I did finish my shield and I am very pleased with it.

On the left, the first version, which I finished about a year ago.

On the right, the one I finished today. It’s a little thicker and has better straps. It’s not mirrored- I put the first one together wrong but didn’t realize it. It has magic powers.

Life has very funny ways of getting rid of stuff that's not needed for you, and this can sometimes make you feel conflicted. For instance: I just lost my CTRL key because the keycap flew away when my keyboard fell down. This has pros and cons.

Cons: Aesthetically infuriating.
