughout her body. "You're safe," she said silently to herself. Going to the front door, just to find it unexpectedly unlocked opening the door slowly just to see scattered clothing all over the living room floor. “You Deserve Better” Aliese said to herself. She slowly walked towards the kitchen grabbed a few plates and immediately threw one directly at the wall. A scream was let out from the living room. Arria rushes into the kitchen just as Aliese throws another plate directly toward Arria they move before it can hit them and shatter against the wall.
“What the fuck is your problem, Aliese!?!?” Arria screamed at her pissed off for throwing their plates. “MY FUCKING PROBLEM!" as she threw another plate back at them again missing them just barely as it shatters against the wall. "I asked for one fucking thing Arria. I just needed you fucking there for once. It was my biggest fucking project. And out of all fucking people I would want there to celebrate my biggest fucking accomplishment was you and you were doing fucking what? Fucking another random fucking bitch." Aliese heard a small rustle in the living room knowing the random girl was still there. Aliese fully forced threw a plate she had nearby into the living room causing the random female to scream once again. "GET THE FUCK OUT OF MY HOUSE"
All they heard was a loud thud and a little scramble and then the front door slammed shut. It's coming again ”Get away from me,” Aliese said to herself but Arria grabbed her hard throwing her directly on the ground. 'Who the fuck do you think you are? Disrespecting me in my fucking house." They grab her hair pulling it harshly then slamming her face into the ground. "This is all you're fucking worth. Absolutely fucking nothing. You're just fucking trash." Aliese silently repeated to herself "You deserve better" on repeat. Trying to break away from their grip. But they're still too strong holding near the base of Aliese's scalp. They threw her back on the ground stepping directly onto her hand and pushing it harshly into the tile floor. Arria grabs her hair one more time before slowly bending down to her ear. " You're fucking nothing. Remember that"
They just left her there. Whimpering quietly to herself. Her blood dripped on the floor. Slowly leaking out of the small gash from her forehead. As she finally rose from the floor slowly raising herself, her vision blurry from the multiple hits directly to her skull. "You are worth more than this," she said to herself. "You deserve better than this'' she whimpers softly to herself. "You're safe now they're gone". She limps slowly towards the bathroom, holding her hand over a bleeding wound that drips down her face. With just one touch, everything ignites in flames. She silently whimpers over the bruises Arria left behind while examining herself. "You're going to be okay"
Tumblr media
It's Fucking Game
Arria came back the next morning. Completely pissed off about the mess everywhere. Stepping over the broken plates and the dried blood all over the kitchen floor. "You couldn't clean this shit up?" Arria scoffed loudly ."If I could fucking see I would" she scoffed "Why are you even fucking here?" Arria said annoyingly. "What’s the fucking point of talking if all you’re going to fucking do is yell at me." Aliese is defeated at this point. "I hate you." "Tell me something I don’t already fucking know." “Why do I even fucking try anymore."Aliese had reached a point where she no longer cared. “I fucking told you I didn’t care what you did. Why are you acting like it’s my fucking fault" “BECAUSE IT IS." Arria let out a disdainful snort. "Honestly if you’re not fucking happy. Just get the fuck out of my house." "Fuck you." Arria stormed out of the house again slamming the door and shaking the whole wall causing some pictures to fall off. Seeing the photo that fell, their wedding photo. Aliese has been broken ever since that day. Aliese threw herself onto the couch, trying to forget everything that happened. "I'm so fucking sick of their shit."
After contemplating what to do Aliese got off the couch and started collecting all of their shit. Throwing it into trash bags boxes and anything they could find that wasn’t hers was in the messy collection of items. After a few hours of getting all of their shit together. Everything was piled in the middle of the living room, with broken pictures and plates still around the living room and kitchen. They came back, seeing everything in the living room disheveled and ruined. Random bags and boxes just sitting there. Aliese is nowhere to be seen. They were looking through the bags just to realize it was their stuff. All of it from the small gifts, Aliese gave them, to the photo of her and her parents on her college graduation day. Tears start filling their eyes a choked-out sob leaving their lips. Falling to her knees face in her hands. Nothing but loud sobs falling one by one. When Aliese entered the room she saw them on the floor. Aliese was pissed to see them back here. Angrily crossing the living room reaching Arria, Aliese’s grip around Arria’s arm was unforgiving. Immediately raising them to their feet to rush them back to the front door.
Arria immediately fights back pushing Aliese away from them. "What the fuck is your problem!" Struggling to get away. "I told you to get that fuck out of my house." Aliese is still dragging them closer to the front door."You always fucking say that when you’re fucking mad at me." Her grip was unforgiving as she hurled them towards the door. "As you can fucking tell I’m over this shit" Arria is silent, tears once again filling their tired eyes.
"Plea-" Aliese immediately cut them off. They try to walk back closer inside the house. "Stop. We can’t keep doing this Arria." Arria is angry that Aliese has become aware of her deceitful tactics. "You’re a fucking bitch" Arria yelled out. That just enraged Aliese. Snagging Arria completely off guard She gripped her arm so hard they felt like it was going to break. Flinging her towards the door."Get the fuck out of my house before I call the fucking police." "What the fuck are the police going to do huh Aliese?! What it looks like is you’re the one hurting me." "Are you fucking sure about that? Fucking look at me Arria. Do you think you'd win this fucking fight?" Aliese screamed at them. Somehow getting close enough to grab Arria’s face. “Fucking look at me! Look at the evil shit you did to me Arria!” Arria tried to break from her tightening grip. “You fucking deserved it.” Aliese let go of her face stepping away slowly. “I never fucking deserved this nobody fucking deserves this.”
"Just Get The Fuck Out Of My House Arria" "Fuck you, This has been my house just as long as it's been yours" “It was never your house Arria! YOU WERE NEVER HERE. YOUR NAME WAS NEVER ON IT. IT IS MY HOUSE.” Having enough of their shit. Aliese grabs them by their hair dragging them to the door. Arria wasn’t going to just let her do that to her. They were kicking and screaming trying to hit Aliese but missing completely with how she grabbed them. Once they met the door Aliese swung it open throwing them out quickly. And shutting the door with a loud slam. After locking the door. Arria didn’t stop trying to get back in. They were banging and banging screaming at Aliese to let them back in."You will be nothing without me Aliese. Don't fucking forget that bitch"
It’s been two hours since Arria left. Aliese hasn’t moved from the door. Back pressed firmly against the door head between her knees. Tears fell violently from her eyes. She’s always been a silent crier. Unlike Arria. They were always a loud crier. Aliese always knew their cries. they had three different sets like a baby would when the baby would be hungry and all. It only started when She heard that one cry Arria promised she wouldn’t ever fucking do again. And it was the loud obnoxious sob. They only do it so it could gain attractions and make it seem like it wasn't actually their fault when it actually was. The only other time Arria pulled that stunt was years ago. They were caught in the act. Laying the shared bed of Arria and Aliese. "I'm Sorry Baby! It didn't mean anything!” "You always say that Arria, what was this the fourth time I caught you with some random bitch." "Aliese, sweet girl. You know I love you and only you" "Are you fucking sure about that?" Aliese points at the bed with the girl still tucked in under the covers. As Aliese ran out of the bedroom Arria fell to their knees breaking down into a full-on sob. Tears aren't being produced just a loud fucking sob. The other girl came by to try and comfort them but when Arria pushed her away a loud gasp left her mouth when Aliese was back in the door to see if Arria let the bitch comfort them, it was over. But when she saw them push her away. She ran back to her wife. Only to find out later on accident they were only playing with her emotions and she wasn't going back to them again.
Aliese woke up against the front door neck and back hurting from the uncomfortable position. "It's been ten fucking years. I knew they never loved me I don't know why I stayed." With her ultimately getting off the floor and looking around at the random shit everywhere from the night before the broken dishes all over the kitchen floor. "Was I just not good enough?" Aliese said to herself softly while tears welled up in her eyes. Aliese is slowly falling back into the pit she so gracefully dug herself out of. It took her four years to get out of the depths of her head. Arria always knew how important it was for her to never go back to darkness. However, without Arria being here Aliese has gone back even deeper than before. Finally snapping back to reality Aliese gathered up a bit of Arria's shit and threw it straight to the front lawn continuing until every bit of her existence was no longer in the presence of her home she built from the ground up. "Arria wasn't ever here" They will never be able to walk back into this house.
Tumblr media
It's Finally Over.
Arria had tried to come back four separate times. The first two times she was begging and crying to be let back in while Aliese ignored those. Arria's second two tries they tried to beat the door down with force. Aliese was getting scared so she decided it was time to finally call her mom. Right after Arria left. and she made it back in record time. As Aliese opened the door her mom slowly reached out towards her beautiful face. "My baby.." as her voice cracks. "Mom, please... I just can't do this anymore. I need them to leave me alone." Aliese puts her face in the crook of her mother’s neck, weeping silently against her. "Don't worry sweetheart we're going to get this fixed." She pulls her daughter into a tight hug.
"What do you mean there isn't enough proof?" Adeline shouted at the cops. Aliese is heartbroken. This is honestly just awful. These marks were deep purple littering her face. The deep gash came from the left side of her forehead down to her cheek. Hoping something could help her from this hell "Is there anything we can do to protect my daughter?!" As Aliese is just looking at her face in the mirror. Feeling broken and lost. “Mom. They did the best they could please I just want to go home, please.” Aliese shut herself out, She couldn't keep up with all the emotions running through her body. Her mom is talking that much she knows but she can't make out anything. The whole world is numb around her. So lost in the scenery thinking how everything looks beautiful. “Aliese.” Her mother is attempting to capture her attention. “Yes, mom?” “Do you want to get away for a little while? We can go visit your grandmother. I think you need a little time away.” She nodded not hearing what her mom said getting lost in the trees again. “I don't know what to do anymore Mom” They make it back to Aliese's house. “Don’t worry baby. I'm going to be there every step of the way to help you.” Arria was there and parked a few houses down. Watching like they have been for the last week. Not sleeping growing more insane.
They’re not even home ten minutes before they stomp up to the front door with a sledgehammer and their loaded hand gun as they say to themselves. “If I can't have you nobody will.”
“Open the fucking door Aliese I’m done asking” as Arria continues to bang on the door. “Aliese if you don’t open this fucking door in 2 minutes you’re going to regret ever leaving me you fucking bitch” Arria starts banging the door with the sledgehammer. Aliese’s mom screamed from loud bangs hearing the door crack with every hit. But Aliese was tired of the threats, she slowly walked towards the closet pulling out the shotgun she forgot she hid in there years ago.“Arria Get the fuck away.”They're still smashing the door. “Make me you fucking bitch.” Aliese slowly loads the gun. Pointing it directly at the front door just waiting. After the very last hit the door hits the ground. Aliese and Arria make eye contact for the very last time. As Aliese pulled the trigger, Her mom screamed from the gunshot. Arria attempted to cover their wound with their free hand while trying but dropped the loaded gun they had as Aliese walked towards them pushing their gun away from their reach. It was the first and only time Aliese will be able to see this sight. “How does it feel to feel so fucking helpless.” Arria can’t speak with the blood spilling from their mouth. Aliese just laughs, slowly raising the barrel of the shotgun to Arria's forehead. Watching them suffer the way she suffered for years. Aliese pulls the trigger once more watching their brains blow out through the front door. She looks around dropping the now empty shotgun down near the lifeless body. Aliese grabs Arria’s loaded handgun. Her eyes locked with her mother's one last time. "I'm sorry Mom. I love you.” she rushes to put the loaded barrel against her own head and pulls the trigger.

Accepting the Challenge
"But if you refuse to serve the Lord, then choose today whom you will serve. Would you prefer the gods your ancestors served beyond the Euphrates? Or will it be the gods of the Amorites in whose land you now live? But as for me and my family, we will serve the Lord."1
Today we are surrounded with people who want to have an opinion or voice in how we raise our children or lead our family life. However, as parents and leaders in our homes, God has given us the responsibility to study his Word, the Bible, to learn His will to guide our families. At times we may feel that we are on a lonely river headed upstream when most are going downstream, but that is okay! One day we will stand before the throne of God, and I can assure you that he will not be interested in what our friends, family, doctors, teachers, television, or internet had to say. He will ask US to give account of how we obeyed or disobeyed his Word while leading the family he gave us.
I encourage you to arm yourselves with courage and step onto the battlefield my friend. Satan is using a variety of ways to try to divide our families. He is working double time to somehow distract us from fulfilling God's purpose. With social media and technology in general, we are losing sight of each other and the importance of personal interaction. I see couples separating, children straying, and this is among Christian families. It is time for us to take our roles as leaders in the home seriously. If we want our children to grow into strong and dedicated followers of Jesus, we need to be modeling that example daily. There was a decal my dad used to have on the window of our car growing up that read, "The family that prays together, stays together." I have seen this prove true in my own family and believe that God is calling us to our knees to intercede for marriages and families, starting with our own. When we submit to God and His Word, we can be sure that He will give us the strength, wisdom, and victory over Satan's schemes. Then we can stand and say with confidence, "As for me and my family, we will serve the Lord."
Suggested prayer: Dear God, I am sorry for allowing myself to get distracted from the great calling you have given me to be a leader in my home. Help me study your Word with conviction and I pray that you lead me so that I can lead my family in your path. Protect us from negative influencers who may want to make us stray. Despite what everybody else is doing, I accept the challenge to stand with my family and choose to serve you daily. This world needs you, and I pray that my family can shine your light bright with the way we live. Thank you for hearing and answering my prayer. In Jesus' name, amen.

Matthew 10:1–42 NLT - 1 Jesus called his twelve disciples together and gave them authority to cast out evil spirits and to heal every kind of disease and illness. 2 Here are the names of the twelve apostles: first, Simon (also called Peter), then Andrew (Peter's brother), James (son of Zebedee), John (James's brother), 3 Philip, Bartholomew, Thomas, Matthew (the tax collector), James (son of Alphaeus), Thaddaeus, 4 Simon (the zealot), Judas Iscariot (who later betrayed him). 5 Jesus sent out the twelve apostles with these instructions: "Don't go to the Gentiles or the Samaritans, 6 but only to the people of Israel--God's lost sheep. 7 Go and announce to them that the Kingdom of Heaven is near. 8 Heal the sick, raise the dead, cure those with leprosy, and cast out demons. Give as freely as you have received! 9 "Don't take any money in your money belts--no gold, silver, or even copper coins. 10 Don't carry a traveler's bag with a change of clothes and sandals or even a walking stick. Don't hesitate to accept hospitality, because those who work deserve to be fed. 11 "Whenever you enter a city or village, search for a worthy person and stay in his home until you leave town. 12 When you enter the home, give it your blessing. 13 If it turns out to be a worthy home, let your blessing stand; if it is not, take back the blessing. 14 If any household or town refuses to welcome you or listen to your message, shake its dust from your feet as you leave. 15 I tell you the truth, the wicked cities of Sodom and Gomorrah will be better off than such a town on the judgment day. 16 "Look, I am sending you out as sheep among wolves. So be as shrewd as snakes and harmless as doves. 17 But beware! For you will be handed over to the courts and will be flogged with whips in the synagogues. 18 You will stand trial before governors and kings because you are my followers. But this will be your opportunity to tell the rulers and other unbelievers about me. 19 When you are arrested, don't worry about how to respond or what to say. God will give you the right words at the right time. 20 For it is not you who will be speaking--it will be the Spirit of your Father speaking through you. 21 "A brother will betray his brother to death, a father will betray his own child, and children will rebel against their parents and cause them to be killed. 22 And all nations will hate you because you are my followers. But everyone who endures to the end will be saved. 23 When you are persecuted in one town, flee to the next. I tell you the truth, the Son of Man will return before you have reached all the towns of Israel. 24 "Students are not greater than their teacher, and slaves are not greater than their master. 25 Students are to be like their teacher, and slaves are to be like their master. And since I, the master of the household, have been called the prince of demons, the members of my household will be called by even worse names! 26 "But don't be afraid of those who threaten you. For the time is coming when everything that is covered will be revealed, and all that is secret will be made known to all. 27 What I tell you now in the darkness, shout abroad when daybreak comes. What I whisper in your ear, shout from the housetops for all to hear! 28 "Don't be afraid of those who want to kill your body; they cannot touch your soul. Fear only God, who can destroy both soul and body in hell. 29 What is the price of two sparrows--one copper coin? But not a single sparrow can fall to the ground without your Father knowing it. 30 And the very hairs on your head are all numbered. 31 So don't be afraid; you are more valuable to God than a whole flock of sparrows. 32 "Everyone who acknowledges me publicly here on earth, I will also acknowledge before my Father in heaven. 33 But everyone who denies me here on earth, I will also deny before my Father in heaven. 34 "Don't imagine that I came to bring peace to the earth! I came not to bring peace, but a sword. 35 'I have come to set a man against his father, a daughter against her mother, and a daughter-in-law against her mother-in-law. 36 Your enemies will be right in your own household!' 37 "If you love your father or mother more than you love me, you are not worthy of being mine; or if you love your son or daughter more than me, you are not worthy of being mine. 38 If you refuse to take up your cross and follow me, you are not worthy of being mine. 39 If you cling to your life, you will lose it; but if you give up your life for me, you will find it. 40 "Anyone who receives you receives me, and anyone who receives me receives the Father who sent me. 41 If you receive a prophet as one who speaks for God, you will be given the same reward as a prophet. And if you receive righteous people because of their righteousness, you will be given a reward like theirs. 42 And if you give even a cup of cold water to one of the least of my followers, you will surely be rewarded."
