Be careful with harder workouts as the more you do them the less you lose in the long run and the more extreme you have to go
Chew gum and drink water when hungry
Always calculate the calories before eating
Chew lots
Smaller bites to trick your brain into thinking you ate more than you did
When eating sweets or chocolates let is stay in your mouth to take in the full flavour and to reduce cravings
If you can’t or don’t want to smoke drink caffeine
Listen to music it can give the same feeling of eating to your brain (weird ik lol)
Sleep!!!
Smaller portions and smaller plates
Dance or stand instead of sitting
Always be active
Try ur best to aim for under 800 or if really struggling 1000 (never more)

1 year ago today I had my Gastric Sleeve surgery.
I've lost 124lbs/56g and gone down 5 clothing sizes.. but even more than the weight loss, what makes me proud and happy is the other progress I've made because of the surgery.
I've got from barely being able to walk for 5 minutes in my backyard to walking 3 miles at a time.
I've gone from absolutely no exercise to walking multiple times a week and going to a yoga class every week.
I feel healthier than I've been since my early 20's probably.
I'm able to go out and do things without worrying about not being able to keep up or having to sit down every few minutes because of pain.
I'm so thankful I had the opportunity to do this.
*I still have Fibromyalgia and osteoarthritis and am still in pain and have bad days, sometimes very bad, but overall I feel better and am happy.

6 Weight Loss Tips With No Exercise Need To Be Done!
Please note that: You can lose weight with these easy steps.
Step 1: On the rocks.
Drinking cold water or any other drink providing that it does not contain any sweeteners will make your body burn more calories. Going for the cold option will allow you to burn up to 10 extra calories each day, adding that to a year you will lose half kilo or one pound of weight this way.
Step 2: Drink? Yes please!
Did you know that by drinking plenty of water will make your metabolism run faster compared to those who do not drink enough water during the day? Just 8 glasses of water will kick start your weight loss, and all you have to do is drink.
Step 3: Eat more often.
Having regular snacks will increase your metabolism in comparison to having three meals a day where you teach your metabolism to slow down. By having regular snacks every 3-4 hours will mean that you eat less during mealtimes too. Who thought that eating more would burn more calories? Genius!
Step 4: Spicy hot hot.
Spicy foods contain compounds that will kick start your metabolism into higher gear. To increase your metabolism rate by 23% eat one tablespoon of chopped red or green chilli pepper. It can last for short period of time but if you eat spicy food more often then the increased metabolism will benefit you greatly.
Step 5: Espresso to Go!
If you like coffee then this will be a treat for you because did you know that drinking black coffee will increase your metabolic rate and burning of 50 extra calories few hours after drinking the coffee. If you drink black coffee cold you will burn even more calories. But try not to add sugar or sweeteners and milk to the coffee as you will take in more calories than what you will burn.
Step 6: Cup of tea.
Drinking green tea or oolong tea which can be purchased in any Chinese or Asian foods store can make you burn calories. Drinking two cups of tea a day can result in extra 50 calories being burnt each day, that's a loss of 2.2kg or 5 pounds in a year!
Practicing these simple 6 steps every day will make you burn more calories in the day than what you have been burning before. Burning more calories will mean that you will lose weight. If you feel that you want to kick start your weight loss without exercising then use these 6 tips and consider choosing weight loss supplements which can help you lose weight as well.

(Almost) Everything You Need to Know Before Applying for Weight Loss Surgery
So, you’ve decided to get weight loss surgery (WLS). Where do you even start? Here are a few items that I suggest you do before diving into the WLS process.
1. Research the type of WLS you’d like to have
There are tons of WLS types out there for you to choose from. Many of them achieve different results and have their own pros and cons. Take the time to find out what works for you. I ultimately decided upon gastric bypass. I’ll get to how I made my decision a bit later.
2. Find a surgeon/health system that specializes in WLS
This is the BIG one right? Find a hospital or surgeon that is accredited and specializes in multiple types of WLS. I suggest finding a hospital or surgeon that has a great education program for WLS and (obviously) in-network for your health insurance. Some health insurance providers have requirements and prerequisites for these types of surgeries so just be mindful of that. You definitely want to find a provider within your health insurance network so you don’t have to pay much (or anything) for your surgery. It is EXPENSIVE but worth it! You will want to find something that makes you feel comfortable and that really focuses on the needs of the patient. I went with Summa Health close to home and my surgery was completed by Dr. Bedford. They have a really great program and I can discuss my concerns with them at any time. They are very friendly, non-judgmental, and supportive! Here’s another important point to make. EVERY WLS PROGRAM IS DIFFERENT AND EVERY SURGEON IS DIFFERENT. You will hear differences from program to program in all areas including the need for a pre-op diet to if you are allowed to use a straw after surgery. Just be mindful of that and don’t be afraid to ask questions!
3. Find a WLS-centered community
I think it’s really important to find a community centered around WLS. You can see stories and experiences from people that have gone through the process and learn so much more. I will say, I have followed many WLS accounts over the past year or so and some of them I can’t stand! I especially can’t stand ones that are more or less influencer accounts 🤢 Like come on, I want to know the good/bad/meh/ugly parts of your journey! Not a post trying to sell me something that is overly priced and over-hyped. I follow a few forums on BariatricPal and I follow Your Onderland on instagram and they have been very helpful in my journey! Your Onderland especially posts tips and tricks for the bariatric lifestyle and they come in handy!
Once you’ve done the research, apply for the WLS program! Also, ALWAYS ask questions. Remember, your surgeon and your care team are there to help you on your journey. No question is a dumb question. It’s better to ask than to not and mess something up!
What are some other things you would like to know? Leave a comment below!
Thanks for reading!

Ever wondered how some people stay so skinny whatever they eat while others pile on the pounds simply by looking at a donut?
Turns out, those skinny types really are the lucky ones, and being overweight isn't your fault. Because according to new Ivy League research, those skinny types are blessed with a 'naturally lean' gut microbiome.
The good news is, anyone can now become naturally lean – including you.
All you need is a lean microbiome! Get your product here!
