Hello and welcome to this new post! Because many people thought it would be a nice idea to have an affirmation series on my page I thought it would be a good thing to try out. In this post I'll give a few dream body affirmations, I hope you guys like them and find them useful!

Five Tips for a winning week....
1 ) Write those fucking goals. Take out a piece of paper or the notes in your phone and write your top 3 dreams. Then break down 3 daily actions for each goal that you can start working on every day. Feel like too much work? This will go to show how dedicated you are to changing your life and moving out of this stagnant cabbage state you’ve been stuck in. Laser focus on the daily goals and taking actions on these, this is how you move forward. It’s all in your daily actions. 
2 ) Take action even if the voice in your head says no, says tomorrow. Make sure you do it anyway. This is your fucking life, make the effort for yourself. Push through that voice, and notice how fucking good it feels to move forward and take action. 
3 ) Start thinking like the woman of your dreams. Move like the woman of your dreams, speak like her. Have this in the back of your mind throughout the day, drop your shoulders and push your chest forward, think of the posture of the woman you desire, the way she talks to herself when she looks in the mirror, how she communicates with the world. Hold the vision of becoming ‘HER’ so high in your mind, you naturally embody who you desire to be moment by moment. 
4 ) Move your body. Find some music and move them hips, the energy needs to flow through your body, you need that movement to feel alive. Dance like no one is watching - do this as often as you can. 
5 ) Focus on you. Every time you get distracted by some guy not messaging you back, upsetting you, bitching about what your friend said or didn’t say, beefing with your family. Allow. Allow. Allow. Focus on you, see the focus on other people as a sign to turn your focus inwards. This takes time, but eventually you’ll connect the dots and see every time a guy is ignoring you, it’s a sign that you’ve been ignoring yourself and putting too much energy on him. And not enough energy on you. Remember the external is a mirror of your internal world. R-connect with your heart with journaling, meditation, therapy, creativity, spending time in nature. It sounds so basic, but the closer you are to your heart, and loving yourself the less time and energy you'll have for focusing on judging others actions.

How to “make it” when you live in a toxic environment

‼️Disclaimer: This is my personal opinion based on what has helped me and is by no means professional advice. Please take what resonates according to your situation.
1. Drop your expectations. People who have shown you consistently that they don’t care will not change.You need to preserve as much energy as you can for yourself and your goals. Stop setting yourself up for disappointment. Yes, it’s sad. Do the shadow work and don’t tell people things YOU KNOW they will react negatively to.
2. Don’t expect people to be happy for you or support you. Move in silence. People’s subconscious fears will be projected onto you and your goals, why do you need those curses placed upon you when you have so much to deal with anyway.
3. Take what you can get. Accept whatever help you can receive that you know will have no repercussions. Sometimes people can help you with some things and not others.
4. Shift all your efforts towards being able to leave that environment. Do research on how you can expand your finances, and that may mean doing something out of your comfort zone such as creating a social media platform etc. Never compromise on your well being however.
5. You need to believe in yourself as much as you can, even if people won’t.
6. Take advantage of the free help and advice on the internet. Can’t afford something? Well you have time more than money at the moment so use it to research. That research can be used as an asset to help you now and maybe later it can be the reason you start a particular business or are inspired to help people.
7. BE SOLUTION ORIENTED. focusing on problems only creates more problems. You’re going to have to try over and over again in life. Focusing on what’s wrong all the time will not allow you to step outside of the box and see things from a detached point of view where you can actually see a solution.
8. Prayer. I cannot stress this enough. Prayer has caused miracles in my life. Rely on God/Universe whatever you resonate with as much as you can. Your connection to yourself and your higher power is something you always have access to and if you believe and have faith even in times of darkness your high vibration will cause the ripple effect you’re looking for and problems will be solved. I recommend praying and setting up an intention every morning and night.
9. Even if you’re in survival mode 90% of the time. That 10% you spend meditating and praying. Even a little 10 minute meditation, if you can do it and have that time to be in complete surrender and serenity it will still make a difference. It’s not about how much time is spent on something but rather the quality of that. Allow that 10 minutes to be sacred, profound.
10. Ask for all the help you can get from where you know you can. you may get turned down, life is about risks. But always keep going.
11. Create time if you don’t have it. Give something up in order to gain something else. You may need to compromise on something for the time being to be able to create a prominent change/shift in your life. But make sure it is something that won’t affect your health and well being. Example; less time watching tv, more time spent on cultivating faith
12. Be very consistent in your efforts. Consistency towards something is what creates that energetic momentum which will eventually lead to a manifestation.
13. Daily affirmations and listening to affirmations when you sleep is also a great method to reprogram your subconscious and set you up for success. Again, so many free resources out there you can use, you just have to consciously use your will power and pray to receive the strength you need so you can push through.
I’ve linked my energy healing playlist as well as another energy clearing I listen to. I will also be posting more energy healings , always listen with the intention to receive. You don’t even need to pay attention when listening to those.
The meditation I linked says “love meditation” but I’ve used it to manifest other things and I’ve received answer to my prayers immediately.

Tiny success story with my celeb SP. I didn't know he was married when I was obsessed with him, so when I discovered the "marriage" I felt like my world was crashing down. I kept feeling like he actually could't stand "his wife" and even tho I wavered A LOT and even saw them on my Pinterest page, I still felt like "nah, I'm not jealous of what they have because she's a mean b*tch and even tho she is a beautiful woman, I don't like her vibe and I know that SP can't stand her". Today I saw A LOT of comments, posts and evidence about him actually NOT BEING MARRIED to her and about him finding her annoying and not wanting to spend time with her, be touchy and so on and so forth. I had such bad assumptions about her and I found physical proof in my 3D of what I was assuming! I also believed that she was on a "red light" movie/video and I found proof of that in my 3D! REALLY, WHAT YOU THINK IS TRUE, IT IS TRUE. YOU MIGHT NOT HAVE "3D PROOFS" OF IT RN BUT IF YOU PERSIST NO MATTER WHAT, IT "MATERIALIZES". Like, really! How many times have you thought "Mhm...I don't like this person, their vibe is off" and THEN the person does exactly something that you would consider bad or behaves in a way that you do not approve. It's not magic, it's your mind.
OMG IM SPEECHLESS!!!
this is another proof of how much power our mind holds

Your subconscious doesn't know how to identify whether what you say is true or not.
So, it only remains for you to affirm whenever you can, saturate your subconscious with affirmations, affirm all the time, your subconscious will have no choice but to do it. I'll give you some tips in case you don't like to affirm.
1 - Affirming is not mandatory!! However, it helps a lot in all aspects if you have a lot of intrusive thoughts.
2 - Listen to manifestation subliminals, law of assumption and wish fulfillment. (You don't need to affirm and listen to subliminals, you can choose just subliminals or just affirm. Or you can do both 😘)
3 - Make a list of your desires, it can keep you motivated to manifest and affirm.
4 - state at specific times. example: affirm five to ten minutes upon waking.
(you choose the time and time)
4 - Write your affirmations on your cell phone notes, sheet, notebook, anything of your choice.
Example: Take time out of your day to write affirmations of your choice, as I said earlier, you choose the time and affirmations you write.
That's just my methods for asserting without liking af 😁
So, not many, but it really helps.

How To Journal — Easy Way For Beginners in 2024
I have come to a realization we live in a world today where everything seems to be systematized. We love to structure things. Create 10 steps for this, for that and for everything else. But we tend to forget this:
In life there are things that are really simple. Just like journaling. Let’s not make this complicated!
I am sharing with you a habit that healed my life truly. Here are hacks that worked really well for me.
A lot of journaling is just about DOING IT. (Don’t overthink it. Just execute)
“Just do it. Just start writing and eventually you would find your niche and gist to it.”
Journaling is so personal.
Once you start writing eventually you would want to go deeper.
Because now you are already reaping the benefit of journaling.
Once you are at this phase automatically you would start separating and specializing your journals into each category of your life.
For instance: gratitude journal, goals journal, to-do journal, affirmation journal, night journal, feelings journal & etc.
What you are doing here is you are giving each area of your life its own space to flourish, to grow, to wilt and to rise again. This opens you up to room of possibilities, opportunities and creativity which all derives from one single habit that you choose to begin.
Try it out and remember you can only reap the benefit of any habit/skill/action when you do it consistently with a strong belief of yours. A lot of success is just about doing it repeatedly over a period of time.

MY HUGE SUCCESS STORY
I literally can't believe this y'all, I'm shaking and I'm crying right now. There are tears on my phone as i write this.
I successfully manifested my school cancelling and my not going 😭😭😭😭
This is the hugest manifestation I have ever made. All the odds were against me and I was in shock and disbelief myself. No one was willing to let me stay home but my school cancelled because of weather conditions.
CONTEXT:
for a little context I've been manifesting not going to school since Wednesday and I was literally having a huge panic attack cause no one told me I'm going to school until the very last minute ( I just moved to another town so I'm gonna transfer to a different school). I freaked out and didn't know what to do. I was so anxious I almost burst into tears because the circumstances around me made me think (at the time) that my manifestation wouldn't work out.
I was literally so hopeless and broken, my mind was literally racing and I didn't know what to do. I binged countless blogs on tumblr about loa but I still felt empty. But as my last hope I went on YouTube to listen to a Neville Goddard lecture to calm me down and I stumbled upon this video about a manifestation method Neville created : ( heres the link)
And I put it into practice mind you, I was so anxious that I doubted myself so damn much but I still tried the method AND IT ACTUALLY WORKED.

You guys have no idea how important this is to me. This is something I never thought I would be able to do. I always knew what loa was and who Neville Goddard was but I dont think I ever practiced what he teached and the fact that my wish came true is still extremely surreal to me, i feel like I'm gonna choke on my tears right now and I'm not making anything up, as someone who had intrusive thoughts before saying success stories are lying, I swear on my mom this is completely true.
I never thought I would make it but I did.
As someone who probably like you, was always on tumblr reading countless success stories and reading through millions of posts and doubting them and filling my brain with too much information, the one thing I can tell you if you used to be like me, PUT LOA INTO PRACTICE. ACTUALLY USE IT AND DO WHAT NEVILLE SAYS. IF I CAN DOUBT MYSELF, HAVE PANIC ATTACKS AND 𝗦𝗧𝗜𝗟𝗟 GET EXACTLY WHAT I WANT YOU CAN TOO.
Seriously if this post isn't enough to prove you that loa actually works and to actually start manifesting, I dont know what will.
