"My inner rays illuminate and connect me with all that is. I radiate joy and beauty out to the universe and it rewards me with its love and abundance.”
✨️
"I miei raggi interiori mi illuminano e mi connettono con tutto ciò che è. Irradio gioia e bellezza verso l'universo e mi ricompensa con il suo amore e la sua abbondanza."
The miracles you encounter when God is in the neighborhood! This statement means that, God is blessing those who are close to home (YOU). The community is receiving the harvest of seeds that were planted. It is told that when you are in celebration while God is visiting, God is sure to knock on your door! Indicating that as you are in celebration for others and in total praise by the goodness of things around you, your energy is attracting your own goodness and blessings.
“You ready big fella?”
When the community win, we alllll win! Never too short of time will yours be arriving at your door.
From an astrological view: Jupiter is also in the sky right neoww with Sun being in Pisces! Jupiter is allllll about faith, beliefs, expansion, and miraculous blessings. Walking by faith and not by sight is the best way to be during this season while Jupiter is on the throne. Take a look and see where Pisces is in your chart to get a deeper detail of the themes of this season.
So we give thanks for our praising in advance. For our praises place us in alignment of our ire (blessings). It prepares us for the goodness that is arriving. May we continue to be in the spirit of gratitude as the goodness that is promised to us has been received!
Maa will leave for Kailash again. Pujo is over. Once again the pandal will sit empty, the stage will be strewn with dried flower petals and shindur.
There is one lamp still lit in the dark empty pandal. The echoes of tear stained smiles and dhunuchi smoke still resonant in the flame....The flame of our wait for Uma's return.
The bittersweetness of Dashami amazes me. People dance to dhaak. The married women in a graceful sway decked up mostly in red while the youngsters go wild dancing. There is lot of laughter all around. The smoke from dhunuchis as the dhunuchi dancers weave patterns out of smoke by deftly turning their hands. But every now and then people look up at Maa and realise that she will leave. Many families also look longingly towards their Uma who will also return to their workplace or own house. This Uma resides in every child who returns home during Pujo.
The crowds erupt in cries of 'BOLO DUGGA MAI KI....JOYYYY' and 'ASHCHHE BOCHHOR ABAR HOBE, BACHHAR BACHHAR ABAR HOBE' as Maa and her children are lifted onto the trucks. Now she will leave for the immersion. The tear stained smiles seem to reflect on the idols' face. But the dance and the dhaak continues.
Finally the truck carrying Maa bends round the last corner and out of our sights. The emptiness finally hits. It feels like a sudden absence of a warm embrace.
But Maa leaves with the promise of returning. And she keeps her promise every single year. And what is love without some waiting?
Uma will come back home again. Uma will bring light again.
