I love this concept art of Silco cos he legitimately looks like a teen/young adult here.
He’s wearing jewelry!
And he’s got this vest that looks very punk-like, seemingly with nothing underneath.
exactly like how jinx wears her top asdfghjk
I can’t explain how funny and wholesome it is to me that Silco also had a punk phase during his younger years, it’s so unlike his adult self but so incredibly Jinx-coded
I need to see teen punk Silco in s2 flashback NOW

a few reminders because i’m tired and angry
fandom is a hobby, not a form of activism
adult women aren’t inherently creepy for being in fandom and having hobbies apart from raising babies and doing taxes
the vast majority of people pushing back against the worrying trend of instigating harassment over fictional characters and relationships aren’t incest supporters or pedophiles, actually
liking a m/f ship doesn’t make someone a dirty heterosexual invading your space
preferring gay ships doesn’t make you ‘’woke’’ and good
no one owes you a disclaimer that they are a good person who recognizes that their favorite fictional villain’s actions are evil and that they don’t condone those actions irl
liking a fictional villain is in no way comparable to advocating abuse/murder/genocide/etc and you’re a fucking idiot if you believe that
just because a woman is attracted to a fictional villain doesn’t mean she’s promoting toxic relationships or going to end up in a toxic relationship. assuming women can’t tell fiction and reality apart stinks of internalized misogyny
some rando’s a/b/o fanfics have none of the level of influence that popular tv shows and movies spreading propaganda have
no one owes you a detailed description of their traumas and mental health problems
abusive relationships are not the same as enemies to lovers ships
y’all need to chill the fuck out over people, relationships, actions and events that don’t actually exist and learn how to enjoy and discuss them like normal people
fandom is a hobby, not a form of activism
feel free to add more

There should be a fanfic writing game called the showrunners challenge where someone writes a story and partway through someone else can play things like "actor leaves after 4000 more words" or "topic now too politically sensitive due to unforeseen world events" or "lost rights to that reference"

The Game (She's In My Head Already)
WolfWren Soccer AU: Chapters 1-6 (of 12) now available!
Rookie Hati and fan-favourite Wren are competing for the last spot left on their national team, but both their careers are threatened when their rivalry escalates into an on-field brawl. Shin might have been the first to draw blood, but Sabine Wren does not fight fair, and there's no way she's backing down.
Shin gazed at Wren’s neck, just below her left ear, where the scrapes Shin had torn into her skin were still visible. Her insides glowed at the memory of the vivid scarlet blood dripping down, falling onto the green grass, all over Shin’s hands.
“You’re smiling,” Wren exclaimed. “You’re…unhinged. Like a feral cat.”
Unhinged. Her. She was one to talk.
“I am not-”
“Someone needs to keep a tighter leash on you,” Wren interrupted, easily freeing her arms. Shin bit back a growl at the proof of her strength. “How long did it take to get the blood out from under your nails? Or did you not even try?” she added, taking one of Shin’s hands and holding it up to the light.
Shin snatched her hand back. “You’ve said your piece. Get out.”
Wren reached out again to rest her hands on Shin’s waist, fingers slipping ever so slightly into the top of her shorts. She rolled her hips forward and Shin bit back a gasp. When had they gotten close enough that Wren could do that? “You’re the one holding me here, kitten.”
“Do not call me-”
Wren titled her neck up, showing off the scratches. “Don’t attack me like a kitten. Then I’ll stop calling you that. Stop making stupid mistakes, and I’ll stop calling you rookie.”
Sounds from down the hall; Shin’s team was coming back.
Wren released her grip on Shin’s hips, but didn’t step away; instead she gripped Shin’s face and pulled her down into a quick and ferocious kiss.
Shin’s blood burned and her whole body flinched and then tensed at the feel of the other woman’s burning lips on her own. Wren’s eyes were closed but Shin stared at her, wild, shocked into inaction.
Wren bit down into Shin’s bottom lip, just for a moment, then moved back and slipped out from under Shin’s grasp. “See you at home next month,” she whispered into Shin’s ear, then ran her hand over Shin’s bare stomach as she left the room.
Shin just stood there frozen as her team came through the other door. What on earth did she mean by that?
“Was that Sabine?” said one of the players, coming up to Shin.
“I’d bet a million bucks. Up to her old tricks,” said another.
Shin moved back on shaky legs and fell onto the bench.
“Hey, rookie,” said the captain, hand on Shin’s shoulder, face grim. “Do not let that one get in your head. She has a reputation.”
Shin stared blankly up. “…what?”
The rest of the team sighed in frustration and exchanged knowing glances. “Why wasn’t someone guarding Hati? She’ll be useless this game now.”
Keep reading on Ao3
