everything goes so slow for pietro i am 100% convinced he's incredibly terminally online to get his dopamine hits. he's so active on twitter people are worried about him. he keeps getting suspended bcuz he keeps sending people death threats and doxxing them and then has to call tony up so he can pay to get his accound back. he shows up in front of houses of people he beefs with. he fights with teenagers online all day. the official avengers twitter account has him blocked.

I love and hate how quickly draxum got redeemed, I know that it’s bcuz the shows runtime got chopped basically in half and they had to drastically cut episodes to fit the plot but like. Still super jolting from viewers perspective. BUT, but but but- it’s also hilarious from an in universe perspective; the guy that’s been hunting you down for months and put the shredder back together to exterminate humanity, the toughest fight you’ve had other than shredder himself, gets his ass whooped ONCE by the shredder and banished from the hidden city, and immediately becomes a charity case 💀. Mikey has to take him in and he goes from “just because I’m weak doesn’t mean I need help from any of you” to “yeah whatever I guess I kinda care about your stupid little family, and I’ll help the pitiful humans, but ONLY because they’re so Weak they can’t help themselves” in the span of 1 (one) episode.
And directly after that he’s just the extremely morally grey 2nd dad. Like ppl talk about how they love the villain being forcefully adopted and turned into the quirky uncle of the group, this is literally the most Direct form of that I have EVER seen.
I love that bitch he’s so mean but he (begrudgingly) loves his family. He would rather be stabbed than admit he cares about all of them to their faces but he would die for them. He only smiles when he’s being praised or when he’s talking shit about people. He was a mad scientist/warlord with a castle and now he’s a highschool lunch lady with an apartment. He was a Lou jitsu simp and to this day he has bitter ex vibes. If we get a season 3 I want more of him bonding with the other boys cuz so far Mikey is the only one who likes him 😭

coffee pg.00 was originally meant to just be a one-shot but I had the bright idea to turn it into a smau since I had been really interested in them at the time and I had already created the main casts profiles so i saw no reason to not go through with it
originally reader was supposed to be adopted and have 2 moms but I didn’t know if you guys would necessarily want that or how relatable that would be so I scrapped it and went with unnamed overbearing mother and father
i actually had this idea back in December of 2022 and meant to post it on wattpad yes ik laugh at me but i didn’t have the guts to do so and I already had a lot of unfinished work that will remain unfinished
this smau also sprouted up bcuz i had gotten back into the dc rabbit hole bcuz if this goddamn site which has now grown to be a huge source of dopamine for me — ik it prob isn't healthy but this site has grown to be a safe space for me in the process so any negative infringement on my blog has me in a nervous wreck for days on end; yes, this is a reference to when i got shadowbanned for a bit

tim might be a genius but he has a terrible sense of direction which is multiplied tenfold when he’s sleep deprived, hence why he almost dropped you off at the wrong apartment once — pg.04

duke also always somehow manages to be the message bird whenever both you and tim have a fight given how tim's first resort is the silent treatment and you're petty enough to give it back so the most the two of you ever communicate during that time is through duke — pg.15
on that same note harley has become your couple counselor which always manages to become awkward due to the sole fact tim is trying his best to subtly glare at harley since she has repeatedly tried to break his kneecaps when he was on red robin duty; again, petty
this was written by a person who has never worked at a coffee shop before so if you see and inaccuracies and have worked at one, feel free to call me out on it — not so i can fix, but bcuz i find my mistakes hilarious dont ask why, i just do

Art tips for thinking of outfits/poses for fanart illustrations
I saw someone on reddit a while ago say they struggled to think up new poses/outfits for when they're drawing their favourite characters, and I gave them a whole bunch of tips to help. I thought maybe more people would like to hear my thoughts, so here you go! I hope this post helps!
My secret to thinking of new poses/outfits is one word: Pinterest (and google images, tho i'd recommend that one a bit less bcuz google's being finicky rn).
Just searching through certain aesthetics/moodboards for outfits ideas helps for when i genuinely just don't know what to make a character wear. And searching up swimsuit/underwear models, who may be modelling their clothes in a really dramatic and dynamic pose, helps too. (the models being specifically swimsuit/underwear models is a very important detail. it ensures that you can actually look at the human body without clothes blocking your view and understanding of the basic forms)
facial expressions are also important! it looks weird when the pose doesn't match up with the face, like with for example, a character pointing at something in the ace attorney 'objection!' style all dramatic and stuff, while their face is a completely blank smile. Of course, the best way to fix that would be to open their mouth and frown, while also scrunching up their eyebrows and nose. This is very important to remember when posing a character, because poses can only tell you so much, but the facial expression can completely change the mood and presentation of the character.
let's use my art as an example:
Now, imagine that, instead of the drawing above having just a normal smile, it was instead haru looking sad/disappointed while looking down at the floor. picture this sprite
the face, combined with the pose, could make it look like she was trying to say something important, but got cut off before she could speak (probably by her dad). It gives the drawing a completely different vibe! I could list many more examples but you get it.
Of course, poses, outifts, and faces are just one fraction of the process; you also have to take into consideration the character's personality. like take Haru for example. Haru is very kind-hearted, shy, reserved, and soft spoken. so for illustrations (original comics/animations follow different rules, this advice just applies to single standalone illustrations) you would want to pick a pose/outfit that best conveys those aspects of her personality. You wouldn't put Haru in like, a giant fursuit with a slouching pose, giving the camera the middle finger with a standoffish expression on her face (or maybe you would, idk how u roll ¯\_(ツ)_/¯). But you could put Haru in a sundress, with her hands clasped at her midsection, and giving the camera a shy smile with her middle finger up.
ALSO! you can break these rules! you don't always have to put Haru in only outfits that suit her, a good exception to this is all the DLC costumes. some of those are... hilariously absurd, and something that Haru would never normally wear, BUT they're funny, and aren't meant to be taken as a serious outfit that conveys the character's personality, they're just meant to be for fun, so it's totally okay to draw original outfits with that idea behind them.
The same applies to poses/expressions. there's many scenes in the mangas/anime where Haru makes poses/expressions that she would never normally make. that's fine too! those scenes out of context aren't meant to capture the true essence of the character--- theyre just meant to be one-off drawing that you'll see for only a second before moving on (that's why i said they were an exception, it's because thered be so much you'd restrict yourself off from if you followed the rules to a T).

thinks abt my many half baked ISAT FE AU stuff again....

uhhh act 5 and twohats spoilers below
joking but. also yes. i was thinking a lot abt what FE classes the cast would have recently so.
Mirabelle is a lord. HOWEVER. she gets to be a fancy lord who also gets staff access. Like Hoshido Noble. could you imagine dragging around a scrublord who only gets good on promo but they had heal utility the whole time. isn't that a dream. imagine if Roy could heal and then still rips in endgame
Odile is very obviously a Sage. Like cmon. If i had to pick any specific sage outfit it would in fact be Awakening sages. But the thought of Odile in the outfit of Engage sages is enough to kill people I think. Though the banana mage gba era would be hilarious on her.
The trifecta of magic is also a nice reflection of her being able to use all types of craft :) esp tellius mechanics are dope for that (and integrated into my silly isat emblems stuff). It could also be very thematically appropriate to make her an Omnyoji instead.
Isabeau just has massive axe bro energy. Yknow how fighters are stereotyped as stupid but then Lot FE6, generic axe bro ever, plays chess and does philosophy? Yeah. From a gameplay standpoint it would also make sense to put him in armor knight cuz he will Protect His Friends. Also he has the highest hp in the cast anyways. He would also have rally skills.
If i had to pick one guy to make a beast unit, it would be him also. Tiger isabeau.
Bonnie is the Transporter. They cannot fight. They cannot die. Bonnie is Merlinus. We are not letting the child on the battlefield. Give Bonnie a caravan and convoy access, you know they gotta.
Sif is. hm.
Like the obvious call is Thief, right? In games that have em, daggers are exclusive to thieves (unless you're fates, and have butlers and ninjas). Dagger classes can also debuff (with engage thieves poisoning, and fates daggers inflicting debuffs) which would be a nice niche. However Siffrin isn't actually a criminal.
From a story standpoint mercenary would be the most appropriate since they're not really here for any particular reason but just bcuz he happened to be in the country when the curse struck.
HOWEVER.... engage has given us a very tantalizing third option. Wolf Knight. They're not associated with crime. They are speedy, dodgy, and use daggers.
Siffrin gets a pet wolf. Do you see it.
TO ELABORATE ON THE MANAKETES THING.... So, if you've seen me talk abt my fucking, fe6 isat au, i cast Idunn as Siffrin. And the idea of someone forgetting their own species is really funny, and also kinda terrifying. And the only other person like you is the guy you have to kill.
Also I think creechur siffrin AUs are great. And dragons in FE are associated heavily with two things. a) going insane. b) amnesia (just look at corrin, and grima, and alear).
Also also dragons love to take naps. WHO ELSE LOVES TO TAKE NAPS?? That's right. Siffrin.
Oh yeah also. Dragon Loop. Wouldn't that be epic. AND. act 5 boss fight siffrin turning into a full dragon.
And the development possibilites. As siffrin learns about the island, also uncovering myths about dragons. And the new strength siffrin is able to master more and more of each loop being bcuz. well. dragon. and growing aware of the ways he's different from the others not just in the growing chasm as they veiw the party more and more as actors, but also the paranoia in physically becoming a monster.

SPEAKING OF ENGAGE.... i forgot who. but SOMEBODY. suggested. Emblem Loop. wrgrhr.
and i've thought abt how this would work. And i think it does work, if like... the island (and the divine dragons) all got forgotten because of the emblem's miracle. That somebody thought it was too dangerous and wanted to seal it away forever and used the power of the emblems to make them forgotten. And so Wish Craft would be the emblems' power instead, which only dragons have access to - supposedly. Hey, if a whole country tries out a prayer incantation, would it work?
And. and. this would be really easy to do by. replacing the silver coin with a ring. Siffrin just has this random ring they've had forever. So when Loop wishes to get out, they become the emblem they've been using. You get recursive timeloop questions - who was the emblem that granted Loop's wish in the first place? Was it another Siffrin? Somebody else altogether? Who knows. But isn't the asking really fun.
And like, I mean, Emblem Byleth already exists, we all know what "rerolling missed attacks to hit instead" is. Emblem Byleth is still rewinding time you just can't see that he is.

Do you think Chilchucks kids are weirded out about the Marchil age gap, or is he the only one seeing himself as a dirty old man
this is such an interesting question, actually, because it depends on a lot of things. (for the record, i think it's hilarious when his daughters are weirded out by the age gap, i like thinking about it all the time, even when it doesn't really fully truly makes sense).
so the thing with dunmeshi and ages is that it's very evident most people can't reliably tell how old someone from another species is (people assuming halflings are kids; namari guessing falin's age as "twenties to forties"; etc) so i don't think the girls can tell genuinely lol. maybe they hear marcille is fifty and go "hmm that's younger than i imagined adult elves to be" or something or the other but they can't be sure, right.
HOWEVER i can so clearly in my head see marcille get really into the differences between ages across species (after she's gotten over her elf/long lived species arrogance, which she has once she's actually dating chilchuck lmfao) and calculate it or ask chilchuck how old she looked to him as a halfling or something like that... and i can see her so clearly in my head go "oh, i'd be about your age as a halfling, isn't that neat!" to his daughters, meaning absolutely nothing by it, while chilchuck is like WHY WOULD YOU TELL THEM THAT <- guilty lmfaoooo. so yeah it very much depends on if they find out how old marcille actually is for an elf but if they did know she's very young i do imagine they'd feel very weird about it. they'd eventually get used to it (it's easier to swallow bcuz it's such an abstract concept; plus marcille makes chilchuck happy and they're like yeah ok whatever as long as they're happy) but it's definitely WEIRD to them. they're definitely giving him looks(tm) over it. i can see flertom tease him about it too lmao (meijack most likely doesn't care all that much, though she's silently judgy; and i think patti gets along w marcille super well so she gets over it fast. though it does always weird her out anew that marcille feels like a peer to her and then she remembers marcille is in fact dating her dad lmaooo)

so i made a post last year that was kind of poking fun at how snape fans ‘baby’ snape. which is not in the stereotypical sense where they characterise him as someone submissive or meek, but in the way where they destroy any nuance to his character and characterise him as a martyr or a hero in the face of the “terrorising, popular bullies” or what have you. which totally gets rid of the point of him— showing how lonely and bitter boys can be taken advantage of by redpill rhetoric and lose the things they cared for the most. its funny because snape fans will bitch and moan about marauders fans who do the exact same thing.
i didnt word it like this, i worded it as a sort of snarky joke at them. i had like 60 followers at the time. i didnt think it would get much traction at all bcuz i had criticised the marauders fandom MUCH more at that point and hadnt gotten any flack for it on tumblr so i assumed it would be the same for “the snapedom” or whatever cringe name they go by.
i got called a bitch, idiotic, stupid. they were pulling old posts i made of silly headcanons about the marauders and reblogging my post saying i was just another delluded marauder fan who just hates snape and reads too much atyd. which is SO funny because i have never read a marauders fic but i have tried to read snape-centric fics and most of them i had to drop because of the lily-bashing in it. and multiple of them tried to gaslight me in reblogs and the notes and tell me that snape fans were not like that AS THEY WERE LITERALLY PROVING MY POINT. they were saying “its so clear you havent met a snape apologist and just want to bash us” like ??? they had a serious case of victim complex and it suddenly made sense to me why they characterise snape the way they do. someone said i was trying too hard to be “not like the other girls” for criticising both snape and marauders fans, and when i proceeded to block them they made a pinned post about me thats still pinned on their blog 💀
when i tell you these people were like a hornets nest. i used to feel bad for them for the flack they get for simply liking a character— but after that i was so done trying to defend them. i remember at the time i had a more detailed criticism of snape i was going to post but after that i was too scared bcuz if they reacted like that when i never even insulted snape, i knew i was going to be absolutely cooked if i decided to actually say something of value.
and that was just from one post. there have been others who have tried to convince me things about the marauders characters that are simply not true. like james sexually harassing lily into dating and marrying him, or how sirius and remus are terrible for wanting to kill peter pettigrew themselves instead of sending dementors to him. such stupid ‘arguments’, if you can even call them that.
theyre like delusional james potter fans, which is hilariously ironic. both claim to hate the other for doing the exact same things they do.

It would be such a hilarious situation, because I want Selena to come to the realization of her growing feelings and being aggressively against them. And at some point, she actually starts opening up about them to Belos, and maybe tries testing the waters because she's so frustrated, but at the end she panics and blurts out a name from a book she once read when her uncle sneaked her in to the forbidden stacks - "That guy I'd kinda be in to is...Philip?"
Belos' internal screams could be heard all through the isles despite being silent.
I'm putting a note on that idea oh goodness.
Not sure about a Masquerade, even tho I am such a fan of them sigh, but there is a big scene somewhat similar to this coming up - there is a big event in the future with the two of them I had planed for so long - The Coven Day Parade.
Which is being slightly altered - the events of the Coven Day Parade play out as we know it, but there is going to also be a ball for the Boiling Isle upper crust.
So there will be a ball scene, which I did hint at a little bit through the outfit variations for Selena I had posted, but you'll have to wait to find out how that works for 'em

Ichigo with (Shiro)Skink and (Old Man) Maine coon: the Skink is constantly harassing the Maine Coon and at first Ichigo was very very concerned, but quickly realized the Maine Coon wouldn't retaliate severely. Rather, the Maine Coon just puts the Skink back in his terrarium and makes sure the lid/door is closed.
Ichigo assumes Cats are just that smart, and Shiro is fucking pissed that he has a cage but the Old Man can just wander about!! How is that fair!! (It is fair bcuz skinks would die without their specific habitat in a terrarium while cats can live in a human habitat with little issue- yes I feel like Old Man would explain this repeatedly, no Shiro does not agree that its a valid reasoning and entirely ignoring that he would get sick and die)
Zan-cat-su keeps putting Skiro into the terrarium not because he'll die (Skink-Shiro is literally unkillable) but because it's hilarious and pisses him off.

headcanons about bob's dad and linda's family meeting:
within MINUTES gloria says something super offensive to big bob (maybe about lily) and he starts a fight with her that bob and linda have to break them up bcuz otherwise big bob would literally kill gloria, louise thinks its hilarious and encourages this. she loves elderly violence
gayle thinks big bob is attractive and says she "always wanted to be in a relationship with a big fancy chef just like linda!!!" and spends the entire evening flirting with him which he is totally oblivious to bcuz he hasn't thought about romance in maybe 40 years. everybody else knows and it drives bob crazy but linda thinks its sweet. they have a discussion about what would happen if gayle and big bob get married (bob insists his dad does not want to be in a relationship, linda is like "ooh does that mean gayle would be your stepmother AND your sister-in-law?? does that mean i would be your wife and your aunt??? would the kids be your COUSINS" and bob is like "linda no. stop")
gloria is still lowkey angry that linda took big bob's family name since its so ugly and "its not a polite word to say" which inevitably starts ANOTHER argument between all of them, the kids actually like their last name and defend its cultural history
despite everything that happens with gloria al and big bob actually kinda get along and talk about "manly stuff" whatever that means, they try to include bob and eventually gene and have like a boys club but bob is like uhh no im cooking dinner and gene does NOT want to be part of any male bonding. louise however is ECSTATIC to take gene's place and learn about monster trucks and construction. she is disappointed to learn they just talk about aging and how much their backs hurt
they play board games bcuz linda is convinced there's absolutely no way that could go wrong. she was mistaken
gayle insists on inventing her own rules which annoys everybody else but gloria defends her ruthlessly and says that her version is better. gloria doesn't understand what game they're actually playing and keeps cheating. al is completely oblivious so the kids decide to make all his moves for him and end up purposefully helping their own characters win and sabotaging everything. big bob and bob disagree about their interpretations of the rules and big bob gets angry bcuz nobody is playing correctly And of course linda tries and fails to keep the peace. they end up giving up after 20 minutes and declare the kids got a three way tie and they all get extra dessert as a prize
due to a misunderstanding tina spends the entire evening trying to set up big bob and gloria bcuz they're "her grandpa and grandma!!!" and she gets upset whenever they fight and keeps trying to put them in romantic situations, they obviously fucking hate each other and also gloria is married to al 😭😭
at the end of the night big bob talks to bob and he's like i love you bobby and i love your family linda is great but her family is fucking crazy i cant stand these people. bob is like i know me neither do you want to just help me with the dishes so we can hide in the kitchen until they leave. and he's like yes
(bob and big bob don't always get along but when they're dealing with another annoying person or group of people they develop CRAZY solidarity they are ride or die, they both get annoyed by the same things)
overall the kids have a GREAT time and everybody else is miserable and keeps fighting with each other 10/10 get together

i personally would find it both amusing and hilarious that in this situation, 2-Face would pressure Harv to visit/call reader whenev possible. like locked in Arkham?? Those 2 monthly calls are used for reader; they each get one call. out and about on the street? straight to reader+harv's house (2-face's house as well to an extent) just to see their face/voice until and/or if they get found by Batman. 5$ says he brings up the question whether he's suddenly included in the marriage too and pressures Harv to add him on the cartificates.
i'm also under the impression that 2F would be clingy (to a degree/extent) w/ reader solely bcuz he wasnt aware of their marriage. he missed out on so much in a short time period i want to imagine him just,,, copying what Harv loves doing w/ you in a way that's very amatuerish; yet you can see he's trying.

tbh bestie i'm not sure how two-face wouldn't know about the reader. even if reader and harvey were childhood friends, it's implied that two-face has been around since harvey's childhood, too. and they're pretty much co-conscious all the time, with few things that are kept between each other (two-face keeps harvey's childhood from him in some sources, most notably). but this IS super cute so let's say he didn't know!
i imagine his first impression of the reader isn't the most favorable, actually. this is probably just because the reader is someone harvey likes, and two-face is just contrary like that. but once he warms up to them, my guess is that he tries to try his hand at a real relationship. so yeah, i think he'd try to do what harvey does (to an extent), just like you said!
two-face wouldn't even ask permission to be involved with you, most likely. he just busts in and harvey's gotta be like "well, i guess this is yet another thing we're gonna share". and i imagine that two-face is clingy in his own way, if only because he's experienced even more harm and trauma than harvey and doesn't have many good things to cling to at all. once he finds one, good luck getting him to give it up, basically. this extends to people, too.
he probably insists on a second ring at the very least.
(nobody enable me because i'll end up writing a whole post on how i think two-face's attitude in relationships differs from harvey's.)
