How To Look Elegant
Choose classic and timeless styles: Invest in pieces that never go out of style such as a little black dress, tailored trousers, or a crisp white shirt. Neutral colors will always make you look more expensive and put together.
Opt for quality over quantity: Invest in high-quality, well-made garments or accessories that will last longer and look better.
Pay attention to fit: Make sure your clothes fit well, without being too tight or too loose.
Dress appropriately for the occasion: Consider the level of formality and dress accordingly.
Accessorize wisely: Keep it simple and understated. Choose elegant and timeless pieces such as a pearl necklace, diamond stud earrings, or a classic watch.
Be mindful of grooming: Make sure your hair and makeup are well-groomed, and that your nails are clean and polished.
Wear comfortable shoes: You want to be able to walk and stand comfortably for long periods of time.
Remember, the key to dressing elegantly is to have a well-thought-out wardrobe that showcases your personal style, without being too flashy or over the top!

Don't give your heart to anyone just because of their looks or personality, let them win your heart. Fall in love with how they treat you and who they are willing to be for you. Not everyone deserves you, not everyone deserves your time or your energy. You are a privilege, you are an energy of creation, cyclical, receptive; you are a reason why, you are warmth and peace. You are a woman.

Femininity in Leadership: Navigating Challenges and Leveraging Strengths
Women have made tremendous progress in breaking down barriers and achieving leadership positions in the workplace, but there are still unique challenges that women face as they navigate the path to leadership. From gender bias to societal expectations, women face a range of obstacles that can make it difficult to assert themselves as leaders. However, by embracing their feminine strengths, women can become effective leaders and navigate these challenges with grace and confidence.
One of the biggest challenges that women face in leadership positions is navigating gender bias and discrimination in the workplace. Research has shown that women are often held to higher standards than men and are more likely to face criticism and backlash when they assert themselves in the workplace. This can make it difficult for women to assert their authority and feel confident in their leadership roles.
However, women also have unique strengths that they can leverage to become effective leaders. Women are often skilled at building relationships, communicating effectively, and empathizing with others. These are all valuable traits in leadership positions, and women who embrace these traits can become highly effective leaders.
To become an effective feminine leader, it is important to focus on developing your own unique leadership style. This may involve being more collaborative, empowering others, and leading by example. Women who are able to embrace their authentic leadership style and bring their own unique strengths to the table are more likely to be successful in leadership positions.
Another key factor in becoming an effective feminine leader is to seek out mentorship and support from other women. Women who have already navigated the path to leadership can provide valuable insights and advice on how to succeed in a male-dominated workplace. Additionally, connecting with other women who share your values and interests can provide a sense of community and support that can be incredibly valuable.
While women may face unique challenges in leadership positions, they also have unique strengths that can be leveraged to become effective leaders. By embracing their feminine strengths, seeking out mentorship and support, and developing their own unique leadership style, women can break down barriers and achieve success in the workplace. Let's continue to support and empower each other as we strive for greater representation in leadership positions.

Take care of your appearance, dress well, wear some perfume, and use manners even if you're just staying home. Beauty and elegance isn't only for the public; it's for you in your privacy too. A finer way of living.

thoughts on...Feminine Female characters adapted in media and the awesomeness of Buffy.
So today i wanted to express my opinion on something that bother me a lot which is...The character assasination of female characters in media that are both strong and Feminine.
Usually when a female character is strong- and By strong I mean Not only physically , but in personality too- It tend to be...Well masculine or tomboyish if you want, as if a female character that is feminine wasn't allowed to have her own voice.
It is very weird to find a female character that is :
1- Feminine 2- Strong (see my definition of It) be 3- Social / flirty/ popular... That isn't blamed or slut shamed for It.
Examples of characters assassinations in media there are plenty, but the two that i can think of right now are Lucy Westenra and Camila Dunne.
Lucy Westenra was an amazing, cute popular girl, that was slut-shamed for her niceness and for...being literally assaulted by Dracula!!! Seriously?? It is very well explained by https://www.tumblr.com/paris-in-space in a post about Lucy Westenra and character assasination in media.
The other, far less extreme but still Bad, is... Camila Dunne. While she was cool in the series, in fact she was one of my faves, in the book she was just something else : Sure of herself, Sure of Billy (even after the multiple cheatings with groupies and the Daisy situation)...Fuck, she's even nice with Daisy! She gave her the dignity of having the choice to go away before It was too late...And in the show all that we got was those generic "Woe you both suck!!!" (Very deserved, but still dissapointing) and "What does she has that i don't " , that made me literally cringe...Sigh.
And that's why i'm so thankfull for Buffy, one of my fave females in media, she's feminine, strong and social, and she's celebrated!!
