HE LOVES IT. You can't tell me that he doesn't get all flustered and giddy over the height difference, I won't believe you if you do. One thing that I believe he'd love to do would take mirror pics with you. Like, the way that you can see that you're taller in the picture just makes him smile for some reason (he's whipped). His phone's wallpaper is most definitely a picture of you two like that. I also believe that he thinks it's cute the way he has to tiptoe to kiss your cheek (it is).

You can be the taller one, but he's the one defending you and giving you the royalty treatment all the way. One thing that I think he'd love tho is to steal your clothes. So like, if you left a sweatshirt in his place or something like this, don't expect to have it back so soon. He actually loves how he is just kinda engulfed in your (indirect?) warmth and he has something bringing him closer to you even when you're not near. a/n: hello happy holidays this is my apology for no fics lately.. also this is short so sorry

You planned to meet your 8 friends at some random park you chose because it was really nice and cute. They were all apart of the same group, and while you did get the option to debut with them, it got too tiring for you. You were doing well, though.

You had your favourite winter coat on along with your favourite winter gloves that were matching with your coat. You had earmuffs and a beanie on, and last but not least, your winter boots. You checked yourself out at the mirror, satisfied at how you looked.

You checked your phone for messages while on the way towards the park, spotting your friends waving at you with majorly different colours. The older members had darker colours, or even black like Chan and Changbin. The younger members had more brighter colours, you found it adorable.

" Hey, (name)! Long time no see! " Chan hugged you as you approached them, the others joining in as well. You had a bright smile on your face to match with the others. It'd truly been a long time since you've seen them. They've been busy with comebacks lately along with ads and shows so they don't have time to hang out anymore.

" Yeah, glad you guys could come today. " You sighed, it was so nice to see them again, it made you wanna tear up. There was nothing to do at the park so you picked up a ball of snow, smirking over at Minho before throwing it at him, earning a shocked face with a chuckle along with it, preparing another snowball to throw back at you.

The others joined as well, throwing snowballs at each other, occasionally earning the slip from the snow. Everyone was throwing snowballs at each other, a share of laughs filling up of what was once the silence. You were having fun running around like a kid again, it reminded you of the old times, when you were still in school with them. Every winter, you always played snowball fights with them, or made snowmen.

Speaking of snowmen, you, Felix and Han got bored of chasing around the others and decided to make a cute snowman while the others continued to run around. Felix gathered sticks and some rocks from it's eyes, and maybe even grab a carrot for its nose. You and Han built the snowman carefully, making it perfect to take a picture with.

Felix came back with the supplies while you and Han were finished with the base of the snowman, Felix sticking in the accessories while you and Han helped arrange them. After you were done, the three of you stepped back to admire your work, sighing with a smile. You took out your phone to take a selfie with it, letting the others join in with you too.

You looked at the picture, smiling fondly at it as you sent it to the group chat you all share. You then laid down on the snow, putting your phone back into your pocket and making lovely snow angels. Others joined you making snow angels with you too, it was really giving you memories now. You sat up, looking over at your snow angel proudly, giggling. They loved how it was so perfect.

" Oh, right! " Felix ran towards his bag, taking out a container of brownies with a bright smile on his face, showing the brownies to you first.

" I made these because I knew you missed them .. I know how much you loved them. " He giggled, you took one of the brownies happily, biting into it happily. It tasted like every other time you got to taste Felix's brownies; absolutely delicious. You loved it so much you probably almost finished atleast 10. You had brought hot chocolate at 9 cups for the members, sharing your foods with the members as you sat in the snow, reminiscing the past and talking about recent things that had happened.

You wished this moment lasted longer, it was nice. Away from all the stress and with your closest friends, just talking to the day's end.

Giggles, snorting and all kinds of laughter filled the room. You were barely able to catch your breath, when a voice broke through the sound of heavy breaths and occasional giggling. "What the fuck kind of movie are you watching, that is making you laugh this hard?", your best friend asked.

The both of you sat in a video-call on Discord. He had been playing a game, which you assumed must have been League of Legends, judging by his continuous screaming, "Noooo!" and "What are you doing? We had it!". You had turned on your favorite movie eventually. None of this was a rare occurrence. You hung out with Felix this way whenever possible - both of you doing your own thing while being in each others company.

"I'm watching what is possibly the funniest movie ever, thank you very much for asking.", you looked straight at the camera, poking out your tongue. How dare he judge this amazing piece of media? Out fo the corner of your eye you could see your blue-haired friend roll his eyes. Though, before he had the chance to tease you back, you thought of a deal. "Why don't you watch it with me? I can restart it. And if you end up liking it and enjoying your time, I will treat you to a smoothie!"

The idea made Felix' eyes light up. He loved having movie nights, especially with you. And he was was being honest with himself, he couldn't give less of a shit what you guys were doing, as long as he got to spend time with you - his best friend, that he just so happened to have a not so tiny crush on. She he did what every sane idiot in love with his best friend would do; He responded with as little words as he could as to not let you hear the shakiness of his voice, "Bet."

You left your seat for a minute to grab a fresh bottle of water and Felix used the time to finish (and lose) the round of League he was still in. It took you a few moments to come back, so he made sure to to set his screen up properly. He could click on one of the images to have them fill up almost the entire screen, the rest of it being smaller at the bottom. After making everything look the way he wanted to, he noticed you walking back - a bottle of water in one hand and a bowl of fresh popcorn in the other.

The Australian silently cursed himself for agreeing to this. It wasn't the first time you watched a movie together, but he would usually be the one streaming it - the movie taking up his entire monitor. Today, for the first time, he had the chance to observe your reactions. He noticed the way your eyebrows scrunched together mere moments before you laughed. He saw the way you attempted to hide your shy smile as the two main characters kissed. He could even tell that one strand of your hair seemed to be bothering you - constantly tickling your neck. Felix knew he wouldn't be able to stop himself from brushing it away if he actually sat next to you.

"Yongbok!", your less than quiet voice ripped him out of his thoughts. You glared at the boy, or at least it looked that way to him. "Were you even watching?", you clicked with your tongue, fishing through the last few pieces of popcorn for the best one. "I was! I loved it!, he lied. Your best friend put barely any of his attention towards the movie. You smiled a little, popping the chosen popcorn-piece in your mouth, "Right? The part where the cat rolls in the snow is so good!" Felix nodded immediately, "It's probably the best part."

"You couldn't stop feeling your heartbeat get faster, almost pounding out of your chest, knowing you caught him in a lie. "Lix, first of all, there wasn't a single cat in the movie and it's set in summer. And second-", you leaned closer to the camera, "I can see the reflection of your screen on your computer-case a little bit. You had my camera on full-screen-mode the entire time.

The familiar chime to the dorm's front door sounded and you couldn't help but get excited by the sound of all four members walking in after a long day. All of them were in the middle of their own conversations, taking too long to come into the rest of the dorm so you did what you knew would get their attention instantaneously.

"I made food!" You called out happily, smirking as you soon heard the rushing shoes being kicked off and running down the hall toward the kitchen. Jeongin was the first one to pop his head around the corner before whimpering at the sight of the food. You figured it was about time they ate something that wasn't out of a can or ordered from a menu down the street.

Minho and Felix - the resident chiefs - had been overly busy and stressed with work lately and it wasn't as if you minded cooking for the boys. In fact, you rather enjoyed getting to see how happy your food made them.

"Whoa, thank you." Seungmin breathed out to see all of their favourites on the table waiting for them when they finished work. After knowing them for almost four years it was a basic right of passage for you to know all of their favourites and know how to make them.

"You didn't need to do this," Minho smiled as he saw how happy the boys were to be sitting down at the table and eating. Your head turned to look at him and you drank in his appearance. Even though he looked completely exhausted from the day there was something about him that still managed to look breathtakingly beautiful. It should have been a crime to be that handsome.

"Yes I did, you had a long day and someone needed to make sure you guys didn't eat junk food again," You smirked a little as Minho pressed his lips to yours quickly and gently, it was the most casual thing in the world for the two of you to do. After a year of being friends with benefits the line between that and a relationship was beginning to fade and things were beginning to feel more like a relationship to you.

"Is that my shirt?" He asked suddenly as he frowned, looking down at you in one of his oversized shirts, you glanced down at yourself and felt your body heating up. The only reason you'd worn it was because you'd gotten everything you bought with you this week dirty.

"I was doing my laundry, I ran out of stuff here so I had to improvise," You told him with a shy smile. It wasn't the first - and wouldn't be the last - time you would ever borrow some of Minho's clothes. It was something that just came naturally to the two of you whenever you were staying over. Besides, it was his fault you'd run out of clothes.

The original plan was for you to stay over at the weekend but it had quickly extended into you staying the entire week and you'd run out of almost everything you needed with you.

"Looks really good," Minho licked his lower lip as he imagined all of the ways he was going to fuck you in nothing but his shirt later on in the night once the boys were asleep. Not like they didn't know what the two of you were doing but you just prefer to keep it for when they were asleep or not at the dorms at all.

"I'm going to shower," Minho whispered as he looked at you, his eyes lingering for more than a second as he drank in your appearance. It was going to take everything inside of him not to drag you with him and make you scream his name loud enough for the entire building to hear not just the boys.

"Don't say it," You warned as you noticed the amused look that you were getting from Felix. He'd stopped eating just so he could watch the exchange that you and Minho were having together.

"Don't say what?" He quipped back but the smirk that was plastered on his lips never faulted, not even for a second. You knew exactly what he was thinking and you didn't want to hear another word from him.

All three of them did nothing but tease you about what went on behind closed doors between you and Minho not that it was any of their business but they still felt inclined to let you know how they felt.

"You know what," You mumbled tiredly as you looked down at the food that was in front of you. None of the boys was ever mean when they judged you for your thing with Minho, they just liked to tease you with it and sometimes it got a little too much. Just yesterday Felix was telling you how much your situation with Minho was like a relationship, getting you too in your head about everything that was going on.

"You realise you both broke the first couple of rules of being friends with benefits, right?" The two of you had been sleeping together with no strings attached for a year and the rules you'd originally set for one another had been bent and twisted so much that they were no longer considered rules.

"You have no idea what you're talking about," You mumbled not bringing yourself to eat since you were so unnerved by the topic of conversation. It wasn't as though you'd already thought about all of this in your head but admitting to yourself that you had feelings for Minho and saying them to him were two completely different things. Everything would get fucked up if you brought feelings into the equation.

"Oh? So you both didn't agree to things when this first started?" You had but you didn't need to tell Felix the ins and outs of everything.

"No sleeping over, no telling people, sex only, always use protection...No getting jealous." He listed almost everything you and Minho had agreed upon and you wondered why he'd known about all of this in the first place. Neither you nor Minho had told the boys about the rules.

"He doesn't get jealous and it is just sex." You shrugged it off as though it was nothing and lifted the glass of water to your lips, taking in a big gulp.

"Uh-huh. That's why you sleep here all of the time, cook for us, wear his clothes..." Felix listed off slowly as the other two members decided that they needed to join in with you both.

"He gets jealous too!" Jeongin joined in as you stared at him confused, he sighed a little putting down his chopsticks as he began to explain what he was talking about.

"When you told him that you were going to hang out with Chan for the day he spent the whole day wondering where you were and rambling about not understanding why you were with Channie-Hyung and not him." He explained as you swallowed the lump in your throat. You hadn't ever known Minho to show jealousy in front of you, was it true he did that behind your back? The idea alone made your heart skip a beat.

"He's always cooking for you, he rarely cooks for us but he will specifically make time to cook for you," Seungmin told you as he pushed some food into his mouth.

"Loves when you wear his clothes."

"Will watch dumb movies with you even when he's tired and wants to sleep." All of them continued to list off all of the things that Minho would only do for you because he liked you but you shook your head. There was no way that any of this meant anything, it was just what happened between the two of you.

"Stop."

"You have to admit it Yn, he likes you more than you're willing to admit," Felix stated as a matter of factly before eating whatever was left on his plate,

"You don't know what you're talking about Minho is just Minho. He doesn't like me any other way than for sex." You looked down at the glass trying not to let it show that the statement you said hurt you deep inside. As much as you lied to the boys and yourself, you had strong feelings toward Minho and had always hoped to start dating in the future.

"Oh?"

"Yeah, so-"

"I specifically remember him taking you out on four dates this month. That's not what friends with benefits do." You glared over at Jeongin who stopped talking and Felix smirked knowing that he was starting to get somewhere with his line of questioning.

"I don't know why either of you labelled it friends with benefits. It's clear you're a couple." You curled your fingers up into the palm of your hand, digging your nails into your skin as you tried not to let them get to you. You knew it was all playful but if they said it for long enough you would only get too worked up and not think straight.

"Because we're not a couple. Sex. That's what it is."

"You can lie to yourselves all you want, but we see it for what it truly is. A relationship." You swallowed the lump in your throat and turned to look at Felix, holding eye contact with him.

"He just gives good dick, he's so big, so fucking big that I feel him in my gut-" You stopped when a bread roll was pushed into your mouth to stop you from talking. That was the one thing you knew that would get them to drop the subject, grossing them out until they forgot all about it.

"What's going on?" Minho chuckled as he came out of the bathroom in nothing but a towel, looking at you as you stared over at him and bit your lip.

"Nothing, they're being dorks." You giggled rushing to his side and kissing his jawline softly, carefully kissing your way up to his ear where you bit down gently.

"Can we go to your room? I missed you all day," You whined while letting your fingers slowly trail down his abdomen and running along the edges of the towel. You wanted to get out of the kitchen and away from the boys, if you could do anything right now it would be to fuck the memories of this conversation away before you could overthink.

"What's under the shirt?" He whispered as he began to walk you toward his room, the second the door was shut he bent you over not even giving you a chance to tell him that you were wearing nothing.

"Wearing nothing but my shirt in front of them? That deserves a punishment," He groaned as he ran his hand across your bare ass, smirking to himself as you push your hips back against him whimpering when you felt just how hard he was beneath the towel that he was wearing.

"Bring it on Minho," You giggled as you felt the palm of his hand beginning to massage your skin.

"Yn?" Minho questioned into the darkness, the two of you had been laying together for a few hours now and he wondered if you'd fallen asleep or not. He smiled to himself when he didn't get a response, letting out a small chuckle he sat up on the bed and looked down at you. There was something so peaceful about watching you sleep, he enjoyed seeing the small form of a smile on your lips and the knot in your eyebrows as you frowned at something in your dreams. It was his favourite thing in the world because no one else got to see you like this. This view was for him and him alone.

"I must have tired you out, huh?" He whispered, running his hand along your cheek. You were awake but you pretended not to be. It was the middle of the night and nothing good ever came from the middle of the night conversations. You didn't want to accidentally step your foot in your mouth and mention what had been playing on your mind since the boys came home.

And that was exactly, what was your relationship with Minho now? You both broke so many of the rules they should have locked you up in monopoly jail for it. But the label of the relationship hadn't changed. Friends with Benefits.

"You have no idea how cute it is when you fall asleep beside me," His fingers continued to touch your skin gently. Your whole body burnt as he touched you and you fought back the urge to cuddle into his touch, he'd know you were awake if you did that.

"How much I love waking up to you in the mornings or to see you dressed in my clothes..." He admitted, running his fingers down your collarbone and chuckling when he noticed your body shifting.

"Fuck, I broke the first rule of our friends with benefits situation the first time I slept with you. I knew I was in love with you but kept up this whole thing because I didn't want to lose you." Your heart began to pick up as you listened to him confessing to you, thinking that you were asleep. Would it be wrong to tell him you were awake? Would he get pissed that you allowed him to confess?

"I can't ever let anyone else, have you. When we first set the rule about not telling people I was pissed...I was going to rub it in their faces that you were off-limits, that you were mine and mine alone."

"I love you Yn." He watched you for a second, waiting for any kind of response from you.

"I love you too Minho." You said before slapping your hand over your mouth only to hear a breath chuckle leaving your friend's lips,

"I fucking knew you were awake." He laughed loudly as you sat up and switched on the bedside lamp so you could see him. Doubt began to creep into your mind as you realised he might have done all of that as a joke.

"S-So was that just a test?"

"No, it was all true." He dragged you by your leg to sit beside him, putting your legs on either side of his body while his hand gently traced up and down your skin,

"Do you speak to me when I am asleep?" A hint of a smile played on your lips as you saw a deep blush skulking up onto Minho's cheeks.

"Yeah, you have no idea how often I tell you I love you in your sleep," He chuckled leaning down and kissing you lovingly as you kissed him back.

"So...What happens now?" You frowned, locking your hand with his as he frowned.

"What do you mean?"

"Well...we're dating." You gestured between the two of you and Minho sniggered a little.

"We were always dating, now we just make it official by telling them."

"I think they already know." You bit down on your lip, deciding to tell him about everything that had happened with the boys in the kitchen.

"Oh?"

"They were teasing me earlier about how we broke all the rules." Minho nodded his head as though he didn't care about it and he didn't. At least neither of you had to go into the long conversation about how you'd switched between being friends with benefits to boyfriend and girlfriend.

"Sweet, then I can just go about our relationship as normal." He smirks kissing you hungrily as you let out a small squeal at the feel of his lips on yours. Minho bit your lip grinding down against you making you moan out his name lowly.

"Are you ever not horny?"

"I can't help it when I'm around you. You just get me going," You groaned pushing him away before going to get yourself a glass of water from the kitchen leaving him needy and waiting for you to get back.

So... they change and tbh I'm going to forget a ton of characters I love and then scream in my head later like 'oh no but THAT character and THAT character and THAT character' but I'll do my best!

Kiriyama Rei from March Comes in Like a Lion - Probably my favourite character possibly of all time. Introverted, kind of ace-coded right up until the end of the manga when it changes (and since the anime never ended he stays ace-coded throughout that lmao), very human, extremely depressed, and I just think he's a very good depiction of like...what it's like to live with extremely repressive depression and post-trauma while not necessarily knowing you have those things.

Dazai Osamu from Bungou Stray Dogs - He's a brilliant intellect genius with too much ability to know so much about the world that he kind of ends up suicidal all the time due to his upbringing / some of the things he's done and also what he's experienced. I just enjoy him. (Notable runner up here is Nakahara Chuuya but dslkajf)

Felix Harrowgate from the Doctrine of Labyrinths trilogy - Angsty, PTSD, waspish, 'I'm going to hurt you because I was hurt and then hate myself and do very self-destructive things about it but keep that part a secret so I just look like a constant dickhead,' brilliant, very good at magic. Love this dude. Would walk hundreds of miles for this dude, like the song. Would definitely write a long-ass fanfic about him.

Daeshik from Love So Pure - I love this guy SO much. He's a side-story / secondary pairing in the manhwa but I LOVE him because he's so against type. He's dorky but not in a very cute way, he's overbearing, he's SO neurodivergent coded it's painful and sometimes hilarious, he's determined and ambitious, he's not 'hot' in any typical kind of twink way, and I know he's split the fandom between 'god he's so annoying' and 'Daeshik is the BEST.' The whole webtoon is fucking amazing anyway, but Daeshik has my whole heart in his journey from 'dorky annoying overbearing friend' to 'oh I just realised I'm gay and now everything is Pride Pride Pride and I'm definitely crying next to a dildo I bought that was too big for me.'

You'll never guess what he's sitting on sdlkjfas (he fails abjectly and then cries about it in a way that's kind of hilarious honestly).

Dana Scully from The X-Files - I didn't know it at the time, but this was very much my bisexual awakening. I mean I'm pretty heavily ace now, but I'm mostly not into cishet dudes, and I had pictures of Scully up on my wall like how did I not fucking know. Anyway, scientist, smart, 'so done with your shit' and just wry and witty and *clenches fist* so short and tiny and powerful. I love her. (And Gillian Anderson).

Loki from the MCU - Not necessarily every iteration, but I do love how Tom Hiddleston plays him, and I appreciate the queerer representation. Adore this guy. Look at him, what an absolute dickhead of a god. 10/10 would read him in hurt/comfort fics and PWPs again.

Hyunsoo Seo and Youngchan Baek from Perfect Buddy / XXX Buddy - Possibly my favourite manhwa of all time and I really hope that stays true because it's not finished yet. Idk how to describe these characters because they're both very complex as you get to know them better, but basically 'angry wet cat man with past trauma that he hides exceptionally well vs. Gwyn-dimensioned blond puppy dog who is just pretending to be a puppy dog because he knows exactly how threatening he is and is willing to be to protect the people he loves.'

Murderbot in the Murderbot novella series - I think all of us - or most of us - find Murderbot incredibly relatable and that's refreshing as fuck in any novel series tbh. (ART as runner-up though, love that fucker).

Sebastian Michaelis from Kuroshitsuji / Black Butler - Honestly there were a lot of kind of 'extremely powerful but kind of shitty fuckboys' I wanted to put in this category including Gojou Satoru from JJK, Reigen from MP100, and even Louis from Beastars, but Sebastian's gonna win out because I still don't know if he's going to eat Ciel at the end of that series and I very much love not knowing because he's such a devious fuckhead. Love that not-actually-a-man.

Yuurakutei Yakumo (Kikuhiku) from Shouwa Genroku Rakugo Shinjuu - I just... *flails* Almost no one has seen this anime series and it kind of kills me because firstly the books were written by someone practiced in writing BL and even though this isn't BL you can still tell the vibes are there. Secondly, one of the most ace-coded characters ever. Gender-fuckery abounds, which is fun. Thirdly just, honestly, more folks should watch this?

There were a lot of characters I know I missed but I'm pretty satisfied with this list.
