Chapter 1 : Forbidden Bond
Tumblr media
Pairing: Gojo x fem!reader
Warnings: Language, violence, physical abuse, traumatic childhood, Gojo being a jerk
Next Chapter ->
Tumblr media
His usual so unbothered eyes grow wider and wider with each passing second, watch in slow motion how this tiny human being he’s never seen before draws closer to him. Step by step, not paying attention to the stinging fact that she’ll run straight into him. He couldn’t care less, though.
That smile.
Has he seen you before? No, he would have remembered for sure. There wasn’t a single moment in his still young life that made Gojo Satoru gaze at a smile twice, that made him wonder about the name and voice behind it. But seeing you like this, laughing to yourself so unmoved by your surroundings leaves him pondering.
Who is this girl?
He doesn’t get the chance to think about it any further. Like in slow motion, you trip over his feet first before dragging him along with you onto the hot tarmac, tiny stones digging themselves into the palms of his hands.
“Oh my, I’m so sorry! I didn’t even look out, I…I’m so clumsy!”
“It’s okay...”
No, it’s not. Why weren’t you paying attention to where you’re walking, how dare you to run him over – him, the pride of the Gojo clan? Now he’s all dirty, his pants probably sliced open.
But instead of complaining, he simply watches how you lift yourself off the ground so awkward that you almost trip right back on top of him, brushing the dirt off the dark blue kimono you’re wearing.
“Now you’re all dirty because of me”, you sigh with a pout.
Your voice. It matches your appearance perfectly, the innocent gleam in your eyes, the way your laughter sounded earlier. Angelic, hypnotizing, so melodious that he urges to hear you talk again.
“Let me help you back up!”
You stretch out your tiny hand in front of his and out of instinct, he grabs it. How is it possible that his palm seems to swallow yours whole? You have to be around his age, an inch or two smaller. But his hands…
Your hands…
You let go way too early.
“I was actually on my way home and got distracted by that dog over there. It got so happy when I laughed so I couldn’t stop and then you came and-“
“Do you ever stop talking?”
His cold interruption catches you off guard while he shoves both hands in the pocket of his hoodie. That boy…You’ve never seen him before around here. Sure, you would have remembered those bright blue eyes and white hair. Where does he come from? Why does he look so different? All those questions piling up inside your head.
Where were you even going?
“(y/n)?”
Her cold voice makes your blood freeze in an instant, widened eyes not daring to look behind you. Why is she here? You aren’t late, did nothing wrong…did you?
“Who’s that?”, the boy in front of you questions.
“(Y/N) ZENIN!”
You swallow hard, the tone in your nanny’s voice making you realize what will happen next. Suddenly you don’t care about the boy with the bright blue eyes or the happy dog anymore.
“You…You’re a Zenin?”
He can’t believe his ears, orbs studying you up and down. Of course, he heard about your family, about the stinging fact that he should keep a safe distance from you. Out of all big jujutsu families, the Zenin clan is the worst with its members being as cold as ice. His teachers warned him, parents literally begged him to keep himself away from anything that comes from this family. And that includes you as well, apparently.
“A Zenin…”, he mumbles under his breath.
You look nothing like their description, though.
His voice fades into the back of your mind. All you feel is thick fear crawling up your veins, the dark foreshadowing making your limbs ache already.
“What on earth do you think you’re doing here with this brat!?”
Her cold hand grabs your tiny arm roughly and forces you backwards so harsh that you almost fall over again.
“I ran into him-”, you desperately try to explain yourself.
“You…You are that Gojo kid, aren’t you? The honoured one…”
“And you’re a nobody.”
Gojo.
Your eyes widen in sheer horror. If there’s one thing your father told you over and over, it was staying away from members of the Gojo clan.
“Especially Gojo Satoru. Don’t you dare to even talk to him or you’ll feel my anger.”
“I didn’t know it was him, I was on my way home when I-“
“Quiet.”
A ruthless slap right in your face sends you onto the ground all over again, blood squinting out your tiny nose immediately. You…You did something unforgivable, something your father will punish you for. Shivers haunt your whole body, thick fear almost taking your sight. One last time your glossy eyes dart towards the boy with the unbothered blue orbs that now show a hint of disturbance.
-8 years later-
“Look what we have here, Suguru! There’s that dirty brat from the Zenin clan!”
“I don’t think you should call her like that…”
“I smelled your arrogance miles away, douchebag”, you mutter under your breath.
There he stands. Probably a few inches taller than the last time you saw him but still with the same dumb smirk plastered on his dirty face. He looks horribly good, arrogance dripping from every pore of his body. Oh, words can’t describe how much hatred you hold for that boy, how much willpower it costs you to not wipe him from the surface of this earth in an instant.
“Be nice to me, (y/n). After all I’m a special grade while you’re a lousy grade 1”, he bites back at you.
“Don’t make me launch another bit of Phobia Projection your way. I’ll never forget the way you cried like a baby.”
A cursed technique rooted in the dark arts of Jujutsu, a technique you learned by your grandfather by the age of 12. Those who wield this technique have the ability to delve into the depths of their target's psyche, extracting and manifesting their worst fears into reality. Through manipulation of spectral energy, the user projects vivid illusions that evoke intense sensations of terror and anxiety, effectively trapping their victim in a nightmarish realm tailored to their deepest fears. This technique not only inflicts psychological torment but can also paralyze the victim with fear, rendering them vulnerable to further attacks. It is a formidable and sinister ability that exploits the vulnerabilities of the human mind, leaving a lasting impression of dread long after the encounter has ended.
And made none other than Gojo Satoru break down in front of your feet.
“You’ll cry as well when I’m done with you, little bitch.”
Gojo builds himself up in front of you before Geto is able to stop him, glimmering eyes staring at you filled with nothing but hatred.
“Want applause for using a dark art on me? You’re nothing but a pathetic little girl that got slapped by her parents a little too often. And even though they trained you like there’s no tomorrow, your still not good enough to face me.”
His words hit you with full force, flood your mind with memories you tried to avoid so desperately. Out of instinct, you grab him by his throat and thrust him into the grass underneath, dig his flawless white hair into the dirt. If there’s one thing your family was right about, it was Gojo Satoru.
“I fucking hate you, Gojo. You’re nothing but a waste of space, just like your whole pathetic clan”, you hiss through gritted teeth, voice dripping in venom.
“My pathetic clan? Your family roams around and kills innocent people, (y/n). Who the hell are you to judge, huh? You’re not even strong enough to even talk to me”, he barks in reverse.
“Why does it always have to end like this between you two? Get off him, (y/n).”
Geto’s firm hands grab your shoulders and yank you backwards in order to create distance between Gojo and yourself while you can’t catch your breath.
Your deadly orbs still glare at him, blood pulsates through your veins so rapidly that you feel like exploding any given minute. He has some fucking nerve, talking about your past like that. Him, who’s nothing but a spoiled brat. Him, who’s gifting just by being born. Him, with nothing but immense powers and a pretty face.
“Next time you’re getting so close to me, I’ll kill your ass without thinking twice”, you spit at him from afar, Geto holding you back with all his strength.
“I love to see ya try little girl!”
“Come on, (y/n). Just turn around and leave, this is senseless. You’re just hurting each other.”
Suguru’s calm voice has always been the only thing that kept you from scratching those bright blue orbs out of his eyeballs. You allow your eyes to rest for a brief second, your heartbeat to calm down. Your family told you to stay away from him, to be better than him and forced you to attend Jujutsu High. Why does it have so damn hard to make them happy, to show your father that you’re worthy? How are you supposed to stay away from him when he’s around you all the time?
Without gifting him a single look, you turn on your heel and simply walk away.
Training. A training session is exactly what you need right now.
“Don’t you dare to shout after her, Satoru”, Geto warns his best friend right when he takes a deep breath in.
“I really don’t get it. All that hate just because your families don’t get along?”
“You don’t get it, Suguru.”
“What makes you hate (y/n) so much?”
Satoru can’t believe his ears, the sheer question of his best friend seeming like an insult. Why would he even like you? You with your stupid pretty face, you with those remarkable eyes that shook him to his core when he first saw you, you with that laugh…When was the last time he heard you laugh?
He shakes his head violently. Why would he even care about something so stupid?
“Cause she’s a Zenin brat”, Satoru replies monotone.
You are his enemy, the biggest threat of his family, hunting after his future. You deserve nothing but his hatred, nothing but disinterest. You are the devil himself. Yes, your sheer presence on this earth is enough reason to hate you.
“Didn’t you tell me she was quite nice when you met her as a child?”
“I never said that”, Satoru mumbles under his breath immediately.
Enough of all that bullshit, all that talking about your dumbass. It’s not like you deserve his attention anyway.
“C’mon, let’s grab something to eat.”

Hello! Can you do a reader who is a siren with the sully family + metkayina?
Hellooooo!! Honestly this idea was a long time waiting! Glad you requested! Enjoy~!!
Pt 2
-----------------------------
Tirol
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Water is essential for life, be it of fauna or flora. Water is a important element in keeping things alive. Land or sea, water is everything. There is nothing to argue about that. And no one knows better than the reef na'vi.
Water is their very life. A piece of their soul, their whole being. So who is this human to say she understands them?
Well meet Tirol. A human who came along with the Sully family. Many of the Metkayina clan were hesitant to accept Tirol. But the sully family that out of everyone in the family, Tirol needs to live here. Tonowari nor Ronal understood what they meant by that. Until one certain day.
During practice, Tsireya, ao'nung and rotxo were too busy helping neteyam and lo'ak that they didn't see tuk getting carried away by a sudden wave. She couldn't hold her breath much longer and was beginning to drown.
Lo'ak was the first to notice, screaming out tuk's name, the other teens turned and all panicked, quickly swimming towards tuk, but they were too far, they wouldn't make it in time!
tirol who was in the marui doing something heard the teens screaming out for tuk. She turns to see tuk struggling to keep her head above water. Panic struck her and without a second thought, Tirol jumps into the water to save tuk.
In less than 3 seconds, tirol grabbed tuk and held her above water. Tuk was choking out the water but was breathing alright and hugged tilor tightly.
Neteyam and lo'ak reached the two girls and released heavy sighs, checking on their little sister making sure she is ok.
Tsireya, ao'nung and rotxo stayed where they were, confused. A human is smaller, thus less energy and not as fast as a na'vi. So how was tirol able to make it to tuk when she was at the same distance at them yet made to tuk faster?
As the three swam closer, their heads still above water, ao'nung couldn't help but ask. "How were you able to swim with your little human legs?" ao'nung asks, tsireya hits him slightly at the back of his head which doesn't phase him.
The sully kids chuckled as tilor smiles. "Look underwater" was all she said. The three did so, and almost choked, they couldn't believe it, everything about it was beautiful as it was strange.
Instead of human legs, what they saw was one big long tail with fins! The scales glistening against the underwater lighting, the colors shinning through giving is a shiny look. The scales were of something else, blending the tail and the upper part of human skin. The tail was so hypnotizing, the fins were also of something else. Transparent yet elegant looking, flowing so beautifully.
Tisreya was amazed, she had never seen anything like it before! Lifting her head up, smiling so excitedly. "Amazing! your tail is so beautiful!", Tirol blushes slightly but is happy she nor the boys are freaked out. Rotxo came up, letting his mouth run before his mind, "how can you pee??". Both ao'nung and tsireya hit his head double time.
"please excuse my friends stupidity" ao'nung says. Toril giggles in amusement, "it is alright, but I am not going to answer that question". "Are all humans like you?" tsireya asks, tirol shakes her head. "Not really, I am called a siren".
"How about we talk more in the shallow areas" neteyam suggests, everyone agrees and does so. Gathering in a circle so everyone can admire tirol's tail, questions were being made.
"So what is a siren?" tsireya was the first to ask. Tirol and smiles and answers, "a siren is half human fish, we have the godly ability to sing. But not just singing a lovely tune no, our voice is our power. I can lure anyone with my voice in a hypnotizing way, and I lead them wherever I please".
The three reed children stared in amazement. "Have you ever used your...power before?" ao'nung asked. Tirol nods and explains further, "I have, I even assisted in battles against the sky demons, I would hide in the deepest lakes, violent rivers, and lure the sky demons to me. Once they reach the deep areas, I would remove their masks and drown them. It has taken time but it is more silent and effective".
The more tilor explains, the more entranced they are. Of course they would ask her to sing but was denied of request, "Whenever I sing, even if I don't mean to on purpose, anyone who hears me will be affected and I don't want that".
The three kids nodded and rotxo asked, "is that why you came with the sully family? Because of the wide ocean?". Tirol answered as she began to weave some seaweed, "two reasons really. The first is yes, because of the ocean. I loved the lakes and rivers but I longed for wide spaces, swim more than tight narrow areas. Second is for what I am. Once the sky demons found out what I am capable of, they will be after me. So joining the sully family, I came here. And I am so happy that they brought me. I love the ocean! the reefs, the animals, everything, truly I feel more at home than in the lakes and rivers".
Rotxo grinned and stood up, "well come on then. Lets see if your tail makes you faster than us" he challenged. Smiling at the invination, tilor was quick to move through the shallow water, making rotxo eat sand.
Laughing and new feeling of energy, everyone went back to the water and swim along side tirol. With her beautiful tail, she looked at home under water. Communicating with na'vi sing language, she said her under water jokes. The reef kids loved her jokes will the sully kids cringed at how terrible they were.
Tumblr media
After a long day of swimming, everyone returned to their homes tired. Tirol sat at the edge of the walk ways, drying her tail for her legs to return. Tuk and kiri sat beside, handing her a bowl of freshly cooked stew. "I swam so much today, weird to say I am glad I am feeling sore and tired. I never used this much energy back at home" tirol says with a big smile on her face.
"We can tell, you swam none stop all day, but I am happy you like it here. You seemed to adjust more quicker than the rest of us" kiri comments. Tiorl pulls tuk on her lap and tuk feeds her. "Yes, but in no time the rest of you guys will adjust too. This is our home now".
Tumblr media
The next few weeks, the whole metkayina clan now knew of tirol's ability, while she still refuses to sing, she speaks stories of her ancestors, and tales of her fallen sister clan, the mermaids.
Ronal and Tonowari were amazed of tirol's skills and all that makes her a siren. They were quick to accept her more than the sully family. Which the family dont take offence to, but tirol uses her new found acceptance as a bridge to get the two along.
To say, Tirol truly feels at home, being where she truly belongs, in the ocean. Where it is her natural home, and thrive in her true element with her long time friends and her found friends.
Tumblr media
Aaaaaaaaaaand that is this it for this one! Hope you all like it! Until next time! See ya!

word count: 30,2k (ik this is insane)
︵‿︵‿︵‿︵
The next morning you try to occupy yourself with whatever tasks to avoid running into Neteyam. You think that both of you need some time before returning back to your usual selves. What if he starts hating you?
Tsireya silently works along you, as you’re gathering berries. She doesn’t ask you anything about last night but you’re convinced that she suspects something happened.
“Y/N,” you hear someone call out your name.
Neytiri waves you over. You notice her wearing a different belt with two small knives hanging from each side, and a bow in her hands. Oh shit.
“Are you going to fly with Neytiri?” Tsireya asks, curiously. You nod.
“Come,” Neytiri shouts again.
When you join Neytiri, you feel nervous. And it’s not because of her anymore, but because Neteyam promised to join you too, and you’re scared you might run into him any minute now. But as you walk with her to your marui to retrieve your weapons, and head into the trees, there is no sign of Neteyam.
“This is my ikran,” Neytiri pats the greenish-yellow creature on its head with a smile.
The sound the ikran makes terrifies you, but she only laughs at your reaction. You've heard stories about the forest clans riding ikrans, but you've never seen one up close, let alone flown on one. You also knew of the special bond that exists between the forest Na’vi and their ikrans; they could only choose one for the rest of their lives, and in return, the ikran had to choose and remain loyal to them. This bond was unbreakable, for life.
“You will fly with me,” Neytiri explains, as she checks the armor on her companion. You watch her attentively. “We will hunt later, so you can try shooting in the air.”
You nod your head, taking a step closer. The ikran lets out another sound but Neytiri quickly calms it down, encouraging you to keep closing the distance. A few moments of patience pay off when the ikran lets you pat its head. Overwhelmed, you let out a breathy laugh.
“Now, let’s go,” Neytiri jumps on the back of the ikran, helping you up.
“Is Neteyam going to join us?”
“He is with his father,” Neytiri says, as she pushes the straps of the armor into your hands, “Grab on these. Neteyam will come if they finish early.”
You take a deep breath, as you feel the ikran jerk under you. A big wave of air hits you in the face, and you grab harder onto the handles not to fall. When you gaze down at the view below, you feel your heart race. You never even dreamt of flying but this seems like something you were waiting for your whole life.
As you fly higher and higher, you notice how confident Neytiri is in her movements. She controls the ikran with ease, guiding it smoothly around curves of the cliffs, between trees and small nooks. You grip the armor of the ikran tightly, fear and adrenaline rushing through your blood.
Neytiri takes a dip, and as you feel exhilarated by the sensation of the wind running through your hair, you let out a laugh. She looks back at you with a toothy grin.
“Tie your feet,” she shouts, slowing down the ikran.
You obey, tying the straps around your feet to the armor.
“Done,” you shout back.
Neytiri makes a slow turn. She circles around a small lake, hidden between the green of the island. Just above the water, you can see a small flock of tetrapterons, graciously soaring.
“Take out your arrow and bow,” Neytiri orders, “We will take them by surprise. Some birds will fly away but some will fly right at us. That is your best chance.”
“I’m ready,” you reply with a newly gained confidence.
You ready your bow, adjusting in your seat, and praying to Eywa that you won’t fall off. As Neytiri’s ikran circles closer, you feel alert at the sheer number of them. Neytiri navigates the ikran around the flock, and immediately, loud screeches strike your ears, as the birds disperse.
Focused, you take one look to find your prey. You take an aim, and feel a rush of adrenaline, as you release the arrow and watch it hit its target. You shriek in excitement, marking your victory.
“Well done!”
“This is great!” you shout, raising your hands over your head, and feeling the wind.
After some more flying, you get to see Neytiri in action. She’s graceful and fast, her arrows shooting through the target every single time perfectly, while she’s still flying her ikran. You hunt for a bit more, diving to collect your prey before returning back. You jump off to the ground, adrenaline rushing through your veins, as you watch Neytiri feed the ikran with one of the birds you caught.
“Oh, that was incredible!” you grin ear to ear, earning a smile from Neytiri.
“You are a skilled hunter, Y/N,” she compliments you,  “And you have never flown before.”
“I can’t even imagine how exciting it is when you have a connection with the ikran,” you come closer, petting the creature that has already grown used to you.
“It is. It’s a connection for life,” Neytiri confirms, “You feel everything they feel. The freedom, the wind.”
You watch her with admiration, recalling the way she hunts. You don’t think you have ever even come close to being as graceful as she is. Not even in the water.
The two of you sit on the grass, the ikran stretching not too far away from you, closing its eyes. Neytiri lets you catch your breath before giving you the task of removing the arrows from the birds you caught.
“You turned down Neteyam last night,” she suddenly says, and you feel your heart picking up on a faster rhythm, “Did he do something stupid?”
“Not at all,” you shake your head, avoiding her eyes.
“Then why? Have you chosen somebody else?” while her voice remains soft, you feel pressured.
“That is not the reason,” you sigh, “I… I like Neteyam. I think he is kind.”
“And you?” she nudges you with a small smile.
“And I am not worth him,” you shrug your shoulders, hoping that your answer would satisfy her.
“Nonsense,” Neytiri shakes her head, “Tell me the truth.”
You fall silent, biting down on your lip. You didn’t even have the guts to explain it properly to Neteyam, let alone to his mother. Hell, you didn’t know what to say to yourself. She doesn’t know that the thoughts of Neteyam have been driving you crazy. You feel guilty and frustrated because you can’t go back home but you also feel like you don’t deserve to live a new happy life here. You won’t be able to make him happy.
“Y/N,” Neytiri says, putting her hand on your shoulder, “Whatever is holding you back can be fought. The Great Mother guided you through the water, she helped you survive for a reason. Nothing should stop you now.”
“I don’t want to hurt him,” you whisper, “Now is not the time.”
“I used to think that when I met Jake. But it’s never going to be the right time.”
You look back at her, searching for more answers. You recall the stories Neteyam told you about his parents the night you spent together. When you first heard them, you thought they were brave to choose each other. Maybe even a little selfish.
“Mom,” your ears perk up at Neteyam’s shout, as he jumps off his ikran.
Neytiri waves her son over, and as Neteyam walks up to you, you notice blood on his forehead.
“Y/N,” he greets you with a forced smile. You awkwardly greet him back.
“What happened to you?” Neytiri stands up to examine his forehead, then circles him, looking at his back, and arms.
You jump to your feet too, following her expressions, in case she finds something.
“I’m alright, you should see dad,” Neteyam chuckles, then winces, as Neytiri slaps his arm.
“What did you two do? I told you not to be careless!” she gets angry.
“Nothing,” Neteyam pulls away, “We were flying around the cliffs of another island but there was a thick fog. Dad couldn’t see anything, so he hit a cliff. I was just behind him…I didn’t hit anything but when he fell, he took me down with him.”
“Stupid!” she scolds him, “Where is he?”
“At Tsahik’s,” Neteyam winces again, shaking off his arm. He must have hurt it, you think.
“Come,” Neytiri orders.
︵‿︵‿︵‿︵
Jake looks exhausted and in pain, his forehead creased with a frown. Neytiri sits next to him, peppering him with questions while Ronal tends to his wounds. You and Neteyam sit back, the awkward silence between you palpable. He avoids your gaze, and you can’t really blame him for that.
“No, that wasn’t fog," Jake’s voice catches your attention.
"What then, Ma'Jake?" Neytiri leans forward, her expression curious.
"It was smoke," Jake replies, his breath ragged. "I could smell it. And it was too thick. I couldn't see a thing."
You cover your mouth in shock, as a realization hits you. If the smoke was caused by the sky people, it means the trouble is closer. Ronal throws a quick glance at Neteyam, before shoving one of the balms she just used into your hands. When you look at her, confused, she points to Neteyam’s forehead, covered in blood.
You curse Tsireya for abandoning you to assist Tsahik. She never leaves her mother alone, she is the tsakarem! You know that it was exactly her intention to leave you with Neteyam.
“No need, I can do it myself,” Neteyam raises his palms to stop you, but Ronal only tsks at him.
He can’t even see his wounds, let alone treat them, you think. With your breath shaky, you walk to Neteyam, taking in the damages on his arms and forehead. You hope that by the time you get to it, Ronal will take over, so you don’t have to stare at his face. Neteyam looks at you from underneath his lashes.
“Sorry, I wasn’t there today,” he mumbles, “I know I promised but…”
“You don’t have to apologize,” you say quietly, “It was fun.”
“I told you,” Neteyam gives you a small smile.
Knowing him, he can’t stay mad at you forever. He knows it’s wrong to be petty. Still, it hurts.
You gently shove him to turn around to examine the multiple cuts on his back. He’s not bleeding but they look nasty. You take a breath before applying some of the balm onto his wounds, and you see his muscles clench.
“Shit,” you hear Neteyam wince.
You remember the same balm used on you when you first arrived, and the burning pain that followed. Hesitantly, you lean closer to blow cold air on his wounds. Neteyam's back muscles slowly relax under the feeling. It is not enough to stop the pain, but it's still a small relief. You blow a few more times before the burning dies down.
“Turn around,” you order quietly, and he complies.
You feel blood rushing to your cheeks, as you take one of his arms, to tend to the wounds you saw earlier. Neteyam watches you carefully, wincing as you start applying the balm. Instinctively, he tries to jerk his arm away but you hold him in place.
“Mawey,” you whisper. He clenches his jaw but stops moving.
After you finish applying the balm to his other arm, you realize that the adults have slipped away. You heard Ronal being rushed to treat an injured Na’vi, but not Neytiri and Jake leaving.
“Almost done. Now, the nasty one,” you breathe out, pointing to Neteyam’s forehead.
He closes his eyes, preparing for the pain, but instead of the balm, you take a damp cloth to his forehead. He flinches in surprise underneath the soft touch and opens his eyes.
“It’s a big cut,” you explain, “I need to clean it first.”
“Y/N,” Neteyam’s voice is low, “About last night.”
You gulp down, nervously, not meeting his eyes, instead focusing all of your concentration on cleaning his wound. But he’s so close, you can feel his breath on your skin.
“You didn’t have to explain anything to me. I-I,” he takes a shaky breath, "A mature Na'vi must face rejection because you can't force your heart to feel something it doesn't. And if you don't feel the same for me as I do for you, then I must accept that without question."
He is too noble for his own good, you think. You stop, and lower your hand to look at his face.
“Neteyam, you got it wrong,” you let out a deep sigh, “I didn’t reject you because I don’t have feelings for you. I turned you down because I’m scared that it could ruin us and jeopardize you as the future of your family.”
Neteyam frowns, trying to process your words. This whole time he had been so certain that you simply didn't reciprocate his feelings, that he had almost grown used to that idea.
“Why are you scared?” Neteyam takes your hand in his, giving it a reassuring squeeze, “You know I will do whatever it takes to protect you.”
“‘Teyam,” you whisper, too overwhelmed to meet his gaze.
He releases your hand and cups your cheek tenderly, bringing your foreheads together. Though you're standing, towering slightly over him, it doesn't distract from the moment.
“Please, just for a moment, let me be honest with you,” Neteyam says, nuzzling your face, “Will you?”
“I will,” you agree. All he has to do is ask, you’ll always agree.
“I see you, Y/N,” Neteyam whispers.
You feel your breath catch in your throat. You knew he was going to say it but it still felt unexpected. Neteyam's fingers caress your cheeks with love, waiting for your response. With anything. As long as he gets a response. You lean in and touch his lips with yours, and both your hearts start racing.
There is a small pause before Neteyam kisses you back softly and slowly.  You close your eyes and give in to him, as he pulls you closer and closer, until there's no more space left between you.
Overwhelmed, you eventually pull away, catching your breath. A toothy grin appears on Neteyam's face, making your heart ache with love. You wish you could always make him smile like this.
“Now is not the time, Neteyam,” you try to discipline him but instead his smile grows even bigger. Is he mocking you?
Your cheeks flush with heat as you try to calm down your racing heart, but Neteyam only seems to find your reaction funny. He reaches his arm to touch yours.
“I feel the happiest,” he says.
“It’s not the time,” you repeat again, trying to sound stern this time, “You’re bleeding.”
You notice red running from his wound, and sigh, as you take the cloth, and start cleaning it. Neteyam follows your movement with a smile resting on his lips but he lets you work.
You can’t really believe that you kissed Neteyam. You tried resisting before getting sucked into the fantasy of being his, but the thoughts of returning home continue to nag at you.
He doesn’t know that it’s been days since you thought about it. Going home. The nightmare you had about your sister has left you feeling like Eywa was trying to send you a message. So you desperately wanted to check for yourself. What if she’s been alive this whole time waiting for you to come home? What if she’s with Eywa now, and you've neglected to send your prayers, instead living a new life? Just the thought of it makes you feel sick. You know that you can't wait any longer.
Neteyam lets out a soft gasp, bringing you back to reality. You blow on the balm you've just applied to his forehead to ease his pain.
“Thank you,” he places his palm on your waist.
“You’re welcome.”
“Now nothing will hold me back from being yours,” he says, taking your hand and placing it over his heart.
“Neteyam -”
“I know, I know,” he interrupts you, “You think this is not the right time, but what matters to me is that you reciprocated.”
“Of course I did,” you decide to tease him, switching the topic, “I couldn’t break your heart, when you had blood all over you.”
“Is that so?” he quirks his eyebrow, eyes twinkling,“If I had known that it takes me getting hurt to be treated so nicely, I would have got hurt a long time ago.”
“That’s not funny,” you slap his chest, earning him a laugh.
For a second, you’re reminded of the plan you had. You hang your head low before speaking.
“I can’t promise you anything right now, ‘Teyam. Not until I am sure.”
“Sure about what?” he looks at you confused.
“There’s just something that...I need to be certain of before I give in to this,” you say, gesturing between you. You feel terrible for getting his hopes high. Why did you have to kiss him?
“I’ll wait,” he says. You look up at him in surprise, “However long it takes.”
You had everything planned out. It was so simple before he had to come in and mess up your head. You would sneak away in the dark, hoping to get to the Eastern shore by the morning. With a healthy young ilu, the journey would take less time now, and you were confident that your instincts would lead you by the same route you took when you escaped before. You had to see your home.
Neteyam is a distraction. He would come in, trying to save you, hold you back. He will fight you, and push your buttons, telling you that it is a bad idea. Make it harder for you to leave.
︵‿︵‿︵‿︵
The following week seems to drag on even slower than before, with no news of new attacks. While it seemed like something good, in reality, you were scared that the sky demons were planning a bigger strike. Lo’ak has a theory that they were tracking you down with their fancy weapons, instead of wasting resources on other villages. Neteyam discredits his brother to make the rest of you feel better, but, judging by his eyes, you think he believes it too.
During these days, it’s hard for you to keep your distance with Neteyam, especially when you’re  not alone. Despite his promise to wait for you, there is this new spark in him that makes him act carelessly. He can’t hide it around the others, staring at you and touching you at every opportunity he gets. Overwhelmed, in return, you overcompensate by ignoring him. You can’t let anyone find out. Because once it’s out in the open, you’ll feel pressured to become mates. And you were not ready.
︵‿︵‿︵‿︵
“What the hell, Neteyam? I almost had it!” you shout at him in anger.
“It was going to swim away if I hadn’t shot,” he responds with a self-assured tone, like he is talking to a child.
It was early in the morning, when you decided to head out for some hunting near the caves at the back of the island. And just as you were about to feel the sweet satisfaction of catching a srakat that you’ve been preying on, an arrow whizzed past you and struck the fish.
Neteyam found your expression amusing, not knowing the effort and patience you had put into finding those damned srakat caves, nor did he understand how much it annoyed you when someone interrupted your hunt.
“You should have minded your own business!” you hiss at him.
Neteyam rubs his eyes, and you can’t believe his audacity. He ruined your hunt and now he’s the one rubbing his eyes like he’s about to get a headache?
“Did I ask you to help me?” you ask him, feeling your blood boil.
"Do you ever ask?" Neteyam huffs in annoyance. You have a feeling this is something deeper.
“Oh forgive me, Neteyam, my savior,” you mock him, “What was it you called yourself? The mighty warrior? Well, can a mighty warrior return to being his mighty self and leave the real hunters to actually hunt?”
“When it comes to swimming, I get it!” he throws his hands in the air, exasperated “I always listen to you because you grew up in the water. I know you know better, so I listen to you -”
“Exactly!” you interrupt him, feeling a surge of irritation.
“Let me finish,” Neteyam rolls his eyes. “But when it comes to hunting, why can’t you trust someone who has been holding a bow and arrow in his hands before he started walking?”
“Do you think you’re the only one that hunts?” you ask him, confused. “Catch up, forest boy. We know how to use bows and arrows, but spears are easier when hunting down bigger prey. Especially srakat.”
“A good hunter works with precision and a small window of time, your method was doomed from the beginning,” he argues.
“It’s not about precision, it’s about patience and force! You can’t possibly shoot a srakat from a distance. If it spots you, you’re never going to see it again. You were just lucky that we were so close to it, otherwise your arrow wouldn’t even poke its armor.”
“Yet, who’s the one holding the trophy?” he raises his eyebrow at you, expectantly.
“Now you’re just pissing me off on purpose,” you hiss at him.
His ears flutter in response. Neteyam attempts to cover them with his hands but it is too late. Is this what you think it is? Did seeing you this angry suddenly bring him pleasure?
“You, skxawng. Are you seriously this excited seeing me angry?” you can’t believe him.
“No,” he denies, “On the contrary, I’m frustrated with your stupidity!”
“You’re the stupid one!” you poke his chest with your finger.
It takes you by surprise when he wraps his fingers around your wrist. You’re standing too close to each other, your breaths catching. Neither of you looks away, trying to read each other's thoughts.  It's been a while since he's been this close to you since your kiss in the marui, and you’re suddenly reminded why. Your gaze falls to his lips, sending him a sign. Neteyam kisses you, and this time you can’t pull yourself away.
Your bodies embrace, holding each other tight, and as you kiss, it feels like the two of you are fighting over who gets to taste more. You pull him closer by the nape of his neck, and a soft moan escapes his lips. He kneels, and you follow suit, the kiss unbroken.
Kissing him is overwhelming, greedy. You sit on him, wrapping your legs around his waist. Neteyam places your hand on his chest, and you can feel his heart beating rapidly. He reaches for your queue, and you don't resist.
“Y/N,” he gasps, pulling back, “Stop.”
“What is it?” you ask offended.
“Eywa,” he says. You notice he's holding your queue between his fingers. He lets it slip away.
“She hasn’t blessed us,” you voice his concern out loud, “Not as mates anyway.”
“What do you mean?” Neteyam’s ears perk up in surprise, “Did she give you a sign about me?”
“Kind of.”
“Tell me,” he is eager, it amuses you.
“No, I think it might go to your head,” you tease him, with a playful smile.
“Y/N,” his voice is so serious, you crack.
“Alright,” you roll your eyes, letting your fingers wander over his broad shoulders, “The other day, when we were at the Spirit Tree, and it was windy, a seed floated around me, and then around you.”
“Why didn’t you tell me?” Neteyam looks at you offended. You find it amusing.
“Because you were really getting on my nerves back then,” you admit, “And honestly, you’re still kind of annoying me now.”
“I’m the annoying one?” Neteyam’s face lightens up with a sleazy smile.
Before you know it, he pins you to the ground, hanging above you. He seems to like this position a little too much. His fingers tickle your stomach and neck, forcing giggles and squeals from you, as you try to escape.
“Neteyam, stop!”
“Say you’re sorry!” he demands, pausing for a moment to give you a chance to save yourself.
"I'm not going to lie," you reply, your voice catching in your throat as he continues to tickle you, "FIne! I'm sorry! I give up!"
“Sorry for what?”
“Not telling you sooner!”
“And who am I?” he quirks his eyebrow.
“Neteyam,” you whimper, but he shakes his head, “‘Teyam!”
“Hm,” he pretends to think about it, “Not bad but you have to try harder if you want to get out of here still alive.”
You feel out of breath, smiling like a fool. You know exactly what he wants to hear.
“The mighty warrior,” you let out. His face immediately lightens up.
“Smart girl,” Neteyam leans in, nuzzling his forehead against yours.
“You called me stupid two seconds ago,” you huff but he shuts you up with a gentle kiss.
Words can’t describe how giddy you feel. It's unbelievable. You’re kissing him! Neteyam. Just a few weeks ago, you despised him with every fiber of your being. Your grandmother used to say that hate is a form of love, and you're starting to believe that now. Because at this moment, it feels like there's no one in the world except him. With his lips on yours, and his hand gently cupping your cheek while you play with his braids, you feel all the negative thoughts being pushed out of your mind.
“Oh, sweet Eywa,” you pull away from him, suddenly realizing.
“What?”
“Is that why you’re annoying me? Because I was ignoring you,” you accuse him.
“What, no way,” he denies, yet it’s so easy to spot his lies.
“You’re lying, you skxawng!” you wrap your arms around his neck, “Look at that sleazy grin on your face. And your ears! They were fluttering when I was yelling at you!”
Neteyam cracks under your gaze, and starts laughing. You take a second to admire this sound. It’s so genuine, so warm. Oh Eywa, you wish to hear that laughter every day. You gaze into his golden eyes with so much love, you feel like your heart is going to burst.
“What are you thinking about?” Neteyam asks softly, noticing how quiet you got.
“I see you, Neteyam.”
︵‿︵‿︵‿︵
Like on the schedule, the storm doesn’t take long to arrive. Tears blur your vision as you witness a Tulkun floating on the surface with its eyes closed. There are blurs of bright orange at her sides that confirm she’s been killed by the sky demons. Devastation fills the air, with Ronal trying to revive her soul sister, praying to Eywa. But everyone knows it's too late. When she finally gives up, a painful shriek breaks the silence. You sob quietly, as you feel Neteyam’s hands wrap around you in comfort. You can’t imagine what it feels like to lose a soul sister.
When Tonowari calls for a meeting, there is a mixture of anger and sorrow in the air. The Metkayina hunters wear their armors, holding weapons in their hands, ready to fight. Tonowari orders everyone to prepare to avenge the death of Tulkun.
Jake jumps into the circle, pleading with him to stop. He thinks that it is a trap set by the sky demons to lure them out, that they’re planning something worse. When the others try to silence his father, Neteyam intervenes, asking them to listen. His desperation weighs heavy on your heart. Jake raises a piece of metal retrieved from the Tulkun's side, causing everyone to fall silent.
“You tell the Tulkun, if they are hit by one of these, they are marked for death,” he says.
Tonowari seems to listen. He orders the clan to pass the message to their soul-brothers and soul-sisters, and tell them to leave before it’s too late.
︵‿︵‿︵‿︵
“I’m sorry, ‘Teyam, but you gotta move out of the way,” you sigh, tired of arguing with him.
“I’m not letting you go there, it is too dangerous,” his accent becomes more evident with the anger building up inside, “Let’s wait. I will talk to dad, we will think of something safer.”
“I don’t need you to talk to your dad!” you grow frustrated with him, “I don’t need you involving anybody else. I have thought about this. I know what to do.”
“It’s risky, Y/N, you know it is.”
“I do. But they’ve sent us a clear sign,” you point at the water, reminding him of the dead Tulkun, “They know exactly where to shoot now. Exactly where to hurt. And I can’t keep going on like this… I need to know what happened before I lose my sanity, sitting here and waiting for death,” you’re so tired, you’re ready to break down right here. Just to feel him wrap his arms around you and comfort you.
“Y/N,” Neteyam’s gaze softens at the tremble in your voice, “I can’t lose you.”
“This is why I didn’t want you to -” you stop yourself before you say something hurtful. It’s really not his fault that you gave in to this fantasy of being his, “Please. Move.”
It’s only a second of hesitation on his side but it’s just enough to give you an opening. You charge past him into the water, your ilu already waiting. The cool water rushes over you, as you swim ahead, determined to get as far from him as you can. You hear his voice call out to you.
“I’m not letting you go there alone!”
The death of Tulkun has only added to your fears of the sky demons targeting the Metkayina. Your nightmares have become more frequent. It’s the same one, every night,  and you just can't wait anymore for another sign from Eywa. You need to figure out for yourself what happened to your home, and to your sister.
When Neteyam caught you sneaking at night, it wasn’t hard to guess that you were trying to leave the perimeters of the village. Of course, he is worried about your safety. You'll be alone in the open water, with the sky demons lurking nearby, looking for their next prey. What if they spot you before you can hide? What if they catch you? He’s not going to lose you right after he spilled his heart out to you. It’s not fair.
It’s still dark out, as you swim ahead, following your instincts. You can sense that Neteyam is close behind but you don’t acknowledge him. You're determined to see this through.
︵‿︵‿︵‿︵
As the sun rises, you and Neteyam arrive at the village. You can feel your heart sink at the sight of what remains of it. It’s hardly recognizable: everything you knew and loved has disappeared into smoldering ruins.
You unlink from your ilu, taking a few steps further. Even the sand underneath your feet seems to be dark gray from the fire. Your eyes roam over the burnt structures of the old maruis and the pieces of clothes and weapons scattered on the ground, showing how little regard the sky demons had for your Na'vi.
You feel the weight of guilt and anger welling up inside and crushing down on you, as you continue walking. You stop when you step closer to the remains of a marui where your sister and her mate used to stay. It was easy to tell apart from the others: as the leaders of the clan, they used to have a big home. You were always jealous of all the space they had, which from the very beginning was destined for the children they were going to have. Streams of tears rush down your face, and you can’t help the sobs threatening to close up your throat.
Neteyam, who was right behind you all this time, gently rests his hand on your shoulder. You turn around, desperately burying your face in his chest. He holds you tightly, with his hands on your back, running them up and down in a comforting motion. He feels his own heart breaking at the sound of your crying.
It takes you a long time before you can pull away from his arms, ready to face the reality again. Neteyam asks if you want to go back but you can only shake your head. Not until you know the fate of the Tree of Souls. It was the sacred place where your clan used to go to pray, hidden away in an underwater cave, on the far edge of the island. The Tree was still small, still growing, but it was the only source of light in the darkness. You pray that its secrecy has kept it safe from destruction.
You pull Neteyam by the hand, leading him towards the cave. The once bright and lively colors of the plants now seem dull. As you dive in, a faint light catches your eyes. The Tree of Souls. Quickly, you swim to it, desperate to feel its warmth and connection to Eywa. But the light the Tree radiates is too weak, barely breaking the darkness around it. You cover your mouth with your hands, in shock. Behind you, Neteyam squeezes your shoulder, as you bring out your queue to the Tree, ready to cling to it. You close your eyes, focusing on your bond, and ask the Great Mother for guidance.
︵‿︵‿︵‿︵
When your eyes flutter open, you find yourself back on the familiar beach. Your village looks just as it did in the past, with all of the maruis standing in place, untouched.
“Y/N?” you hear your sister’s voice, as she appears in front of you with a warm smile. This can’t be real.
You shake your head in denial, as tears fill up your eyes. With the signs you received from Eywa, deep down you had hoped that she wouldn’t be here. That somehow she had survived and just ran away to live somewhere else. That she hadn’t died for you.
But there she was. Gracing you with the warmest smile and wrapping you in the tightest hug. Wearing the headpiece that you helped her decorate, when she was first pronounced the Tsahik of Ta'unui. It was the happiest day.
“Why are you crying?” she asks, pulling away to look at you.
“I missed you,” you sniff.
“I missed you too,” she cups your face lovingly.
Although your nightmare threatens to repeat itself, you allow her to guide you towards the water without objection. It’s crystal clear and the sky is cloudless. You’re not scared that she may let go of your hand anymore. Together you swim, holding hands, and admiring the depths of the sea. As you both dive deeper, you come across a cluster of yellow plants that glow, breathing in and out.
“I want to lay here someday,” she gestures, and the realization hits you. This is how the water takes, claims the dead.
Heavy-hearted, you get back to the beach with her, stretching out on the sand. You wish you could stay with her. Just the two of you.
“Are you happy?” she asks you, “It seems like you’re letting the bad thoughts consume you.”
“You know me too well, sister,” you smile, “I don’t know how to start again after losing everything.”
“You just have to accept that you can never bring the past back,” she responds thoughtfully, “What scares you?”
“I’ve met someone… And I’m scared to promise myself to him. I don’t think I can make him happy.”
“Well, why?” she urges you to open up. You can only shake your head, feeling the weight of guilt crushing you. “Is he kind?” she prompts.
“He is, he has the kindest heart.”
“Is he patient?”
“Too much for his own good,” you chuckle.
“Does he love you?”
“He does,” you wince.
“I don’t see what scares you, Y/N,” she smiles proudly, “You deserve happiness. Leave the past behind you.”
“But what about you?” you frown, feeling like she is slipping away from you.
“I will be the happiest when you are too, tsmuke.”
︵‿︵‿︵‿︵
When you swim back up, you spot Neteyam sitting on the flat rocks, inside the cave. You catch his attention right away.
“Are you alright?” he leans in, helping you out of the water, “You were in there for a long time.”
“I am… the nightmare was a sign from Eywa,” you breathe out, taking a seat by him, “I think there was a burial ceremony the night when I first saw it. The Ta'unui who lived gave their final prayers to the fallen before leaving here.”
“Is she with Eywa now?” he asks carefully, and you nod, “I’m so sorry, Y/N.”
“It’s alright,” you sigh with a small smile, “I’m just happy I saw her.”
Neteyam embraces you tightly. You’re not sure if it’s meant to comfort you or himself but you’re pleased, feeling him so close to you. You tug at his queue lightly, signaling him to pull away.
“What is it?” he asks.
“I want to ask Eywa for a blessing,” you smile at him, nuzzling his face, “I want to be promised to you forever.”
︵‿︵‿︵‿︵
As you make your way back home, you and Neteyam exchange giddy laughs, when he occasionally circles around your ilu, playfully teasing you. This newfound feeling of Neteyam being yours makes you overwhelmed with your love for him. Though you both agreed to wait, you were blessed by the Great Mother and that was all that mattered.
Suddenly, Neteyam stops and puts his fingers to his ear, listening in. Annoyance flickers across his face before he touches his necklace.
“Get away from there, as fast as you can Lo’ak,” he growls, “We’ll be there soon. I don’t care, tell father right now.”
You watch with concern, as Neteyam takes off at lightning speed. You barely manage to keep up with him, urging your ilu to swim faster.
“It’s Lo’ak,” Neteyam shouts, unwilling to slow down, “He went to warn Payakan about the Tulkun’s death, but Payakan has been marked.”
“Is he okay?” you ask worried.
“He’s trying to get it out. But the skxwang brought everyone with him. Kiri, Tsireya, Ao’nung, and even Tuk followed them,” Neteyam shakes his head in frustration.
You swim faster and faster, when finally, you can spot Payakan, with the silhouettes of your friends, standing on its back. Neteyam takes off and helps them right away but you fall back, when another movement catches your eyes. A large ship is approaching and quickly coming into view.
“”Teyam,” you shout, swimming to them, “They’re here!”
Everyone's heads turn in the direction you point. As the ship gets closer, it seems to grow in size, and your voice catches in your throat. Neteyam quickly takes charge, rushing everyone back to their ilus.
“We’re swimming back now, sir,” he presses on his necklace, “Roger that.”
“Is that your dad? What is he saying?” you ask him.
“They’re getting ready to attack. But we have to leave now.”
︵‿︵‿︵‿︵
“Y/N, help!” you hear Lo’ak’s voice, as you catch a sight of him on the ilu, with Neteyam laid over his knees.
It seems like just a moment ago, you were helping free Tuk and Tsireya, urging them to retreat to the shore with you, as the Metkayina battled the sky demons. Despite your pleas, Lo'ak picked up a weapon and charged into the explosions. Neteyam shook his head before picking up a weapon himself.
“Neteyam, please,” you pulled him by his hand, “Don’t go there.”
“Don’t worry, just get Tuk to safety,” Neteyam squeezed your hand in his, “I’ll be right behind you, you won’t even notice.”
“But Neteyam -” he shutted you with a kiss, before pulling away with a smile.
“Go, now,” he rushed at you, disappearing into the battle.
You shouldn’t have let him go. Panic and fear overwhelm you, as you try to help Lo’ak and his human friend get Neteyam to the land. Your heart drops when you see red running out of his chest.
"Y/N, he’s been shot!” Lo'ak's voice breaks through your thoughts.
Immediately, you kneel down, Tsireya joining you to examine him. Neteyam barely keeps his eyes open, as you take in a deep wound on his chest, blood gushing out of it. You can’t see the bullet.
“‘Teyam! You’re fine,” you touch his face.
“What do we do?” Lo’ak asks panicked.
“I’m going to get my mom,” Tsireya stands up but Lo’ak pulls her back by her hand.
“Ronal is out there fighting.”
“You’re the tsakarem, you must help him,” you almost hiss at Tsireya.
Neteyam lets out a weak cough, clearly hurting. You press your fingers onto his wound, trying to apply more pressure. You can feel the warmth of the blood seeping through your fingers, and press down harder, almost trying to force it back. You can’t lose him now. Not right after you found him.
“Hey, hey, stay with me,” you beg him, tears filling up your eyes, “Tsireya, help me.”
Tsireya complies right away, helping you apply pressure down on Neteyam’s chest.
“Go to Tsahik’s room and find the blue balm she keeps by the wall. And bring back as many bandages as you can,” she tells Lo’ak, then turns to you with a whisper, “I don’t want to scare Tuk, but we must get the bullet out.”
You take a quick look at Tuk, wrapped up in her own arms, crying. You have forgotten she was here with you, watching her big brother suffer in pain. Your heart aches for her.
“Ma‘Teyam, are you with me?”
“Y/N,” Neteyam breathes out, a weak smile on his face. His hand cups your cheek, and you immediately cover his with yours, smearing the blood all over you, “I want to go home.”
“You’re not going anywhere without me anymore, you hear that?” you force yourself to smile through your tears.
From the corner of your eye, you notice Lo’ak and his friend returning back, and Tsireya rushes to him to take the supplies. They flee, as she takes a seat by you again, then brings out her knife. She starts speaking to you, as if she wants you to do something but you can’t really hear her. And your mind takes you to a bad place.
︵‿︵‿︵‿︵
“Y/N,” Tsireya’s voice sounds far away, “I need you to help”
Everything unraveling around you seems to pass in a blur. One moment, you see little Tuk by Neteyam’s unconscious body, with her small hands pressing over his chest. Your eyes take in a knife, covered in blood, with its sharp tip poking through the blood with quick careful motions. Then, Tsireya throws the knife away, as her fingers dig into the wound. Your eyes widen as she pulls out a bullet, covered in thick blood.
“I got it, Y/N,” Tsireya’s voice snaps you back into reality, “But I think he’s doing worse.”
You only nod and lean in to check Neteyam's breathing, but there's no sign of life. Frantically, you search for his pulse, but again, nothing. When you press your ear to his chest, straining to hear any sound, your heart races. It's like searching for a glimmer of light in the dark depths of the ocean, but at last, you hear the faintest heartbeat.
This weak, fragile beat is all that matters to you. Like a drug, it floods your veins with a surge of adrenaline, tuning out every bad thought and emotion. You quickly spring into action, now overtaking Tuk’s responsibility, as you tear a piece of your cloth to start cleaning his wound.
“Y/N, his lungs are giving out,” Tsireya voices her concern, as she thoroughly applies a thick scoop of the blue balm to the wound. “If he doesn’t start breathing on his own soon, this is pointless.”
“I know… I know what to do,” you mumble, thinking back on the chest compressions Neteyam performed on Kiri when she was struggling to breathe, “But we need to wrap this very tightly.”
Doubts flood your mind as you begin the compressions, questioning whether you are counting correctly or making the injury worse. Tsireya checks his pulse but shakes her head every time, and you feel a sense of disappointment overwhelming you. You refuse to give up. He just needs a push.
“Neteyam!” you shout, pressing on his chest in an already familiar rhythm, “Don’t leave me!”
Tears stream down your face as you press your mouth to his, willing him to take in more air. Suddenly, you feel a slight movement underneath you, and when you pull away, Neteyam coughs weakly and takes a small breath through his mouth.
As you notice his chest slowly rising and falling, you let out a cry of happiness, thanking the Great Mother for helping you. You repeat your prayers over and over again, as if in a trance, while holding his hand. Eventually the chaos around you dies down, and everything turns dark.
︵‿︵‿︵‿︵
It takes you a few seconds to adjust your eyes to the bright light. As memories of the previous night appear to you, you jolt up looking for Neteyam, and realize that you had fallen asleep by his side.
His eyes are closed, face peaceful, bandage tightly wrapping his chest. Your heart picks up a beat, as you carefully lean in to check his breathing. When you feel a weak breeze on your skin, you pull away with relief. Your eyes roam around the big marui, finding the rest of his family scattered around, asleep. Even Tsireya’s here, her head resting on Lo’ak’s shoulder. When your gaze meets Neytiri's, you notice the dark circles under her eyes indicating sleeplessness or tears, or both.
Quietly, she walks over to you and kneels down beside her son, cradling his cheek lovingly. You see her eyes glisten, as she then leans in to wrap you in her motherly embrace. A small sob escapes your lips, feeling consumed by her warmth.
“Shh, my child,” she whispers, gently wiping away your tears, “Neteyam is strong. Eywa has heard you.”
Your heart fills with gratitude for her words. Despite seeing her son like this, she finds enough strength for the both of you. Together you stay by Neteyam’s side, watching his chest rise and fall with each weak breath.
Eventually, the rest of the family wakes up, one by one checking on Neteyam.
“He will be awake soon,” Ronal confirms her prior reading, earning a grateful look from Jake.
You catch a proud smile settle on her face, as she watches Tsireya carefully switching the old bandages, consumed in her work. You feel infinitely thankful to have Tsireya by your side.
︵‿︵‿︵‿︵
The dynamics between the Sully family changed overnight. You notice how Jake and Neytiri suddenly seem even warmer, holding each other and their kids lovingly, afraid to lose them. Despite guilt eating away at Lo’ak, he feels accepted once embraced by his father. Kiri and Neytiri seem to understand each other without exchanging a word. While you find Tuk clinging herself to you and Tsireya, her newfound admiration for you evident in the way she sought your attention.
When Neytiri and Jake send the kids off to eat and bring something for them too, you protest to stay at the marui with them. The thought of leaving Neteyam’s side even for a moment makes you shudder.
Instead, as advised by Ronal, you start praying to Eywa again.
“Y/N, Eywa has heard you already,” Jake says, putting his hand on your shoulder in comfort, “Take a break, kid.”
“But what if she hasn’t? Ronal said he would be awake soon but he isn’t waking up,” your voice is desperate, “I am scared.”
“This is his battle to fight,” Neytiri adds, her voice low, “He is the first son of Toruk Makto, born to lead clans, to protect. Neteyam was destined to be strong, you have to trust him.”
“He’ll be alright,” Jake pats your back, offering comfort.
You nod, quietly agreeing. There really wasn’t a reason for you to behave like this, with his parents in the room. And they are right. Neteyam always does his best, you just have to be patient.
“Were you with Neteyam yesterday?” Neytiri suddenly asks, curiously observing your face.
“What?” you’re caught off guard. Is she implying the morning of?
“Yesterday, Neteyam disappeared. And when Lo’ak was with Payakan, he told us that you and Neteyam were coming from the East,” she slowly elaborates, as she pieces the bits together.
“Why were you coming from the East?” Jakes fixes his eyes on you, waiting for an explanation.
You avoid looking at any of them, hesitant to respond. You knew for sure that if Neteyam hadn't been lying with a wound in his chest right now, Jake would be already scolding him for venturing outside the village perimeters at night. You swallow the lump in your throat, feeling pressured to tell them. Yikes.
“We went back to my village,” you blurt out, “I didn’t want anyone to know where I was going, but Neteyam caught me sneaking out. He couldn’t convince me to stay, so he just came with me to make sure I was safe.”
The two of them listen to you quietly but you can already see disappointment covering Jake’s face. Neytiri’s expression is unreadable, and you wonder if they’re angry at you for putting their son in danger.
“Look, I know it was risky and stupid but I had to see what remained of my home,” your voice breaks, as you continue to justify yourself, “And the two of us were very cautious. Seriously, we were completely fine -”
“It’s alright, kid,” Jake interrupts you, his gaze softening, “Did you find what you were looking for?”
You nod affirmatively, noticing a small spreading across Neytiri's face. She regards you with approval, as if what you told them has impressed her. It's the same look she gave you when you went hunting together.
“You’re not going to get mad at Neteyam, right?” you ask Jake, knowing how upset Neteyam gets when scolded by his father.
“I couldn’t think of anyone braver and kinder than Neteyam to go with you,” Jake smiles, and you feel relieved.
“Something is different about you. Your spirit,” Neytiri points out.
“I got the answers to my questions from the Great Mother. I feel content,” you nod your head, confirming her words. She hums.
“Y/N, we are very grateful to both you and Tsireya,” Jake’s thanks you sincerely, “You saved my son.”
“Really, like I said, it was mostly her -” you try to oppose but another voice interrupts you.
“Your voice was the thing that kept me alive, Y/N,” it’s so low and husky, weak. Neteyam.
Your heart skips a beat when your eyes catch his golden ones, looking back at you with the already familiar, already addictive warmth. All three of you are suddenly overwhelmed with joy, as you lean in and begin to examine him, holding his face, his hands, his thighs, whatever you can get your hands on.
“You’re awake,” you let out, already feeling tears dwelling in your eyes.
Neytiri beams at her son, squeezing his hand in hers, as if his life depends on it. You give some  space for Jake to sit closer to Neteyam.
“I am feeling better, don’t worry about me,” Neteyam forces a smile to calm their unsettling reactions.
“Thank you, Great Mother,” Neytiri says, looking up, and you can hear Jake repeating after her quietly.
Neteyam catches your eye, his own crinkling in the corners. But there’s something playful about his expression, like he’s trying to hold back a laugh.
“You scared the hell out of me, Neteyam,” you nag him, and earn back a weak chuckle.
Your blood boils at how angry you suddenly feel. Angry at how careless he was. At how he didn’t listen to you, didn’t trust your instincts. At how now he’s treating his poor parents’ reactions as something funny.
“You think it’s funny?”
“It’s not funny, I’m sorry,” Neteyam shakes his head, as he reaches his hand to you, offering peace, “Mother, father, forgive me please.”
“Glad to see you, son,” Jake pats his head, approvingly.
You can’t remain angry, as you look at his hand outstretched, waiting for yours. Slowly, you move close to him, giving him your hand. He squeezes it with a soft smile. You can’t help but smile back.
“Neteyam!” Tuk’s excited shriek interrupts you, as she runs up to her brother, almost falling onto him.
You laugh at her reaction, as Neteyam struggles to hug her back, and her hands almost choke him around the neck. Lo’ak and Kiri step into the room next, their eyes widening when they see their older brother. Deciding to give them a moment, you step out of the marui with a relieved smile.
When you take a seat by the wall, you feel somebody sit down next to you. You don’t have to check to know that it’s Jake.
“You know, I owe you for the rest of my life for saving Neteyam,” he pauses, then tries to joke, “How many of mine have you saved already? Two?”
“Exactly, two,” giddy, you play along by holding up two fingers, “Came really close to three with Lo’ak a few times but then Neteyam took over.”
“Wow. Either you’re really great, or my children just desperately want to give me a heart attack.”
“You should be happy that I hang around them so often,” you earn a throaty laugh from Jake, before his expression turns serious again.
“But really, Y/N…”
“I know, you don’t have to,” you interrupt him, “I care for your family too. Even if it sounds strange, given my past opinions.”
“Past?” Jake quirks his eyebrow at you, “That trip to your village really turned things around for you, huh?”
“It did,” you nod.
“And I’m guessing that he finally confessed to you?” he catches you off guard with his question.
“Neteyam told you?” you ask. Jake hums, “What did you think?”
“Does it matter?”
“It does to me.”
“Well,” Jake looks into the distance, “I thought it would be great if you returned his feelings.”
“But why? I wasn’t exactly nice to you,” you’re really confused.
“You were okay,” he smirks, finding your reaction amusing, “And kind of made a great point about me.”
“I don’t get it,” you chuckle in disbelief, “So you think I was right to put the blame on you?”
“I do,” he nods his head, “You were just the first one to say it to my face. Even I couldn't do that.”
“But I was wrong,” you shake your head, hoping that he’s only teasing you. Nothing about his expressions hints at that, “You know that the demons would invade our islands sooner or later, right? I heard about what happened with Vitraya Ramunong.”
“Yet, I was the one to lure them here,” he adds.
“I don’t understand. You were protecting your family.”
“I know. But it’s not over.”
You pause, confused, examining his face. Jake looks almost defeated, like he has accepted it, and has been living with it for a long time. You feel your stomach turn, as you recognize the nagging feeling of guilt. Feeling of being at fault. Like you didn’t deserve this life, while others suffered for you.
“You think they will come back for you?” you ask quietly, dreading his answer.
“I know they will,” he meets your eyes, his eyebrows tied inwards, “But I won’t let them hurt anybody else again.”
“What are you going to do?”
Jake doesn’t answer, instead staring off into the distance, deep in his thoughts. You think you know the answer already, everything alludes to your first conversation with him. But you don’t want to say it. Don’t really want to think about it either.
“Y/N, can you come in?” Neytiri interrupts your moment, as she leans against the entrance, “Neteyam wants to see you.”
“Sure,” you stand up. You exchange a knowing look with Jake, and try to push the bad thoughts away before walking in.
As Neytiri rushes her children out of the marui to give you some space, you catch a hushed exchange between Lo’ak and Kiri.
“You’re delusional, Lo’ak.”
“They came for us together, you idiot.”
Neteyam lies in a sit-up position, his back leaning against the wall. He smiles, as you sit next to him, his hand immediately taking yours.
“Missed me?” you tease him. Neteyam rolls his eyes before his lips stretch into a smile.
“Of course I did.”
He pulls you gently towards him, bringing his other hand to your face. You stop breathing in anticipation for his lips to touch yours. Instead, he nuzzles your cheek with his nose.
“What if your family sees?” you whisper, closing your eyes.
“Let them.”
You pull away to read his face. He looks tired but his eyes are brighter than ever. A playful smile sneaks onto his face, before he speaks.
“They must know by now anyway. Tuk likes to blabber.”
“Oh, right,” you recall the kiss he gave you on the ship. Both Tsireya and Tuk saw you.
You lean in again, cupping his cheek. Your thumb slowly traces the dark blue stripe on his cheekbone, disappearing into his braids. Neteyam closes his eyes under your touch, and it makes your heart flutter. You kiss him softly, gently. Afraid that if you press your lips against his any harder, he will break into pieces. It doesn’t take long for him to reciprocate, his arms sneaking around your waist and pulling you closer.
Smitten by the taste of his lips, you feel the urge to hold him. You rest your palms on his chest, feeling the bandage touch your skin, and before you can’t register, you involuntarily press against him. Neteyam moans into your lips with a mix of pain and pleasure. Immediately, you pull away, examining the damage. He looks fine.
“I’m sorry,” you breathe out.
“It’s alright, come here,” he opens his arm, encouraging you to sit by his side.
Carefully you nuzzle against his side, his arm draping over your shoulder. The tiredness from your sleepless night and the lack of food, makes you a little dizzy, and as you close your eyes, you eventually doze off.
︵‿︵‿︵‿︵
You shift slightly in your position, hearing hushed whispers next to you. You recognize Jake and Neteyam but it takes you some time to start making out their words. You don’t open your eyes, pretending to be asleep.
“Lo’ak said we won?”
“Yeah, kind of,” Jake’s voice is hesitant.
“So, that man is dead?”
“He is.”
There is a small pause before Jake speaks.
“I’m very proud of you, son.”
“Thank you, dad,” Neteyam’s tone is shy.
“And I think you chose very well,” you can’t see it but you can feel Jake’s eyes pointing at you. Neteyam shakes slightly underneath you, letting out a low chuckle.
“I know, Eywa blessed us.”
“Eywa?” Jake asks, “Oh, that’s good. That’s good.”
Another pause.
“Son, I knew that I would have to talk to you about this one day, yet I am caught off guard,” Jake admits, a hint of fear evident in his voice. You wonder where he's taking this. Maybe you should pretend to wake up to give them privacy?
“Why?”
“Well…” Jake breathes out loudly, “You know that even after getting Eywa’s blessing, you two can still take your time. I mean, there are other things you can do to… give each other pleasure.”
“Dad, please don’t -” you can feel the blood rushing to Neteyam’s face in embarrassment. You hold yourself back from cringing.
“I’m just saying. You don’t have to feel pressured to mate right away. Having kids this young can be too much,” Jake lowers his voice, “I want you to know about the -”
“I know, I know, dad, please stop explaining,” Neteyam pleads, as you silently pray for this conversation to end.
“Are you sure?”
“Yes, the guys talk. Like a lot,” Neteyam’s tone turns even more embarrassed, as he admits.
“Alright then,” you hear Jake stand up, “I guess this went better than I imagined.”
“You mean it was supposed to be worse?” Neteyam mumbles underneath his breath. You try your best to force down the giggle forming in your chest.
︵‿︵‿︵‿︵
As you look down on the water, soaring high in the sky, you feel heavy-hearted. You hold tighter to Neteyam, looking around at the rest of the Sully’s, each on their ikrans, maintaining similar speed. Your eyes intuitively search for Lo’ak, feeling the most saddened for him to part ways with Tsireya and his soul-brother, Payakan. Even if temporarily.
“Don’t worry, Lo’ak, we will be back until they even get to miss you,” Jake raises his voice for him to hear. Lo’ak doesn’t react.
“Come on, brother, you know she’ll wait for you,” Kiri adds, her voice filled with empathy.
Sully's human friend, Spider, is seated behind Kiri, his small hands tight around her middle. You haven’t particularly taken a liking to him but Neteyam says he is a good friend. Besides, he will play a big role in Jake’s plan.
It wasn’t hard to guess what the plan exactly was. From the second you had your conversation with Jake, you knew that whatever he had been planning in the past few months was now a definite decision in his head. Unlike the rest of his family, you were prepared for the day when  he announced that he and his family were leaving the Metkayina clan for the time being. And if the possibility presents, and the Sully’s can return safely, without endangering the clan, then Jake hopes to be welcomed back and stay permanently. Kindly, Tonowari agreed, wishing Eywa to accompany the Great Toruk Makto in his pursuit.
There wasn’t much arguing from his family, when they first found out. Of course, they were upset to leave yet another home behind, but they trusted this to be the best solution. Even Lo’ak, who was the most heartbroken by this, eventually gave up on protesting. Wherever the family goes, he has to follow.
Their human friend had a tracker in his mask. And knowing that he now joined the Sully’s, Jake guessed that it wouldn’t be long until he gets attacked again. So his plan was to make a demonstrative exit, flying away from the water, over the uninhabited, wild jungles of Pandora, until somewhere along the way, he would remove and drop the tracker. You would continue your journey, until completely hidden from the sky people, and live for a little while by yourselves. No communications with the human-friends from the labs. No interactions with other clans. Just the family. And, if everything goes according to plan, Jake hopes to return back to Metkayina, where his children felt accepted.
“Just think about it, brother. By the time we return, you will be a man. Even the Olo'eyktan will see you in a different light,” Neteyam turns his face to Lo’ak, “You will make no effort to make Tsireya choose you again.”
Despite the words of encouragement, you feel the heaviness hanging over Lo’ak. It must be hard to be patient, leaving behind not only a soul brother you found but also a girl you love.
Despite the words of encouragement, the heaviness of the moment is palpable. You can feel the sadness emanating from everyone, as they all look back on the water, flying on the backs of your ikrans.
Seated behind Neteyam, you hold onto his middle tighter, reminding yourself of how lucky you were to be taken with him. You nuzzle your face into his back, seeking comfort. Neteyam stretches his arm, patting you on the thigh.
"I see you," he says, loud enough for only you to hear. A rush of warmth spreads through your body, knowing that he truly does see you.

So, I know this might sound super awkward, or maybe not, but can you please write a platonic yandere Alastor and reader. The reader could be a very close friend or even someone Alastor views as his child (and no they don't have to be related). I'm not super picky about this if you do write it. Thank you for reading this.

Ever since you were a child, you used to play with the boy next doors
He was well behaved yet meek and seemed almost fragile
He always sported new bruises and cuts whenever you saw him but you never gave it too much thought, you were only 8 at the time after all
Your mothers, just like you, became very good friends so sleep overs was a monthly must, not that you complained
Alastor was always fun to hang out with
After the mysterious death of Alastor's father, the young lad started slowly emerging from his shell
He was more confident, daring and ready to take on the world
When both your and his parents passed, you decided to move together
It was easier that way and you could emotionally support the other when needed, not to mention you could talk to each other whenever you wanted
You soon became close and comfortable with each other enough, to consider the other family
You even started calling Alastor your big brother
It wasn’t long after your new living arrangements were agreed upon that you started noticing little unexplainable details
How he went out at outrageous hours during the night
How you never saw him come back
How he was often injured (though thankfully it was never anything serious)
How you suddenly had piles upon piles of meat which you never saw him buy
How he never allowed you into the basement, having secured it with three different locks to prevent you from going in
And so, one night you decided to secretly observe what he was up to
It was a mistake that cost you your life
When an armed man who was supposed to be Alastors next victim pointed his weapon at him, your body moved on its own to shield him
The next thing you knew, you woke up in a place with blood red sky
It took you several weeks, maybe even months to get accustomed to your new way of life
It wasn’t too bad
You found work at the Happy Hotel ran by the Princess of Hell as a receptionist
Charlie was a very friendly and kind soul
So was Vaggie, once she stopped being suspicious of you and accepting that you had no bad intentions
And Angel Dust, well he was a bundle of energy, always up and around
But something was not right, and it left you feeling hollow every night when you went to bed, missing your home and missing your brother
•❅─────────────────✧❅✦❅✧─────────────────❅•
“Hey Vaggie!”
Charlie exclaimed, running from the front door towards me, Angel and Vaggs as we were sitting on a couch in the hall.
“The Radio demon is at the door!”
She motioned with her hands and made an overly stretched smile appear on her face. One could tell simply from her eyes that she was nervous as all Hell. Whoever this Radio demon was, he must have been a frightening character.
“Well, don’t let him in!”
Charlie went back as her girlfriend explained to me and Angel who exactly they were talking, how he got the nickname and why he was so feared down here. Scary stuff, I tell you. It made me want to run up the stairs towards my room when I saw an outline of an unfamiliar demon walk inside. Vaggie quickly took her spear and decided to go help with whatever was happening. I decided to try distracting myself with talking to Angel who was slouching next to me, his head resting on my thighs. That is, until a strange shadowy figure pulled him down.
“(Y/N) my dearest, I finally found you!”
I turned around only to come face to face with a deer demon dressed all in red with cute little antlers on his head. His voice was staticky, yet strangely familiar despite the fact I was more than sure I’ve never seen him before.
“Uhm... Do I know you sir?”
The shadow disappeared along with the strange (satanic?) symbols that were floating around.
“My oh my, do you not recognise your beloved older brother?”
He inquired, bending forward so that he would be on the same eye level.
“I’m sorry for being so late, little dove. Finding the person who killed you and torturing him ever so slowly for hurting my precious little sister took much longer than I anticipated, but rest easy. I avenged you accordingly and now, with my power, I will protect you no matter what.”
I was embraced by the man, closing my eyes and letting tears of happiness for reuniting with Alastor trinkle down my cheeks.
“Big brother...”
You finally found the missing piece, or more so it found you. All you knew was that you were finally home.

“Mommy! Hurry up!” Wren said, dragging Jose behind her, “Auntie Nat twell her!”
Natasha only laughed and walked next to Jose. They were on their way from the parking lot to the tarmac for the airshow. Jake was set to be flying and Wren was begging to go see it. Although, Jose tried to normally stay away from Airshows in general just in case someone certain was there.
“So, I have some news,” Nat whispered to Jose.
“Oh?”
Natasha just smiled and twisted her wedding ring, something Jose noticed the female pilot did when she was a little anxious. Her and Jake got married two years prior in a small ceremony on the beach. Not to big and fussy, as both of them wanted simple friends and family. A certain Blue Angels pilot was not able to attend, so Coyote was Jake’s best man while Jose was the maid of honor, with little baby Wren as a little flower girl. It was beautiful and simple and perfect.
“You can’t tell anyone yet,” Phoenix stated, “But I’m pregnant.”
Jose stopped in her tracks, much to Wren’s dismay who let out a little wail and tried with all of her might to pull her mom forward.
“Oh my god, Nat!”
“Are you mad? I know you-”
“Mad? Oh my god no, I’m so happy for you!” Jose exclaimed, hugging the other woman, “Does Jake know yet?”
Natasha shook her head, “No I haven’t found the time to tell him yet.”
“How far along?”
“Six weeks? I think? I have a doctors appointment next week to confirm,” She explained, “But I’m so scared to tell Jake. We’ve talked about kids, but not yet.”
“Well, I’m assuming you weren’t using anything?” Jose asked carefully.
“We weren’t trying,” Nat swore, “But we weren’t not trying.”
Jose couldn’t help but laugh. That sounded like the most Jake and Natasha thing.
“I want Gampa Mav and Nenny,” Wren whined, snapping the two women out of their hug.
“Okay, let’s go munchkin.”
Wren was dressed in little combat boots, one of the flight jackets that Jose bought for her before she was born, and a pink tutu. She looked like a little combat princess as she strutted in front of Jose and Nat.
For a nearly four year old, she had a lot of personality. Maybe too much for her own good. But Jose loved her daughter with all of her heart. There wasn’t a thing in this world that she wouldn’t do for her.
“Thank you for coming today,” Nat nudged Jose with her shoulder, “I know it means a lot to Jake to have you guys here for this.”
Jake was set to be a part of a super important Legacy flight, one of the only f-18 pilots chosen. He couldn’t stop talking about it for weeks prior. Jose wasn’t sure if she’d ever seen him so excited for something related to work before.
“We couldn’t miss it,” Jose shrugged, “Wren wouldn’t let me.”
“Mama we see Unca Yake?” Wren asked.
Jose couldn’t help but smile at the way that Wren said Uncle Jake. They were still working on her speech, but the little munchkin was getting better and better every day.
“Yeah sweetheart, we’ll see him soon, I promise,” Jose replied, “But let’s find Gampa Mav and Nenny first, okay?”
She nodded enthusiastically and wiggled a little in Jose’s arms. Little Florence loved Maverick and Penny, now lovingly known and Gampa Mav and Nenny. They stepped right into the role of grandparents to Wren without a second thought. They were there to support Wren and Jose with no questions asked, even after Jose forced Braldey to leave.
They never once asked what happened between the two of them. Instead they just loved Jose and her little daughter with all of their hearts.
“Gampa Mav!” Wren wiggled out of Jose’s arms and took off running towards the older pilot, “Nenny! Auntie ‘Melia!”
“Shit,” Jose cursed, chasing after her little girl.
Wren jumped into Mav’s arms, hugging the older man as tightly as she could. Mav laughed and hugged her back, not seeming to notice the fact that the little girl ran off without her mother. Penny was a little more attentive and scowled at the little girl as best as she could.
“Wren, what have I told you?” Jose was out of breath as soon as she reached them, “You need to stay with me!”
“But I saw Gampa Mav and Nenny.” The little girl blinked up at her mother, not seeming to understand.
“You can’t run off-”
“Mav! There you are!”
Jose froze. She didn’t dare turn to look at the source of the voice. A noise escaped her, sounding like a small wounded animal. She didn’t even check to see if they were going to be here today. Normally she checked every air show, but Jake was so excited that she was going to come and bring Wren.
“Bradley,” Mav said, handing Wren over to Phoenix who finally caught up, “Didn’t expect to see you until later.”
“I had a second and saw you guys over here.”
Wren looked at Bradley with wide eyes. He was in his blue and gold flight suit, looking like a hero in his own way. Wren was mesmerized by any pilots. She loved planes, and the people that flew them.
“You fwy pwanes?”
Bradley was stunned for a second. He finally realized who was standing next to Mav and Penny. She looked so different, and yet exactly the same. Her hair was longer, and she was thinner than he’d ever seen her. So much so it made him wonder if she was eating enough. But he didn’t have the right to worry about Josephine Wilson anymore, not when she kicked him out of her life.
“I uh-” He cleared his throat and directed his attention to the little girl in Phoenix’s arms.
Somehow it hadn’t occurred to him that this was the little baby he once loved with all of his heart. She was so much bigger, with wide eyes that mirrored her mother’s. She looked just like Jose. There’s no way that wasn’t her daughter. It made him want to cry. He loved her like a daughter and he missed out on so much of her life.
“Yeah, I do,” Bradley smiled at the little girl, forcing down the emotions. He leaned down so he was eye level with her, “See that blue and yellow plane over there?” he pointed down the way a little to where all of the Blue Angels were lined up, “That one is mine.”
“Woah,” She replied, “Auntie Nat can we go see?”
Nat carefully looked over at Jose, who still hadn’t allowed herself to look over at Bradley. Jose nodded quickly, watching as Nat along with Mav, Penny, and Amelia made their way towards the row of planes.
Jose swallowed the thick lump in her throat. She felt like she could cry. She always did her best to avoid Bradley at any event that the Blue Angels could be at. Jake always understood. He hated it, but he understood. She wanted to be mad at him for not warning her that he would be here today. She felt tricked and like her heart was going to explode.
“Jose.”
She closed her eyes and licked her dry lips before opening her eyes and turning to face him, “Hi Bradley.”
“It’s good to see you,” He said slowly, carefully even.
“Yeah, um, you too,” She replied, “You look good.”
“I am. Pensacola has been good for me,” He replied, voice sounding like gravel.
She nodded. She wasn’t sure what she expected him to say. What do you even say in a situation like this? How is she supposed to do this? How was she supposed to face Bradley, when all she wanted to do was be held by him again? She wanted to feel his lips on hers again. She wanted him more than she could dare to put into words.
“You look…nice,” Bradley had to force the words out. He wanted nothing more than to hold her.
“Try keeping up with a three year old, see how you look,” She responded quickly.
“No, I didn’t mean it like that. I genuinely meant you look nice.”
She looked down at her little sundress and sighed. She hated this feeling between them. This rift, the distance…whatever it was. She wanted to feel close to him again. But she didn’t know how she could ever feel close like she used to.
“She’s gotten so big,” Bradley was looking over his shoulder now, looking towards Wren, “She was so tiny when I left.
“Bradley about what I-”
“Bradshaw! Time to get ready.”
His eyes closed as he took a deep breath. His shoulders squared before his eyes opened again and he was back to being Rooster. He forced a smile and held out his hand for Jose to shake. How do you even shake hands with the man you’re still madly in love with?
“Nice to see you again, Josephine. Look for me in the skies.”
She wanted to say more. Wanted to beg for his forgiveness. Wanted to beg for him…just for him to give her a second chance. But he was gone before she had the chance. He disappeared into the crowd of people like a leaf disappears in the wind.
Jose was still holding her breath when Natasha came back to stand next to her, “Mav has Wren. Are you okay?”
Jose’s eyes started to water, “I didn’t realize how much I missed him. And then he’s right here and I can’t say any of the things that I want.”
“You’ll get your chance,” Natasha assured her, “Now c’mon, Jake is up next. Don’t want to miss him.”
Later that night, Jose was sitting in her bed alone. Wren was staying with Jake and Natasha tonight, so the house was silent. Jose didn’t quite know what to do with herself. So she poured a big glass of wine and settled in. What she didn’t expect was her phone pinging at eleven, with a text from a number she never expected to see again.
She found herself scurrying out of the bed and fumbling her way to the front door. Her breath was ragged as she threw the door open to reveal Bradley standing there. He looked too good to be true.
“Hey,” She said stupidly.
Bradley was on her in an instant, hands cradling her face, “Tell me you don’t want this.”
“I-” She took a second, “I want you. I always have.”
Then he was kissing her like she was the only thing that mattered in the whole world.

At First Sight
There was a field behind the junkyard, a wide-open space not yet overtaken by rusted car skeletons and twisted metal. The grass grew high above her head, and in the spring, bluebells and tiny purple flowers bloomed, peppering the space with joyful color.
She first saw him there, peeking at her through the tall grass. He was taller than the weeds, so much taller than she was; older too, by a few years, it seemed. But he was beautiful and she knew it.
She’d seen beautiful people in her nearly eight years on earth- her mother who had just died, and her younger sister who went with her. She’d seen mountains covered in autumn mist; country roads slicked with rain. She’d felt the sun in the desert; tracked a rainbow across the sky. There were so many pretty things in the world that she was just learning to appreciate, but she’d never seen something like him before.
She’d never seen green eyes that glowed golden in the sunlight, cheeks sparkled with freckles, hair a soft brown somewhere between straw and bark.
When he spoke, her cheeks heated up. When he grabbed her hand through the grass, her stomach flipped.
“What’s your name?” he asked, pulling her into a run through the brush.
“Y/N!” She laughed as he tugged her along, running so fast he nearly lifted her off her feet.
The sky was perfectly blue, not a cloud to be seen.
He looked back over his shoulder, face haloed by the June sun.
“I’m Dean,” he said with a smile.
They ran to the edge of the property, stopping short of where they weren’t allowed to go. There was a stream that hugged the line, a shallow creek, not more than ankle deep and wide enough for Dean to straddle with his bowed legs. He put one foot on either side and reached for her hand.
“Come on, it’s fun.”
Y/N hesitated, watching from the left bank.
“Daddy says I’m not to go past the water,” she explained, looking back toward the house. They were far enough away that the rickety roof wasn’t visible, but she knew the woods, she’d grown up running through Bobby’s legs, hiding in the car graveyard, lying in the warm grass.
Dean craned his neck to look around her. He shrugged. “Don’t see your dad anywhere.” Again, he reached for her and smiled. “I won’t tell if you don’t.”
Nervously, she took his hand and Dean helped her down into the riverbed. She toed off her grass-stained white Keds and chewed her lip.
“You sure you won’t get me in no trouble?”
He laughed sweetly and lifted a finger to his chest. “Cross my heart and hope to die!” He placed an X on his thread-worn tee and she gave in.
Her toes skirted the water and Dean helped her step over it.
“You shouldn’t hope to die,” she warned. “The ghosts might hear and come get you.”
They hopped to the other side and perched on a big rock, just wide enough for two children to sit on together. Their shoulders bumped and Y/N’s stomach twisted up funny again.
“Ain’t no ghosts here,” he assured her. “My dad would know. He’s the best hunter there is.”
Y/N squinted up at him, unsure.
“Besides,” Dean went on, bending to pick up a pebble near his foot. “You think Bobby would let his place be haunted? Bobby knows everythin’ about everythin’. No way he’d let some nasty ghost bother us. You’re safe.”
She crossed her arms over her chest, hugging her fear. “You sure, Dean?”
He tossed the pebble into the stream and a ripple pulsed over the surface.
“I’m sure.” Dean threw his arm around her shoulders and pulled her closer. “I’ll protect you. I promise.”
She didn’t know why, but she believed him. There was something about him that seemed magical, like he was a superhero or something. She sighed against him and put her head on his shoulder.
They sat and watched the water for a while. Now and then a leaf would float by, or a few tadpoles would appear. It was quiet and peaceful and the wind was warm.
When the daylight began to fade, they left the stream behind and stepped into the grass again. He held her hand and swatted away the weeds, making a path for them.
“Are you stayin’ up in the house?” she asked, hoping he wasn’t leaving anytime soon. It was boring being alone even though she found things to do, but with her dad off on a job, it had been just her and Uncle Bobby for a few weeks.
“Yeah. Just a few days. Gonna head to Kentucky next.”
“I’ve never been there.
Dean shrugged. “It’s OK.”
The grass gave way to gravel and Dean let her hand go once they could see the house in the distance.
“Have you been here a while?” he asked, sneakers kicking up dust as he shuffled beside her, hands jammed into his pockets.
She exhaled sadly and nodded. “Yeah. My mom just…and… and Jackie, my sister. They…”
Dean paused and turned, looking down at her and leaning on a broken Oldsmobile. “Mine too,” he said softly. “I mean, my mom- she uh- well, it was a long time ago.” He kicked at a stone and it rolled a few feet away.
“I’m sorry.”
He smiled gently. “It gets better after a while, ya know..”
Tears prickled her eyes, her bottom lip trembled. “Does it really?”
Dean looked away, pretending to count the row of cars to their right. “No,” he whispered. “Not really.”
An ache pulsed in her chest and she felt sorry for him, for both of them. She could see the tears in his eyes as surely as she felt her own, and she slipped her tiny hand in his, squeezing tight.
“We’ll be OK, Dean,” she said, trying her best to believe it. “You’ll see.”
Sniffling hard, he beat back the tears and took a breath.
“Hey, you smell that?”
Confused, she took a deep breath and her stomach growled loudly. “Burgers?”
He grinned. “Burgers!”
They ran through the junkyard, carefully maneuvering through the jagged steel and dodging each other as dusk settled over Sioux Falls.
She didn’t know why, but she felt like he was it. He was the thing that would keep her going, the friend she needed right then, get her through the pain and the confusion.
The boy with the green eyes.

I'm gonna make this post as condenaed and abridged brainrot to explain why Victor Frankenstein is my boy from 200 yr old media prompted by a tag question from @samathekittycat in a post I reblogged because that highjacking would've been too much
So. Basically every adaptation ever is way off, Victor in the og novel is a guy from a rich family, yes, but one that has it's own fucked up occurrences that shape him even though he says his life is the peak of idyllic and that can lead to really good character analysis
He becomes an alchemy fanatic at 13, completely obsesses over it, even harder when his father claims the whole subject to be trash and he's in general somewhat fascinated by natural occurrences as well, so he gets it into his head that he wants to change the world by attaining the alchemist dream of basically defeating death, and this is all exacerbated when he's about to be sent away to study in Ingolstadt at 17 and just days before his mother dies of an illness his cousin-sister-future wife (it's complicated, it's a whole mess with hiw mother's involvement too) contracted first, so his trip is delayed a bit, but he never really processes his grief and is not that interested in actual science at first until a professor he meets there validates the alchemists ambition and he starts to hyperfixate on science so bad he's surpassed his professors in 2 years, and with all this baggage, at 19, he decides he's going to decode the secrets of death basically, because as he sees it at this point, if applied enough in the right direction with a scientific method any mediocre man could change society
So he builds his creatire after 2 years of isolating himself completely to do it, so he finishes it at like 21, and the thing is, the guy basically did all of this in a hyperfocused state he started at 19 and influenced by All That Baggage and grief he has Not Processed, so he wasn't really thinking about the consequences of anything. So his creature opens its eyes and suddenly the weight and terror of everything falls upon him along with a good mix of uncanny valley, and he just. Collapses. He sleeps a bit, his creature's still there, and he's so scared he runs away from his dorm room and by chance meets with his bff who was back in Geneva with the rest of his family he hasn't talked to in 2 whole years, his creature sneaks out while this is happening, and when going back, Victor is so mentally collapsed and strained and also scared he mighr be called crazy that he's just glad that the creature's gone and enters a fragile state where he's just completely physically sick and done for for a Big While, he can't take care of himself anymore and can't even look at anything relatingnto science anymore
When he's getting better, he has to go back to Geneva because his brother died. Whoah-oh, it was the Creature. He confronts it eventually and it asks for a bride and promises to go away with her, this is a Whole Conflict, because Victor can't reveal what he knows or he'll be labelled insane, he also doesn't wanna finish the bride because she'll also be her own person and what if she doesn't wanna run away with og Creature as his bride? While all of this is happening, one family servant is being accused of the murder and trialed, Victor is squealing in a corner
Basically, he's very autistic, he's seen a hysteric, his creation of the Creature can be analyzed from so many different angles, from teenage pregnancy and postpartum depression, trans experiences (both transmasc and transfemme! I've seen excellent analysis from both perspectives, though I have a personal bias towards the transmasc reading), the process of artist in general (like, that point when you start drawing something and you start zooming into every detail for hours and once you zoom out again you realize you don't like how it came out at all even though you put so much time into it), his illnesses and disabilities both mental and physical are really interestingly depicted as well, overall, he's a very meaty character who was FAR from making everything right, in fact, he did a lot wrong, but he's also a victim of his circumstances, a teen/young adult in the whole duration of the thing, and is suffering tons of pressure from everywhere while losing his purpose and selse of self to his opposition to his own creation. They are the definition of "they can make eachother worse" and Victor loses everything. He's a tragedy. A tragedy that a lot of people wanna ignore and just say he's plain evil because the Creature must be plain good and they feel smart if they say the typical "Small brain: Frankenstein was the monster vs Big brain: Frankenstein was the scientist, not the monster vs Galaxy brain: Frankenstein was the monster all along" and they completely skip out on all the depth this character has
I went super aurface level in a lot of parts here, but I hope it's somewhat understandable
I recommend reading the novel though! It's Good

You’ve Got The Same Dream as Me (Ch. 3)
Hello, kiddos! The idea for this fanfic came to me from a dream (again) I had about a month ago. Тhe main characters were Tom Cruise and Henry Cavill (don't ask me why), but with a light hand they have been replaced (sorry, guys). The main action of the dream took place somewhere in the sands. Аlthough this fanfic will feature Sir Crocodile and our beloved Buggy, the action shifts to the desert. No marines, ships etc. Sorry, not sorry :) The devil fruit's abilities are preserved. Catch the Mummy and Indiana Jones vibes :) I have no idea how many chapters there will be. Different titles and names from the original source material will be used to emphasise the general OP's vibe.
Since English is not my native language, errors may occur. As always, feel free to share your thoughts :)
And thank you to my dear @yujo-nishimura and @laurasoretta for believing in me :)
Description: Catherine, a librarian who is searching for the trail of her sister who went missing on an expedition. Notes in books and diaries lead her to Cairo. There she finds a retailer from an artifact shop who, in exchange for selling her a map and equipment, insists that Catherine take her along. They get into a little (or maybe a big) adventure..
Warnings: 12+, I think. As always, no smut, angst, violence. Adventures and fun only. Buggy x OC, Sir Crocodile x OC.
Words: 1430 (sorry, not sorry)
The title is taken from «You've Got the Same Dream as Me» (Sonya Belousova & Giona Ostinelli) (One Piece, Netflix)

Chapter 1 Chapter 2
✎﹏﹏﹏﹏﹏﹏﹏﹏﹏﹏﹏﹏﹏﹏
Rika and Catherine held their way to a small bar.
"Is this man of yours reliable? Can he be trusted?" Catherine could hardly contain her excitement.
"I wouldn't trust a clown like him one hundred per cent, but yes, I can vouch for him", Rika said, scratching her left arm.
"I don't trust you much either, but you probably know the local best, so I don't have a choice".
"I'm sure I do", Rika laughed. "God, you say the strangest things sometimes.
"Okay, well, you have to explain one thing to me. Why we're going to a bar when it's not even noon?".
"Other days we would go to his circus tent. But at eleven o'clock on Wednesday morning this man can be only here", Rika pointed to the bar sign.
“Don't be like Tangerine and Drink at Arlong's”? Catherine squinted, putting a hand to her forehead, shielding herself from the sun, she read the bar’s title. "What idiotic names these places have".
The girls entered the bar. Inside, there were massive wooden tables and chairs, the floor was scuffed. Yes, it had clearly seen better days. The air smelled of alcohol and tobacco.
"Why are there pictures of people who look like fish on the walls?" Catherine whispered, nudging Rika lightly in the shoulder.
"Because this bar is run by Arlong, damn it. Once upon a time it belonged to someone else, I honestly don't know who. But the last owner owed Arlong money, so-- The owner was never seen again, and the bar had new owners".
"But why are they fish?" Catherine whispered again.
"You've never heard of fish people?" Rika asked in surprise.
"Fish people? No, there aren't any in my country", Catherine shook her head negatively.
"God, you live a boring life there. Wait a second..."
Rika suddenly stopped a man passing by with a tray. Honestly, he looked more like a squid or an octopus with the human body.
"Hey, Ernie. Have you seen our mutual friend? He should be here by now", Rika asked, taking two whiskey glasses from the fishmonger's tray.
"He's over there by the bar top. How did you not notice him right away", the squid replied with a grin.
"Thank you, sweetie, you can go now", Rika nudged Ernie lightly in the back and turned to Catherine. "He's here, just as I thought. Please, Catherine, honey, do me a favour. Just don't stare at his nose, or he'll freak out and we won't get anything out of him".
Catherine shrugged, not fully understanding the last comment.
"Buggy, mate! You don't change! It's good to see you in good health", Rika said cheerfully as she approached the blue-haired man.
"And hello to you, my cookie", the man turned round in his chair towards the girls.
Catherine could barely contain her surprise. He was a tall man with blue hair that was covered by a striped bandana. His face was covered with makeup. Lipstick smeared around his mouth, drawn crossed white bones and blue lines near his green eyes adorned the man's face. But the first thing that caught her eye was his red nose.
"Now I understood why she asked about the circus. Damn, he looks like a clown", the thought flashed through Catherine's mind.
"Please tell me that glass is for me. You owe me one after your loss in our drunken roulette game last month", said Buggy, pointing to the drink.
"Don't remind me of that night, please", Rika rolled her eyes and placed one glass in the clown's hands.
"Come on, it wasn't that bad. You even went home with a cute cook", he replied with a laugh.
"You're a jerk", Rika replied with a chuckle, sipping her whiskey.
"I think we figured that out a long time ago. So.. Wait...", Buggy glanced at Catherine, "who's that with you? Is that for me, too? Well, look, Rika, my biscuit, you certainly lost last time, but this is too generous".
"Gross", Catherine cursed out loud.
"What did you just say, cotton candy?" Catherine could hear the irritation in Buggy's voice.
"I said tha….", she didn't finish the sentence.
"Okay, okay, guys, calm down. We got off on the wrong foot", Rika took Catherine by the shoulder and sat her down at the bar to Buggy’s right. "Buggy, this is Catherine. Catherine, this is Buggy. And I'm not going to ask you to make up on pinky toes. Now let's have a drink to lighten the mood".
When the waiter brought everyone a glass of whiskey, Rika sat down on Buggy's left. They began to whisper about something. Catherine leaned slightly over the counter to get a better look at his big red nose.
After a couple of seconds, noticing her interested look in his side-eye, Buggy stood up abruptly and walked away.
"Could you please not stare? I told you!", said Rika with irritation in her voice.
"I di…, I didn't... I've never seen anything like it. Is it real?"
"What? His nose? Yes, so what? Do you have a problem with that?" Rika sipped her whiskey, giving Catherine an angry look.
"What? No, I don't. He’s… He's cute. Even with that nose", Catherine blushed a little.
The girls sat alone for a few minutes, until finally Buggy came back and plumped down on a chair.
"Hey, fishy, let's have some more whisky! A bottle!" he said, making a characteristic gesture with his hand.
"Look, Buggy", Catherine mumbled, "I'm sorry if I offended you… by staring.. staring at your nose".
"Baby, I'm Buggy the Genius Jester, you can't offend me", he said with a laugh, "So, Rika, my dear pie, what brings you to me? I'm sure it wasn't just a drink".
Rika cleared her throat.
"Listen, we need to get to the Sabaody Desert. You've been there a few times before, you know the way".
"Why do you need to go there?" asked Buggy, opening a bottle of whiskey.
"I'm looking for my sister", Catherine said loudly, she was very surprised at how loud she sounded.
"And? What do you want from me? Find some young boys or grandfathers, I don't care who will take you there", he sipped the whiskey from the neck of the bottle.
"But you know those places better than anyone in this town", Rika replied, putting her hand on his shoulder.
Irritation came over Catherine. She seemed to be wasting her time with meaningless conversations.
"Look, I was told you're the coolest guy in this town", she made air quotes, "And you can be trusted. But the way I see it, you're just a drunken piece of shit".
She jumped up from her chair.
"Catherine, calm down and sit", Rika hissed.
"No, let's leave and find someone else. I don't want to waste my time talking to a grown man who painted himself to look like a clown".
"She's so boring, why did you bring her? She's ruining my buzz!", Buggy looked at Rika with surprise, pointing the neck of the bottle at Catherine.
"Don't you dare point that slobber bottle at me, you jerk!" she slapped his arm.
"Sorry, your highness", he bowed royally.
Rika threw an angry look at Catherine.
"I said sit down!" she drilled her with her eyes.
"Shit.. Are you sure that jackass is the best and can help us?" Catherine asked with surprise in her voice, pointing at Buggy.
"Baby, I'm the best at everything", he said, running his hand down Catherine's neck.
"Alright, lovebirds, that’s enough", Rika slapped her hands on the table, "Cathie, show him what you showed me".
Catherine growled and quickly pulled diaries, maps, notes out of her bag and placed them on the table.
"See?" Rika smiled.
"Fuck me! What's that? You think this is... Coordinates?" Buggy grabbed the diary and started flipping through it. "I wonder... Very interesting. You're not so simple, pumpkin", he reached out and started running his hand through Сatherine's hair. She yanked back.
"There's what you love so much, my dear clown. Treasure! Don't tell me looking at those cards didn't make you think of it", Rika whispered in his ear.
"I can pay you to take us there. And if there's really something in there. I don't know.. gold or diamonds or women or whatever you want to find, you can have it. Please!" Catherine looked at him with pleading in her eyes.
"Of course, you'll pay, my cotton candy, I wouldn't get out of my chair for free", Buggy glanced at Catherine. She suddenly felt goosebumps run down her spine. "Well, when do we start?"

"There's some steps between dating and saving someone…" - ScfWhip
I wanted to write something New Life and I had DnD on my mind so more DnD!AU it is I guess. I hope no one minds how I interpreted (changed?) some origins to better fit what I had in mind.
Fun fact, DnD has a circle of spores sub-class for druids…
fWhip was not letting Sausage talk him into anything like this ever again. He was not the travelling kind of a man. Not short distances and certainly not long distances. No matter how much it would help their business, if fWhip made it back he would never, ever, go on any trip. Like ever. No amount of asking and begging from his 'siblings' would make him go anywhere. Why 'siblings'? Being a changeling fWhip was kind of snuck into the home of a family of fire genasi, but whoever was sneaking him in did not manage to steal Gem so fWhip ended up being raised as her twin. Until he discovered that unlike his sister and older brother, he could change what he is. He still liked his fire genasi form over his changeling form, even if Gem and Sausage kept telling him to be himself more... It was all a work in progress.
It certainly will be when he manages to make it back home. At the moment he had no idea where he was. Possibly still in the accursed forest, he'd love to burn if it didn't support so much life. He didn't feel like he was at the bottom of the cliff he fell down when escaping bandits that attacked him on his way home. From how much his head and frankly everything hurt he assumed he did not dream all that up. So he forced himself to sit up, a load-pained groan escaping as he steadied himself. "You shouldn't be moving just yet," the sudden voice had his eyes snapping open to find...
Possibly the prettiest person he's ever seen. Somewhere between medium and tall elf with white eyes. Dressed in a purple robe with a moss-like shawl complete with... mushrooms? No matter, the white-haired, burgundy-eyed elf was very handsome and currently by his side trying to get him to lie down and fWhip could feel himself drop to his basic changeling appearance. Pale, almost featureless, with big dark eyes and hair even whiter than the elves. "Who are you?" he asked, slightly panicked, but did lie down. The elf seemed genuinely concerned for his health and well-being.
"A passing by druid. I saw you fall off a cliff, chased away those ruffians and brought you to a cave I'm camping in," the elf explained. "I wanted to limit any magic in case the damage was more severe than it looked. Got to be careful with head injuries," he expanded as he went to grab fresh bandages and a bowl of some soup or potion, whatever he had in his small pot. "The name's Scott," he introduced himself as he sat back by fWhip. "If I may, what were you doing this deep into the woods?"
"I'm fWhip, I was just passing through on my way home, ran into those bandits, they chased me all the way from the road," the changeling returned the introduction and explained his situation.   The elf nodded with a thoughtful hum. "So there's a settlement nearby?"
"Something between a hamlet and a trade stop, yes," fWhip nodded. "Depending on how far I had to run it's something between two and three hours on foot," he added as he was passed a... mushroom stew.
"I would say it'd be best for us to be out of the woods by nighttime, those bandits might still be looking for you. Eat up, I'll pack and go with you, just in case," the elf smiled and started packing his things.
fWhip could only nod. He was undoubtedly happy he was safe. And that the elf wasn't just sending him on his way, into bandit and beast-infested woods. He was also very excited the elf would be coming along. "I'm sure my siblings won't mind if you stay with us while in the village, we certainly have room and you did save me," he offered between spoonfuls of the soup. It was really good. He was kind of guessing the elf was a druid. Mostly based on all the mushrooms and a staff leaning on the cave's wall. Being a changeling he had some sense for magical things.
"That'd be most kind of you, not that I need any thanks. You needed help and I was glad I could have helped," Scott shot him a shining smile before asking how he was feeling after having some food.
He seemed to be very glad fWhip was feeling better and deemed that some magic could be used now. With that fWhip was well enough to move around and help Scott before they made their way to the town. Scott knew how to get them to the main road through the woods and fWhip knew where to go from there. Between that and help from the woodland critters - Scott was indeed a druid and even if he did specialise in fungi he still had a close connection to all nature. It was all very impressive to fWhip.
The sun was barely starting to set when they reached the hamlet and fWhip's family's home and adjoined trading and shipping areas. To be honest, the trade stop part about their village was mostly due to the work the three of them put into their business and the town itself.
"fWhip!?" they barely crossed the main gate to the house part of their part of the small town when Gem ran out the door to freeze halfway to jumping fWhip when she noticed Scott. She was about to say something but Sausage beat her to it. "We send you to sign a business deal and you bring home a boyfriend?" he almost laughed.
fWhip just sighed. Of course, that's the first thing they said. At least Scott didn't seem to look like he was offended by it. Instead giggling. "He only saved me from bandits because you two couldn't find proper guards so I invited him to stay the night in one of our guest rooms," he sighed.
"It's all okay," Scott chuckled. "There are some steps between dating and saving someone after all," fWhip was not sure if the druid was joking or not but Gem was already too distracted by the 'this druid saved my beloved twin brother' part of the story to pay it any mind. Too busy making sure a guest room was prepared and a proper 'thank you' dinner was served. And instantly send Sausage to get a medic to get another look at fWhip. Scott approved it, saying his medical knowledge is limited to quick help.
Once the medic was done assuring Gem fWhip was perfectly fine already the evening turned nice. fWhip got to sit next to Scott during dinner. And hear about some of his adventures. At some point, Sausage remembered why he was on the road in the first place and fWhip passed him the signed documents. Unfortunately, he had no idea how long Scott would be staying.
He was out in the garden. Looking at stars. Thinking how he might maybe move along those steps between being saved by and dating the handsome druid. And was suddenly shocked when Scott sat next to him. No longer in his robe but the loose travelling pants and simple shirt he wore under it. "You should be resting," the druid said with a small smile.
"I tried sleeping, couldn't really fall asleep so I came here to calm my head," fWhip sighed but returned Scott's smile. "I'm sorry if my siblings are overwhelming, I was honestly not expecting they'd be like this."
"It's all fine, my family would be much more overwhelming if I came home with a man they don't know, but... I'm not going to drop my stuff on you but tonight was nice," Scott chuckled as he stared at the stars. "Tonight's good to look at stars, beautiful sky..." he hummed.
To be honest, fWhip was frankly more than slightly distracted from the stars. "Not as beautiful as you..." he rambled out before he could stop himself. He only realised he said it out loud when his eyes met Scott's shocked, surprised burgundy eyes. To his further shock, the druid was blushing more than slightly, with the white of his freckles making his face look like his favourite fungi. Very cute. He was about to jump to apologise when Scott spoke. "Does it mean I can kiss you or would that be too much?" he asked, blushing even more.
fWhip nodded, whispered "yes..." and somewhere after that they kissed and it was honestly much better than he ever imagined his first kiss would ever be. And maybe he offered to show Scott his bedroom and maybe they spent the night together, chatting about all the amazing things Scott saw on his journeys until they both passed out. And maybe they were found by a very excited by her discovery Gem.

‘One Fine Day’ - Songbird, part 1 of 6 (Seraphine x Jinx AU)
Tumblr media
So, um... I have a new rarepair hyperfixation. Definitely didn’t write this when I should’ve been focusing on uni work due in less than 2 weeks, what’re you talking about?
Anyway, Seraphine is an aspiring popstar working full time in her father’s music store, Songbird. Life is good but kinda lonely, and then Jinx comes along...
Chapter title, ‘One Fine Day,’ is based on the song by The Carpenters.
Also, big shout out, love and kisses to my handsome wife Babs (@lesbian-batman)who beta’d for me <3 love youuuuu
TW: extreme cuteness and fluff. That is all.
(1,181 words)

Enjoy!
Dreamy vintage pop drifted through the music store’s speakers, bringing life to the rainy Zaun afternoon outside. The takings from the morning were low, especially for a Friday, and the bout of bad weather had driven away any hope of more sales. Might as well have closed up for the day, there and then.
Seraphine idled behind the counter, passing the time by singing along to each song, adding her own trills and high notes where she felt like it. While she belted out tune after tune, she doodled flowers and love hearts on the notepad allocated for ‘work purposes only.’
Her father would’ve flipped his lid if he found out how Seraphine spent her downtime at the store. Songbird was his pride and joy, in part because he’d named it in honour of his daughter, his only child. He’d called her Songbird ever since she was born; said even her crying sounded like an aria.
She took great care of the store for him, of course, but he wouldn’t have approved of her methods. There’s always something to do around here, he’d say. Make yourself useful instead of daydreaming. As a former rockstar and current sound technician for one of Runeterra’s most famous bands, he was hardly one to talk; he dreamed of success back then, just like she did now. Whilst he had the freedom to make his dreams come true, he’d also seen how the music industry corrupted people. He didn’t want the same for her, no matter how much she protested. Since he’d left to join K/DA on tour, she found herself shackled to the store with almost no time to pursue what she loved most.
Music...
Seraphine strived for the spotlight. Over the past couple of years, she had played dozens of open mic nights and gigs at small venues and clubs. Her reach and popularity grew every day. In the last month alone, she’d gained over five thousand new followers on social media and music streaming platforms. It was only a matter of time before a scout from a record company realised her potential and scooped her up.
Until then, life ticked by. Eight ‘til late at Songbird six days a week; studio recordings in the evenings, or at the weekend if she could find someone to mind the store; writing sessions crammed in wherever and whenever she found the time and inspiration. It was hard work, but anything regarding music barely felt like work at all. Music occupied all of her time, mind, and heart. It informed every aspect of her life, even her relationships.
To Seraphine, people were like songs. She’d never tried to explain it to anyone else – had met no one who would’ve understood – but everyone had a melody to them. Strangers gave off waves, impressions. At first, most people sounded like white noise or a continuous low-fi beat. She had to know someone on a deeper level to really hear them; for them to feel open enough to let her listen. It was a long time since she’d gotten close like that.
Between running the store and cultivating her fledgling pop career, she had no social life. Most of the people she’d met through music were acquaintances, transactional connections. In a crowd of fair-weather friends, voices blurred and distorted in the din. Everyone sounded the same.
Seraphine gazed out upon the shop floor filled with CDs, vinyls, and cassette tapes, with no one around to take them home and play them loud like they deserved. A cold loneliness seeped into her soul. She hated days like those, nothing to do but entertain herself and ignore the boredom itching beneath her skin. Music was a lovely companion, but sometimes she needed more than it could give.
With a wistful sigh, she tore off the decorated page of the notepad. Tacked it onto her father’s cork board of concert leaflets, old photographs, music lesson advertisements, and Janna knew what else. The cheerful rumblings of a new song played overhead, as she picked up her favourite bubble-gum pink gel pen, the same colour as her hair, and started on a new page. She drew a dainty love heart so cute she couldn’t help but beam with joy.
Admiring her creation, she didn’t look up when the bell chimed for a new customer. No one had come in for at least two hours; she was out of work mode, in her own little world. Chances were, they wouldn’t need her help, anyway. They were probably stepping out of the downpour, grabbing shelter where they could. It happened a lot around that time of year, heading into fall. So, she ignored the customer’s presence. Even kept singing, albeit under her breath.
‘Hey, do you have any other Bikini Kill records in store?’
Wow, that voice...
Seraphine met the customer’s eye immediately, desperate to find the owner of such an instrument. A petite young woman glared back at her with quizzical impatience, waving a copy of the band’s 1993 album, Pussy Whipped. A navy boiler suit dwarfed her frame, while ocean blue braids swung around her booted feet, frayed and scruffy like they’d been under a hat all day. She had the most distinctive eye colour Seraphine had ever seen. They weren’t quite purple or pink, but some inscrutable shade between the two. Under the store’s artificial light, the colours seemed to switch and swirl.
The music of Bikini Kill seemed to suit her aesthetic, raw and full of rage at the world in that feminist punk rock way, but there was more to her than that. Something unreadable lurked behind those ever-changing irises. Rather than the white noise of a typical stranger, she was a mess of pitch and frequency; a cluster of songs overlapping and battling each other.
What an enchanting cacophony of a person...
Seraphine yearned to hear more, to know everything about this captivating woman. What was her name, her story, her purpose? What were her fears and dreams and fondest memories? Did she have family in Zaun, or was she from out of town? What did she do for work and in her spare time? Did she have a lover? What was her type? Did she like girls...?
‘Well? Do you?’ She spoke again, raspy and sweet. A smoker’s rasp, no doubt.
The image of her posed with a cigarette between her plump, open lips, danced across Seraphine’s mind before she could stop it.
Blushing and hot all over, Seraphine shyly shook her head in reply and returned to the comfort of the notepad.
Janna, it was all so surreal. She had never felt so compelled by a person, and from such a tiny interaction, no less. She couldn’t follow this woman’s song at all, and she... well, she loved it.
‘Okay... I’ll be back.’
With that, the new object of Seraphine’s fascination turned heel and left.
She thumped her head onto the counter and groaned. All she could do was hope that she wouldn’t miss the next visit. And, if the woman bought something, maybe Seraphine might catch her name?

Stepbrother Introduces me to Handy Orgasms.
by tinman69s. Listen to the Podcast at Steamy Stories.
Tumblr media
My name is Debbie and I am now 22 years old and a senior at college and single, thank goodness! This is my last year here at college and I sure do hate to leave here. But that is another story!
First, I want to tell you about my initiation into womanhood, if you want to call it that.
My Mom and Dad divorced when I was about 17 years old. After a couple of years, my Mom re-married. We moved into my step-dad's house. My step-dad was a really nice guy and he had a good-looking son who lived with him. The only problem there was that he really didn't want anything to do with me (because "I was in the way" and 'a pain"). Anyway, my step-dad's house was a two-story one, with a basement. The basement had been finished and Gary had his bedroom and bathroom down there. That was fine with me because that gave me the whole upstairs to myself.
Gary, my step-brother, went to the local tech school and worked part-time to pay for his car. He did have a really cool car, a Camaro, jet black, mag wheels, T-tops, loud mufflers and a good stereo system in it. I really liked the car, but Gary wouldn't let me run around with him because I was "too young". Other than that, he and I got along really good.
About a year or so after we moved in there, I was having a problem with some of my homework, and Mom and "Dad" were out, so I went downstairs to see if Gary could help me with my math. As I walked thru the game room to Gary's bedroom, I could hear his music playing and I figured he was still up and maybe studying too. Well, being the young teen that I was, I just pushed the door open, without knocking, and almost fainted!!! Gary was sitting on his bed with a "girlie" magazine beside him and he was playing with his "Thing"!!!! I almost choked, and he heard me. He jumped up and tried to get his "thing" back in his shorts, but he was fumbling too much.
I guess I scared him and he yelled at me to "Get out"! But I couldn't move, I was just staring at his "thing".
I had heard other girls talking about what they looked like, but I had never seen one. Gary yelled again for me to get out but I just shook my head "no" still staring! I guess he realized suddenly that he might be in big trouble if I should say anything to my Mom or his Dad about what I caught him doing. I moved my focus to the magazine (he must have forgotten about it being there on the bed) and I walked over and picked it up. The girl in the magazine was really beautiful and naked and had two fingers in her privates!! I, of course, didn't understand this. I looked up at Gary, (who had finally gotten "it" back into his shorts;) and just pointed at the girl in the photo and where her hand was. I still had not said a word!
Gary took the magazine and closed it and said "Debbie, I'm sorry, Please don't tell on me. I'll be grounded for life! And Dad might take my car keys away from me. Please?"
After looking at the picture and seeing his thing hanging out, I was feeling kinda funny. A feeling I had not had before. But I gathered my senses and got brave and said to him "Gary, I've heard the girls talking, especially in the locker room, about boy's private parts, but I've never seen one up close. And I want to see yours! So if you will sit down and let me look at it good, I won't tell anyone what happened, I promise."
Gary looked at me for a moment and said "Promise-Hope to die?"
I said "Yes Gary, Hope to die."
Gary sat down on the bed and pulled it back out of his shorts, but now it wasn't stiff like it was when he was playing with it.
I asked him, "What happened to it, why is it not stiff anymore?"
He said "Debbie, Can I call you Sis? I've always wanted a little sister."
I agreed he could. "Now tell me about your thing, what happened to it?" I said.
Gary tried as best he could to explain it to me in really nice terms, about how it gets excited and when it gets excited, it gets stiff and hard and grows a little bit.
So I said "Show me how it does it."
Gary started pulling the skin back and forth on it. And shortly it started getting stiffer! I liked that! It was interesting!
So I said, "Gary, can I see if I can get it more excited?" He agreed and I took it in my hand and started pumping on it back and forth. And it got very hard and stiff. "Um I did this!! I got it excited!" I thought.
Gary laid back on the bed and said "Oh Sis, that feels so good!!"
He started moaning, and I stopped immediately and said "Gary, am I doing something to hurt you?"
Gary said, "Oh Sis, you are doing fine. Sit down and wrap your hand around it and jerk it up and down faster." It was a very curious thing because shortly he was moving his butt up and down and moaning real loud. I slowed down and he said "No Sis, please, don't stop, it feels so very good, just keep jerking it for me."
So I did! I was jerking the skin up and down hard and fast like he wanted.
Then he reached over beside him on the bed and handed me a washcloth and said "Cover the top and your hand, honey."
He had called me "honey", he had never done that before and I liked that. But I couldn't see what I was doing so I lifted the cloth and just as I did it squirted some kind of goo all up in the air and on me and on the bed. Gary by then had wrapped his hand around mine and was jerking it up and down fast and moaning really loud! I didn't count how many times it squirted that stuff out but it was a lot! And what a mess!! Then Gary's hand fell to his side and he just laid there.
I took the cloth and wiped my hand and my clothes and then handed it to Gary and said "Gary, that wasn't nice, did you piss on me on purpose?"
Gary raised up and hugged me (he had never done that either) and said "Thanks little sis, you did great and no, that wasn't piss, it was CUM. It is what happens when you have an orgasm. And an orgasm is what happens at the end of sex. Or in this case, jacking off."
I said "Oh yea, I've heard that term used-the girls say they jack off their boyfriends. But I didn't know what that was, but I have learned by doing it to you!"
"Yea Sis, you learn fast too, you did really good for me. Now promise me again that no-one will ever hear about this." He said.
I said "OK big brother, but on one condition.." And I saw it on his face-he was afraid I would want to run around with him in his car. But then I said "I want you to teach me more about sex. I want to learn and I want you to teach me."
He looked like I had kicked him or something.
I said "Is it a deal or not?"
He smiled and hugged me again and said "Sis, if that is what you really want, we'll do it. But you can't use this on your boyfriend yet. You are still too young to be having sex."
I said ok and he handed me his magazine and said "Read through this and then tell me if you have any questions on what you see and learn, OK? And keep it hidden well!"
I agreed and got up and started back upstairs and then I remembered why I had come downstairs in the first place. So I told him and he helped me and I thanked him and went back upstairs.
When I was back in my room, in bed, and getting ready to go to sleep, I kept thinking about the girl in the magazine and what she was doing to herself and what I had just done with Gary. So I thought I would try what she was doing and see what the big deal was. So I tried to stick two fingers inside my pussy, but it hurt! So I decided to wet them in my mouth and try it again. It was a little easier and I moved them a little, and pretty quickly, it got much easier to move them. I was getting wet down there and so I pushed them in further and worked them around a little and in and out and it started feeling really good!! And then, quite by accident, my thumb hit my clitoris and then I knew why the girl was doing it! This was an awesome feeling, and I didn't want to stop doing it-it felt too good! I kept doing it and the more I did it the better it felt and soon I was wiggling my butt all over the place and then I thought I was going to explode!! I could not stop now if I wanted to and then I wanted to scream and wanted to put my whole hand inside me. I jerked my pillow around and bit on it to muffle my screams, and then some kind of fluid came rushing out!! "Just like it did from Gary", I thought. But the bad part was it only lasted for maybe a half a minute and then it was over. But it was the best feeling I had ever had!. And now I was tired, so I just left my hand in my panties and I just like "died" asleep. I felt so good after that orgasm!
About three weeks had gone by and I had studied Gary's magazine from cover to cover. Some of that stuff was pretty weird to me! Then one night as I was getting into bed I felt something under my pillow. Gary had slid another magazine under it for me. Needless to say, I stayed up late looking through it. And again went to sleep with my fingers inside my hot, wet pussy. Man this fingering thing sure made me feel good all over when I would cum. Then on that Saturday night when Gary got home from work, I was waiting for him. Mom and Dad were out with friends again. I was watching TV in the game room (which is right next to Gary's bedroom) when he came in. I wanted to learn some more! I was only wearing my housecoat and panties when he walked in.
He saw my mostly naked body and said " Hum Sis, looking for another lesson?"
I said "Sure am brother dear."
He said to give him a minute to shower and we would do it. Then he went off to the shower. When he returned, he was wearing only boxers and his housecoat and I could see that his "thing" was already getting ready to play. He came over and sat down on the couch with me and I just reached over and pulled his dick out of his shorts and started to play with it. When I did he opened my housecoat and took both my breasts in his hands and started massaging them. It felt pretty good when I did it, but it sure felt great when he did it for me.
I was pumping on his dick pretty good and then he reached down and cupped my pussy with his hand and asked if I liked the feel of that, I just spread my legs wider in reply. He didn't hesitate, his hand was inside my panties and one finger was in my pussy. Damn that felt so good!! I was already wet in anticipation of this fun so he had no trouble burying his finger all the way inside me. Then he pulled it out and stuck it in his mouth and sucked it clean. I took this moment to jerk my panties off to give him better access. I loved the feel of his finger in me. And of course I wanted it as long as he would do it.
He smiled and said "Little sis, you taste pretty damned good honey!"
Then he put two fingers into my pussy! Oh shit it felt so good! I was having trouble concentrating on his dick! He had two fingers in my pussy and was pinching my tittie with the other hand and pulling and pinching the nipple. He had me wanting to scream all the time! Then he started humping and jerking and I knew he was getting ready to shoot on me again. I said "want me to grab a washcloth for you?"
He said "No, catch it in your hand, I want to try something." So when it shot off, I caught all I could in my hand. But I was having trouble sitting still, I was about to cum too.
I cried out "Oh god Gary, It's here, Oh shit finger it fast , It feels so good make me cum honey, Please, I love you . I love this feeling!! Oh god it's good!!" And I was like convulsing on his fingers!
Finally I finished and Gary pulled his fingers out of me and said, "Watch this!" His fingers were dripping with my juices and he licked it all from them. So in return, I started licking his cum out of my hand for him. He smiled and I knew he liked that idea. When he first licked his one finger, I thought it was a little gross, but quickly forgot about that. Now I understood that it really did taste good and it was somehow satisfying to see him lick up my juices! He said again how good I tasted and asked about his.
I said "It is a strange taste but I could get used to it real quick!" I wiped some more off his dick and sucked that off my finger.
"Ok, lesson one, we just made each other have an "orgasm", or "cum" for short. You "jerked me off" or "jacked me off", either way you want to say it. And I just fingered you off, also sometimes called fingering you! Did you really like what I just did to you? Did it really feel great?" he asked.
"Oh yes Gary it was fantastic, it was just awesome! I never felt so good! I did it to myself the other night but when you did it, it was much, much better! Did I do ok for you too?" I asked.
"Oh yes honey, you are getting really good at that. Listen Sis, have you ever heard of the term 'incest'?"
I said "Yes, but that is families isn't it, like blood relatives?"
Gary replied that it was "but lots of people would look at us as being relatives now, although we are not blood relatives, understand?"
"Yes," I said, "but what has this got to do with us having fun?" I asked.
"Well, Sis, I just want you to understand that lots of people would really frown on what we are doing. So what I want us to do is swear that NO ONE will ever know about this, not your best friend or anyone, understand?"
"Yes I do and I swear that no one will ever know about us but us, Gary"
"You swear that? Hope to die?" Gary asked.
I said "Yes , I swear, hope to die, I will never ever tell anyone what we are doing. Just don't stop teaching me, Please? I want to learn from you, cause I trust you to do me right."
"Ok " he said. "Good enough." We were still sitting on the couch and Gary said "Sis, baby, you want another one?"
I said "another what?" Just hoping he was thinking the same thing that I was thinking.
He said, "Another orgasm, silly!"
"Oh yes please, that one a few minutes ago was so incredible! Oh yes, please make me have another one, please!"
He said "Ok honey, but this one is just for you. Forget about me, you just enjoy this one by yourself, OK?"
I said "Sure Gary, if that's what you want."
He said, "OK get up on your hands and knees and let me show you something else." I got up like he said and he pushed my housecoat up over my back and rubbed his fingers on my pussy and said "Good little Sis, you're still wet. And I have to tell you that you have a beautiful little pussy and ass, honey."
He slowly shoved two fingers all the way in me as deep as they would go. I really let out a groan because it felt so very good! And then he started working them in and out of me pretty fast and hard, then he used his other hand to rub my clit and shit he was driving me crazy!! He would mash on it and then rub it and then pinch it and each time he did something, it was electrifying to my body! I just wanted to scream at him to never, ever, ever, stop doing that!! I was humping back on his hand like I don't know what, and I couldn't help it, I just wanted more!
I said "Gary , more honey please I love it, more!" And then he put three fingers in me and I almost cum just from that! Oh it felt good to be full of fingers! "Oh Gary, I'm getting close, please make me cum, fast and hard Please".
But Gary pulled his fingers out of me and I looked back to see what was going on. "It's ok honey, I just wanted a taste" and he shoved two fingers back in my pussy and "Ouch!", one in my asshole!!
He said "Easy honey, It'll feel good in just a second" as he continued to work them in and out.
He was right, the pain was gone and Oh god what a fantastic feeling it was! I was going to cum with two fingers in my pussy and one in my ass!! I convulsed hard and started shaking all over and screaming and jerking all over! Damn this was the best yet and it lasted longer too. And I could feel my juices running down my legs. And then I just collapsed on the couch, exhausted completely and fully satisfied!
I could barely breathe, but I said, "Gary, that was the most fantastic orgasm! I know I screamed too loud but it was that good! It was awesome, beyond description!!"
I raised up and grabbed him around the neck and slammed my lips to his and forced my tongue into his mouth. I know I love him, He has made me so happy!
We kissed for a long time and finally we broke it and Gary said "Ok sis, bed time" and smacked me on the ass.
"Ok" I said, "But that little smack felt good." and smiled at him as I gathered up my panties and headed upstairs. I sure won't have any trouble falling asleep tonight! I was exhausted!
Lesson 2: Oral Exam
A few weeks passed and I got another magazine under my pillow with a note to check out pages 54 thru 57, then come to see him. I knew it had to be something really good. That was all about how to suck cocks and deep-throat cocks.
"YES," I thought, "he must want me to do this to him and that's why he pointed it out to me." So I stayed up late again and studied that part. Later I would study the rest of the magazine. So that weekend, Mom and Dad were out shopping and Gary was working early and I knew he would be home early so I showered and got myself ready to satisfy him like he had done for me the last time. Tonight I would really give him a good blowjob and I would deepthroat him because I had been practicing by pushing bananas back in my throat to make me used to it without gagging. I could now push a banana as far into my throat as I could reach and still pull it back out. So I was ready for him.
When he came in, I stood up and opened my housecoat and there was just me, no panties or bra, just me. He came over to me and kissed me and I just dropped to my knees and opened his pants and pulled his cock out and I just shoved my face down on it. He groaned and then said "Oh shit sis, you're so good, but don't you want to wait til I've showered?"
I said "No I want to taste you as you are," and went back to sucking, Then I slowly eased my face down on it till I had the whole thing in my throat. He was groaning so much!
He pulled back and I said "What's wrong honey, am I doing it wrong?' "No , no hon, I just can't stand up if you deepthroat me, my knees won't hold me up!" He went over and sat down on the couch and I was right there and took him again, all the way in and he was making all kinds of moaning noise and I knew he was really loving this, so I took my time about it and I would go down all the way and stay there till I needed to breathe before I came up and I could tell it was driving him wild!! Then he started humping and jerking and put both hands on the back of my head and pulled me to him. I knew he was going to shoot into my throat! I forced my head back far enough to catch my breath and went down all the way and sucked hard and played with the head with my tongue and he blasted my throat full of hot cum. I reached under my chin and caressed his balls and made it last longer for him. When he was finished cumming and I pulled back off his cock, he was just lying there on the couch like he was dead! I think that took everything out of him, so I had done a really good job for him.
Finally he grinned and opened his eyes just enough to see me and said "Sis, I've had a few blowjobs before by girls older than you and I'm telling you that I have never had one as good as you just gave me. It was absolutely fantastic!!"
"I learned it from the magazine you left for me" I said.
"Well, you sure did good honey" he said. Then he got up and went to the shower. I just sat back on the couch and waited for him to come back out.
When he came back out, he said, "OK sis, now it's your turn again. Come in here and lie down on my bed and let me show you another thing or two."
I did as he said and laid down on the bed on my back and spread my legs wide to give him all the access he wanted. He stood at the foot of the bed a minute and said "Sis, just lie there a minute, I want to do something else first," and went into his bathroom. I wondered what he was thinking. When he came back out, he had his razor and shaving cream.
I said "Gary, what are you going to do?"
He said "I am going to shave your beautiful little pussy as clean as a baby's butt. Then I'm going to lick it raw!"
"Oh yes Gary, anything you say, I just want to be the best at satisfying you!" And he proceeded to shave me clean. It looked really good too. I hadn't thought about that, but it will be shaved from now on!
Then he got down and started licking and sucking on my pussy lips and my clit and toying with my ass hole and it didn't take long to get me really hot again and make me start climbing the orgasm mountain. Gary was really good at licking pussy. He was all over the outside lips and inside and up and down and in and out, tongue fucking fast and tongue fucking slow. He just did all of it like it was his nature to do this kind of thing! He kept running his finger in my juicy pussy and then back to my ass hole and I knew that sooner or later he would shove his finger up my ass and make me cum all over his face. And if that's what he wanted, I sure would give it to him. I wasn't ready to cum yet but he already had one finger in my ass and was working me pretty good. Damn it –it felt so good. Sucking on my pussy and fingering my ass!! I loved it and my bouncing ass would tell Gary that too. He was in and out of my pussy with his fingers so much that I almost didn't notice that he was now in my ass with two fingers, and it didn't hurt at all.
I said "Come on Gary, try three in there and then four, you have no idea how good it feels! But I want your mouth on my pussy and four fingers in my ass when I cum, so hurry up!!" Well, he did just that, but it took a little work to get the four in, and it hurt a little, but I was so close to orgasm, that I didn't care how much it hurt, I wanted them in me all the way!
I growled at Gary! "Come on damn it get them in there, I'm ready to cum, oh god, Gary fuck me with you tongue and your hand, fuck me good! I am cumming!" And I spasmed and froze in a hump with my ass up off the bed and cum running out of my pussy like a river! "Oh Gary! Oh yes it's so great! So great! Damn I wish you could fell this!" Finally I fell back down to the bed, totally exhausted.
I looked at Gary and he was hard and was jerking himself off. I said, "Give me a minute and I'll help you honey."
He replied "That's ok baby, It'll be a good one for both of us, I promise! How about it, too tired to go for another?"
"Never" I said, "anytime you want me, anyway you want me, I'm yours!"
He said, "Ok, spread your legs again and get ready to raise them up high, up to your shoulders."
I did what he said. Then I thought about it, instantly I was scared. "Gary we can't get me pregnant, you can't cum in my pussy!" He just laughed, "Don't worry honey, you won't get pregnant. Then he was rubbing his cock head on my pussy and getting it wet and then he put the head in my ass. Oh hell that felt good!
"Do it Gary, fuck my ass, make me cum again on your cock!"
He said "Baby, I'm gonna pump your sweet little ass full of my cum, so full it'll be dripping out for hours!" He shoved into me and I grabbed my knees and pulled them all the way up, raising my ass up and giving him good access to get in deep. Damn, I felt so stuffed, so full with his cock buried all the way in my ass!
"Here it comes, Gary, Gary, honey, hurry, I want you to cum with me, Hurry!"
He started pumping in and out of me so fast that I had a hard time matching his strokes, but then I felt his hot cum hit the walls inside my ass and that made me blast off too. "OH my lord!! Oh shit oh fuck I'm dying! I 'm cumming! Oh yes Gary! Oh yes oh fuck, it's so damned good!"
Wow, what an afternoon! How many times did Gary make me cum today? I lost count! But I know I love sex, and I sure do like that cock in my ass too!.
When I got up to go to the bathroom, gobs of cum slid down my leg. I reached down to cover my pussy with my hand and found my ass standing wide open, with nothing in it. But I dashed on to the shower and got cleaned up and went upstairs to wait for our parents and fell asleep on the couch, exhausted, with a smile on my face!

Snow's origin
It was a snowy day, a young girl and her father are seen playing the snow, making snow angels, throwing snowballs at each other and making snowmen. The little girls name is Snow, she has white hair with fade of icy blue and icy blue eyes, while her father is a scientist who works in the Antarctic.
Snow's life has been strange in the 13 years, she can just wear a t-shirt along with shorts in the snow since she is immune to it, she can produce ice and snow from her hands, also she never knew her mother, only her dad has raised her. He told stories about her to Snow saying he missed her every day and saying that Snow was a special gift to him by her.
Sometimes during the years, Snow thought she saw a women who look kinda like her, but she just shrug it off if it was nothing. When it's not cold enough in the night, Snow likes to go out in the middle of the night and would freeze the local lake so people can skate on it.
But one day everything changed, Snow was at the lab with her father testing out stuff and helping him with getting equipment. It was very late at night, only Snow, her father Magnús and a few other scientists, who were staying late.
"Hey Magnús, I think i found something strange here.", called Charlie, from the other side of the room.
"What is it?", asked Magnús.
"Well it was in a block of ice, but it's some sort of sword with some Greek letters on it and I can't tell what it says.", Charlie explained.
Magnús and Snow walked over to Charlie's findings to see the sword, it had a short handle and a medium sized blade, with some Greek letters on the handle. When Snow was growing up, she has dyslexia and had trouble reading English sometimes.
When Snow looked at the Greek letters carefully, it says χιόνι which is snow in Greek, she was surprised that she could read it.
"It says snow on the handle.", Snow suddenly said.
Charlie and Magnús both looked at her.
"Wait, you can read that?", Charlie asked in surprise.
"Yeah, I always had trouble reading English sometimes, but reading Greek has no trouble for me.", Snow explained.
"That is very interesting.", Magnús said.
Snow reached for the sword and picked it up, it felt a light and it felt good when holding the sword, it also was the perfect shape for her hands to hold it, then out of nowhere the alarm went off.
Magnús ran around the building to see what set the alarm off, but he couldn't find anything that set it off, Charlie looked at the meter and it was set to explode in 10 minutes.
"We gotta get out of here.", announced Charlie.
"Agreed. Snow you gotta get out of here, go to the town for help.", Magnús explained to Snow.
"Okay but, what about you, are you gonna come with me?", Snow asked.
"Me and the others will need to get the important stuff, but I promise I will be right behind you.", Magnús assured Snow.
Only 5 minutes has passed, Snow only just got out of the lab, she sees the small town in the distance, so it only take her 4 minutes run to the town to get help, when she gets there she saw one of the police officers of the town, walking around.
Police Officer Ned saw Snow running towards him.
"Hey Snow what are you doing out here so late?", Officer Ned asked.
"My dad sent me because the lab was set to explode, he couldn't find what set it off but they need you help.", Snow explained while catching her breath.
Before Officer Ned could say anything more, the lab did a big explosion which surprised both Snow and Officer Ned. Things happened so fast, Snow screamed for Magnús, she tried to run towards the wreckage but Officer Ned stopped her and embraced her into a hug, Snow tried to fight him but instead she cried into his chest.
The explosion woke up some of the towns people up.
"What happened?", asked a women.
Officer Ned explained what happened, while still comforting a crying Snow in his arms, while he was explaining Snow still had the sword Charlie uncovered from a block of ice, she forgot she still had it but held it tight.
After Officer Ned finished explaining what happened, the women offered to take Snow with her to her place so Snow could rest, Officer Ned agreed, so Snow followed the lady to her home. Snow followed her inside and sat on the sofa. The next thing Snow didn't expect from tonight was the women transforming into someone different, Snow got her sword out for protection.
"Hello Snow.", the strange women said.
"Who are you?!", Snow demanded.
"I'm sorry to startle you my dear, but I am Khione, Greek Goddess of ice and snow.", Khione explained.
"Oh really, where is the proof that you are a goddess huh?", Snow demanded again, still holding the sword in front of her.
"I can appear here or a different place, I kept an eye on you when you were growing up, also I can produce ice and snow from my hands, you can do it too can you?", Khione explained.
Snow nodded her head, she made a flurry of snowflakes appear from her hands, but still held the sword tight.
"I see you still have the sword.", Khione said looking at the sword curiously.
"Yeah, Charlie uncovered it from a block of ice and it had these Greek letters on the handle which says snow." Snow explained.
"Well the sword was deliberately placed in the water, where one of your scientist friends, you or your father could it, i commissioned it to be made by Hephaestus.", Khione explained some more.
"Okay, but did you know dad was going to die?", Snow asked in a shaky voice.
"No I didn't, I loved your father very much, we both made a promise after you were born, that if anything happened to him, I would look after you.", Khione said with a tear rolling down her cheek.
Snow put her sword down, she now trust Khione a bit more, since shes her mother and will protect no matter what.
"Do you know what caused the lab to explode?", Snow asked after a few minutes of silence.
"No not really, but I guess that it's someone who wants you to get killed.", Khione replied, "For children like you, who are half human half god, there is a camp for you to train your powers, but in the mean time, I will teach you how to control your powers more."
"Yeah I would like that and know my mother a bit more.", Snow agreed.
"That's good, we shall leave in the morning to travel to my father Boreas who is God of the north wind palace and my idiotic brothers Zethes and Calais.", Khione said through a smile.
Snow smiled, she said goodnight to Khione and went to bed, she found a spare room to sleep in, she went into bed put the sword on a nightstand next to the bed, after the whole ordeal Snow felt really exhausted from everything that happened, so she put her head on the pillow and fell asleep.

Paring: Sirius Black X Fem!Potter!Reader, James Potter X Fem!Twin!Reader
Summary: James goes through a lot during his time at Hogwarts but his sister is always by his side.
Inspiration: Click
A/N: If this comes off insensitive to anyone please let me know and I will remove this.
James Potter was a handful. From the minute he was born, he had this gleam in his hazel eyes that raged and burned with trouble. His twin, Y/n Potter, was almost the opposite. The soft smile that laid on her features and the glitter of calamity in her eyes. Euphemia and Fleamont were in for a lot the minute their twins were born.
Attention Deficit Hyperactive Disorder is most comparative to having a web browser up with one too many tabs. James had always been unable to focus and was naturally messy. Truth be told, he thought it was normal, just as everyone else did. It wasn’t until his second year at Hogwarts did he realize something was genuinely wrong with him.
Remus told him that he had this muggle thing called “dyslexia,” which was a difficulty in interpreting words, letters, and other symbols. However, it never affected his overall intelligence because everyone knew that Remus Lupin was indeed and wholly brilliant. It got James wondering, did his inability to focus, be organized, and hyperactivity have a deeper meaning?
His twin - Y/n - was quite the opposite. She made quick friends with Remus, Sirius, and Peter, who were close friends of her twin. Y/n was top of their class, creating a friendly competition with Remus, but she was always able to focus. Often she would hyper-focus, which would leave her working for over five hours at a time without realizing it. In those times, James would have to snap her out of it.
Over the summer, James expressed his concerns to his parents. He was talking about how this could be a real issue he’s facing using Remus’ dyslexia as an example. Eventually, they gave in, letting James go to a muggle doctor. James had to fill out a questionnaire that would come back with his results in one week. That week was probably the longest week of his life. Nonetheless, his test results had come back positive.
Fleamont and Euphemia would be lying if they were surprised. After hearing about the disorder, it was almost the definition of their eldest son. Fortunately for James, the muggles had come up with a cure - no, not a cure - dammit, what was it again?
Impede the symptoms! That’s what those muggle pills do. James was required to take two pills a day, one in the morning and once at night. Y/n was in charge of making sure he did so because - more times than he’d like to admit - he would forget everything if it wasn’t for Y/n.
In third year, James was as energetic as ever while getting on the Hogwarts Express, “Aren’t you excited, Y/n?!”
She chuckled, “Yes, but Merlin, you don’t need to literally jump with joy.”
“But I’m excited!”
“I know that.”
They made their way to the compartment that held Remus, who was reading a book. James sat in front of him while Y/n took her seat beside Remus, “‘Ello Remus.”
“Hey, Potter pair.”
Y/n sighed, and James groaned, “That nickname needs to go away.”
“I quite like it.” Remus stated smugly, “Suits you both.”
“What’s that suppose to mean?” Y/n accused falsely, “It means that wherever one of you are, the other isn’t that far behind.” Remus replied.
James had zoned out already, and Y/n snapped in his face, “Take your pills?”
“Forgot.” James muttered guiltily, “Oh Godric.” She whispered.
“Pills?”
“James went to a muggle doctor this summer.”
Remus quirked an eyebrow, “Did you now?”
“Got diagnosed with ADHD.” James informed, and Remus looked amiss, “Attention Deficit Hyperactive Disorder.”
“Ah, I’ve heard of that.” Remus said, and James smiled sheepishly, “I feel kinda odd, like out of place.”
“Why?”
“Dunno, just, why can't I be normal?”
“You are normal, James.” Y/n reassured, “And anyone who says differently obviously doesn’t care about you.”
The compartment door slammed open, “Who doesn’t care about who?”
Remus snorted, “Ever the dramatics, huh, mate?”
“‘Course.” Sirius flopped down beside James, “It comes with my charm and devilishly good looks.”
“Ah, yes.” Y/n said, chuckling, “Don’t you see how I’m swooning for you?”
The back of her palm was against her forehead, “Come off it.” James swatted at her and then elbowed Sirius, “Better not make my sister swoon.”
Sirius chuckled and shrugged, “Can’t help it. I’m just that irresistible.”
The four of them laughed at Sirius’ dramatics and continued talking about the new term. Remus and Y/n were talking about books they couldn’t wait to read. Remus was even kind enough to gift her some muggle books he bought over the summer holiday. Sirius and James bickered about what pranks to do this year, along with which ones were better.
Third-year was fun. It was a year of flooding corridors, turning Slytherin robes red and blasting music in the common room after a Gryffindor victory. James was a brilliant Quidditch Chaser, and Y/n was a fantastic Seeker. Nothing was quite like the Potter pair. Something about them was just unforgettable.
Maybe that’s why Sirius was so fond of her. Something about the Potters made people around them smile on the hardest of days. They made sure that every moment was a night to remember. Every memory was worth reliving. So adventurous, so reckless, yet so kind and loving.
By the time fifth year rolled around, Sirius Orion Black had fallen off a cliff into a lake called love. Sirius completely submerged himself in love for Y/n Potter. The younger twin by just 20 minutes, but something about her was so divine. Was it her silk and glittering h/c hair? No - maybe it was her gleaming e/c eyes. Perhaps it was for her strive for adventure and extreme kindness.
Nonetheless, Sirius fell hard.
And who better to tell than James Potter himself?
Causally - as usual - Sirius opened the door to the Marauders dorm. It was empty aside from the brunet boy with glasses on the bridge of his nose. His hazel eyes were focused on a textbook - Potions textbook - maybe it was to impress Lily. Sirius couldn’t care less, so he pulled the chair out in front of the desk and sat before James.
“Mate, I need your help.”
“Running from Filch?”
“No. Something- Something worse.”
“Something worse?” The textbook shut loudly.
Sirius nodded, “Way worse.”
“Alright then, come into my office.” James teased, and Sirius grinned.
It was silent, “I’m in love with your sister.”
James sputtered, “Excuse me?”
“I’m in love with Y/n.”
“No, no.” James waved his hand horizontally, “I heard you.”
“Then what else would you like me to say?” Sirius asked.
“Literally anything else.”
“Sorry, mate.” Sirius muttered, “I- I really didn’t mean to.”
James chuckled and wiped his hand across his face, “I suppose you can’t really stop love, huh?”
“You really can’t.” Sirius agreed, “I tried. I promise I tried.”
“It’s not that big of a deal late.” James assured, and Sirius looked at him with wide eyes, “I trust you just-“
“Just?”
“I’m worried about her.” James completed, “I- I worry about her every night.”
Sirius softened, “It’s like you with Regulus-“ James continued before Sirius could interject, “And don’t pretend. Your silencing charms are bloody terrible.”
“I know you still care for Regulus, you worry about him every night, and I do the same for Y/n, except my silencing charms are better.” James teased sightly, “I trust you, Sirius. You’re the brother I never got but always wanted. You know, the brother I can play Quidditch with, rough around with, the brother who’s just as sneaky and mischievous as I.”
“But Y/n is still my blood. She's my twin, my best friend, my partner in crime. She was the mind behind my pranks before Remus.” James elaborated and then smirked, “Remus and Y/n make a great team, ya’ know?”
“They are quite brilliant.”
“Anyway, what I’m trying to say is, take care of her?” James looked like the eleven-year-old boy again, “Don’t make her a fling and don’t make this temporary.”
“Y/n is a strong woman, and she isn’t for weak men. I’ll be honest,” James chuckled, “She doesn’t need a man. She doesn’t even really need me. I need her more than she needs me. Regardless, take care of her. She deserves a man worthy of her. Someone that’ll get her ice cream at 4 a.m. because she’s craving it. Someone that’ll go on sporadic trips with her. Someone that’ll understand that after a hard day, all she wants is a book and coffee.”
Sirius was appalled; he’d never seen James look so passionate, “Growing up, mum always told me to be a gentleman. I know it may not seem like it sometimes, but she always raised me as one. To hold a door for them, push and push in their chairs for them, give them my jacket even if I’ll freeze.”
“Those kinda things. Dad said I should practice on Y/n, and I did. From then, Y/n always got treated like a queen, and she deserves no less. I won't lie, my parents treat me like a king too, and I don’t want any less either.” James explained, “Be the king that’s worthy of my sister.”
“That’s all I ask of you.”
Sirius nodded, “I’d be honored to serve her as my queen.”
“And if you show her no less, she’ll spit you out like chewing gum.”
He shuttered, “I hate how accurate that phrase is.”
James laughed, “I know her more than you think.”
By sixth year they were dating. Sirius would be lying if he wasn’t eternally shitting himself when Y/n said yes to going to Hogsmeade with him, alone, as a date. In fact, James almost wanted to throw him a party for finally not being a little bitch and asking out his sister. This party consisted of a bottle of firewhiskey and chocolate because that’s all that was in the boy's dormitory. But a party nonetheless.
When Lily rejected James for the last time before graduation, he was utterly heartbroken. He’d spent and dedicated seven years of his life to this gorgeous woman. Despite all his efforts and all his charms, she still wasn’t interested. James tried. He really tried. He wanted Lily so bad. His heart broke when she said her final words of goodbye.
“I’m sorry, Potter. Maybe in another life, just not this one.”
Tears had ebbed at the corner of his eyes as he made his way back into the castle from the Black Lake. In the common room, where he felt like he had just got dowsed in water. James made his way to the girl's dormitory. His hand curled into a fist and knocked lightly on the wooden door. Shuffling was heard from the other side, and the door finally opened, revealing his sister.
Without warning, James crashed into her arms, forcing his nose in the crook of her neck, “Woah.”
“Are you okay, James?”
His body shook with sobs as he shook his head no, “It’s okay. Let’s go lay down, okay?”
Gently she led him to her bed. He curled up beneath the navy blue comforter and placed his head on the silk pillow sheets. If he tried hard enough, he could forget the way Lily’s hair smelt today or the way her green eyes glistened in the sun. Now engulfed in his sister's scent, trying to remove every feeling for Lily possible, he dug his nose deeper into the comforter.
Y/n sat beside him, her back to the headboard, and ran her fingers through James’ already untied hair, “What's got you so worked up?”
“It’s done.”
“What’s done?”
“L- Lily and I.” James choked, “She- She really doesn’t want me.”
A new wave of tears overcame him, and Y/n continued to try and soothe him, “Well, she’s a tosser.”
James narrowed his eyes, “James, you know I love her. She's my best friend, but if she can’t see what’s right in front of her, then she’s an idiot.”
“Can I- Can I stay here tonight?” He asked hesitantly.
“You sure you don’t want me to stay at your dorm?” Y/n questioned, “Because you know who sleeps here.”
“Will you stay with me?”
“Till the end.”
After a couple of minutes, Y/n and James made their way down the steps to the boy's side. They walked up more steps and finally made it to the boy's dormitory. James collapsed on his bed in the left corner of the room, and Sirius perked up at seeing his girlfriend enter the room.
“Whatcha doin’ here, love?”
“Staying with my brother.”
Sirius nodded and stood up to hug her, gently pecking her forehead, “If you guys need anything, let me know, ‘kay?”
“Thanks, Siri.”
Gently Y/n pulled back the maroon curtain and sat down beside him again. James reached for her hand and intertwined their fingers. Something they used to do as kids. When a thunderstorm would go by, James would always seek sanctuary in his sister's comfort.
He fell asleep that night, knowing he was safe, loved, and knew that someone cared about him. Even if Lily didn’t love him, at least someone else did. He had his boys, and he had his sister. Right now, that’s all he needed beside him: Screw Lily and her idiot decision skills. Y/n was right; she was a complete tosser.
When Hogwarts was over, James and Y/n got a flat together. Sirius, Remus, and Peter got one only a floor above. Realistically this wasn’t the plan. James always planned to buy a house with Lily, but he was still healing, and after everything going on, it was vital for him to hold his sister close to him.
Euphemia and Fleamont barely lived to see their children graduate. Not too long afterward had died due to the horrid dragon pocks. It devastated both twins and Sirius. While Sirius wasn’t their true child, he very well could’ve. Euphemia noticed Sirius’s lingering stares on Y/n and the loopy smile that graced his features.
She was the one who got Sirius to man up. She was the one who gave him advice. She was the one who told him what books were her favorite, which chocolate she liked the best, her favorite quills. Euphemia was one of the main components in getting Sirius to date her daughter, and when it finally happened, the parents couldn’t have been happier.
James’ ADHD still remained even in his adulthood, making regular everyday tasks much harder and twice as long. Most of the time, the pills were able to help him complete those tasks. But sometimes, when Y/n wasn’t there to remind him, he would miss his days. When Y/n got home from work, she had barely taken off her shoes to see the apartment spotless.
It was a pleasant surprise, but James was never really one to clean, not that she really minded, but the apartment didn’t have a speck of dust on it. Hesitantly she put her keys on the island along with her bag.
“James!”
“Yes, Y/n?”
He appeared in the kitchen where Y/n was, “Um, did you clean the apartment?”
“Yes, I did!” James nodded enthusiastically.
Y/n sighed and gave her brother a sweet smile, “What did you not do today?”
“So, you know how you told me to go to the pharmacy?”
“Mhm.” Y/n nodded, “Indeed I do.”
“Well, they were out of my meds.” James informed, “I have to wait a week.”
“Oh, Merlin.”
“On the bright side!” James was already causing her a headache, “It’s gonna be a fantastic week! I’ve got so many things planned for us! We’re gonna go-“
James continued to ramble as Y/n grabbed her keys, bag and slipped back on her shoes, “I’m going to Sirius’!”
“Thought you were my sister.” James faked pouting, and Y/n smiled, “I love you, but you’re crazy.”
“I love you too!” He yelled as she closed the door.

Draken, Chifuyu, Mitsuya, the Kawata twins and Kazutora in:
When they see you with your ex.
Tumblr media
Disclaimer: E/N means Ex's name. The ex changes gender for each one to be more exclusive I'm sorry if it feels confusing. Kazutora's has mild angst but otherwise this is really sfw.
🌟 Draken
☆ He'd kinda crashed Mikey and Emma's day out. You'd told him you had something to do this weekend so what else was he supposed to do with his free time? The three of them had stopped to eat on the outdoor patio at a nice restaurant and while Emma and Mikey chatted away about something school related. Draken sat quietly sipping his tea.
☆ You'd been kinda weird when he'd asked why the two of you couldn't hang out today. You didn't even tell him what it was you were doing instead. And you always told him literally everything about your life. Sometimes unprompted.
• "Hey, isn't that Name?" Emma's voice suddenly caught his attention.
• "Who's the guy?" Mikey questioned in between bites of his food.
☆ Draken's head shot in the direction Emma had pointed in. Sure enough there you were, talking with a guy who was about the same height as Draken. Weirdly enough Draken felt like he'd seen this guy somewhere before.
• "Is that?.. E/N?"
☆ Draken squinted still staring at the two of you talking. You didn't exactly look happy but you and your ex were standing way too close. He felt a little pang in his heart.
• "Maybe she just.." Emma cut herself off. Your arm came up to wrap around your ex's neck. Pulling him in for a hug which he just as soon reciprocated.
• "Let's just go." Draken said and Emma seemed to immediately agree. As soon as Draken and Emma squeezed back into the open doors of the restaurant Mikey hightailed it in the opposite direction.
• "Dammit Mikey!"
• "Mikey!" Emma called but it was definitely too late for that.
☆ Mikey ran up behind you tapping your shoulder as Emma and Draken made their way down to the scene that was now forming.
• "Are you cheating on Ken chin?" Mikey questioned with zero hesitation. His face stern and his shoulders bared.
• "Mikey.." You said
• "I would've preferred to do this later." Draken grit. Though Mikey didn't even spare him a glance.
• "This is.. your new boyfriend right?" E/N asked
• "Name." Emma began "I know you wouldn't cheat on Draken.."
☆ You sighed putting some space between Mikey who looked two seconds away from punching someone and your ex whose confusion seemed to grow the longer this went on.
• "I'm not, I would never.." You sighed before continuing on. "He's dating my friend now and since we had some bad blood between us.. I figured I should try to get along with him since he's staying in my life. But I'm so sorry Ken Ken, I should've told you yesterday when you asked."
☆ Mikey stepped to the side as you held out your hand for Draken to take. He wasted no time pulling you into his arms, pressing a kiss to the top of your forehead.
• "Don't ever do this again."
• "Go out with my ex without explaining myself? Or get caught going out with my ex without explaining myself?"
• "All of it." Mikey interjected, hands placed in his pocket but his normal smile was starting to reappear.
• "Go home you two. I'm going to spend the rest of the afternoon with these two."
• "Oh? Is it because you're worried something will happen?" You asked Draken laced your finger tips slipping your hand into his pocket.
• "I was never worried, I just wanted to spend time with you." He explained
☆ Definitely should've just invited him in the first place because within a couple hours your ex and Draken have become better friends than the two of you were supposed to be.
🌟 Chifuyu
☆ Him and Takemichi decided to spend the afternoon in Chifuyu's favorite manga shop since sitting at home had become tiresome.
☆ Takemichi had organized a small pile of books around his body like a nest while Chifuyu just searched the aisles aimlessly. He didn't have a book in mind before coming here so he figured he'd pick one out from his favorite section once they got there.
• "Hey Chifuyu?" Takemichi looked up as Chifuyu flipped through one book while he held another in his hand.
• "I can't buy both of these. Takemichi which one do you think is better?"
• "Isn't that Name?" Takemichi pointed over the stack of books on his left sure enough just outside the aisle was you with a girl chatting away.
• "Who's the girl Name's talking with?" Takemichi asked looking up at Chifuyu, though Chifuyu had already ducked his way behind the bookshelf peering out of the aisle at the current scenario.
• "What the hell are you doing?" He asked coming over.
• "That's Name's ex."
• Takemichi fell in line next to Chifuyu peering over his head, "I didn't know Name dated girls too.."
• "Yeah.. it's not a big deal.." Chifuyu said as the two of you giggled about something a couple feet away.
• "If it's not a big deal why are we hiding?"
• "Shh!" Chifuyu ducked back as you and your ex walked a little ways away. "Come on let's follow them."
• "Why don't we just go talk to them?" Takemichi followed reluctantly.
• "I don't want Name to think I came here because I was stalking-"
☆ Just as Chifuyu had made it to the next aisle he tripped over a snag in the carpet causing an oblivious Takemichi to bump into him. A loud oof from both of them alerting you and your ex of their presence.
• "Chi?" You called annndd now you were coming over. "Hey Chi, what are you doing here?"
• "This is my favorite manga place." Chifuyu answered with a grunt, stepping into the aisle.
• "I know.. I just thought you and Takemichi would be at your place."
• "What's going on?.. This is what you were busy with?" He gestured between the two of you.
• "Chi." You stepped forward and Chifuyu took one step back. "You know how me and, E/N are childhood best friends and how my grandmother is sick right now? My grandmother is basically a second mother to her so she invited me out to take my mind and her's off things, She suggested we come in here and I said ok but it wasn't right of me to not tell you, I'm sorry baby."
☆ Chifuyu looked between you and your ex his eyes slowly beginning to soften.
• "I'm not mad love. It was just weird you don't normally do underhanded things like this." He pulled you into his chest for a hug and you wrapped your arms around his waist.
• "You should come with us." E/N said pointing to Chifuyu and Takemichi. "Name won't stop talking about how wonderful you are as a boyfriend anyway."
☆ A bright pink flutters over both you and Chifuyu's cheeks as Takemichi snickers behind you both.
• "Next time you can bring Hina and we can make this into an outing." Chifuyu said, poking Takemichi in his side with his elbow before wrapping his arm around your midsection.
☆ You guys probably end up staying in the store for a couple more hours honestly because if there's anything you and Chifuyu have in common it's your love for manga.
🌟 Mitsuya
☆ He'd been running errands for his mother all morning so by the time he reached the supermarket he was completely exhausted. He pushed his shopping cart through the aisles with a long sigh, checking off items as he went.
☆ He rounded the last corner glad that his day was nearly over and already thinking about what he was going to prepare for dinner when the sound of your voice caught his attention.
☆ His first assumption was that he was so tired he was imagining it but the airy ring of your laugh soon validated his suspicions. You'd told him you were hanging out with friends today after all.
☆ He grabbed the last thing on his list deciding to go say hi. He wheeled the cart directly into the next aisle walking up as you and a person he didn't recognize were having a chat with an elderly woman.
• "You two are so cute together." The woman gestured with a small smile.
• "Oh.. no we're exes and friends." E/N explained
• "Aw I'm sorry things didn't work out for you two." The woman nodded
☆ You opened your mouth to respond but Mitsuya's warm gaze caught your attention first.
• "Suya, hey!" You greeted, walking over to greet your boyfriend with a small hug.
• "That's the actual boyfriend." Your ex explained to the woman.
• "This is the friend you told me about yesterday?" Mitsuya asked looking at your ex with a blank expression.
☆ The tension in the aisle could be sliced with a knife and the lady from before quickly walked away to another side of the store.
• "We are just friends now I promise. There's nothing going on between us and they're having a party tonight that's why we're here." You gestured to your ex who awkwardly waved back. "I was going to invite you later so that you could sneak out when Luna and Mana are asleep."
• Mitsuya nodded his expression softening as he reached up to cup your cheek, "I wish you had just explained that earlier, next time just tell me I won't be angry."
• "I will, I promise." You gave him a quick peck which he reciprocated. "I'm going to head with Suya but I'll see you at the party later?" You asked turning to your ex.
• "Yeah, I'll see you then." They replied as they left.
☆ And yeah sure Mitsuya said he was cool with it but you two ended up skipping the party and after dinner you both stayed in bed all night.. (Do with that what you will. 🙃)
🌟 Nahoya/Smiley
☆ You'd only been dating Nahoya for a month and everyday you two met up at the same place after school.
☆ Sometimes (like today) he'd grab Souya/Angry and head out to meet you. Today the three of you were just supposed to grab a quick bite to eat before heading to the Toman meeting.
☆ The second the two of them had stopped their bikes Souya pointed you out where you were holding a box and talking to some stranger.
• "Who's that guy?" Nahoya's grin tightened as he watched the way the guy yapped away while you just silently listened.
• "He looks like somebody." Souya pondered for a second before his gaze fell on his brother. "I recognize his face he was in some picture on Name's wall."
☆ Nahoya didn't wait another second to storm over to the situation Souya trotting along behind with his teeth grit.
• "What the hell is this?" Nahoya grunted though his smile never wavered. The indent of anger extremely noticeable on his forehead.
• "Hoya, this is E/N he-"
• "E/N as in your ex?" Souya chimed up before you could finish.
• "You invited your ex here when you knew I was coming? What kind of shit are you pulling here Name?"
☆ His smile began to dip at the edges but it was obvious he was trying to keep up his natural facade. His fists clenching at his side, book bag carefully slipped into Souya's arms behind him.
• "I just needed my stuff back, I promise." You tried to explain, shaking the box in your possession for Nahoya to see.
• "I didn't mean to intrude on your-"
• "You shut the fuck up!"
• "Hoya!"
• "So you thought you should invite him on our date? Are you trying to piss me off?"
• You stomped your foot exasperation slowly starting to take over in your face and tone. "Hoya, I didn't invite him! I told him I was here and he's gonna be on vacation for three weeks but I needed my camera back." You hold up the camera that you'd fished from the box, Desperation thick in your voice. "So he decided to drop my stuff off with me and you just happened to get here before he could leave." You rest your fingertips on the bridge of your nose. Glad for the silence that soon arises.
• "I should go." Your ex whispers doing a little scoot around Nahoya who still hadn't completely cooled off.
• "Hey, stop it." Nahoya grips your chin pulling your shaky form closer to himself. "You should've just asked me to get your shit for you."
• You muster a little giggle, sniffling and wiping your face with the back of your hand. "You would've kicked his ass then brought me my stuff."
• "He would've deserved it."
☆ You pull Nahoya closer though he's still a little hesitant to return your affection.
• "Let me make it up to you please? You and Souya." You turn to Souya who's still holding both his and Nahoya's backpacks.
• "You're paying for lunch today." Nahoya replies pulling you into his side. He lowers his voice leaning into your ear as Souya walks ahead to his bike. "And if I ever see that jackass again I'll break his jaw."
🌟 Kazutora
☆ Baji and him had spent the day riding their motorcycles until they decided to take a break not too far away from the shrine where Toman meetings were always held.
☆ They soon found themselves parking their bikes and skipping stones by the riverbed.
• "So, why is it that you're hanging out with me instead of your partner today?" Baji asked as his stone plopped into the water.
• "They said they had something going on." Kazutora replied
• "If I was with someone that gorgeous I'd be willing to go with them but whatever."
• "Maybe you should have someone before you start dishing out relationship advice."
☆ Baji grinned wide throwing a soft punch which Kazutora caught with a snicker pretending to right hook him. It soon lead into a chase with Baji dodging all of Kazutora's playful jabs walking backwards and making sound effects to go along with each swipe of his fists.
☆ Baji grabbed both of Kazutora's fists pushing him back until he nearly tumbled onto his ass. His laugh unbridled in its volume.
• "Come here Kazutora I'll show you how to throw a real punch."
• "What the fuck.." Kazutora's gaze followed two people walking along the path that went just overhead.
☆ Baji's head whipped around to track Kazutora's gaze stopping on the two people walking side by side almost out of sight at this point.
• "Is that-" Kazutora was nearly gone by the time Baji had processed the words. "Hey!" He called out running to catch up but Kazutora had already sprinted to the top of the bank, jogging along to catch up to the people they'd spotted.
• "Name!" His voice boomed closing the distance scarily quick.
☆ You'd stopped dead in your tracks, turning to face the chilling look in your boyfriend's eyes as he stood before you. Baji right behind and practically out of breath.
• "Who is that?" Kazutora pointed
• "Tora.. baby don't freak out.."
☆ His earring clinked against his face as he stared into your eyes.
• "Are you leaving me now? Is that it?"
• "Tora!" You huff, putting your hands out.
• "Kazutora.." Baji called out already sensing the weight of the situation.
• "She's my ex but listen-"
• "So you are cheating on me.." Kazutora's jaw locks and when you reach out for his sleeves with pleas of his name he just slaps your arms away.
☆ When he leaves he runs for his bike. His leg anchored over the side already gripping the handle bars tightly when Baji's loud scream of his name rips through the air.
☆ He's got his bike out of park but just as he starts to drive away you dash out from nowhere and yank his handle bar.
• "Dammit Tora listen to me!!" You beg, he can clearly see the beginnings of tears stinging the corners of your eyes as you hold onto the hand still clutching his handlebars.
• "What could you possibly say? That it didn't mean anything? That you love me?!"
• "Yes! I do love you! You mean everything to me! I needed to be with E/N today because her mom went missing a couple days ago! The woman that took me in and loved me all my life is out there somewhere and no one knows anything about it so dammit Kazutora if you love me even half as much as I love you, don't leave me right now!"
☆ You latched onto his jacket letting your loud sobs fill the now quiet air.
• "You told me.. You love me.." His whispered tone barely reaches your ears as you continue to choke on your own tears.
• "I.. love you.. Tora.." You hiccuped
☆ His arms wrapped gently around your waist, face deep in the crook of your neck as you slowly began to relax.
• "I'm sorry." You felt him tremble as he held you closer than he ever had before. "I love you.." He reciprocated. "I'm here.."
🌟 Souya/Angry
☆ Souya tended to listen more than you realized. Like when you go on and on about a band you absolutely adore to the point where he stays up until almost 12 am to snag tickets for the two of you to go see them on the weekend. And this was that weekend.
☆ He'd been nearly bursting with excitement over it and now he could finally surprise you with the news after holding it in for a solid week.
☆ He parked his bike across the street from your house, reaching into his jacket pocket for the umpteenth time to check that both tickets were there. After a few more minutes of preparing, blowing into his hand to check his breath, smoothing his sweaty hands over his jacket. He rung your doorbell. The heel of his toe tapping against the floor as he waited for you to answer.
☆ When the door finally opened a person much taller than Souya answered.
• "Yup." The person pursed their lips one hand on the tool belt wrapped around their waist. For a second Souya pondered if he'd somehow rung the wrong doorbell until he looked at the number in plain view embellished on your door front.
• "Who are you?" It definitely came off more aggressive thanks to Angry's naturally violent resting face.
☆ Before the person could answer you came bounding down the stairs, pulling the door open wider.
• "Why the hell would you answer my door?" You spit at the person standing beside you as you pull your boyfriend inside, shutting the door behind him.
• "I think you mean thank you."
• "Fuck off." You tell the person who was already walking back to the kitchen.
☆ The naturally angry imprint on Souya's face seems to deepen as he makes eye contact with you.
• "I wish you had called." You sighed, tugging Souya into the living room by his jacket sleeves.
• "Who the hell is that?"
• "You remember how I said my ex is in the remodeling business.."
• "That's your ex?"
• "Yes but listen! If I work with him I can get a discount, I just want that wall taken out to open up the space a bit more." You gesture to the kitchen where your ex is currently examining the wall. "I would've told you sooner but between my friend coaxing me into doing this remodel and that drunk night with you and Nahoya it was hard to find time."
☆ Souya dipped his hands into his pockets, staring blankly into the distance. His brow furrowed deeper than normal and his foot tapped against the hardwood.
• "If you're uncomfortable with this I'll get someone else.."
• "Get someone else."
• "Wait before you answer." You scoot closer to your still ticked boyfriend and he makes eye contact with you again. "This kind of remodel normally costs way more than the bargain I'm getting with them."
☆ Souya blinked blankly at you.
• "Sou plllleeeeaaasssee, you can be here whenever they are." You gesture to the kitchen.
• "No I can't I have a job."
• "Fine.. I'll call you the entire time." He sighed with a roll of his eyes. And you rubbed both his arms with a long groan of his name. "How about this, I bring you and them to dinner. Once you see how disinterested I am you might be more for it."
• "Not worried about you, I'm worried about them." His forehead rubbed against yours and you giggled.
• "I promise I only love you."
• "Would you love me more if I got tickets to your favorite band for today?"
• "I'm never leaving you." You proclaim wrapping your arms tightly around Souya's midsection. "That's a proposal by the way we're engaged now. I don't make the rules."
• "E/N I'm engaged now!" You yell towards the kitchen.
• "I heard, congrats!" They yelled back
☆ Souya just scoffed but his cheeks bloomed into the deepest shade of red as he walked upstairs with you to your bedroom to help you pick out an outfit for the concert.

"What's up with Y/N?"
Eijiro stepped out of the locker room with a towel slung over his shoulder and made his way into the kitchenette where Mina was chugging a bottle of water before getting back to her patrol. His eyes were trained on their mutual friend out on the patio, pacing.
You had your phone pressed to your ear, the high neck of your hero costume unzipped to your collarbone and he noticed your gloves discarded on a chair.
"No clue." Mina shrugged. "She got back from patrol and she noticed a bunch of missed calls from her mom. She's been out there, flailing on the phone for the last fifteen minutes now."
The three of you had met in your second year at UA when you transferred into their class and were quickly accepted by their little squad of friends. You were a bit quiet at first but quickly found comfort in the group. Eijiro had grown especially close to you when you both interned with Fat Gum.
Late nights traveling on the train back to school, a few close calls while helping patrol, and days spent playing cards while you both healed up in the hospital left plenty of time for Eijiro to get to know you better than most. It was how he knew you had a pretty bad relationship with your family, why you hated returning home for the holidays almost as much as you hated any and all forms of tomatoes.
He considered going out there just to see if there was anything he could do but before he had the chance, you were sliding the glass door open. "Oh, good, you're back." He offered you a bottle of water for your throat that he assumed was sore after that argument. "I- um- can I borrow you for a second? Alone?"
Mina snorted a laugh. "If you guys wanna bang it out on the counter you can just say so. I gotta go to work anyways."
Eijiro threw the towel at her as she left the room leaving you two alone. "What's goin' on?"
You hoisted yourself up on the countertop while he leaned against the fridge. "You remember my cousin's wedding that's happening this winter?"
He nodded. He vividly remembered the both of you getting waste a few weeks ago when you were filling out the RSVP and accidentally marking 'plus one'. Then you ran around trying to find White Out but he'd told you if you didn't find a date or have a significant other by the time of the wedding, he'd just go with you.
You argued that your family was bat shit crazy, had more money than they could spend in their lifetime and because of that, they were among some of the rudest people you knew, and you didn't want Eijiro or anyone else around that.
The thing was, Eijiro already knew that and was still okay with going. He came from money too. A lot of it. His family was just more welcoming than yours, the wealth never really going to their heads. But, he reminded you that he'd ran into enough people like those in your family that he knew how to handle them. You finally agreed to let him accompany you, leaving the plus one box checked but the name line blank.
"Well, my cousin just found out that surprise, she's pregnant! And, obviously, she can't have a wedding while seven months along so they've decided to move the wedding up to this weekend."
He nearly choked on his own spit. "This weekend? As in four days from now?"
"Yup! Saturday at 4 in the evening. Oh! No one's supposed to know she's pregnant either. So, I'm just supposed to compliment her on how flattering her dress looks, how thin she is," Your hands strangled the water bottle between them, "And I have to find something flattering to my figure because my mother has seen me in my hero outfit and she's so glad I wear a mask because if anyone knew her daughter ran around looking like I do, well, it'd ruin her!"
You massaged your temples circling back to the actual point, "Anyways, I just wanted to bitch for a sec and let you know you're off the hook since four days is just a little short notice and I told her my plus one wouldn't be able to get the time off that fast."
He pushed off the fridge. "Well, wait, hang on! I'm not letting you go in alone to deal with them! Hell no! You need backup!" You looked almost taken aback by his abruptness, "Yeah. I can work this out. Is the wedding at the same place it was supposed to be or has it moved?"
"No, it's still that fancy lodge in California. I was planning on leaving Friday morning and then coming back either Sunday night or Monday morning since my mother insists I go to their brunch the following day. But, Eijiro, I already have this weekend off..."
"Denki owes me a favor or twelve. He's supposed to be off this weekend too, I'll just see if he can cover me."
"And if he can't?"
"Then..." He pressed the back of his hand to his forehead, "Y/N, am I feeling warm to you? I think I might be starting a fever!"
You folded your arms, shaking your head, "Thought you said lying isn't manly."
"Technically, correct. But, what would be real unmanly is for me to let you deal with your family's bullshit all alone." You watched him closely, "To be honest, I'm sure we could just explain you had a family thing come up and asked me to come along for moral support. I don't really think anyone would think twice about it. Hell, you took a few days off to console me when my turtle died suddenly!"
"Eiji, you refused to eat."
"And you brought me my favorite dumplings! Same thing!"
You might have shaken your head at him but your arms opened wide. The telltale sign you wanted affection. He walked forward, consuming you in a tight hug. Your arms latched around his neck, face buried in the hollow of his throat. "You're the best."
"I just do what I can."
>>><<<
You should have canceled. Instead of Eijiro faking sick to get out of work, you should have faked it with your mother so you didn't have to go in the first place. You crumpled to the floor of your bedroom in pure frustration amidst the twenty or so outfits and dozen pairs of shoes you'd thrown out of your closet trying to find something that your mother would deem appropriate.
It wasn't your fault you had a fuller figure. You worked out, ate right, not to mention your job kept you very active, and yet your, hips, ass, and breasts were by no means subtle.
Your mother had also insisted on the dress being floor-length and modern, "Do try not wearing all black. It's a wedding, not a funeral. And, get your hair looking natural, please." And, just like that, 70% of your wardrobe was out the window!
"It's open!" You called from the floor when the doorbell rang.
"You really should lock this." Mina tutted, walking through the door with a bag full of takeout.
"I do. At night."
"Honey, it's 9 PM."
"Night like bedtime."
Mina just rolled her eyes and walked into your tiny kitchen. "I see the dress hunt is going well."
"I actually figured it out!" You got off the floor, careful not to step on a heel as you made your way to the pink haired woman, "I'm just gonna go in my birthday suit. I figured, my mother made my body technically therefore she can't disapprove of it. Because, you know, she's never done anything wrong in her life!"
Your best friend snorted out a laugh and passed you the take-out container stuffed full of stir fry. "you're a wonderful person, you know that?" You loved the fact Mina didn't even have to ask what you wanted.
"If you'd just move closer to work then you could pick it up yourself and I wouldn't have to bring it to you."
"Too expensive." You declared after a mouthful. "You pay almost twice as much as I do per month and I just don't see the point. I have damn near the same amount of space you do for half the cost!"
You adored your small one-bedroom apartment. It was perfect. Right above a bakery that you visited each morning after your run and a little balcony that provided you with the most stunning view of the sunset.
"You and Kiri, I swear." Mina just shook her head and curled up with her food on the loveseat. "I thought he'd end up with the biggest house out of us all the moment we started making that real Pro money. You've seen his parent's house. It's massive! You could get lost in that place!"
Eijiro's place was barely bigger than your own. He lived in the same condo he had since you'd graduated UA, claiming it was perfect for him in each and every way. But, you knew that he donated a sizable amount of his paycheck every month to charities, the same as you. With savings to spare, neither of you saw the point in hoarding it and therefore the small condo was all he could afford with what he actually kept.
"Just don't understand how a guy that big can live in such a tiny little space. At least with you, it's you know, physically feasible."
Eijiro's bedroom was barely large enough to fit the king-sized bed the man needed to sleep comfortably and even then, his feet were dangerously close to dangling off the bed. And, as if the man's ears were burning, your cell phone went off under a pile of discarded shoes.
Shark-E: Figured out your dress situation? If not, I'm just gonna pack like ten different ties and hope for the best.
You: Yeah! I totally did! I'm just gonna wear this birthday suit I got and call it a night.
You chuckled at your own joke all over again. Watching the grey ellipses appear and then vanish, appear and vanish again. After a third time, you took pity on the man.
You: Joking, Ei. I still don't have it figured out but Mina's over so, hopefully, she can help.
Shark-E: Gonna give me a damn heart attack! Seriously, I wouldn't put it past you just to see the look on your mom's face. Tell Mina hi and good luck to you. I vote the dress from the Hero Gala two years ago.
You: Hi from Mina. Can't. Too much boobs.
Shark-E: You take that back right now! There is NEVER such a thing as too much boobs!
You chuckled to yourself, putting your phone down, and then finished off the last of your delicious dinner, thinking about the dress Eijiro mentioned.
You wondered if maybe there was a way you could make the thing work but it was so very low cut. So much tape had been used to make sure no slips happened but damn was it worth it! The beaded bodice with the sparkling long sleeves, gods, how you loved that dress.
"I'm inclined to agree with our shark boy. You're busty, who gives a damn. You looked hot as hell in that dress."
"My mother, that's who. As much as I'd like to not give a flying fuck what she thinks, for some dumb reason, I do. On top of her telling me that the amount of cleavage I would show would be vastly inappropriate for a wedding, she'd also say the way it hugs my hips makes them look too fat."
Mina rolled her eyes. "She's such a piece of work." Pushing herself up, she held her arms out to you, wiggling little pink fingers for you to take. "Come on then. Let's get you sorted."
"What about that one you wore to the charity art thingy with Kyoka last winter? The one with the silver top."
"Silver is too close to white." You called out from within your closet.
"What! Not true!"
"You know that. I know that. Every person with two brain cells knows that, which is why most of my family does not know that."
"Fine..." She whined and started sifting through the opposite end of your closet. "Oh, what about this?" Mina waved about the blue and green plaid skirt that made up your uniform from your middle school days when you lived in America. "Please try this on. I'm begging!"
You were pretty sure it wouldn't even go over your thighs anymore.
"It's got a better chance of fitting you!"
Mina threw it at you anyway. Slipping off the sweats you wore, somehow, someway, you were able to tug it on AND get it zipped, barely. It no longer covered your ass but you still enjoyed the way it swished around when you wiggled your hips.
"You could be fulfilling so many people's fantasies right now." Mina mused.
You pulled the skirt off and sweats back on, throwing the former back at her. "Yeah, you can take it and go fulfill Hanta's fantasies if you like. Not like I've got anyone to impress." You pulled down a dress you bought on sale a year ago but Mina was quick to dismiss it.
Too puffy, she said and then held up one that was from Momo. "I needed to get it shortened and I don't have time for that now."
"Wait..." She hummed and dropped the Momo dress. "I know what it should be!"
Mina hurried through the closet, grumbling about not finding it. "Just tell me which dress and I can tell you where it's at."
"It's that one you got for grad night and then you got sick and couldn't go!"
"Mina, Mina I can't wear that! That's actual vintage, not like, made-to-look-vintage!"
"But it's so elegant and has that off-the-shoulder sleeve thing. The wedding is at a damn sky lodge! It'll look so pretty in the snow! Ah! Found it!"
She yanked up the long, elegant gown from the garment bag you'd never removed it from. There wasn't a single wrinkle in the burgundy fabric. It looked just as beautiful as the day you found it in that second-hand store, on a mannequin with gaudy stage jewels that you just had to buy so the look was complete.
You ran the back of your hand over the velvety fabric, soft to the touch. "It'll be too tight now. If I was the same size I was at graduation-"
"Bullshit!" Mina cut you off with a dismissive hand, "You've got hips now. We aren't 18 anymore! It's not like it's some clubbing dress. And I bet no one would say a damn thing about your figure if they knew how easily you could crush them with those thighs!"
A smirk tugged at the corner of your lips. Without quirks, you gave every single one of your classmates a run for their money in hand to hand. Most were fairly easy to beat. You could usually take down Eijiro in about five or six minutes and Katsuki in half the time. Funny enough, it was Ochaco that gave you the hardest time.
"I'll consider it. But help me find something else just in case."
>>><<<
It was another two hours before you finally agreed on an a-line, empire waist green and gold number that had been the bridesmaid's dresses for Tetsutetsu's wedding. Mina thought they were a crime the first time they had to wear them, she had no idea what you were thinking.
That's why the moment you were preoccupied with trying to find yet another dress for the Sunday brunch, Mina pulled out her phone.
You: DO NOT, under any circumstances, allow Y/N to wear the green dress. She's bringing two because she can't decide. Red is the winner!
Jaws: Aw, come on. If she likes it, let her wear whatever she's comfortable in. She'll be under enough stress already.
You: Kirishima, it's the dress from Tetsu's wedding. The one that looks sparkly baby food.
It took him a second to respond.
Jaws: Alright. Understood. I thought you guys looked good but damn, she hated that dress.
You: We all did.
Mina looked at the message chain again and couldn't help but asked, "Are we just gonna ignore the fact that you and Eiji are flying all the way to America, last minute, to attend a wedding together, even though you're not together?"
"We've flown to the states before."
"For work!" She sat up eagerly. "This is different, Y/N! This is a date and not just a, like, casual date but a wedding date!"
You poked your head out of the closet. "No, it isn't. This is a friend helping another friend who stupidly mismarked an RSVP." You corrected very plainly but Mina wasn't one to give up so easily.
She whined, dragging out your name, "You guys have been doing this thing for ages. Why do you have to be so stubborn about it all!"
"What's that supposed to mean!"
Mina started ticking off points on her fingers. "He was the first person you opened up to at UA. You saved his life when he was busy saving Katsuki's life second year. You spent all that time interning together, became sidekicks together. Went to America together for three whole months, ALONE, and you honestly expect me to think there's nothing between the two of you!"
The truth of it all was simple really; 17 year old you had a massive crush on Eijiro Kirishima. He was sweet, always listening to you, providing comfort when you needed it, and always encouraging you to push your limits. He was bright and honest, a little slow in the head from time to time but that made him all the more endearing.
He was also head over heels in love with Katsuki Bakugo.
It was why you never made a move. Never spoke a word of the feelings you harbored. You didn't dare to cross that line with him because you couldn't ever hold a candle to the explosive man.
In the three years Eijiro and Katsuki spent together, your brain finally started registering Eijiro as just a friend, nothing more, and certainly nothing less. You thought your heart had followed suit but it was becoming more and more apparent that wasn't the case. Because the night he showed up at your door, tears in his ruby eyes, every lock you put on your heart broke open.
The same way you couldn't hold a candle to Katsuki, Eijiro couldn't hold one to Izuku. You knew exactly what he was feeling even if you never intended to tell him. Too overcome with fear. If Katsuki came back... that'd be it. Eijiro would go back and you wouldn't even blame him!
Still, the redhead consumed a decent chunk of your heart though, you couldn't deny that after the three months you spent together in America, gathering intel on a smuggling ring, living in the same apartment. The groggy, 'good mornings' when his voice was still scratchy with sleep, hair falling in his eyes. The late nights bandaging wounds and killing cheap bottles of wine while watching terrible American reality shows.
It was those bottles of wine that did you in on your second to last night in America. Supplying you with courage and draining your sense of reason, allowing you to crawl onto his lap, into his arms. You could still remember the pressure of his lips on yours, those sharp teeth gently dragging along your lower lip.
Scared hands tracing the curve of your ass before taking handfuls to squeeze. The laugh that came from you was unlike anything you heard before, something so genuine that you couldn't reproduce.
How it felt when he lifted you up and took you to his bed, laying you down taking his time removing your clothes, and watching with awe as you pulled away his own. The way he looked over top of you, his hair a curtain of red around you just before you closed your eyes, gasping while he filled you.
You also remembered the guilt that crept into your head during the wee hours of the morning, the doubt that was louder than the snores coming from behind you.
It made you slip from under his massive arm, gather up your clothes from his floor, you tucked the blanket around him, and pressed a kiss to his temple before padding out of the room.
You told yourself you'd talk to him about it if he brought it up, but he never did. Not the next morning, or night, not on the plane ride back home, nor anytime since. It was a memory you'd hold close to your heart, one you wouldn't let slip away or share.
"There's nothing there, Mina. We're just good friends is all." You lied with a smile on your face, something that had become surprisingly easy to do.
If only you knew that Mina saw right through it. That Mina already knew the truth of it all.
>>><<<
It was nearly one in the morning when your phone rang. The goofy picture of Eijiro with face half painted at a festival a few years back never failed to make you grin.
"It's a little late." You answered by way of greeting.
"Don't pretend like you were anywhere close to sleeping, you little night owl."
Chuckling at the nickname that had followed you since high school, "What's up, Eiji?"
"I was going over flights. You said in the office that you wanted to leave on Friday?"
"Yeah. I have patrol tomorrow and I didn't find any flights after 6 PM so, Friday is the earliest."
He was quiet on the other line for a moment. "Yeah, you don't have patrol tomorrow, or work at all for that matter."
You sat up a bit straighter in bed. "Um, yes I do."
"No, you don't. I called Mina, asked her if you'd mind taking that shift for you and, since she knows what's happening, she agreed the extra day for travel would do you some good. So, she's covering you tomorrow then you're off work until next Wednesday. As for me, thanks to all that overtime I put in when Denki, Kyoka, and Hitoshi got married, the three of them are splitting up my days so I have until Wednesday too."
Eijiro sounded impossibly proud on the other line, you could almost see the smirk on his face. "You've got this all planned out, don't you?"
"And a bag nearly packed. Just need you to tell me what ties to bring."
"Gold, burgundy, and black."
"Thought your mom said no black for you?"
"She said no black for the wedding. She said nothing about black at the brunch!"
You couldn't wait to put on the tea-length dress that had been a favorite for years. Satin with a lacy top and, best of all, pockets.
He let out a rumbling laugh that fell off into comfortable silence as you laid back in your bed, lights still on, the room still a mess. You tapped the speaker icon and laid the phone on the pillow right beside your head, listing to the various sounds of Eijiro moving around.
A door creaking open, a hanger clattering against another, and a zipper. "And just like that, I'm all set."
"Don't forget your passport or hero license."
"I have one in my wallet and the other in my backpack."
You swiped up on your iPad, off Netflix, and going to google, lazily searching through flights. "So, did you find any good flights since you've clearly been looking?"
Another chuckle, "Eijiro, why are you laughing?" More stifled giggles had you sitting up in bed again. "Just tell me a site you were on. They're just flights, what's so funny?"
"There isn't a site."
"You said you were checking flights."
"And I was... on my family's jet."
"Eiji! No! No, no, no! That is supposed to be for their business or hero things! My stupid cousin's wedding is neither of those things!"
"Relax, Y/N. My family has multiple and they don't have any business trips planned right now anyways. I already cleared it with my mom. Seriously, I just mention your name and she's likely to let me have it for a whole year at least. Plus Todoroki's is back up in working order so the agency is covered too."
Damn, why'd he have to be so good at planning from time to time! You'd completely forgotten about the second jet his family had. Always opting for the larger one since the few missions they needed it for required them to bring fifty or so heroes along.
"Besides, if we fly private, we can land at an airstrip closer to the venue and won't need to drive four hours on top of a ten-hour flight."
"Alright, okay, thank you but, let me take care of the rental car, please. It's the least you can let me do."
"Deal. I just have one more question for ya."
"What's that?"
"Wanna leave tonight?"
You nearly dropped your damn iPad in shock. "Eijiro! What the fuck has gotten into you! It's the middle of the night!"
"I'm excited!" He boomed, "I haven't had a vacation in months!"
"I hate to break this to you, buddy, but this isn't going to be a vacation. You really shouldn't get your hopes up. This isn't going to be a good time with laughs and fun memories... my family, they just, they aren't those kinds of people."
"But we are." He stated matter-of-factly. "If they want to have sticks up their asses then let them! We'll have a good time on our own, laugh and make fun memories! So, what do you say, Y/N? I can be at your place in fifteen. I just gotta put shoes on and grab my keys..."
"Wait, hang on. Are you forgetting that we need someone to, oh, I dunno, FLY THE PLANE! Actually, we need two someone's, can't forget about a co-pilot!"
He hummed happily and you rubbed your temples. "You, you have a pilot and a co, don't you, Eiji?"
"Mhm! There is a company we use. Two can be at the hanger in an hour and every hour after that. I just have to make the call and get the flight plan approved which will be done before I even get to your house."
There was literally no reason to say no. You had mostly everything packed, nothing you needed to get from the store, all you had to do was put on pants and pack up your hygiene bag and you were ready too. Maybe getting there quicker and getting the whole thing over with would be better than staying home dwelling on everything.
"Better put your shoes on."
The glee in his voice, that was enough to make this whole thing worth it, "I'll see you soon."

Eijiro reached into the backseat and plopped a bag down on your lap the very moment you were buckled in. "Had to make a pit stop." He explained.
"It's after two in the morning, where'd you have to..."
"Just open the bag and don't complain."
You found it filled to the brim with all your favorite snacks.
"I'm sure the plane will have a bunch of snacks we can raid but I know for a fact they don't have these." He held up a pack of cookies and creme flavored pocky that had been his favorite for as long as you'd known him, quickly followed by your favorite flavor too. You also found a massive bag of gummy worms and jolly ranchers.
"So, what you're telling me is our teeth are going to rot by the time we land? Not that I'm complaining."
You ripped open the bag of ranchers knowing that was what he'd go for first and sure enough his hand dove inside just as he pulled away from the curb. You could hear his dangerously sharp teeth biting through the rock candy like it was nothing while you still rolled one around your mouth.
Eijiro asked you about the resort you'd be going to, wondering if you'd been there before or what other stuff you guys could do when you weren't dealing with your family. "I figured we could fly back Monday night or Tuesday morning, you know, just play it by ear in case there was anything else we wanted to do."
More than anything, you wished you could just leech a little bit of that excitement from him. The glimpses of his smile you caught as you drove under the street lights made your heart ache.
"What?" He asked with that wide smile of his. You'd been caught staring, red-handed.
"I, uh, I just don't know what to tell you."
You could see the subtle change of his grin, watch as it softened and his hand came to rest on your thigh. "Hey, it's gonna be fine! And if we run into them while out doing stuff, you can just avoid them or hide behind me!" At least hiding behind Eijiro is an easy thing to do, damn mountain of a man.
His thumb slowly brushed back and forth. "'S gonna be okay. I'll beat 'em up if they're assholes!"
You snickered at his Katsuki impression and let the drone of the radio fill the air around you both. Enjoying the silence the rest of the way to the hanger with Eijiro's hand atop your leg.
