someone ask you what it would be like if someone left tim on his wedding day? I imagine it like in those movies where at the end they just send him a message of "I can't, I'm sorry" or even more dramatic running away when the priest asks "do you accept..."

tim getting left at the alter/on his wedding day would be devestating!!! because in a lot of movies that's seen as this empowering move by the person who says "no" to their fiance to go to their 'true love' and the person who is left is just...left to pick up the pieces, there is no explanation given whatsoever for their wedding turning into the worst, most humiliating day of their life.

and its not even like those movies portray the fiance to be a bad person or match, clearly if they agreed to marry them they weren't a BAD match. but i always thought that trope was a wildly poor decision because the mc wasted everyone's time, money, and broke up with their fiancee because from the BEGINNING they hadn't been sure about getting married and never admitted it until the very last moment when their childhood friend they hadnt seen or talked to in decades came over and they 'fell in love' over the course of 3 days. but that's not the worst part- the act of getting left at the alter is so violently humiliating because its in front of someone's friends and family and coworkers and strangers. like its just an awful thing to do to someone and then for that person to go off for their 'happy ending' while the audience is supposed to apploaud??? as if the fiance that was left wont be stuck having this shadow of a day follow them for decades as everyone they know talks about it for YEARS. like it might not even be 'bad' talking about it but they'd still be bringing it up in conversation. like imagine you slipped and exposed yourself in a crowd of people you knew and they still brought it up years later, even if its done with sympathy it would still be humiliating.

for tim- that's exactly what he'd realize the moment he realized he's been left at the alter. every hero in attendance will now forever remember him as the person who got left at the alter. his fiancee could have chosen any time in the weeks or months leading up, but they waited until the actual wedding day. i dont think tim would listen to any attempted explanations, i dont think he'd be willing to be "friends" with the person who did it even though tim is very much someone who has taken terrible treatment from family and friends but persisted and valued the relationship more than how he was wronged. but this?? this would definitely be too personal, too pointed, to NOT be an act of pure maliciousness. tim has been humiliated in front of his friends and family and that would hurt more than him being 'dumped'

Ok so after a bit of me actually taking time to think about the collectors situation this is my sort of realized opinion: (warning: it is very long)

As I saw someone else state, the collector was previously imprisoned for like hundreds of years on the isles. Probably not a nice memory to have. Although, it was pretty much only with you know who, so it’s not like he’s gotten sick of or holds a feeling to flee the entire demon realm itself. But I dont feel bad if he wants some space (haha)

Aside from his siblings, there wasn’t really a specified thing for him to dislike the stars in any way. If anything he felt more comfortable there. he probably misses it a little bit, given the starry aesthetic of the archives and stuff. NOW don’t take this as me saying he is better off there. If anything, I am still a little nervous about the whole situation. The ambiguity of “the stars”, while I like in a petty fashion, doesn’t give much confirmation on what he’s actually dealing with. It is something familiar at least, but we don’t even know if it’s literally space or just another realm (parallel to the demon realm or human realm). If I had to hope of anything though, that if they meet their siblings, he beats them to a pulp. Fuck them. I don’t think he’d get tricked by them again, since he’s clearly figured out their shit even before season 3. Overall, I wish they elaborated on the realm before having him just whizz off there at the end. It could be good or bad, but in the end we do sort of have a reason to feel “wait wtf come back” and “where are you going??” In a way.

NOW the other thing! That people who are angry about this situation are bringing up (and that I mainly agree with). Which is the whole “found family” message of the show, and also the “nobody argued” line. Now, thinking about it from the shoes of Luz/Eda: powerful being who sort of just brainwashed (? Idk what to call the puppet situation. Controlled..? Eh, you know what I mean) a shit ton of people and doesn’t seem to care about their well being. Face-value. BUT!! (Big but) They also see that this being is a child that genuinely does want normal things like love and truth, but doesn’t understand concepts like death and friendship. They see a kid that is really upset, but trying their best to make others perceive themselves as “approachable” and/or worthy of their time (oof). Overall, trying his very best. Luz specifically sees all of this, and even makes an effort to congratulate the Collector when he attempts to take what she said into heart. He IS perfectly capable of expressing himself in a healthy way, he really just needs a proper parental figure to help him out. (Stares aggressively at Camila until she burns up). He’s not “uncontrollable”, he’s just lived the past few years with a crusty old puritan and has essentially learned the exact opposite of what he’s trying to accomplish.

Then, we get to the scene where the “nobody argued” line hits. Oog. I can understand that they think he should take time to himself after all of… that. And they probably respect his choice to mature too. ALTHOUGH. Like, after everything I’ve previously pointed out… wouldn’t any of them be a t i n y bit concerned about him going off all alone again? His whole ordeal these years has him being afraid of being alone!! He is ofc welcomed to the owl house, and can return whenever he likes, but, just like us, we don’t know crap about the star realm. The only things they know is that out there, he has shit siblings that fucked him up. Wouldn’t at least some of them be concerned? I do have a feeling he is going to be fine (we “sort” of see him in the credits so he’s alive which is to be expected). But still, in that moment, it would be weird that “no one argued”. All I would have wanted was someone to say “but will you be ok alone?” And then saying “oh yeah! I like it there, I know how to get around/ I have people there that I am cool with 👍” and then that. Like a little thing… idk. I do like that idea that after a few days he comes back because he realizes “actually I am mentally 9 (and possibly autistic) I don’t know how to figure out social cues on my own.” Like again there could be star people who are cool and will fill that place, but that’s only speculation. This whole time they were building up the idea that he shouldn’t be alone and needs others to figure stuff out! Because he was with Luz, only for a little bit, he absorbed the idea that giving kindness, when it’s deserved, is a better way to make friends than forcing people. And because he was with Luz, he learned (the hard way) how scary and forever death really is. Then in that ending scene with him, he just… figures he will be cool without them for a bit, and they agree too. (?) rehghfjk. This wasn’t a totally terrible decision, but the ambiguity of it just!! Makes it reasonably to feel ok with. How long will he be gone at a time? Are there other people he will be with? We aren’t exactly given an answer. We get allusions, but that’s it.

I am at least glad that King, of all people, would tell them that he wishes the collector would come back soon. (Was that another way of them saying he would come back sooner than later? It’s not confirmed so idk) I like this because, well, King was essentially the person that the Collector was closest to. (Besides Belos but he was the exact opposite on the spectrum of cool people to hang out with) King, as a kid himself, would relate most to him. He says that himself in FTF. He is understandably pissed at the whole puppet thing, but he understands that “I should address this but also acknowledge he doesn’t know better to an extent”. King would want to treat the Collector as he would himself, and how he knows how important having a family, whether it is blood or found, is important to oneself. King wouldn’t be half the character he is nowadays if it wasn’t for Eda and Luz to accompany him. When he told the collector “I hope to see you again” that makes sense; he knows that the collector would benefit from having people like how he did, and it would be beneficial, regardless if the collector does get proper parental figures in the star realm, if he would see them often. And ofc, he would probably genuinely want to hang out with them as well. He was glad to be their friend, to an extent. He was never totally unhappy about his situation in FTF. Also, him giving the Collector Francois at the end was really cute. Just in case he needs a buddy until he gets there. As far as we know, the collector needs Francois more than King does. And I think King knows that.

Ok so I think that’s it for my thoughts. If I suddenly remember something I will add it in. I’m not saying that I’m right or wrong, this is just how I genuinely feel. Feel free to comment your own opinions!! I am open to have my mind changed. In the end, I guess I just want the best for my little blorbo. Can you blame me…??

Spy x Family has done a really good job when it comes to slow burn developing all its characters and world building while still keeping the story interesting and enganging. and with the slow but steady way the characters and plot is being developed its clear to me that Endo has plans for this to be a long term series.

And while this type of story telling is very obvious with Twilight slowly letting his walls down around his family and falling inlvoe with his wife and loving his daughter through as his denials and “for the mission”s he tells himself i actually want to talk about Yor a bit here because her development is far more subtle.

for how happy and loving Yor is its very easy to forget or not notice how incredibly sad her life has been. she didnt get a chance at a childhood because at very young age she had to become a parent to her younger brother, so much so that she developed her entire life around him. and once he became an adult and didnt need her anymore, she didnt have a life of her own.

and this is where we meet her at the beginning of the series, having no real friends, being told constantly by her coworkers that shes not normal, living in humble furnishings and only owning practical clothing despite having the money to treat herself and live comfortably. and shes still being an assassin despite not needing to provide for her brother.

and this is something she directly confronts during the cruise arc when theres a moment when she thinks she may die, and is at peace with it because up until this point her entire reason for existing, caring for her brother, had been fulfilled. and while she realizes shes still needed by her fake family, that isnt really a healthy substitute for how she values her life

and at first a lot of her development is around her insecurities around her new role as a mother and wife. which is understandable given the time period and the comments she has recieved from coworkers and others that see her as “lacking” in that regard. however everytime she expresses this Loid reassures her shes perfectly fine, and infact she stops thinking this way after the park bench conversation she has with Loid after knocking him out.

this panel is especially interesting to be because it really highlights WHY Yor has so many insecurities about what others think of her, she spent so much of her childhood alone and working instead of playing with other kids her age or having parents to take care of her. shes doesnt have a lot of socialization skills to help her navigate throught the world. its honestly why i think she clings to the title of “mother” and “wife” so hard because those roles has rules and expectations for how to act that she can figure out. but when it comes to just being “Yor” she doesnt know how shes supposed to be

which is why im REALLY excited for the future arcs involving the Ladys Patriot Society. Because all these ladys love Yor for being HERSELF, they praise her for her mothering skills, they think shes awesome and funny and sweet and genuinely enjoy her company. even when she fails or makes mistakes they dont put her down, because everyone makes mistakes thats normal

Yor has been the sole provider for her and her brother, and being in a league of assassins is mainly a solo job. she doesnt know how to work with others and always thinks she needs to carry her own weight, which is where a lot of her insecurities about not measuring up and having such a low sense of self worth comes from. but the ladys clubs dont treat her like that

im so excited so see how Yors arc of self worth outside of what she can “provide” for other people and just learnt o love herself as she is.

Jess!!!!! H disconnect anon here. I just realized that connecting back with that artist is much harder than I thought. It's like a pendulum that shifts between love them, not wanting to see anything to do with them, being happy for them from distance. I got into that love phase again and thought that was it and texted you. But then he/his fans would do something that makes me not wanting to look at him for days. I wouldn't even have his songs on my phone. And everything he does is completely normal and something I would have enjoyed if I was still 'there'. I really dont want to burden you with all this info but you have been incredibly kind and understanding of my situation more than anyone❤. There are situations where I desperately wish I could still be a part of but I can't. I don't think I can properly enjoy him until he releases HS4 and has a clean slate away from all the drama. I hope he vanishes for a while before HS4. I know I shouldn't feel this way but some things are way too triggering. I have most of this era blacked out from my memory. And it's not his fault(some are but most times it's more about me than him). I never really experienced something like this before but I guess I have to stop forcing myself to love him like previous era. Things would happen gradually (i hope). Meanwhile I am finding new things and music that makes me happy which is currently helping me and black things out of my memory. I am still proud of his achievements but.......yeah.

hi love! *hugs* :( you're not burdening me at all. i'm so sorry you're still going through the ups and downs with this - i'm going to be honest with you, as fun as fandom and sharing that love and connecting with others can be, it can also be incredibly exhausting and toxic. as an example, certain aspects of fandom kind of tainted midnights for me and i've taken a break away from the album itself because it was connoting a lot of negative things, which has zero to do with taylor or even the actual music. it's happening around tour too, so i'm only participating from a far, safe distance. i've never been too enmeshed in h's fandom since he came to me independently, that kind of stuck, but i know it can be daunting and toxic for various reasons at times, and i find that can often make it harder to enjoy stuff (especially if you're sensitive like i am!). it took me a long time through my 1989 triggers and disconnect to truly find taylor again - but i did! i think the best thing you can do is give yourself time and see what happens and how you're feeling. forcing it is going to make you feel worse for sure because it puts pressure on you where it should be simple. stressing about it can make you feel resentful too. it doesn't mean the love you had for him wasn't very important and real while you felt that!!! it could ALWAYS rekindle someday, you never know! (these hands had to let it go free and this love came back to me...) he and his music aren't going anywhere, they'll be right there waiting for you to find them again if you want. and if not, that's okay, the moment when you were close to them still has value.

"I am finding new things and music that makes me happy" this makes me so glad to read and is SO important and necessary to heal. i can't even put into words how much the things i've found and the music i've connected to have given me light and helped soothe my spirit, that's exactly what i'd wish for you. keep holding onto those things, okay? if harry is meant to find you again, he will, but all those other things are meant to find you too. 💖

I THINK This time I will go for Scratch and Hellfur

1. Talk about the first time you and your f/o met. How was it like?

I think they met on a dating app for Supernatural Afterlife Creatures Stuck On Earth(Ghostr) since Hellfur is a demon thats stuck on Earth, they connected over a mutual love of food and the fact Scratch went AWOOGA when he saw Hellfur. So Scratch was so confident on his first date until he saw Hellfur so he ducked behind a wall and called Molly like "PUT YOUR PARENTS ON THE PHONE I DONT KNOW WHAT IM DOING OUT HERE I HAVENT HAD A DATE IN LIKE A MILLION YEARS" and they probably just told him to be himself and he was just SO nervous on the first date. I think Hellfur was too so they were both Incredibly Awkward until they started a convo about how things have been on Earth. I think once they started talking they found it hard to stop because they related so much to each other's experiences.

4. Was there a special moment between you guys that got you to realize you had feelings for them? Was it a deep conversation, spending more quality time with them or something else? How about vice versa?

I think the more they went on dates with each other the more it really felt like they were always meant to be together. And I think Scratch's family, the Mcgees, were absolutely rooting for him with this. I think the biggest moment for him was introducing Hellfur to them, since they've become his family!! He was SO relieved when everyone loved Hellfur. After that, he was just so sure he had found his soulmate- which he had!

17. How was it like once you’ve officially confessed each others’ feelings?

I think after that time, when they got serious, they sometimes would discuss really silly fantasys like "Oh what if we lives in a castle and you were a prince haha-" and it was fun! As time went on the fantasys were way more grounded like "Man, I wish you could live with me." "I wonder what its like to have kids." and I think they are just so comfortable around each other and can tell each other anything. I think Hellfur was quickly accepted into the McGee household as well! When Scratch proposed it was a whole episode like, he had an earpiece where every member of the family kept telling him to say/do different things they thought would work because Scratch was SO scared of messing things up and he values their opinions. I think it backfires but when he confesses Hellfur laughs bcuz he finds it flattering that Scratch cared that much that he wanted it to be perfect..and Hellfur reassures him that this HAS been perfect. Because he is with him. Then they kiss now they are engaged.

sapnap is a WHORE for cuddles. if it where up to him, you two would just lay in bed all day, tangled in each other’s arms. after a long day, he just wants to hold his favourite person and fall asleep with them, so he just wraps his arms around your waist while he uses your chest as a pillow. but if he’s in a chatty mood, he’ll just talk your ears off, ranting about something he finds interesting, while you’re all snuggled up in the crook between his neck and shoulder.

I mean, come on. it’s sapnap. we all know he does. he gets *excited* very easily, which can sometimes get in the way when you two are just trying to cuddle. he just has such a soft spot for your body and has to have his way with you once certain ideas have entered his mind.

nick would definitely try his best. honestly you don't care if his plans actually turn out the way he intented them to, it's the thought that counts. and nick knows that. but theres just something about you that makes him want to spoil you and treat you like a princess. so prepare yourself for fancy dates, him making you your favorite food, all that type of stuff.

arcade date arcade date arcade date. sap is super competitive and I feel like he would thrive in an arcade. he would play it off like he was just trying to proof how good he was at the arcade games. but he'd just love to see how hard you would be trying to beat him. obviously he'd let you win a lot, and when he collected enough tickets, he would get you the biggest prize he could find.

it....depends???? lmao. nick CAN be super gentle with you, he’s pretty protective of you and would never want you to get hurt, so he’s definitely very careful not to do anything to hurt you. but sometimes his instinct just kinda takes over and well, he can get pretty rough.

YUP. nick gets jealous so easy yup yup yup. jealousy, protectiveness, possessiveness, you name it. you two would often get in fights about this, but most of the time you would just think it’s cute how riled up he gets. he doesn’t get mad at you (because you’re his precious little baby and can do no wrong in his eyes :D) but god help the souls of whoever tries to flirt with you, because they’ve got a hell of a storm coming.

K=Kisses (What type of kisses do they like/give?)

god nick’s such a passionate kisser. or at least he can be lol. he loves the way your face fits into his hands, and how soft your lips are. so he definitely is a fan of just some wholesome passionate kisses. but damn this man gets sloppy when he wants to. his lips constantly trails off to your jaw, neck and collar bones.

i feel like his love language would be like a mix between words of affection and physical touch??? he’s definitely very verbal with his love for you. he doesn’t shy away from saying i love you or letting you know how much he appreciates you in any other way.

M=Memory: (Their favourite memory in general?)

there are certain moments where nick just sits back, watches, and realizes how amazing his life is. and how grateful he is to have you. for example, you were playing minecraft on his pc, and your house kept getting blown up by creepers, he found it adorable how mad you got every time. he just watched you play, while sitting on his bed. after a while, you looked over at him, and caught him staring. “what?” you asked after letting out a soft chuckle. he felt like he was gonna explode from how much he loved you.

i’m getting very strong “baby” and “doll” vibes from nick. he loves baby-ing you and smothering you with other loving nicknames. just any petnames that show how much he loves you he’s all for. he would also love calling you “pretty” or “beautiful” for obvious reasons.

O=Over (What happened the one time you ‘broke up’?)

nick HATES fighting with you, but once you two get into an argument he can get pretty carried away. he’s definitely the type to let his emotions get the upper hand on him. raising his voice a lot, stuff like that. but the second you leave to get some space he just breaks down. sliding down the wall and resting his face in his hands, just letting all the emotions out. he never meant to hurt you. when you came back to him, ready to be enclosed in his arms again, he had a hard time letting you back in. he just felt like he didn’t deserve you after he treated you like this. it took some convincing, but once you broke down his walls again, it was like he gave you all the love in his body. just smothering you with “i’m sorry”s and kisses.

P=Parents (What would they be like as a parent?)

dilfnap dilfnap dilfnap omg he’d be such a good dad. like just very caring and loving, but also strict and stern when he needs to be. he’d constantly be telling stories to the kids about the absurd adventures him and his friends would get into, and omg the dad jokes he’d make. idk maybe it’s my daddy issues but dad sapnap lives in my mind rent free.

Q=Quirk (Something special about them)

he loves holding your hand. especially in public. if you’re in a crowded space, he just holds onto you very tightly as not to lose you. or if you two are just going on a walk together, his hands would just feel so warm and soft around yours. and omg he loves it when his hands are in his pockets, and you put your hands in there with him, and intertwine your fingers with his. hmmm he gets so soft when you do that.

R=Romantic (How romantic are they?)

i- uh- I MEAN HE WOULD TRY he really would, and again, that’s all that matters. I feel like he would be the type to try to prepare a whole surprise dinner, he would cook all the food himself, he would set the table all cute, with candles and shit, but just completely ruin the surprise by accidentally giving it all away by saying something or just behaving very obviously suspicious.

S=Sad (What are they like when they’re sad?)

he just gets really quiet. he would never want to bother you or be a pain in the ass by complaining to you. but obviously you notice when something is wrong with ur bby boy. a sentence like “are you okay?” or “what’s wrong?” would immediately send him over the edge, burying his face in your chest, trying his best to supress his sobs. but he eventually calms down, and once he does, he’s able to just rant to you about whatever is bothering him.

T=Together (What are they like when you’re together?)

i feel like it would really depend on his mood, like he could be either SUPER chill, just wanting to savour the time you two had together. or he could be really hyper, constantly talking, wanting to do all kinds of activities with you. he’d be the literal definition of :D

U=Understanding (How understanding and empathetic are they?)

very. i just get such empathetic vibes from him. he’s such a good listener and he’ll just listen to you talk whenever you have something to be upset about. he never invalidates your feelings and omg he’d give the best advice.

V=Value (What do they value most about the relationship?)

he loves that he can 100% be his self around you. there’s no part of his personality that he feels like he has to hide, or tone down, whenever he’s with you. you also aspire him to be his best self, he just wants to be the best boyfriend in the world. all his friends have noticed this too, you bring out the best in him.

W=Wedding (Would they want marriage? If so what would they like?)

eh. if you’re a person who really values marriage, he’d 100% do it for you. but it’s not like he HAS to. he gets a bit scared by the idea of this whole big event, where everything is about you two, he would way rather celebrate the love you two have in the comfort of your own home, just the two of you. the one thing he would love about a wedding, would be seeing you all dolled up, walking down the aisle, omg he’d be the proudest man ever to be able to call you his.

X=X-Ray (How well can they read you?)

the SECOND you start to feel sad or depressed in any way, nick notices immediately. he knows you better than anybody else, and he knows exactly what to do to cheer you up. it’s like his superpower. if you’re feeling anxious he’ll just wrap his arms around you really tightly, holding on to you until you calm down. and when you’re sad, and in need for something to cheer you up, he’ll take you outside for a walk in the park, or he’ll just sit in bed with you, watching your favourite show.

Y=Yuck (What they would never want in a partner)

he hates when you flirt with his friend, even when you’re very obviously joking. his jealous ass can’t deal with that lmao. he also gets super pissed when his friends make flirtatious jokes towards you, they know how much it gets on his nerves and that’s really the only reason they do it. but omg he gets so pissed when it happens.

Zzz (How do they sleep around you?)

nick would be the cutest sleeper ever omg. he doesn’t like to admit it, but he loves being little spoon. he loves resting his head on your chest, while you play with his hair, patiently waiting for him to fall asleep.

Mammon always has a way of sticking his foot in his mouth and this is no exception. You’re at a modeling job with him, waiting for him to finish up his shoot so you can go to dinner together. You had grabbed a large smoothie on the way over and are sipping as you watch, half curious about how modeling works and half checking him out. You’re almost done with the smoothie when he makes the comment, coming over to hang on a quick break.

“You’re not gonna need dinner at the rate you’re goin’!” There’s no malice in his voice but you freeze, eyes wide as you look to see if he really said what you thought he did. Mammon doesn’t notice, jogging back over to the set as his manager calls him over. The rest of your smoothie quickly goes into the trash and you spend the rest of the shoot looking at all of the models and cursing yourself; of course the Devildom values skinniness like Earth does.

It takes Mammon days to notice that he’s upset you, mostly because he’s too busy running the high of having money again. He does notice when you dip out of movie night and refuse to let him take you to dinner. Everything comes to a head when he barges into your room demanding an explanation and you’re crying.

He feels like absolute shit when you tell him what’s wrong. He blows off all your reassurances that you’re used to this and that you know he didn’t mean it. Weight isn’t an issue that Mammon has ever had to deal with but he does know about being teased and made fun of. He’s quick to beg your forgiveness and make things right. He becomes your number one supporter, buying you cute clothes and whatever you want to feel better. He’s quick to snarl at anyone who even makes a comment vaguely talking about weight in your direction. Mammon would support you if you wanted to lose weight but might pout a bit; he loves that you’re soft and have places for him to grab onto.

Leviathan:

Everyone knows that anime and manga have some of the most unrealistic women out there. That doesn’t stop people from being into it or loving 2D women more than real women. Being into anime before the Devildom had you prepared for this but Levi takes it to another level with Ruri-chan. You shouldn’t have been surprised by the comment but you would have thought Levi might be able to understand, considering his own insecurities.

“I don’t understand how anyone wouldn’t want to look like Ruri-chan! She’s the perfect woman!” You’re mind takes it the way you’ve always taken comments like that: ‘perfect woman’ means thin. You make an excuse to leave quickly after that, Levi only half noticing as he goes into another rant.

He doesn’t understand why you keep avoiding talking to him! An episode of your favorite anime is out and you refuse to come watch it with him! It’s blasphemy! It takes him almost a week to work up to nerve to come to your room and demand answers. Levi is a stuttering mess but when he finally gets out what he wants to talk about you look away, seeming almost as embarrassed as he is.

Levi starts to spiral in the middle of your explanation, blaming himself for being a gross otaku and giving you these thoughts. He know anime expectations are unrealistic (it’s one of the reasons why he likes it) but its another to see it used to hurt people. Both of you end of crying and there’s a lot of frank talk about body image. It’s a good way to bond, even if it did happen for a crappy reason. Levi is more sensitive to what he says and tries to find anime with more diverse characters. He also starts trying to find more plus size hentai… not for any reason in particular though!! He just wants to make sure there is some, that’s all!

Asmodeus:

Hanging out with Asmo can be a blessing and a curse. He’s beautiful and loves fashion and you love to go shopping with him. The downside to that is you have body negative days that tend to match up with Amo’s feeling great days. The shops in the Devildom are a lot like Earth’s; plus size store exist but they’re more expensive and harder to find. Asmo doesn’t fit into any of the stores you do and you never ask to go, not wanting to point out the obvious differences between the two of you.

“You really should take better care of yourself darling, just think of all the things that would look good on you if you did!” You freeze immediately at his words, dropping whatever you had been looking at like it burned you. Asmo had been watching you in the mirror, eyes trained on your hair and skin but all you could think of was your weight. That’s a harsh comment, coming from the Avatar of Lust and you have to resist the urge to burst into tears in the middle of the store.

He knows the moment you start holding back tears that he’s messed up but he has no idea what to do. He tries to explain himself but you wave him off just saying that ‘I’d like to go home now’. You both leave the store after that, heading back in silence. You quickly go to your room and skip dinner, making everyone interrogate him about what happened. Satan is the one who points out that it might be weight related and Asmo has to resist the urge to cry at the table.

He bursts into your room the next afternoon and forces you to get up. You were planning on staying in bed the entire day but he convinces you to have a spa day with him. You’re not mad at Asmo, just yourself. You know how vain he is so it shouldn’t have surprised you. Asmo, however, apologizes for the first ten minutes, practically begging you to forgive him. You have a conversation about dos and don’ts and Asmo takes it to heart, listening to you and trying to understand your struggles. After your spa day he surprises you by bringing out a mountain of outfits; he had run to some of the shops that fit you and got things! If there’s anything you hate it’s quick to disappear but he wants to pamper you and this is the best way he knows how.

Beelzebub:

Beel loves hanging out with you because you love food like he does. Not to the same physical amount of course, but you’re always willing to try new things and go new places with him. Everyone knows that if there’s a new restaurant you and Beel (and sometimes Belphie) are going to be some of the first people in line. Just because you love to eat doesn’t mean that you’re immune to the things people say about the two of you. You just wouldn’t have thought that Beel would say anything.

"That’s a lot of food.” You freeze, looking up from your plate to look across the table. Beel’s eyes are locked on your plate and not his own, even though his plate is pilled much higher than yours. “Are you going to eat it all?” You don’t hear anything after his second question, appetite suddenly gone. He doesn’t wait for your response, eating his own food with vigor and eating yours once you push it over to him.

You stop going out to eat with him after that, hardly eating at school or at the House of Lamentation. Sure, you eat enough so that no one says anything but Beel knows better. You don’t snack like you used to or eat cakes with him, you just eat and then that’s it. He talks to Belphie about it and his bother helps figure it out; when did they stop eating? Why? He puts it together after that, feeling horrible once he remembers you talking about how people used to make fun of you in the human world.

Beel shows up at your door the next day, a box from Madame Scream’s in hand and a determined look on his face. He asks to talk to you and you have a conversation about what he said, ignoring the box even as his stomach growls. He apologizes for upsetting you and says that he doesn’t care what size you are, he likes you for you. If people are going to make fun of you or try to bully you, he’ll protect you because you mean a lot to him. You end up splitting the box of treats with Beel, happier than you have been all week. He doesn’t tell you but he prefers that you’re bigger; he’s a big guy after all and it’s a relief not to worry about hurting you as much.

Jujutsu Kaisen ep 149 spoilers, analysis and maybe theories about what Gege is doing

In my opinion it wasn't a romantic kiss, was a CPR. She was unconscious and the kiss came after Mao hited her chest. Is a CPR move to me.

About incest in Jujutsu Kaisen

First i will like bring this post wich im agree with it. Write about incest or abuse is not wrong. What is wrong is romanticize. In my perspective incest is not romanticize in JJK.

Mei and Ui: Mei character is built as someone who has no values or etic at the point where she doesnt even understand it. She even says to Satoru that she does not understand any issue not related to money. She is also potrayed like someone who only cares for herself and we saw that when she ask Ui to sacrifice for her and quickly left Japan in Shibuya incident leaving everyone behind and taking only the money with her (and Ui who is more like a tool to her). It is clear that she has an abusive relationship with his brother. Ui is potrayed like someone who is absolute caught in Mei web. I think there is an effort to show this relantionship like something twisted, abusive and sick. So its clear to me that there is no intention from Gege to romanticize it.

Maki and Mai: first i have to say that kiss looked more like a CPR than a romantic kiss. But i going for the way where this kiss is a romantic kiss to express my point. If there is a romantic feeling between this two (wich i believe not), we have to understand it in the context of their shitty family. There is high chances that cousin x cousin marriage is happening inside the clan. This interfamily marriage are common in clans, dynasty, etc., to protect to blood line and all that shit. Main clans in Jujutsu society are very interested in keep their inherited technique so nobody would be surprised that they practice this type of incestuos marriage. The fact that they look alike so much in Zenin clan could point to this. So Maki and Mai grow up in a context where incest happen. Also the amount of physical and mental abuse in them and the fact that they only have each other to gain support could make this incest feeling possible. As they didn't grow up in a healthy environment and didn't have anyone to teach them about healthy feelings or even love in any form (their mother is totally caught in patriarchy). Again, there is an effort to show that all the problems that Toji, Maki and Mai have are because their shitty family. If incest is happening here is becaue this two girls never learned how to love in a healty way and they are confussed about their feelings. If May really kissed Maki is more like she doesnt know how to express herself because she grow up in abuse and there is no single healthy relationship in her family to look up.

Conclusion: incest is not romanticize in JJK. Maybe need to be portrayed more like a "trouble", maybe. But i think is enough portrayed like a trouble.

Mai's death: I know everyone is hurted because her death. But, lets be honest. We could see that comming. I predicted in my JJK Oracle serie but is not like im super smart or anything, is something we could see comming from how JJK story is build and the meaning of pass deaths in the manga.

"Mai deserve better": of course she did. But I dont think this story is about give what people deserve, is not about make justice for them. Real life and real world is extremly unfair. A story with any kind verisimilitude would potray unjustice.

"Gege is killing all his characters": In the same line of verisimilitude if some big events happen like shibuya incident we can not expect that everyone comeback alive. If all characters always comeback is more like a plot armor.

"Pointless dead" "Mai's arc wasted": All dead in JJK until now have a meaning and Mai's arc was this one from the start. Let try to figure out this.

In the story Maki is the main character, Mai (sorry to say) was auxiliary to her story. Mai is presented to develoment Maki story. To go deep in the patriarchal structures of Jujutsu world and to present the shitty dinamic of the Zenin clan from inside. Mai personal develoment was to understand that Maki actions wasnt the problem, but her all family itself. When the break point comes (Ougi desition to kill both) she realize that live peacefull in the clan dont depends on her obedience, it dependence in what the clan need from her from a moment to other. That there is no way to live peacefully in such an environment. That is when she can finally understand her sister action, reconcile with it and her, and support her sister road. Sadly she can only support with her death. But she doesnt die like subordinate person (like she was in pass episode or like her mother is) she die free, she is not simply killed, she gives her life in order to save her sister and destroy the clan. She emancipates at the end. Of course is sad that she has to die, but again, life is unfair and this story is not about make justice.

In jujutsu kaisen "death" works to build the living characters that go trought that lost.

Suguru -> Satoru

Junpei and Nanami -> Yuuji

Also, it establishes the situation where the characters are. Like Yaga's death wich leave the students in their own.

"Kill another female strong character": Well, i go for this one. There is no much female strong characters so Gege do something for gender equality and stop killing them.

In my opinion, and this is in some way a theory, what Gege is trying to do is reverse the typical shonen story.

He brought the typical elements from a shonen: a regular boy who discover that he is not so regular, lots of fights, power up, and even some kind of tournament (just to name a few one).

But at the same time Gege is slowly deconstructing the elements of shonen genre:

The hero is the strongest character and save everyones. We have Satoru is the strongest character and he fails to save people at the point when he realize that "save" dont depends on him. That is why he goes for the teaching/supporting role. Help others to save themselves. However situations keeps going in a way where he losses his closes people and he cant do anything to stop that.

So we can say this: in JJK heros cant save others.

In regular shonen the social structures are never questioned. In JJK we can see how those structures are the villain. We have the conservative structures of jujutsu society wich higher up keep against everything because their privilege depends on it. And the patriarcal structures. Even if JJK is stil away from being "feminist" is one step in the right direction from most regular shonen. Specially those shonen where the main female character is there just to be cute and she cant even speak her mind

We all feel like fell in some kind of trap in JJK. Because in firsts episodes we were like "oh, how cute and fun. look there is a speaking panda" and then we fell in angst. I think this is part of how Gege builds the story to reverse the genre.

Dont expect a happy ending, expect a end with meaning. Dont expect to see your fav getting what they deserve, expect to understand why they went through that.

And remember one thing: Yuuji death is not in discussion in the plot, what is in discussion is how he is going to live what he has left of live.

Dazai x reader ⛈angst⛈ 🚨spoilers for season 2 "Dark Era"🚨 ⚠mention of violence⚠

Life at the Port Mafia wasn't easy. In fact it was hell constant death, suffering, becoming everything you sworn you'd never be. Watching people lose them self and give in into the darkness.

All this at the mere age of 18. You've seen and caused countless, and pointless bloodshed. Taken with out reasoning innocent life's. And each day it was as if you where falling deeper and deeper into this life. An endless cycle of greed and power overrun with violence. You didn't defy the port mafia orders, because at this point you've grown custom to this thing you called life but, it did make you feel this almost unbearable feeling of cold you couldn't shake off. You didn't exactly desire death, but you also didn't see any value in living a life the way you do.

That was until you met him. A boy with the same pains as you. You could tell instantly through his bright yet lifeless brown eyes. But he radiated that warmth you have been seeking for as long as can remember. He shined a bright light over what your thought was never ending darkness with his cheerful and carefree nature.

You once heard one of your superiors say "When the lights too bright, you'll get burned."

But you knew it was all an act, you knew all too well all the bright smiles, carless touches, and words were an act to cover the monster waiting to break free at any given moment. Everyone in the Port Mafia was the same.

No matter what

Soft smile creped on your face when you enter Bar Lupins. You took your usual seat, right next to Dazai.

"Hey there Y/n!" Dazai said with his usual go happy tone while playing with the sphere shaped ice floating about his drink.

"Hey Dazai" you replied softly in-between ordering your usual drink you grown accustom from coming to the bar on regular bases to hang out with Oda, Ango, and Dazai.

Dazai whined while wrapping his arms around you, the warmth and affection you longed for but wasn't genuine, after all Dazai's blood was Port Mafia black, he wasn't a executive at the age of 18 for no reason.

You knew this.

You've seen it with your own eyes.

His heart can't feel love or produce it. At least that's what you believed, you even applied it to yourself. You and Dazai were just attempting to fill the emptiness you felt. Nothing else.

But you couldn't tear your self away from his embrace, it's was like a drug that couldn't temporary ease all the

"Awee, Bella donna. Dazai? What happen to Osamu?" Your ran your finger's delicately through his brown locks.

"Ah, sorry Osamu. Where are Ango and Oda today anyway?"

You corrected yourself before taking a small sip of your drink and settling it down where it once was. Dazai propped his elbow on the table and rested his cheek on the palm of his hand while giving you that signature shut eyes smiled.

"There not gonna come, I wanted time to myself with my lady love. You know tomorrow isn't guaranteed for us. so I want to makes the most of every chance I can get my hands on"

He was right, you were aware of either can die or get killed at any time. You just didn't like taking noticing because it felt so much better to cover up and ignore what you didn't like.

"Hey, Osamu, can you promise me something?"

He can hear the hint of uneasiness in your voice. He knew better to point it out and make a deal out of it.

"Of course! What ever it is i swear with on my life to keep that promise."

"Do you promise to never leave? You'll stay right?"

He laughs to hid any trace of pain in his voice "You know I can't do that, after all death is what I desire most in this world! How about, instead we compromise. As long as I'm alive, I'll stay"

You stood up and walked towards the door. He knew his words hurt, but he couldn't bring himself to give you false hope. Right before you reached the door knob you turn around and smiled at him , a soft, grateful, yet sad smile

"That's good enough for me. Good night Osamu"

You knew a person was truly honest with themselves when panic was brought among them. Of course you knew this based of other experiences, never yourself.

Until now.

You felt your stomach drop when you heard the news.

Sakunosuke Oda was dead.

Killed by Gide leader of the Mimic. The current case Oda and Dazai where on. You didn't know much but you knew where it all took down.

A million thoughts run through your head while getting to the Mimic head quarters.

Where was he now? Is he okay? Was he with Oda? Where is Oda now? Where they even still there?

You stopped your tracks when you saw the familiar figure walking in the rain you didn't notice until now.

"Osamu!" You called out while starting to run towards him as he turned around.

His bandages where gone. Both eyes uncovered. The sight was so, usual it caused you to stop all movement.

"Osamu?"

You managed above a whisper, he turned around and kept walking away. Then it hit you,

he was leaving

That's when you felt it.

That over whelming panic you seen so often that made you realizes

you loved him.

Your whole body began to shake uncontrollably, the only impulse you had was to chase after him. Your breath began to hitch, your legs didn't work like before, the rain caused you to trip countless times until you finally reached him. and threw your self at his presoaked shirt and gripping on to it with all the might you had left.

"Please, dont go, stay..."

"..."

"You promised Osamu! You said you'd stay as long as you were alive, remember?" You choked out through the sobs, in hopes, just maybe, he'll stay with you, even if its just a little longer.

Your heart beat increased when you felt familiar hands come in contact with yours.

To pull yours away.

"Sorry that all I gave you was false hope, hallow words, and leaving more empty than before. Good bye Y/n."

"W-why? Where are you going?" You tried to keep yourself composed but it was impossible, it was all too much.

"To the good side." he said with the gentlest voice he could manage. He once again started walking away from you. Dammit you should just stop, but

You took hold of his wrist and pled one last time

"Wait, you don't have to stay, I can go, I'll go with you to the good side. I, I, love you Osamu"

He harshly pulled away his wrist away and glared at you, a glare you never seen direct towards any one but people he repent.

"Can't you see? I could always tell what you thought. You never beloved that I actually loved you. You don't think am capable of loving. We just tried to fill that emptiness we both felt. And you were right."

Lies

He was lying. He loved you, more than anything. This is why he's doing this. You were the one good thing he had. You gave him a reason to live. No matter how dark and lost he was you always were the light that guide him. You filled that empty feeling that would always follow him since you first met.

It wont take long for the Mafia to find out about his betrayal. They'll surely come after his head soon after. If you came along, the same fate would await for you. It hurts, it hurts so bad to leave you. But he loved you too risk you in any way. This is something he had to do. There was no way around.

There was so much he yet wanted to say to you. He wanted to thank you, for everything. For loving him, for caring about him, for easing all the pain he held on to for so long. For being so kind to him. But now it was time to go. He won't hurt you anymore, isn't would be fair to hurt you more, after you were so good to him.

Your body finally give in, you fell on your knees. You wouldn't of thought after all your time in the Mafia, you consider a heart break the most painful thing that's happen to you. Such an agonizing feeling it made you body tremble, cold sweat run down your face along with an endless flow of tears from your eyes brimmed bright red. You felt your throat closing until it was from the hoarse yells you let out. This feeling of heartbreak was agonizing to the point you'd wish you could end it along with yourself. You didn't think think you'll ever be okay after this, you felt so shattered, beyond any repair

Maybe, if you hadn't realize too late, things could of been different, just maybe.

"The light was to bright wasn't it?"

You stared at Kouyou, your superior

"So bright, it burned till nothing was left. But then it went out just like everything it burned, reduced to nothing."

"You heard Kyouka, if you seek the light, you'll end up like her"

You stared at Kyouka, the same eyes as you, Osamu, and same as his subordinate, Akutagawa. All you could hope is they're never shown the light or filled with hope by empty promises and hollow words.

warning 4 fictional suicide ment and also sgrs spoilers i suppose but literally what will ever top the moment where u realize that framing miyokichis death as an attempted lover's suicide with kiku was just an elaborate way to parallel rakugo tropes to real life and how it was deliberately meant to sound confusing and unrealistic when kiku says he tried to die with miyokichi but sukeroku took his place even tho he did not seem remotely interested in following along with her in s1 or being her "lover" at all to begin with lol but then u realize thats because that never happened and saying he tried to die with her was always meant to be a half truth because what it was really referring to was how he was the one physically closest to her when she was about to fall and he tried to be the one to catch her but sukeroku pulled him back to go after her instead to protect kikuhiko from putting himself at risk and she never meant to die to begin with she was just having a breakdown bc she was a traumatized woman with chronic mental health struggles as consequence who regularly had similar breakdowns and episodes of instability all of which u dont know until the bitter end of the story because its told through a very specific lens meant to look neat and fictionalized like a rakugo story and not like real life it just wanted to remind you that there were more grounded stories beneath the surface of the overall narrative leaving the audience to personally judge the merits of kikuhiko trying to mold his own life story to fiction and what it means to process personal tragedy and trauma in that way and as much as i loathe the ending it also deliberately leaves you with a whole cast of other people now trying to make sense and twist their own equally personalized necessarily false narratives of his life now that he is gone so what does it mean to try and create a narrative of a life at all and maybe kiku had a point to paint his own like he did clearly all along believing to some extent that it was hopeless and truth has little value

So if that is okay with you I would like a ask you one because I would love to have your opinion on the matter. How do you think Johnny pre ending would react to realizing V is developing feelings for him, despite their doomed future (even though everything turns out to be great with V living and Johnny having a body because that is the only canon ending that matters)?

AHHHHH THANK YOU SO MUCH YOU’RE MAKING ME BLUSH, AHHH IM GLAD YOU’RE ENJOYING THE POSTS (I was a little worried I’ve been flooding tags and annoying people, so that’s really reassuring)

Spoilers as always!

Okay, so I thought about this for a long while and was mostly torn between two camps of thought, because I also think Johnny would be torn between his thoughts. Johnny himself can be very reckless and has thoughts, beliefs, that contradict with his own behavior. He can go from beating V up, to chatting to them in a diner, to trying to use them, to promising to die for them all within the span of a few weeks. He loved Alt but screamed that she was only a fuck to him. He loved Rogue, but cheated on her. Kerry was his best friend, but he was never above mistreating and manipulating him. He claims he wants to change the world to protect the people in it, but often shows no empathy or kindness for those very people. He preaches the value of change but allowed himself to stagnate. He promises to die for V, wants to save them, but when he has control he does stuff that could very well kill them (excessive drugs, alcohol, and the car crash he caused). Combine that with his newly developing desire to change and be a better person; he can be hard to really understand, even to himself.

So, what are these camps of thought for if he realized while still an engram that V unequivocally and unquestionably love him in a romantic way, despite the way he “knows” this will end.

Well, in another time and place, another Johnny. He’d probably use this as an excuse to get V in bed, then discredit their feelings because he can’t handle it then destroy the entire relationship. Because there has always and may always be a part of him that when people get too close, he wants to push them away. Don’t get through the walls, he only wants people to see a certain side and part of him, he can’t let them get too close. So, anytime he realizes someones starting to chip through those walls, he starts throwing the bricks at them. Hell, after clouds, if V states “yeah I get it, that’s how they killed you, I saw your memories” Johnny gets visibly uncomfortable and says “okay.... we’ll get back to that later” The idea that V, a stranger still practically at this time, knows his memories...knows him in this weirdly deep way, makes him so fucking uncomfortable.

Sidenote, kinda: this is something him and V (albeit V is typically less aggressive about it) have in common. Think of how few people know V’s real name or have been granted the right to call them by it. Think of how despite Jackie being their best friend, they still knew so little about him, he still wasn’t allowed to call them by their real name. They’re clearly upset when the doll says their name. Johnny and V are both people who have put wall after wall between themselves and everyone else. And now in a twist of fate, Johnny’s been shot like a cannonball through his own walls and V’s, so there’s now not a single wall between these two strangers and they both hate it until they dont.

Back to the point, there’s a part of Johnny that instinctively wants to seek a way to destroy it, to ruin all that he’s built with V because he’s terrified of crossing that final line, that one last barrier, of truly being who he wants to be and being with V in that way. He’s terrified of what it means, and he’s terrified that he won’t be enough, that he’s too fucked up and broken to deserve it, that there’s still something inside of him that V hasn’t seen and when they do they’ll leave him in the dust. And that aggro, selfish, scared bastard part of him screams at him to never let it get that far; tear it all down so it never happens.

But he is changing and doesn’t want to hurt V. So, he refuses to use them though that little voice tells him to take the most he’s comfortable taking (ie sex) then throw the rest away. He shuts that voice out, refuses to let himself do that to V, he’s done with that. Though a part of him feels guilty to even have that thought, how can he be such a bastard, maybe he’s not changing as much as V gives him credit for...

So, he may pull away (as much as he can) for a bit. Talk to V less, stay in their head more. Not because he necessarily wants to hurt or distance himself, but he needs time to think. He knows he feels the same way, but he’s scared of so many things. Hurting V, them realizing he’s too shitty of a guy to date, what happens after he’s gone? How will they feel, won’t that make it hurt worse?

But, if he loves them, and they love him. And this is all the time they have left, maybe they should just enjoy it.

So, maybe, he thinks, he should ignore it. Pretend he didn’t hear and move on as if nothing has changed. But, maybe, he also thinks he can’t, that he shouldn’t that denying them both something they clearly want will hurt more than losing it in the end.

Johnny has always been big on enjoying the good things while you can, those little moments where even he could find peace and happiness. It was after all something he got upset at Alt for “always gotta ruin it, always gotta shit on the moment dont you?”, even with his date with Rogue, he just wanted a nice night at the movies, a night to pretend all was the way it was before and to ignore reality for a night; but too much had changed.

And a part of him worries that it’s selfish too, he still isn’t quite certain of when he’s being a selfish bastard and when he isn’t. Maybe it’s wrong to want to take that time to just say fuck it; even if he’s gone in the next week, let it be the best week he could ever hope for. Squeeze as much love and time together into whatever they have left.

Ultimately, he realizes that’s what he wants, he wants to just say fuck it and let himself fucking enjoy whatever they can, whether its’ days, weeks, or hell maybe he can even get a full month before he gets wiped. But, what the fuck does V want? He knows what they feel, but not what they wanna do about it, and maybe that’s the more selfish thing...doing all this thinking and figuring without even asking V what they want.

So, he decides to stop spinning his fucking mental wheels and ask them. Tell them, he knows how they feel and if they want he’ll forget he ever found out, this conversation can end here. They can pretend those feelings don’t exist, Move on and continue as they always have; because at the end of this he will be wiped to save them. He will die for them, because he knows the chances of saving them both are slim and none, and slim died a while back. He made his promise and he meant it. He will do them no harm and he will die so they can live the ife they deserve. That is how this ends and it’s the only ending he’ll accept (so he thinks). So, knowing that and knowing what a rat bastard he was, maybe still is, knowing he can’t give much, hell he’s not sure he can give anything; do they still want more, they still want him in that way, do they truly still want to love and be loved by him knowing they’ll have to let him go and that that time ain’t too far off? Cause he knows what he wants.

OT 21, I am sure Mark, Jaemin, Kun, Hendery, Johnny and Jaehyun. Don't get me wrong, all of them must be amazing boyfriends but this guys are the definition of boyfriends.

I'm not writing Mark this time because I don't want to tire you out with my posts about him.

Kun

I'm sorry but he's just the type of guy I would want to date. Let's see, he is caring, he is responsible and tidy, he had amazing leadership skills so he must be an amazing listener and would think of his relationship with you as a team work, there would barely be any arguments because he always tries to fix them before they become a big deal. I see him enjoying having you at the practices with the rest of the boys because you get along with them so good, they would probably tease you and call you their parents, and Kun loves showing off, so of course you'd spend a lot of time WayV. But also I feel like he likes having your private time, where you can cook together or chat with a cup of tea, and cuddle and stay up all night just having casual conversations laying in bed together.

Johnny

You've heard me a million times saying it but Johnny is the definition of boyfriend material, he kNOWS so of course I have so much to say about this.

Cuddles. That's it. Don't get me wrong, I love how manly and strong he is but he is just a big baby. I'm sure that when you're alone he is constantly wanting you to cuddle him, to hug him and kiss his whole face, he probably loves it when you play with his hair while he's falling asleep. But I'm sure that he must love it when you're affectionate when the other members are around too, I'm sure he must love showing off that he's in love, he also must text you 24/7, and video call before you go to sleep. I'm sure he plans the best dates ever, you'd never be bored around him, he's gonna make sure you don't.

Jaehyun

So I really think that Jaehyun is a hopeless romantic, I'm not gonna argue this, i think we all agree. He is the kind of guy that texts sweet things at random moments, like you can be chilling in your home and you'll get the longest explanation on why he is absolutely in love with you. He likes everything about you, and he makes sure that you know it. He consideres you his safe place, and whenever something is too much for him, he knows you are going to help him feel better, so he's constantly telling you if he's insecure of something or stressed at work. He's very touchy, like he doesn't even realize when his hands are on your thighs or your waist until you point it out and he awkwardly laughs it off. 11/10, best boyfriend for sure.

Hendery

I actually don't have a reason to add him in this list at all, it's just a feeling i have that he must be a sweet, soft boyfriend. I personally feel like we don't know him that much yet, maybe that's why I think he would be a little bit shy in public but the biggest sweetheart in private. He looks like he likes to be in constant adventures, (and i am a sagittarius dont mind me projecting myself here) so he must be the kind of person that turns a coffee parlor datd into something bigger out of nowhere. He's funny and very wild, you'd be busy every time you went out with him because has so much energy. He likes to take pictures of you and loves it when you take pictures of him, might post some of those to his Instagram with an inside joke that only you'd understand.

Jaemin

The boyfriend-est of all boyfriends. Have you seen how sweet to nctzens he is? He must be overwhelming as a boyfriend. He's full of love, he loves attention and sometimes he can be a little too much, but he's just such an amazing boyfriend. He's always there for you, sometimes he can forget about himself to care for you, but he can't help it, you're a priority to him. He too has a lot of energy, so you'd always be in the fast lane, he wants to do anything and everything with you. A kind boyfriend, calls you the cutest pet names and values your relationship so much. Cutest, softest, most adorable couple ever.

Okay wow, alright time for my silly thoughts on the new Tommy lore stream because wow that was a lot.

Spoilers for Tommy's lore stream on 3/12/2021. Know that at this point I have only really seen his perspective and heard about others so I'll only be talking on his character and his reactions.

This is going to be long so prepare yourself, and know I am talking solely about characters the entire time, not the cc's.

(I am also very open for discussion because I am so curious to hear others opinions :) )

My thoughts on Tommy & Dream

TW//Manipulation & Abuse

To start off, Tommy is free now. He got out of prison and is now physically free of Dream.

But he really isn't.

Dream still looms over everything he does, every action he takes paved in fear and trauma that he knows is there. I like to believe the theory that Dream is attached to Tommy, and in doing what he did and traumatizing him to this extent he has made himself irreplaceable in Tommy's mind. Even if that is in the way Tommy wants him dead(whether for the good of the server or just a personal vendetta).

Also this is shown in the trident scene once again.

The first time was in exile, Tommy whispering how he is "all Alone"

The second after Dream is put away, screaming "I'm Free!"

The third after he leaves Prison, trying to fly again and feel free, but only receiving pain as he lands hard.

This kid wont ever be free of Dreams influence until the man is dead, and probably not even that will stop him. Because the effects of trauma dont end after the abuser is dead.

I could go on for hours about their relationship now, but I'm going to stop before I get too rambly.

My thoughts on Tommy and Tubbo/Ranboo

Dear lord the children have just received more trauma.

To start this one, I don't feel as if Tommy's character feeling replaced is out of bounds or a bad storyline. Tommy has always been a bit possessive of Tubbo, his loyalty and devotion to him only escalated due to the end of the disc war.

He no longer had to choose between the peices of a past life he missed so dearly and his best friend standing in front of him.

But now he feels replaced, and that is totally valid response, especially for someone who has felt like people move on or forget him so quickly. Even though it felt like months to Tommy, it had only been about 3/4 days he was thought dead if we are going with irl time.

Also, while I wish the flower was more cared for, that is the result of being trapped with an abuser for a long period of time, dying and being brought back to life shattered. He probably didn't even realize the sentimental value, or incorrectly guessed the value in a moment of panic.

Because you put flowers on a grave, a casket, and everyone was exclaiming Tommy's death.

(Ranboo also has everything Tommy could have wanted at this point[Tubbo's friendship, respect and acknowledgment beyond anger, a decent relationship with Techno.] To Tommy's knowledge, Ranboo is happy.

Miscommunication is the big thing here, and truely talking it out will probably solve a lot of issues with how Tommy feels, so HOPEFULLY Tommy(well basically everybody) gets some therapy and can take those steps.

My thoughts on c!Tommy and c!Jack Manifold's.

TO PREFACE, I DON'T KNOW MUCH ON JACK (dont know jack about jack haha), I HAVEN'T WATCHED MANY OF HIS STREAMS.

But I don't see either side of the party in the right or wrong here. We're in that gray area most of the SMP sits in of, both characters acting out or not because of emotions unregulated.

Jack was angry Tommy was alive, saying he grieved even after all Tommy had done to him. He tried to visit in exile and Tommy forgot about him. He even brings up the nukes to kill him. He said Tommy should have stayed dead, and shouted about how the hotel should have been his. That Tommy is selfish and did nothing to deserve this.

Tommy shoots back with anger and frustration and desperation for Jack to see he has changed and bigger things are happening that he doesn't see. That he has changed in drastic ways because he DIED, but he interrupts and Jack takes it badly.

He says Tommy is making it all about him, "thinking he is all that" because he died. As if the server hadn't crafted him into the perfect soldier and perfect hero long ago and as if it isn't forcing him to play the role like a good little puppet.

Tommy is forced into the main characters role, but with all the consequences of a real leader. No plot armor can protect him, and Jack is a perfect example of that.

Anyways, this entire interaction was filled with terrible miscommunication and anger that hasn't been processed properly. Two parties that are hurting but not being heard out.

Therapy is definitely a must.

My thoughts on Tommy's character now.

PLEASE GET SOME THERAPY

Honestly this child just needs to catch a break. He keeps setting higher goals for himself to reach to distract him from what he has faced, but he can't do it anymore.

Tommy cannot be a child anymore, he is being forced into the adult role, the hero role, so aggressively that he was forced to continue his life to continue it.

Tommy has experienced Trauma after Trauma, and been made to keep walking.

It's never his time to die if you remember.

Tommy has suffered, and while he isn't a perfect character, while he is flawed, he hasn't deserved the lot his has been thrown. The cards he has been given.

Maybe that's why they play solitaire in the afterlife. You don't get to pick your cards there, only where you play them.

But he honestly just needs someone to help him, he needs a support system he can rely upon. He needs someone there to help him keep going.

At this point, it'll probably be Puffy.

My little thoughts for the continuing of Tommy

Just let him leave. Let him leave the main portion of the Dream SMP, alone or with Puffy(preferred). Let him just leave everything, forcibly taking himself from the story. Let him breath and not have to worry about the server's well being, or Dream or Wilbur.

Let him be the kid who has been traumatized but is getting help.

Therapy arc please??

Also I really hope Tommy and Techno become friends again. Or at least they dont hate each other(more Techno hating Tommy, because I dont think the sentiment is returned). I think I've included this in every post I've made, but their relationship makes me sad and I miss it :(

TLDR; Everyone needs therapy, even the therapist, and Dream is a terrible person.

now, i would imagine you'd be with Shoto when he is a pro hero

He's about 25, already established as a very popular hero, hitting the top five chart ever since becoming a rookie

He definitely has grown alot as an individual, but is still pretty reserved and sometimes a little slow to jokes and is very oblivious still to honestly how handsome he is

When he first met you, he was completely enrpatured by your eyes

He defintiely had an infactuation with your green eyes, and would always feel his fire side hit up slightly whenever he realized he was staring at you

When he first met you, he thought your quietness was adorable-

But then he to a fault is kind of shy as well, especially around someone he finds pretty- so his friends will always tease him for being so reserved and awkward around you

He loves your height- you're perfectly tall enough to where he can hug you and your head rests on his heart

Bonus points when he can tuck your hair behind you ears to see your eyes better

(im telling ya, he's obsessed with your eyes!)

Shoto is not a picky man at all when it comes to your body- he loves it through and through, and if you ever talk badly about it he will be so confused

Like- youre perfect? Just the way you are? Why do you want to change that?

He loves your squishy bits with pride, but if you want to get toner he will not object!

Honestly loves to go work out with you, makes his chest swell with pride

Deifnitely willl help you if you ask for it!

Loves to go swimming with you-for-maybe some obvious reasons

He incredibly relieved how loyal you are- he values loyalty so very much, so having is s/o by his side and him not having to worry about being left behind makes him love you even more

You are probably the only person who can get him to be a little silly-

he rarely does it (a needs a drink or two to loosen up), but he will start cracking small jokes and chuckling with rosy cheeks

HIs favorite moments with you are the very quiet, domestic ones

He loves having a day off to himself when it's raining, bringing home take out food for you both to eat as you cuddle up with a book or a good new anime to watch

Very random but- he knows you dont like dirt (and he does too), so whenever he is done patrolling he will literally scrub like a madman at his agency's showers

So when he comes home his hair is damp under his baseball hat, and his sweatpants making him look so comfy and huggable

Omg he loves to see you with kids!

He thinks you're just adorable and sweet with them, and seeing how much they trust and love you makes him want to marry you on the spot

Also- you would deifnitely be Nanny of the Year for bringing a pro hero to the kids

The children you were babysitting were playing under the tree of their parent’s house, the little girl wearing a frilly pink dress over her clothes and the boy fiddling with his super hero toys.

It was a quiet day, the sun shining warm and the breeze cool as it shifted through the resilient green leaves of the tree above. Everything was so incredibly still that it was almost boring, a small yawn trying to escape your lips as you tapped tea cups with the little girl. Your closed your eyes, bringing the imagnary tea to your lips until you heard a car behind you, the familiar engine making you turn your head.

You blinked a few times, brows knitted as the two children beside you both noticed your attention wasn’t entirely on them anymore.

Could it really be him?

You watched as the incredibly familiar car, a simple silver sedan with a sleek figure open its door, a man rising out of the side. He looked down at his phone, the simple black baseball hat he was wearing covering his features, until he looked up at the street in confusion.

You could notice him from a mile away now, his bi- colored eyes trying to find the address, peaks of red and white showing from under the hat.

“Don’t you wanna play tea party?” The little girl tugged at your sleeve, giving her signature puppy dog face as she whined her question.

“Of course, sweetie,” you mused, giving her a warm smile. “Just-give me one second, kay?”

You motioned the boy to stay close with his sister, waiting to Shoto to come closer as to not leave the children by themselves, waving your hand softly in the air.

He noticed it, those confused, wide eyes softening down as he bounded over, a small package in his hand.

You stood, dusting yourself off from the small bits of dirt that had fallen from the tree, a small smile on your lips.

“You forgot you lunch, dear,” he simply stated, raising the bag in his hand as he offered it to you, “so I went and got you some takeout before my break ended-“

You thought back earlier today, swearing you had your lunch-until it dawned on you, that you had probabaly left your food on the counter without even thinking as you flew out the door, too worried about being late.

“Shoto, you really shouldn’t have,” you smiled wishing you could hug him for being so kind and thoughtful, but you could feel the two children staring daggers into your back and didn’t want to cause a scene.

Shoto gave you small smile, his eyes crinkling at the sides, until his eyes looked at the young boy’s toys, eyes widening.

Was something wrong? You looked down at your side, bag of food safe in your two hands as the boy was clutching one of his favorite toys: it was a action figure of the #3 hero, Shoto, the Red Riot, Deku, and Uravity figures long forgotten.

“Wait-why is your hair like this?” The boy shoved the toy up in the air, his small little hand wrapping around the torso of Shoto in his blue hero suit.

You felt the air in your lungs stop: would it be bad for these kids to know you were actually acquainted with a pro hero, and was actually dating one? Maybe he should just brush off the question, he was only a kid after all-

“Well, because that’s me,” Shoto stated plainly, as if this wasn’t the most jaw dropping statement the little boy could ever hear.

His little eyes widened, completely and utterly confused.

“You have to be lying!” The boy concluded, accusing the hero. “That’s not you!”

Shoto didn’t take any offense, only giving him a quizzical look. “But it is me,” he said plainly, taking off his hat and revealing the stark white and red hair and scar over his bichromatic eye.

The little boy gasped, eyes wide like saucers.

You chuckled to yourself, his little face in complete shock as he looked up at one of his role models.

“Shoto, I think this is the quietest I’ve heard him,” you laughed, Shoto’s face completely confused and worried as the little boy continued to stare at him in shock.

To say it plainly, the two children began to practically use you as bragging material that their babysitter was friends with a real pro hero.

As for the best dynamic... hmm.

Judging based on what I mentioned in the previous post about strengths being highlighted and weaknesses being dealt with in one way or another and believable emotional bonds that help each other, I'd have to say...

Kokichi and Gonta

For sure, it's gotta be them.

Narratively:

They are canonly a dynamic duo, working together and using their different strengths to help one another in areas the other is lacking in. It feels like they can both truly shine when they cooperate, and that's exactly how it should be.

It's very nice to see them work together because they both bring something different to the table that truly helps the other, and not always in ways you would expect at first glance. The brain and brawn thing is expected, but the extent to which they compliment each other is unparalleled by any other dynamic in the game.

Kokichi -> Gonta

Admittedly, Kokichi does less for Gonta narratively than Gonta does for Kokichi, but to be fair I would expect someone like Kokichi to be the one others help shine, not the other way around. Kokichi, as the Ultimate Leader, is more like the protagonist while Gonta is the supporting character.

For the most part though, Kokichi's narrative role relating to Gonta is to show us that Gonta isn't the happy-go-lucky himbo the rest of the cast thinks he is, allowing us to see that Gonta has depth, specifically that Gonta's morals are definitely different than what one would normally expect from someone with his personality.

The rest is something that relates more to their emotional bond, but for now I'll just say that Kokichi allows us to see Gonta's insecurities, flaws, and dedication to his friends (both the cast and Kokichi) and this improves Gonta's character immensely.

Gonta -> Kokichi

Gonta, as a character, shows us just how human Kokichi can be, especially during chapter 4 but also in little moments throughout the game as well. Whether it be lashing out at the others, being soft (like, so, so soft) with Gonta, his cooperation skills, or the depths of his sadness and loyalty, Gonta drags these reactions out of Kokichi one by one like it's his job, which it is! Narratively, Gonta's job is to allow us to see glimpses of what goes on in Kokichi's heart, something incredibly rare and precious to me.

Gonta also really allows Kokichi's ability to strategize and lead people to shine. Like, really shine. Chapter 4 was the best showcase of Kokichi's talent of leading people, but that's because he had Gonta following him. Any captain needs a crew and any Ultimate Leader needs helpful and supportive followers that believe in him. This goes alongside Kokichi's major weakness throughout the game.

Kokichi's biggest weakness is that he's placed himself into an antagonistic position. Seems smart, until you realize that hes the Ultimate Leader and he just alienated himself from literally everyone, losing any potential bonds/followers he could have made. He shot himself in the foot by forsaking some leadership options when he's the Ultimate Leader. It's the thing he's best at, but he put limits on himself anyway to protect everyone from Monokuma's attempts to break them apart.

He can still get the group to do what he wants, but it takes a considerable amount of effort on his behalf in order to do so. Gonta makes up for that by being the follower that Kokichi desperately needs. Gonta believes in Kokichi enough to go along with both of his plans, to the extent that he still goes along with them even they involve kidnapping and killing the other characters.

There's also the fact that Gonta's dedication to the others might've helped Kokichi decide to keep helping everyone, but I'll get more into that in a bit.

Emotionally:

This dynamic also makes a lot of sense from an emotional perspective. You can actually see why these two outcast characters would want to come together and hang out with each other, and why they view the other so positively: they are each other's ideals.

Kokichi -> Gonta

When Gonta needed a friend and someone to take him seriously/not dismiss him, Kokichi was there to hang out with him, seriously listen to him, and explain things to him that he didn't get the first time. Where the other kids were scared of him due to his size and talent, Kokichi had the confidence to ignore Gonta's natural intimidation and the kindness to hang out with Gonta, despite being so scared of bugs he literally foams at the mouth when they touch him.

Kokichi still regarded Gonta as a friend after that incident though, when most people (justifiably) would've held a grudge and cut him off. Gonta has some very obvious rage issues and reacts pretty impulsively to the things that upset him, but Kokichi is very patient with others, and almost forgiving to a fault at times, so he's willing to stick with Gonta and try and work through their problems instead of abandoning him. This would no doubt be something that Gonta desperately wanted from a friend, seeing as he's very self conscious about appearing as scary.

He loyally sticks by Gonta and readily offers advice, support, explanations, patience, etc... I mean the list goes on. I really do think that his relationship with Gonta is a showcase of how Kokichi would act around someone he really likes, like I'm talking about this being the basis for how I think Kokichi would act around DICE levels of emotional intimacy. I think this is Kokichi at his best, friendship wise. Especially because even during events that take place outside of the main story we never see Kokichi act this way around anyone else, even with the people I would also consider to be his friends (mainly Miu, but also sorta with Kiibo as well.)

They didn't know each other for long, but if you really look at it, it's plain to see that Kokichi really valued Gonta as a friend. I mean, I dont think someone who yells about wanting to live during his FTEs with Kaede would willingly offer to give his life for (no discernable goal) for just anyone y'know? Plus, throughout the game, he uses some of his friendliest and softest sprites during his conversations with Gonta. Even visually you can see their bond.

It's a very subtle relationship when compared to some of the more overt pairs throughout the game (aside from some key moments in chapter 4) but it's there, and honestly I can think of very few characters that share this close of a bond in the whole series game.

They actually kinda seem similar to Aoi and Sakura in a way, but somehow they compliment each other more... damn.

Gonta -> Kokichi

Likewise, Gonta also became Kokichi's friend and didn't seem to mind the lying at all, something that means a lot to Kokichi based on his Harmonious Heart Events, because it means that Gonta doesn't want to be friends with someone different, he wants Kokichi, lies and all. This is Kokichi's #1 wish.

I think that meant more to Kokichi than anything else, because this is his way of life. He leads with lies, he plays with lies, and he protects himself with lies too. He wants to keep lying and Gonta not being bothered by that is literally the exact thing that Kokichi yearns for in the best ending for his HHE.

Gonta also caught on to the times that Kokichi was extending olive branches and accepted him. It's subtle, but Kokichi did try and befriend people as long as he could do it without having to change himself and Gonta was one of the people that responded to that positively. Gonta readily befriended Kokichi, probably understanding first-hand what it's like to be an outcast because of misunderstandings and personality traits.

This is why Gonta's death (especially since Kokichi felt like he was fully responsible for it, despite what Gonta said) was so traumatic for Kokichi and why he reacts so negatively to it, he lost someone he never thought he would ever meet in the first place. More than a few of his dialogue lines have him imply that he's used to being hated for how he chooses to live his life and that he expects this kind of treatment from people, so finally finding someone who won't hate him for that and then losing that friend so quickly with his own plan had to have hurt immensely.

Going off that, Gonta is the one to convince Kokichi to remain friends with everyone and try his best for them despite how they treat him, and he also desperately begs for the others to do the same thing for Kokichi. He knew he was leaving Kokichi alone, and he wanted to try and protect him.

While the other members of the cast don't seem to remember this or care much about it after the whole "I'm the mastermind" bit, we do see Kokichi trying to protect the group after chapter 4 by trying getting rid of the motive to leave (therefore "ending" the killing game by making sure no one plays it) and by trying to remove Kaito, who has shown himself to be a harmful influence.

I think Gonta's words really got through to Kokichi, and while it did unfortunately lead to Kokichi dying for everyone's sake, Kokichi might not have tried to save everyone if it hadn't been for Gonta's last wishes. Why would Kokichi want to help people that actively hate him and bully him if not for the pleading of his greatest friend in the game telling him to keep protecting them.

In a sense, Kokichi during chapter 5 fulfills Gonta's original wish to be useful and protect everyone even at the cost of himself, with Kokichi doing exactly that.

Interested?

If you asked me for moments that I feel showcase their bond nicely so you can get a feel of it for yourself, I'd point you towards the dialogue they share during the 4th trial investigation and their meeting before the Insect Meet and Greet was very nice (you'll have to read between the lines for the former though!) If you want to see what I'm talking about, I would definitely recommend rewatching those. The moments prior to Gonta's execution are also always a good look at how much they meant to each other.

If you're really interested, I'd also recommend watching through their bonus content (LHEs, FTEs, HHEs, etc) and thinking about how their desires are reflected in each other, it's interesting to think about at the very least.

TL;DR?

Overall, they have an amazing, yet unsung, dynamic between the two of them and I would like to see more people recognize it. It's very brief and doesn't have a lot of story time, but it feels more meaningful than any of the "main" dynamics in the game with 10x the screentime. It has substance to it. It's satisfying and gratifying to watch.

It also makes fucking sense, unlike a particular dynamic that takes up a majority of the fucking story for nOTHING–
