The Doll Challenge/ What we do starting April 11th.
1. Doll face
Make sure your appearance is cute, and that you put in effort towards it always going forward. wash your face, do your makeup or put time into your skin.
Learn how to makeup that you like and perfect it to look great.
2. Doll body
Wear clothes that compliment you, clothes that look good on you that you feel like a doll while wearing.
Eat healthy clean foods, like fruit smoothies bananas and strawberries. Also chicken and rice for an example .
yes you can eat non healthy foods but not everyday or most of the week. The challenge is to make yourself to eat clean most of the week. one cheat meal a week if you want.
Take walks around your neighborhood or at a park 3 times a week to get fresh air.
Drink at least 6 bottles of water and/or a gallon of water.
3.Doll face mind
Think positively and good thoughts. Change your mindset
Use social media ONLY for a hour and thirty minutes or less
Read books that interest you, nonfiction or fiction, you can read books to better yourself and apply the information you read.
