Romantically, I am at a point where I finally don’t crave it the way I used to. I finally am used to being alone and having a routine, and the thought of a temporary man ruining that for me, shakes me to the core. It took literally 2 years for me to get to this point. And I would be damned if I let someone ruin that for me. I’m working out consistently (something I thought I could NEVER put my mind to), I’m working full time, eating right, cooking more, paying my bills, just became CSM certified JUST bc I felt like it, I’m taking care of my self- also consistently doing self care routines that cost me hundreds a month, and I’m doing that by myself. Not to mention I finally have my tribe of women who are beautiful, uplifting, and we motivate each other, we talk often & have a good fucking time when we we link up. I finally have real consistency in my life. A man needs to come super correct or just leave me alone.

I am not a damsel in distress. It would be nice to be taken care of , however until that time comes I gotta make sure IM good!

I’m just so tired of the mess that men have put me through this year alone. And the sad part is I haven’t dealt with men like that this year, but the few I decided to give my energy to-..mannnn disappointed is an understatement. After the last situation I think it finally clicked that if this is what I have to go through with dudes, I am truly truly better off alone.

And the best part is (this is gonna sound like some lonely ass shit buttt) I’m cat sitting for my friend until august lol and I think it’s cool to have a cat for the summer bc he’s keeping me company and really likes to cuddle. I mean at least I’m not going home to myself completely lol there’s a living thing waiting for me to come home every day 😂😂

I just feel really good and really free from the shackles of a man-any man- mistreating me thinking I’m at his beck and call and stressing me the fuck out.
