on the topic of me being team green

a bit of a different post for me, considering what my blog is, but i was honestly so offended at being called a misogynist i made a fresh google docs page and typed out 1634 words of me ranting.

is there a real reason to post this? probably not, but i felt the need to establish myself as team green, considering all the posts i've been liking and commenting on lately. (if you are team green, and you see this, feel free to be my friend. in fact, i am begging you to be my friend. i have no tg friends and i need to see the light).

Whenever I see people talk about being TG, I always will see TB stans in the comments saying something along the lines of “Oh, you must be a misogynist, then.” And you know, it never happened to me until a few days ago when I commented on a TikTok post about Rhaenyra beefing with two-year-old Aegon. Someone replied to me, saying that I only brought it up because I’m a misogynist.

And. You know, I’ve been insulted before. I’ve been called ugly, stupid, immature, whatever whatever. But I honestly can’t think of a worse thing for someone to say to me, that I’m a misogynist. I know this isn’t that commentator’s fault, because they obviously don't know me. But the irony of calling me a misogynist when I am the most misandristic person to exist on this earth. I pray for the downfall of men daily. I make fun of them. Whenever I see an AITA post on TikTok, I am immediately on the woman’s side, regardless of what she may have done. 

It’s because I distrust men to a certain degree. You know what’s different for ASoIaF, though? It’s not real. It’s all fiction. TB stans will come on the internet daily and complain about TG existing, calling us misogynists, elevating the conflict between us to that of a literal genocide. Are y'all delusional? Are you guys stuck so far up Rhaenyra’s ass that you can’t tell reality from fiction? 

Y’all love to preach about how Rhaenyra is the number one feminist girlboss of Westeros, without realizing exactly how exactly you’re falling into the trap. You uphold a woman because she’s the heir, meanwhile she steals Rhaena’s and Baela’s inheritance in order to put her illegitimate sons on the throne (which, btw, is treason). But of course you guys wouldn’t care, because you like to think Rhaenyra is the exception to the rule.

That’s the thing. She’s only the exception because of her father, the king. After Viserys dies, she suddenly finds herself back in the same patriarchal world that y’all love to claim she’s trying to overthrow, that she’s trying to change. 

I don’t hate Rhaenyra because she’s a woman. I hate her because she’s a stupid woman. She knew exactly what it meant to be a woman in Westeros; she gets forced into an unwanted marriage (and even in that she gets far more freedom and will to choose than other women), she is undermined for being a woman, and others view her as unfit to rule. I would sympathize with her if she did absolutely anything to change that whatsoever. 

Y’all love to say that she’s so iconic with her dragon scenes, but what did that really accomplish aside from showcasing she is unfit to rule? She has three illegitimate sons who look absolutely nothing like her. Even if Viserys was on her side, everyone knows that they are bastards. Like, at least Cersei’s bastards looked like her. Rhaenyra was a white woman with white hair married to a black man with white hair, and her first three children are white boys with brown hair. Girl, if you were going to have bastards, at least do it with someone that bears at least some resemblance to your husband, or yourself. She purposefully made it harder for herself.

And for those of you guys who will bring up something about Laenor being gay. I genuinely don’t know how to tell you this, but if they truly cared about keeping up appearances, they would have had children. I say this as a queer person myself: If I were in Laenor’s shoes, I would have children with my coverup. Afterall, that’s what a coverup is for. And also: I could find nothing about Laenor being infertile. 

And for those who will also bring up Laenor accepting the Strong boys as his own, I literally couldn't care less. Everyone and their grandmother could see that those boys were bastards. Laenor accepting them and Viserys being delusional doesn’t change the fact that they were illegitimate, and everybody knew it. Secondly: Rhaenyra would need to admit the boys were bastards in the first place for anybody to claim them, something she did not do. In fact, she went so far the opposite way, I wouldn’t be surprised if she managed to delude herself that they were legitimate. 

And this I don’t understand. How do you shoot yourself in the foot, not once, not twice, but three times, with three obvious bastards, knowing that people would oppose you, people already oppose you, and still think yourself fit to rule? Every decision Rhaenyra makes is so stupid, it’s almost mind blowing to me. To live in Dragonstone for years while your father, the king, is sick (in which case, btw, the heir is supposed to step in to rule). Instead, we see Alicent ruling the kingdoms from behind the shadow, because Rhaenyra does nothing but live out a couple of years of bliss and comes back to King's Landing expecting everything to be handed to her. She does absolutely no politicking, absolutely nothing in order to sway the lords to her side. Should she be so surprised, then, that she is met with such resistance? 

Y’all TB stands love to call TG misogynistic because we don’t worship your perfect little dragon lady, as if her uncle-husband isn’t Lord of Fleabottom and grooms and rapes her from a young age. As if Daemon hasn’t called women whores and bitches, and his first wife, Rhea Royce, ‘Bronze Bitch.’ Like, is that not disgusting to you? Y’all love to preach about how Daemon loved Rhaenyra, as if he didn’t choke her the moment she disagreed with his methods. As if his first instinct everytime is anger and death and war.

(In case y’all couldn’t tell, I am extremely anti-war. I am under the impression that if you can’t solve things by talking it out, then you are definitely not mature enough to be ruling a kingdom, and Daemon is one of the most immature rapist misogynists I’ve ever had the displeasure of seeing).

(As an aside, I am not blaming Rhaenyra for her relationship with Daemon. Yes, I do find that most of her actions are stupid, but I cannot deny the fact that she was groomed and raped by him-- yes, raped, because she was a child, and children cannot consent. That is in no way her fault, and Daemon is the one responsible for this).

Y’all praise Rhaenyra for her maternal instincts while simultaneously hating Alicent for hers. Of course, an eye for an eye is unreasonable and far too much, but a son for a son is totally reasonable and to be expected. Rhaenyra protecting her children is being a good mother, but Alicent (rightfully) assuming that her children would be persecuted if Rhaenyra ascended the throne is her being a jealous bitch. Y’all blow her “sweet sister” line so much out of proportion, saying that she wouldn’t have killed her siblings if they just came over to her side. As if Alicent’s children, Alicent’s family, would choose Rhaenyra over her. Because “Helaena was the only good green” and “if only she just joined Rhaenyra”. Why would she ever do that? Because Aegon was a bad husband? The show literally stated that he only ever laid with her when he was drunk, because he couldn't do it otherwise. Obviously neither of them sought any pleasure from it, but they are still family. Helaena only had Aemond, Aegon, Daeron, and Alicent. Why would Rhaenyra ever be worth what her family is worth to her?

On a similar note, TB stans will constantly say how “oh, I feel sorry for younger Alicent, but not older Alicent.” As if Alicent wasn’t a 14 year old girl groomed and abused, as if she wasn’t twice pregnant by 17. As if Alicent wasn’t a victim doing her best in a world specifically designed against her.

That’s the difference between her and Rhaenyra. Both were victims to a much older man, but Rhaenyra considered herself an exception. Alicent had no choice but to be the bad guy, and despite how much y’all love to ignore it, Rhaenyra should have done the same. “Oh but Alicent was jealous of Rhaenyra!” Like you wouldn’t also be jealous of Rhaenyra? Rhaenyra, the perfect little princess, loved by her rapist daddy the king, who had everything handed to her on a silver platter. Would you not also be infuriated by her attitude, the entitled way she views the world? I’m sorry, but if your “strong female character” needs every other female character to agree with her, then she’s not that strong. Or a girlboss.

In conclusion, Rhaenyra sucks and is a terrible role model. True feminists love Alicent Hightower. Also, negative comments will be deleted, bc yk what is so fun about the internet? You can block people. I know, crazy concept. If you don’t want to see me or other TG on your for you page, consider blocking them. That tends to get rid of the thing you don’t want to see. Today I was reading some pRo Ss shippers and anti ss shippers agreements. When anti ss shipper said sasuke tried to kill sakura 3 times, the pro shipper answered :" he tried to kill everyone! Not only sakura " (u know they defeat their ship like this) and I don't know but if someone (ss shippers) tell you something like that: he wants to kill everyone, he is not in his right mind, sakura was the last person he doesn't want to hurt her, killing sakura was dramatic for sasuke and ect...) ) what will you say to them? Anyway, how tiring must it be for such people to have to come up with such excuses? Why do they need other people to believe in them too? Nothing in the story proves whatever contradictions they're preaching. And yet. 

I would say nothing to them tbh because it is impossible to get through their thick skulls. Arguing is futile. They're thinking in delusional ways to protect a SS-Headcanon or Sakura in particular.

It seems they love to "forget" why this conflict even happened in the first place. The most infuriating thing about it is that a large portion truly hates Sasuke. One of the biggest excuses is always "well his character is just complex" which is true, but not an excuse for them to use as a Joker-card. Someone doesn't understand their SS-Headcanon? Well Sasuke's just complex they say and you don't understand it apparently. They say they're a fan but if they need to downplay his character for the sake of Sakura? No hesitation. 

And SS is for the sake of Sakura. You can't tell me otherwise. 

Yes, Sasuke almost killed Sakura during the Kage Arc if it weren't for Kakashi saving her ass. And then Naruto. But, this was a response to her coming to backstab him. Both figuratively as a supposed teammate/comrade, and literally with a poisoned kunai. Which may be one of the dumbest moves from someone who is objectively one of the smarter characters. Something Sasuke himself complimented her on when they were kids. Do you think this was accidental on Kishimoto's part? Of course not. Was Sasuke not allowed to defend himself? Why is this always left out of the conversation though? Sasuke easily sees right through her. Was he supposed to stand there, arms open wide and say "okay, I know you're lying to me, make everything about yourself again but come and kill me as you please"? She didn't even care to listen or understand the guy she supposedly loves so much. She can't have him? She can't understand his motives? It hurts her to see his actions unfold and it has nothing to do with her? Fine then die I guess. Because "bearing the burden" of killing him.. as she took upon herself which no one told her to btw, is still self-inserting herself onto him in a last-ditch effort. And superficial as hell. Naruto fought tooth and nail to understand Sasuke unlike her. Never mind all her teachers and friends she manipulated and put in danger while doing so. Why else would she also put herself in danger AGAIN for the second time when Kakashi pleaded.. well, ordered her not to. When he told her to stay back? When she absolutely knew she stood no chance? How many times do they have to tell her she's irrelevant to him? 

Because why was she so desperate? Why are their fans? 

Sasuke never cared to kill Sakura before that and didn't care for her life after. That much was clear as we saw during the War Arc. He thanked her for loving him which is seen as a rejection for mutual love btw and left her on a bench. Because yes, that's human decency. It's true that Sasuke saw her as a comrade when they were Genin but that's it. 

Sasuke needed to kill Naruto. Not Sakura. And the only reason he needed to do so was so he could be alone and away from that love. This is stated time and time again. Meaning: no one else. Even characters like Orochimaru and Kabuto who are great observers realized this early on. Important here being that Kishimoto chose to show this to us readers. 

But despite the killing part and negativity. Sasuke sacrificed his life for Naruto and his dreams as if it was natural. Sasuke didn't hesitate to stand up against Sakura for Naruto. He smirks and is playful with him yet cries after the confession in the end. He freely shows emotion around Naruto. "It's okay to cry when you're happy."

So what the hell are those shippers talking about? "..it was dramatic for Sasuke" they're pulling those statements out of their asses tbh.

ANYWAY, I deviated form the subject a bit, but The College of Mages is my safe space in Skyrim, and there are some of the nicest, most fun people. As I've answered in the past asks, I don't believe the two are equal. That's simply my main logic.

One is fictional where even literally impossible things are or can be done (offends? yes. harms? no), and pedophilia is an extant issue to actual children (offends? yes. harms? yes). Thus, assuming a fictionalized representation is equal to the real thing, from my understanding, is the same line of reasoning that gets people to believe outrageous stories that only serves to confirm their biases as fact. They're not completely separate, yes, because some fiction is derived from reality. And stuff overlaps between the two. But that's present in quite literally any topics with related subject matter. Not drawing a line between the two is the difference between believing an exaggerated "super evil boogeyman", and believing the actual truth.

Not to mention the core of pedophilia is sexual abuse, and every assumption people keep pulling that as an accusation towards me keep citing the same NSFW artworks (which both lack that in a fictional sense, and features no actual or likenesses of actual people because [as much as i HATE this phrase] "it's just a drawing"). I.e.: People are making assumptions off of my works of art, not because they actually know anything about me

Additionally, I will also point out some specific wordings of the ask that I have extra inputs on:

"Child bodies" is one of the most irritating definitions to have ever been made. I'm 5'2", my proportions are inherently like that. Same with a lot of other short people. The classification of that body type as such instead of using age as a metric (as laws have done) has always been nothing but [height-ist(?)] and detrimental because it sets a standard that anyone who isn't 6'2" (exaggerated example) is a child. There's a tangent here I can go on in regards to experiencing racism as well due to it but that's not the scope of the ask

I know the ask is a genuine question (or at least it says it is), but a lot of phrasing makes assumptions of what you believe is true rather than wanting to learn ("what makes you not consider yourself a pedo", "you are sexually attracted to childrens bodies", etc.). A general tip, when trying to get facts or info from anything (science, drama, etc.), approach with a mind of "wanting to understand" not "proving the bias". It helps paint clearer pictures and - since it's important to people - minimizes the chances of "being wrong"

Reminded me of this chat a friend had with me.

They work in psych and I'd had my first loss. It wasn't my fault, and was outside of my control, and ~technically wasn't like, marked on me at all (not that they penalize you unless you did wrong), because they'd already acted before and I couldn't dispatch with my information.

I remember hearing them crying from the pain but not wanting to give the information needed to get help.

And I remember my friend being like, look, could you have done different or better do you think "No..." i'm not gonna give you the you can't save everyone my friend, or the you can't save people that don't want to be saved. Well hello there, comrade...

Uhmm...may I inquire what spurred on this ask? Are you trolling me? Is this an honest question? Do I come across as a passionate advocate for capitalism? I am usually someone who NEVER uses social media as a platform to push their political and economic views on others so I am surprised I am getting a message like this. Is it because I keep telling people to buy releases and join the fan clubs? Or maybe because I openly talk about how much money I spend on Kalafina and everything related to them? I have honestly no clue.

I want to avoid writing an entire essay on this topic so let's keep this short. I am by no means a big supporter of capitalism, there are countless downsides to capitalism and I am not even gonna attempt to whitewash them BUT I am not delusional, I accept the fact that we live in a capitalist society and therefore I choose to abide by its rules. Whether I like it or not I am part of the machinery but with some effort and the right tools I can make it work for me to ultimately profit from the system. It wouldn't do me any good to work against the "establishment" by refusing to "consume". I am not promoting mindless consumption because that's bullshit and you should never do that but if you care at all about something or you recognise the value of it, you should try your best to support that.

The work of an artist (or anyone really) takes a great deal of time, effort and money, it is extremely valuable and as such should be treated accordingly. If no one is willing to pay for that "product", it will steadily lose quality and eventually cease to exists.

I am seeing this trend among young people (especially in extreme leftists circles on Twitter) who just want the best of the best handed to them on a silver platter without ever having to do anything in return. They hate their lives, they feel oppressed, they wallow in victimhood, they blame the system for all their problems and they want said system to solve all problems for them. On top of that, they hate the idea of having to work for anything or doing a job they don't like. In an ideal world they can do whatever they want and everything would be for free because for some weird reason they believe they are "owed" something. However, that's not how life works. You can go around preaching stuff like "eat the rich" and bash capitalism all you want but fact is, you are just a lazy child suffering from a warped sense of entitlement and shitting on other people's efforts and achievements out of envy. If you honestly believe a communist utopia is the answer to your problems, you are gravely mistaken. Your lazy ass wouldn't survive a single day in a communist regime. You pretend like you want a classless society where all are equal, everything is free and everyone can practise a profession they are passionate about when in reality all you want is to be part of the privileged upper-class that doesn't have to lift a single finger (completely ignoring the fact most of those upper-class people have indeed worked very hard for their privilege). What you need is a sugar-daddy/mummy and not communism.

Please note that this is not an attack against communist and socialist ideologies. While there are disadvantages of course, I do believe that these systems have their benefits (most modern societies have many socialist elements woven into the fabric of capitalism and for the most part that's a good thing). My point is that I absolutely cannot see a so called communist utopia working with people who have mindsets as described above. Edit: This is also not an attempt to single out liberals. I am very much aware that people with mindsets such as this also exist on the right (tons of them actually) but I guess I just don’t notice them as much on social media.

That evening after service just as always you said goodbye to the congregation and got trapped into conversation with the old biddies that you smiled and muttles through politely. You could never say any of these thoughts out loud, not growing up as a preacher's daughter and not now as the temporary preacher. You sure as hell could think whatever the fuck you wanted though. You hugged everyone, the kisses on the cheeks and finally you were able to go back inside and straighten up which you actually enjoyed a little bit, restoring some kind of order into a messed up world, the peace and quiet, time to think and sing. You notice the guys from earlier, Arvin, or maybe Willard, he had told you one and signed the other at the motel and you wanted an explanation. Crossing your arms you walk over to him.

"You could have came to service y'know"

"Appreciate the offer but-you’re the preacher?"

"well for now, I help when the preacher can't....I wanted to ask you something Arvin, or should I say Willard? Why did you sign a different name checking in than the one you gave me?"

"My name is Arvin, I didn't lie to you...."

After about five minutes into starting to clean you realize he is watching you and pretend to not notice until after you had swept and we're starting to pick up the hymn books that had gotten left in pew seats and strewn all about and left on the floor by the children. "Arvin, I can feel you watching me," you chuckle as you have to bend to get them, putting on a show knowing he sees. You were a preacher sometimes and all but you weren't dead.

He clears his throat and you hear him speak.

"mhm?" You ask as you continue the task, he had broken into a sweat and you noticed.

I really don’t know how we got here. And as I write these I realize how poor my writing skills are. Anyways we’re here to take shots not be wussy. 

How did faith in Jesus Christ get correlated with not getting vaccinated? Whichever demon in Satan’s army who constructed this is probably got promotions and mad raises. 

Never in the bible has not going to doctors been associated with faith. Monks were the first scientists. Yet now pastors and evangelists have equated not getting vaccinated with strong faith. I read my bible and associate these people with Satan’s temptation of Jesus in the bible. Belief is associated with healing, but there is no guarantee of healing with belief. Paul had a thorn in his side and was not able to have it removed to stay humble. Humility is knowing God may protect us from the virus or he may not and may afflict us. Humility is getting vaccinated so you can not be a menace to your neighbor and being able to have basic human capability to speak the word’s of God to another people.

Let’s look in the bible because it seems we’ve forgotten about it.

The Mark of the beast 

A lot of preachers also equate the vaccine with the mark of the beast. Here’s the funny thing is they might even be right. It will be progenitor of the mark that if you’re not vaccinated you’ll be a menace to those around you so you better not go out into society unless your vaccinated. However this mark of the beast happens after we’re raptured. Read your bibles. The whole point of the mark is for those who are after rapture can know about it beforehand and for us to know the terribleness of the end times in giving us urgency for the present day. 

What the vaccine does represent is returning back to normal where we can have peace and order to practice religion freely and not bring people to death’s door.

How can we spread the gospel of Jesus Christ and cause more people to be followers of him? Not by being idiots not getting vaccinated and looking like delusional cultists. But instead by having faith in Christ and going out into the world wisely. Not with the terrible smell of someone who has is uneducated, misinformed, and disease carrying. But rather tactful, understanding, faithful to follow Jesus and doing whatever we can tooth and nail to be a shining testimony to the world. 

Satan doesn’t want this and rather we preach and fight about the vaccine. 

But what if I respectfully or disrespectfully disagree?

Show me your faith and go out there and spread the gospel with your unvaccinated ass. Bring people to Christ at the risk of your own life. You don’t want to get vaccinated? Fine. Be a follower of Christ. But don’t go around spreading misinformation. Teach people the words of the bible not your youtube conspiracy theories. And when things start going badly and the lack of a vaccine hurts your testimony then come back to God humble yourself and accept the things that will help your testimony.

Firstly, not just PAPER but in EVERY aspect of the gaming industry, reuse of material is somehow the norm. One way is to save cost, time just so that the developers are able to quickly produce the product.

No, I'm not siding the developer on this. But do note that they are a company themselves and it's their job to milk consumers' money, and they're not the only company that are doing that. And to justify the pricing based just on artwork just shows how plain ignorant you are because you don't just fuckin' compare the pricing based on artwork. I was talking to my brother yesterday and I was trying to tell him how "Aliens" or "Inorganic beings" operate. They communicate directly into your mind... Simple question you have to ask yourself is does this sound like "God is Love" or like Lucifer?
