WHY IS LUCAS SINCLAIR SO SHIPPABLE

having read tbosas right before going to see the movie i feel like i’m upset at key parts being left out which made the movie feel so rushed, i think this would have been a great opportunity to split the book into two parts…

the treatment of the tributes, the days that passed that showed how close lucy gray and coriolanus got and ma plinth’s character were some of the most important parts that were left out and could have added so much more depth to the film. and sure i get why they changed so much of what happened in the arena because it was described so graphically in the book and because it was a lot more boring since there were long periods of nothing but i really feel like they could have made the construction of the area better because the scene where coriolanus had to save sejanus was so downplayed. and there’s also all the little details from the end like the fact that the tenth hunger games was erased from the vault is HUGE in my opinion because it shows that they were willing to do everything to make sure something “uncontrollable” couldn’t happen again, and how snow was practically living off the plinths like it makes sense that it was left out of the movie because that relationship was practically nonexistent but i think it could have been huge to keep it in to show how snow lands on top…

but what i can’t lie about is that the actors did an absolutely incredible job with these character! viola, tom and rachel are so so talented! i would definitely go see the movie first then read the book because so many details about the way snow’s mind works helps bring the movie to a completely new level!!

⚠️⚠️HEY NINJAGO FANDOM (and any others) I THINK WE ALL NEED TO HAVE A TALK. OK.⚠️⚠️ So for one dragons rising s2 part 1 comes out tomrrow for those in the United States and some other areas, but there’s also been some slight debates about Misako on tumblr (maybe not but I keep getting posts related to her).

and it’s a little annoying tbh. Well not annoying but difficult. Some posts are saying “Oh well misako wasn’t s good mom but the ninja weren’t better!” Which I am NOT trying to call anybody out or attack them. However yeah none of them were really ‘great’ at raising Lloyd however there’s also other factors that go into it as well.

I myself am more neutral about Misako. I don’t like her. But I’m willing to hear out genuine debates on her. However yes, I agree Misako is a complex character and while I and I’m sure many others who might dislike her or feel neutral about her understand that and understand that she had reasons for her actions- that does NOT mean we still cannot dislike a complex character. (Also you don’t always HAVE to have a reason on why you dislike or like something and sometimes you might not even know yourself why)

for example on tiktok there’ll be videos saying “We need more complex characters!” And usually the video will go to “you couldn’t even handle (insert character(s)).” And it’s one thing if they mischaracterize the character and don’t understand it. But if they still know the characters complex and understand the reasons that doesn’t mean they have to LIKE the character. They aren’t entitled to. And nobody is entitled to be upset at someone else for disliking or liking a character. You can debate civilly about a character if you want but don’t go throwing accusations like “OH YOU DONT LIKE (insert character) YOUR PROBABLY RACIST, MISOGYNISTIC, ETC.” And while I’m sure in a few cases that might play into it. But also- that’s not always the case. Like if I dislike a female character for reasons am I misogynistic? No. Not unless I hate her BECAUSE she’s a woman. Not because she might’ve done something I personally don’t agree with. And I think we all need to understand that,

EVERYONE can form opinions based on their own personal experiences and morals. You don’t have to LIKE someone else’s opinion but you don’t have to berate them for it either. And I’m sure someone might say “OH YOU JUST DONT LIKE MISAKO.” NO. I don’t like her- but I don’t hate her. I have mixed feeling about her. But it’s no different if someone else also disliked a complex character such as Garmadon or Wu. (Most of the time from what I’ve seen) It’s not because of a racial or sex issue with the character. It’s just because that character in that own individuals opinion isn’t their favorite.

EVERYONE IS ENTITLED TO THEIR OWN DISLIKES AND LIKES.

I think the argument of Rhaenyra taking advantage of Criston is very Interesting because the power imbalance is 100% there like no one can deny that. On the other hand I don’t think Criston was feeling threatened I think he just wanted to fuck the pretty princess. Like let’s think logically, what’s the worse outcome? If he had told Rhaenyra no she may have dismissed him out of embarrassment. Guys, I’ve been in a One Piece mood since summer. I have watched up to the the Whole Cake Island arc with my brother.

But then I stated to rewatch the anime on my own after the live action came out. It’s the live action’s fault for making me obsessed again. I’m now on the War Summit arc.

I love all the Straw Hats so much. Usopp is probably one of my top favorites tho. Luffy, Sanji and Robin are also favorites.

As an aroace person I love that there is no relationships, but I can’t help it, and I have some ships for characters. 🫣

Luffy and Hancock. Luffy is my aroace king, but I love Hancock’s love for him. He doesn’t have attraction to her and no clue, but it’s still so cute. I could see something platonic at least on his end. Maybe someday when Luffy is the King of Pirates he will go back to her. Love doesn’t have to mean sexual attraction or romance. Aroace people can have relationships with allo people too. They can still love their partners deeply. As long as the allo person is understanding. 😊 Of course Boa Hancock is just a friend to him right now and probably forever. 😂

If Ron wasn’t in Gryffindor, he’d be in Slytherin, not Hufflepuff. Ron was incredibly ambitious in the books (remember what he saw in the Mirror of Erised?) and was willing to kill on several occasions. He was always ready for a fight, he could be shrewd and resourceful and the man was nothing if not determined. Don’t stand there and tell me Ron would be in Hufflepuff because in the movies his only personality traits were foodie and comic relief. Claiming Ron would be in Hufflepuff just tells me that you either didn’t read the books or didn’t pay any attention to Ron at all.

Personally I believe the hat is never wrong and if it said he’s a Gryffindor then he is, but if he wasn’t he would be in Slytherin. So would Percy and the twins.

My unpopular Doctor Who (2005-) opinions

1- Season 10 is Capaldi’s best season: Bill is a great companion and really relatable! Don’t get me wrong, I love Clara but some of her episodes can get dull. Bill gives the era some freshness and her chemistry with 12 is lovely ♥️ the ending always makes me sad

2- Mickey is annoying: He is 100% treated poorly, I just don’t like him

3- 11 has the best episodes and 10 has the best era: Maybe I just love Moffat’s stories but I enjoyed most of 11 episodes specially seasons 5-6. The 10th overall arc is better but 11 has the best stories

4- The Doctor has fallen in love: a lot of people believe the doctor has never fallen in love, I believe he has MULTIPLE TIMES. The clear examples being Rose Tyler and River Song, a person who has lived 1000+ years has definitely loved and lost

5- The Doctor and Martha Jones could’ve been a power couple: If they had met in a different time, I am certain the doctor would have fallen for her (I mean, who wouldn’t) and they would’ve made a great couple (the chemistry in Smith and Jones is INSANE !!) also, if you are not interested sir, why do you keep flirting with her ?!

6- The Thirteenth Doctor’s historical episodes are great: I overall did not enjoy her era (I love her as the doctor but the episodes were mid at most) but the Rosa Parks and Demons of Punjab episodes are fantastic

7- Thirteen and Yaz have no chemistry: I just can’t see them as an item, I don’t know why people even ship them
