i want to explore a topic that im currently hyper fixated on and it's the notion that to be free, we must be ugly. i google this and nothing related pops up so i think im going to have to go rogue in some way. i'm looking at industries as a whole as if they're all one moving part and not seperate from one another. the fashion, the fitness, the wellness, the beauty etc and just how much money they make off of us all in an effort to fit into the mold they keep changing in order to keep the machine going. not only that, but also the amount of energy and time we spend investing in these things rather than truly exploring the depths of our human experience whilst we have this opportunity of being ALIVE.

It's very annoying when white people and non Latinos go on about our food being unhealthy when they clearly don't know sht about it. Just more neo colonialism with white people trying to bar us from our food. The same way invading Europeans did with our indigenous ancestors, but not only that, how colonizers also disrupted our food systems.
I've eaten my cultural Mexican food my whole life, 26 years, and everytime I go to the doctor they say I'm pretty healthy. Lol
People just need to watch and be careful how they make the food and just not to eat in excess. This epsecially includes eating en la calle. Everything in moderation as the saying goes.

I would love to join a gym, but with how society is right now. Gyms have become toxic places. They have become places that are toxic to your mental health if you're not the typical gym goer. Fat people get made fun of at gyms. Videos get taken of us working out and are then posted on social media for a quick laugh. I have literally seen these videos myself, so I know. Usually they are captioned with: 
Look at this fat cow, who is hogging up the treadmill.
If I have to see this, so should ya’ll. 
Why is she wearing that at the gym? 
This gym is filled with nothing but ugly people today. (Cause of course fat is a synonym for ugly.) 
The gym is not a safe space and many gyms only act after not before. Meaning I as a fat person have to allow myself to be humiliated first by this person, in order for the gym to actually do something. That’s if they do something. Cause most gyms do nothing about this. In fact I might be the one to get kicked out for complaining. So with all of that in mind, when I get the funds. I will buy the exercise equipment for home.
