Hazel-Atlas Platonite is a translucent white glass that resembles milk glass but is more see-through. It’s also sturdier than milk glass, making it more suitable for kitchen and table use.

It was first produced in 1936 and used for a couple of dinnerware lines. These pieces are from the Ovide collection, they came in a large array of solid colors but these pieces are unique because of their bands of pink and black. The colors were fired onto the white platonite which gives them an ombré appearance.

Then, everything changed when the fire nation attacked. Leo: *goes to throw the fire* Everyone else: *screams* Annabeth: LEO WE BANNED THAT PART! Leo: Percy's got it. This might be my favorite single line of the entire volume so far.
