this was pretty rushed since i was getting frustrated having to delete and delete ideas i didn't see fit for this pairing TT. but it was still fun to write this request, thank you sm for this idea, anon !
× the sound of leaves crunching under your feet filled your ears as you ran through the bare forest with labored breaths. you weren't exactly sure where you were heading, but you just knew that you had to keep running. no matter how much the soles of your feet started to ache, you continued to push yourself to run. you couldn’t stop now. not when you were so close to regaining your freedom.
× and that was when you finally found it; a highway, an escape.
× you pushed yourself to run faster, internally celebrating your newfound freedom. but before you could get the chance to step onto the concrete road–
‘bang!!’
× a gunshot echoed throughout the woods which sent a few birds flying away. you fall stomach first onto the ground with a loud ‘thud!’. a scream was ripped out of your throat as soon as you realize that a bullet had lodged itself onto your right leg.
× you wasted no time attempting to pull yourself back up, but fail as your arms simply gave out from under you. your breathing quickened, the adrenaline in your veins trying its best to block out the pain on your leg. you couldn't give up now, not when you've gotten this far. so you began to slowly crawl your way through the ground with your arms. however, the footsteps behind you neared hauntingly slow; like a predator approaching its fallen prey.
× “!!” a yelp escaped your lips as you were pulled back by your ankle. ‘no– nonono.’ you frantically thrashed around in your captor’s grasp, trying to kick around to hopefully get him to let go. ‘FUCK ! NO, i was.. i was so close.’
× you were flipped onto your back, jin’s weight crushing you under him as he holds your wrists in place with one hand. he leans down to inspect your tear-filled face, your lower lip quivering in fear. you looked so helpless and vulnerable, it was an adorable sight for a predator like him.
× “did you really think you could escape me?” he questioned lowly, his hot breath hitting the tip of your nose. “seems like i need to break your legs to teach you a lesson, no?” his free hand trails down to hover above your leg. his larger hand squeezed down on your thigh which elicits a pained groan from you, the bullet wound on your leg throbbing.
× “or would you prefer it if i fuck you ‘til you can’t use your legs anymore?” he snorts, laughing at his own ‘joke’. with the hand that trailed from your thigh to your waistband, you couldn’t really tell if he was joking around anymore. “w–wait..” you wanted to protest, your voice hoarse from a dried throat.
× before you knew it, your legs were wrapped around your captor’s waist who was balls deep inside of you. he had stuck it in dry with no proper lubrication or preparation beforehand which resulted to slight tearing. thankfully enough, the blood from the tear made it less painful for you.
× the pain from your wounded leg and the pleasure from jin’s cock slamming itself repeatedly inside you took quite a toll on you. your were beginning to blur in and out of consciousness from all the blood loss you had suffered, but a harsh slap to your cheek brought you back.
× “we’re not done yet. don’t pass out on me now.” jin groans out, increasing his pace which caused you to arch your back slightly. your breathing was ragged as you instinctively wrap your arms around his shoulders to keep yourself steady, your nails clawing at his back hoping for some sort of relief.
x “hn! it h, hur..ts~ stop–“ you plead, fresh tears trickling down your cheeks as you shake your head frantically. he used a hand to grab your cheeks harshly, keeping your head steady. “stop moving, or else you’re going to get more than a gunshot to your leg.” jin threatened with a slight growl, visibly annoyed.
× you felt sore everywhere, the line between pleasure and pain blurring as your consciousness eventually started to fade. your lips paled and it was very visible that you were losing a lot of blood which could possibly led to your death. but jin didn’t seem to give two fucks, continuing his assault on your ass even as your vision completely faded, succumbing to sleep.

Wow it’s almost like a situation has nuance and people can have opinions that conflict slightly!!
Meghan markle has, for the last few years, been the public victim of disgusting amounts of racism, classism, sexism, and xenophobia.
She has been issued with countless death threats, denied protection from the family she married into, and denounced by media that is owned (wether outright or through back channels) by the royal family.
Her husband has stood by her and removed himself from an insanely toxic and dangerous family to protect her and their children, and has spoken out about the issues they have faced and the danger the royal family has put/left them in.
All while the family refuses to separate itself from a known pedophile, which I personally think is an absolute slap in the face to not only Meghan and Harry but the entire nation.
I do not support the royal family, or Prince Harry’s past actions and behaviours (I’m not delusional, he was fucked up), but the treatment Harry and Meghan continue to endure to this day is disgusting, and I support them in their desire to separate themselves from this country and the RF.
Also, every single criticism I have ever seen of Harry and Meghan is based in racism, xenophobia, sexism, and ridiculous q-anon conspiracy theories.
This is not an invitation to prove me wrong.
I am not a figurehead for this nation, I am a person running a blog. My opinions are my own, and in no way infringe on dominiques opinions on this topic or any other, but I will not support royalists or Meghan and Harry haters on this blog at all, since both, I have found, are just thinly veiled excuses for racism.

Idk if its just me but I think that at some point in time there was a phantom troupe prank wars and was wondering if you could write something about it. I feel like Phinks and Shalnark started this and eventually everyone got involved trying to see who could come up with the best pranks. Eventually things get out of hand a Chrollo has to put a stop to it.

Hi, honestly I have a hard time keeping up with what I wrote and what I didn't because I write so much haha. But yes I have definitely written a few phantom troupe shenanigans here and there, and this sounds like a fun idea! Thank you for the note as well, hope you're doing well!
Phantom Troupe: Pranks
You're right, it's definitely Phinks and Shalnark (possibly Feitan) who started this and now it's something everyone in the troupe is involved in
The pranks started fairly small: Phinks would hide Shalnark's phone around, Shalnark would then hide Phinks's helmet. Shalnark and Feitan planned to change Phinks's alarm to 4am when he wants to wake up at 9am, things like that.
Then Uvogin and Nobunaga notice this and decide to take the matters into their own hands. They might randomly slap each other on the head and run away before the other can catch them. The hits might get more and more aggressive, and then they'll jump Franklin.
Franklin gets involved but doesn't want to just to do physical attacks so he decides to prank them through other means. He definitely finds one of those jumpscare videos (u know, the one with the car and a nice mountainside road) and show it to Uvo and Nobu who likely haven't stumbled on it because they don't have a reason to. Speaking of spooks, the amount of times Feitan and Shalnark attempted to jumpscare the shit out of Franklin is hilarious (it never worked, he's pulled it off on them instead)
Machi and Pakunoda find out because of how loud the two of them screamed and then decide to get in with the pranks. Machi has the upper hand in most pranks because she has nen strings, which will allow her to attach water balloons and drop them on people. She's done it to Hisoka out of spite
Speaking of which, no one actually wants to prank the clown magician because he's already tricky on his own. They leave him be, and he might not really bother with pranks because it's not something he's interested in (he really only wants to get into fights that's all). Pakunoda doesn't do much either, but she'll help Machi
Shizuku doesn't become victim to pranks because no one really thinks it'll be a good idea, nor to Kortopi (though Hisoka might think otherwise manga readers ykyk) but she definitely has done a prank where she said to Uvo she ate all of his snacks.
See, so far so good: all the pranks are fairly mild. Then they start getting wilder, like "accidentally" throwing a car at Shalnark (done by Uvo), almost causing Jupiter to fall on Nobunaga (Bonolenov), Feitan dissected a plushie Machi liked (Feitan almost dies doing that), Franklin almost throws three troupe members off of a ledge, etc. Remember the ice bucket challenge from eons ago? They did that to Feitan and almost felt the sun. They keep doing this for the shits and giggles until Hisoka asks "why not Chrollo?"
The whole abandoned hotel goes silent. They didn't think about it, nor did they dare to do it. He was right, they did leave Chrollo out of the "fun" but they didn't want to see what kinds of reactions this guy would have. Not only would Chrollo come up with the most intricate, disastrous pranks known to man, but he could also just start crying if they even told him they lost one of his books. So, they ask "what to do?"
They eventually convince Kortopi to do it because they know Chrollo won't hurt the kiddo, so Kortopi runs up to Chrollo with a hidden water gun and just shoots it at his face before running off.
The troupe watch (from a distance) as Chrollo just stands there, stunned, and slowly looks at where Kortopi ran off to. The leader smiles, laughs to himself, and asks "I know you all are watching, is this what's been going on while I was busy looking for that nen ability?"
He talks to them about how it's fine to do pranks but don't hurt each other (looking at Uvogin who threw multiple cars at multiple people). Chrollo then adds that he might find some enjoyment pranking them in return.
That sort of stops everyone from pulling pranks because they have no idea what Chrollo might do and they'd rather not test it haha. If Chrollo were to prank them all, it would be really big but it would go through a long, long time. Like span a few months with them each receiving more and more of a specific item every week to the point where they're like "is this Kortopi? No, then who?" He just wants to see them spiral a bit haha.

My problem with rwby is that it was hard to hate people for doing evil when the heroes were no different.
For example cardin is a racist se we’re supposed to hate right? Racism bad? However we see yang using a laser pointer on Blake, manga Yang talking about faunas acting like actual animals? Strangely the show tries to treat it as a joke which is wrong on so many levels. (Those anon posts were spot on!)
Jacques is considered abusive because of the slap to weiss right? Then later Blake slapped sun and was considered “funny”…somehow. (Weiss even pointed a gun at her unarmed civilian brother…and the show was trying to consider that as heroic)
If there is no standards or decency within the heroes then why should I support them?
No anon you don't get it! A heinous action is only heinous if the bad guys do it, and RWBY aren't the bad guys! So don't question them when they are racist to their own friends, abuse their loved ones, and are allowed to get away scot-free!
If my sarcastic irritation at this narrative choice isn't clear yet...
Unfortunately, RT does not know how to create a morally complex narrative without being hypocritical as fuck, and I highly contribute this to the fact they do not have a solid idea of what constitutes as "bad" or "good" regardless of the good or bad being in-universe discrimination or showcases of abuse.
CRWBY established that comparing Faunus to animals is a racist thing in-universe, but its Faunus characters behave like animals and have animal attributes literally tattooed onto themselves (Sienna), and we are left to question what is and isn't racially discriminatory. News flash, people, if you don't put a clear and distinctive guideline of what racial ideas are in your made-up race but instead allegorize its issues with ANTI-BLACK RACISM, you fucked up. I have a few posts that go more in-depth about this here and here.
And with the abuse? Listen, RT has made it very clear that they do not believe that male victims of abuse exist. Whitley, Sun, Ren, Ozma, and Oscar all went through abuse of some kind, and their abusers (most were women) never got called out for it. You're shit outta luck if you're trying to find a modicum of respect that this kind of subject matter demands.
To answer your question, anon, is that you DON'T. You are valid in feeling frustrated about this, as do we, because the creators sure as shit won't care.

I find it so funny when stans say that Adrien and other rich kids in the show are "groundbreaking representation" or something because they're not. It's an overused trope that makes all of us appreciate how damn broke we all are because at least "we don't suffer like rich people do". What I mean is, you have Adrien, who's born super mega rich, but is trapped in this golden cage and isn't allowed to be himself. There's a clear link to his suffering and his status as a rich model. He also has an "emotional support poor", Marinette, who is "the only one who understands his pain" and is also "the only one who can ground him". Because unlike rich people, poor people don't have trouble with complicated relationships to their families. And this is very striking in miraculous, every poor person has a good relationship with their family (the biggest family issue was maybe the Luka/Jagged thing but even that got resolved immediately) while the rich kids all suffer abuse. And they do nothing about it not because the writers want to showcase how hard it can be for abuse victims but because they think that's the job of the poor friends they have, mainly Marinette. She is supposed to fix Adrien's family problems for him accordung to the bible, she was Kagami's first friend and had to talk to her mom to let her compete in the friendship game and she even tried to help Chloe's family situation! ... Sorry this got so long, it was just a thought I had and I felt like sharing.

Like, how many characters exist that are just like "privileged child of terrible parent feat. optional heroism or redemption"? I can think of at least 4 in Avatar: tla ALONE. (All of which were done miles and miles better than Adrien.)
Virtually every show, movie or book you point a stick at will have somebody from a privileged background with shitty parents/guardians do something that sets them apart from their background. Virtually every princess archetype is "wah, my parent is so mean by making me get married for the good of the kingdom (my only job). Being rich is terrible."
Like GIRL. "Rich character with sad background" is so overdone!
And Miraculous has got not one, not two, but at least 4 characters who are rich with sad backstories :((( Adrien, Felix, Kagami and Chloe. This isn't even including Lila, Prince Ali, Gabriel or Zoe. And, objectively, none of these characters have any compelling storyline. Kagami I have a soft spot for but objectively, she is also on this list.
None of them are compelling 'richy rich with sob story' characters. Sure, we can pity them, but they're not *compelling*. We're not inspired or moved or awed by them. None of them are original or interesting or unique.
But you're right, anon. They feel like a slap in the face. It's like, its almost like the creators are romanticising the working class. "Oh being rich is so hard, I wish I was like the normal people who work every single day and are so happy because money can't buy happiness."
it's really, really tone deaf, and honestly? Annoying. Like, at least if you're gonna make a rich kid with a sob story at least make them unique or compelling, like Batman or Zuko or Toph.

what’s your thoughts on the Futurama revival
Anon I'm so sorry you're going to be victim to the longest post you will ever see. I hate it I hate it I hate it
HUGE /neg rant incoming (this show is my special interest and has been for YEARS. This will all be rambling)
THEY FUCKING COMPLETELY DISREGARDED "MEANWHILE." It directly contradicts it. "I offered to reset time to the moment before time stopped!" Okay, but you didn't though. The entire tragedy of the ending was that they'd be doomed to relive their lives from the moment they met (s1 e1) on loop. "Want to go around again?" Okay so that line doesn't make sense anymore!!! I had theories upon theories before the season came out and I was beyond disappointed. This show has shown it can do deep thought-out themes, I was fully hoping for them to show them reliving the past again, maybe its their 1,000th time reliving it, maybe Fry or Leela notices for once that something is familiar about it. Hell maybe there's a 1 in a million chance that they DON'T break the button! Free will and all, maybe things aren't 100% the same each run and they get lucky once. This also could have been used to recap old seasons for people who didn't rewatch them
They don't know how much time has passed?? I understand that was an excuse to make it the year 3023, but why would you do that? What's the point??
Things such as the Scary Door reboot don't make sense, not to mention the overuse of "haha it's a reboot!! Get it?? It's a reboot!! We got cancelled!!!" jokes but I'll get to that later. Timeline things just don't make sense anymore because of the time freeze. It's an awful awful awful writing choice. They unfroze time right where it paused, canonically, they show them unfreezing exactly there, it makes zero sense. How is there new technology and new TV shows when no time has passed. I'm ignoring that it's "10 years later" because it isn't, you can't just say that without showing it, it literally isn't
Even the smaller jokes feel very dragged out? Like Bender laughing at Fry setting a goal in episode one. He laughs and Leela smacks him, his head spins around and it's funny, then his body does an extra spin for no reason other than to emphasize that it's a joke? I guess? And then not even a minute later she slaps his hand again and it dramatically flies back and hits Zoidberg. Do you get what I'm saying? It's just too much focus on every single bit
I do like the updated intro! The added details to the city in the background is super super cool!! I love the thought they put into it (Bender hanging out of the ship on the magnet is a bit much considering all of the other references they included, but I'll let it slide. Just doesn't feel necessary to me in the intro)
The animation is rigged now:/ it's bound to happen nowadays, it just feels sad to look at for me (in general, not just with this show) the characters (ESPECIALLY Fry) feel very off model sometimes:(

Oh my GOD. The Hulu/reboot references. It's EXHAUSTING to watch. The amount of 2023 references they crammed into this season is physically painful, they drag them out for SO LONG
(in the first ep) the non-binary robots joke was funny and the scenes with Calculon and the Robot Devil were the only scenes that felt like old Futurama! Their voice acting was great and it was funny! The rest of the voice acting feels very lackluster and most of the other jokes just didn't get me
Calculon and the Robot Devil were the funniest characters, that's how dumbed down they made Bender, he's not my favorite that season
The plots are just. Bad. I hate to say it I really do. Shut up with the reboot jokes, the covid19 jokes, the only decent one was the bit mining episode because it actually used the idea as a real jumping off point and that episode still wasn't revolutionary. The other half of the episodes are pure callbacks. The one with Amy and Kifs kids was cute because it had a reason to exist! It wasn't a very funny episode but it was cute!! The other ones like the worm parasites in nibblers litter box (OR GOD FORBID THE ONE WHERE THE TIME MACHINE SHOWS UP OUT OF NOWHERE AGAIN WITH NO DRIVER??) make me MAD with how lazy of an excuse they are to cram in a reference without matching the rest of the lore
I'm fully assuming the reboot came from a place of love from the writers and the VAs but personally I didn't think the new season was very funny nor did it add anything new to the series, and it felt very very bland and dumbed down and I didn't even pay attention to the last few episodes because of it (that is saying something coming from me)
I rewatched the first episode for this so this is mainly talking about that one. Tell me if you want me to talk about the others I have so many thoughts this is me summarizing like all hell I hate the plots so much and this is my all time favorite show I'm still going to watch the next season and I still have high hopes for it

My family are okay, and it could be a lot worse than it becoming more ... influenced these days? They've been listening much more frequently to gateway alt right stuff (in front of me at least) and gone a bit heavy in the religion aspect of stuff. Had a bit of a panic attack when they listened to some anti-lgbt stuff in front of me (in the closet)
They themselves were abused in their own childhoods (though they definitely wouldn't put it that way + normalized back when they were growing up) so maybe i should cut them some slack? Apart from occasional slaps on my hand and when i was younger they used to bang my head with knuckles a bit if they were really mad. Theyve apologised for it but do mention how back in their day it was way worse.
I dont know i guess ive been thinking much more about the future recently and how theyd HATE it if they found out some of the stuff i really think. Lots of yelling. Its embarrassing to talk about this with friends.
This sounds dumb when i put it into words but for years now ive been forced to keep a diary. I liked the idea of having one and writing down about my self so i went with it until one day i wrote about how mad i was at them. They read it despite me telling them not to and made me apologise and write down how sorry i was for doing that. There was a lot of yelling. I cried. They openly read what i write now and kinda force me to do it. ngl I kinda hate the thing now. Was that wrong of them?

Anon, I am so sorry, this sounds like an absolutely terrifying experience. You're blameless in all of this, you're perfect as you are, but your parents are actively participating in a hate group against your own person, in front of you, consistently exposing you to that narrative, and that is like being in the enemy's lair, isn't it? It has to affect your well being negatively, to hear those sorts of things, it's like you're forced every day to listen to perspectives of people who absolutely despise you, think you shouldn't exist or be the way you are, and who are ready to go and hurt anyone who is like you.
No, you do not need to cut them any slack. Were you any of their parents who did those things to them? No? Were you the founder of the culture where were hit, or force children to hit themselves? I don't think it's possible, since you weren't even born when that shit started. So your responsibility for this is zero. Yet these two people are coming at you asking you to be grateful they're not doing worse to you. Apparently by the logic of 'we had it bad, now you have to be grateful when we do bad things to you'. As if.
No person or being who was abused in the past, regardless of how badly, has the 'free card' to now inflict similar abuse on you. That is completely ridiculous and if that were true, than anyone abused would be going around hurting everyone else and it would be 'fine' because that person was abused as well. That kind of thinking only brings forth more abuse and trauma and nothing else. You did nothing to deserve any of that shit. If their parents hurt them, they should go ahead and take it up with their own parents. Except, they don't, do they? Because they cowards and prefer blaming and directing it towards their child.
If you had a kid, would you want that kid to be grateful you're hurting them slightly less than your parents are doing to you? It sounds insane, doesn't it. You'd want your kid to be happy and safe from ANY abuse, not paying for whatever anyone else has done to you in the past. Because that kid is innocent and did nothing to warrant bearing the burden of your past. And you are that kid right now, you are asked to bear the burden of the abuse that got absorbed into culture, abuse that your parents suffered and abuse they feel entitled to inflict onto you, and for what? It doesn't make anything better or fairer. It doesn't make the world a better place if you're getting hurt in it. If your parents think it's normal they can do it to their parents, thats none of your business. You're a kid brought into that family by no will of your own, subjected to horrifying shit and told you should bear it like it's normal. It's not normal. No child deserves this.
I also have to say that banging your own head with knuckles is especially vicious and victim-blaming abuse to do, I'm sickened by the very thought, and if they felt sorry for that, they would have never done it. It sounds like they'll do just anything in anger and expect 'sorry' to fix it. Sorry doesn't fix abuse. They shouldn't have slapped your wrists either.
The last part of your ask really had me in shock and horror, because that was such an intimate invasion of your privacy, and for them not even even feel sorry or ashamed for invading your private boundaries like that, but to be enraged you dared to feel anger? It's disgusting what they did. They should be so deeply ashamed. Any normal people would realize there's something wrong with them if their child is so mad and would take it as a sign to do some introspection and to evaluate whether they've been unfair, cruel, abusive or hateful to the kid, that is if they already went so far to read your diary without your permission, that they forced you to have!
Their reactions prove that they're so dead-set on controlling you, they even want to control your inner thoughts, convince you that you have no right to anger, no right to human feelings or human expressions, that you should be like a robot who only listens to commands and reacts in the way they want to. It's dehumanizing, disgusting and insanely cruel. You're a human being who's been hurt. Of course you're angry. You have the right to anger. You should have the right to express it in any way you want to, not just to write it in your private diary, but to yell and scream and fight back. But you got punished and had to take your own words back, when you did the least possible expression of it, writing it down privately.

They know that any sign of your anger is a proof of their abuse, and that's why they're fighting so hard to suppress it. If they put that energy in trying to be good parents, they could have been great parents to you. They made their choices. Just based on this shameless and gross invasion of privacy and trying to control even your thoughts, it sounds like they have narcissistic tendencies, and they should not be trusted with a child.
I wish I could give you the checklist you asked for, but I have no experience whatsoever on parents, or people, who are being sucked into conspiracy theories, I think I've read articles about it, on topics like QAnon, explaining the phenomena, I'll try to find the post explaining why do people fall for conspiracy theories in general. Here it is. I hope it helps.

Hello, I'd like to say some things regarding some points brought up via random viewers whether on "Oranges Side" or "Quartelz Side" however people put it.
I've been noticing with the picking on of older "Quartelz mishaps" that some say its not necessary for them to be in the doc. I'd like to point out that I'm pretty sure the mentions of past obsessions(that one vent) , copycat amv, examples of her behavior in dms, is there to showcase while some things she might've learned from, others she has not. Such as the petty and stuck up behavior she presents to her child fanbase a lot of the time (especially in her streams such as the clips displayed on Derpys channel)
As Derpy stated, the doc is to spread awareness about her actions, not "cancel her". To be 100% fair she's gotten away with a slap on the wrist for far too much, and she seriously needs to seek profesional help. I know some say its "justified" because she has a lot on her plate, and of course we can never know what's going on in someone's personal life, but if you're "trying to stay neutral" maybe consider that your idol isn't all that they're chalked up to be. "Pretty art" doesn't mean a pretty personality.
Both Orange and Quartelz did a lot of fucked up things, I'm not just here to dog on Quartz cause shes the docs main focus, the difference I think some fail to see is that over time, one party changed their ways, learned from their mistakes, and moved on (change takes time). While the other is choosing to remain petty and throw shade, as well as very harmful accusations (S/A) and even threats (Oranges birthday incident). Of course as said once again, everyone is waiting from a professional and REAL response from Quartelz other than hearsay from people stalking in her server, and her petty remarks in her stream. (refrain from stalking as well. it gets you nowhere, for both sides in this.)
I know people are angry and upset, the victims deserve better, Orange, Purple deserve to be left alone in peace. But no closure can be given if people aren't patient, as agonizing as it is. It sucks, but for anyone on "either side" Please do try your best to remain respectful no matter your opinion. Keep that in mind.

While this message is up, we would like to make it clear again. We do NOT condone stalking in Quartelz server, medias, or any of their social inputs. We do not condone stalking from other parties ends as well; other parties meaning the other victims, people who spread awareness, etc. We do not condone harassment to any of these people.
The only time we would want to be made aware of anything in these medias is if it's directly shading the victims, a genuine concern, or something along those lines. However things like Quartelz playlists, old vents, are not our concern.
The minor things like playlists are not the big picture here; the big picture is that Quartelz has harassed these victims for months to years, and it needs to be stopped. It's that huge accusations have risen, and it needs to be addressed. The old vents and situations, example the vent videos, are not concerned by us as it was old feelings from years ago when Quartelz was a pre-teen on the internet.
We understand the haste of wanting a response, we understand the feelings that may come from Quartelz behavior, but even so, we want to make a responsible and open conversation about this situation. So please, if you are going to talk of Quartlez, Orange, or whoever in relation, have it be logical, have it be fair, neutral, and avoid harassment and bullying. We do not condone making fun of ANYONE involved in this.
We have waited roughly 7 weeks and more for a response for Quartelz. In fairness to her time, we want to give her 2 months to make a response as she's had the time to respond by now; but we understand things can come up, example her explaining that she's dealing with in real life problems. Reason why it seems people may be upset by this or think she is lying is due to Quartelz still drawing things that seem redundant to the situation, streaming, etc.
End of the day, all we want is an apology. This is going to take time and patience, and we are willing to give that for an extent. We appreciate everyones time and critiques and support throughout this document. The people involved are thankful, and we hope to see results soon.

Which comics or media do you like with Poison Ivy? Genuinely, I want to see the take on the character you like.
hi anon, thanks for the ask! :)
the definitive version of the character for me is in the harley quinn animated series! it's also one of my favorite takes on harley, their relationship with each other, and honestly the batman universe in general. if you want to give it a go, though, do note it's very much an Adult Animated Series TM with lots of violence, gore, foul language, and crude/off-color humor. people can be put off by it, but as someone who normally can't stand that type of series, i've found it carries itself with considerable elegance. it's genuinely funny and has remarkably good character development, many emotional moments, and great development for harley and ivy. so if you have the stomach for this kind of show, i definitely recommend it.
when it comes to comics:
gotham city villains anniversary giant: a villain-centric anthology that includes an ivy oneshot by g. willow wilson, serving as a prequel for ivy's current ongoing miniseries. featuring beautiful, delicate art and incredibly poignant and gripping writing, wilson does an amazing job of getting into ivy's head and sharing her inner world with the reader. she's deeply troubled, more plant than person, part gorgeous ethereal forest spirit and part terrifying bog witch-- but ultimately still incapable of burying her own humanity. if you only read one thing out of this list, read this!
poison ivy 2022: the aforementioned continuation of the above story, it's fantastic for all the same reasons. only one issue out of six is currently out, but for once in my life where dc comics are involved, i have very high hopes!

secret origins: gardener is the current canon origin story for ivy in the main continuity, told from the pov of her college girlfriend turned also-ecoterrorist, bella garten. the art is lush and gorgeous, ivy is shown in an extremely sympathetic light (bella might be MILDLY biased), and it reinforces her romantic relationship with harley from early on. i'd say my only fault with it is that it insists on her relationship with woodrue being mutual and romantic, instead of y'know, her college professor exploiting her, conducting inhumane experiments on her and ruining her life. still, though, a great read!
poison ivy: thorns is a young adult reimagining of her origin story, including gorgeous shoujo manga-esque art, an original female love interest for ivy, and a story that makes her equal parts sympathetic and fearsome. on its own, it's not exactly groundbreaking literature -- the plot is fairly predictable, the romance is shallow -- but as an ivy story, it's a gem. it focuses on her trauma & her craving for human intimacy that's ultimately eclipsed by her connection to the green, and spins a narrative of a victim that learns to stand up for herself and take revenge on those who've wronged her.
catwoman: soulstealer is another ya retelling, this time focusing on-- you guessed it-- catwoman. despite being clumsy at times (the comic adaptation has a bad habit of slapping entire paragraphs from the novel directly onto the page) and featuring a wholly uninteresting romance between selina and batwing (apparently that’s a real guy?), it's also got some of the best sirens content dc's ever put out. selina's budding friendship with ivy and harley is one of the focal points of the book, and the two of them are fully fledged, engaging characters in their own right. they're all just starting out in their villain careers here, and ivy is young, optimistic, and confident, her character focused less on the trauma of becoming poison ivy and more on the ways it's empowered her. (she's still, however, very weak for harley, and desperate for friendship). a very sweet and enjoyable take, if you skim through the dragging/cluttered sections. the art and designs are top notch, too!
dc pride 2021: features a short harlivy story by mariko tamaki and amy reeder which, despite being around twelve pages long, manages to nail so much of what makes their relationship great. it shows them bantering, arguing, revealing their vulnerabilities, and talking out major issues in their relationship that seem so obvious and yet have basically never come up in mainline canon. it was really great to see. plus, the art rocks!
dc: love is a battlefield: a romance-based anthology featuring a harlivy short, detailing the evolution of their relationship through the years. though it's condensed into a handful of pages, it shows probably my favorite 'redemption arc' for ivy-- in which she gets older, mellows out (in big part due to harley's influence, but also, i think, just due to the passage of time), batman and the justice league also mellow out, and then they kinda meet halfway when they realize that by compromising, they can join forces and actually make the world a better place. on the whole, it's a very sweet, emotional story.
though she’s only a supporting character in them, and they’re still ongoing series so who knows how they’ll turn out, the alternate universe titles knights of dark steel and catwoman: lonely city feature great takes on ivy, as well.
you’ll notice practically all of these recs are standalone, and don’t require immersion in any of the bigger canon titles to read. this is because getting into the meat of comic continuity is a nightmare process that is simply not worth anyone’s energy or time. there are a few points in mainline canon where i've enjoyed her characterization, like the everyone loves ivy arc starting in batman vol 3 #41, or the harley quinn and poison ivy 2019 miniseries. in my personal opinion, though, the majority of main canon arcs are so bogged down with crap that it’s just not worth it. they sprawl across a billion titles, featuring heaps of characters i don’t care about, and the plot itself is usually nonsensical at best. but yeah! if you’re interested in ivy, this list should keep you busy for a while! hope ya dig :”)

i really think the thing that's so compelling to me about theo is how fundamentally his character arc captures the themes of change and redemption that are at the center of teen wolf's dna as a show.
pretty much as soon as his betrayal is revealed in 5a, theo's framed as a figure whose very survival has itself become a selfish act. tara's heart is an obvious and visceral symbol of what he's taken from others in order to survive, but her death is also a direct parallel to what he does to tracy and josh, and what he tries to do with scott. like corey and mason and the rest of the chimeras, theo is a victim of the dread doctors - perhaps even more so. he was a child, taken from his family, raised in an unloving and unsympathetic environment for almost ten full years. as a result, his primary defense mechanism has become a twisted sort of ambition. gain more power, and no one can hurt me. gain a pack, and i won't be alone anymore. become an alpha, and i’ll never feel helpless again.
in 6a, after he's brought back from superhell (rip), theo immediately declares himself to be the same person he was before he was sent away. joke’s on him, though, because within three episodes he’s actively sacrificing his life for someone for the first time that we're aware of. when he throws liam into the elevator and stays to hold off the wild hunt, there is absolutely no reason to believe he’s getting out of there alive. nobody else has up to this point. s5 theo wanted liam to kill scott - kill his alpha and his friend, scarring himself permanently in the process - so that theo could kill liam and gain both of their power. s6 theo, unprompted, makes the choice to put his own self-preservation on the backburner in order to give liam the chance to survive another day. setup, meet payoff.
i really think a lesser show might've killed him there - redemption complete, a selfish existence thrown on its head and then ended. when it’s not doing the Absolute Most, though, teen wolf actually kind of slaps really hard. so instead, we get s6e10 the wolves of war (complimentary). this episode is a mess and i understand why people have issues with it, but i'm a wolves of war apologist just because of theo's final scene in the hospital. that shit is such immaculate character work. i cannot shut up about it. s6e10 tells us that what theo needed to be redeemed was never to die for someone - it's to fight with someone, to live with someone, to reframe existence and life and growth in terms of support and mutual benefit instead of selfishness. theo’s able to take gabe's pain, in the end, because he's no longer putting his own self-preservation first. but he doesn't need to die to prove that - instead, he fights at liam's side, and eases gabe's pain as he dies, and proves his survival does not have to be a selfish act.
theo proves the point scott’s been making for the whole fuckin show. he's not only capable of change, but he does it - and he does it because he decides to. because he finds something - someone - worth fighting for. it doesn't erase the things he's done, but it does recontextualize them. i believe that in life we do the best we can with what we're given. theo was given tara's heart and a chimera's body and then - finally - liam's outstretched hand. good is a verb, not an adjective. theo is redeemed because he's given the opportunity to, and because he actively seizes that opportunity.
theo raeken is when dove cameron said “so you wanna talk about power? / well, let me show you power.” and when mitski said “open up your heart like the gates of hell / you stay soft, get beaten. / only natural to harden up.” and when khalid said “sister, sister, please know that i’m sorry; / i wish you could’ve stopped me.” and when mary oliver said “you do not have to be good... / you only have to let the soft animal of your body love what it loves.” and when rina sawayama said “i’m trying to be normal / but trauma is immortal... / i don’t wanna be a monster anymore.” and when silas denver melvin said “you are not as damned as you think you are.”

not to be a bootlicker, but someone called for a welfare check and tbh I needed to tell Someone, and at least say aloud that I am having a crisis because I had personal exp relating to a breaking (finally? everyone knew and covered it up) local news abt a high ranking authority person and the extent of his sexual predation.
and more is unfolding and I feel like I am losing that feeling of safety that took over a year to regain

I am so afraid he'll get away with it, or only get another slap on the wrist while victims (starting several years ago) are ignored or silent and never get peace.

when i was 14 i willingly started sending nude pics of myself to older guys who asked. they knew how old i was and i never lied about that. i stopped after a few weeks because i started feeling physically ill from the shame. my parents never found out about the whole situation but that was around the time when i thought i could tell them about how traumatizing the whole "thing that happened when i was 7" was for me. they git angry and told me i had no right to claim it was csa of any kind and that it was a slap in the face to real victims. it really hurt me and i havent told them anything since.
its been a year since then and recently ive actually started sending those pics of myself again. im really ashamed over it and i dont know why i keep doing it. the guys are all aware of my age, so im not lying now either. i feel weird and embarrassed about it but i dont feel like i can actually call this sexual abuse or grooming because im doing this on my own accord. im scared to tell my friends because i dont want them to look at me differently. i cant tell my parents because i know how angry theyll get. i dont really know what i want.
anyway, my ending question is: is this actually sexual abuse if i quite literally asked for it over and over? is there a name for it? im scared i wont ever be able to live a normal life.

I'm so sorry to hear about what you've been going through. Please know that it takes a lot of strength and courage to not only endure these experiences, but to reach out and seek support.
It's worth self-reflecting on what you seek from these interactions, whether that's regaining a sense of control, seeking validation and praise, reenacting earlier trauma, or other reasons. Please know that none of what you experienced is your fault, and it wasn't right of your parents to blame you instead of the people that harmed you. That being said, you deserve to work towards choosing healthier alternatives to interacting with these men.
It's important to recognize that children cannot consent. Even if someone willingly puts themselves in a situation they know may be dangerous, that doesn't make them any less of a victim because either way they are still being abused and still deserve compassion, understanding, and patience. What happened still counts as SA. Experiencing these things as a child counts as CSA, and it happening over the internet qualifies it as NCCSA, or NCSA as an adult. Sending nudes of yourself as a minor counts as CSE, CSEM, and CSAM.
If you can access or afford it, a mental health professional such as a therapist could best help you process your trauma, collaborate with you to develop some healthy coping mechanisms, and guide you along your healing journey.
