Things I Have Manifested Using the Law of Assumption
Desired face. I wanted to look like a mixture of Dua Lipa and Bella Hadid. This was my first "major" manifestation, and it took me about two months. At first, I affirmed and persisted, but I was doing so from a state of lack. Once I switched to embodying the state where I had my desired face, it manifested in a little over a week. Before I fell asleep at night, I would imagine myself waking up and looking in the mirror to see my desired face. I would do this a few times in order to feel the wish fulfilled, and then I would allow myself to daydream about other things until I fell asleep.
Desired body. After I manifested my desired face, I wanted my desired body to go along with it. I wanted to be 5'11 with long legs, about 10 lbs. lighter, and smaller breasts. I basically wanted a supermodel's body. I embodied the state of having my desired body for a few days, and then woke up one day about five inches taller. I kept banging my head on things! Lol
My desired apartment. I really wanted to move out of my parent's house. This one was a bit harder for me, because I was faced with reminders regularly that I didn't live on my own. It was hard for me to ignore my 3D fully at first. I was able to ignore some parts of my 3D, but other parts were harder. After meditating on it one night, I realized what I was "doing wrong" was that I wasn't fully living in my 4D, as I was allowing myself to be distracted by negative aspects of living with my family. Finally, I remembered Neville's story of when he manifested getting honorably discharged from the military. He said that night, he fell asleep imagining that he was in his bed back home. I did this for three nights: I imagined, when I was falling asleep at night, that I was in my new bed in my new apartment. I felt the cold air (my parents kept the heat high), I heard the city noises outside of my window. On the fourth morning, I woke up in my desired apartment.
My SP. My SP was a guy who was in one of my classes at university. We had never talked before, but we sat a few seats from one another in class. I embodied the state of being in a relationship with him. I stopped embodying the state of being single, the state of having a crush, and the state of being lonely. Every night, I imagined him falling asleep in bed next to me. It took me three days of embodying my new state for him to ask for my number. We went on a date and it went swimmingly. We have now been officially together for four months. We just spent a lovely Valentine's Day together!
These are my "biggest" manifestations. I got them all by applying states. My biggest tip is for to ignore your 3D, because as long as you are focused on having your desire already in your 4D, it has no choice but to manifest. Everything comes from imagination!

Persistence is soo important in getting what you want. There's a lot of people that like to throw "persist" around loosely without really knowing what it means.

Persistence ⋆ firm or obstinate continuance in a course of action in spite of difficulty or opposition.
Persistence is only effective if it is continuous.
True persistence means that you stick to your new story more often than not.
Example, Chloe has a desire she wants manifested. She'll live in her imagination for a whole day and feel so confident. Chloe claims it is done. Next day, she'll start the day in her imagination however for the rest of the day, she'll let her mind run wild with thoughts not aligned. Chloe will repeat this cycle of living in the end and then returning to the old state. Then, Chloe will think to herself, "I said it's done, why isn't anything happening, where's my desire??"
Chloe is close to making her desird state dominant but the process restarts everytime she returns to the old man for the majority of the time. She says she is persisting because she can live in the end but she will continue entertaining the old story more. She also delays the process by questioning the how and when.
This takes discipline and a mental diet. It also takes a level of awareness because it can easy to go back to our old story unconsciously when it is our dominant state. This can take less than a day, two days, or two weeks to create a decent level of discipline and awareness. It's different for everyone as we are all on our own journey. ♥

this is a method to help you enter the empty state or the "void state" which is your pure consciousness first you need to know that the easiest way to reach your pure consciousness is by letting go and searching for your inner self. this method is how i entered the void its simple and easy.
relax and breathe you can count from 1-10 and focus on one body part (the top of your head or your shoulder..)
let any thoughts pass you dont need to think about them just focus on how relaxed you are and focus on imagining your empty state or "void"
pretend to fall asleep so when your body feels heavy and relaxed you can start affirming for pure consciousness
I recommend to do this with milos zoning out 🫧

Things I've Manifested
Long time no see! today i wanted to sit down and catch this blog up on what's been happening in my life! I've been in the LOAssumption community for about a year and a half and my life has honestly been amazing since discovering it. I wanted to share with you guys some of things I've manifested! 
Hair length & color - since I was little, I always knew my hair was thick and grew fast, but since applying the law to it grows at lightning speed 💅 I keep my hair on the shorter side but it’s still so nice to know my hair can grow inches in a month! I also manifested it to be lighter in color, along with never having frizzy hair! 
My campus apartment, twice! - I got a bad housing situation at my school, so I did SATS in which I imagined myself sleeping in my dream apartment, next to an open window with a gentle breeze. I would feel the peace that came with it, and then got the apartment a few days later through fluke circumstances! I also manifested the same apartment again! Along with my friend who will be living with me!
My wallet - I lost my designer wallet (that I manifested into my life) back in the fall. At first I was persistent that it wasn’t lost and that it would come back, but soon enough, I let the best get to me, forgot about it, and bought a new wallet. Fast forward to recently, I got a text from someone at my school who ended up finding it! Honestly, it appeared out of nowhere! Goes to show that it doesn’t matter if you don’t believe in your manifestations! 
And some other things I’ve manifested: 
Strong, long nails
Height (I made sure that even though I’m 5’4, I’m either equal to or shorter than those around me) 
Clear skin/looking younger 
Thrifted clothes 
Good grades 
New phone
I’m probably forgetting things, but I wanted to make a post! I want everyone to know that they just need to persist with their desires & that eventually all will fall into place! Much love! MWAH!

holding off entering the void is totally okay,I can relate to that alot,so please,don't force yourself to try to enter,the void state is a deep state of relaxation,and I doubt you will be very relaxed if you are forcing yourself to do so.Try when you feel like you want to,that is when you are most likely to succeed.So don't be to hard on yourself! I would,however,reccomend doing a quick meditation (doesn't have to be guided,just taking deep breaths will be fine !) since it does clear your head and you might find yourself back on track for entering the void,but if you don't find yourself being motivated to enter,thats still fine,no ones gonna call the police cause you rolled over and went to sleep instead of tapping into the void.
secondly,you don't 'fail' at getting into the void,you either get in or you don't,but,think of your journey with the void like a staircase,their could be 100 steps,10 steps,1000,but there is always an end to the staircase. (the end representing you getting into the void.) you can't get to the end without going up the steps inbetween.So every time you 'fail' think of it as you going up another step,closer to your goal.

HOW TO EXACTLY TREAT THE 3D TO GET RESULTS
…When it comes to getting results, it's all about your thoughts and the lack of persisting you do.
…The way to treat the 3D is like a bubble when you decided what you want your in this bubble where you let your subconscious mind know that you want it. Now while your manifesting your desires your gonna be in this bubble until you finally see your desires in your desired reality. You need to discipline yourself to not pop the bubble until you "see" your desires. Yes you can slip a little and have those days where you wanna rant but you won't expect to see results if you keep affirming the old story EVERYDAY.
…So for now on treat the 3D like a bubble and persist in the thought until you see your desires.

How To Manifest Your Desired Appearance by Applying States
If you read my success stories post, you would know that I successfully manifested both my desired face and my desired body using the Law of Assumption. Specifically, by applying states.
Each state comes with its own set of thoughts. So first, I found it was beneficial to make a list of thoughts that I would think if I had my desired appearance.
For example, while manifesting my desired face, I knew my thoughts wouldn't just be "I have my desired face." That sounded and felt very mechanical to me. Instead, here were some of the things I'd be thinking naturally, and therefore things I adapted as my affirmations:
"I love being so pretty I don't even need makeup."
"I feel very confident today."
(When seeing someone I viewed as very pretty): "She's pretty, but I am prettier."
"Everyone wants to look like me because I am the most gorgeous woman in the world."
"I always look so good in pictures."
Any time I felt insecure or upset about my appearance, either my face or my body, I would immediately switch back to my desired state. Something that helped me a lot was minimizing the time I spent looking in the mirror. You can't see your face unless you're looking at your reflection. So really, I had no proof that I didn't look how I wanted to in my 3D. Any time I'd think of my appearance, I would imagine I looked like my DF. My old face was dead and gone to me. And when I did catch a glimpse of myself in the mirror, I'd pretend I was simply looking at my old self, because I knew for a FACT I looked different now.
I also made certain to fall asleep in the state of the wish fulfilled every night. I did this by doing SATS every night. I would imagine myself looking in the mirror and seeing my DF. I only looped the scene around five times before I got too drowsy to do it anymore. Then I'd drop off into sleep. Most nights, when I saw my own face in my dreams, I looked exactly like my desired face.
Any time throughout my day I found myself thinking from the state of lack, I would simply shift back to my desired state. I would do this by saying "I already have it." Sometimes it'd take me a while to sustain the state, because I kept immediately doubting. But I'd just keep shifting myself back into the desired state. I would not let myself give in to my negative thoughts.
I persisted until I finally woke up with my desired appearance. It got easier every day. I remained patient with myself. I knew it was possible. The only thing holding me back was my own doubts and fears. It got easier to recognize them (because sometimes they were camouflaged, as they were so natural to me) and it got easier and easier to dwell in my desired state, until it became my dominant state.
That is how I manifested my desired appearance! It really comes down to discipline, not taking no for an answer, and persistence.

It's easy to live in the end and detach from the desires that you don't think about daily but what about the desires you constantly think about? Like an appearance change, a car, a new home, or better relationships?

All you need to do is control your imaginal acts relating to it.
There's something you want to change in the 3D, right? Instead, of focusing on the 3D and how to change it, just live in your imagination of how you want it to be.
Your family acting toxic towards you? Imagine them being loving, kind, and supportive.
You want a new home? Imagine yourself inside of your new home.
Want to change your appearance? Imagine looking at your desired features in the mirror.
Imaginal acts = visualization & inner conversations/thoughts
You do not have to do this perfectly. The 3D may trigger your emotions and you might get doubts. Your goal is to do these imaginal acts more than focusing on what you don't like. So, if you have a thought that doesn't align or you catch yourself assuming the worst, it's ok, you're not going to mess up your manifestation. Catch it, then flip it.
Everyone has doubts, negative thoughts, etc. But when successful manifestors do, they redirect them quickly. It's not about completely getting rid of your anxiety, fears, doubts, and intrusive thoughts. It's about lessening/redirecting them.
Also, don't give yourself a headache trying to keep track of how many times you lived in the imagination than your dwelling state. Just do it because it feels good. Isn't it better to feel good more often than not anyways?

Pretend so that it becomes real
For example, those who go to a model dr or who manifest themselves to be a model, can pretend to be a model.
I shift in a place where I am a model, singer dancer,...So at school, I walk like a model.
What makes me feel like in my dr.In this dr, I have a princess treatment and people think I'm a princess. Today, a friend and my grandfather told me that I was a princess.
In my school there are four places to eat, At home/friend, outside, cafeteria or a class on the second floor. Personally, I eat on the 2nd floor and the lockers are on the zero floor. As I go up the stairs, I think of how a person reaches out to a queen to climb the stairs.I have a lunch bag and to go where I'm going to eat, I walk like a model and I think it's a luxury bag from a brand of which I am an ambassador.

❤️ MANIFESTING YOUR SP ❤️
I apologize in advance if there is some grammar or spelling mistakes, english is not my first language.
Let’s start a little bit with my own experience so I can use it as an example of the mistakes I’ve made.
A long time ago I went through a break up that really hurt my feelings because I was in love and I didn’t want to end the relationship. He was the one who wanted to break up and I totally lost my mind. I started crying and begging on my knees (the clownery) asking him to give it a chance so we can work it out. He didn’t, we went to no contact, I was blocked on everything and we ended on really bad terms.
The relationship ended because he said he didn’t love me anymore and the days after the break up I pressured him so much that he ended up blocking me. I spent like 4 months trying to manifest him back and I stopped trying because I met someone who catched my interest but didn’t work out with this new person and I finally spent some time focusing on myself. And boom, that’s when it happened. 
I started with the law of attraction, the 3x6x9 method, but it didn't work out. Again I tried with spells, but it didn't work out either. And finally I tried with the law of assumption, which I saw some movement on the 3D but didn’t work out because I cared too much about what I was seeing on the 3D. I cared about something he did that was the opposite of what I was trying to manifest and I surrendered at that first “inconvenience”. 
Mistakes I made:
The mistake I made in every method is doing it from a place of neediness, desperation and lack of… When you are hurt the first thing that comes to mind to ease that pain is to have that person come back. So you act and feel like that person is the solution and the medicine you need. 
Another common mistake is skipping shadow work and self concept. I know you must be tired of hearing this, but it’s true. 
Not giving time to heal. Even though it is related to shadow work, it is something I recommend doing separately. And soon you’ll know why.
Trying to manifest everything at once.
Not ignoring the 3D.
It depends on your manifestation ability that some of these things affect your manifestation. There are great manifesters who can do it in a blink and there are some others that need to “work out”. I needed to work out because I was a beginner in spirituality and I had just discovered about manifesting. 
I don’t want to get your hopes down, but it’s important to know there are some things that take longer than others. 
Manifesting it’s all about feeling that you already have it, that’s the key. Feel, act and plan like you are already living the life with your SP. BE DELUSIONAL. 
How to fix those mistakes?
First you have to take your SP off the pedestal, he/she is a normal person that came out of your powerful mind and can make shitty mistakes that turned out to be hurtful. He/she is not someone who has something that makes him so superior that you are chasing in order to be complete. Let’s be for real, chasing someone like he/she is some kind of deity is kinda pathetic. 
There is a popular belief that says that everyones is pushed out. I personally believe is true, so start doing f****** Shadow work! Start watching negative thoughts and trauma as some floating elements that you can observe and analyze, imagine yourself like this scene from Iron Man. Imagine that the small spheres are your thoughts and emotions, and the big spheres are the origin of those.
Think about how you can fix them. What can you do to change that perspective or stop stressing about it? Analyze them like you’re Tony Stark trying to figure out things in his lab. If you think you need help with some traumas, don’t be afraid to go to therapy and if you think you can do it alone, search shadow work questions (they may help you a lot).

On the other hand, we have self concept. Like I said, take that person off the pedestal and stop thinking that manifestation comes from an external place. It comes from yourself, you have to be aware of how powerful you are. I know it can be scary because you start noticing that it only depends on you. 
Stop your life for a minute and say to yourself, wow I am that powerful. Start questioning yourself and your life in order to change it. What do I really want? How do I want it? Will this fulfill me? Am I hurting someone? 
Start looking at yourself and seeing like the beautiful being you are. Not only physically but mentally too. There’s nothing more beautiful than a smart and emotionally intelligent person, because at the end of the day what really matters is how kind your soul is. 
When you start healing traumas and cultivating your mind, you’ll see some physical changes: my skin started to clear, my face deflated, the facial symmetry came back and my eyes reflected peace and happiness. 
Self Concept is not only about convincing yourself that you’re beautiful and worth it. It’s also about setting boundaries and doing things that you love. You can’t welcome new things in your life if you’re still attached to the things that no longer are healthy for you (lovers, friendships, studying something you’re not passionate about, working in a job you hate…). I’ll write another post entirely about this. 
GIVE YOURSELF TIME TO HEAL. This is very important because I didn’t give myself time to heal and when I manifested him back I broke things off because I discovered that I no longer wanted him. I hurted him and I felt like shit. 
So what I mean is:
Heal about the things that hurt you otherwise you’ll still feel resentment towards him/her and it won’t be a healthy relationship. This way it’s most likely to end. 
Also heal and you may notice that you no longer want that. Think about how many great new things could be waiting for you ;) . Aren’t you excited to meet new people? There are so many great people around the world and it’s really beautiful to meet them. Also, you deserve better lol. 
When I discovered manifestation I tried to manifest a lot of things at once. Your mind is a muscle and it needs to be trained, especially when you are a beginner. Again, there are some people that can do it so nothing is impossible. But it’s my personal advice to go step by step so you don’t get overwhelmed and frustrated.
Don’t react to the 3D, whatever is happening take it like the universe is testing you. The energy and emotions you put into what you are seeing are charging that engine and you'll see more of that. So you have to options:
Feed the engine you don’t want
Wait to the engine you want to feed
List of things you can do to manifest:
Scripting, write a letter to your person as you already have them. Imagine that you’re writing a beautiful birthday letter, Valentine's day letter or imagine that someday you are feeling really grateful so you decide to write that letter to give it the next time you see them. 
Talk about it, imagine that you are having a conversation with a friend about them. Imagine that someone is asking about how you achieved it, how things are going with them, how are you feeling about it, telling your plans for the weekend with them, talking about when you tried a great restaurant with them, etc.
Act like you already have this person: start sleeping in one side of the bed bc you are sleeping with them, you always clean yourself, you always look great, make some space in your closet to their things, make a playlist on Spotify for your car rides, plan some outfits, when something good happens think about the excitement to tell them, etc. 
Something that helped me is cleaning and readjusting my house. Throwing away some clothes and things was a practice to get rid of things that no longer serve me even though I have a special bond with it. 
For example: I had a broken pair of Converse that I didn’t want to throw away and I thought: you know what, this reflects what I really want. I have to be capable of getting rid of these if I want a new pair, I will create great memories with the new pair and the good old  memories will be on my mind, throwing them away doesn’t mean I’m going to forget everything.
Visualize it before going to sleep. Start imagining small things like, a picture you’re going to take of them, a picture they’re going to take of you, a small conversation, buying groceries with them, arguing about which movie is better, listening to a new song together, dancing together, just hugging, looking at the sunset, maybe a freaky thing ;))))) (but just once, because you want to attract them with love not lust). Whatever makes you feel a warmth in the chest. 
Meditation, whatever meditation you want. I usually meditate to communicate with my spirit guides, organize my thoughts and discover new things.
