I haven’t done push ups in a long time. Surprised myself with 40 straight and it got me feeling pretty confident and good about myself for a change.
Workouts and consistency have been utter garbage so far this year and I’ve not had the best self image lately. It’s had me feeling less than excited to keep up with any routine. I tell myself to snap out of it but I’ve just struggled to find that spark to get me up and going consistently again.
I had to help move some heavy furniture up and down stairs last weekend and I struggled more than I thought I would. It was a little bit of a wake up call to get my butt off the couch and get moving again. I’m not getting any younger and I’m certainly not doing myself any favors sitting around and lamenting about how far I’ve slipped in my strength and conditioning. Time passes all the same how I use it is up to me…I need to do better!

Sorry I've been rather inactive lately. Physical and mental exhaustion hit me pretty badly, so I had to slow down and take a step back. 😞 I still very much intend to finish and post the latest pieces I had started working on, but it might take a bit longer than anticipated.

Did a little refresher on the few slides I had done on the Blood chapter
