It was raining outside and you were feeling particularly bratty today. The original plan had been to go to the park for a cozy picnic in the clear October sun but instead you had to opt for watching the heavy grey clouds march along the sky, the rain racing down the large window of the common room.

You sighed and pouted. Staying in with your boyfriend would have been perfectly fine, but the others had caught you before you could sneak away to his dorm room and invited you to a movie marathon. Spending time with his friends would also be perfectly fine, if it weren’t for the fact that you had barely seen Semi in the last couple of weeks, due to the fact you were both busy with uni.

Caught up in your somber thoughts, you were a little startled feeling Semi‘s warm, strong arms snake around you from behind, his chin resting on your shoulder.

“I’m so sorry, angel.”, he murmured. You could just make out his face in the faint reflection on the window. He turned his head to kiss your cheek.

“It’s not like you can control the weather, baby.” you leaned back against him, making him tighten his hug and kiss the crook of your neck, exposed in your oversized sweater, lingering for a second too long, slipping his hand easily underneath the hem to gently knead your soft tummy.

“I‘m sure we can sneak out after the first movie.” He set another kiss to your temple.

“Found it!” Shirabu came into the common room, smiling and waving a DVD box through the air. As he fumbled with the TV, the other guys and you settled onto the couch and surrounding armchairs.

Some poor drenched delivery person had arrived just a few minutes prior with a whole load of food and snacks that were now spread out on the common room table.

Semi, ever the gentleman, covered your lap with a fluffy blanket, before slipping under it himself and putting his arm around your shoulder so you could lean comfortably against him.

Tendou sat to his other side, staring at his phone.

You made it through about ⅔ of the first Hobbit movie without any incidents. The sky darkened further, drowning the dorm in a solemn half gloom.

From the corner of your eye you saw him biting his lips and shift a bit when you got a little too high.
