🐰 What do you think says the most about a person?

I'd say how they talk about people they know. If I get to know someone and all they do is shit talk about people I've seen them interact with (and they look like they get along a lot), that raises a bunch of red flags for me. Also, how someone treats/talks about strangers/customer service workers (waiters, cashiers, etc). It says a lot to me about their character depending on how they treat/interact with them.

🦋 Describe yourself in three words.

Funny, loud, traumatized. Some of my friends/mutuals here would probably add sadist onto the list, but I digress.

🐸 Describe your aesthetic.

I'm gonna answer this assuming it means aesthetic in terms of clothing. In the spring/summer, I'd say it leans towards streetwear and cottagecore. In the fall, I mostly go streetwear and normcore. In the winter I dress purely for comfort. Does that mean I look cute? Does that mean I look like a homeless middle school boy? You'll never know.

🌸 Best compliment you ever received?

So in case you didn't know, I'm currently writing a BkDk/DkBk fic called Your Hand In Mine. The entire thing is in Izuku's POV, and seeing as this is my first multichapter work written in Izuku's POV, I've been very unsure/insecure/not confident in my characterization of him as well as writing his angst. Then this one time a friend/mutual of mine (hi @legendzjagz love ya /p) mentioned that she recommended this fic to a friend of hers who had joined MHA and BkDk pretty recently and they said this about the fic:

"That would be easier."

James backed away from the statue of armour that now had his initials painted onto its chest.

He bit his bottom lip in thought before turning back to Lily, "Why do you hate me?"

Lily stared at him for a moment, not replying.

He nodded with resignation and slowly walked back down the hall, slightly downtrodden.

Lily fell to the floor immediately after he had turned the corner, and glanced up to his initials on the armour. She now noticed her own initials next to it and couldn't help a smile making its way to her face.

Lily stared at the statue as she spoke, "I don't hate you. I could never hate you, that's the problem."

"What was that, Red?" Sirius grinned, rushing down the stairs.

"Nothing!"

actually yknow what I will Not stop talking about amprule 4th anniversary art because I know Uri (the artist who designed amprule) puts so much detail into each drawing they make of them so let's break down this banger artwork together

Let's start simple! A pink rose! Pink roses signify elegance and deeper colored ones can signify appreciation! While the characters themselves are Korean, their artist is Japanese, so I also looked up what they mean in Hanakotoba (Japanese flower language) they signify trust, happiness and confidence! Considering their dynamic, these could be the meanings they were going for!!

Up next the dog & the cat. They are possibly a Maine Coon and a Pyrenean Mountain Dog!

From what I've gathered the Pyrenees are used as a livestock guardian. Because of this they are rather protective of their family, as well as loyal and loving but also do not get along well with strangers. All of which work for a rather good descriptor of Chungsung considering how he has dedicated himself to taking care of and protecting Dongha.

Maine Coons, from what I know of them, are curious cats who'll follow you around and try to get included in whatever their owners are doing. So basically, they're giant cats that are clingy. Which, again, works well with Dongha, since he clings to the people he loves! He is afraid of being left behind by Chungsung and he has always been clinging to support he had provided for him.

Now this part might be a reach but when it comes to Uri's art I'm not leaving any idea unsaid. Compared to how the dog is sleeping peacefully in Dongha's lap, the cat is looking at somewhere else, possibly showing how Dongha is desperately trying to get his father's approval?

I would also like to add that in the extra art Uri posted, it is pretty much made clear that the animals are supposed to represent each other, thus signifying the trust they have for one another.

And at last, the color swap. It is my favorite part of the whole thing ngl. Colors mean a lot of for Amprule in my opinion, green means Dongha and red means Chungsung. In their original designs Chungsung's reds are Dongha's accessories, they're eye catching and are mostly associated with hearts. Meanwhile Dongha's greens are naturally blended into Chungsung's clothes with a gorgeous pattern inside his coat. In this illustration however they covered in each other's colors! Hell, in Dongha's case he's covered head to toe in pink!! And this is a Huge Thing especially considering how their main colors contrast each other (but when two colors are contrasting they are also complementary).

But also gold means Dongha and silver means Chungsung. In an interview with Uri, they talk about how they used the gold & silver accessories to show their power imbalance. While it's not a complete swap, bronze & pearl keeps it similar to the colors of gold & silver without losing their difference in monetary value.

It's Dongha's brooch that sums it all up perfectly, green & red and bronze & pearls together in one beautiful piece of jewelry. Put a crown on top of it and that's Amprule.

In the end, I think this is the perfect illustration to showcase how Amprule has changed and will keep changing!! And here's to hoping that sometime soon they'll wear each others colors in not so muted tones.

If I had the time and motivation, I'd definitely rewrite Paris. Like don't get me wrong, I love the plot and the characterizations, it's just....it's rough man. 2+ year writer's block AND my first fanfic? Like. It shows, y'know?

💫what is your favorite kind of comment/feedback?

I fucking LOVE batshit comments. Incoherent screams and keyboard smashing and saying "I'm going to murder you" but also "PLEASE I NEED TO KNOW WHAT HAPPENS". However, I'd be lying if I said I don't like more put-together comments. And by this, I mean someone complimenting some aspect of my writing. It really helps me identify what I did really well in that particular chapter(s).

🕯️was there a fic that was really hard on you to write, or took you to a place you didn't think it would take you?

Your Hand In Mine (In Every Universe). As you can tell from most of my works, I tend to favor writing in Katsuki's POV. It's easier for me to get into his head and his way of thinking and translate it (tell me you're a kacchan kinnie without telling me you're a kacchan kinnie am i right lol). However, with this fic, I'm writing it from Izuku's POV. I feel like I struggle a LOT more with writing his angst and just his characterization in general. I get worried I'm falling too much into the Dead Deku AU trope of him being depressed from middle school (he was sad, yes, but he was optimistic. he was never depressed. there's a difference.) as well as writing Izuku's perception of Kacchan to be OOC.
