As I slowly opened my eyes, I found myself nestled in our cozy bed, surrounded by rose-colored sheets, and wrapped in my lover's arms. His warm breath brushed against my skin as he whispered, "Wake up, my love. " Although I knew he was right, I couldn't help but groan at the thought of leaving the comfort and happiness of the moment. My body was so comfortably nestled into his, and I felt a sense of contentment that I never wanted to let go of.
He gently placed a soft kiss on my forehead while lifting me with a gentle hum. "Good morning, my sunshine," he said in a tone filled with admiration that only I could understand. I nodded in response, slipping out of his arms and making my way to the pink vintage bathroom. I turned on the faucet and let the water run, enjoying the sound of the water filling the bathtub. The warm water was inviting, and I couldn't wait to soak in it
I stand by the bathtub, my gaze fixed on the tap as it slowly fills up the tub with steaming hot water. The sweet fragrance from the floral-scented soap wafts up, as the bubbles gradually form a foamy layer on the surface. As I wait for the tub to fill up, I notice a soft pink tint creeping up the water, giving it a soothing effect.
Just then, Mark, my love, looks up and catches a glimpse of my shadow from the corner of his eye. He smiles and I feel a small smile curling up the corners of my lips as Mark's kind gesture warms my heart.

Mark had been preparing the bath for some time now, adjusting the temperature of the water until it was just right. As I approached, he had already stepped into the water, his hand stretched out for me to take as he safely guided me inside. The warm, toasty bath enveloped my body as I settled into the tub, feeling the tension in my muscles slowly fade away.
Mark occupied the end of the tub, his back against the cool tile wall, his legs spread open, inviting me to sit in between them. The sensation of his warm skin against mine was comforting, and I felt safe and content in his embrace. The sound of the water lapping gently against the sides of the tub was soothing, and I allowed myself to relax fully, enjoying the moment of peacefulness and tranquility.
As I settle into the warm water, I feel Mark's arms wrap around me, his knees gently brushing against my sides. I turn to look at him and he smiles lovingly at me. I reach out and start playing with the bubbles on his knee, making little hearts and messages. Mark leans back, resting his arms on the rim of the tub, and I take a moment to admire him. The soap suds cling to his skin, creating a beautiful contrast against his toned body. "You look so pretty," he says, his voice soft and sincere. I feel my heart swell with affection for him as we continue to enjoy the peaceful morning together.

My whole neck had turned rouge, and my heart was pounding. I was utterly in love with him. I turned around to face him, and our foreheads touched. I could feel his breath on my face, and I knew he was waiting for me to say something.
Without hesitation, I locked my lips with his. My hands wrapped around his neck as I relaxed into him. Our bare bodies pressed against each other as the warm bath water sat at my hips, tinted a pretty pink. I felt so safe and loved in his arms.
After a moment, I pulled back from the kiss and looked into his eyes. "I wanna be with you for the rest of eternity," I said softly, my heart pounding in my chest.
He looked at me with nothing but love in his eyes and replied softly, "You can." It was the happiest moment of my life.

This Week in BL - just RELAX BL, you're stressing me out
Organized, in each category, by ones I'm enjoying most at the top. However, I've put quite a few on hold for travel reasons.
Oct 2023 Wk 3
Ongoing Series - Thai
Dangerous Romance (Fri YT) ep 10 of 12 - Boyfriends are cute boyfriends. Reconciliation with daddy and then major brother drama. How exciting. Gah but that closing scene, these two are such great actors!
Naughty Babe (Sat YT) ep 8 fin - A perfectly serviceable final episode. I did love the red Chinese-style wedding to go with the “hia.” Also, just a little Thai 'poke poke poke' at China.
Final thoughts?
This is a nice addendum to Cutie Pie, but it’s relatively incomprehensible even if you’ve watched that previous installment. I can’t imagine it will make any sense at all if you haven’t. Frankly, the most impressive thing about this show was the makeup team. MaxNat give excellent chemistry, all the high heat is well done, and the friendships are adorable, even if the story is nonsensical. It’s fine, I’m relieved it was only 8 eps. I enjoyed it for the pair but I will probably never rewatch. A weak 8/10
My Universe (Sun iQIYI) Lucky Love ep 9 of 24 -Heartbroken (drunk) gay boy meets (fights) sister’s new chef. I love the femme bestie. Adorbs. This one seems pretty good actually. I like all the shots of Bangkok’s actual traffic. POV is a bit of a sad sack tho.
Absolute Zero (Thai Weds iQIYI) ep 4 of 12 - There is something clever about this narrative in the way that they are each each other’s first and second loves, but also age gap kinda creepy (Thailand maybe leave this one for Japan?)
Venus in the Sky (Tues iQIYI) 8 of 10 eps - So much whiny gay drama babies. However, it also manages to be painfully slow, through the simple act of having 90% of the show be boys sitting around staring at their phones. Then it suddenly got way higher heat than I expected. Honestly, this could’ve ended at 8 sps. I don’t see how extending the show is going to improve it in any way.
Only Friends (Sat YT) ep 11 of 12 (not a BL but I'm watching it anyway) - I don’t have faith in any couple. One of my favorite things about this show is watching how many boys Mark can kiss. I know everyone is focusing on Neo, but seriously baby boy got game. Meanwhile Boston’s dick must be made of self-lubing steal pipe; I remain entirely uninterested is TopMew; Mew’s fam demonstrate why a gay boy should never take advice from straight women; and the slut-shaming agenda continues. NO SINGING. No character in this show is happy when Boeing turns up, but the rest of us trash-loving muckrakers are thrilled.
Ongoing Series - Not Thai
If It’s With You AKA Even If I Fall In Love With You AKA Kimi to nara Koi wo Shite Mite mo’ (Japan Gaga) ep 3 of 5 - Oh it is so cute and so sweet and so aching. I really did not want the confession to happen, even though I knew it had to. There is an element of torture to this one that only Japan can execute with such precise softness.
You Are Mine (Taiwan Fri Viki) eps 7 of 10 - I remain charmed. But while the me of 2018 would have thought this one of the best BLs ever, the me of now is finding it a bit dated and nostalgic.
Bon Appetit (Korea Weds iQIYI) 7-8fin - Romance between an office worker and the man from his past next door who cooks well. It was a very sweet and cute tale of food as love in the All the Liquors family of KBL. I’m not wild about it, I did enjoy it, I was happy to have it show up on my dash, but ultimately it will simply become one of the KBL crowd. 8/10
Kiseki: Dear to Me (Taiwan Tues Viki & iQIYI) ep 10 of 13(?) - another one where they are separated for most of the show. Although the sides are giving win.
Bump Up Business (Korea Gaga) 1-2 of 8 - from Idol Romance staring OnlyOneOf's Nine & Mill, this released as a movie in July in SK but is now being recut/reissued as a series. Love story between a trainee who is about to debut and a celebrity plagued by scandal. After that OmegaX Shoulder bullshizz business I am very wary of this show, but this pair is already better cast.
Out of the mouths of OnlyOneOf (!!!) babes...
As to the show? I don’t know. I mean I love the idea, am nervous about Korea (with that bubble) doing a meta critique of the BL industry, with K-pop idols, using an existing group. It just seems like there’s a lot of mines in this small field, and it could go horribly horribly wrong. I am enjoying it, but also anxious the whole time I’m watching it for culture/market reasons. That said, I did pretty much ask for this exact show. So I can't complain, now can I?
Mr Cinderella 2 (Vietnam Sat YT) ep 5 of ? - I honestly don’t entirely understand what is going on. But it all seems to be the
Psychotic Pretty Kitty’s fault. Oo caught in the act of drug-induced cheating - DRAMA. Dung should cut his losses and leave - cute doctor husband or not. Lovely kiss from the sides. I gotta say, this cast is hella pretty. I’m not mad that this team is kind of turning into GMMTV Vietnam.
It's Airing But...
I Feel You Linger in the Air (Fri grey) ep 8 of 12 - I will try to watch 8-12 and do a series review when I get back in November but... not sure I will be able to. Fingers crossed.
Love in Translation (Sat iQIYI) ep 8fin - completed, my final thoughts in Nov.
What Did You Eat Yesterday Season 2 AKA Kinou Nani Tabeta? Season 2 (Japan Fri Gaga) ep 1 of 10 - I find this series more fun to binge, so I'm waiting until it completes its run.
I Cannot Reach You AKA I Can't Reach You AKA Kimi ni wa Todokanai (Japan Tues Netflix-Japan & ????) - in classic JBL fashion, I Cannot Reach You could not be reached.
Can I Buy Your Love From A Vending Machine? AKA Sono Koi, Jihanki de Kaemasu ka? (Japan cinema release in-country only) - This one is a movie from Japan so in customary fashion who tf knows when (or if) it will get international distribution. Salaryman Ayumu Koiwai just can't tear his eyes away from the strong, muscular man as he checks on the stocks of the vending machine in his office.
One Room Angel (Japan Gaga) - Yukinori, a convenience store clerk was accidentally stabbed by a thug and nearly died. He returns home to find an angel waiting for him. The drama is an adaptation based on Harada’s manga of the same name (which I did not like). With only five episodes and a good chance this won’t end happily, I am going to wait and let you tell me how it goes. Binge it when it is complete if it's safe.
In Case You Missed It
GMMTV posted their initial 2024 line up, here's my round up of the BLs. It includes 2 JBL adaptations, 2 KBL adaptations (that they aren't admitting to) and vampires. If you want to know how I did on the predictions that's here and the answer is: very badly indeed.
I am watching the Y Journey: Stay Like a Local series. But they are essentially tourist board long-form advertisements. I enjoy the promo aspect with regards to the food. And seeing some of my favorite pairs do interesting other things is kinda fun. But the whole thing feels disingenuous when gay marriage is still not legal and it’s essentially the Thai government (making these ads) who is stopping that from happening. I have a similar feeling to iQIYI as a content provider. It’s not queerbaiting in the original sense of the term, but it’s pretty gross to use gay for advertising with a nationalistic propaganda agenda, when being gay is still not legal in your country. Yes I struggle to reconcile myself with this on the regular, and it’s an ongoing hypocritical struggle for my tiny withered tired old heart.
All that said, this week's installment, He’s Not Happy, did make me want to rewatch Make a Wish. There’s no kissing in this series but JudoFluke kiss beautifully, so If you haven’t seen Make a Wish, it’s very good and I recommend tracking it down.

10/31 SHADOW (Thai Gaga) - this is a horror BL featuring ghosts and other paranormal elements in a high school setting. I'm not wild about Thai horror (or horror at all). It features Singto (who did paranormal BL He's Coming to Me) opposite Fluke N (who's done a couple horror's before). Also Fiat. Dan suffers from sleep paralysis, and in his dreams he sees a shadow that suffocates him. It gets worse when he transfers schools.

A/N: This has been lounging in my drafts for ages along with its half-finished nsfw sequel, but there doesn't seem to be much reason for keeping the cutesy bit hidden away.

It was a sleepover night at Ramshackle. Ace, Deuce, and Cater helped you heap blankets and pillows on the floor of the common room, prepare an obscene amount of snacks, and pick out the cheesiest horror flicks known to man. It was Cater's first time finally attending so you were extra excited. You crossed paths with him on your way to put your pajamas on and you stopped, your head tilted as you stared at him curiously. He had just finished getting changed himself.
"Something wrong with my face?" he teased, his usual grin in place.
You shook your head. "I've just never seen you with your hair down before." You held your hand out, asking to touch the loose strands. Cater wasn't a fan of people touching him usually, but for you he'd make an exception. He stood there, green eyes narrowed as you ran your fingers through his hair when you made a noise of surprise. "You'd think I'd be used to it by now on account of how often Ace and Deuce are here, but," you skimmed the curve of his cheek with your thumb, just under his eye. "Seeing you guys without the card marks is still pretty trippy."
Cater hummed brightly, catching your hand in his and pressing a quick kiss to the inside of your wrist. "Well you'll just have to help me with it tomorrow!" You laughed and went on your way, joining the boys back in the common room with Grim on your heels 15 minutes later. Cater was squishing Ace’s face in his hands, talking about how cute he’d look with his hair back.
“Gimme a headband, will ya?” Cater said. You jogged back up to your bathroom, ignoring Ace’s yelling of ‘don’t you dare!’ with a cackling laugh. Despite his attitude Ace sat with a pout, arms crossed, as Cater put the headband on him, arranging Ace’s hair so it spread evenly under the stretchy sparkly fabric. “Adorbs!” Before Ace could stop him, Cater had snapped a photo and was posting it online.
“You do look really cute,” you said. Deuce snickered into his fist behind your back and Ace lobbed a pillow at him. Deuce dodged and the pillow sent Grim sprawling instead. Grim wailed because the bowl of chips in his paws were now scattered and smushed and you glowered at your fellow freshman until they had sheepishly picked up the mess and refilled Grim’s bowl. Cater snapped away all the while.
“Lookit you, keeping the freshies in line.” Cater commended. You took a dramatic bow and eventually the five of you settled into the blanket pile and started the first movie. By the end of the movie Cater was lying with his head on your leg and you had taken to absentmindedly running your fingers through his hair. Halfway through the second movie he was wearing Grim like a fur hat, because the little monster didn’t care if Cater was lying there; it was his lap to sleep in. When Grim had crawled into your lap it effectively put an end to playing with Cater’s hair. Instead of simply letting you go the Junior had grabbed your hand and was now holding it against his chest. You kept finding yourself focusing on the warmth of his body and the faint beat of his heart instead of the show.
“Cute cuddle pile,” Ace teased as he leaned in to grab from your largely untouched pile of snacks.
“You can join if you’re jelly, Acey.” Cater said with a grin.
“No way!”
You sighed. “The first time we did this, they cuddled together in their sleep. They’ve made me be the barrier ever since.” Cater squeezed your hand comfortingly and lifted it to kiss your wrist. It was the second time he’d done that and it made your chest flutter.
“You wouldn’t wanna wake up spooning your dorm mate either!” Ace insisted. You gestured to Grim but were cut off by Cater giggling.
“I can say from personal experience that Trey likes being the little spoon.”
“What?!” Ace yelped.
“Really?!” Deuce cried.
Cater laughed. “And it doesn’t even happen by accident!”
Grim grumbled in his sleep, his foot thumping Cater on the top of his head.
Ace’s mouth worked open and shut for a moment and then he shook his head. “You know what? Coming from you, Cater, I can’t even really say that’s a surprise.”
“Is it nice being the little spoon?” Deuce wondered aloud.
“Only one way to find out,” Cater said. Before Deuce could retract his statement Cater grabbed him and pulled him to the floor, holding him as the little spoon. Deuce cried out, struggling for a moment before giving up, his head resting on Cater’s bicep. You were laughing so hard you woke up Grim who bopped you on the nose, which made Ace laugh, before he crawled under another blanket and fell back to sleep.
When you’d all finally calmed down Deuce said slowly “this is actually pretty nice.”
“Told ya so,” Cater said.
“Jealous yet?” you said teasingly to Ace. He stuck out his tongue and sat back to watch the movie, although he was closer to you than before.
With Grim out of the way you resumed playing with Cater’s hair, only this time in your distracted state sometimes your fingertips would stray along the line of his jaw or the shell of his ear. It wasn’t until you started fondling his earring that you realized how handsy you were being. “Sorry!” you whispered fervently. “Didn’t mean to be all grabby!”
“You’re fine.” Without the usual insouciant grin on his face Cater looked so serious and melancholy. His chin rested on the top of Deuce's head and his heavy-lidded eyes were trained on the TV and you couldn't help but stare for just a few seconds. He almost looked like an entirely different person.
As the end credits rolled you yawned and stretched, poking Ace in the forehead when you dropped your arms. He scowled and poked you back and it nearly escalated to full on war when Cater said “and that’s Deucey down for the count!” You both looked and sure enough, Deuce was fast asleep. You grabbed your phone and checked the time.
“It is almost 2 am. We should all get some sleep.” You carefully extricated your leg from under Cater’s head and stood, stepping over Grim’s sleeping lump to use the bathroom. When you came back Cater and Deuce were still in the same spot covered with a blanket and Cater had replaced your leg with one of the pillows. Ace was a few feet away half covered with his own blanket. You considered your options for about two seconds before lifting the blanket and snuggling up against Cater's back.
"Really?!" Ace said.
"Don't get left out Acey~" Cater cooed. You slung your arm next to his over Deuce and nuzzled your face shamelessly between his shoulder blades.
"Unbelievable," Ace griped. All the same, a few moments later he was lying down next to you. Almost as an afterthought he grabbed the blanket Grim was asleep on and dragged it down next to him. "The things I do for you people."
"Love you too!" You and Cater said at the same time, the both of you laughing after. Ace huffed and you felt him shift against your back. He might be trying to act cold now but you knew that when you woke up in the morning he'd be as cuddled up to you as you were to Cater.
Grim mumbled something about tuna and you stifled your laughter against Cater's back. "These are the best nights," you said wistfully. Ace grumbled a response and while Cater said nothing, you felt the unmistakable brush off his fingers against yours.
Your heart leapt into your throat and you literally held your breath as you adjusted your arm and moved your hand so that it was beneath his. Slowly, his fingers filled the gaps between yours, curling into your palm. It wasn't until his back moved against your cheek that you realized he'd been holding his breath too.

Apparently, this caught my eye. It seems that the Chibi shorts that Disney had been doing over the past several months has led up to something big. It is the Chibiverse in which fan-favorite Disney chibis star in crazy episodes and it begins on July 30th.

This glossary can help you speak like a true Hub citizen, and fool most securoBots.
adorb: adorable. A cuter version of something.
android: humanistic Bot.
anonyBand: a necklace that scrambles a person's facial features, making them unreadable in both surveillance camera footage and IRL.
art bomb: an illegal street art installation by graf artists.
atomWash: using an atomizer to get clean.
atomizer: A type of shower, that uses a fine mist to clean.
auDisc: Audio discs, similar to CDs.
bagPants: baggy pants.
the Belt: the drivable street encircling the Hub.
bopBots: AI tasked with inventing Popular Music.
bot: robotic laborer.
candEcube: Corp-produced candy, small cubes made of artificial flavors and sweeteners.

Hub: the Hub is one of many Metros that make up the cityStates of the Continental Amalgamation.It is the nation's premier post-creativity society.

iNet: what we would call the internet. Most use it in the form of contact lenses. A few old-timers still use glasses. All normal Hub citizens rely on it for day-to-day tasks.
IRL: in real life, not on the iNet.
iTap: How users of the iNet "click" on various screens within the program, by looking at them.
K: currency used by the Hub.
K-count: how much money a person has.
kak: excrement. Used as an expletive.
lastGen: digital location device, password and key. Used to mark secure areas and also to let people in those secure areas.
Libs: the left-of-center groups that have absconded to the subUrbs. They fight wars of attrition with the Cons who run the Metros.
mBandit: Metro bandits; people who invade Metros for personal gain.

Meeting: illegal spiritual gathering.
Metros: city-states of the Continental Amalgamation.

peri: the perimeter of the Hub, a wall designed to keep the citizens safe.

plasticine: the most used building material in the Hub. It is made out of recycled plastics and can be recycled itself, in perpetuity.

upLink: a transmission to or from the iNet.
unders: underwear.

things ive observed while playing ruri tunes:
disclaimer: i only did this after repeatedly grinding the lessons for extra DP, i don't know how to look at the assets themselves so feel free to correct me if im wrong, but please be nice
lucifer's got lightning effects which is similar to the animation that plays when hes abt to curse someone
when mammons using a money bag to hit the obstacles, there are coin particle effects
levi has glowsticks and the gardening staff, plus matching rainbow effects when he uses the latter
satan has cat paws and scratch effects
simeon has feather particles and litral holy light (i thought it was a disco ball at first oops)
cheers to asmo and diavolo for having the most lag inducing effects (pink hearts and fire respectively)
asmo also sometimes wields a mic stand which is so adorbs
solomon uses his wand and sometimes you can see faint magic circles in his double-hit animation
barbatos holds a tea tray while running, but uses an empty tray to attack (where did the tea go 🤔) ++some of his attack animations are green (not sure if thats magic, and im p sure ill be reaching if i said that was his tail)
and beel has red teeth marks for his attack animations (from seeing an irl play, i havent used him at all yet)
i cant seem to pinpoint if luke and belphie have other special fx than the chihuahua and pillow... does the blunt hit fx count as a special particle?
also i noticed that the hard mode UR+s are the same color as obm vanilla's seven rulers of hell SSRs (coinkydink? I Think Not)
lastly, in nightbringer's akuzon, I also noticed that you can't buy individual dv with 30 dp. which is scummy because you're forced to spend 270 dp for a 10 pull IF you dont have anymore dv

I finally had the chance to play this for the first time since I discovered it back in 2013. Thank you Steam and JAST BLUE!! I absolutely fell in love with these characters (Not Mink). So yeah . here are my *unedited* thoughts on each route!

Noiz
Stoic, tsundere, lonely, rich kid | Woof. Had to start with his route, cuz I had a crush on him in highschool lol. He’s a brat. And i’m here for it. Him randomly kissing Aoba was so unexpected and strange, but like he’s so unsocialized so- I didn’t mind it (i’ve seen people theorize that Noiz may be autistic¿) Noiz buying all the food in Platinum Jail? Sweetie? He likes sweets? Lemme feed you? Sweetie? Sweetie? His snarky comments? <3 Pissed me off a few times, but it was his defense barrier, and once he could feel again after Aoba used Scrap on him nghghnghghghg yes . the bloody bad end was hot but god it felt so wrong,, and even the other bad ending had them together too,, it really made me click the puzzle pieces together that Noiz really wants to BE with Aoba- and gggggghghhbghhg . and NOIZ GOING AWAY FOR 3 MONTHS AND COMING BACK IN A SUIT WITH AN ESTABLISHED JOB AND WANTING TO BRING AOBA HOME TO GERMANY SO THEY CAN LIVE OUT THEIR LIVES THERE??? Wow. Chef’s kiss. SOMEONE APPEARED ON THE SCREENS WHEN THE TOWER COLLAPSED??? WHO IS THAT?
Bad End 1: we’re trapped. In silent oath together. omg he just WANTS to be with Aoba ;;
Bloody Bad End: well this is hot,, but god it feels so wrong . they deserve better than this
Good End: Chef’s kiss . moving to Germany to live their futures together? Let’s fucking gooooo . Couldn't stop smiling when this end card hit me

The charmer, hot head | Being honest, he’s the Husbando material choice lmfao , super sweet. Such a bro . his confession was super sweet . I liked breaking him out of his mentality that he wanted to die due to his past mistakes. But we aren’t our past mistakes and i’m glad that he was able to move past that. AOBA LETTING KUO CUT HIS HAIR?? Adorbs. Kay, but the BAD END? SHIRO-AOBA? WOOF . With the white hair and all hoh ,,,, WHO IS THIS PERSON ON THE SCREEN WHEN THE TOWER FALLS?! . Aoba said it felt like someone was guiding them through the tower???????

Clear <3
Love of my life, baby, adorkable, golden retriever boy | Clear, my love . I fell head over heels for this boy. (oh no he’s hottttttttttt) . Thought he was strange but in an endearing way at first- and then I fell. THE SCENE WHERE CLEAR LETS AOBA SEE HIS FACE FOR THE FIRST TIME? My jaw dropped. Excellent. His BEAUTY MARK, the MOLES? Ohhmnyogdddddd <3333333 THEM TOUCHING EACH OTHERS FACES? shit brought me to tearsssss. Aoba and I both said he’s beautiful at the same time ;; Clear questioning his purpose and all aaa . it felt so genuine and grounding talking to Clear. i enjoyed every conversation with him. CLEAR NAKED IN THE APRON? My jaw dropped here too. It was so unexpected but shiiiit my boy’s caked upp . Aoba’s reaction had me in tears laughing . CLEAR BEING ON TOP OF like OPAL TOWER OR SOMETHING AND AOBA’S LIKE DAFUQ ARE YOU DOING,, plzz spare me <3 WHY DIDN’T PLATINUM JAIL HAVE AN AQUARIUM??? I wanted to take him to an aquarium goddammit,, his heroic sacrifice,, my sweet baby aaaaa . I wish I wasn’t spoiled that he was a robot,, thanks guys lmao. I was an absolute mess during their sex scene- Clear slowly dying and them just touching each other and talking,, knowing that Clear’s clock was ticking that whole time,, and not knowing when he would shutdown hhhh and then his eyes lose color. holy fuck - I was a crying mess. Him being repaired for a whole year is insane. I can’t imagine that pain of “what if he walks in right now?” for that long. And my god. That end card and then the song kicking in and the credits rolling made me cry start crying AGAIN. HIS BAD END??? AOBA’S LEGS? MAKING AOBA LIKE A DOLL WITHOUT AN ESCAPE? Ghgdfjkas;lf “as long as Clear’s happy” . Clear’s hot asf kill me . AND THERE THAT PERSON WAS AGAIN . WHO IS THAT ON THE SCREEN WHEN THE TOWER FALLS FFS WHEN WILL I KNOW
Bad End: ohmygod where are his legs- C-CLEAR?? ffs it’s hot in here *screenshot*
Good End: The best end. He's literally perfect. Nothing can top this. idc. legit would marry him
Mink
Thoughts before: I’m going to nitro-skip this whole route. Not looking forward to hanging out with this guy.
Spiritual, stoic, impossible to get along with, biker guy | I’m an hour in and I crave death. We’re apparently going to this industrial-looking area in Platinum jail? -okay. The greeting panda said “adult activities” happen here. spare me .alright, 2 hours in, UPDATE,, oh my god the club scene,, not a fan of that sex scene. that was hard to watch,, but baby blue drunk/high on the light drugs was soo cute. Aoba saying “ someone’s watching me, whose eyes?” does he mean his Scrap self? Or that mystery screen person????? Hgnghghghhg . god it’s so awkward around Mink now . spare me. he bit my hair and then raped me. “Oh, maybe it has an underlying meaning” BABY BLUE I’M- expressing my disdain for this route . i’m bored . the way Mink treats Aoba makes me sick. Kicking him and punching him,, it’s sickening to watch and listen to. OH SHIT AOBA’S SCRAP SELF IS HERE “i’ll grind your brain into dust” YESS BABY BLUE GET HIS ASS. fuck the elevator, we’re taking the BIKE. ohmygod we got to see some of Aoba’s past!! Aoba wasn't even aware of the "crimes" he was committing. Like not realizing just how powerful he was, and he'd fuck people up in Rhyme. SLY BLUE . did Toue just use his voice on Mink??? oh nvm, it's not Scrap. Ohmygod getting the good ending is so excruciatingly long ohhhhhmyodddda. Wait Aoba said that it was supposedly Mink’s men who blow up the tower? Was that the plan for each route??? I’ve noticed 2 grammar errors in this route and none in the others. Seems like the devs don’t care about Mink either lmfao. Ohmygod WHAT? the person on the screens that appears whenever the tower collapses DIDN’T appear this time??? HWA???? Oh, we’re just on a fucking plane now searching for Mink. fanTASTic. “ i searched the world looking for him” Aoba . what the actual fuck- it’s finally over. The good end song was the best part of this route.
Bad End: Well, that was quick and oh- Aoba’s decapitated, sick
Good End: Ohmygod it never ends.

Ren isn’t on the menu anymore omffgggg it’s time boizz
Virus/Trip
Thoughts before: waiting for their sex scene tbh,, the snake and lion? Hhhhhh, supposedly we learn more about Aoba's past in this route?? Hmmm. These two appear here and there near the beginning, but you don't know much about them. But they say, "We're your biggest fans" to Aoba? What the hell does that mean??
Started this playthrough from the beginning this time, instead of at the warehouse (like I did with Koujaku, Clear, and Mink). So, Aoba's an experiment (: and the person who has been "watching" him, and the one who appears on the screens in Platinum jail when the tower falls IS AOBA'S BROTHER. Holy shit. The twins wiped Aoba's mind because they were working with Toue and had access to like mind control shit? Nice.
*openly admitting how hot their sex scene is, I have no regrets. I've waited years to see that scene in context, and it was beautiful*
Ren
Thoughts before: apparently, this route gives Aoba’s backstory??? This is the “true” ending, so we doing it last boiz.
Piggybacking off of the Twins' route, and going from the containment testing room- I know this is considered the TRUE route, but idk it felt like it went by pretty quick? Like the way it was paced was a bit too quick? I can barely remember what happened. Something about a virus that was implemented into the Allmates from Toue that would start infecting the owners and Toue would use that as one of his methods of "brainwashing". Seeing that Toue's Allmate was Usui was cool . Sei was the one sending us the games and sent the invitation to Platinum Jail too, so we could free him?? ;;;;; holy shit. Everyone coming together in the tower?? Iconic
Aoba accepting Sly Blue-and then Ren as his own being/entity and him somehow becoming human at the end? I don't fully understand it, but ya know, it was wholesome, so it passes
Bad End: Oh, he's eating us-
Good End: Wholesome, precious. Aoba's happy, Ren's happy. I'm happy
Final Thoughts
Overall, this game was so much more than I expected. I had such a blast experiencing everyone's routes. Going from Clear's route to Mink's was a death sentence. The different route ending options was such a nice touch. Thank you Jast Blue! (I had the nsfw patch- obviously). I knew I absolutely had to 100% this, and I did. I absolutely fell head over heels for Clear.
I seriously hope Jast will release Re:Connect in English on Steam. Because I will be there. (I've already watched Clear's route in Re:Connect, but I wanna play it lol).
