How to survive doomsday in KL in 16 basic steps:

Avoid becoming the King's Hand. Danger lurks in every corner.

Avoid being smallfolk, especially when the city is under siege.

Avoid brothels, especially if you have a royal bastard.

Avoid septs. Especially if they have underground barrels.

Avoid crossbows. At any cost.

Avoid weddings. At any cost.

Avoid being kissed by a Dornish woman. Caution: poison.

Avoid being kissed by an ex-member of the small council who was also in love with your mother. Caution: betrayal, treason.

Avoid being a bastard. Too much stigma. Also dangerous.

Avoid being a dwarf. Danger of execution at any point.

Avoid being religious. You make many enemies.

Avoid being irreligious. Also many enemies + imprisonment + walk of shame.

Avoid having siblings. Danger of falling in love with them and forming incestuous and unholy relations. Also danger of usurping your throne, if you're royal.

Avoid being an only child. You might be wanted by a Red Witch for your blood.

Avoid said Red Woman at all costs. Unless you're already half-dead.

Avoid dying. You might just make it to see doomsday in KL.
