As you prepared for your wedding, the anticipation bubbled within you, a mixture of excitement and nervousness coursing through your veins. Today was the day you would join your beloved Aegon in matrimony, cementing your eternal bond with the man who held your heart. But it wasn't just Aegon you would be marrying—Rhaenys and Visenya would stand beside you, their presence a reminder of the unconventional path your love had taken.
You glanced at yourself in the mirror, your reflection adorned in finery fit for a Targaryen bride. The weight of the occasion settled upon your shoulders, the gravity of the moment not lost on you. Today marked the beginning of a new chapter, one filled with promises of love and unity, but also fraught with uncertainty and scrutiny.
Your mother stood behind you, arranging the intricate strands of your necklace with practiced hands. Her expression reflected a mixture of pride and concern, her maternal instincts tugging at her heartstrings. "I hope the four of you know what you are doing," she murmured, her voice laced with worry. "We are Targaryens, but even this is a little bit too much for us."
You met her gaze in the mirror, seeing the flicker of apprehension in her eyes. The weight of tradition and expectation bore down upon your family, threatening to overshadow the joy of the occasion. When Aegon had revealed his plans to marry all three sisters, your parents had been hesitant, their reservations echoing in the hushed whispers that circulated through the halls of Dragonstone.
They understood the implications of such an unorthodox union—the tongues that would wag, the alliances that would falter, the legacy of House Targaryen called into question. Anger simmered beneath their facade of acceptance, resentment bubbling to the surface as they grappled with the consequences of Aegon's decision.
Your parents had envisioned strategic marriages for you and Rhaenys, alliances forged through political maneuvering and dynastic alliances. But Aegon's declaration shattered those carefully laid plans, leaving them with a sense of loss and uncertainty.
Yet, despite their misgivings, there was a glimmer of understanding in your mother's eyes—a recognition of the depth of your love for Aegon, of the unbreakable bond that tied you to your sisters. In the end, familial loyalty triumphed over convention, and your parents stood by your side as you prepared to embark on this unconventional journey together.
As you took a deep breath, steeling yourself for the challenges that lay ahead, you knew that your love for Aegon and your sisters would carry you through the storm, guiding you towards a future filled with hope and possibility. "I know, mother, but I love him, I love them, and I know that they love me. I absolutely know that this is not the future you had planned for me, but I am absolutely certain that the four of us will be happy," you spoke with conviction, your voice unwavering despite the weight of uncertainty lingering in the air.
Your mother regarded you with a mixture of pride and resignation, her lips curling into a reluctant smile. "I know, darling," she replied, her tone softening with understanding. "You are also Aegon's favorite, hell, you are also your sisters' favorite. I know your marriage will be one filled with love and adoration. At least you will be surrounded by love and adoration," she added, her words infused with a hint of teasing.
With a final hug and kiss on the cheek, your mother bid you farewell, her footsteps fading into the distance as she made her way to check on your sisters. Left alone in the quiet of your chamber, you took a moment to reflect on the journey that had led you to this moment, the memories of laughter and tears shared with Aegon and your sisters flooding your mind.
As you finished adjusting your hair and tiara, a sense of calm settled over you, a quiet confidence bolstered by the love that bound you to your family. Just as you were about to leave for the ceremony, the door to your chamber creaked open, and Rhaenys entered, resplendent in her bridal attire.
You couldn't help but smile at the sight of her, her beauty rivaling that of the stars themselves. "Oh, (Y/N), sweet sister, you look absolutely breathtaking," Rhaenys exclaimed, her eyes sparkling with genuine admiration as she approached you.
Returning her smile, you reached out to take her hand, the bond between you unspoken yet palpable. "And you, Rhaenys, you are the picture of elegance and grace," you replied, your voice filled with affection. "Today is a day for celebration, a day for love to shine bright."
Rhaenys squeezed your hand gently, her gaze filled with warmth. "Indeed it is, my dear sister," she murmured, her words a whispered promise of the joy that awaited you both. With one final glance in the mirror, you linked arms with Rhaenys, ready to take your first steps towards a future filled with love, laughter, and the unbreakable bond of marriage.
Your father's presence at the entrance of the meeting hall brought a sense of solemnity to the occasion, his dignified demeanor a testament to the gravity of the moment. As he extended his hands to both you and Rhaenys, his words carried the weight of a father's blessing and protection. "My darling daughters, you look lovely, the three of you," he remarked, his voice tinged with pride. "I hope that Aegon treats you right, I will make sure of it."
With a gentle kiss on each of your foreheads, your father's reassurance provided a sense of comfort amidst the swirling emotions that threatened to overwhelm you. Visenya, ever the stalwart presence, took his right hand, her expression unreadable yet tinged with a hint of determination. You clasped his left hand tightly, drawing strength from the unwavering support of your family, while Rhaenys mirrored your actions on the other side.
As the doors to the hall swung open, revealing Aegon standing at the end of the aisle, a rush of anticipation coursed through your veins. His presence, framed by the soft glow of torchlight, exuded a quiet strength and determination, his eyes fixed unwaveringly on you. Beside him stood a traditional Targaryen priest, a figure of solemn authority presiding over the union that would forever alter the course of your lives.
Aegon's smile, radiant and full of genuine affection, melted away any lingering doubts or fears, leaving only the certainty of your love for one another. In that moment, as he gazed upon you with a mixture of adoration and reverence, you knew that this was where you were meant to be—by his side, bound together by the ties of love and destiny.
His glance flickered briefly to Rhaenys, his smile widening as he beheld the sight of his two beloved sisters, their beauty illuminated by the flickering torchlight. It was a scene straight out of a fairy tale, a moment of pure joy and happiness amidst the tumult of the world outside.
As you began the slow procession down the aisle, each step bringing you closer to your shared future with Aegon, you felt a sense of peace settle over you. You could see your four dragons flying in the distance through the windows. Whatever challenges lay ahead, whatever trials you would face, you knew that together, as a family, you would overcome them all. And as you reached the end of the aisle, where Aegon stood waiting to claim you as his bride.
“Hi, sunfire.” He gave you a quick kiss in the cheeck, then gave one to your other two sisters.
The priest began the ceremony, “Īlon derēbagon kesīr naejot presence se union rȳ bisa izula dubys, bounded already ondoso ānogar, aderī naejot sagon elēnar ondoso iā kivio, iā kivio hen jorrāelagon, pazavorve se eternal union (We gather here to presence the union between this four sibling, bounded already by blood, soon to be tide by a promise, a promise of love, loyalty and eternal union.)”He looked directly at Aegon, “Gaomagon ao aegon kivigon naejot mīsagon, naejot cherish, naejot sagon pazavor se naejot jorrāelagon, Visenya, Rhaenys se (Y/N)? (Do you Aegon swear to protect, to cherish, to be loyal and to love, Visenya, Rhaenys and (Y/N)?”
“Gaoman (I do.)” Aegon said solemnly. “Nyke kivio naejot jorrāelagon ao se naejot cherish se hāre hen ao, naejot mīsagon ao se naejot tepagon ao everything ao could mirre lēda syt. Naejot tepagon ao ñuha rudhy, se ñuha future hae emagon nyke given ao ñuha. (I promise to love you and to cherish the three of you, to protect you and to give you everything you could ever with for. To give you my present, and my future as have I given you my past.)” You could not contain your tears of joy.
The priest then looked at you and your sisters. “Do se hāre hen ao mazōregon aegon se each tolie hae valzȳrys se ābrazȳrys. Naejot share iā ābrar hēnkirī hae equals, se naejot jorrāelagon each tolie se daor mērī siblings yn jorrāelagon? (Do the three of you accept Aegon and each other as husband and wife. To share a life together as equals, and to love each other and not only siblings but lovers?)”
The three of you answer at the same time, “Gaoman (I do)”.
“Sīr sir tolī se jaes uēpys hen valeria nyke pronounce ao valzȳrys se wives, kostā vūjigon each tolie. (So now after the old gods of Valeria I pronounce you husband and wives, you may kiss each other.)”
Aegon kissed Visenya first, a short and sweet kiss, then he kissed Rhaenys, he took his time kissing her, it was a deeper and more sensual kiss, lastly he kissed you, it was a kiss filled with love and adoration, filled with promise and devotion. After the kiss he murmured in your hear, “My sweet sister, my sunfire, I will love you for eternity.”
Now you sheared a kiss with Visenya, it was also short as the one she shared with Aegon, but she flashed you a smile. The kiss you shared with Rhaenys was a playful and lovely, you had share many kisses with both Aegon and Rhaenys, behind closed doors, sneaking on the hallways of Dragonstone, during late nights spent together in secret, exploring each others bodies, some times the three of you, some times you and Rhaenys together, but mostly you and Aegon. But this kisses, this kisses between the four of you meant a new beginning. The dragon had four heads now.
