It’s not a huge difference, but thought I’d share 5 weeks progress cause I love when other ppl do it 💞
I ate 1200 first week, 900 second week, and 750 the last three weeks. No binges 🙏🏻 . Lowering to 700 for now.
Btw, I’m 6’0 and BMI is currently 18.7.

༉‧₊˚. PRICE (no specific eating disorder mentioned)
i view price as a very fatherly type of man, something about him seems comforting. he'll encourage you into recovery, but won't force it apon you as he realises that could make it worse for your mental sake. of course he wants you physically healthy, but he has to think about your mental health and sudden body changes could affect you.
sitting in his car for some privacy, pulling you onto his lap while he sits in the drivers seat. his hands massage your scalp, covering the crown of your head with his large, calloused hand and pushing it into his warm chest. he worries for your sake and decides to keep you off missions to not put any stress on your body.
༉‧₊˚. SOAP (bulimia)
johnny knows you've been struggling with an eating disorder. how you excuse yourself to the bathroom 10 minutes after eating, chugging water. he also notices your jaw, how it's swollen, your lips puffy and how you seem more exhausted after standing up. john attempts to help you, he's not educated on eating disorders fully so he does some research to figure out the best way to help you.
it's through comfort. any foods that you feel comfortable with, he'll eat with you, even if it's something he hates. johnny's hearts breaks when he see's you getting anxious, the minutes passing and the opportunity to throw up slowly fading away as you begin digesting it. if you use exercise to substitute, he'd slowly decrease the hours. either by watching a movie with you or entertaining you with something, anything to keep you from overexercising yourself.
༉‧₊˚. GAZ (anorexia with a bmi less than 18.5)
he notices how you begin limiting your food intake. it starts off with removing a few pieces, before he see's you limiting more and more, explaining that you'd already ate, or felt too sick to finish your meal. he's worried, he knows that you're struggling, he can see how tired you are; your iron levels dropping, fainting and getting dizzy when you stand up, hair loss and weightloss.
or how your clothes look more baggy on your figure, and your bones becoming more visible. it scares him, and he's worried for your safety. eventually, he begins telling price who takes you off missions 'til you're well enough, he doesn't want you passing out on the field. gaz helps you with encouragement, comforting you whilst you eat something you'd considered a fear food. he'll do whatever it takes to help you, anything.
༉‧₊˚. SIMON (binge eating disorder)
simon worries when he see's you. your face swollen from overeating, and how you push yourself further during training and sparring to compensate for the calories you'd eaten. soon enough, he confronts you. his handa wandering through your hair as he asks the question. simon is pretty blunt, he's openly asking as he's scared incase you rupture your stomach.
he helps you with recovery, making sure you're eating enough and not too little as he realises that results in a binge. he works on your recovery before working on your health, talking to you every day about anything that's on your mind. he won't pressure you to lose weight, but will comfort you whenever you look in the mirror, seeing yourself and feeling insecure. simon doesn't want you overexercising or pushing yourself to compensate, but he makes sure that you get out that mindset whilst he helps your eating habits.

Visual Typing - MBTI Head Shapes
After collecting more evidence over the past two years here is an updated chart of the different head/face shapes for the MBTI types.

the general markers:
1. Introverts have thin faces, extroverts have wide faces (the only exception being xSTJs, more on that later), scientific studies about this:

2. xxTPs have very rectangular faces with pronounced square chins. ExTPs in particular are prone to bulldog-like underbites, giving a stereotypically masculine appearance
3. xxFJs have smaller underveloped jaws with small chins, giving a triangular/ heart-shape, feminine appearance
just a hypothesis but 2. and 3. are probably related to testosterone-influence during embryonic development hence the correlation for both appearance and gendered character traits (feeling vs thinking, emotion vs ratio)
4. *for some reason if someone has this specific long jaw misalignment it -has- to be a male ISFJs (photo example before and after lefort 1 jaw surgery). (like, not -all- male ISFJs have it, but if someone has it you can bet it’s an ISFJ). haven’t seen this in INFJs or in female ISFJs yet

5. Te/Fi-users have average jaw sizes and therefore go more into the circle/oval direction. xSTJs in particular often have “egg-shape” heads. xNTJs look somehow more triangular than their Si/Ne-counterparts but still more egg-ish than xxFJs.

6. for why ISTJ and ESTJ are “switched” in head width and they are the only MBTI pair that is an exception from the I/E-width-rule I only have this half-baked explanation that it’s not about introversion/extroversion in a social sense but more in a “openness to sensations” sense that ESTJs with their inf Fi are more stubborn and actually more withdrawn than ISTJs(??)
7. ENTJs have the most pronounced foreheads you’ve ever seen
8. fat can disguise the head shape, but not always. e.g. see those two examples of ExFJs before and after weightloss. the chin is still sharp and triangular even when overweight:

meanwhile the rectangle shape of this ISTP only becomes visible with lower body fat:

9. overdeveloped masseter muscles can distract from the chin shape. e.g. take this picture of young INFP Brad Pitt. one could easily fall into the trap thinking he has an IxTP head shape when in reality his chin has a normal Te-user size and it’s just his masseter muscles distracting from the shape. the curved indentations between chin and muscle are a good clue. (compare it to pictures of him being older with less pronounced masseter muscles, then his real chin shape is more obvious)

as a novice those differences can be hard to track. train your eye by observing photos of people during different age stages, try to imagine the face without any soft tissue and bone only.

Weightloss tips u may not know about or do but don’t know the science behind them 🩷🫶🏻
1. After a 48hr fast your dopamine receptors reset. For example: a mars bar gives u a dopamine hit? Gone. Try eating fruit now, it will taste better, sweeter & its more healthy for u. - source “Fast like a girl by Dr Mindy Peltz”
2. The reasons why people can’t stop themselves from binging is because of sugar and flour. Eating those foods or food containing them MAKE u hungry. The best way to satisfy yourself after a meal is to cut those products out. I eat only fruits and vegetables and i find that after lets say 2 tomatoes or a banana, i feel satisfied. Some days all i eat is a piece of fruit for snack and a salad for dinner & im fine. - source “Bright line eating by Susan Peirce Thompson”
3. After 3 days of fasting, the hunger goes away. Push through it & you’ll notice it gets easier. When u break your fast ALWAYS do it with something healthy like fruits or vegetables. Going back to like ice cream will ruin the dopamine receptors and you will crave unhealthy foods again. - source I can’t remember but ive heard it heaps on YT videos & ive tried it and can vouch for that tip.
4. After 2mins of running or high intensity exercise, your body runs out of energy & begins to fuel you by producing cortisol to keep u going. High amounts of cortisol results in your body storing BELLY FAT. So if u happen to notice that u store belly fat mainly, that could be the reason. 5. Starvation mode is a myth. Look at prisoners of war for example. They are so emaciated due to lack of food, if “starvation mode” was true, they wouldn’t end up like that. Maybe u may not loose for a few days but that is your body holding water or possibly gaining muscle, if it prolongs further than this see my next tip. 6. Your body has a natural rhythm known as the circadian rhythm. This in short like an internal clock that regulates our sleep-wake cycle and other bodily functions. It helps us feel awake during the day and sleepy at night. It's influenced by factors like light exposure, hormones, and daily routines. It means that your body doesn’t digest food the same at night, if at all. It isn’t supposed to. If u feed yourself after 6-8pm, the digestion process is slower, much slower. This can cause to hormones being released at the wrong time, storing fat, keeping u awake etc. It is best to not eat after 6pm (if u heard this tip from ur mother growing up, it is actually science backed, its not so u “eat less & that makes u loose weight” its because u stop eating after a certain time. 7. Birth-control whacks out your hormones. If u are on BC & find u have all these cravings & can’t seem to restrict, thats most likely the reason why. A lot of doctors will tell u “its just water weight” but thats not the case. The constant stream of synthetic hormones keeps your body in a state that similarly reflects how u feel the week before your period (bloated, craving, tired etc) and u feel this way continuously. Im not saying go off birth-control but if you are puzzled as to why u may feel like this & u are on BC this may be the reason. Source “Your brain on birth control by Sarah Hill”
8. Also on the topic of hormones, if u aren’t loosing weight no matter what u do or its very slow progress, it can be due to a hormonal imbalance. Exactly which one im not sure, it depends on you and your body. U can see which hormones are out of balance via online tests (idk what to google i read it in a book). Completing tests online can give u a rough idea of which hormones may be unbalanced and then u can go to your doctor and request certain tests to medically check. Your dr can then advise you on what to do to balance them. You may also have hyperthyroidism which can make u constantly tired, unable to loose weight and sensitive to stress. That is all i can think of rn. I have read all books i have sited & many many more. There is definitely a huge science to weight loss and i may make another post in the future stating what i have learnt. Most books are written by drs or people of similar qualifications. I applied all these to my life and loose weight continuously. My mother is also a certified nutritionist, personal trainer and life coach & she also follows all these things & has read the same if not more books. She is almost 50 & bmi 18.3 & has consistently been this way for my whole 21yrs of living even after having 3 kids. She doesn’t loose weight due to her high calorie intake (like 3k cals a day) but she also doesn’t gain weight so if u follow these examples by restricting u will see major weightloss. I also have lost 5kg in 8 days from following these tips this relapse & last relapse i lost 30kg in 4ish months from these tips.

I am the girl on the left's worst nightmare.
I am "overweight" by her standards, by most others, and by some medical personnel.
I am the weight she swore she would die before getting too.
Yet I am happier then she was. I go to parties and get-togethers without fear of the food there. I eat my favorite foods, whether it be ice cream or pasta, or fresh fruit, or cottage cheese.
I enjoy shopping for my favorite bands' shirts and dinosaur patterned jeans without crying in the fitting room. I enjoy my SO's embrace when we cuddle during movie nights without feeling ashamed of the stomach where his hand is resting.
I enjoy laughing and smiling, unashamed of my cheeks and the possibility of unflattering angles.
So many people post these pictures, but how I am now as the "before" wanting grand encouragement and applause for having my past self as the "after". Because weightloss is always good right? being smaller is always the better option.
I was sick before. I was many pounds lighter, and I was sick. I was a size small, and I was sick. Sick does not equal healthy.
I may be the girl on the left's worst nightmare, but I am also her greatest hope because I am happy.
I am me.

A few days ago I had gotten down to 136.6, but then we celebrated my dad’s bday and I gained a little from that, but it’s going back down now, so no need to worry.
My new job is definitely helping with weightloss. I’ll wake up at 5 and if I’m not busy with other things then I’ll work out a little, shower, have some coffee and relax and then make breakfast an hour before I leave which is 9am. And I’ve been making 2 eggs over medium with a slice of cheese and 2 slices of cooked hard salami. It’s good protein and just enough to keep me full until I get a little break at work.
I’ll usually have a granola bar around 1:30, but if I’m not hungry then I’ll eat my lunch around 3:30 while I’m still doing work, that way I can eat slowly in between tasks amd not over stuff myself. I noticed that if the only thing I’m doing is eating and watching something on my phone, I’ll end up mindlessly eating everything and get a stomach ache immediately after. So spacing out my bites every minute or two while doing something productive has helped me recognize when I’m actually full. And my lunch has been Greek yogurt w/chia, flax, and some mini-chocolate chips just to sweeten it a little.
And then I get home around 6 or 7, I shower, and by the time that’s done I’m honestly so ready for bed. If I’m REALLY hungry, I’ll have a slice of ham or a string cheese, but I haven’t had an actual meal after work so far. Or I’ll drink a bunch of water. I’ve been trying to track my intake and if I don’t drink enough during the day, then I’ll try and catch up at night and that usually helps any small feeling of hunger go away.
As much as I would love to be 115 by the end of the year, I know that’s not totally realistic, especially with holidays. So I have a goal of 125. And if I pass that goal, I’ll be even happier, so it’s a win-win situation. I think 10 more pounds in 2 months is doable as long as I stick to my routine.

TW: weightloss/ weight/ diet/ suicidal thoughts
I have been taking inositol supplements for a couple of months bc I kept seeing Videos about it helping with weightloss and it's working really well.
I've been losing weight steadily, every week when I step on the scale it's at least 1 kilo less, I have been eating fairly clean (no fast food, barely any sweets and except for some wine on the easter holidays, no alcohol) and I try to be more active.
One of the not so fun side effects (bc I don't have a partner) is how horny I get during ovulation now, I felt kind of insane this month bc I wasn't used to that. That's what I imagine my cat felt like when she was in heat 😬🙈
A side effect I really like, IF it is in fact caused by the inositol, my PMDD is not as bad. It had been bad for about a year, I was having suicidal thoughts the week before my period every month and I haven't had that since I started taking it.
Of course all of this is just my experience and I can't guaratee it's going to be the same for anyone else.
