What do the twins do on rainy days? Pretty sure they can't fly in it especially if their not in their hollow when it happens

It depends!

If it's a light sprinkle or drizzle, they are okay to fly. But if it does start to pour, they need to take shelter somewhere, or else their wings become too heavy to fly.

Sometimes, such shelters are birdhouses. Some of which may be occupied.
